I have pulsar 220 bike which i buy few mouths ago i buy it from jammu motors and than i ride bike along the way to my home kishtwar which is 240 kms from jammu. After frist free service second time i went for servicing at 3600 kms but the sealer at kishtwar refuses to service my bike by giving a unfair reason that he cant do service bike which is sold outside his showroom i tried to call your complaint executive but wont help me. i u want to take action againts the owner of showroom otherwise i go for consumer court and do some legal action againts that owner of showroom

    Hello admin,
    My name is aman sharma. I purchased a black pulsar rs 200 non-abs on 25th may 2016. On my 3rd free service the ass (Tsc bajaj okhla) refused to clean my air filter and i was told by the manager that it takes huge amount of time to open the bike and clean the air filter. I told them that it is written in the service manual that it need to be clean after certain kilometers but they refused and asked me to take the bike to another service center.

    I did so as it was mandatory to clean the air filter.
    Now few days back i was getting a battery signal on my instrument console, which means my battery needs charging.
    I charged my battery and the bike was fine but it was again down in another 15 mins.
    I took my bike to the service center on 8th november and i asked them about my battery warranty as it was stated in the manual that battery has 18 months warranty.
    They service guy says that i cannot avail the warranty for my battery as i was not servicing my bike there.
    I don't understand that when i was servicing my bike in that service center they were refusing to clean my bike and they refusing to change the spark plugs, they refused to clean the air filter and they also refusing to clean the petrol tank.
    Whats the point of getting my bike serviced if they are not willing to do it and now they are refusing to provide me the warranty for my bike.
    The service guy was misbehaving with me.
    Its a kind request to you guys that please help me regarding this issue and now my bike is in the service center and they are saying that it will take 2 days to analyze the problem.

    I want my bike in working condition as i use it for daily commuting and my office timings are getting hampered.

      Respect sir/ma'am
      I am an owner of a bajaj 200ns (2012) model!
      Recently i had an issue with the engine where the crankshaft had an issue in which i had given the bike in the service centre. Which the had repaired. They changed the engine crankshaft and did the engine bore repaired which coated me a ₹17000. The issue is that after the repair my bike is being totally uneasy i. E there are issues with the engine heat issues which they tried to rectify but it's not getting done + there is a lot of problem with the engine starting problem. Costing me 2000+ approximately after the engine repair. And i had been giving my bike to the service centre ever second day with a lot of issues! And the very recent one is that after the service we rode a kilometre and when we came to a halt to pick up my friend the bike started to smoke up from the engine and a burning smell started to come from it!
      I seriously don't know what to do! Now it's getting a costly me a lot of money. I got this bike after a lot of savings from doing part-time jobs. (It's a second hand)
      Kindly look to the complain and i am looking forward to a positive response
      (And i haven't got the 17000 bill)

        Since i buy the bike pulsar 200ns 2017... After 2 or 3 days... There is jerk problem... While moving bike in 1st gear it jerks... And after my complain they try to solve my problem by calling me...15 to 18 times but the problem is still there... And i dont know what they done with my bike.. After that my engine cant work properly... Different different types of sound is coming from engine... And even cant feel the power in first gear... And after that when i m complaining continously from two months... No one even call or no one ask me about my problem or not get a solution many time i mailed at [protected]@bajajauto.co. Inor speaked in toll free number they only repeat one u will get a call within 24 hours but i cant get... And the manger... Roy or spare parts manager rao ji... Closed my problem 2 times without solving it.. Even i cant visit once...
        Lastly i decided to call media in service centre and put fire on the bike then all the problem has going to be solved... And i m also having the evidence.. How they open my 3 mnths old bike engine... And also make a video nd viral in social media or upload in youtube.. Replace my engine with new one... Within a week.. Or wait and watch...

        Still cant get any response from any...i suggest u guys plz dont buy bajaj bikes...first of all they delivered defective piece to the customer and after that cant able to solve the issue...i got irritated by visiting service centre too many times...but still i cant get the solution...actually they took washerman as an mechanic...worst pickup and lot of sound is coming from engine...after 4 to 5 kms runing...it looses its pickup and power...

        And the main irresponsible person are RAVI RANJAN... He always trying to neglect my problem...and mis behave with me...the guy not doing thier job perfectly and taking thier salary just for haram...TAKLA saala...

          Worst service center in entire india. Your bike will get new problem if you go with this worst worst worst worst worst worst worst service center. Worst wheel alignment repair. Till now i met with 2 accidents due to their worst repair.

