My bike cruaiser avenger 220.. While doing 3rd servicing.. Auto showroom person told me clutch plate is damage need to change... But i have ask everyone they said if it damage you can run bike more than 40km per hour... But i was able to run till 80 easly... It was damage or not i don't even know... Could you please take a look.. And can i cover this in insurance??

    Old bike exchange. So i m the bajaj customers last 1 decade, so pls to take any action, so i will take new bike against exchange of new bike, i m from jeypore, from orissa, dist-koraput, pin-764001, so kindly take appropriate step so i will take my new bike in this diwali, pls u may take quickly action, otherwise i go to any other company. So be serious thanq.

      Recently i went to the nearest bajaj service centre for my 2nd free service. I havee got a bajaj pulsar ns200 bs4 model. I went to saluja bajaj service centre in burdwan, but sorry to say... Mechanics, staffs including the service manager are in cooperative.

      When i entered the service centre, i checked my bike whether there is any scratch or not. There were no scratch present. But after servicing, i checked my bike had a cut mark in the tank guard panel. I called the service manager, showed him and explained him about the mark how can your staffs be so casual with customer's bikes? He directly refused the charges, and told me its not possible, as there is no such instrument that can make cut mark. I told him, may be any instrument has got sharp edge, or may be your mechanics were casual. He again refused the charges, and started to ignore me.

      This is how bajaj responds to customers?
      This is how you deal with other's bikes?
      The cut+scratch whatever it was... Its borders were so serrated, even a 10-year-old can say its new.
      Its ok i[censored] dont want to replace the part free of cost, i am ready to pay 900 bucks for that scratch.
      People do love their bikes, specially if they have ns, rs or dominar.
      This is not what a customer expects from a company like bajaj.

        Sir, my self sarfaraz hussain from delhi. I purchased a pulsar 135 ls (Ch no.-md2a17cz2gwd10322 e no. - jezwgd74335) from swadehi auto pvt. Ltd, raja garden on 23/8/16.
        I have got the loan of amount rs. 45000 instead of rs 40000 after subtracting dp of rs. 26000 from the actual cost of rs. 66000. When i asked about this to my dealer he gave me no clear answser and misbehaved with me. I have also made a complaint regarding this issue and my complaint no. Is [protected].
        I request you to please look into this matter and take necessary action in 10 days otherwise i will file a case in consumer court.

          I bought a pulsar 160ns on 17th september 2017. From the very first day, there was oil leakage from oil filter. I complaint to the dealer from where i bought the vehicle. They also did some minor work but it not worked. What should i do now? Petrol is leaking till now, about 8-10 litres petrol has been wasted. Please refresh my bike. Help me please.

            Hello sir or madam. I don't get my bike ok, today after being checked my bike it still have the same problem and i have left it in service centre. Please tell me final solution of my bike else i have to go to the court. I have tired by your services. I can't send my bike for more checkup now it has too much.             Hello sir
            One of employee of your company checked my bike pulsar rs 200 registration no dl 12 sk 9700 and mentioned that my bike has no issue of self start if it is so then why service centre is making my job cards. I checked my bike to mechanics of najafgarh service centre as well as karol bagh. They all examine problem and are satisfied with it that bike has manufacturing problem. Today i left bike to service centre again regarding same problem. It's now 13th time. I just wanna either replace my bike or pay me my money back. Now i can't co operate with service centre because igot tired. Company is harassing me and treating very badly. I will go to the consumer court and jago garahak jaggo regarding it. Now all depend on you whatever you will answer me. I have complained in jago garahak jago[protected] is my complaint i'd and 467153 is my consumer court complain i'd.               Very poor service. I have give my damage motor cycle avanger 220 street to chandigarh bajaj partap service center on dated 12-aug-2017 and today 12-oct-2017 my bike still in service center and bajaj office told me "please wait parts on the way". And i am waiting. Same think i share to your customer care but they also unable to resolve the same. Today i write this time it is also waist of time.

                Worst service center in goa (Sitara bajaj bn thakur auoto service), they dont now how to talk with customer, actually today i took my bike for oil change & general service to the same service center and they are inspected and told me your bike have lot of problems and they gave estimate nearly 950/- + spare charges 1500/-, i don't no how its is and my bike is good condition, why they are estimated like this& they forcibly made job estimated card & paid 30rs for my side without bill). So the same i took local garage of service they charged just 950 including everything like (Replacement of meter cable 2) oil change asp per specification bajaj oil3) labour service charges4) handle and disk servicing and regular fitting /- so dear friends be careful and please now about basic things.

