Pallava motors were creating demand for free service and front scope change for my bike delivery for more than 4 days from 13/7/2018 til today 17/7/18. I had bout a pulsar 220 at June 28th 2018. And today July 16th 2018. The spares they had give me was less quality and The helmet was waste finiahing. See the helmet.and the show room employees was very rouse to answer the way the spares and helmet was

    Dear Sir,
    With reference to the subject kindly note that i have booked bike through sub dealer Kashyap Motors Mulund and delivery made & registration done by Salasar Bajaj Bhiwandi.
    After RTO registration done on 25th June 2018 i have received invoice, declaration form and service book from Salasar Bajaj. From declaration form first time came in my knowledge that which bike is delivered to me that is 11 month old model. Kindly note that i am not agree to accept this old August 2017 model bike in June 2018.
    In this connection note that i have made complaint to both i.e. Salasar Bajaj and Kashyap Motors for 11 month old bike delivered to me but Sorry to say that i have received negative and irresponsible reply from both.
    Both are not interested to solve my problem which are intentionally created by them for me. It shows that they have cheated me, they are not fare in business and they don't want costumer's satisfaction.
    So requested please instruct to your dealer and sub dealer for follow following options from my side...
    1. To take return back the bike and refund my bike value Rs 48500...OR
    2. To take return back and give me May-Jun 18 model bike.
    Requested you to please help me to solve my problem.

      Respected sir myself amrik singh have purchased a new platina on 10/10/2017 which have a very bad fuel average nobody of your employee is giving me satisfactory reason i am totally dumb with your services you have told me it will give 104 km per liter with your printed pumplet but it is not giving more than 63 km per liter it has given me a nagative attitude in my mind i am totally disappointed with bajaj i will not recommanded anybody to purchase bajaj my contact number [protected]

        I am writing this after suffering a great deal with my bike and the kind of attitude taken by Bajaj Service centre to resolve the issue. I have a bajaj pulzar 150 AS. I bought it almost 2.5 years ago and have driven only 25000 km. But the problems in the bike has always been there from the start(battery went bad just after 2 weeks, bike stopped suddenly 1 month after purchase). I have never given my bike for servicing outside, except for bajaj service centre. But the real problem started 4 weeks back after I got it from servicing. The bike stops around 8 km regularly. I reported the same in service centre.
        1. They said they have found the issue and changed air filter and 3 spark plugs.
        2. I asked them why didn't they check this at the time of service itself as it is mentioned in the service manual that these should be checked at the time of service. They agreed and apologized.
        3. As expected, the problem stayed intact. And this after I spent Rs. 635 extra for this apart from my Rs. 3000 service charge.
        4. Final blow was 2 weeks back when I was returning from office @ 10pm in rain and it stopped. Much against my wish I had to drop it to nearby mechanic shop which I could find at that time. And now it is there for almost a week for repair. I don't what to do with this bike...
        5. The kind of approach and product manufactured by bajaj is really disheartening and my family have always relied on bajaj. From Bajaj Super to Platina and with me now Pulzar AS 150.

        The famous quote of bajaj: "Hamar Bajaj!" doesn't resonate with me anymore. Bajaj has lost its values and quality and I am never going back to bajaj.

          Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. And without any call its has deducting this amouth 3 times 295 is too much for me So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

            I have Pulsar NS 160 And my bike front wheel jam. Manager Promise me to fix my problem of front wheel jam, But he didn't. He took my bike for 2 days and later he told me to took this bike to his main branch which is in bailey road and I done it but my problem will be solved there but when i came home yesterday my front wheel again jam and this time it is more than jam than previous time... Please solve my problem he is very rude, he didn't accept that my front wheel was jam, his mechanics were agreed but he didn't. He promise me he will change break caliper and disc plate but he did not change it... It is in warranty period... I'm tnsd for 2 weeks for this... I was also go in previos week on Tuesday but same problem comming... Please help me.

              Concerned team,

              I have taken a 2 wheeler Pulsar 150, Blue colour on 17th Aug 2015 in Bangalore with Bajaj auto finance. My total loan amount was 81, 264.00. Which I have paid in time, my last installment was paid on 28th September 2017. My current outstanding amount is zero. None of your team contacted me from my last instalment date(i.e.[protected]. If there were any pending amount has to be paid, that has to be coordinated, which didn’t happened from past 10 months. I have not received any kind of Message or call from Bajajauto finance team.

              On[protected], Funds Rs 295.00 has been debited 4 times, total amount of Rs 1180.00, debited from my account without any kind of information.

              During my loan period, If I delayed to pay my instalment on time, Bajaj auto finance agents were calling me 10 times in a day and they abused me with vulgar words. They used to tortured me very badly just for a delay in payment of only one month. If there were any pending amount to be paid, I would have done it, if Bajajauto finance agent informed. But now, this incident is unaccepted, unprofessional.