          I have given my bike to this service center.. Still am getting so many problems with my bike. Worst response.. Worst timings.. I don't suggest to my friends to buy the bike/give service to this show room.

          If you don't believe my review.. You can check other reviews as well. Everyone is getting new problems...

            Greetings,

            I would like to know if there's anyway of obtaining justice for an issue which is beyond bearable.

            October 16th, had a slight humming sound in bike for which i gave it to the service center.

            They quoted a 9, 000/- estimate saying it's an engine issue and needs a new camshaft.

            October 30th, after weeks of calling them to check on it, the bike is "ready".

            Without any calls in between and informing, i was given a bill of 29, 000/-.

            After dozens of customer care emails they finally dropped down to 24, 000/- and i had to spend my entire month salary paying for the bike which i collected today, november 6th.

            That isn't even the worst part. The bike is in such a bad state. The sound has amplified and sounds very very bad, and everytime you hit the front brakes you can hear a nasty sound which feels the engine will just come off.

            The bike stops every moment and you have to half clutch and accelerate to keep it on and the engine heats up very quick.

            There is also a smell from the exhaust which seems like it isn't functioning the way it supposed to.

            I cannot tell how perfect the bike was before this.

            I really seek help and some justice, would love to show the bill and the bike condition to someone who can help me.

            You must really see what the service center considers "fixed".

            I've spent all my money on something which they've turned into a living hell to me and after all the cry for help, no one has come for help. I really hope for someone out there to help.

            Have already tried customer care and it redirected to the service center ending in vain.

                This complaning is about delay in service and making false claim and not taking phone. Gt road near anaj mandi, panipat - shakti motors... Please take action against them...                   I have frustration with bajaj services. I have complain last 3 month but till the date no solution. Your company service centre is provide very 3rd class servics. I think so i did the biggest mistake by purchasing it because my bike 1 year is not completed n totally coler is vanished and crus all the crome parts, so i complain service centre last 3 month and call center 1). Date 14/10/2017 & 16/10/2017com. Id is isr[protected] time)

                  This complain is directly close, no feedback about my complain
                  * leakage petrol last 1 year but its no solution.
                  Rakesh patel irresponsible person in this service centre, its only fake promises n alwes given excuses they are not given any solution.
                  Last time 04/10/2017 to 14/10/2017 he only obeserve my bike 10 day he was only chek but not change the parts and any other. He is do not very well every time.
                  I am tottly mently harrshed by this bike and service center.
                  I dissatisfied from kena bajaj bharuch service center bharuch, still my complain are not resolve.
                  If this problem not get resolve than i will make complaint in consumer court.

                    I had just purchased ns200 and i got an engine problem. First servicing is already done. When its cooled for hours it will give a best sound and pick up too but after 20-30 min of running, some irritating sond come from the engine and the pick up will not be good aswell. I dont know it will be like this in beginning only or what. Its really irritating. My expectation was not this. Whats wrong please give some feedback.

                      I will purchased ns 200 on 1.03.2017, from popular bajaj palarivattom, at from the starting time, nike fully complaint, at starting bike has oil leak, handle balance problem. After day by day the issue will increase.. Now around seven month.. I do all free services and one paid service were around rs 6500.. But they will not resolved my issues.. Now bike is fully complaint. The service tecnitions of the same showroom has no ideas about solve the issues.. I feel very patheyic service from the showroom.. I will spoke to the showroom service manager several times.. But no response from any one side.. Now battery have problem when starting the bike.. And handle bearing changed in paid service but the issue still not solved... So please warning them and resolved my problem.. Otherwise i want able to make complaints in consumer court and other higher authorities.. So please advice and solve the issue..

                        Wah re bajaj:

                        Little did i know owning a bajaj product will be such a pain.

                        Gave the bike for service at select bajaj habsiguda, hyderabad when the bike clocked 29400 km's for general service, that was 3 months ago. After few hours got a call and i was told along with the service i should replace the clutch kit as it has worn out - i agreed, i was told that it will also take 1-3 days time as it involves replacement of clutch kit.
                        Next day i got a call saying the engine is messed up, have to replace major components which will cost 11000... When i shouted on the service guy and service manager they agreed to do it on their own cost as it happened at their service center.
                        Later in a friendly conversation with the service incharge mr. Praveen from habsigude bajaj, got to know that one of the service guy opened the engine and revved it hard... Which fired the engine/ bore got stuck etc, but not to worry as they will replace the components. When asked about who the mechanic is i was told he left the job because he was charged for messing the bike engine.