                      I will purchase the bajaj pulser 150 bike on dated 02/08/2017 in kushal bajaj shorum, badnera road amravati, i tell supervisor this price is 88250/- rs. On purchasing this bike bt they send me bill only 87202/rs. The price difference is 1048/- rs.
                      And i will purchase the vehicle on shriram finance i paid the downpayment is 41000/- rs.. Bt this ajent not send me a recipet my downpayement so i think also differnce in my down payment...

                        I purchase a new ins vikrant from bajaj auto hisar near auto market its engine no jhyrhb82884 and its chassis no md2a74by5hrb28099 its manufaturing date 05/17. It not working properly and engine makes missing all the time. I repaired it many time from bajaj service center but they dont make tha solution for me and last time they told me that every ins vikrant have same problem. So my complaint is that if all bikes have same problem so why bajaj saling this model. And also the coustomer care dont listen my voice they just rolling me here and there.

                              I have purchased bajaj avenger 150 on 3rd may, 2017. After 20 days the bike stopped abruptly and when i switched it into reserve it started again and when switched it back to on it was moving. I have informed the same in first service after which they have suggested the issue is resolved. But again it has stopped just in front of a bus where we missed a major accident by a whisker. We have again reported it to the service center and also to the bajaj auto customer care.
                              They told they have to make some changes and then informed the issue is resolved and promised it will not occur again. But again i faced the issue and informed it during second service, this time they told there is some blockage and cleared it. The second day after the service the problem appeared. Now they say that the fuel cock has trouble had they need to replace it and i need to pay money for the replacement.

                              I contacted bajaj customer care, now they are really rude saying if it needs to be replaced then you have to pay the money as that particular part is not under the warranty.

                              How can i pay the price when i have done nothing wrong, i have made the services as per schedule, never traveled faster than 60km/hr as suggested and total distance is also 2400km which is very less. The mileage of the bike is also 30-35 where it was promised 40-45

                              I have already made a call to the Bajaj customer service where the operator rudely replied that if that is what service center demands then I should pay the money. Every time I go to the center they say something and say issue is fixed and issue persists. This time they told some part and next time some other and when will this loop end and that too at very early stages of my purchase.
                              I have nice respect for bajaj. Please don't break my trust

                                  My name is dibya ranjan pradhan. I have bought bajaj v15 bike in march 2017 ujjal bajaj show room at jharsuguda town. On august 2017 petrol leakage was happening in the fuel tank. For this i have informed to ujjal bajaj show room service centre, but there is no response from that show room. My vehicle engine no. Is jhyrhl50587 and chasis no. Is md2a74by7hrl09685.

                                    It has been 10days since i bought ns200 from bharuch kena bajaj showroom. Bought my ns200 on 29th sept '17 but it was not fully complete bike. A bottom part may be called belipan of single side was not there. I ask them for reason they told us that it might be placed somewhere else by delivery boy and couldnt found yet so we ll give it to you in 2-3 working days.
                                    And i thought its ok to collect it in 3days since only one same color model left. Todays date is 10th oct '17. I call them every day but they give me so many excuses and promise me to give it to me tomorrow. It has been happening from 1week but still i didnt get it. This type of service i have never seen in my life. Please take some action to this kena showroom and give me my parts.

                                      Wrong information of bike on insurance letter and rto documents. My bike is pulsar rs200. And write as200 on rto documents and ns200 on indurance letter. L had call 16 time with customercare but not any reaction taken on it. I had purchased bike from kanse bajaj satara. But that showroom is closed few day ago. Please solve my problem immidiatly. Also promblem of bike engine sound and vibration.

                                        I got my bike serviced from het bajaj auto on 24/07/17, bill was around 4000 which included change in engine oil. After riding for around 500 kms my bike’s engine got stuck on highway due to engine fail, later the mechanic told me that it was due to no engine oil in the bike. I told him that i changed my bike oil around 50 days back which stated that it runs 10000 kms for bajaj engine oil of 1200 ml, after consulting 5-6 mechanics all told me that if the oil was changed it is nit at all possible that it might get over so fast, it will show signs if there is oil in the bike like black smoke from silencer etc. Now the service centre is just telling me that they have chnged the oil and are just saying they will talk to their boss but because of there mistake my bike has incurred expenses of 14000 for engine relair. What should i do..??
                                        P. S - my bike was in perfect condition before engine fail not a single problem
