I 'm a not so proud owner of pulsar 200 as . I purchased my bike in July 2015. And within one year o[censored]sing it, problems started coming up.
Firstly the low avg of less than 25kmpl(now 30kmpl). Secondly the coolant mix with engine oil. And now the constant decrease in level of coolant.
Within a period of 20 days i got my bikes coolant refilled thrice to the max level.
For the first two times the coolant level went from max level to empty(literally) with two days of refilling it. I have a daily running of just 20km/day.
And now for the third time the coolant level reduced to its half within a 200km running. This time thank god it lasted long!! But even this is not acceptable.
I got the engine oil checked but there were no signs of oil coolant mix.
I even got the radiator checked, its working fine. The radiator fan is also working. The coolant drain bolt is also checked & there are no signs of coolant leakage what so ever.
what should i do?????

      I have purchased are bajaj auto on dated 24/10/2016 from mv motors gorakhpur.
      My auto is not giving proper milege & it refuses servicing.but when are contract to mv motors where I have purchased this auto. They are unwilling to do servicing & they are not behaving properly. They are not treating well to the customer. I am not happy with your service.

        I would like to highlight the issue which I am going through right now.

        first of all I am a biker and a big-big fan of Bajaj bikes especially pulsar series. I've been waiting for Dominar from last two years, as this is my dream bike. after a long wait when this bike was finally released in Chandigarh on march 15, I went to Pratap auto in sector 22 B Chandigarh to book this bike.

        Upon checking the outlet on 21st March one of your team member told me that we only have six dominar only in ABS version, three white and three blue. Non ABS is not available. So very excitedly I booked white dominar ABS and paid full amount through cheque. I was also told that if I want to take bike today, I can. but I told them I need bike by 25th march and once the cheque gets cleared they will call me.

        The cheque got cleared on 24th march and amount got transferred. after that till today I didn't got any call from the showroom. today when I called then, they just left me highly disappointed and in tears. when I asked that when can I come to pick up my bike, following things were told to me by the gentlemen in the showroom on phone:-

        •White colour Dominar ABS is not available, we didn't had enough.

        •There is some problem with white colour engine so we cant give.

        •the person who booked my bike didn't had knowledge about the stock available

        •The new stock will be available after three months

        •We cant take bike from any other outlets and give you

        •you can take your refund or non ABS version.

        •if you want a return, you have to give application

        I mean, the customer representative/ showroom guy is trying to make me fool or think I am a fool. by giving me such kind of **** answers what does he want to prove? that I did a big mistake by paying for the bike.

        Now, I have bought accessories as matching to bikes worth 30 thousands, I have booked a bikers trip worth 18 thousand which starts 3rd april onwards.

        What should I do now, I need my bike that's all I want before 3rd april. I expect one of the senior manager to call me today @ [protected] and confirm me about the delivery. I don't want to take unnecessary actions which will spoil image of Bajaj motors in the market. waiting for the response.

          I bought my bajaj motorcycle Discover 100T Red flame 4 years back. But my mudgurd is break since last two months I visited each and every service station many times near by me and waited many times as they said but not getting mudguard. This is very bad thing that bajaj is not taking care of their customers. Still I am not found my mudgurd in any service station near by me in pune. Also I visited 20-25 km service centre away by me but still result is zero.

                Please provide NOC for the vehicle purchased through Bajaj Finance. Vehicle no AP 28 AM 6312. Bought in Jan 2005. Last emi payed on Jan 2006.vehicle owned by my father Anasuya Prasad.

                After paying our last emi, we went down to your local office in hyderabad but they could not track it and no one there was helpfull. We tried to reach your customer service through phone but it was if no use.

                I want to sell my vehicle, please respond ASAP.

                  There is no solution i got. Bike already have problem when i purchased it, so why i pay for faulted part replacement or service charges. Deewan bajaj service centre manager and customer care call centre denied to change part withought pay. Bike has manufacturing fault, its not mine. Company, dealer should pay for this. Its bad experience to me with bajaj autoor Deewan bajaj. I think i did a big mistake to replace my bajaj platina ks with bajaj platina comfortech from DEEWAN BAJAJ, KIRAN GARDEN, NEAR NAWADA, DELHI

                    I have Bajaj Chetak 4 stroke wonder gear scooter125 cc purchased in the year 2004 which I use sparingly. Recently gear changer tube of the said scooter has been broken in two parts. But no spare part is available at Agartala, Tripura for replacement of the said gear changer tube for which I am completely unable to use the Scooter. Kindly, advise how to get the spare part and from where ? Otherwise the scooter will be useless only for a part.
                    I have given already new esc of my other bank before 3 month today ..
                    but no response by u and my name is now in civil or defaut coustmer
                    by reson of no payued emi please slow my problum and plese deducte my emi from my new bank esc .i wrote a mail to bajaj finance but they not take action on my problum

                        Sir, I have purchased Bajaj Pulsur 150CC from kalyani Bajaj, Yelahanka, bangalore on 21.10.2015 and during the period i have faced lot of problems and i have already filed complaint before 2 month that my bike is given to me lot of problem and i have paid more than 10, 000/-rupees in my bike during service period. Main problem is oil lickage and engine sound and engine power backup is not good. last saturday i was met to yelahanka service centre and after checking they told me that gear plate is required for change then i told that bike in service period but they told that gear plate is no any warranty. after that i agreed and replaced the gear plate and paid Rs.2129/-. Gear plate MRP is Rs.1332/- and they have charged Rs.1332/-+ vat.Further after two days i have faced same problem that engine backup is not working and bike speed is very slow.in these circumstances i felt that engine is seized.
                        In view of the above you are once again humbly requested that resolve my problem and change the engine immediately.

