My bike had a real bad noise and i took it to adhitya Bajaj service centre which is located in nava India, coimbatore. I never had such a worst experience. I have three Bajaj bikes and i regularly service it from this place. The service advisor, Anthony Daniel to whom i spoke very clearly about the bike denied to take the bike and he told me that they are having man power issues and it'll take three days to check the bike. After three days i called him to the number which was provided in the job card but he never responded and sometimes he denied my calls. Later he lied to me that they checked the bike and the sound was coming from engine and i have to pay some amount and only then they'll check it. I then talked to the technician about the bike and told him about its problem. There was no response. Then i again went to showroom to confirm if they're really working on the bike but they did not even check it. This service advisor Anthony Daniel was insisting me to pay 2000 and only then they would dissemble the engine and check the issue. I felt very bad . I'm really frustrated how these guys avoid me as it is a big work to dissemble the engine of RS200. He told me that there's some issue with the engine and it has to dissemble and reworked.I did a full engine service from this particular service centre for around 30000INR three years ago at 67000kms approx. Not it's 92000 kms and he's telling me that the engine has to be checked and for that i have to pay 2000. Now this is really bad. They are even talking to me in a bad tone. Please consider this complaint and do as required.

    Hi Sir

    This is Dharmendra Shelke from Kamothe .Today I was travelling to home from Khandeshwar station and was denied fare by auto with number MH46C2205 saying some other reasons.
    This Auto Walla was do arrogant, was trying to dodge me go there and here .
    Can't understand this behaviour whether we live in India Mumbai or some princely state owned by some Dubai Shaikh.
    Democracy is being murdered all the way .

    I also tried calling local police station but no response as nobody was available to attend my case due to shortage of police personnel as per on duty staff on call.
    I need immediate response on why this is happening with common man who is ready to pay fare as per government regulations and why do this autowallas do dadagiri
    This is completely unacceptable in a developed town like Kamothe Navi Mumbai where a normal flat cost is more than 50 Lakh and rent is more than 10 k

      Dear sir I gave my vehicle gj09dd2237 pulsar 150 on thur 15.0922 Amit Bajaj nehru bridge road lal darwaja and made bill 5151 today i.e 18.0922 i went to collect my vehicle but I'm completely dissatisfied about service and there is no response from team.My job card number is 24433 and engine is coming out the whole night and dust and oil strains after water wash.i want to get problem solved and vehicle should be delivered at my home with out...

      My Dominar UG 400 got accident on 21st of last month and i ibhave entered the bike into the Nearest bajaj authorised service centre in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. And till now the work is not started because company havent send the spares upto date .. its going to be a month for spare delay ... now onwards i wont recommend anyone bajaj vehicles due to 1 month spare delay
      People cant have faith in their vehicle
      Very dissapointed at bajaj company making spare these much delay .Everytime i check on service centre they are helpless beacause of the manufacturers delay on sending the parts.
      Planning to sell the bike after repair.

        My Bajaj Chetak EV got locked in between the road and when complaint was filled a customer service guy came and took it to Sai Service Centre Pune but it's been 10 days there's no update on the vehicle and nobody is ready to answer the call PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

            Sir, I am the member of bajaj pulsar rs200 family..I bought bajaj pulsar rs200 on December 2021 and my bike crash on 8 September 2022 .My bike number is JK11F3350. I have active first party insurance...And I want to repair my bike under Insurance...I handed my bike to Bajaj pulsar Nsf Bajaj, Jammu, Satwari Showroom whose tehsil pincode is 180003 on 8 of September 2022 for repair. Now 5 days are gone but they kept my bike in open area but Not under the Showroom.. We purchase your company bike because we trust on you but these showrooms break our trust from Bajaj...So this is my request to take action against this showroom

              I have purchased Bajaj Avenger 160 cc bike on Dec 2021 from your showroom( JKB Motors) at Peruvarum, North Paravur -683513.
              After three months of purchase the petrol tank of my bike got damaged by hitting a lorry. When I have visited your above showroom
              they informed to claim insurance for the same as it is a new vehicle. Also the lorry driver was ready to make the compensation for the same
              but your showroom staff informed that we can claim insurance and I have decided to go with claiming the insurance.
              Also since the show room not having the new petrol tank available on that time they have informed me that they have ordered the same to H.O
              and expecting the same to be received with in two or three weeks time but till today I have not get the same replaced and every time I used to personally go and check the same with this show room as they are not given any status to me through my mobile. Also on my last visit during August 2022 they informed us that it is showing in back order as per their system.

