I have bought a XCD135 Bajaj bike and the parts of this bike are not aviable in any of the showrooms or service centers in goa. infact even the authourised retailers say that they are not intrested in ordering the parts of this bike coz even if they oredr the parts the company does not send the parts to them for 2-3 months.

infact very intresting that event the satari service center of bajaj says that they will try to arrange the parts in 15 days time but no gaurantee of deleviring the spare parts.

if you dont want to give service of the bike and spare parts then why do you produce such bike
all ###
simply making customers handicapped coz they have to stop going to work and run behind this stupid people to get the bike in working condition.

its more than a month now till now no one is willing to get n give me the spare parts.

for heaven sake stop cheeating innocent customers if you cannot keep upto ur words n promises

    I spent more than 13000rs on my pulsar 220 engine even after that engine is vibrating too much above 80kmph and taking load even on 4th gear like we are driving on 1st gear. Their service point is not providing good service and they don't even have certified mechanics neither they have proper parts always when i go to service point and showing the problems that occoring even after full engine repair they are telling to come later sometimes their head mechanic is on holiday or they say there is only one mechanic three months are over but still they not fixed the problems

      I went to test ride a 2018 avenger street 220 @ bellandur, bangalore (Amba bajaj). However the bike did not start and the person said the battery need to be charged and i can come back after 5-6 hrs. Now why would a new 2018 model bike face starting problem and why would the battery need to be charged for a new bike. Eventually i could not test ride.

      I was planning to buy one but luckily for me, i came to know the problem, so i am not buying it till issue resolves. Also i checked some user complaints online about the starting problem in brand new avenger 220.

      So don't buy this bike till bajaj officially accept the problem and resolves it.

      I went to test ride avenger street 220 again and same issue. Manager said bike is under service so I need to come again. There is some serious manufacturing defect in this bike it seems. Neither Bajaj responded to the complaint, nor the store manager had any answers to the starting problem issue of this bike.

        Dear sir,

        I am r. Rajesh here by wish to raise a complaint against bajaj ct 100 bike which i have bought 3 months before (09.04.2018) in s. V. Arcade, sarjapur (Hobli), dommasandra, anekal taluk, bengaluru -562125

        When i was travelling to hosa road from hebbal suddenly the bike got struck on the road giving some sounds in the engine. After some time engine oil started leaking, immediately i went to near by bajaj showroom located in horamavu (Kiviraj bajaj) by tata ace luggage auto on 19.06.2018, after one day it was said that i need to take the vehicle to the showroom where i have purchased.
        When i asked for the reason the kiviraj showroom person mr. Naik ([protected]) informed me that there was a nail linked with chain due to which the internal parts got damaged. He also informed me that this is due to improper cleaning in the first free service.

        Hence i booked a towing vehicle from horamovu to dommasandra showroom on 21.06.2018. The showroom people have just opened the engine and found the problem but till today they have not serviced and returned the bike nor updated me any status. The concern manager shivu[protected] will not be available to contact and we are not getting proper response from showroom people.

        I am not satisfied with the showroom service and the vehicle. I am not sure whether even after this temporary service my bike will be in good condition. Till now i have spent rs.2000 for towing vehicle on a new bike which travelled only 2800km.

        Now, i am not intrested in any of temperory solutions and take risk of my life. Hence i need the company to provide me a new engine or new bike. This is the defective product received by me from bajaj company. So, bajaj is solely responsible for providing me the right solution.

        Kindly, consider this and do the needful.

        I given ct100 bike @ S.V bajaj dommasandra showroom on 21.06.2018. The showroom people have just opened the engine and found the problem but till today they have not serviced and returned the bike nor updated me any status. The concern manager shivu[protected] will not be available to contact and we are not getting proper response from showroom people.

          Im rohan and i own a 200ns from the first generation. Im writing this mail cause of the worst experience im having right now. I gave my bike for service 2days ago at gallops bajaj as i found that there is a radiator issue with my bike and i was planning to go to spiti vally on 18/06/18 by taking my bike. They said that the issue has been solved and did everything and my bike is ready to go to spiti. Yesterday i checked the engine again and saw that it is having coolent mixed with oil. Such a shame that i wont be able to go to spiti anymore with my friends. I was planning to buy a dominor when i come back but now i will never recommend bajaj motorcycles to anybody. Your service center at powerhouse, sabarmati, ahmedabad. Killed my bike and my dreams of going to spiti valley. Thank you so much hope you read this mail asap.

