Dear team, as yesterday i have visited one of you rhsowroom regarding stator assembly changing at a cost of rs 742 including taxes, when i asked the representative for the guarantee of the stator, he said that no guaratee is there as it is original part which is fitted from the service center, so no guarantee is there, please justify that the part purchased from the authorised dealer is costly but there is no guarantee for the same, then y customer visists to your show room for servicing. Is there any clarification fo the same or should i think that bajaj auto is one of the worst service provider and i can take some legeal concernt for the same as it is not torrable issue, because the customer charges and still he is not given any assurance regarding the parts, what does it mean that in bajaj auto service center the dealers are prviding fordge parts to the custoemrs. Please resolve my issue or next what?
