Sir i brought my pulser 150 dtsi bike at your service center at nagpur center name is arun bajaj khamla square nagpur... Nd they told me to pour engine flush so that it keep bikes engine clean but 3m engine flush is about 150 rs outside the shop but they give me that same 3m engine flush at rs 450 rs.. Nd my present km of bike is 17900 km so is it really necessary to pour engine flush.

    I bought the bajaj avenger 180 in march, however i got the faulty battery and the bike is only having the electric self start and no kick, so without the battery i can not start the bike.

    I have given the battery for replacement on warranty "three times" but all the three time i got the same faulty battery.

    Bajaj is not resolving my issue. I have raised my complaints 3 times with bajaj but they close them without resolution.

      Very disappointed with the service. I have pulsar 180 dtsi. But i am very very disappointed with the type of service the showroom people do. I got my bike engine work. The service included change of spare parts of engine, oil change, oil filter change and many more and total costing of this is 17000. After that service within a 2 month there was a heating problem for engine. I went to the showroom again and they demanded rs4000 again for engine work. Now i am again getting similar problem of clutch plate change and they are demanding 2200 for this. So please take necessary action mention
      Below service center. They all are corrupt people fooling there customer.

        बजाज पल्सर का मिटेर ख़राब हो गया है कंपनी को शिकायत के बाद भी ठीक नही कर रहे आबि लिए हुए 7महीने ही हुए rj20ns3118 जिस कंपनी से ली थी उस का नाम बनखंडी मोटर्स सुल्तानपुर हे वहया बार बार सिखायत के बाद भी ठीक नही कर रहे तथा कोई सुजाव भी नही दे रहे उस कंपनी के स्टाफ का कस्टमर से बात करने का रहव्या भी ठीक नही है कस्टमर से बदमजी भी करते हे जिसके कारण वह नही जाते

        I purchased a pulsar 220 on may 7th I used a only one month's it's already have 1) petrol tank leakage,
        2) Speedo Meter not working
        3) Handle all Allen Screw Bolts already Red Rusted

        I want to complain about Bajaj service centers, I am specifically in BBS from Ethiopia ( international customer). I gave my bike to a service center nearby KIIT University before a month plus but they did not return my bike still. I literally facing problem .

          Dear sir/ma'am,

          I visited to bajaj motorcycles workshop to service my pulsar 150 bike. And i was given rupees 14000/- estimate including seat cover, tail light, engine oil etc. As per their astimate, i submitted my bike on 24 june 2018 and i was told to take my bike on 26th june 2018 at 6 pm (Mentioned in job card no. 709, provided to me).
          Now i did'nt get my bike on 26th june 2018 and it was provided to me on 1st of july 2018 with no seat cover and tail light (With the same estimate mentioned above). I discussed with manager, workers etc, but they did'nt responded me in correct manner. So i paid rupees 14000/-, to take my only single bike.
          After 2 days, i found that engine oil was also not changed and around 5 - 7 nut bolts were vanished from my bike. (Checked by personnel mechanic)

            My complain is regarding that today i bought a new v15 bajaj motorcycle which was costed to me of 75000/-.
            Secondly when my bike was take out for delivery it's self start was nt working so they changed the battery and then it worked fine. After half n hour of my driving the self start again failed and batter sign is visible on the panel.. Kindly register my complain against the dealer for providing faulty product and degrading bajaj company name.. Tommorow i m going to talk about this to the dealer also. My phone no is [protected].
            Beside this they provide me bill of rs.61000/-

              Very disappointed with the service. I have dominar. I bought this bike because i love doing long rides. Its a wonderful machine. But i am very very disappointed with the type of service the showroom people do. I got my bike serviced a week back. The service included engine oil change, oil filter change and many more. After that service within a day there was a leakage of engine oil. I went to the showroom again and they said the leakage was happening because of the oil filter and they changed it again. As there was a lot of oil leakage, i told them to topup the engine oil. They said that they ll do it and i told them that i am going to do a long ride in a week and i should not face any problem during the ride. And when i checked the bike there was no adequate amount of engine oil. They were like better topup the engine oil before going for the ride. And now the problem is again there is leakage of engine oil.
              I am from tumkur, karnataka. Hope i get a proper reply.

                Hello sir am sending this email to inform you about the extreme inconvenience and cheating I faced today at yours

                M/s Pioneer motors (65635)
                Kerala .near kaniayapuram bus stand.
                Tvm (state code 32)

                My bike was submitted for regular service on Friday, ie 6 days from today.it was to rectify the fuel gauge meter, since the float had issues multiple times.
                Now issues began at the service centre, where initially they declined to accept the vehicle saying that the accessory is out of stock and this will take more than a month..I Checked with service head in tvm, he was a kind guy, atleast sorted out the accessory and delivered it to this particular service centre.this took almost a week, and I did not had access to a vehicle.