          This was the mail i send to bajaj no response the service center has done the service with 0 knowledge of the bike and ruined my bike engine. Now they asked me to give the bike for service again and they did nothing as of now

            Sir,

            I am nathaniel from hyderabad. Three weeks ago when i had timing chain issue with my pulsar 180 then all the mechanics and even bajaj service ignored and now when my bike won't start then my local mechanic opened and showed me the broken wall seal and tells that it will cost rs.7000 to repair the existing parts. On the other side bajaj service person said that they will only replace it with new parts and my estimated bill may reach rs.15000.

            When i initially came to them they haven't responded and now they say that my bill may reach rs.15000. Does it cost that much money?

            If an auto rickshaw person demands more money then there is a special police number to call so that they can take action on him. Similarly is there any police number dedicated for motorcycles so that they can take some action.

            Hi,

            I own a bajaj avenger street 220 which gives frequent start problem very often like once in 2-3 months..I need to push the byke.
            Please replace the battery or change the wiring.

              I have given my bike for 3rd servicing, while changing oil filter they broke bikes oil filter ring so oil from bike flows from it constantly. When i realised how much oil have my bike lost i showed it to local shop and i was shoked that there is no oil left in my bike. So besically i am saying that its there foult that my bikes oil got flow away. So plz look in to this matter if possible before the done some serious damage to other peoples bikes.

              Not getting refund from bajaj
              I purchased bajaj discover 125cc in last August, since 1st service i am continuously complaining about the same issue of initial ignition . now it almost a year and problem yet to be resolved. The only solution for the same currently told to me is open the fuel tank wait for sometime and than kick start the bike.

                I purchased avenger 180 from grand bajaj thrissur on may 2 2018.
                During the registration ar irinjalakkuda, their rto agent one mr. Balaji did not give me the tax token. He promised that i will receive it when i get rc book by postal. But i received only rc book without tax token. I called balaji but he said his area is wadakkanchery not irinjalakkuda and it is not his responsibility. When i check with rto office, they said they dont keep tax token. Now i don't have my tax token and it's due to the complete irresponsibility of the agent balaji. Do not entrust these kind of people any serious jobs. He requested me to give tips after rto verification also. I said i have paid 1000 rs at bajaj showroom. This might be one reason for his lack of interest

                  Hi good day, on dec 25th i brought rs200 in jai auto dealer from adyar branch now am getting tapper sound very high however i complete just 4300kms only. Am really disappointed by bajaj service, service people sad they won't solve the problem until 10000 kms. If i ride my 10000 kms with tapped sound, definitely my engine will totally spoil. I need immediate solution. Plz assist

                    Dear sir
                    I bought a new pulsar 200 rs from your karnal showroom and i recently had first service from your showroom but i am not statisfied with this service. They even didn't tight my bike's chain set. Over all i found no change in my bike after service and washing is just a formality. When i went for receiving my bike i saw my bike so dusty nd spots on it. After complaining about this they only rub the dry cloth on it... Please take such actions regarding it

                      It was on 19/6/2018 i went to sree ram motors, belonia, south tripura, pin-799155. I was supposed to get my second free service for my avenger 220 cruise. But to my surprise they told me that i have to pay rs. 150/- as they had not net connectivity and i should come another day when i would be refunded the money. They took another rs. 20/- as the cost of dms. Now my questions are-
                      I) if they have no internet, how a customer can be made responsible?
                      Ii) why should a customer should come another day to take cash back? Iii) what about that extra rs. 20/-?
                      Iv) why should a customer should pay any kind of service charge?

                        Sir,
                        My name is anas from kottakkal, malappuram district, kerala. I purchased a new dominar matte black abs model from bajaj. Before i am purchasing the bike i ask to the dealer about the services 100times. They said an engineer come and do the service for my vehicle. Recently i did my second service at kottakkal showroom. They done a bad service for me. Now i am facing a lot of problems.

