I applied personal loan in various banks but they rejected my file due to very low cibil score. After tracking this issue, i knew about an auto loan for two wheeler from bajaj auto loan mentioned on my pan no. Id but i had not taken any loan from bajaj for purpose of auto purchase but my cibil score is showing this
Kindly correct this major mistake so that i can apply for loan.

    I have given no choice but to lodge a formal complaint now, due to the unruly behaviour with "bajaj auto finance" collection executives, that on every occasion due to non-payment have been treating my elderly folks, mainly woman, in a very demeaning and crude and unlawful manner, they have on several occasion's threatened the ones at home, bajaj finance as a company is only hiring hooligans, and ruckus creators to do their jobs, and it is very shameful for a country like ours, where we treat people with respect or compassion, let alone be it terrorist's, being consumers and being treated in such unorthodox manners leaves me heartbroken, i no longer have that faith in my country or the government, that solemnly swears on protecting peoples interest's. Today with that financial bodies. Life's are only made difficult, we are the common man, that have those little dreams and desires in life, sometimes circumstances give away, and well, we end up in places we usually don't expect to, i don't have any faith that my case would be worked upon, i am, however, writing about it, finger's crossed, look forward to hear from you..

    Engine oil not change but i am billed oil 390rupees water wash pannave ila disc clean pannaala battery petrol chelli veikala. Nothing do it

      I did servicing of my bike avenger 150 at rythem auto baner,
      This service center doesn't seem like authentic one.

      First i changed my lock so they broke handle lock rebate and now they are saying in repair it got broke and they are not even fixing it.

      Also every time i go there they tell your fork is out and so many things and charge very heavy every time its around 2000 for servicing

      They do not have gst number but they include gst in bill.

      I though bajaj is a brand but now i am fed up with this kind of service, hope you guys look in to this.

        A few days ago i had serviced my ah150 in one of your authorized service station called a h bajaj world north lakhimpur under lakhimpur district, aassam787001. But due to faulty servicing & negligence done by the mechanics of the dealer my bike's engine now ceased as there was no mobile in my bike. Now they are reluctant to take any responsiblitity. Pleare help me.

          I have purchased bajaj v15 dt - 19/06/2017, we are not recoginised there is crack in the engine.

          Now vehicle performance was decreased due to crack in the engine and unable to ride.

          We informed the concerned authorised dealer in bangalore, but we dint got the solutions for the problem.

          Please kindly do the needful and help me out to solve this problem as soon as possible.

            Dear sir, '

            Please find the attached copy of service job card and bill copy.
            Yesterday i took my bike "avenger bike 220cc" to my near by service center at akc bajaj (10033) service center (Near civil court - shahjahanpur-242001). The starter switch at rh handle bar was damaged. So i requested the service in charge their to replace that switch but that guy told me to change the whole part assembly (Part no. Pd 4014 01- housing assembly control rh). I told him ok if that part is available at their part store than i will give my bike for complete service but that part is important so first replace that part. The guy sitting at parts store said that part is available in his store. So, i gave my bike for complete service, but i warned them that part is very important for my bike so first replace that part than do else servicing of my bike.
            But they didn't listen to me. First they make bike service job card number-27549 date[protected]. They did complete servicing of my bike for 2 hours from 3pm to 5 pm. After that that service engineer went to their part store to get new part (Part no. Pd 4014 01- housing assembly control rh). Than that person sitting at that store told him they don't have that part right now in his store. Earlier he got confused with another part no.

            I felt totally cheated. They charge me inr 575 for servicing of bike and didn't replace my bike main part. Still i am not able to start my bike without that part. Because of irresponsibility of parts store in charge and poor communication of service team. I felt very pathetic service experience of my bike.

            Please take appropriate action. I felt very pathetic because of poor service of my bike at above mentioned service center

              My bike gj03js 5133
              According to your timing display board your service time is 8:30 am to 8:00 pm
              There is no any authorized person till 8:30am, how i will give my bike for second free service at 8:30 am.. The guard tell me come to after 9:00 am. Becauseof staff will come after 9:15 am.. They waste my 1 hour time

                On date 03.09.2017 I have purchased a PLATINA 100ES from Jamuna Auto, Angul, Orissa. But unfortunately from the next day it create maximum problem. After running smoothly first 4-5 km starts become off, just like petrol is not coming.After take 3-4 minutes rest it can go for another 6-8 km .
                On[protected]st servicing was taken . but problem found as it is as before.
                On[protected] I go 2nd time with this same problem . today I found the same problem . To cover 7 km from colony to plant I have to stop 2 to 3 times every day, and it takes approx 25-35 minutes.

                Please give me a corrective action as early as possible or change the motor cycle or return my money.

                  Dear sir my name is vikash i have purchased bajaj fulsar 150 in august 2017 from ansh bajaj rohtak agency and i have paid amount they deposit online rc fees in 24 august 2017 but didn't not submit documents in regarding office till date every week i call their and they tell me next week you will get rc but today i am shocked when i check status and went to agency i found my documents still their am facing problem many time traffic police warning me about rc but after that agency person didn't help me i have paid amount.                     I have purchased avenger street 150cc on feb 3rd 2017.
                    Problem:only during rain ignition is not working. Normal conditions it is working fine. Once the bike is in rain, when we press the ignition button the electrical points are getting shorted due to water.
                    I have informed the bajaj service centre but no one could solve.
                    Does bajaj have any "professional" employees for solving the issue/servicing the bike.

                    I have already booked the complaint.
                    Third time within 45 days I have took the bike to Varun Bajaj Kondapur.
                    Almost 15 days the bike is in service centre. Currently my bike is in showroom from 21st October.
                    Please provide info on Bajaj Professional service engineers.

