I gave my bike to service on 06/11/17 about clutch plate regarding and need an exchange for that but i haven't received my bike yet. While enquiring to them about this they are very irresponsible and they are saying that it takes another 10 for the service. The bike is standing in the showroom just like that without any proper prevention. I need my bike soon

    Hi,
    My name is akash kumar gupta. I have purchase one bike bajaj avenger 150 street from your company but my emi got failed. One of the representative with this number [protected]... Taking really very rudely instead i have informed her that i am going to make the payment on 26th november with a bouncing charge or if possible then as per her talk the payment will be make from the bank... The reason why it got delayed because my father-in-law expired... I have already informed her but she has called me today & stated to talk with me in a rude way... This is totally not expected as being a customer please call me on this number -[protected] within 10 am-2pm... I want to make a high level escalation regarding this lady... She has also use slang on the call as well

      I purched new bajaj platina 100 bike 15 days before, it's found fuel metter difect

      This is very disappointed to me. Please give solution. And one more problem i observed in morning self start take too much time battery not support. I want this all issue to solve from bajaj service. I visited service station but they not give proper response and said that spare parts not available right now. I am very disappointed. And i think it's my big mistake to choose the bajaj.

        This mail is a complaint for my side that i have puchased bajaj pulsar ns 200 cc from swadeshi auto pvt. Ltd raja garden, new delhi-15 in 03 nov 17. I have not received any document (Temporary rc, insurance & puc) except bike form till date 18.11.2017. And swadeshi employee and sales manager (Mr inderjeet singh and mr karan misbehavior on me. So pls take some action on the swadeshi auto employee.
        And so, i request you to pls solve my problem as soon as early. I am sending the attached receipt and receipt no is 237821 amount 90000, 237831 amount 19433, 237832 amount 495, 237833 amount 495 and last receipt no is 237834 amount is 262.

          I have given my pulsar rs 200 to talwar bajaj service center after a minor accident to replace the damaged parts. They have taken 4 days to complete my bike servicing that to after forcing them on 4th day. They have not done wiring properly and have loose connections. The main issue is with the clutch assembly. The service person didnt fix the clutch properly so there is very hard gear shift and unable to move during off condition in 1st gear even holding the clutch.

            Service center in rajahmundry is very pooor. I will completed 3free services and 2 paid services till now. Any single attempt they are not providing satisfactory service. Even water servicing is not done on 3&5th service. Technicies don’t know how to work. Complaint booking boys not clearly explaining there view to me.

              missing and pick up issues in pulsar rs 200

              I have a pulsar rs 200 and i had just done 3000 km i am facing missing issue from last 2 weeks and also there is some pickup issue
              The bike rpm suddenly rises but the bike doesnt reponds
              I visited every service centre in gurgaon but they said they dont have the rpm machine to resolve that issue but as an enginner i know that there some problem in the clutch assembly
              At last i visited gsm bajaj khandsa road because they...

              Cheap behavior over telephone better train ur people before it reflects on your company i don't give personal numbers usually but i received a call from noc department chennai from guy named arun he enquired about an auto purchased and i recalled that we bought for our firm and the charges have been closed he told me there is a penalty fee i said ok we will clear and requested him to text me the amount and loan details (We have several firms i don't walk around with such details for your info) what he did before closing my call shocked me he is describing it to a friend named sathya that this puramboku is asking to send text such unprofessional talks and staff please keep up your company ethics and good will

                Dear team i have purchaged a new bajaj platina bike on 22/10/2017 from tcs bajaj center faridabad. They given me a faulty bike it giving black smoke but as per service center person it will give black smoke because it new. This is very bad after multiple visit still they are saying it will go slowly. I am not able to understand why a new bike will give black smoke. When we goes to purchase a new bike in exchange offer they are doing first activity to check smoke but in as per them smoke is ok whats a logic. This is very irritating service from bajaj group...                   I have given my discover bike for service and has been charged 20000 for full engine work but i can see its is not repaired properly and they have not given the replacement parts even though i done multiple follow up, poor performance engine and no millage and pick up also there is a noise please neven ever go for bajaj vst it is totaly cheating the customers, if i call the incharge he is not at all picking the call very worst service instead of giving 20k for service i would have sold my bike and i would have invested that amount for new bike. I am not sure only the vst is cheating the customers or bajaj company only the fraud.
                  That is the reason i was not leaving my bike for service in the showrooms.

                    Above mentioned spare of bajaj pulsar ns200 i enquired about more than a month ago still i couldnt find the same anywhere, wherever i ask about they show gear lever assembly of old model even if it fits manufacturer needs to update each and every spare of manunfactured vehicles and make it available to the customers. Not satisfied with bajaj service centre support.

                      • popular bajaj ignored my problem of coolant leakage by just topping up and not providing a fix to it (Visited the service center for 5 times for the same issue, have the job cards attached), leading to a breakdown.
                      • bike bought in april 2017, spent more than a total of 20 days in the service center till now.
                      • popular bajaj kept my bike in service center for 7 days without providing any update on the issue.
                      • they updated me saying that they have only changed a spring like part in the clutch plate.
                      • i could see that the engine was removed and saw new oil seals.
                      • they wanted to get a noc from my side without details filled in it.
                      • i was shocked to see the job card which i got access by chance to see all the major parts replaced without my consent (Took a pic of it and referred to the dominar spares manual online).
                      • they continuously denied the fact.
                      • after escalating to bajaj, now they say that they have replaced the crank shaft and they have done some repairs in the bore, which is not acceptable.
                      • the top gear in the bike is still damaged and not taken care.
                      • i am not going again to popular bajaj
                      • there is no positive response for my issue.
                      • finally, i got a faulty bike from bajaj and the service engineers are least bothered to do something and they have cheated me..
                      • i have decided to go for legal assistance until i get justice for the money i have paid.
                      The bike still has damaged parts in the engine.
                      I am very sure that i a faulty product with major flaws.
                      I need my hard earned money back.

