    I brought pulser 135 ls on 10/10/2016.in third service of my bike there some problem in bike engine. Due to this bike stop working and cannot move. Service center not provide bike geniue part. They are delay day by day. Due to this i suffer problem. There is some sound in the clutch part of pulser 135. When i am go to service center. They could not provide us defected part. Plz help me

      I miraj akhtar of 100/a rabindra sarani kolkata-700073 would like to inform you that i have purchased bajaj pulsar 220 sf colour royal blue chasis no md2a13ey4hck 11000 and engine no dkychk82175 on 22.02.2017 from babluauto mobile add-5/b hem chandra naskar road kolkata-700010 as per challan no 371 and a vehicle insurance done from bajaj alliance general insurance company pvt ltd with the policy no og[protected]-00040742 and a customer id of 90963142

      The full vehicle payment was made by cash and credit card as per the money receipt no: 4890 dated on 18.02.2017 with an amount of 93100 and receipt no: 4902 dated on 22.02.2017 with an amount of rupees 15200 and another by cash receipt no 4903 on 22.02.2017 with an amount of rupees 5000

      But unfortunately osl kolkata sub dealer babluauto mobile has winded up their business from there mention address and they have not done my certificate of fitness (C/f) and they have not even provided me with the invoice of my motor cycle i have already given a complain to customer care service with the complain no of isr-106442 on 13.03.2017 but i have not received any feedback from your end.

        It has come to my notice that Rs. 2100/- has been deducted from my account on 06.04.2017 with description as "to transfer P[protected]tr for DDR BAJAJ-AUTO" WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.
        To the best of my knowledge i have not carried out / authorized above transaction and the deductions may be reversed immediately
        it is requested to carryout thorough investigation of this deduction
        Buy at 10/4/16.Bike no. DL11SK9797.Name-Ram tahal mahto.Phone no. [protected].
        I foreclosed the loan before my emi got deducted, they said once loan foreclosed you will receive in 5 working days. It has been a month but they haven't reverted back the EMI and trying to avoid the situation by giving some or the other reason.

          I have purchased new pulser 150 from varun bajaj in kondapur Hyderabad . just 20 days back . it was making very bad sound . i asked them to check but they told it will be cleared after first service.
          I have given it for first service also but still the sound is not gone instead of that sound increasing and my chain also getting loose frequently.
          Service center is not taking care of it . Please solve my problem

              Dear team, as yesterday i have visited one of you rhsowroom regarding stator assembly changing at a cost of rs 742 including taxes, when i asked the representative for the guarantee of the stator, he said that no guaratee is there as it is original part which is fitted from the service center, so no guarantee is there, please justify that the part purchased from the authorised dealer is costly but there is no guarantee for the same, then y customer visists to your show room for servicing. Is there any clarification fo the same or should i think that bajaj auto is one of the worst service provider and i can take some legeal concernt for the same as it is not torrable issue, because the customer charges and still he is not given any assurance regarding the parts, what does it mean that in bajaj auto service center the dealers are prviding fordge parts to the custoemrs. Please resolve my issue or next what?

                The bike V15 is a very good bike and it also belong to the patriotic theme but the mileage of the bajaj v15 is not so good as it is has promised to give but it is only giving 25 kmpl and the problem of oil leakage from carvetor because of the fuel pin is also faced by me so what to do with this problem and do something so that the problem can be removed.

                  Sir I have purchased Bajaj pulsar 150cc bike on 21.10.2015 from Kalyani Bajaj yelahanka new town Bangalore and after first service this bike gives lots of problems to me and I have paid more than 10000/- to yelahanka new town service centre and before 15 days again I went to service centre and told that the bike's engine have some problem and after riding 15km it's sound changed and pick up is decreased. The service centre guys check the bike and told me that engine is ok but gear plate problem I told that ok change it. After 5 days I have faced same engine problem and I went again yesterday service centre and told my problem and they told me ok we will check and call you afternoon. After I received phone from service centre and they told me that you will come because major problem in your bike but I don't know what is major problem and bike is in warranty period they solved the issue but they can't do it after I called to manager he told me that you will come makers circle with your bike we will check. In this regard I requested that solve my problem and take necessary action against service centre as well as Bajaj auto company who uses third quality accessories in bike and make money from innocent customers My name is Ramniwas [protected]

