Dear sir,
My name is pramith kumar j. I purchased a new bajaj pulsar ns200 2017 edition bike on 12/10/2017 from supreme motors mangalore and from the very next day i got the starting trouble in the vehicle and i complained about it on service center and those people suggested me that it is a minor issue it will be solved by your first service, and after that it's 8 day for today same trouble issued for 4 time and on this time it has a petrol leakage and full of smoke on the vehicle and the service center people are not even responding to my complaint properly so i kindly request you to please replace me the vehicle or refund me the cash it's a kind request for you sir thank you...

    I have sale my old bike then purchasing bajaj platina on[protected] from pr bajaj hazratganj dealer is totaly thief because dealer sales person mr manoj is not given offer and sold platina price 57719/- on road but other dealer given me 1500 discount and vehicle actual cost is 54661/- on road. After that his sold me damage silencer bike and i given extra 4000/ rs aprox so plz help me. This is my worst experience of purchasing new bike...

      Recently i reached bagga link for free service, they promised it will take 4-5 hrs for all necessary checks and tefflon coating however they took more than 7 hrs for service. Moreover after service my car's mileage was done before service it was 14 after service its 12, when i checked with spoc he said full your tank with fuel and then check and i tried twice but its giving me the same mileage, few days back i refuel my car tank for 2000 and it ran only 354 km approx. So i hope now you can calculate what mileage i am getting, after that spoc giving me rebuttles that in local you will get the same mileage, is that what i am paying for?? I heard that after 2 or 3rd service you will get better mileage, and i am bound to go to bagga link because i have purchased a package of tefflon coating and rubber coating from them. Pls suggest who will give my money back which i wasted in fuel with this mileage?

      The gearbox of my auto-keeps is always upset. Enlarge the gear when gear shift. That is how it came from when you bought the vehicle. It has not been corrected many times in the service center. Technicians say that this is manufacturing defects. I'll get it fixed as soon as possible

        Dear sir/madam,

        Recently i am visit the bajaj service center kaila motors samshabad agra for my 3rd free service of my pulsar 150.
        My bike tank is heavy dented and the mask is heavy scratchy, but the service manager refused that it would not be an insurance claim.. Then what about the insurance means?
        And since the bike has been purchase, the tail lamp is automatically glow because front disc brake lever not work proper. I am complaint every service.
        But every service time the disc break the fix by mechanic but then the problem is the same. Mechanic does not work well there because expert mechanic is not available there. Helper is the work of place mechanic.
        Please handle it, otherwise i would like to think more.
        Pls revert me undersign

              I have purchased a bajaj - pulsar 220 f on 11/09/2017 from bijay motors, chatrapur, ganjam, odisha. Invoice no - 37, dtd. - 11/07/2017 and paid rs. 94, 400/-. Frame no.- mdza13ey5hcd05129 and engine no. - dkychd-35017
              1. On 16/09/2017 - there was a self start problem and i tried a lot. So on 17/09/2017, i went and gave a complaint at the showroom and a mechanic attended and said that the battery don't have any charge and kept the bike for one day to recharge it.
              2. On 31/09/2017 again there was start problem and i gave the complaint. The technician changed the battery and said the starting magnet coil is also been changed. He wrote the new sl no. Of the battery in my manual book.
              3. Today (16/10/2017) once again i suffered the same starting problem and i complaint about the fact but they are hopeless and could not help me and advised to talk to the nearest service station at berhampur (18 kms away)
              Sir, i am staying in rural village 15 kms away from chatrapur and serving 35 kms away at berhampur on deputation. I am a state govt service holder and duty bound job and due to this problem i could attend by duties in time and can't attend other works also.

                  I have taken two wheeler pulsar 150 bike from priyanka automobiles baheri dist - darbhanga vide loan acount - l2wdbg03728253 in the name of biresh prasad. I already paid foreclose amount by agencies but till now after 17 month i did not get noc.
                  When i went to agencies yesterday the cashie of priyanka automobile told me your paid amount was not adjust in foreclose amount. Company had your paid amount in your a/c and paid only emi. Because the fault of bajaj auto finance you have to paid 8725 rupees.
                  Please close my loan account and give my noc. I can not pay again and again. Please mind your mistake othewise i will have to go to court.

                    Your need to hire a good quality staff.. The people are the assets of a company.. And your staff is disaster... I could be your loyal custermer but for such bad experience.. I won't recommend any one to go to your company..
                    I am a residence of sonipat haryana.. Actually i wanted to buy pulser rs 200 so went to the showroom om bajaj sonipat gohana road haryana 131001.. The staff there was just not interested in attending the customers they were so rude.. With everybody.. I asked a sales person to show the bike.. He said go and have a look by your own.. We were really surprised.. Ok so we had a look at the bike and we really liked it.. Then we went to the bajaj finance for the same bike in same showroom... They were even worst... They were so misbehaving.. Not only with me.. Also with senior citizen.. Despite that we asked for financing the bike... He told that your file charges will be 4600.. We said fine.. And we went to arrange the cash rs 88000 for down payment.. And when we came back for buying the same bike.. The person changed the amount of file charges from rs 4600 to 5200 + 500 extra for hp. Means people were so bad they were cheating us.. With that incident we changed are mind to not to buy from any of your showroom... Seriously the person said bike bohot achi khadi h showroom me.. No need to buy

                    I hope you will consider my complaint...

