I was purchased my Bajaj pulsar 1250cc bike on 2020.Unfortunately I was fooled by buying the bike and every time I go to your Suri, Birbhum, West Bengal showroom to get the bike serviced, I face a lot of problems at the servicing center. I have purchased a NS160 on 17/06/2022. From the day i purchased it troubling me with the problem front disc brake was struck and accelerator keep on raising automatically and gear shifting was not good and it's touring off automatically 10 to 15 times per day .i have reported the complaints to the dealer (Akash Bajaj hosur Tamilnadu)they didn't even cares about the customer ....

My problem not solved from the last service, I told them the problem but my problem not solved...

As per bjaj bike specifications my ct 125 bike not giving mileage this will effect company reputation and i will not buy any Bajaj bike in future and also not recommended to any one this is one type of cheat...

Absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

The Bajaj service centre counterpart of the ktm showroom has got some of the worst orientation/systems set up to deal with customers. Bajaj, you guys are going to looe a lot of customer trust if you don't do something about this.

While coming from miyapur we stopped near signal auto came and hitted our bike. When we say him he is talking on phone . We said stop talking on phone and drive he said my phone my auto I'll talk who are you to say. And used bad words. Please do take a action on him....

My excitement turns into dissapointment.Within 2-3 days my bike started making troubles. getting shutdown, making jerks while travelling.Showroom and Customer support didn't helped in a proper manner. Really pathetic service
Looks like I have got a defective bike. Don't know what QA team of BAJAJ is doing. They are supplying defective bikes to the customer.

1. The first and foremost point is the misbehave of Service Manager with the customer.
2. Visited several times to the service center but issue still not resloved.
