    I have complaint about my problem related to servicing issue 1 week ago..
    I got this message on mu phone
    { dear sir/madam, thank you for your communication. Your reference number is isr-228005. Our dealer executive bajaj contact no.:[protected] will coordinate for local assistance }
    But no actions taken nor i get contacted by any servicing company or by you!
    I have paid my hard earning money and spent on so called trustfull bajaj service centre and i have wasted all my money on you!!
    Its very disrespectful to say bajaj is a brand and its shame i own bajaj bikes!!

      Sir i have purchased a bajaj platina bike from m/s. Mahaveer motors, saraipeetha, dhanupur, handiya allahabad, up at finance basis.

      Please note that my residence is so far from the mahaveer motors agency. So i always pay the emi by depositing the amount in the bank account of mahaveer motors and inform them by phone. But they call me every month to deposit the emi and always terrorise me to call back the bike. Then i have to go to agency with bank statement then they adjust the emi.

      I tired with above problems and every month brandish of m/s. Mahaveer motors, this month, i paid the emi through online with https://www.bajajautofinance.com/ the receipt attached herewith. But now they (Mahaveer motors) again threatened me. He called me today for emi. I told him that i have paid emi through online then he again brandish me to call back my bike. I assure him that i have paid instalment through online and it will appear in your computer within 2-3 working days. But he continued to warn me loudly using loose talks.

      Sir, you can see that i paid all the emis till now. But this man always treat us as a servant. He should be aware that i have taken loan from bajaj finance not from m/s. Mahaveer motor. So why he always use loose talks with me and terrorise to get back the my bike. A customer cannot bear this type of tension every month in spite of deposit every instalments. I assure you if l'd known about the evil behaviour of mahaveer motors, i never purchase the bajaj bike. Due to frustration caused by mahaveer motors i hatred from bajaj agencies.

      Any way if he (Mahaveer motors) will call back by my bike in spite of deposit all the instalments, i will go to consumer court and file a case against bajaj auto and mahaveer motors both. So kindly check my payment of instalments and inform mahaveer motors not to take the back my bike. The last instalment which i have paid through online will also be visible after 2-3 working days. I have attached the receipt of last payment downloaded from https://www.bajajautofinance.com/.
      Following are the numbers from which they call me and make me terrorise.

      I am in afraid of m/s. Mahaveer motors. If you don't take any proper action he will again fight with me. Then i will record his evil telephone call and go to court. I think bajaj should give the agency to this type of evil people.

        I have booked rs200 in jk bajaj showroom kolathur branch, with a advance payment, but i didnt get my bike delivery on the date and more over i didnt get proper response regarding the delivery and money, they are not even picking up the call very poor customer service,

        I need a immediate action regarding this, there is not at a proper response to the customer, they dont even know customer values, i need this to be cleared

          I am the owner off my bajaj pulsar 220 i baught it on 28sep3014 1 year this bike is soo good but after it my bike looses it's power i have surviced my bike all time by bajaj authentic dealership few months back approx11 months my pistons broke while riding bike on a highway touring after it i have managed and go through the bajaj dealership to solve the problem they give me a good warranty on my engine after 11 months back my piston break down once more howz is it happen in middle off the highway the bike is not starting i manage it and parked it and know u tell is it good that 220cc bike giving this tyoe off response while travelling just 40km

            Sir/mam,
            I had purchased pulsar 160 ns on aug, 30 2k17, from your authorized dealer abs bajaj tonk road, jaipur. I have been facing many issues regarding "gear shifting and fuel leakage", from the day i purchased the bike. I contacted the dealers and the problem of fuel was fixed the same day.
            But the problem in gear shifting is not yet resolved instead of reporting 5 times. Authorities here are unable to detect out the root cause of the defect. Here with this mail i'm attaching the referance no. Of previous complaints that i've made.

            Complaint referance no. Isr-204538 made on 18 sept. 2k17.
            Since i had made complaints i've been trying to contact your represtative but haven't got any assistance yet.
            Being such a multinational brand i didn't expected this kind of response from your side. This will my final mail after this i'll report this issue to consumer forum.

            Here i'm attaching some videos of faulty gear working, please do watch it clearly that the gears do not meshes properly while shifting from 4-5 gear (While shifting from 4-5 gear, gears it do not gets coupled properly).

