Sharing my experience with bharati bajaj service centre registered under azure 360 degree communications llp, i have a bajaj discover 150 f registered as mh 43 av 0392, had given my bike somewhere in the second week of march 2017 for some crank rod work to bajaj service centre (Bharati bajaj) at kharghar, navi mumbai, they assured me to hand over my bike within 3 days saying their senior technician is on a week off, i was fine with this, after three days i contacted them regarding my bike their answer was still the same that the technician hasn’t arrived yet, then they gave me a commitment of finishing my work in another two days it was a weekend then so i was fine as i didn’t have any option rather than agreeing to them as when i handed over my bike their manager (Mr. Aashish shetty) was like if we open the bike's engine you have to let us do the work how much ever it may cost, but still i was fine as i assumed this is a authorised service centre and they wouldn’t cheat on me, another two days past i kept calling them regarding my bike then after more 3 days of time they called me up to take away my bike as it was ready, i was glad that they finally completed their work, as soon as i reached there found my bike in a very bad condition, plus when i drove my bike the engine was badly ruined by them, plus i was given an estimation of
5, 000/- i ended up paying 8342/- where they gave me a bill showing their expenses spent on my bike with 0 results plus the engine got other problems,
Today morning (08/05/2017) i collected my bike as it had been 20 days they called me thrice but the problem was still the same plus the engine had a new problem every time i went there to collect it, after charging me more then what they quoted, i took my bike back paying their bill coz i was sure they have been playing around with my original parts of bajaj, paying them and getting back my bike was more sensible as i knew they are going to increase the problem more and charge me more, riding my bike just 4kms and the engine broke down again, i tried calling the owner of bharati bajaj (Azure 360 degree communications llp) mr. Sorubh kumar bharti but he didn’t answer my call plus he turned his cell phone off, this is how the customers of bharati bajaj are treated they take a bomb price from you for doing nothing other than ruining it more, this is a very cheap way to earn money i’m not sure if bajaj automobiles are aware of such incidents happening under their name, but i hope they take some action as i won’t be sitting quiet, i’m surely going to take legal action against them, i’m sharing this so that other people won’t go through the same as i had too, plus my bike got royally ruined thanks to bharati bajaj (Azure 360 degree communications llp).
