I have done my service for pulsar rs200 in mohteej bajaj in velpanchavadi chennai the service was the worst it was very much unpleasant the cleaning etc was not good at all and they also damaged my mirror hence they promised would replace my mirror since it was out of stock they said me will get it within 1 week and they’ll fix but that did not happen now it’s more than 3 months and i haven’t got my mirror fixed pls look into this matter and do the need as it spoils ur company name also.
First i had a talk with the peson named vignesh of kattupakam branch (Service manager) and munusamy and then mr. Vignesh was always in leaves so mr. Kumar took in charge of the issue still not resolved and now a new person took the issue his name is also kumar he said he is the general manager he contacted me after the mail which i sent but he also failed to resolve my issue i called him several times but he’s not picking the call whenever i call him he says he’s in meeting or as other work please try to resolve my problem as soon as possible. I could not digest the reason told by your company staff that they are not able to a mirror for a bike which makes me literally sick and drops your company dignity and respect to customers and also last week i called mr kumar (Gm) he told me that he as received the mirror but he as recieved the wrong side mirror for my bike is it really possible are u guys that careless or dumb??? Pls stop bluffing pls be direct i[censored] can’t fix it i know what to do stop cheating or manipulating. I know what to do where to take this issue till.
I hope u take necessary actione and get me the mirror which i broke due to carelessness..

    Dear sir/madam,
    Ten months ago i purchased a bajaj vikranta bike from dealer diwan motors in mahavir enclave new delhi. I think so that i did the biggest mistake of my life by purchasing it because after one month of purchase the handle lock, battery altenator and clutch was damaged. On 19th july 2017 i went for the service and i complaint them about the things that are damaged but they told that the parts are not available right now so in the next service they will change it. Then, on 13th october 2017 i again went for the service but they told the same that the parts are still not available and since then my bike is in the service center only. Whenever i ask that are the parts changed they say that it will take 1 to 2 days more. When you people don’t have the spare parts and you cannot service good then why do you people get the stuff to sale in the market. Please solve my problem otherwise i will file a case against your company in consumer court.

      No word to say anything about that fraud company. Most of people are suffer. Take loan from that their collection agent are not goot so many hidden charge they does't give n o c to customets. If you take loan from the company your cibil record badly damage if i say something in total that company and all of their employees are 100% frauds

        As an old customer i am dissatisfied from your service center. Still my complaint are not resolve. Your dealer did not support and resolve my problem as my bike 2nd service i have pay rs613/-. But floor incharge mr narender give me my bike without do any service work. As a customer where should i go to resolve my complaint. Because servive centre of your dealer did not understand the customer quary as they expact. Please don"t breck my faith

          Respected sir/ma'am,

          This is to notify you that i purchased my bike bajaj avenger street 220 in the month of february 2017 from sabari motors antop hill.

          Since then i have been facing problem of the disk brake.
          I have serviced my bike twice from your mahim service centre (Auto den).
          I asked mr rakesh the manager of the branch why am i facing this problem and he mentioned it was cause of the rains.

          Whenever i took my bike there they never brought to my notice regarding this grave situation.
          Then one day when i went o my local garage for asking him why i keep facing this problem he mentioned that the disk brake attahced to my bike is of bajaj avenger 150.

          After understanding this i was shocked how can bajaj being a big company do such a big mistake which can take ones life too.

          After which i have been visiting all the branches of yours but the persons are not attending me mentioning go to the same place from where you purchased your bike.

          Further to this i went to sabari motors the seller name is mr. Nityanand i explained him everything and he agreed that it is company fault. He advised me to visit the showroom from where the bike was actually delivered that is suryoday which is at goregaon, today i went there the manager of the service centre mr. Madam too agreed about the problem from companies side and said you are very late in addressing this issue and offered me 15% discount if i purchase the disc break.

          It is because of few people the name of the company gets spoilt. I trust in bajaj so i chose bajaj bike. But the service what i am getting is ridiculous. I have wasted my time to find a solution. Still hope this concern of mine will be addressed soon from your end.

          According to me a service centre is supposed to hav all the details of any vehicle they service since its about one big company.

          I want you to look into the matter soon as possible and resolve it to the earliest. As if i face any problems i will file a complaint against the company.

          I am mr.gokul I am using RS200 bike ...last week I met with accident, and my silencer guard was broken, only guard not a silencer, but your company dealers and showrooms said me to change whole silencer, instead of that part, how it is possible for me to change whole part.             As an old customer i am dissatisfied from your service center. Still my complaint are not resolve. Your dealer did not support and resolve my problem as my bike's handle are still loose. After long wait of my turn the service adviser said that we dont have part and cant do anything. As a customer where should i go to resolve my complaint. Because servive centre of your dealer did not understand the customer quary as they expact. I cant understand as leading company in two wheeler auto mobile how your adviser can say that we cant do any thing. Even after a long waiting period of 3 hours. I am totally helpless and dissatisfied from your dealer and company. Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible. Other wise i have to take further action about your dealer as well as company.

              Please help, the guys has argued with me in the morning for bike servicing, i told him i only want to service my bike. He told me a huge problem in my bike and need to do them, i told right now i want to do only service, he argued and not ready to understand, i request him to cancel it and give me my bike. Still he started argued and using worst language, worst experience had today. Please request u to look after my issue and do my bike servicing and give me my bike today itself. As seem to that guy he will create problem and will not service my bike early he will delay it.

              Can u pls help me for this on priority.