              But till today I have not received any reply from their side even they have agreed to call me to update the status.

              I have totally disappointed on purchasing the above bike as your company is not able to resolve an issue more than 6 months after informing your above showroom
              I have not faced such issues with my previous bike company I have dealed with as they were sorting out my complaints with in one week time.

              It is very shame full for your company as your show room dealers are not able to resolve the complaints even after my followups for the last 6 Months.
              Also I won't be able to recommend any one to purchese bajaj vehicles due to the above issues.

                Dear sir,
                This is vivek from thiruvarur district.
                I have one two wheelor loan with your finance company .
                Unfortunately my last 3 month due paid on sep 08 .
                But your ex. repo agent ( sivaraj, Arun & Team - Raja associate thiruvarur area) Break my vehicle lock and taken from my office and went to your local yard. But the same time i had paid my all dues. My loan number L2WTVR[protected] Vivek Duraisamy )I asking the repo agent about release my vehicle . He is nagotiate For some amount with out bill. I am hurting heavily for your repo agent .
                Kindly take action that people and arrange to release my vehicle .
                Kindly do the needful .

                      On 10 Sep i submit my bike for servicing at Sai Service Bajaj-Kothrud, Pune.
                      I have shared all my problems in my bike and they ask to take bike in evening. they charge all bill of 4800/- Rs .
                      after servicing they call me to take my bike. when i reach there and i observe that they even not celan my bike properly and also i have paid bike polish money also, but they dont even wash my bike properly so i ask them to clean and polish.
                      Now their technician take my bike and fall down and damage my petrol tank from right side.
                      Worst exprinece with this company.
                      I take my bike there to solve my problems and they damage bike bike.'i have to file complain about them.
                      and for proof they can check their CCTV Footage on 10 Sep 22 (Time in Between 1 pm to 5 pm)

                        Bajaj CT110X - MILEAGE DROP

                        I purchased my Bajaj CT110X vehicle (Reg No. KA19 HH 1819, Engine No. PFXWMD26436 / Chassis No. MD2B85AX7MWD14545) on 20th August 2021 from Supreme Bajaj, Kuloor (Mangaluru, Karnataka). From day 1 I am facing issues with my vehicle.

                        On the first day, soon after delivery, the vehicle Key got stuck in the slot. This was due to the non-availability of lubricant in the key slots.

                        Later, I was facing a jerking issue...

                        I am getting regular calls from bajaj auto finance for paying EMI for byke loan since last 3 months, I have been telling them that they are calling wrong person and I have never taken any loan, but they are harassing me daily and even say that people like you always do this way when they are unable to pay EMI...

                        I am mentally harassed by them, I am senior citizen and unable to deal with them on daily basis

                          Recently, I have given my motorcycle for service at VDS SAYAR BAJAJ, VELLORE, TAMIL NADU, INDIA. I have given the motorcycle almost 1 month back. Thry have given the estimated time as 1 month and the amount to be 20000. But after one month, when we have contacted the service center, they gave neither good response nor they delivered the motorcycle at the estimated time. They delayed by almost 8 days and that too even by repeated calling. And the final amount we paid was INR 28000, which is almost 50percent more of the estimated amount. The greatest frustration is from the service center people. They neither picked up the phone nor gave a proper response. They always gave such irresponsible answers like ..."the technician has gone for lunch... what to do now...". Atleast a good response from the main people in the bajaj is expected further.

                          And the service to the motorcycle also not completed. The side door was not fixed saying that stock was not available. Speedometer was not fixed quoting the above said same reason.

                            I have purchased a Bajaj Dominar 400 bike on 31st August 2022, with the down payment of Rs. 2, 97, 600 (2, 92, 600 + 5000 Advance) from Chennamma Bajaj @ Dharwad.

