Ashok kumar singh s/o mr. Ram singh had purchased a bajaj pulsar 150 dts-i twin disc on 08.05.2018 from your authorised dealer megha bajaj, faizabad road, lucknow.
At the time of purchase i noticed that meter case of my bike was broken, shocker leakage and self start problem and i had complaint the same to salesman mr. Sanjay prajapati for same but he said the part is not available right now and will be replaced later and he has mentioned the same on paper and signed the same.
But he didn't replaced any part and as a result there was a severe short circuit in my bike and wiring of my bike was burnt. I took the bike to megha and told the incident to mr. Sanjay prajapti but he refused to change any part and denied that its not his fault and sent us to work manager mr. Sandeep singh. We told the whole incident to mr sandeep but he said it can't be done here and told us to go to any other showroom. Then we met to general manager mr k d pathak and again told him the incident. He than called other authorised centers and said that the problem will be resolved by anita bajaj or pr bajaj. But they also didn't listened to the cause and said to take insurance claim.
As told earlier its my new bike and the damage was due to authorised dealer, so kindly get the bike repaired at the earliest from showroom side and not from insurance side.
The registration no. Of my bike is up32jv2387. I request you to kindly take immediate action and resolve my problem.

Updated by Ashok Kumar8090 I have contacted the bajaj customer care many times and they also give the same reply that you'll get a call from concerned team within 24 hours. I am getting same reply from many days but I have not received any call from any concerned team of Bajaj. So, I request you to kindly resolve the same at the earliest.

Problem :faulty one way gear,
Impact : self start does not work properly
Resolution : 2 times in last 6 months part has been replaced but again problem repeats.
