I bought a bike bajaj pulser 220 on 5th may 2016 from gurgaon bajaj ml automobiles. Few days ago my bike's battery was dead & not working. I saw my user manual of my bike, in that it is clearly mention that battery is under warranty period of 18 month. But 18 months of my bike is not even completed and i went to bajaj service center to get my battery replaced. Thereafter, i was told at bajaj service center to go to battery's company (Exide) head office at sector 4 gurgaon. I went at exide's head office and was shocked to hear that battery was manufactured in 2014 & is out of warranty. I went back at bajaj service center, they told me that they would not be replacing my battery. It was a big fraud to me that i bought my bike in may'2016 and dealer cheated me by putting battery of year 2014 which was already out of warranty when i bought my bike. It is prayed, my battery should be replaced & i should be paid 8-10 lacks for which i had suffered & cheating & fraud with me by the dealer.

    I have purchased avenger 150 just 2 month before and i think, it was my biggest mistake to go with bajaj bike as it is just two month and whenever i ride my bike 20 to 25 km and if i switch the engine off then i can not start my bike again for next 20-30 minutes, because when i press the self botton the only sound come of rotating the motor but self doesn't work. Moreover, it does not have the kick as well so i have to stand on the road and wait for next 20 to 30 min. I already visited the showroom 3 times. First time, they said the issue is with the battery and they asked me to visit on amaran battery showroom. I visited there, they check the battery and provided the stand by battery and asked to come again. The next day, when i visited, they said battery is absolutely fine, issue is with the bike. I called the service center manager, again, they asked to visit the showroom, will check and resolve the issue as they understood the problem now that and on some level when bike temperature got high self doesn't work. I left the bike, they did all the thing and asked me to pay service charge which i already paid but again when i took the bike 2 days back still facing same issue.

    I am really fed up now and don't know what i need to do. Because, sven after spending more then 90000 bucks, i am not able to commute to my office.
    Even, i have recorded the video as well but not able to attatch as size is bigger.

        Please note this is my 2nd complaint and i am making this 2nd one as i was told by mr viaksh from your team to make the 2nd complain. I already complained to customer care regarding several issues i faced with the bike. No reply was receive from customer care. I made complain on bajaj portal where i received communication reference number isr-223117. Mr vikash contacted me on 21-oct-17 and after discussion he told that he will arrange for pick up of vehicle on 23-oct-17. On 23-oct-17 no body turned up. On 23-oct-17 mr vikash called me again in the evening and told he forgot about this and on 24-oct-17 he promised to get the vehicle picked up. On 24-oct-17 afternoon service center person contacted me and told they want to pick the vehicle for repair. Mr vikas refused to replace the bike saying there is no clause to replace the bike.
        But as i have told 76 km was already driven. Speedometer was not working. On 19-oct-17 speedometer was connected but after 84km reading, my bike is not starting.
        Why should i keep defective bike from day 1 with following defects:
        1. Vehicle already driven 76 km, speedometer now working at time off delivery...
        2. Self start not working
        3. Kick start not working
        4. Scratches at ignition point
        5. Occasional stoppage during driving observe di traffic
        6. Bike dirty under mudguard & stand.

        Please change the bike as defective product was delivered by the dealer from day 1.

          Hi on thursday[protected] i purchased bike vikrant15 from gurdas motors kharar auth delear of bajaj i amke dp of rs 25000 and make a finance from bajaj finance called many times and visited four time at showroom but not getting registration number and service record book at every time they are saying we are not received payment from bajaj finance and people from bajaj finance saying we give payment to gurdas motors. Need your intervention.

            My bike is almost 4months old, there was a manufacturing defect in my bike. From the day of purchase often my bike is switching off while in reserve, when i put it in the main and again i put it in the reserve then only my bike is starting. I complained about this problem in the 1st service (Kln bajaj chennai) but they didn't solved my problem. It's very disappointing to ride.

              I bought pulsar ns160 on 17/08/2017. Next day i found problem in clutch plate. After few days a sound started coming out from engine. Now today clutch plate stopped working.. Service provider said that clutch plate is not come in waranty. But problem in clutch plate from firt day of bike.
              So that's defective part so pls replace it.
              I think this company loss faith about company.
              I think bajaj auto is not care about custemer

                Today i went to bajaj showroom in chittorgarh, rajasthan for buying bajaj v15 bike but the employee was not supportive nature also when i call back to them they disconnect my call without listening my full query and now i made my mind not to buy your bike and also will not recommend to anyone.
                Also for your information i have been driving bajaj boxer ct 100 from past 17 years and i have been a good image of your company but today all goes in vain.

                Also a suggestion for your company if you want to become number 1 company then improve your customer service.

                  Sir my name is pratyaksh.. I give my bike for servicing in kanaujia automobiles (Madhoganj distt-hardoi).. But they do not complete my work in whole day... I gave the bike at 10 o'clock bt they give me issues n not behaved properly.. Even they don't touch ky bike i have some problem in engine n in emergency i gave a complete one day but they don't service it... Pls sir solve my problem as soon as possible.. N teach the staff how to behave with the customers bcas once the trust is broken no one trust on bajaj... Sir pls..

I purchased a new bajaj pulsar ns200 2017 edition bike on 12/10/2017 from supreme motors mangalore and from the very next day i got the starting trouble in the vehicle and i complained about it on service center and those people suggested me that it is a minor issue it will be solved by your first service, and after that it's 8 day for today same trouble issued for 4 time and on this time it has a petrol leakage and full of smoke on the vehicle and the service center people are not even responding to my complaint properly so i kindly request you to please replace me the vehicle or refund me the cash it's a kind request for you sir thank you...