                            The bike had some major issues in terms of starting, riding in lower gears. The issue was reported just after 2-3 days, that is on 3rd September 2022. The bike has run around 30-40 kms. The bike broke down on the same day in the middle of the road and was not getting started no matter what even after doing things told by the Bajaj service people. The Bajaj service people gave a temporary solution and asked me to leave the bike for the service on Monday, 5th September 2022 as it was late and outside working hours for them.

                            I left the bike for service on 5th September 2022 morning, they checked and called me back in the evening stating the bike had the fuel-mixture issue.
                            They removed all the petrol that was present, but the bike still had issues even after putting in the new fuel as per the suggestion of Bajaj service guys.

                            It's been almost 6 days and still they are unclear of the issue, once they'll it is because of the sensor issues, and once they told it is the issue with the low battery. I don't know how these issues occur in the brand new bike. They don't even call and update the status on the same. They only tell me that they are checking every time I call them. They said they have sent the bike to the Hubballi service center for the update. Even after so many days I have not been told the exact issue with the bike.

                              Maine ye bike January 2022 Me Alwar District se Purchase ki hai Jiska Reg. Number RJ 02 BY 0375 hai Ye meri Wife Nikita Sharma ke naam se hai.

                              Jis din se maine bike purchase ki hai uske 10 Din Bad se Iske ABS Motor Me issues Aarhe the jiski Wajah se Front Brake Proper Work Nahi Kar Raha, Agar Iska ABS Off Kardete Hai to Ye bike Perfect Kaam Karti hai, Brake Me koi issue nahi aata. ABS Wapis on karne pe Same issue Start ho jata hai.

                              Is complaint ke liye maine Alwar Me Bajaj Showroom "Dhonkaria Bajaj"" Pe contact kia unhone check karke bataya ke Iski ABS Motor Khrab hai jo humare Pass Repair Nahi ho paegi.

                              Mai Jaipur Job karta hu islie mai ye bike Jaipur Le aaya Yaha maine ye bike Bajaj Showroom RajaPark "J M Automobile" pe contact kia unhone ABS motor Mangwane ka bol ke 1 Month Wait karne ko bola.

                              1.5 Months tak ABS motor Nahi aai Uske Bad Unhone mujhe ABS change krne k lie. Unhone Service karke meri bike mujhe Return Kardi ye bol ke ke Humne ABS Change Krdi hai. But Uski Problem As it is thi wo solve nahi hui. Maine Usi time wapis complaint ki to unhone kaha ki humne change kardi hai ye sahi hai.

                              Kal uski wajah se Mera Accident ho gya kyo ki uska Brake kaam nahi kr raha tha jsse uska accident ho gaya.

                              Aaj Jab mai Dusre Showroom me bike ko leke gaya to pata chala Ke uski ABS motor Change nahi hui or na hi uska koi bill update hua hai uske alawa unhone Bajaj ki application/ Software (jo bhi aap showroom pe use karte hai ) Usme mera Mobile number bhi Change Kia hua hai jisse ki mere pass Feedback ke Lie koi call ya Message na aa ske. or meri bike ke killomiter bhi Sirf 8000 Hai jabki unhone 90000+ Update kiye hue hai.

                              Mere Sath JM Automobile Jaipur RAJAPARk me Fraud Hua hai jiki wajah se mera kal Accident Ho gaya. Iski Wajah se meri Jaan bhi ja sakti thi.

                              Aapse nivedan hai jald hi is showroom pe koi action liya jae.

                                After servicing I am facing start issue in my bike. I have changed my spark plug. But before changing my spark plug my bike start in one chance but now it will start after several try. After changing spark plug this issue will come. I have cleaned carburettor in last servicing after that bike will stopped when oil is in main line. When I switched into reserve then it will starting.

                                  I have spent nearly Rs.20000 for my bajaj pulsar at bajaj nares showroom, adress khariar road, dist- nuapada, odisha due to some starting and pick up realated issues about 6 moths ago, but i am facing the same problem with the bike, kindly take it seriously, i feel like cheated
