Sir,
I bought bajaj v12 (Rj14-ht-0296) on 29 march 2017 from pl motor's (Purani chungi) showroom. After some day's i facing problem in bike. That's is
1. Air locking (Bike behaving like reserve but it have sufficient fuel) mean's
I feel continues shock's during riding bike in on condition.
2. Bike engine stop's during ride.
3. No pick up (Bike run hard)

After 3 time's check or repair on service center problem not solve.

    I have recently bought "Bajaj Platina".
    I went to bajaj service station for 1st service and that is free.
    But for 1st Service the Bill amount is 770.
    In among 770 bill amount there is labour charge of 190 then how you provide free service.
    Why we have to paid labour charge in free service ?
    What is the meaning of Free service ?

    I have recently serviced my rs 200 at manipur motors but during the service fuel filter is not there also the head gasket. and they took service charge. i only replace cluch and accelerator cable. but i also told them to get the spared for me it has been around 30 days and they told me there is no spares

      Sir, i have made a complain against bajaj auto on 02.04.2017 that engine sound is changed and pick up is decreased after that they have change unnecessary parts and charged 3000/- and the same problem created last 6-7 months and they are waiting expiry of warranty period and today again i went to kalyani bajaj service centre yelahanka old town now they told that engine service is necessary and 9-10 thousand rs. Will be charged and told warranty period is over on 21.10.2017. What i do sir i am middle class and if i spent 30-35 thousand in bike service how can possible sir please help sir and take necessary action against bajaj auto because they are using worst quality parts in bikes and lot of peoples are facing same problem they are waiting only expiry date of warranty my name is ramniwas meena [protected] ka 50 v 5224

      Sir, I have filed four times complain against Bajaj auto regarding engine related problem but they are charged huge amount I have paid 20-25 thousand last 2 years and now they will charged 9-10 thousand for engine service and last one year I am mentioned in my all complaints that the engine quality is very bad please help my name is Ramniwas contact no [protected]/[protected]

      Sir, I have filed complain related engine problem from last one year that engine quality is very bad but they never check engine and after warranty period over they have checked engine and told that engine work is necessary and they have charged 9366/- this is not fare please help and I want to claim of Rs. 88000/- against Bajaj auto for selling third class bike and last one year I am facing lot of problems and totally harassment by Bajaj auto my name is Ramniwas Meena and contact no.[protected] and please tell procedure for filing case in consumer court

        I got head lamp complaint in my ns200 that i was called supervisor of shoe room and manager for suggestions bt he told i was in off duty pls cal me after 9.30 am so pls tel me can i contact respect person in that time or i'm have wait till manager duty time.. It's already 2 time happened and also in his outlet they dont have single spear for ns200 and 220 then why should they sell the bikes

            During driving my vehicle in a certain speed i am finding some power loss and it was reported 3 times to the service centre

            1st time: they had cleaned basic things like air filter /spark plug etc.
            2nd time: they had found loose connection between wiring and cda so they crimped the harness
            3rd time: they have replaced the cda unit

            After all this changes still i am not seeing improvement and due to that i supposed to meet with an accident by god's grace somehow i managed and escaped (I. E. During overtaking the another vehicle)

            Second major issue was crossing 7000~8000 rpm in the 5th and 6th very difficult even at full throttle. Once somehow crossed 8000 rpm, then bike performs normal.
            Since service unable to solve the above 2 issues, i need your intervention to sort it out asap.

              I have bought pulsar 150 cc from authorised dealer of yours named select automobiles hyderabad. I have bought my bike on august 31st 2017 i buy this on cash mode. As optted to get my vehicle registered on my choice number this is the third time (3rd) that sires came but the fellow is not forwarding my file and making me wait. Because he says that his accountant has paid road tax excesses on my bike they are trying to get the money back from the rta. They are making me suffer from three months. Last month i have given a chance when the my number came which i have choose. Again they are saying that it may take one more month. As i have helmet license but am hidding before traffic police just because of yours negligence. And i live in a company quarters to enter into my quarters colony gate they give a sticker if we have a permanent number (Pr) because am not having pr every time i enter into colony home gaurds stops me and i have to show my id then entry the sign and go from morning how many times i have go out and enter you know for milk, school, vegetables, office, personal work every time i enter into gate am suffering with yuors guys fault

Thought you feel responsible for customer problem and help hope you are busy with your personal issues that's the reason you are not taking my complaint serious.

                I bought ns 200 about a months ago every thing was fine i have reacher 105kmph also not even in full acceleration but now pickup suddenly decreases... I cannot go beyond 88kmph at 6 gear in full throttle also.. What are the factors that decreases the pickup of bike? Please mail me what should i do in [protected]@gmail.com... And also my speedometer has become less sensitive it doesnot sense 1-3 kmph so suddenly...

                  I have pulsar 220 ug3, pulsar 220 bs3 and pulsar 220 bs4... I love pulsar 220 because this is the best motorcycle in this segment... That's why i buy 3 times...
                  Many motorcyclest are touring in pulsar 220... But somehow i feel some important need in pulsar 220... I am one of them... Some people says dominar 400 is for touring but dominar is not affordable for everyone... That's why i request to the bajaj company please some improve in pulsar 220...
                  I think bajaj company release a special touring edition
                  My opinion about pulsar 220 improvement...