                  My name is anand gele, i have purchased bajaj pulsar 150 in 30. March 2017. Form gems automobile pvt. Ltd (10139)
                  I told him purchase starting problem of my bike problems.
                  (1)- rear wheel swing arm bushings play and drumm rubber changed
                  (2)- my bike speed 90per km was suddenly jerk on engine but i will not used for highly speed
                  (3)- i will running away from my office my bike suddenly running at stopped at engine gear box automatically locked for running but service center we dint solved tis problem
                  Service center fifteen days working in my bike but not solved tis problem

                  We informed the concerned authorities dealer in axel motor moshi (Pune) but we did not got the solution for the problem

                  Please kindly do the needful and help me out to solved this problem as soon as possible

                        I gave for service on 27th oct 2017 morning 10:30 and i was promised for delivery on 27th october 2017 evening 5:00pm. When i reached service centre, they said it is not completed, and asked me to come on 28th oct 2017 11am. I reached here now they are asking me to wait.. They column have inform me on this by phone so that i need not travel so far to reach here

                          My self bijender r. O. Badhara, bhiwani, haryana 17 th of oct. I purchase a bajaj v15 from that day the bike showing mistake, bajaj showroom person told me its new bike thats why its happening after a few km its will be ok
                          But not, on bajaj service centre my bike opens 4 times and they can't repair my bike
                          Now i want to change my bike
                          I am given money for a new bike not for a second hand bike
                          I already wast my 4 days in service center

                          Please help me to change my bike

                            I applied personal loan in various banks but they rejected my file due to very low cibil score. After tracking this issue, i knew about an auto loan for two wheeler from bajaj auto loan mentioned on my pan no. Id but i had not taken any loan from bajaj for purpose of auto purchase but my cibil score is showing this
                            Kindly correct this major mistake so that i can apply for loan.

                              I have given no choice but to lodge a formal complaint now, due to the unruly behaviour with "bajaj auto finance" collection executives, that on every occasion due to non-payment have been treating my elderly folks, mainly woman, in a very demeaning and crude and unlawful manner, they have on several occasion's threatened the ones at home, bajaj finance as a company is only hiring hooligans, and ruckus creators to do their jobs, and it is very shameful for a country like ours, where we treat people with respect or compassion, let alone be it terrorist's, being consumers and being treated in such unorthodox manners leaves me heartbroken, i no longer have that faith in my country or the government, that solemnly swears on protecting peoples interest's. Today with that financial bodies. Life's are only made difficult, we are the common man, that have those little dreams and desires in life, sometimes circumstances give away, and well, we end up in places we usually don't expect to, i don't have any faith that my case would be worked upon, i am, however, writing about it, finger's crossed, look forward to hear from you..

                                I did servicing of my bike avenger 150 at rythem auto baner,
                                This service center doesn't seem like authentic one.

                                First i changed my lock so they broke handle lock rebate and now they are saying in repair it got broke and they are not even fixing it.

                                Also every time i go there they tell your fork is out and so many things and charge very heavy every time its around 2000 for servicing

                                They do not have gst number but they include gst in bill.

                                I though bajaj is a brand but now i am fed up with this kind of service, hope you guys look in to this.

                                  A few days ago i had serviced my ah150 in one of your authorized service station called a h bajaj world north lakhimpur under lakhimpur district, aassam787001. But due to faulty servicing & negligence done by the mechanics of the dealer my bike's engine now ceased as there was no mobile in my bike. Now they are reluctant to take any responsiblitity. Pleare help me.

                                    I have purchased bajaj v15 dt - 19/06/2017, we are not recoginised there is crack in the engine.

                                    Now vehicle performance was decreased due to crack in the engine and unable to ride.

                                    We informed the concerned authorised dealer in bangalore, but we dint got the solutions for the problem.

                                    Please kindly do the needful and help me out to solve this problem as soon as possible.

                                      Please find the attached copy of service job card and bill copy.
                                      Yesterday i took my bike "avenger bike 220cc" to my near by service center at akc bajaj (10033) service center (Near civil court - shahjahanpur-242001). The starter switch at rh handle bar was damaged. So i requested the service in charge their to replace that switch but that guy told me to change the whole part assembly (Part no. Pd 4014 01- housing assembly control rh). I told him ok if that part is available at their part store than i will give my bike for complete service but that part is important so first replace that part. The guy sitting at parts store said that part is available in his store. So, i gave my bike for complete service, but i warned them that part is very important for my bike so first replace that part than do else servicing of my bike.
                                      But they didn't listen to me. First they make bike service job card number-27549 date[protected]. They did complete servicing of my bike for 2 hours from 3pm to 5 pm. After that that service engineer went to their part store to get new part (Part no. Pd 4014 01- housing assembly control rh). Than that person sitting at that store told him they don't have that part right now in his store. Earlier he got confused with another part no.

                                      I felt totally cheated. They charge me inr 575 for servicing of bike and didn't replace my bike main part. Still i am not able to start my bike without that part. Because of irresponsibility of parts store in charge and poor communication of service team. I felt very pathetic service experience of my bike.

                                      Please take appropriate action. I felt very pathetic because of poor service of my bike at above mentioned service center

                                        My bike gj03js 5133
                                        According to your timing display board your service time is 8:30 am to 8:00 pm
                                        There is no any authorized person till 8:30am, how i will give my bike for second free service at 8:30 am.. The guard tell me come to after 9:00 am. Becauseof staff will come after 9:15 am.. They waste my 1 hour time
