Respected sir,
This is ashish shende, form yavatmal (Currently living in pune). I had taken the loan for two wheeler (Bajaj pulsar rs 200 abs) with following details. My bike had been theft on 19th march 2017 from hingane, sinhgad road pune.
I have lodged fir at suncity police station, suncity, sinhgad road pune, got non-traceable certificate, registered bike theft incident to yavatmal rto and got rto vehicle particular particular.
After completing all formalities for an insurance claim, we got approval from insurance company.
Even after the theft, i have paid all emis from first emi to the current. From 18 emi, i have paid 8 emis, 10 emi's are remaining.
Now we need name of the account and other account details of bajaj auto finance to issue cheque from insurance company and stamp of bajaj auto finance on satisfaction voucher.
I have applied to the regional office of bajaj auto finance at yavatmal along with the attached above mentioned documents.
Regional office executive has sent an email on[protected] to his senior manager for the same no response we have got till date.
I have also sent an email to customer care email id, on this email also we have not any update.
We just need just two simple things mentioned above and nol confirmation from bajaj.
I have told them to please deduct all pending amount of loan and return remaining amount to the linked account from which you are auto debiting the loan emi.
Bajaj Auto customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
