I nave purchased dominar 400 from dada motors ludhiana on dated 09/05/017.the agency has delivered me the faulty bike.there is rpm issue which has not been rectified by the engineer on dated25/05/17.the engineer has told me that throtle body has to be changed.i have spent 1.75 lac on bike not for experiment purpose by co.the co should replace the bike with new one or refund the money

    Hi,
    Im writing this complaint for my Bike NS 200 old version purchased in 2015 for 6 months im behind Sai service Andheri east that my bike has a power lag or suddenly power drop at 7k rpm and i get the power back once it crosses 8krpm my issue has still not been resolved Himanshu and Suraj (I guess this guy service adviser name) assured me that the bike issue will be solved i had told them my warranty will soon expire however issue still not been resolved also i had noticed that fuel started leaking and also oil which i had to rectified from local mechanic please help me out my bike nos is MH - 02 - DX - 4137... im sick and tired of writing mails to bajaj also no ans to my queries. my old crm nos is ISR-081881... please im requesting get the issue solved im sick and tired of bike power dropping refusing to give more power until it goes ore than 8krpm... i need a reply from bajaj for this not sai service.

    I will not pay any penny for mental torture im going through as the issue started from warranty period itself.

    one more thing i wanna add that when i had taken bike delivery i had told them that oil is leaking it took one and half year for sai service to realise that its ocz of coil it was leaking and when i showed to local mechanic for 2nd opinion he said it within 5 mins the lame excuse which i had got was that we have to follow by the rule book...ok for 1 and half years and also after writing to bajaj? i had complaint about tapping issue knocking also nothing has been done why?

    Please note Sai Service they work in target base to their employees what i have noticed and also due to this they dont resolved half of the issues as they have to meet ends of their targets.

    Rajiv Sir im a huge fan of your bikes please dont let me down i got hopes from you at least please solve the issue please im getting tired of not getting speed :(

      Hello sir,
      I bought v15 bike on may 4, 2016 and used first two free services and third service is doing on for 30 days. I bought this bike from talwar bajaj service, kukat pally, opposite demart, y-junction. They are not providing proper service. To complete one service, i went three times at second service on january 1, 2017 but they did not serve anything and my bike started troubling. I went second time to resolve that issue but not solved again third time i went. Finally the issue was resolved.
      Meanwhile third service came and also my bike started troubling. It is misfiring during the drive itself. I gave my bike for third service on april 28, 2017. The problem which i mentioned was not resolved. Again after one week, i gave it to resolve the issue. I got back after two days without any solution for my issue. After three days, again i gave for the service. This time they took 5 days and they said, ‘the issue is resolved’. When i got the bike the problem was not resolved. Again i gave for the same problem. They called me after two days and said that the issue is resolved and asked me to test it. When i tested for three km along with one of mechanic, the issue was not resolved.

      The issue is still in the progress. They are not able to identify the issue. How many days they want to solve one issue?

      Please guide me right way, whom should i consult to resolve the issue?

      Even today, my bike is not delivered. One more issue was created. They took my bike out side and raised a police complaint Bz of not having driving licence and the bike is in police station.
      What should I do and how to solve this issue

      I met showroom management to ask about my bike. They said that there is a police case filed on my bike when they took my bike in night hours by their boys.

        I would like to highlight a concern which i am experiencing now a days that i have purchased one bajaj avenger 150 street bike from khandelwal bajaj showroom located at goverdhan chauraha, mathura dated 16th april 2017. Staff has promised to give rc within 15 days but i contacted 2 times after 15days period but still not able to get my rc. Its really pathetic that a brand name like bajaj auto and such kind of failures; no match between the promises and their fulfillment on timely basis.
        I hope i will be getting some positive response regarding this issue from your side. Thanks.

          I have handled my bike on 3 may to fix my bike parts on case of accident. They took nearly 20 days but didn't even brought all the spare parts.
          It was too late to get the bike repaired.even my insurance claim was sanctioned with in one day, but the servicing was not done yet.
          The service done by talwar bajaj was also not satisfactory. They broke my bike parts in servicing

            I was invoiced 27 April for avenger 220 cruise, still I didn't get delivery. I was told that I will get delivery in 5 days. Venkat raj told me loan was approved when I spoke with him on 2 may and the bike is in transit, same lie was said till 10 may. Bajaj finance called me on 11 may asking for bank statement and documents. I understood loan was started to process on 11 may only so I told Venkat raj, I will make full payment and to make delivery at the earliest. but he laid again and again telling that loan was approval already and waiting for bike from warehouse. loan was approved on 15 may, still pending for delivery. Venkat raj not even picks my calls, I have attached my call logs and WhatsApp msgs with his false information.

            still I didn't get bike delivered, I am fedup with Bajaj. Please cancel the bike and refund or arrange for bike from some other show room.

