Hi, I baught the bike a couple of weeks back and had my first service done today. I has asked them to specifically about the headlights which fog up while riding. After the service i found the headlights to be in the very same condition! Because of this, the bike's headlight visibility is reduced and also now after the service the indicator for the indicators also flashes on its on even though the indicators aren't turned on.

    On 12July 2017 I purchased a motor vehicle from your dealership (Vehicle no :-DL9SBJ9638, Year :-2017, Model No :- V15). Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because from the first service of my bike i started facing the problem of a selfstart and a missing. so after three day i went to the service centre with the issue and the machanic did fixed my problem but again after 12 days the same problem arised with more problems like selfstart, missing, kick, battery, meter and wiring problem, and this time as i didnt get time so i waited for my second service.on the day of my second service i said about every problem to the machanic and he said that he will fix it up. Your mechanic inspected my bike and agreed to fix the problem under warranty, however, when I collected the bike and started using it again, the problem was still there.

    I would appreciate it if you could look up to my bike problem which i have mentioned above by tomorrow as my warranty period will end on 12thJuly 2018. As I am sure you can appreciate, I rely on my bike for transport and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost (I have kept the first two receipts as proof but the rest three receipts i don't have beause the mechanic said that there is a problem with the system so we can't give you the receipts and you need to collect it later but i didn't get time to collect because i do a job and i hope you can understand my problem).

    I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by (12July2018), I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the Department of Commerce or through the courts.

    My Vehicle shock absorbers is completely outdated. when contacted ARASU Bajaj -609001, their response is not satisfastory and they are not keen to look customer issue. We need your intervene to solve at the earliest. They mentioning to pay money and buy new one instead of warranty replacement.

Till to date not return to my bike battery. Not responsible our showroom. Servicing very very poor. Delayed work. Pls action emmidiatly our showroom.pls my battery return sir.

      I purchase Bajaj v15 on June 2017 it's kilometer meter is not working. I go to showroom but he is not able solve this problem. then I mail the company coustmor care but he was not responding last one month.

        We purchase bajaj bike CT100 on 27 june 2018, at ABS BAJAJ TONK ROAD JAIPUR on that day they never give us orginal bill, insurance paper and bike registration number they told us that after two days you will get the bike registration number. but after 13 days they do nothing we dont have any paper regariding purchasing of bike and insurance and bike registraion number .we talk to Ms. Alia but she never response regarding our complaint.

          Good day!

          To the manufacturer or supplier of the Bajaj RE to the Philippines. I am Gilbert Dinglasa, I currently purchase the Bajaj RE FI from one of your distributor here in the Philippines which is EMCOR Philippines.

          I would like to express my deepest dissatisfaction along with my comrades here in the Philippines, we have purchased the three-wheel for the purpose o[censored]sing it in business as a public transport. However, we are unable to do so currently because of the slow release of the CSR or Certificate of Stock Reported. I was told that this document is coming from you guys so I am writing this complaint to you and hope that you can do something about this issue.

          This is really not a good customer care since your product was just been beginning to spread here in our country. We really liked and loved your product so far. However, with regards to this mess, some of our fellow drivers hesitate to purchase it. I do not know whose fault would this be if it is on your end or from the distributor here in the Philippines who are very relaxed in dealing with this concern.

          Furthermore, the CSR is really an important part of the requirement here in the Philippines to register a vehicle and to have it registered to get a permit for using it as a public transport.

          We would really appreciate it if you can speed up the process of providing the document to the distributor here in the Philippines specifically in Cebu and Mindanao which is EMCOR Phil.

            I have purchased Bajaj Kristal from Varun Motors, Vijayawada and registered on 10/12/2007 and its validity is upto 09/12/2022. The vehicle spare parts and its servicing is not available in out city and I am facing many problems in addition to loss of money and time. Vehicle is facing problems in fuel pumping system and the front tyre rim is also not available in market as well as in service center. Even though the validity is upto 2022 due to non availability of spare parts and service I am loosing my valuable money as I have to abandon the vehicle before its validity. It shows the irresponsibility of Bajaj Company towards its consumers in stopping the production of Kristal as well as stopping supply of its spare parts forcing its consumers to loose their money. It is requested either to supply spare parts of Bajaj Kristal or take appropriate action against Bajaj Automobiles for its policy.

            My bike sometimes occure with starting problem atleast weakly once. It will get started after half an hour are more. I took this bike last year in the month of October.

                    Bike Rear tyre puncher and tube condition is critically. So, i need the Rear wheel tube immediately. tube size (130/90 15)

                      I purchased pulsar 220f on 17th may 2018 from Ganesh bajaj, near icici bank, barhaj road, Deoria, . It has been more than one and half months and i still have not got my bike registered due to carelessness . I kept inquiring them during this period and they kept making execuses like "there were holidays in the month, unavailability of lawyer etc" for delay. Then they started to hang the phone.

                      The service is really very poor. All they want is money and no intention to establish moral connection with customers.

                          Sir i brought my pulser 150 dtsi bike at your service center at nagpur center name is arun bajaj khamla square nagpur... Nd they told me to pour engine flush so that it keep bikes engine clean but 3m engine flush is about 150 rs outside the shop but they give me that same 3m engine flush at rs 450 rs.. Nd my present km of bike is 17900 km so is it really necessary to pour engine flush.

                            I bought the bajaj avenger 180 in march, however i got the faulty battery and the bike is only having the electric self start and no kick, so without the battery i can not start the bike.

                            I have given the battery for replacement on warranty "three times" but all the three time i got the same faulty battery.

                            Bajaj is not resolving my issue. I have raised my complaints 3 times with bajaj but they close them without resolution.