                        This was the starting o[censored]pcoming worst service experience with bajaj, since then one after the other issues started coming, took the bike after about a week, as soon as i took the bike after the engine repair, the bike started making sound as if something is broken in the engine, i raised a complain and gave it for service after they tested it, it again took 10 days, claimed to replace a lot of things, the engine is new hence i should replace oil after 500 kms ete, drove for some 200 kms, found the engine is revving hard when the bike is driven for more than 15-20 mins, and the coolant leaks as soon as the engine stops. At this moment was asked to take the bike to uppal bajaj service centre as the mechanic is not available at the habsiguda center.

                        I have invested 10000 approx was told to replace chain kit and each time i took delivery i paid for some or other part, nuts, bush, etc, oil 2 times, and what not and not to forget the time and money on my cab bills either to take delivery of the bike or to give it to uppal service centre all the way from padmarao nagar, hyderabad.

                        Then low pick up, tablet noise started, and coolant leakage still not solved (Coolant was filled many times) engine oil checked for coolant mixing up etec, odo 30400, most of the times bike is at service center at this phase.

                        By this time the service managers of both locations were involved and mr. Ravi chandra uppal branch manager was involved (This guys attitude is weird towards the customers as if he is doing things for free and is doing a favour, tells me that we have only charged for parts not for labour whenever the bike has been serviced)- this was the 11th time you #! Anyways kept quite since all i wanted is the bike is a good running condition. Also at this phase, i spoke to mr. Sujith (Regional service manager for bajaj hyderabad), he assured me he will check the bike and get the needful done.

                        So after about 2 weeks, yesterday[protected], i was asked to come and take the bike from the service center. Many things have changed which was not done earlier by another branch etc. I reached the service center around 11. Am and met mr. Nikhil, the bike was not starting... They told since its long about 10 days the battery is down (In the past i have kept the bike untouched for more than a month when i was away and it started without any issue, this never happened). They started it up, engine noise seemed less as they claim they have changed many parts, enigine was on for 10 mins, i met tthe manager and service guy was asked to pay 1100 for parts for which i refused as i have already paid a lot, thanked them and as soon as i was about to sit... Bike stopped... And was not starting... Service manager asked the guy to go for a 2kms ride and the mechanic did... He came back with a? Face.. I asked what happened and he responded: in low rpm there is a noise... Took the bike in and started opening it, requested me to wait for 15 mins... But til they did their job it was 3 hours.

                        After 3 hrs got the bike and same problem bike doesn't start... They said its becaue of battery, it should be ok after few kms run... And when asked why the engine stops in between. The mechanic gave a peculiar answer... Showing the side stand... Says the side stand is bit loose which is making the bike lean a lot which is causing a pin in engine to push more fuel.. So engine is stopping because of fuel overflow, (Note : this is a new problem again), when i asked for a resolution he said to go to a hardware welding shop and fix the stand... I was like huh... And asked the manager what sort of a solution is it can't they change the stand and am ready to pay... The service manager was like we don't have stands at the moment so welding is a solution and i can always replace the stand when there is stock... It was 1 in afternoon, i was already tired and sick of their lies,... Hungry and fed up... Anyhow they started the bike and assured me it will be ok after few km's run... And till i fix the side stand i have to use center stand...🙄... I drove for about 14 km's to my home though not very happy with the engine tik tik noise which was revolving in my head... I convinced myself not to concentrate a lot on the noise and ignore it and use the bike for a week. On the way showed a mechanic and just with by revving the engine he said :sir gaadi pura kaharb kardiye, khali jugad karkey derey, dont trust them, as i cant do much-reached home and parked the bike and killed the engine (First time after taking out from the service centre) and when tried to start again... The bike won't start. Now am stuck with another problem, a new problem 😠.

                        but when ? now again the bike is leaking fuel and service centre says carburetor has to be replaced which will cost 4k, and you area manager Sujith, speaks like a ### and says the bike is out of warranty, Bajaj didnt ask to give the bike for service, it was my wish. what sort of ### hole says this being a Area manager.

                              Sir i have purchased a bajaj platina bike from m/s. Mahaveer motors, saraipeetha, dhanupur, handiya allahabad, up at finance basis.

                              Please note that my residence is so far from the mahaveer motors agency. So i always pay the emi by depositing the amount in the bank account of mahaveer motors and inform them by phone. But they call me every month to deposit the emi and always terrorise me to call back the bike. Then i have to go to agency with bank statement then they adjust the emi.