              I got delivery of my bike (Bajaj ns 200 2017 model) on august 2017. First and second service done. Now its running @~7000 km. After my second service, i'm facing some serious issue in my bike. It is difficult to cross 7000rpm @ 6th gear even at full throttle. Consulted regarding this issue in service center where i purchased my bike. The clean air filter, carburetor and spark plugs. Still i am facing the issue. They cannot identify the actual issue. Riding in this condition makes more dangerous in overtakes and even in normal drives. Please do the needful to rectify this issue.

              I hd bought Avenger 220 cruise on 28/9/2017 from amarjyoti auto Pvt Ltd Patna bihar.It is not working now.i hv also contacted bike dealer but they all r passing buck.what should do now.my bike is unable to start.

                This complaint is in regard to the extremely irresponsible bajaj showroom staff who had my bike for over a period of two months. I met with an accident on 15th of august 2017 and my bike was handed over to the showroom on the very next day. An advance payment of rs.10, 000/- was made by me on 2nd sept. After a month on 23rd of oct. I complained to bajaj auto through mail regarding delay and inconsistency. To which i didn't even get a proper reply from the designated authority. At this point of time i got completely frustrated and felt mentally strained. After this incident i stopped chasing them and let things go their way.
                The bike was with them since 16th aug. And it was handed over to me on 30th of oct. The condition in which i got my bike (Pulsar 200 rs) was far away from being satisfactory. When i queried them with the short comings, they were being too rude and ignorant. The bike was with them for over a period of more than 2 months and yet they failed in getting the required spare parts.
                At the time when the bike was being handed over to me, i complained about the blinking fi symbol, they retorted with an extremely naive reply and made me believe that it was just a glitch and will disappear after a few kilometers.
                The body parts vibrated way too more just after a few kilometers and i realized that it indeed needed further servicing.

                Today, on 1st november, i went to the showroom so as to complain about the electrical leakage noise and increased vibration to which they made an excuse of absence of any expert staff and told me to visit again after few days.
                Same day around 09:00 pm i was riding my bike on highway between heavy traffic and suddenly could feel rough jerks and knocking noises from the engine. I stopped the bike immediately and after a few minutes made an attempt to start the bike and the engine made an extremely loud thud and gave a very rough jerk.
                I am done with all this nuisance.
                There is only one bajaj showroom in the city i live in and they are not at all befitting in having a bajaj auto dealership. The service they provide is extremely amateur and they behave extremely ignorantly.
                I did everything they told me to, waited 2 months, and visited the showroom innumerable times. All the work they did was to make a fool out of me by telling me that parts haven't arrived. Now after 2 months all i get is a situation so threatening that i could have lost my life today because of their careless, negligent and irresponsible 'work'.
                After all this, i feel mentally devastated and exhausted.
                I really plead for strict actions against these erring staff of bajaj auto.
                I want my bike to get repaired asap without any further harassment.
                Justice be served keeping in mind that i could have died today because of their irresponsible nature.

                  I would like to inform you that, recently dated 30/10/17 i had purchased a bike from hrishiraj bajaj, teok pin 785112 and take a loan from l&t finance company. But pay 40, 000 down payment, three blank cheque to your representative. He also unable to provide my down payment receipt. He said to me that after confirming emi amount i will put the amount and send the photo copy to me.
                  If within 2 days i will not receive any documents (D p received, photo copy of cheque,) from l&t ltd or bajaj department i will stop payment of my cheque, my question is that why dealer unable to provide down payment receipt???

                    This is ashish shende, form yavatmal (Currently living in pune). I had taken the loan for two wheeler (Bajaj pulsar rs 200 abs) with following details. My bike had been theft on 19th march 2017 from hingane, sinhgad road pune.

                    I have lodged fir at suncity police station, suncity, sinhgad road pune, got non-traceable certificate, registered bike theft incident to yavatmal rto and got rto vehicle particular particular.

                    After completing all formalities for an insurance claim, we got approval from insurance company.

                    Even after the theft, i have paid all emis from first emi to the current. From 18 emi, i have paid 8 emis, 10 emi's are remaining.

                    Now we need name of the account and other account details of bajaj auto finance to issue cheque from insurance company and stamp of bajaj auto finance on satisfaction voucher.