                These guys are not professional service technicians, they don’t want to hear the problem of customer even the customer bike has under warranty period, made the scratches on other body parts of bike and if asked about the scratches they will tell the stories. I told them to change the doom cover, the scratches which are shown in the picture are done while changing the doom cover

                  I am Swarn Singh, residing in Morinda, I purchased a bike Bajaj Avenger 220 bearing registration no. PB 12 AD 4649 from Dada motors, Shakti Nagar, Ludhiana on 28th Oct 2017. My grievances are that I have not received my registration certificate till date from the dealer.

                  When I tried to contact the dealer he refused to share any specific detail but only communicated to me that “your file is in progress”. It’s been more than 8 months of purchasing the bike but till today I have not received my RC. The dealer are violating the rules and regulation of Motor Vehicles Act. Inspite of the fact that the Dealer has taken full payment from us.

                  It is important to mention here that because of non availability of documents of the bike . I am not able to use the bike because of the strict traffic rules and fear of traffic Challan. Moreover I had purchased this bike with full affection and love, but just because of the laziness of the dealer I am not able to use the bike . which ultimately giving me a pain and mental torture.

                  For the kind perusal of this authority my grievances are mentioned point wise:-

                  1. I have not received any kind of bill, insurance, any other document at the time of delivery of the vehicle as it was agreed to be handed over at my place only.

                  2. Several requests were made to deliver the file containing all documents, the same was being ignored by the concerned person.

                  3. Several written and oral requests were made to the dealer for handling of RC.

                  4. But each and every time they avert by saying it is in process.

                  By this application it’s been humbly submitted to the authority to take cognizance of my application as It’s been more than 8 months that I have not received my RC copy, by which am unable to use my motor vehicle out of local jurisdiction. I have been mentally, physically harassed by Dada motors and their concerned person. I request to the authority to take strict action against said dealer as they are clearly violating the set rules of Motor Vehicles Act and moreover hand over all my documents.

                    Maine panaji goa bajaj sitara auto shop se avenger 180 street (model march 2018) bike 16 april ko purchase kiya, aur abhi 3 mahine bi nahi huve ki bike ka lock set kharab ho gaya hai aur battery main bhi problem hai. New bike ko itne jaldi kharab nahi hona chahiye tha. Aur service centre Panjim, madgaon dono jagah woh part available nahi hai. Part lane ke liye 12 din lagenge keh rahe hai. New launch bike ke part to service centre main hone chahiye the. Bad impression about bajaj.

                    I have purchased avenger 180 Street on 23 may 2018 from your authorised dealer survoday bajaj motor's silver park Mira road

                    I'm extremely unhappy with the vehicle because it's only 2 month & I have already faced major issues in my bike the 1 was carborat issue & 2 was bike starting problem. Your work shop mechanism has agreed to inspect my vehicle & agreed to fix the problems under 2 years warranty however when I collected the vehicle after some few days it started again same starting problem in my bike

                    I would really appreciate if you could organise my problems or arrange a new bike or return my money as I am sure you can appreciate as I totally rely on my bike for transportation.

                    I look forward to settling this matter amicably if however the matter is not satisfactory by this month end . I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the department of commerce or through the court

                      I have booked complaint about poor chrome coating during my last third service at kenna distributor @ Bharuch but they just cleaned and in some parts they are also agreed to change the poor chrome plated parts but even after completing 3 mnths not a single call received from service center side.

                      Really its disappointed very bad service. And after 3 months against rust observed on chrome plated parts.

                      Waitng for your valuable support and action for the same.

                        Vikranta baja near medical college meerut is fraud dealer. they commit some thing other but provide very cheap. even feel very graceful when you ask him for bad feedback. they sured us to provide cashback..but they lied. they asked for bike by back...but lied..sold my bike without any sell letter. 20 days has been left but no registration i get. very lazy people they are..fake cashback scheme they provide but never provide..

                          I took the delivery of a brand new Avenger 220 Street bike on 6th July 2018 from "Khiviraj Bajaj Showroom" Marathalli, Bangalore.
                          I have faced two Issues with the bike in the first 4 days itself.
                          Issue No.1:
                          The second day, I noticed some sound occurring from the bike. It was very irritating and i just couldn't ride. I took the Bike to show room, they examined but that was not fixed. Later they have sent me to near by service center, where i had to get my problem fixed. (one complete day gone for this)
                          Issue No.2:
                          Right from Day 3, there was this problem with the self start. It would not start and automatically gets off. Also, when riding in 1st/2nd gear when slowed down, it gets off. This used to happen frequently in Traffice. I really got pissed off many times. I some how used for 3 days. Today[protected], I have taken the bike to show room. They have asked me to leave the bike there for 1 day. I left the bike and went to office by walk.

