Bt now my bank account number change so i paid this online. Ur excicutive called and provide my account number in my whats app then i paid. But ur excutive mr samvu halder with some people came my house and harase my parents. Yesterday lam already informed my payment date but without any inform came my house. Plese take action other wise i informed police station. Because previous month all emi are cleared why they went my house. I am now going to bajaj finance office with police warrent.

I am rituparna ghoshal. Some consumer loan is rannining ur finance. Some of close this monthe and some next month. Loan acccont name is my mother name manashi ghoshal. Bt now my bank account number change so i paid this online. Ur excicutive called and provide my account number in my whats app then i paid. But ur excutive mr samvu halder, prashanta with some people came my house and harase my parents. Yesterday lam already informed my payment date to prashanta but without any inform came my house. They hit me and my mother physicali plese take action other wise i informed police station. Because previous month all emi are cleared why they came my house. I am now going to bajaj finance office with police warrent.
I am closed my EMI today[protected] through AUTO DEBIT IN my account . My loan account no. is L2WHYD02404911. Pls. provide me the statement of Account and ORIGINAL N.O.C. through COURIER

    I am ur customer in last 15 years,

    But know a days i m facing service problem in bajaj service centre, situated in mango jamshedpur (Gour auto service mango jamshedpur.)
    I expenses more then 7000 in my byke engine.
    But due to bajaj enginer till date my problem has not resolved.

    So kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.

      Visited a showroom at dhanbad for test ride... To my utter surprise the showroom staff said that they wont give test ride, u have to buy and ride... What nonsense. Then i asked for dominar - they dont have a single peice of dominar with them. How pathetic... Why do bajaj make chep people to deal in bajaj bikes as with this beggar attitude they will spoil the image of bajaj also. Really third class behaviour and approach.

        I have got my bike pulsar 150 serviced fro mohali bajaj (Mohali) on 5th aug 2018. The labour charges that they have billed for swing arm lubrication/998729 is rs.400 means 3 times to the single rate. The actual work is to grease the single rod which hardly cost not more that rs 20. When i contact the dealer they said that system is automatically calculating the things.
        The same complaint i have filed with the dealer and they told me that they fwd the complaint to asm, but till date i haven't found any resolution on this.
        I need the extra money that i have paid

          I am writing today to complain of the Poor & Fake service I received from Bajaj Dealer - VISAKA MOTORS(12723) on August 12, 2018.

          I have purchase a Discover 110cc as on 20.02.2018 from
          VISAKA MOTORS (12723)
          100/B, B.T.ROAD, SUCHAR GIRJA,
          SODEPUR, KOLKATA-700115,
          NORTH 24 PGS, W.B.

          I have take my First Free Service as on 16.04.2018 from VISAKA MOTORS (12723) with 335 K.M. (Scan copy attached herewith) .

          From Last month my bike is suffering for poor Pickup & low sound from Horn issue for which I have communicate with VISAKA MOTORS for availing my 2nd Free Service; the booking date fix on 12.08.2018 Sunday at 9 a.m. But after visiting to VISAKA MOTORS (12723) service reception desk they refuse me to give me Free Service as because Online CRM showing I have already taken my 3RD Free Service from Prashant Auto (26381) with reference to Job Card No. RCJC [protected] at 9999 K.M. which is most shocking & painful for me as because I ride only my bike 2130.3 K.M till date & I have never visited to any other dealer/vendor as authorised dealer/ service center is nearby my location. I also found the mobile number mention in CRM for the last 2 sevice is not below to me.

          After several request & cross check with Manual Book & Physical Meter reading (2124KM) with the Service Manager ( they have agree to provide me as "Within Warranty" support.

          I am most annoyed that I wasted a morning (and half a day's vacation) waiting but Not getting my valid 2nd free Service as scheduled.

            Bought my avenger 220cc cruise in Feb 2018. Bike started giving trouble within 1200 kms. The starter was not functioning properly, changed a part in 22nd June and again today on 17th Aug I am at the service centre. They say the one way needs to be replaced, I don't know how long it will run. I am thinking about going to consumer court if it happens again as Bajaj is not at all acknowledging this issue and proving any assurances for the future after the warranty period.

            Problem :faulty one way gear,
            Impact : self start does not work properly

              Worse service I have ever seen . It's been 7 month I don't have my avenger cruiser220 and it's ragistration done it's 17 /aug2018 and on 1/ 3 /2018 I booked my avenger and paid my full amount by chack to bajaj executive Malad
              West Mumbaii and I don't have even bike ..
              today theyy ask me for return bike and said to cancle my ragistration and about the return but now they saying they will ragisterd it don't now when . I will never suggest any one for bajaj auto.