                    I think you should shutdown your showroom if you are not interested in your customers... Shame on you

                      My bike cruaiser avenger 220.. While doing 3rd servicing.. Auto showroom person told me clutch plate is damage need to change... But i have ask everyone they said if it damage you can run bike more than 40km per hour... But i was able to run till 80 easly... It was damage or not i don't even know...                           Recently i went to the nearest bajaj service centre for my 2nd free service. I havee got a bajaj pulsar ns200 bs4 model. I went to saluja bajaj service centre in burdwan, but sorry to say... Mechanics, staffs including the service manager are in cooperative.

                          When i entered the service centre, i checked my bike whether there is any scratch or not. There were no scratch present. But after servicing, i checked my bike had a cut mark in the tank guard panel. I called the service manager, showed him and explained him about the mark how can your staffs be so casual with customer's bikes? He directly refused the charges, and told me its not possible, as there is no such instrument that can make cut mark. I told him, may be any instrument has got sharp edge, or may be your mechanics were casual. He again refused the charges, and started to ignore me.

                          This is how bajaj responds to customers?
                          This is how you deal with other's bikes?
                          The cut+scratch whatever it was... Its borders were so serrated, even a 10-year-old can say its new.
                          Its ok i[censored] dont want to replace the part free of cost, i am ready to pay 900 bucks for that scratch.
                          People do love their bikes, specially if they have ns, rs or dominar.
                          This is not what a customer expects from a company like bajaj.

                            Sir, my self sarfaraz hussain from delhi. I purchased a pulsar 135 ls (Ch no.-md2a17cz2gwd10322 e no. - jezwgd74335) from swadehi auto pvt. Ltd, raja garden on 23/8/16.
                            I have got the loan of amount rs. 45000 instead of rs 40000 after subtracting dp of rs. 26000 from the actual cost of rs. 66000. When i asked about this to my dealer he gave me no clear answser and misbehaved with me. I have also made a complaint regarding this issue and my complaint no. Is [protected].
                            I request you to please look into this matter and take necessary action in 10 days otherwise i will file a case in consumer court.

                              I bought a pulsar 160ns on 17th september 2017. From the very first day, there was oil leakage from oil filter. I complaint to the dealer from where i bought the vehicle. They also did some minor work but it not worked. What should i do now? Petrol is leaking till now, about 8-10 litres petrol has been wasted. Please refresh my bike. Help me please.

                                Hello sir or madam. I don't get my bike ok, today after being checked my bike it still have the same problem and i have left it in service centre. Please tell me final solution of my bike else i have to go to the court. I have tired by your services. I can't send my bike for more checkup now it has too much. Contact me on [protected] or [protected] to answer me final solution of my bike. I have mentioned 8 problem in my job card and many of them are from date of service i. E from[protected].                                 Hello sir
                                One of employee of your company checked my bike pulsar rs 200 registration no dl 12 sk 9700 and mentioned that my bike has no issue of self start if it is so then why service centre is making my job cards. I checked my bike to mechanics of najafgarh service centre as well as karol bagh. They all examine problem and are satisfied with it that bike has manufacturing problem. Today i left bike to service centre again regarding same problem. It's now 13th time. I just wanna either replace my bike or pay me my money back. Now i can't co operate with service centre because igot tired. Company is harassing me and treating very badly. I will go to the consumer court and jago garahak jaggo regarding it. Now all depend on you whatever you will answer me. I have complained in jago garahak jago[protected] is my complaint i'd and 467153 is my consumer court complain i'd. I am waiting for your ans from[protected]. I will checked how long it will take to contact me. Kindly contact me directly on my numbers [protected]/ [protected] regarding solution.

                                  Very poor service. I have give my damage motor cycle avanger 220 street to chandigarh bajaj partap service center on dated 12-aug-2017 and today 12-oct-2017 my bike still in service center and bajaj office told me "please wait parts on the way". And i am waiting. Same think i share to your customer care but they also unable to resolve the same. Today i write this time it is also waist of time.
                                  Now i told to my every friends circle don't buy bajaj bike.

                                    Worst service center in goa (Sitara bajaj bn thakur auoto service), they dont now how to talk with customer, actually today i took my bike for oil change & general service to the same service center and they are inspected and told me your bike have lot of problems and they gave estimate nearly 950/- + spare charges 1500/-, i don't no how its is and my bike is good condition, why they are estimated like this& they forcibly made job estimated card & paid 30rs for my side without bill). So the same i took local garage of service they charged just 950 including everything like (Replacement of meter cable 2) oil change asp per specification bajaj oil3) labour service charges4) handle and disk servicing and regular fitting /- so dear friends be careful and please now about basic things.