                          My Experience:
                          I am really very sad to say this. After spending 1 Lakh, 16 K on the bike with very much excitement, I faced two Issues with the New Bike.I really dont understand why this is happening. I am seriously pissed off on the "Khiviraj Bajaj" Marathalli showroom, their customer treatment and Service. I had to skip office hours and go to them to get problems fixed which are due to their negligence. As per my observation, the mechanic who delivered the bike was completely careless guy. I'm disappointed. I lost the trust on them.

                          My Request:
                          Can some body tell me how can I exchange this buy for a new bike (same one or some other) in the show room. Becuase I know i cannot return this and get my money back.

                              We purchase bajaj bike CT100 on 27 june 2018, at ABS BAJAJ TONK ROAD JAIPUR on that day they never give us orginal bill, insurance paper and bike registration number they told us that after two days you will get the bike registration number. but after 13 days they do nothing we dont have any paper regariding purchasing of bike and insurance and bike registraion number . but i dont received my bike registration number yet

                                Mere paas dominar bike hai. Mai apni bike ka third free service karwane metro bajaj, dhanbad jharkhand me gaya tha. Unke paas koi well trained mechanic nahi tha. Par phir bhi maine apna kaam karwaya. Uske baad jab billing ke liue gaya to spare parts ke liye 1024 ka bill diya aur service charge 860 ka bill diya.maine jab unse pucha ki free service me labour cost kyun le rahe ho to usne bola ki service charge dena hoga. Aur mujhe force karnw lage charge dene ke liye. Baat itni bad gayi ki pure workshop me hangama hone laga. Maine bhi bol diya ki service charge to mai dunga hi nahi tere ko jo karna hai kar le. Phir usne apne senior ko bulaya to wo bhi bolene lage ki service charge dena hoga. Tab maine bola ki aap written me do ki iaki third free service hai aur isse mai Service charge le raha hun. Jab use lagne laga ki mai paise nahi sunga to wo bola ki thik hai mai charge chod deta hun. Mera ye kahana hai ki ye kya rule hai bajaj walo ka. Costumers to bewakuf samjhte hai kya...

                                  I purchased Bajaj Avenger 180 Street on 19/03/2018. The vehicle is not starting now. After giving it to your authorized service center LN Motors ( Which is a franchise of VST Bajaj), they say the clutch plate inside the magnet assembly has gone. First of all, I don't understand how can a brand new bike face such a problem. Even your service mechanics don't seem to have an answer for this. Secondly, they say the part is not available anywhere and will have to be ordered from the company itself. This will take at lease 3 days from the date of dispatch to reach us, and upon asking if its been dispatched, we get a reply telling that they don't know. I also got to here that 'sir even we are helpless, we are also like you only, we too just have to wait'. REALLY? An authorized service center person telling that he's also like me only. Whats that supposed to mean to me? Whom else am I supposed to go to now? This is a very bad and pathetic experience given to me by bajaj. Its been a week now that my vehicle has been left at your service station, I have to travel almost about 40-50 kms daily, which I'm doing now with the help of public transport, in spite on investing such heavy amount in a brand new bike. Really unprofessional and bad service given to me by your dealer. Even after repeated follow ups there's no satisfactory response. I'm as much annoyed as sad to purchase the bike and regret the decision to be your customer.

                                  Really bad response from your end. Not a single person is ready to take responsibility and actually sort this out. Maybe you don't understand a common man's problem when he doesn't have his two wheeler. We do not have extra vehicles as spares and cannot keep asking for favors from others everyday. Its a shame the way this is being handled. Your executives do not receive my calls, don't call back either, and the people on the service center landline tell we do not have an update.

                                      I bought Bajaj avenger 220cc cruise model in Mar 2018 and within 500km bike started giving me an issue of empty starter, I visited showroom they said just minor issue n clutch bcz there is a change in clutch in new model of 2018, company replaced old clutch with one way clutch and because of that this is issue is there. they did service and it worked for while and again around 1500km problem started and now at around 2000km my bike is getting start at all. when i spke to showroom staff at Amin Automobile(lal Darwaja) they said i is manufacturing fault and changing clutch is d only solution they can give.
                                      Making changes in new engine is quite risk I found, i guess it may reduce performance in future run.
                                      They are accepting it is manufacturing fault then too they are distributing same models with same issue to new customers.
                                      I am concerned about details given by company as they said they did not changed anything in engine of 2017 model, however company did changed clutch and giving wrong details and commitment to customers.
                                      I already forwarded Emails to company before 20days. However, they are not giving any proper response or resolution over it.
                                      I have all the email communication if required.

                                      same Problem for me too, already got it replaced for the second time this past week and i'm not sure when and where it might come up again. Feels disgusting to have invested such a huge amount and get this in return. Please come up with a permanent solution for the same.

                                        Hi, I baught the bike a couple of weeks back and had my first service done today. I has asked them to specifically about the headlights which fog up while riding. After the service i found the headlights to be in the very same condition! Because of this, the bike's headlight visibility is reduced and also now after the service the indicator for the indicators also flashes on its on even though the indicators aren't turned on.