                Now the real issue happened today as they delivered my bike, I had specifically mentioned 6 checks and rectifications in my job card.
                The guy had wrote it all down keenly on that date .today when I received my bike, I found that services were undone.
                Not only that when I had submitted my bike, I was told tank cleaning would be there so it will take 3 days.today the service engineer there named Mr SAJITH says that no tank cleaning was done and when I enquired why the fuel meter is not responding, he told there is no petrol that's why.i took his word ignoring the fact that when I had submitted the bike it had more than 2 litres of fuel in it.so I went ahead and filled my byk with 3 liters of petrol.still the fuel needle doesn't move a bit ...this clearly shows that eighther they did not change the float in the tank or proper supervision was not done there during the service.
                When I got my vehicle, mr SAJITH himself told me it's clear and rectified.

                When I again asked him why there is a new sound from the front, he said it's because the bike is not hot, so when it runs a few kms, the sound will be gone..I don't know how these guys are recruited and on what criteria.

                I feel extremely frustrated and cheated now as this case was even attended by a manager named Krishnan when intialy the purticular show room had denied my service too.
                I have had only done showroom services till date.
                Am moving to cx affairs as am cheated by popular Bajaj, kaniayapuram
                Attaching the job sheet and invoice of the job that was not done.and guys who even stole petrol from my bike.

                I bought a Bajaj Dominar recently and I only rode the bike for 140 kms and found that the coolant is decreasing drastically which shouldn't occur there is no coolant leakage at all. I think the coolant is mixing with the engine oil and this may be a serious issue

                  Hi, i am salman hamsa, i bought my rs200 from kollam sarathy showroom almost 2 years back and i changed my service from kollam sarathy to kallingal attingal because of issues in services. After a few months i started facing missing problems while running, i reported the issue several times in attingal kallingal showroom but each time they were telling different complaints and they recommended for kallingal bajaj in nedumbangad. I provided them my bike for more than one week but there was no change. After that i again gave my bike to kallingal attingal for the same issue but since two years it has not been rectified. When it was time to change my cone and ball i gave my bike to kallingal attingal for changing it. After that new problems were arising. I began to face handling problems my bikes handle got tighten and i contacted the showroom for the complaint. They told it was because of over tightening of fork and they told they corrected it and gave my bike back. But still i was facing the same problem and i consulted them again then they told me that it is because of setting of cone nd ball nd they resetted it for me. But still i was facing the same problem and i was about to consult them again that time they told me the length of the left fork stamp is long than the other stamp, but i havnt touched the fork or no complaint has arised regarding that fork before i changed my cone and ball, i asked them how that can be happened and there were no clear answer for me from their side. And i was forced to change the cone nd ball once more after that i was not able to ride my bike comfortably and i contacted that service centre again then they adjusted the fork for me in front of my eyes telling that one fork is long. But from the next day i was forced to face leaking of oil from the other stamp. I again consulted the service centre and asked them, for a clear report. They ripped off my front forks and told me that left side fork is bend. I asked them how and i asked them this was not your answer till yesterday. When i start questioning they were telling me that after removing the fork they are not sure that if it is right or left but one fork is bend. From then the service manager of kallingal bajaj attingal was talking in a rude manner to me which made me to tell them to reset my bike and give it back. They resetted my bike in a manner that i cant drive it back home, the two forks were not in correct order that made me slip from road on my way home and the oil from the stamp were spilled over my front disc brake that resulted in failure of my front brake and abs. I used to do my chain service every 500km and from the previous chain service i'm also facing the issue of sound and discomfort from chain, they are now telling me to change my chain and sprocket. They are not showing any responsibilities against our vehicles. I request to get my bike ready by rectifying my complaints regarding missing, fork, front disc brake, chain ect. And i have spent a lot of money regarding these compalints and did whatever they asked me to but i feel like i was being cheated. I hope that a better solution will be made by your side

                    Sir,
                    I have given my bike bajaj pulsar 220 to the service centre shiva bajaj, hapur for changing some parts throung insurance, after 20 days they give my bike and the whole color of my bike has been damaged by them, andd the reason they told me that i should be done by the sun rays as it is being standing in it.
                    But u told me that is it possible (Damaged color).
                    And also they treat me very rudely n loudly said that go where ever u put our complaint.

                    I want my bike as it was earlier.

                      Today i am not able to start my bajaj pulsar 150cc twin disc bike, because of display not displayed. Before starting the bike at around 15:30
                      Today we went pune for some work that time it was working, after that trip i am not able to start the bike. Totally the bike is not able to start and there is no kick too.