                        1. Drive chain makes much sound while running
                        2. Sometimes the front break liver got jamm.
                        3. A bad washing
                        4. Make noise from the rear side of the bike

                        I informed the service manager about this issue before 4 days ago. No action takes. Still i am running with the problems. I will never refer this bike to anyone. Because i am not satisfied with the service done by bajaj. I don't understand that what the engineer doing there? Why they don't take a trial after service the bike?. Please kindly solve my problems..
                        Why the service for oil change and washing and minor issues takes one full day? When we adjust for one day without bike.. Next day facing these issues and take to the showroom again... Irritating... Bajaj don't value for our money and time... I will never recommend to anyone...
                        Please take action for this issue... Kindly arrange the engineer to come an check my bike...

                          I had explain your mechanic that my avenger 220cruise (Bought on 30th march 2018) still run only 1590km..
                          Bought front and rear shock absober making noise and its very hard pillion gets backache and when i ride in 2nd or 3rd gear its feel like that engine will get off its feel like petrol is getting low..
                          And all this fault i had explained your company mechanics (Sai service phoneix mill near-lower parel mumbai) but they didn’t solve it.. And i went 2nd time also and then also cameback disappoint. They not resolving it.. Please do something or esle i have to sell it.. Earlier i use yamaha bikes but they solve the problem in one complaint..

                            I am from nepal
                            I bought a ns 200 recently and after 2 weeks i bought it, there is some paint problem showing in tanky (Manufacturing defect) i went in showroom and explained them and they told me they will change the paint within one week but now its already one and half month but they didnt called me and when i call them they are not serious and they off the mobile
                            So please take some action on them.
                            Their location is kathmandu, boudha tushal.
                            The guy who switched off his phone is ashwin and he told me he is from direct bajaj. Thank you

                              Few days before servicing i got a message that bajaj has launched a app by which i can book bike servicing according to my time and date so i downloaded the app and requested on 14 jun 2018 for service booking as you can see in my screenshot and the booking status is still showing confirmation pending today's date is 22 jun 2018. After booking on app they called me for straight two days to take my bike for servicing so i took my bike for servicing on 16 jun 18.

                              When i reached service center in the morning they said today's booking is over you can come tomorrow i discussed to concerned person (I guess he was the manager) about this whole scenario then he agreed to take my bike for servicing, after servicing i took my bike with me same day in the evening and next day when i drove my bike i started noticing few things

                              1) noise while running due to maybe bike wasn't washed properly or something else.
                              2) bike handle was feeling a little tight while turning.
                              3) left side rear view mirror wasn't tighten properly.
                              4) and biggest mistake they've made by which i was about to die while driving : i've attached a image which shows read break with a nut and bolt, so when i was driving at 2 lane road on a hill area at a speed of 40-50 km, i heard some metal sound coming from backside of my bike i decelerated bike tried to press the rear break but it was so tight so it wan't moving a bit, somehow i manged to stop my bike it was very dangerous and life threatening moment. So when i stopped my bike, i saw there was no nut and bolt at the place which i've mentioned in the image below, rear tyre was completely jammed, i tried to fix it on my own and it worked i went to a nearest garage and brought a nut bolt and fix it, the garage owner said this happens only due to irresponsibility.

                              I called a representative of bajaj sojatia service center regarding this issue so they said if you complaint about this to customer care they'll send you to our service center to fix this issue and we will fix the nut and bolt so you can directly come to us.
                              I could not complaint since that day due to i was out of town because one of my friend got expired i came yesterday in town so decided to complaint today.

                              Now i want you to take any serious action against this because this was not just a mistake i could have lost my life.

                                Hey there
                                Myself aman and i have a channel on you tube bike muters
                                I ride daily but on every sunday i go on rides around 150 200 km
                                So there was a problem in carborator and my fuel was leaking continuously i check the over flow screw petrol was half of the tank

                                I request you to take some serious action regarding that service center they charged for carborator problem and still the problem is not fully solved there is some problem in carborator and now my bike is giving an avrg. Of 20 to 22 kmpl
                                I request you to replace my carborator as my bike is in warranty period

                                  I have given my bike pulsar as150 for servicing on 27th may 2018 on axel bajaj moshi pune. Servicing was so pathetic and in fact i got my bike breakdown on 12th june 2018. Mechanic was find out that the cdi became inoperative and service centre was assured me that he will fix it next day. But 10 days has been gone, my bike condition still remains the same. Service centre is not responding now. I am so fed up with the service providing by them. Please take my complain into consideration and take action on it as soon as possible.