            I purchased the Bajaj Avenger 220 Cruise Blue on 22.02.17 in Sakthi Motors SEMBIAM Chennai. RG. NO. TN05 BJ 9364 Blue colour. But in Rc Book & Insurance mentioned black colour. I asked several times in show room colour was mismatched. But no response.

              I have purchased bajaj pulsar 150 from shiel autos, agra on dated 29 march 2017 (Document attached). On the same date and time of purchasing there is some kind of sound was coming from the bike. And for it, i have complaint to the sale person akhil sharma but they said that this kind of sound may come from new bike. And also come from suspension.

              On 14 april 2017, i have found that the sound is increasing from bike so i have gone to the shiel bajaj autos to register my complaint. I have contacting there mr kumar manoj (Supervisor) and surender (Mechanic). They kept my bike for full day (Document attached) but could not find the problem, and sound which is coming from the bike is as it was, sound nothing can be change.

              On 10 may 2017, when i have gone for 1st service (Doc attached), the superviser name is mukesh jurel and ajju and mechanic name is jagdish they have put their best mechanic on my bike but they could not identified the problem. They asked me to come next day.

              13 may 2017, superviser name is mukesh jurel and ajju. Machanic bhem singh and tara bhai opened my whole bike including shockers, dick break, bike tank and silencers and other thing but they could not identified the problem. After all the efforts, they were planning to open bike engine. On that spot i have told them, do not open the engine of new bike. And when i was gone for the lunch, by the time they opened the engine, when i came there, i found that engine is open. I asked them in spite of i have told you guys not to open the engine, why it is so. I immediately said that pack my bike, i will take it as it is. And i will complaint regarding this to the company that you are selling defective and old bike from your showroom.

              So, i therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and instruct the shiel autos, agra to either provide me a new bike or return my whole money get back his defective bike.

                I am anandaraj from coimbatore. Two days before i gave my bike (Tn 37cm 7085) to the service center in the address of jai krishna bajaj service center, gandipuram, coimbatore, now i got battery problem i my bike. Before giving the service i don't get any problem in this, so i think they miss use my battery. Now they told me to by a new battery. So kindly help me to replace the battery without any cost.
                I faced very worst service experience in jai krishna bajaj service center kindly improve it.

                  I Raju Dhavale residing at Koregaon have purchased Platina es from Bajaj Kanase. Satara on 19 th Feb 2017. My bike was not Registered immediately. After a long time with so many calling my bike was registered after 3 attempts at Satara RTO. Then in March I received a letter from insurance Co that My insurance policy is terminated and not active because the cheque given by dealer was bounced due to unsufficient fund. I immediately sent the letter copy to Manager but no new insurance policy is till issued.

                        Worest repairing and servising by bajaj. I have a problem with sound in frònt disc from first day of my bike purchased ns 200. But they done it 6 times but it did not solved. Now after that thay took bike for 2 days and solved the problem but now the sound gone new sound coming like fluid passing jee jeee jeee sound when brake applaying. They are not saying that what the problem and how they solved the problem....

                        I am harendra singh sengar, presently using bajaj consumer services, indore and having 3 loan from bajaj finance.. (Auto loan & consumer loan).

                        1st loan no-4250cd35630523.
                        2nd loan no-l2wind03666486.
                        And 3rd loan also...
                        With registered mobile no - [protected] and [protected].

                        As on 2nd may and 6 may are my emi date, where i was not being able to maintain cash in my account, and my ecs was bounced..

                        And these ecs are again presented on 5th may without any intimation..
                        And today there was a call from[protected] at 2:57 pm...
                        Customer executive was sohail talk to me in very wrong was.. He has used vulgar tone with very bad gali galoz as teri maa ki etc... So what is that..

                        As a customer i really embrassed that how bajaj is providing services as customer suppt exe in this way..

                        I am getting around 10-15 call daily from bajaj side and the quality of call was very bad... All the executive talks with rudely communication..
                        Very bad services... Not to be tolerated..

                        Thats my first call, but really i felt very bad regarding the services offered by bajaj finance...

                        I am director of reputated firm in indore... Feeling dramatic about bajaj services... Provide me proper feedback from your concern complaint team...

                          Hi Pulsar 150 Users,

                          I bought a Pulsar 150 BS4 on 10/04/17, the bike was nice and cool to ride but later i found a issue in my Bike that is bike will stop in at any time in the road while you riding, I have faced this problem many times and got irritated coz you wont feel happy when your bike stops in the middle of the road and large vehicles back of you, many times i got escaped from buses and lorrys.