                      I have sale my old bike then purchasing bajaj platina on[protected] from pr bajaj hazratganj dealer is totaly thief because dealer sales person mr manoj is not given offer and sold platina price 57719/- on road but other dealer given me 1500 discount and vehicle actual cost is 54661/- on road. After that his sold me damage silencer bike and i given extra 4000/ rs aprox so plz help me. This is my worst experience of purchasing new bike...

                        Recently i reached bagga link for free service, they promised it will take 4-5 hrs for all necessary checks and tefflon coating however they took more than 7 hrs for service. Moreover after service my car's mileage was done before service it was 14 after service its 12, when i checked with spoc he said full your tank with fuel and then check and i tried twice but its giving me the same mileage, few days back i refuel my car tank for 2000 and it ran only 354 km approx. So i hope now you can calculate what mileage i am getting, after that spoc giving me rebuttles that in local you will get the same mileage, is that what i am paying for?? I heard that after 2 or 3rd service you will get better mileage, and i am bound to go to bagga link because i have purchased a package of tefflon coating and rubber coating from them. Pls suggest who will give my money back which i wasted in fuel with this mileage?

                        The gearbox of my auto-keeps is always upset. Enlarge the gear when gear shift. That is how it came from when you bought the vehicle. It has not been corrected many times in the service center. Technicians say that this is manufacturing defects. I'll get it fixed as soon as possible

                          Dear sir/madam,

                          Recently i am visit the bajaj service center kaila motors samshabad agra for my 3rd free service of my pulsar 150.
                          My bike tank is heavy dented and the mask is heavy scratchy, but the service manager refused that it would not be an insurance claim.. Then what about the insurance means?
                          And since the bike has been purchase, the tail lamp is automatically glow because front disc brake lever not work proper. I am complaint every service.
                          But every service time the disc break the fix by mechanic but then the problem is the same. Mechanic does not work well there because expert mechanic is not available there. Helper is the work of place mechanic.
                          Please handle it, otherwise i would like to think more.
                          Pls revert me undersign

                                I have purchased a bajaj - pulsar 220 f on 11/09/2017 from bijay motors, chatrapur, ganjam, odisha. Invoice no - 37, dtd. - 11/07/2017 and paid rs. 94, 400/-. Frame no.- mdza13ey5hcd05129 and engine no. - dkychd-35017
                                1. On 16/09/2017 - there was a self start problem and i tried a lot. So on 17/09/2017, i went and gave a complaint at the showroom and a mechanic attended and said that the battery don't have any charge and kept the bike for one day to recharge it.
                                2. On 31/09/2017 again there was start problem and i gave the complaint. The technician changed the battery and said the starting magnet coil is also been changed. He wrote the new sl no. Of the battery in my manual book.
                                3. Today (16/10/2017) once again i suffered the same starting problem and i complaint about the fact but they are hopeless and could not help me and advised to talk to the nearest service station at berhampur (18 kms away)
                                Sir, i am staying in rural village 15 kms away from chatrapur and serving 35 kms away at berhampur on deputation. I am a state govt service holder and duty bound job and due to this problem i could attend by duties in time and can't attend other works also.

                                  I replaced bike (Discover dtsi 100) handle rod from sandhu vehicles pvt. Ltd. Sohana, mohali, punjab. They replaced it with damaging other parts like handle grip, mirror stand, clutch cable and scratch on some parts. On asking to to fix it they told me that these parts are not available.

                                  The bike giving oil leakage problem since fist servicing.After reapeated complain technician not able to resolve issue.Instead company charging for repair everytime but unable to resolve it.

                                    I have taken two wheeler pulsar 150 bike from priyanka automobiles baheri dist - darbhanga vide loan acount - l2wdbg03728253 in the name of biresh prasad. I already paid foreclose amount by agencies but till now after 17 month i did not get noc.
                                    When i went to agencies yesterday the cashie of priyanka automobile told me your paid amount was not adjust in foreclose amount. Company had your paid amount in your a/c and paid only emi. Because the fault of bajaj auto finance you have to paid 8725 rupees.
                                    Please close my loan account and give my noc. I can not pay again and again. Please mind your mistake othewise i will have to go to court.

                                      Your need to hire a good quality staff.. The people are the assets of a company.. And your staff is disaster... I could be your loyal custermer but for such bad experience.. I won't recommend any one to go to your company..
                                      I am a residence of sonipat haryana.. Actually i wanted to buy pulser rs 200 so went to the showroom om bajaj sonipat gohana road haryana 131001.. The staff there was just not interested in attending the customers they were so rude.. With everybody.. I asked a sales person to show the bike.. He said go and have a look by your own.. We were really surprised.. Ok so we had a look at the bike and we really liked it.. Then we went to the bajaj finance for the same bike in same showroom... They were even worst... They were so misbehaving.. Not only with me.. Also with senior citizen.. Despite that we asked for financing the bike... He told that your file charges will be 4600.. We said fine.. And we went to arrange the cash rs 88000 for down payment.. And when we came back for buying the same bike.. The person changed the amount of file charges from rs 4600 to 5200 + 500 extra for hp. Means people were so bad they were cheating us.. With that incident we changed are mind to not to buy from any of your showroom... Seriously the person said bike bohot achi khadi h showroom me.. No need to buy

                                      I hope you will consider my complaint...
                                      And
                                      I think you should shutdown your showroom if you are not interested in your customers... Shame on you