                    I have applied to the regional office of bajaj auto finance at yavatmal along with the attached above mentioned documents.

                    Regional office executive has sent an email on[protected] to his senior manager for the same no response we have got till date.

                    I have also sent an email to customer care email id, on this email also we have not any update.

                    We just need just two simple things mentioned above and nol confirmation from bajaj.
                    I have told them to please deduct all pending amount of loan and return remaining amount to the linked account from which you are auto debiting the loan emi.

                      Hi i recently service my rs 200 on 27th of oct 2017 at bajaj mantripukhri imphal manipur. During the service my fuel filter was dirty so the mechanic told me to replaced it but it was not available. As it was not there he fit the dirty one so if anything happens to my injector are you going to pay for it. Atleast widely used spares parts should be kept in full stock. I hate bajaj. They only know how to take labour charges. After few days again i went to buy it it is not available till now

                          I was in frustration with bajaj service. This is the 4th time i am rising the same complaint but there is no solutions got from your service team.
                          This is the last time i am explaining about my complaint, actually my bike back side shock absorber makes sound loudly whenever it goes into pits.

                              Sir i puchase a pulsar 160 ns on 17/10/17. Bike continusly missing and starting problem. Battry down in 2 self. Very poor starting problem. Already visited 3 time in your service center within 10 days regarding this problem not solved out. Sir i purchase a bike not tension. I am a working person. How i daily visit to your service center for this problem. If it is a defected piece you should have to replace this bike. Please solve this matter i am tottly mently harrshed by this bike

                                Hi team,

                                This is to inform you that today i got my bike ns200 abs after rto registration and took delivery from jai automobiles tambaram sanitorium showroom.
                                From there to my home is just 3kms, before even reaching home bike went off post that it's not getting started.

                                This is very annoying factor.

                                I doubt on the qc of the bike delivered to me.

                                If this not fixed immediately, i will escalate to the management and further.

                                  I have done my service for pulsar rs200 in mohteej bajaj in velpanchavadi chennai the service was the worst it was very much unpleasant the cleaning etc was not good at all and they also damaged my mirror hence they promised would replace my mirror since it was out of stock they said me will get it within 1 week and they’ll fix but that did not happen now it’s more than 3 months and i haven’t got my mirror fixed pls look into this matter and do the need as it spoils ur company name also.
                                  First i had a talk with the peson named vignesh of kattupakam branch (Service manager) and munusamy and then mr. Vignesh was always in leaves so mr. Kumar took in charge of the issue still not resolved and now a new person took the issue his name is also kumar he said he is the general manager he contacted me after the mail which i sent but he also failed to resolve my issue i called him several times but he’s not picking the call whenever i call him he says he’s in meeting or as other work please try to resolve my problem as soon as possible. I could not digest the reason told by your company staff that they are not able to a mirror for a bike which makes me literally sick and drops your company dignity and respect to customers and also last week i called mr kumar (Gm) he told me that he as received the mirror but he as recieved the wrong side mirror for my bike is it really possible are u guys that careless or dumb??? Pls stop bluffing pls be direct i[censored] can’t fix it i know what to do stop cheating or manipulating. I know what to do where to take this issue till.
                                  I hope u take necessary actione and get me the mirror which i broke due to carelessness..

                                    Dear sir/madam,
                                    Ten months ago i purchased a bajaj vikranta bike from dealer diwan motors in mahavir enclave new delhi. I think so that i did the biggest mistake of my life by purchasing it because after one month of purchase the handle lock, battery altenator and clutch was damaged. On 19th july 2017 i went for the service and i complaint them about the things that are damaged but they told that the parts are not available right now so in the next service they will change it. Then, on 13th october 2017 i again went for the service but they told the same that the parts are still not available and since then my bike is in the service center only. Whenever i ask that are the parts changed they say that it will take 1 to 2 days more. When you people don’t have the spare parts and you cannot service good then why do you people get the stuff to sale in the market. Please solve my problem otherwise i will file a case against your company in consumer court.

                                        As an old customer i am dissatisfied from your service center. Still my complaint are not resolve. Your dealer did not support and resolve my problem as my bike 2nd service i have pay rs613/-. But floor incharge mr narender give me my bike without do any service work.