                Mine is a brand new vehicle Did only 350 kms.Authorised service centre is 2 kms away.There is no pick up facility provided by the centre, So we are forced to go to private workshop whose skill is not reliable.Added there is a fear in all that genuine parts are stolen and duplicates are installed.They do not give any bill, And their charges are enormous.Due to flood bike could not be started, private machanic charged Rs, 2500/=

                I have an insurance also
                I used Bajaj125 for 14 years.I availed service from authorised service centre always when the vehicle was in running condition

                So my request is to pass necessary orders to the service centre to make pick-up of break down bikes mandatory

                    Hi,

                    This is kishan, i own a bajaj rs200, registration number tn 25 bz 8928.

                    First of all, i would like to emphasize that i am writing this email with the extreme frustration on my experience with the service centre this time. I have been a bajaj customer for over an year and half now and i never been disappointed with the service i was provided before.

                    Recently i had encountered an issue with my engine where i was hearing a weired sound coming from the engine. Hence i brought my bike to service centre here in kanchipuram on 4th august 2018. I have provided the service centre details at the bottom of the email.

                    I was told that there was some bearing issue which needs full engine dismantling to repair it. Since the vehicle is under warranty, i was told that it needs approval from bajaj side and i was promised that my vehicle will be delivered on 8th august 2018 and i understood the situation and agreed. Even after continuous followups from my side, (There were no updates given from service centre side though even after the promised day of delivery) i wasn't getting any proper response as to what's going on and when the vehicle would be delivered. I wasn't even informed whether they got approval for the repair.

                    Though i got the below sms from service centre today, when i called the service centre around 4.30 pm, i was told that still not started on it since it needs engine dismantling.

                    Sms i received today: dear sir/madam,
                    Thank you for visiting susee scooter centre (10339). We received your vehicle tn25bz8928 for service on[protected]:20 pm. Thanking you, contact: [protected].

                    The above sms implies that the vehicle was received by service centre only today which is not the case and though it says that it was received around afternoon, no action were taken till the evening.

                    I already aware that there is a general notion that bajaj service is not upto the mark but it is ridiculous that customers aren't even kept updated with the status of their vehicle especially in these kind of situations where it takes more than a week.

                    Nobody would like this from a leading motorcycle company as this could turn to be the potential trust issue when you think from the customer perspectiv, e. I need someone to take action and update me on the action taken to expedite my delivery.

                      This is ankush agrawal.
                      I have been visiting krishna bajaj service centre (Hadapsar, pune) for quite a long time for spare parts of pulsar rs 200. It has been more than 2 weeks since i ordered those spare parts and i haven't received any update from them also when i give them a call, i receive a reply saying haven't got any parts and why don't i go to other service centre and enquire about it.
                      This is not the first time. It had happened about 4-5 times till now. Being the largest bajaj service centre and spare parts dealer in entire hadapsar area they never have any spare parts available and if we order them, then, no matter what, you won't receive them for at least a month. And in the end, we have to go to other service centres for enquiry.
                      All they do is, "sir, you have to go to sai service centre for required spare part", which is actually more than 25km away.
                      My bike has been in garage for last 2 weeks and again the answer is same. Now even if i want to go and get the spare part, i can't due to lack of time and mode of transport.

                      Unsatisfied with ur bike, i wint reccomend ur bike to anyone ns 160 i choosen that bike gor milege ridden 9000 kms worst milege i get only 30kms prr litre

                      and engine has problems, petrol leaks and battery troubles. ...is anyway to replace the bike if not

                      i will reccomend everyone 8n my rider group not to go for bajaj bikes...
                      I take auto from dombivli west near railway station to umesh nagar (mns office )official chrge for this route is 8rs but now days auto driver taking 10rs for this route..plz take nay serious action and they misbave also when i m giving 8rs..auto no mho4dd7777..plz take any serious action

                          Dear bajaj auto services,

                          Kindly note its been 7 months i purchase my bike bajaj avenger cruise 220 cc from bagga link mahipalpur new delhi and i am facing the self start problem since the time i purchase this bike.

                          I have visited 4-5 times to bajaj bagga service center mahipalpur and it didnt got resolved from them. Then i finally tried to visit head office of bajaj service center from bagga link in karol bagh and i gave my bike there for 10 days to get this self start issue to resolve and when i got my bike back still i am facing this issue after changing the parts of it.

                          I spoke to each and every person of bagga link in the service center from lower grade to upper grade, they didn't responded properly.