                        I have purchased the bajaj average 150 DTS-I at Ahmednagar. But their Tax Invoice shone price 68084 Ex showroom price and Vat calculate 13.5% (9191) and grand total 79716 Rs. So let me know what's the Ex Showroom price dated 22nd March 2017. Above the price total was wrong and yesterday showroom given me another Tax Invoice in that Ex showroom price of 68954 and Vat 13.5% (10762) but again grand total was wrong (79716 Rs). So please provide me actual Ex showroom price, Vat, Insurance, RTO Tax in Ahmednagar. Then all of total cost of bike. How much amount i have paid. Please send me with proofs of price with stamp.I think it was something wrong with Customer. Customer trust the company and purchase the bike. But this is missguide the customers.                             I 'm a not so proud owner of pulsar 200 as . I purchased my bike in July 2015. And within one year o[censored]sing it, problems started coming up.
                            Firstly the low avg of less than 25kmpl(now 30kmpl). Secondly the coolant mix with engine oil. And now the constant decrease in level of coolant.
                            Within a period of 20 days i got my bikes coolant refilled thrice to the max level.
                            For the first two times the coolant level went from max level to empty(literally) with two days of refilling it. I have a daily running of just 20km/day.
                            And now for the third time the coolant level reduced to its half within a 200km running. This time thank god it lasted long!! But even this is not acceptable.
                            I got the engine oil checked but there were no signs of oil coolant mix.
                            I even got the radiator checked, its working fine. The radiator fan is also working. The coolant drain bolt is also checked & there are no signs of coolant leakage what so ever.
                            what should i do?????

                                  I would like to highlight the issue which I am going through right now.

                                  first of all I am a biker and a big-big fan of Bajaj bikes especially pulsar series. I've been waiting for Dominar from last two years, as this is my dream bike. after a long wait when this bike was finally released in Chandigarh on march 15, I went to Pratap auto in sector 22 B Chandigarh to book this bike.

                                  Upon checking the outlet on 21st March one of your team member told me that we only have six dominar only in ABS version, three white and three blue. Non ABS is not available. So very excitedly I booked white dominar ABS and paid full amount through cheque. I was also told that if I want to take bike today, I can. but I told them I need bike by 25th march and once the cheque gets cleared they will call me.

                                  The cheque got cleared on 24th march and amount got transferred. after that till today I didn't got any call from the showroom. today when I called then, they just left me highly disappointed and in tears. when I asked that when can I come to pick up my bike, following things were told to me by the gentlemen in the showroom on phone:-

                                  •White colour Dominar ABS is not available, we didn't had enough.

                                  •There is some problem with white colour engine so we cant give.

                                  •the person who booked my bike didn't had knowledge about the stock available

                                  •The new stock will be available after three months

                                  •We cant take bike from any other outlets and give you

                                  •you can take your refund or non ABS version.

                                  •if you want a return, you have to give application

                                  I mean, the customer representative/ showroom guy is trying to make me fool or think I am a fool. by giving me such kind of **** answers what does he want to prove? that I did a big mistake by paying for the bike.

                                  Now, I have bought accessories as matching to bikes worth 30 thousands, I have booked a bikers trip worth 18 thousand which starts 3rd april onwards.

                                  What should I do now, I need my bike that's all I want before 3rd april. I expect one of the senior manager to call me today @ [protected] and confirm me about the delivery. I don't want to take unnecessary actions which will spoil image of Bajaj motors in the market. waiting for the response.

                                    I bought my bajaj motorcycle Discover 100T Red flame 4 years back. But my mudgurd is break since last two months I visited each and every service station many times near by me and waited many times as they said but not getting mudguard. This is very bad thing that bajaj is not taking care of their customers. Still I am not found my mudgurd in any service station near by me in pune. Also I visited 20-25 km service centre away by me but still result is zero.

                                        Hii sir mera naam mohit panwar hai Maine last year 10 January 2016 main 1 As 150 pulsar kharidi thi ab uska engine seas ho gaya hai vo bike Maine loan pe kharidi thi ab usko 1 hi saal hua hai aur uska engine seas ho gaya main last month main uski service karvaai thi okhla phase 3 se uske 1 weak k baad usmain problem hone lag gayi engine main fir main service centre le ja raha tha to raaste main bike se awaz aane lagi fir dhua nikalne laga aur vo band ho gayi ab usko service centre le gaya hu main to vo bol rahe hai ki iske paise lagegnge 12000 se jyada jabki meri bike warranty main chal rahi hai 1 month hone vaale hai aur meri job bhi chali gayi bike ki vajah se mera field work ka hota hai ab meri job chali gayi ab Emi k liye to phone kar dete hai ab us kharaab bike ki main Emi thodi dunga meri job bhi chali gayi uski vajah se main consumer court main apply karoonga ab ki bajaj company vaale logo ko loot te hai payment unko Puri chahiye hoti hai aur bike Bechte hai ab Jo Emi aayegi vo kaha se dunga main bina job k aur kharaab bike k paise kon dega