                      ISR227014 is my Complaint ID which is idle since 04-Nov-2017. They have changed the major parts of my engine and the coolant mix with engine oil has damaged all the parts within the engine. I do not want to hold the vehicle anymore, please provide a replacement or give my money back.
                      If it is a no from you, i will be proceeding with the Consumer Court case. I have all the required docs, images, videos related to the issue. I have the telephone and conversation with the service engineers recorded with me, which is more than enough to say that my product is defective and service engineers are trying to hide the fact.
                      I will not stop until i get justice. Its not about only my bike now, its matter of my reputation.

                      No updates yet...You don't care about one customer who has issues. At least have courtesy to follow up with the issue. Very unprofessional to keep quiet.
                      Is this a way Bajaj treats its customers? Buying a bike for 2 lakhs and keeping it at home ??? Did not work even for 3 months...
                      tell me why did u gave ur bike in Service centre for 7 or more days ? dont u have any idea who they are ? they can easily replace anything from ur bike in exchange of money .. i have too pulsar 180 2017 edition they also told me to handover the bike in the service center for few days cause i had wisor problem but i didnt gave it . . it took 2 hours to solved it ..

                      I reached out to the Popular Bajaj Dealership, Bannerghatta Road regarding the issue. They are proud that they were not able to fix the coolant leak issue in the bike for 5 attempts and leading to engine failure. Also they now agree to the fact that they have changed the Crank Shaft and other major components in the bike without my knowledge and they were continuously trying to hide the fact to cover their mistake.
                      This is the service Bajaj is offering to a bike worth close to 2 lakhs and which is not even 6 months old. I have all the conversation videos and audios, i will be releasing it in the internet so that people are aware of the negligence and the rude behavior of the service staff.
                      I am heading to Consumer Court, i will fight so that other customers do not lose their hard earned money. I don't mind spending money more than my bike now as this is not only my concern now, its the customers concern.
                      So very disappointed to be a customer of Bajaj after buying a bike worth 2 lakhs.
                      People who are looking into this, please think twice before buying any bike from Bajaj.
                      I did not expect such negligence from Bajaj.

                      This is the reason why people have lost trust on Indian Brands. When there is tough competition from other brands like Yamaha with good quality and service, bajaj has released a bike with lot of defects and worst service with engineers without the knowledge how to deal with faults and defects...

                              My bike was serviced at 1st nov 2017. The chief mechanic told me that some wiring work was remaining so i paid the service charges rs. 2000 and due to lack of availability of mechanic they asked me to bring my bike at 5 nov. Unfortunately all shops in kharghar were closed that day. Since then i visited the service center 3 times (13, 15 & 16 nov) but since the chief mechanic (Ashik shetty) was not available they asked me to come at some other time. Finally at 18 nov the guy was available and he told me to bring my bike at 13 nov (Today). Now to the climax the guy took my bike at 10:30 am and told that they will do the work by 6-7 pm. When i just went to check what work they had done by 4 pm to my surprise they hadn't even begun -_- and when i called by 6:45 pm they are #ting that they need to work on some switch whose mechanic is not available (Total # since i told to not replace the switch and do the remaining work instead). I bet they haven't even started the work.
                              I feel like i am getting court dates or something. -_-
                              In fact considering that my bike was first to show up during the day and my work has been pending since two weeks they should have done the work by 4-5 pm but they didn't even start by then.
                              Also the center has barely a handful of mechanics so them claiming a guy is not available is total #.
                              If this is how official service centers are going to mess with a customer's time then we are better off servicing from a garage or a private mechanic

                                Two years before i have purchased discover 150s. But after some time i have to face stating problem. Till today i am facing the same. I doesn't have any solution from service centre at alibaug and mahad. Kick getting free. Please help me. As per service center mech bike is producing the carbon. And this is the main reason of the problem. They have connected decorbonised machine to my bike while servicing. And they changed for this. But why should i pay this amount. Because basic problem is of manufacturing. I am getting irritated of facing this problem. My programs also getting spoils.

                                  I purchased a 150 pulsar on 20 th September 2017 Assam at Karimganj district but recently my bike has leaking mobil from head of the bike..I m going to authorise dealer service, they had repair bike but again same problem & when riding my bike unfortunately stop engine start again & again.. pls solve matter as soon as possible..

                                    Hello, my name is indrajit mondal, i purchased my pulsar 180 on 29th of january 2017.
                                    Recently it came to my notice that the tail light or the brake light has some manufacturing defects because it got some internal cracks,
                                    (Kindly note that i follow all the traffic rules i didnt ever did any triple carry on my bike pulsar 180).
                                    When i visited the service branch the service manager after inspection said to me that its got crack by doing triple i also assured him that all the cracks are from inside
                                    (Because its a plastic i[censored] touch the plastic u will feel the crack if it is done from the outside but in my case its cracked from inside)
                                    The service manager completely ignore that thing.
                                    So after that i complaint on bajaj website for that issue and the service manager called me up that it cant be replaced.

                                    As it is a manufacturing defects and according to it i should definitely get the warranty on it.

                                      I purchased a bajaj bike from dewan auto, lajpat nagar. It has been six months i have not been informed nor acknowledged if the rc has come from the authorities or not and not even intimated the reason of the delay. There is no after sales service from bajaj dewan dealer. It’s too worrisome for the brand like bajaj as customers like me wont ever recommend the brand to anyone. Hope this may help the company to work on their goodwill.