                          Today also i push my byk 2 km and again gave my bike in the bagga service center for this same issue in mahipalpur.

                          Now i am frustrated of this issue and after continuous visit to the service center for this self start issue. I have to push my bike after it didn't get to start. This is getting on to my nerves i am going to file a complaint against this auto services in consumer form.

                          This is my last hope kindly do revert with some solution other wise i will burn my bike in your service center.

                              Hi,

                              I have buy bike avenger 220 cruise, date 29/3/2018.

                              This baja avenger bike which i have received its a faulty engine, after just one month its stop working i have gave to service center and repaired but again after 10 days its stop working they said its a one way issue which is in mostly all the bike it has, i have shocked and still wondering why they selling this faulty bike to every one. And no one listining in to this they just repair it but after some time its stop working again and again. If some one help me into this its really help full.

                                Ashok kumar singh s/o mr. Ram singh had purchased a bajaj pulsar 150 dts-i twin disc on 08.05.2018 from your authorised dealer megha bajaj, faizabad road, lucknow.

                                At the time of purchase i noticed that meter case of my bike was broken, shocker leakage and self start problem and i had complaint the same to salesman mr. Sanjay prajapati for same but he said the part is not available right now and will be replaced later and he has mentioned the same on paper and signed the same.

                                But he didn't replaced any part and as a result there was a severe short circuit in my bike and wiring of my bike was burnt. I took the bike to megha and told the incident to mr. Sanjay prajapti but he refused to change any part and denied that its not his fault and sent us to work manager mr. Sandeep singh. We told the whole incident to mr sandeep but he said it can't be done here and told us to go to any other showroom. Then we met to general manager mr k d pathak and again told him the incident. He than called other authorised centers and said that the problem will be resolved by anita bajaj or pr bajaj. But they also didn't listened to the cause and said to take insurance claim.

                                As told earlier its my new bike and the damage was due to authorised dealer, so kindly get the bike repaired at the earliest from showroom side and not from insurance side.

                                The registration no. Of my bike is up32jv2387. I request you to kindly take immediate action and resolve my problem.

                                I have contacted the bajaj customer care many times and they also give the same reply that you'll get a call from concerned team within 24 hours. I am getting same reply from many days but I have not received any call from any concerned team of Bajaj. So, I request you to kindly resolve the same at the earliest.

                                I own a ns200 bs 4 version . My bike gives no power punch between 7k-8k rpm after that bike gets good power. I noted this problem to service center they said there is no such issue even though I ride my bike regularly I know problems faced by me of ns200

                                  We are using bajaj two wheeler from the past 10 years. We are a valuable customer for bajaj autos.

                                  We was purchased 2 nos of bajaj platina bike from your authorized show room
                                  Angle motors situated in marthandam, kanyakumari dist on 27/04/2018.
                                  Still it was not registered by the rto of marthandam. We approached the dealer for registration for many times they are not giving any proper response.

                                  On 10/08/2018 morning we approached the dealer for registration they simply denied my request. Because of the denied we ask the invoice and insurance copies, for that they told still they were not raised the invoice due to software problem.
                                  We got shocked your dealer is intentionally cheated me after collecting the money and all documents. Kindly arrange me a alternative way for registeration

                                  I complaint many times at khurja service centre they always said that now your bike is ok but it creates problem continiously .
                                  I suffer from this problem since 2 years i hope you will take appropriate action as soon as possible.

                                    I have done with all 3 free services of my bike and still i'm facing a problem that my bike often stop every where even when there is enough petrol in it i have made complain many times but they delay this work and the problem is still there i really want to resolve asap

                                      Iam a doctor in aiims, bhubaneswar from andhra pradesh, gave my pulsar 150 cc self start bike to correct the motor problem regarding unable to start the bike with switch start.. For such a small thing these guys in bajaj service station nayapalli bhubaneswar pin:751012 told me that they will correct it in 1 hr but made me to wait for 5 hrs in order to get motor from other service station, rather than they might guideed me to go to another service station which is 7 kms away.

                                        We r purchase a bike Avenger 180 street in 18 july RNG Moters in Kanpur Up.
                                        But after some time bike's en-gen have a noise proble and starting problem

                                        and also say manny time RNG Moter Manager/RNG Moter service manager

                                        i want to need a action in my complain other wise i will register a case in consumer office..

                                        I have again mail to you regarding for problem in bike, but nobody take action to till now, today i gone to bajaj dealer which i'm purchased the bike, but they are saying it's bike enginee will open then it will be ok. I'm not want to open my bike enginee so kindly replace my bike. Otherwise I will go to consumer court.
