I called bjaj agency for the first 2-3 times phone was busy then I tried again it rang for sometimes, someone on the other side recieve the call and then without listening my issues they cut the call and again line becomes busy. After calling 2-3 times again they recieve the call and when I asked my query instead of giving the answer they cut the call again.
Please look into the matter they are spoiling the name of a company and giving bad reputation in the name of company.

I buy a bike bajaj pulsar from kalna at 26/06/2020 but the dealer register it on 01/03/2019 at arunachal pradesh he had cheted with me as well as the government the rto officer joy should be cancelled who had done this

I am complain against R K Bajaj automobile service, I ordered 1 month ago parts like chain slider, oil seal, chain sprocket, chain sprocket bearing, engine guard, fender, CRANCKAGE etc, but till now no service provided by R K automobile, kharagpur branch.i visited last week and service provide told me come next Monday ur parts will be available, but today I absent my work and go only for servicing, but again and again parts not available and also service provider not inform me that your parts not available before I go.I asking your company will pay for a day salary for my absent!!! No at all?? I know..why are you harrase people like this.if your service worst and parts are not available after 1month also then why are you selling bike's.i requesting you BAJAJ AUTOMOBILE to resolve my problem.and also asking you are you able to pay middle class family work absent payout!!!????

Auto driver was demanding extra fare and was talking in very rude and abusive manner and also was trying to do misbehave and Mischeavous behaviour with female passenger. This act happened at IT Park Indore on 07 august 2022 at 12.30 pm

I bought pulsar 150 DTS-I bike in mid of 2018.
Today I went for start bike and it did not start.
So I want to know the reason that the bike is still four years old then why it is not running smoothly. And i faced this problem has occurred twice in four years.
I want to know why this problem occurs even though the bike is serviced on time
Please give me solution ASAP.

Hi, i, nikhil kumar, living in bijnor and i am a student. I was come in Devendra bajaj showroom today for service of my bike. But in showroom, there is no deiscipline and no responsbility . I waited apoximatly 6hr for my platina bike service. Is it fair? i am a student, i have other responsibility . Hope i will never go this type of place again. Please do something for the staff and other facilities. Here service faculty work as labour for lift the bikes from truck to showroom.

Hello, I have made payment against my running loan number L2WDEL08643314 on 1st august, 2022 for the month of august before the due date on 1st August. I have disclosed the payment receipt as well as your statement for the emi cleared and dues. I have made all the payments for the emi on time from my bank account. But this time I wanted to make payment in advance. So i made payment to you from the app through paytm gateway on 1st august 2022. But on 3rd August, which is a due date for emi, I got a message that my emi got bounced. I was on chat today. I got a response from the agent, that you should pay before 7 days of due date and should intimate us. that I have an issue that if i made a payment in advance then why I have to pay bounce charges. Please waive off the bounce charges. I have not done any kind of cheating with bajaj I have just made a payment in advance only Then why to pay bounce charges.

I have a new Bajaj Platina bike when I bring the bike that days I ask Bajaj Service Centre Jaisalmer my bike is a problem then he ask me we change the bike tyre in tyre problem that's why your bike is problem then I was say yes I change my tyre after bike same problem after he change my bike wheel and too many parts change without my permission and without job card opened I always say please open my bike job card but he didn't open the job card for the service because my bike is now 5400 km but he didn't service because he says you are problem we can't sold the problem after I do complain on Bajaj Auto after Raja Bajaj Mr Narendra Singh is call me then he say me you go to our showroom and resolve your problem so 4 August 2022 I drop my bike at 12 30 after I was going 6 o'clock I take my bike and bike is same problem as it is Bajaj showroom Jaisalmer serviceman hi breakd my bike handle after showroom honour says me your bike handle is problem you can go now we can't sold your problem and if you want where you want to go the Jaisalmer showroom owner bad man and he don't know how to speak with customer my bike number is RJ 15sh4161 my name NehPal Singh from Jaisalmer Rajasthan today he broked my bike handle I see with my eyes

Engine complaint, engine heavy beating, engine sound, self motor, battery and display all complaints so many times approaching a near by Varun Bajaj showrooms but no use

The lock set of my vehicle was not working, I took Urbasi Bajaj, Balangir to get the change done.Get those people changed. It's been a month now, the ignition loose is being contacted. Automatic dam is happening while driving the vehicle.In such a situation, if I went to the dealership today, they are saying that nothing can happen to it.If this happens in 1 month I gave Rs 1740, how will it work?I want to get new lock set in replacement

They showing weekly new problems and again they say it takes time since 3 weeks I’m getting same answers from them.

My bike was service at 07/07/2022 at roha gyan bajaj service centre. But i was facing problem regarding oil sensor issue and oil burn issue. When bike run for 2-3 km then that problem was showing in display. I personally visited that showroom from last 23 days regarding that problem. But still they can't help me. Also gyan bajaj showroom here not costumer setting area. We have to stand for 2-3 hrs until bike work has finish. So i request you to take action about service centre.

They did not give spar parts, they will tell me that you come after some days but when I contact them they say that We are give.

I had my second service of my Bajaj pulsar ns 125 in a authorised showroom in vasai the bike was absolutely good till then, , after the service i started facing some issues exactly day after the surviceing the compressor got weak and the bike stopped working on middle of the road I went to the service centre and explained the problem and even said that the bikes pickup has been reduced they said that your bike need to be updated the guy said that this is what you get in 125cc bike exactly after 4 day the clutch plate got very weak know those people are asking for Rs.3, 000/- for repair and saying that there is no warranty of any such part...

I got service of my byke bajaj avenger 180, after servicing he made a bill within only 1 hour, bill was manual and computerised both, billing amount is more than MRP, time of servicing was only 6 hour, I reached at 10AM and got a bill after 4 PM.

After having alot of patience, i am tired of the services that i have received. Within a month i took my bike self through any possible i can and paid almost 3 to 4000 just to take my bike to the service station. Everytime after they give me bike it was the same issue i lost my control now for having same issues multiple times 6 times visited service no resolution given

I purchased new bike pulsar 150 DTS- i on Jan 2021, last month I given to service center to ranipet branch on 08/06/2022 for maintenance purpose and I clearly told engine throttle boday indicator censor fault and other parts fault, after day I get a call service on bike is completed please take a delivery then I received bike my request is not cleared and throttle body sensor fault no one can solve my request then I asked questions that time people's are say go to vellore main branch then only clear your problem and another day I going to vellore main branch there is also one can solve my request there is saying go to ranipet branch after two days you can solution to ranipet branch, then i repeatedly go weekly twis ask when you clear my bike fault there is no one body response my questions repeatedly say go to vellore branch there is say go to ranipet branch fully shame on your service and still now date is 29/07/ 2022 my request is not resolved to our service center, it's fully disappointed to me, never I expect your service quality like this, I complained both service ranipet and vellore any body to respond my queries, i need to clear my request on priority basis otherwise I surrendered bike to your company, please accept my request and please resolve my request do the needful.my details are given below