                    I have the bike since a year. From last four monts im having trouble of self start. Since the bike doesn't have kick start its the only way for ignition. I send the vehicle three to four times in authorised service centres. But no one has solved the issue.
                    They were just telling me that its not our issue it should be a battery problem. I've been at exide battery shop for battey checkup. They didn't found any issues with battery. So i want solve the problem as quick as possible.

                      Garvit grover, owner of avenger 220 cruise have brought avenger on june 30 from dewan motors. I bought this bike with great reviews and expectations even u ride this bike earlier also but now as i owned this bike my experience with the bike is really very dissappointing mainly with the service, behaviour of the persons incharge in dewan bajaj, palam service center.in just 5 months o[censored]se i am having a problem in scissor gear and clutch plates and worst thing about the thing is even they are charging me for the clutch plates replacement. If a 220 cc vehichle is showing a problem in just 5 months i font know how i will ve running the bike in long span. Also one thing j would like to add all the problems in bike came to start after its first service and became dominant after the second service i was not at all satisfied with both the services and also i was told about the policy of bajaj that they cannot do the service in front of me. Earlier i was having honda bike and i loved its service availability of mechanics. I would like to get a suggest from you what would be better for me to sell my bike to bajaj back and go for any other company or i may get some assistance from higher authority of ylurs taking an strict action against the dewan motors who annoyed and misbehaved a lot.

                        On 21/11/2017 i have purchased a bike pulsar ns 160
                        From the date of purchasing i am facing some technical issues like over heating and smell of a bike on small distance travel, gear shifting issue, and bike stops after travelling a short distance
                        As i am completely disappointed
                        I went to the showroom as i was expecting to replace the bike but they refused to replace
                        They also ride the bike and they noticed that the bike had some issues but they didnt accepted that..
                        They said bike is allright
                        I only want them to replace my bike or i want to purchase any other bike from the same showroom..

                          I gave my bike to service on 06/11/17 about clutch plate regarding and need an exchange for that but i haven't received my bike yet. While enquiring to them about this they are very irresponsible and they are saying that it takes another 10 for the service. The bike is standing in the showroom just like that without any proper prevention. I need my bike soon

                            My name is akash kumar gupta. I have purchase one bike bajaj avenger 150 street from your company but my emi got failed. One of the representative with this number [protected]... Taking really very rudely instead i have informed her that i am going to make the payment on 26th november with a bouncing charge or if possible then as per her talk the payment will be make from the bank... The reason why it got delayed because my father-in-law expired... I have already informed her but she has called me today & stated to talk with me in a rude way... This is totally not expected as being a customer please call me on this number -[protected] within 10 am-2pm... I want to make a high level escalation regarding this lady... She has also use slang on the call as well

                              I purched new bajaj platina 100 bike 15 days before, it's found fuel metter difect

                              This is very disappointed to me. Please give solution. And one more problem i observed in morning self start take too much time battery not support. I want this all issue to solve from bajaj service. I visited service station but they not give proper response and said that spare parts not available right now. I am very disappointed. And i think it's my big mistake to choose the bajaj.

I have not received any document (Temporary rc, insurance & puc) except bike form till date 18.11.2017. And swadeshi employee and sales manager (Mr inderjeet singh and mr karan misbehavior on me. So pls take some action on the swadeshi auto employee.

                                  I have given my pulsar rs 200 to talwar bajaj service center after a minor accident to replace the damaged parts. They have taken 4 days to complete my bike servicing that to after forcing them on 4th day. They have not done wiring properly and have loose connections. The main issue is with the clutch assembly. The service person didnt fix the clutch properly so there is very hard gear shift and unable to move during off condition in 1st gear even holding the clutch.

                                    Service center in rajahmundry is very pooor. I will completed 3free services and 2 paid services till now. Any single attempt they are not providing satisfactory service. Even water servicing is not done on 3&5th service. Technicies don’t know how to work. Complaint booking boys not clearly explaining there view to me.
                                    Plz do the needful.

                                      missing and pick up issues in pulsar rs 200

                                      I have a pulsar rs 200 and i had just done 3000 km i am facing missing issue from last 2 weeks and also there is some pickup issue
                                      The bike rpm suddenly rises but the bike doesnt reponds
                                      I visited every service centre in gurgaon but they said they dont have the rpm machine to resolve that issue but as an enginner i know that there some problem in the clutch assembly

                                      Cheap behavior over telephone better train ur people before it reflects on your company i don't give personal numbers usually but i received a call from noc department chennai from guy named arun he enquired about an auto purchased and i recalled that we bought for our firm and the charges have been closed he told me there is a penalty fee i said ok we will clear and requested him to text me the amount and loan details (We have several firms i don't walk around with such details for your info) what he did before closing my call shocked me he is describing it to a friend named sathya that this puramboku is asking to send text such unprofessional talks and staff please keep up your company ethics and good will