                          Respected Sir,
                          I had bought " Bajaj Vikrant -V15 " on 9th april, 2016. I am having the clutch problem in this bike and I am tired of changing this clutch again and again Yet I am facing the same problem. Please do something as much as possible by you because I am harassed by this problem and I changed my clutch 4 times but still in just one month, the same problem arises with the bike by which I feel very much irritated due to this problem.
                          I went at service center for changing the clutch and they said to me that this problem will not arise again but still I am having it again and again and There is also a jamming problem which I face when I drive the bike.
                          I did mail to Customer Service and I also complained in the service center and in the showroom from where I bought it but they are not giving any respone to me So please now take it as a very serious problem.
                          I am really unhappy with your services.Please I m requesting to you that give your best to solve my problem because I am facing this problem from 5 to 6 months.

                            Hello,
                            I am Balaji from dindigul & having 150cc pulsar bike, on this month of march (8 or 9th) i took my bike for general service in dindigul ram auto service. Before the service i was clearly mentioned to check my (Battery & disc brake). due to low battery self start did not works, so thats the one description & front wheel disc brake did not work as smooth if i apply brake means my hand is getting pain due to that, this also a another description i was clearly mentioned.

                            I paid Rs.1060 for general service they have not clear my complaint regards & second time i went to replace a new battery & during that time i was clearly mentioned to service advisor Mr. Ramesh to look for the disc brake because i am going take my bike to hills station. March 9th evening i suffered alot during the traffic time due to my disc brake. suddenly i take over my bike to ordinary mechanic shop they cleared but AGAIN i am getting the same issue by today.

                            Take a action to the service manager Mr. viswanath because i requested him to do proper. I am having my two bill numbers (11 07603, 11 07633) i[censored] did not take a proper action, I will file a complaint to consumer court.

                              I have done the 3rd free service on swarnambigai Bajaj in Salem... I changed my handle bar due to some problem and I paid for it. But at the time of replacement they teared my left side handle grip cover. At the time of delivery I noticed and asked for it, they told unfortunately our service people teared it. We will replace it later because of no stock. This happens 6 months before. And after 2 months I called and asked for replacement they told still we didn't get the stock. Almont it's gone to 7 th month no I e contact me and still no stock.i have one doubt if there is no stock why should u selling no stock vehicle spares ... Please stop the production of Avenger 150 Street

                                  I purchased avenger 220 cruise in nov'16 from panvel. As scheduled i did my first free servicing on 03rd dec'16 at raigad bajaj, panvel. After leaving the premises i observed that the cap nut on the windshield has been replaced by ordinary. Upon calling and informing them they asked to visit the service centre which is not feasible for me as temporarily i am staying at vikhroli.in late jan'17, i visited the service centre and enquired about it and i was quite sure that it has been changed at the service centre as thieves wont replace the nuts even if they remove it. They clearly refused to accept the that it has been changed at the centre. Upon which i asked to check cctv footages of that day, but unfortunately they haven't installed any cctv in the servicing area to do such steals. I met the supervisor, he asked me to check with advisor but nothing was mentioned on the sheet while giving for servicing. Also the washing which takes place doesn't happens as i personally saw that person who is kept for washing only throws water on the bike and keeps for drying. Supervisor took my mobile number and said that he will arrange for the nut and will call back in 2-3 days. Its almost 45 days, i haven't received any call from the centre.

                                  Yesterday i went to local garage since my bike was heating too early, upon checking he said that oil needs to be replaced. I have changed the oil at my first servicing after which my bike has ran not more than 1800 kms.

                                  I doubt this servicing is been taken place. Bajaj gives a guarantee of 10000 kms with top-up at 5000 kms upon changing the oil on first servicing. But here the scenario is very different on running 1800 kms oil has been spoiled.

                                  I doubt that my bike will last and give me performance if such cheap service centres are being authorised by bajaj.

                                        Hello everyone, i have bought my bike in april 2015 at thane maharashtra and my bike got service on regularly but the oil leakage problem from my pulsar as-150 is not resolved yet bike no (Mh04-gx7678). I have complain to bajaj service center online but every time they change small parts and say it will be not going to happened again. All cost of every small parts are bared by me.in every month my bike goes nearly for 2 to 3 times for oil leakage problem from date of first service and for 10 to 15 days my bike will be in service center for resolving oil leakage problem in every month. Even they change outer packaging of my bike but still oil leakage is there, even bajaj engineer came for my bike engine oil leakage problem but not able to resolve it. So after last service in month of july i have not go for oil leakage problem to service center as online complain and service centers are not able to resolve my oil leakage problems. Every time service center guys are very rude due to online complain made by me. So i have not gone for service after my last service. Now i want to file complain for bajaj company.