                            I have paid 75k for the bike and the performance of the bike is very poor, the overall 150cc pickup of different bikes are far better then v15. It is like i have been cheated in terms of performance. Even it vibrates so much in 3rd gear itself becaquse of i am very fedup and plannig to not to use it any longer and just return it to bank as it is on loan. The bike is worst then activa it an be overtaken by nongear bikes also. This bajaj Model should be banned from the market.

                              My loan account number is L2WBAN03925502, my emi date is 3rd of every month, but this time i could not able to maintain balance in my account, for this you have charged 300 rs from my account

                              After this i have been getting message saying that we are representing your emi on 9th may please maintain sufficient balance in account to avoid bounce charges. Mean time from your customer care center i was getting repeated cal to pay due emi to axis bank.
                              I informed her that i am getting sms regarding that to get deducted from your account, she said it is auto generated sms you please pay directly to the bank other vice plenty will be charged, i paid 4300 to bank on 8th may, on 9th may 4247 got deducted, that menace i have paid twice this month,

                                Sir my name V.A.V.CHÀRM I have bought a bike bajaj discover 100cc on may 2014 through bajaj auto finance, I have paid initial 12787 and balance 24 months has to pay 2083, I have paid 15 months pending 9 months, totally I have paid 44, 032 my outstanding amount is 18747 only I am ready to pay upto 22000 as settlement, but Dec 16 I lost my bike at bank parking, immediately I called bajaj customer care and asked about my bike they replied that they don't know, I have called many times the same reply, so I have did complaint in police station but they refused to put fir because my bike is under finance so I am following regularly police to search my bike and calling bajaj customer care but no response, Feb 1st week I got a call from a guy he told that he has bought my bike and police caught while driving by his minor son, so asked me for orginal rc he told that he will give back after showing but his number is not responsible, now I am getting calls regularly from bajaj that they sold my bike only for 6800 so I have to pay the balance. They didn't informed to me while they taking my bike and not informed while selling now asking to pay

                                  Sharing my experience with bharati bajaj service centre registered under azure 360 degree communications llp, i have a bajaj discover 150 f registered as mh 43 av 0392, had given my bike somewhere in the second week of march 2017 for some crank rod work to bajaj service centre (Bharati bajaj) at kharghar, navi mumbai, they assured me to hand over my bike within 3 days saying their senior technician is on a week off, i was fine with this, after three days i contacted them regarding my bike their answer was still the same that the technician hasn’t arrived yet, then they gave me a commitment of finishing my work in another two days it was a weekend then so i was fine as i didn’t have any option rather than agreeing to them as when i handed over my bike their manager (Mr. Aashish shetty) was like if we open the bike's engine you have to let us do the work how much ever it may cost, but still i was fine as i assumed this is a authorised service centre and they wouldn’t cheat on me, another two days past i kept calling them regarding my bike then after more 3 days of time they called me up to take away my bike as it was ready, i was glad that they finally completed their work, as soon as i reached there found my bike in a very bad condition, plus when i drove my bike the engine was badly ruined by them, plus i was given an estimation of
                                  5, 000/- i ended up paying 8342/- where they gave me a bill showing their expenses spent on my bike with 0 results plus the engine got other problems,
                                  Today morning (08/05/2017) i collected my bike as it had been 20 days they called me thrice but the problem was still the same plus the engine had a new problem every time i went there to collect it, after charging me more then what they quoted, i took my bike back paying their bill coz i was sure they have been playing around with my original parts of bajaj, paying them and getting back my bike was more sensible as i knew they are going to increase the problem more and charge me more, riding my bike just 4kms and the engine broke down again, i tried calling the owner of bharati bajaj (Azure 360 degree communications llp) mr. Sorubh kumar bharti but he didn’t answer my call plus he turned his cell phone off, this is how the customers of bharati bajaj are treated they take a bomb price from you for doing nothing other than ruining it more, this is a very cheap way to earn money i’m not sure if bajaj automobiles are aware of such incidents happening under their name, but i hope they take some action as i won’t be sitting quiet, i’m surely going to take legal action against them, i’m sharing this so that other people won’t go through the same as i had too, plus my bike got royally ruined thanks to bharati bajaj (Azure 360 degree communications llp).

                                    I bought pulsar 200ns from jai bajaj adayar chennai on april 5th 2017.
                                    On the first day itself after raiding 20k my bike stopped and didn't start then the showroom guy asked me to go to the local mechanic stating that it would be a air block problem.. After 1 month i gave for 1st service and i have mentioned the problem they did nothing to it, after raiding 20km i have faced the same problem it didn't start... I am facing worst servicing for 200ns from bajaj.. Request to take appropriate action to the service center or else replace the bike..