                      This is a great surprise for me that this amount has been deducted, i'm not even deal with bajaj auto as of no, then how come they know my account number and deduction also happened.

                      Transaction details : p[protected] tr for ddr bajaj - auto 117/- rs.

                      Since these transfers are completely unauthorized and therefore fraudulent, it is requested to please refund the amount immediately and stop any further such transfer.

                      Please take appropriate action and reimburse my money.

                        I bought a bike bajaj pulser 220 on 5th may 2016 from gurgaon bajaj ml automobiles. Few days ago my bike's battery was dead & not working. I saw my user manual of my bike, in that it is clearly mention that battery is under warranty period of 18 month. But 18 months of my bike is not even completed and i went to bajaj service center to get my battery replaced. Thereafter, i was told at bajaj service center to go to battery's company (Exide) head office at sector 4 gurgaon. I went at exide's head office and was shocked to hear that battery was manufactured in 2014 & is out of warranty. I went back at bajaj service center, they told me that they would not be replacing my battery. It was a big fraud to me that i bought my bike in may'2016 and dealer cheated me by putting battery of year 2014 which was already out of warranty when i bought my bike. It is prayed, my battery should be replaced & i should be paid 8-10 lacks for which i had suffered & cheating & fraud with me by the dealer.

                          I have purchased avenger 150 just 2 month before and i think, it was my biggest mistake to go with bajaj bike as it is just two month and whenever i ride my bike 20 to 25 km and if i switch the engine off then i can not start my bike again for next 20-30 minutes, because when i press the self botton the only sound come of rotating the motor but self doesn't work. Moreover, it does not have the kick as well so i have to stand on the road and wait for next 20 to 30 min. I already visited the showroom 3 times. First time, they said the issue is with the battery and they asked me to visit on amaran battery showroom. I visited there, they check the battery and provided the stand by battery and asked to come again. The next day, when i visited, they said battery is absolutely fine, issue is with the bike. I called the service center manager, again, they asked to visit the showroom, will check and resolve the issue as they understood the problem now that and on some level when bike temperature got high self doesn't work. I left the bike, they did all the thing and asked me to pay service charge which i already paid but again when i took the bike 2 days back still facing same issue.

                          I am really fed up now and don't know what i need to do. Because, sven after spending more then 90000 bucks, i am not able to commute to my office.
                          Even, i have recorded the video as well but not able to attatch as size is bigger.

                              Please note this is my 2nd complaint and i am making this 2nd one as i was told by mr viaksh from your team to make the 2nd complain. I already complained to customer care regarding several issues i faced with the bike. No reply was receive from customer care. I made complain on bajaj portal where i received communication reference number isr-223117. Mr vikash contacted me on 21-oct-17 and after discussion he told that he will arrange for pick up of vehicle on 23-oct-17. On 23-oct-17 no body turned up. On 23-oct-17 mr vikash called me again in the evening and told he forgot about this and on 24-oct-17 he promised to get the vehicle picked up. On 24-oct-17 afternoon service center person contacted me and told they want to pick the vehicle for repair. Mr vikas refused to replace the bike saying there is no clause to replace the bike.
                              But as i have told 76 km was already driven. Speedometer was not working. On 19-oct-17 speedometer was connected but after 84km reading, my bike is not starting.
                              Why should i keep defective bike from day 1 with following defects:
                              1. Vehicle already driven 76 km, speedometer now working at time off delivery...
                              2. Self start not working
                              3. Kick start not working
                              4. Scratches at ignition point
                              5. Occasional stoppage during driving observe di traffic
                              6. Bike dirty under mudguard & stand.

                              Please change the bike as defective product was delivered by the dealer from day 1.

                                Hi on thursday[protected] i purchased bike vikrant15 from gurdas motors kharar auth delear of bajaj i amke dp of rs 25000 and make a finance from bajaj finance called many times and visited four time at showroom but not getting registration number and service record book at every time they are saying we are not received payment from bajaj finance and people from bajaj finance saying we give payment to gurdas motors. Need your intervention.

                                  My bike is almost 4months old, there was a manufacturing defect in my bike. From the day of purchase often my bike is switching off while in reserve, when i put it in the main and again i put it in the reserve then only my bike is starting. I complained about this problem in the 1st service (Kln bajaj chennai) but they didn't solved my problem. It's very disappointing to ride.

                                    I bought pulsar ns160 on 17/08/2017. Next day i found problem in clutch plate. After few days a sound started coming out from engine. Now today clutch plate stopped working.. Service provider said that clutch plate is not come in waranty. But problem in clutch plate from firt day of bike.
                                    So that's defective part so pls replace it.
                                    I think this company loss faith about company.

                                      Today i went to bajaj showroom in chittorgarh, rajasthan for buying bajaj v15 bike but the employee was not supportive nature also when i call back to them they disconnect my call without listening my full query and now i made my mind not to buy your bike and also will not recommend to anyone.
                                      Also for your information i have been driving bajaj boxer ct 100 from past 17 years and i have been a good image of your company but today all goes in vain.

                                      Also a suggestion for your company if you want to become number 1 company then improve your customer service.

                                        Sir my name is pratyaksh.. I give my bike for servicing in kanaujia automobiles (Madhoganj distt-hardoi).. But they do not complete my work in whole day... I gave the bike at 10 o'clock bt they give me issues n not behaved properly.. Even they don't touch ky bike i have some problem in engine n in emergency i gave a complete one day but they don't service it... Pls sir solve my problem as soon as possible.. N teach the staff how to behave with the customers bcas once the trust is broken no one trust on bajaj... Sir pls..