                      Purchase type :- cash

                      Pune-mumbai highway,

                        Sir your i purchased a ct100 bs4 bike in june 2017 in this bike i notice that there is no fuel gage in this bike but now in june 2018 your company start giving fuel gage in ct100 then why are you not given fuel gage in starting models and bajaj ct100 bike ground clearance is also low it is also not stable please understand these thing in future

                          I paid full payment to suroday motors pvt. Ltd. Goregaon (W) on 16.06.2018 however bike was delivered only on 26.06.18 even though we wanted early delivery. When we brought vehicle at home we noticed petrol was leaking the vehicle was stranded on road. The mechanic from showroom came on 27.06.18 and told sometimes overflow pipe gives problem when it is pressed and battery was also needed to be charged. The both complaints were attended. Next day on 28.06.18 vehicle was again stranded on road and both occasion vehicle was brought home by physically dragging. The next day on 29.06.18 the vehicle was taken to workshop by showroom mechanic on enquiry and complain to gm sales of suryoday he told their is nothing wrong with vehicle when tank if fully filled air gives problem. He was asked to deliver vehicle back as their is no problem according to them. However he told battery is kept on charging as 10% charging is remaining. Inspite of vehicle being with them for 6 hours vehicle was not given back and will be given on 30.06.18. Inspite of taking delivery on 26.06.18 we are unable to use vehicle and they are not giving anything in writing and not giving no. Of their director amit vartak to intervene and give us another new vehicle as this is giving continous problem. Please intervene as showroom is giving very poor service. Even keys were given without key chain very small matter.

                            Maine pahle bhi iski complaint kiya hu .lekin bajaj auto k dwara kisi tarh ka support nhi mila jisse mujhe bahut taklif hua hai. Bike liya tabhi se chassis band ka problem bta rha hu .apke dealer khandelwal bajaj bilaspur cg.ke dwara problem solve nhi kiya gya.bike right side jyada jhukti hai.bike ride me problem ho rha hai.kabhi bike accident ho sakta hai.meri problem ko jald thik kare .

                              All the bajaj dealers at visakhapatnam are charging rs 1750/- for accessories like saree guard, mirrors, tool kit and engine crush guard during purchase of bajaj platina two wheeler. We are requesting them to provide on no cost for the said accessories but they are charging.

                              As we have no option to complaint against the issue we are forwarding this mail for remedial action.

They told us first service is free but now they tell us to pay 410rupees.Other services are not satisfied.Their oil is much costlier than others.No facility of water and proper sitting.please attention to our complaint...

                                My bike no. Is cg10 el 5278, place bike for servicing at vandana bajaj raipur dated 25/06 & i have been assured that the servicing will be done in same day till evening or max by next day morning, now i am repetitively calling to service center but n one is bother to provide me service status & i have not received my bike yet.. Very bad services from employees even they donot have courtesy to deal with customer, dont know how u you have recruited such uneducated employees..

                                I am still fighting for getting my vehicle back

                                i purchased bajaj pulser 150 cc bike on Monday 18/06/2018. it was bad experience, i want to ask that bajaj not giving no. plats on bike? very third class quality key chain they gave me with bike, feeling shame on bajaj that is this bajaj quality? you need to do something as soon as possible otherwise you will loses customer

                                  Greetings of the day,
                                  Respected sir/mam,

                                  I have purchased bajaj pulsar220f on 13th june 2018 from the day 1 it is giving me problems the problems are mentioned below.

                                  1. Engine is heating up between 3, 4 kms. Temperature of heating up is like i have rided 50, 60kms
                                  2. Moisture is getting in the headlight so the bubbles are getting formed in headlight
                                  3. Last bt major issue bike is jerking like the petrol is going to get empty
                                  Bt petrol is there in the tank... The water exit hole in fuel tank is blocked so d rainwater stays in it and get into the tank

                                  The last thing i want to say abt dis all the first impression of bajaj automobile is bad hence forth i will not reccomend bajaj to anyone bcauz of such issues
                                  Whats d use of paying 1, 10, 000/- for 220 if it has such many problems only one week 4 days completed after purchasing the bike... Then i must say my honda unicorn was much better than 220...

                                  Disappointed with new purchase i dont even feel dat it is new bike bcauz of such many problems from day1😔

                                    I have purchases a unite of pulsar 150 dtsi bike on 05/02/2018 and convert to EMI with bajaj finserv.
                                    After one month we have face problem from battery, gear shifting format and self start. i have visit at Deewan Bajaj with problem, he is replace my battery in warranty but still i have facing same issue. many times i have called to customer care but still issues is not resolve, please help me with permanent solution other wise please replace my bike i am not satisfied this bike. otherwise i have not to pay my next installment.

                                    STILL BATTERY IS NOT WORKING.
                                    GEAR SHIFTING PROBLEM.
                                    SELF IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.

                                      My kl7cn1638 rs200 is showing missing form 1st service onwards, bike is serviced on popular bajaj palarivattam.
                                      It shows low pulling of 40km/hr while going ooty & shows missing through the ride.
                                      Rpm is getting down while holding the throttle steady some times and was varying through out.

                                      Bike is showing worst performance.

M bajaj se chata hu ki meri gadi ka horn sahi karvya jaye...45 normal speed h us pe gadi ka horn ki aawaj sahi nahi aati to fayada kya h bajaj ki gadi lene ka... Can bajaj help me...