                              I tired with above problems and every month brandish of m/s. Mahaveer motors, this month, i paid the emi through online with https://www.bajajautofinance.com/ the receipt attached herewith. But now they (Mahaveer motors) again threatened me. He called me today for emi. I told him that i have paid emi through online then he again brandish me to call back my bike. I assure him that i have paid instalment through online and it will appear in your computer within 2-3 working days. But he continued to warn me loudly using loose talks.

                              Sir, you can see that i paid all the emis till now. But this man always treat us as a servant. He should be aware that i have taken loan from bajaj finance not from m/s. Mahaveer motor. So why he always use loose talks with me and terrorise to get back the my bike. A customer cannot bear this type of tension every month in spite of deposit every instalments. I assure you if l'd known about the evil behaviour of mahaveer motors, i never purchase the bajaj bike. Due to frustration caused by mahaveer motors i hatred from bajaj agencies.

                              Any way if he (Mahaveer motors) will call back by my bike in spite of deposit all the instalments, i will go to consumer court and file a case against bajaj auto and mahaveer motors both. So kindly check my payment of instalments and inform mahaveer motors not to take the back my bike. The last instalment which i have paid through online will also be visible after 2-3 working days. I have attached the receipt of last payment downloaded from https://www.bajajautofinance.com/.

                                    I had purchased pulsar 160 ns on aug, 30 2k17, from your authorized dealer abs bajaj tonk road, jaipur. I have been facing many issues regarding "gear shifting and fuel leakage", from the day i purchased the bike. I contacted the dealers and the problem of fuel was fixed the same day.
                                    But the problem in gear shifting is not yet resolved instead of reporting 5 times. Authorities here are unable to detect out the root cause of the defect. Here with this mail i'm attaching the referance no. Of previous complaints that i've made.

                                      I got delivery of my bike (Bajaj ns 200 2017 model) on august 2017. First and second service done. Now its running @~7000 km. After my second service, i'm facing some serious issue in my bike. It is difficult to cross 7000rpm @ 6th gear even at full throttle. Consulted regarding this issue in service center where i purchased my bike. The clean air filter, carburetor and spark plugs. Still i am facing the issue. They cannot identify the actual issue. Riding in this condition makes more dangerous in overtakes and even in normal drives. Please do the needful to rectify this issue.

                                        This complaint is in regard to the extremely irresponsible bajaj showroom staff who had my bike for over a period of two months. I met with an accident on 15th of august 2017 and my bike was handed over to the showroom on the very next day. An advance payment of rs.10, 000/- was made by me on 2nd sept. After a month on 23rd of oct. I complained to bajaj auto through mail regarding delay and inconsistency. To which i didn't even get a proper reply from the designated authority. At this point of time i got completely frustrated and felt mentally strained. After this incident i stopped chasing them and let things go their way.
                                        The bike was with them since 16th aug. And it was handed over to me on 30th of oct. The condition in which i got my bike (Pulsar 200 rs) was far away from being satisfactory. When i queried them with the short comings, they were being too rude and ignorant. The bike was with them for over a period of more than 2 months and yet they failed in getting the required spare parts.
                                        At the time when the bike was being handed over to me, i complained about the blinking fi symbol, they retorted with an extremely naive reply and made me believe that it was just a glitch and will disappear after a few kilometers.
                                        The body parts vibrated way too more just after a few kilometers and i realized that it indeed needed further servicing.

                                        Today, on 1st november, i went to the showroom so as to complain about the electrical leakage noise and increased vibration to which they made an excuse of absence of any expert staff and told me to visit again after few days.
                                        Same day around 09:00 pm i was riding my bike on highway between heavy traffic and suddenly could feel rough jerks and knocking noises from the engine. I stopped the bike immediately and after a few minutes made an attempt to start the bike and the engine made an extremely loud thud and gave a very rough jerk.
                                        I am done with all this nuisance.
                                        There is only one bajaj showroom in the city i live in and they are not at all befitting in having a bajaj auto dealership. The service they provide is extremely amateur and they behave extremely ignorantly.
                                        I did everything they told me to, waited 2 months, and visited the showroom innumerable times. All the work they did was to make a fool out of me by telling me that parts haven't arrived. Now after 2 months all i get is a situation so threatening that i could have lost my life today because of their careless, negligent and irresponsible 'work'.
                                        After all this, i feel mentally devastated and exhausted.
                                        I really plead for strict actions against these erring staff of bajaj auto.
                                        I want my bike to get repaired asap without any further harassment.
                                        Justice be served keeping in mind that i could have died today because of their irresponsible nature.