                                    I gave my Bajaj Pulsar for Service on[protected] at Talwar Bajaj, Kukatpally Authorized Service Point. The complaint was that there was Oil Leak from the engine. Upon inspecting the bike, the mechanic told me that it needs a half engine service to be done. For which without any questions asked I told them to do it. They initially asked for 5 days time to get it done. I heard his boss talking about the delays, so I told him its fine even if he takes 1 week. I made regular followups after the stipulated One week was over. They always try to give reason like mechanics are not available, staff are on leave etc. I even asked them to handover my bike, if they can't do it.

                                    Today after two week, I got a call from Talwar Bajaj and they are asking me to agree for a full engine service. Its a complete negligence. It clearly indicates that they were not even working on my bike till today. I asked them to handover my vehicle as I handed over. Can't trust these people.

                                      Hello,

                                      This is dickson fernandas from trichy, tamil nadu. Recently on 12th june 2018, i bought pulsar 150 dual disc in my name from krishnaa bajaj showroom. (Cantonment, trichy) through bajaj finance.

                                      On 9th june, i got quotation about the same bike. At the same time, i asked the salesman (Mr. Jai) about getting a fancy number for my bike. He also replied positive. Then on 12th june, i bought the bike. After 12th, i used to go everyday to remind them about getting my own fancy number. They also said that it could be done.

                                      Yesterday (19 - june - 2018), they told me to come the next day to book my fancy number by paying rs.2500 to them. Today (20-june-2018) when i reached there, they said it couldn't be done, as they have done the payment.

                                      The main reason for this is, miscommunication happened among them. One salesman (Mr. Rajasekar) said he told mr. Aravinth (Who deals with booking fancy numbers) to block that fancy number. But mr. Aravinth said mr. Rajasekar never said anything to block the number.

                                      My grievance is, why should i go everyday to the showroom to remind them to book my number? Even today i postponed my works to go there and book my number.

                                      Even i was ready to pay the money they asked, but still this much negligence towards customer is unbearable.

                                      Another point to be noted is, on 18th june i went again to the showroom to remind them again. At that time, one customer was having a huge quarrel with the salesguy (Mr. Rajasekar) that he also didnt get the number he requested. He also paid extra money to get his own number, but some random number came in. After seeing his rude gestures and improper language to the customer, i became suspicious about their service and actions towards customer. But never expected this would happen to me also.

                                      My requirements:
                                      It is completely their fault because of total carelessness towards customer needs. No matter what, i need my own fancy number for my bike. The number i requested is 1403.

                                      My actions:
                                      If i dont get the number i want, definitely i'll be seeing you (Bajaj auto) in consumer court for approving dealership to this kind of people and also that particular showroom (Krishnaa bajaj) because of their negligence of proper customer service. If am the only one, it may be ok. But i saw so many customers only on this whole week, always arguing about something the customer asked and they forgot. Definitely i'm not gonna leave this matter as such. Within a week, i need this matter be solved. Else be ready to face the verdict.

                                      Me and three of my friends were about to take same pulsar 150 bike for each o[censored]s. But thank god, i only took the bike and advised them not to buy this one because of this great customer service. I'll also never suggest any bajaj bikes to anyone.

                                        I am dr. R. Gopinathan from coimbatore. I have a bajaj avenger 220 2013 model (Tn 38 bq 6458) which has run close to 85000 kms. I had given my bike to service at aditya motors at trichy road coimbatore on 09.06.2018 and was promised to be delivered on 11.06.2018. The service advisor who took charge of my bike is mr. Vijay and i had asked him the cost of the service to which he replied that it would not cross more than rs.6200/-. I went to the service centre again on 11.06.2018 around 5.00pm and was shocked to see my bike was not attended to. The service centre manager mr. Rajesh told me that the work on my bike was not completed due to lack of labor and he assures to complete the service by 12.06.2018. Again i went on the next day by 6.00 pm to see my bike serviced but i was shocked to see the bill amount to be around rs.8, 037/-. The labour was around rs.2100/-. They had charged individually for labor stating that 4 to 5 technicians had attended and the cost for each spare attended to is mentioned. I see that many people get their car serviced for 5000/- but this is the first time i am seeing a bike service cost overrs.2000/-.