                              Very disappointed with the service. I have pulsar 180 dtsi. But i am very very disappointed with the type of service the showroom people do. I got my bike engine work. The service included change of spare parts of engine, oil change, oil filter change and many more and total costing of this is 17000. After that service within a 2 month there was a heating problem for engine. I went to the showroom again and they demanded rs4000 again for engine work. Now i am again getting similar problem of clutch plate change and they are demanding 2200 for this. So please take necessary action mention
                              Below service center. They all are corrupt people fooling there customer.

                                बजाज पल्सर का मिटेर ख़राब हो गया है कंपनी को शिकायत के बाद भी ठीक नही कर रहे आबि लिए हुए 7महीने ही हुए rj20ns3118 जिस कंपनी से ली थी उस का नाम बनखंडी मोटर्स सुल्तानपुर हे वहया बार बार सिखायत के बाद भी ठीक नही कर रहे तथा कोई सुजाव भी नही दे रहे उस कंपनी के स्टाफ का कस्टमर से बात करने का रहव्या भी ठीक नही है कस्टमर से बदमजी भी करते हे जिसके कारण वह नही जाते

                                I purchased a pulsar 220 on may 7th I used a only one month's it's already have 1) petrol tank leakage,
                                2) Speedo Meter not working
                                3) Handle all Allen Screw Bolts already Red Rusted

                                I want to complain about Bajaj service centers, I am specifically in BBS from Ethiopia ( international customer). I gave my bike to a service center nearby KIIT University before a month plus but they did not return my bike still. I literally facing problem .

                                  Dear sir/ma'am,

                                  I visited to bajaj motorcycles workshop to service my pulsar 150 bike. And i was given rupees 14000/- estimate including seat cover, tail light, engine oil etc. As per their astimate, i submitted my bike on 24 june 2018 and i was told to take my bike on 26th june 2018 at 6 pm (Mentioned in job card no. 709, provided to me).
                                  Now i did'nt get my bike on 26th june 2018 and it was provided to me on 1st of july 2018 with no seat cover and tail light (With the same estimate mentioned above). I discussed with manager, workers etc, but they did'nt responded me in correct manner. So i paid rupees 14000/-, to take my only single bike.
                                  After 2 days, i found that engine oil was also not changed and around 5 - 7 nut bolts were vanished from my bike. (Checked by personnel mechanic)

                                    My complain is regarding that today i bought a new v15 bajaj motorcycle which was costed to me of 75000/-.
                                    Secondly when my bike was take out for delivery it's self start was nt working so they changed the battery and then it worked fine. After half n hour of my driving the self start again failed and batter sign is visible on the panel.. Kindly register my complain against the dealer for providing faulty product and degrading bajaj company name.. Tommorow i m going to talk about this to the dealer also. My phone no is [protected].
                                    Beside this they provide me bill of rs.61000/-

                                      Very disappointed with the service. I have dominar. I bought this bike because i love doing long rides. Its a wonderful machine. But i am very very disappointed with the type of service the showroom people do. I got my bike serviced a week back. The service included engine oil change, oil filter change and many more. After that service within a day there was a leakage of engine oil. I went to the showroom again and they said the leakage was happening because of the oil filter and they changed it again. As there was a lot of oil leakage, i told them to topup the engine oil. They said that they ll do it and i told them that i am going to do a long ride in a week and i should not face any problem during the ride. And when i checked the bike there was no adequate amount of engine oil. They were like better topup the engine oil before going for the ride. And now the problem is again there is leakage of engine oil.
                                      I am from tumkur, karnataka. Hope i get a proper reply.

                                        Hello sir am sending this email to inform you about the extreme inconvenience and cheating I faced today at yours

                                        M/s Pioneer motors (65635)
                                        Kerala .near kaniayapuram bus stand.
                                        Tvm (state code 32)

                                        My bike was submitted for regular service on Friday, ie 6 days from today.it was to rectify the fuel gauge meter, since the float had issues multiple times.
                                        Now issues began at the service centre, where initially they declined to accept the vehicle saying that the accessory is out of stock and this will take more than a month..I Checked with service head in tvm, he was a kind guy, atleast sorted out the accessory and delivered it to this particular service centre.this took almost a week, and I did not had access to a vehicle.

                                        Now the real issue happened today as they delivered my bike, I had specifically mentioned 6 checks and rectifications in my job card.
                                        The guy had wrote it all down keenly on that date .today when I received my bike, I found that services were undone.
                                        Not only that when I had submitted my bike, I was told tank cleaning would be there so it will take 3 days.today the service engineer there named Mr SAJITH says that no tank cleaning was done and when I enquired why the fuel meter is not responding, he told there is no petrol that's why.i took his word ignoring the fact that when I had submitted the bike it had more than 2 litres of fuel in it.so I went ahead and filled my byk with 3 liters of petrol.still the fuel needle doesn't move a bit ...this clearly shows that eighther they did not change the float in the tank or proper supervision was not done there during the service.
                                        When I got my vehicle, mr SAJITH himself told me it's clear and rectified.

                                        When I again asked him why there is a new sound from the front, he said it's because the bike is not hot, so when it runs a few kms, the sound will be gone..I don't know how these guys are recruited and on what criteria.

                                        I feel extremely frustrated and cheated now as this case was even attended by a manager named Krishnan when intialy the purticular show room had denied my service too.
                                        I have had only done showroom services till date.
                                        Am moving to cx affairs as am cheated by popular Bajaj, kaniayapuram
                                        Attaching the job sheet and invoice of the job that was not done.and guys who even stole petrol from my bike.

                                        I bought a Bajaj Dominar recently and I only rode the bike for 140 kms and found that the coolant is decreasing drastically which shouldn't occur there is no coolant leakage at all. I think the coolant is mixing with the engine oil and this may be a serious issue
