Hi sir/Mdm,
Don't know what's wrong with u people,
I have got a call on 4rth of Feb, to pay my Emi payment @4th itself through net banking because they can't able to do auto deduct from bank by this month. From this number[protected]. After that they forced to pay by calling 4to 5 times back to back, . I did an payment @4th of Jan only payment number [protected]. After that yesterday auto deducted from my account too 9th of Feb. Now I'm checking statement even check is bounced for 6th of this month do u people really do like this things, . I'm doing as your company telling, . Then too check bounce and @October my loan generated I was not knowing no phone call intimation nothing not even single message regarding Emi, . Even thought @7th of October I was having 9000 it's not deducted after that November I got an call @5th regarding Emi they said to pay this month Emi only this month Emi is pending @2th morning I was having 5000 money in my account again you people not deducted from my account @6th. Before oly I got a call and said to do net banking i did @3rd of November.
It's also an check [protected]@6th tell me what's the wrong thing my side, ???? May be choosing bajaj finance is my wrong decision I think. !can it's able to resolve or? I need to take further ****hope u people help me I think

    I've did A Emi payment as on 4rth of Feb again today I mean 9th of Jan, . Emi deducted don't know what d hell wrong going on with you people @4rth I've got a phone from this number[protected] and said to do online payment soon we can't deduct this month and all. As per that I did @ 4rth, .then why it's auto deducted again, ? I need to take legal action or u people will resolve it????? Worst service really from your side never expected

      The service provided by the Bajaj at Eluru West Godavari Andhra Pradesh was not satisfied by me, what ever the problem explained the most was neglected by them and the are doing nothing in the name of service. I told my problem regarding gares ain first service and then I mentioned it in second one and recently I mentioned again in one more time while I was replaced front light system due to scratches and I payed for service too. But the problem has not been rectified it is such a careless service provider I ever seen in other bike companies.and the dealer is MOHAN SAI AUTOS .Please take a look on this and toward providing good service to the customer. Thank you

        This is Naheed Ansari, I am from Mumbai Andheri East.

        I purchased Bajaj Pulsar 150 CC this year, dated 3 Jan 2017. from Sai Services Andheri East Opp Western Express Highway.

        After running of 20 Km, there was a problem of Oil leakage from the front Sock up And there is sound in gear box while changing the gear.

        I have visited 3 times to Sai service center Maharashtar, Mumbai, Andheri MIDC, the service people did some repair work to fix the issue, but still there is a problem.

        Can you please help me to resolve my problem.

        Looking for the sooner resolution.

        Waste of money & time of buying Bajaj Products, Last week again I visited to the service center for resolution of my problem.
        I have informed them regarding the same issue as I fad up with going again & again to your service center. I didn't purchase new bike to be a permanent customer for your Bajaj care. From last 2 months I am visiting but the service people are not able to find the center issue of Oil leakage.
        Make sure will never buy bajaj products nor re-command to my friends & family.
        Hi Pulsar Team,

        What do you think, I have called to customer care as well as sent several emails to the given email Id of Bajaj Auto.
        Till today I have visited 5 time to the Sai Service Agency, But every time they use to do temporary work and solve the issue for the while, and facing same issue after 4 - 5 days.
        on 22 Jan 2017. Again I visited for the issue of Oil Leakage from the Front Sock up & Hard Gear Shifting & sound while changing the gear.
        Still my bike is in Sai Service Agency.
        Again I requested them to Replace the Faulty Sock up from the Bike, but they are not ready to replace it.

          iam P Bhushan kumar, i have bought a Bajaj Platina comfortec at DECCAN MOTORS TADBUND ROAD, SECUNDERABAD, 5 MONTHS BACK.
          1) before 1st servicing my bike was giving millage 65 km + in, single and double ride.
          2) after first servicing the milahe was 85 km +-, in single and double ride.
          3)after 2nd servicing, milage droped to 65 to 70 km, in single and double ride,
          in-regards i have given the bike more than 5 times to rectify the problem.but they didnt fixed it, its caused somuch trouble to my work and time and consumed my money.
          4)now time has come for the third service, center people are saying that they cant fix millage problem
          plz look into the issue and help regards.
          1) i feal there may be mechanical defect or they might changed my bike parts or may be manufacturing problem,
          so plz look into the issue and get bak to, me asp

            I'm Praveen Kumar from tirupur. my brother name ramu was gave 6000 Rs as a advance to buy two wheeler in VSG BAJAJ Showroom tirupur in last October. Last month because of our financial problem we are decided to ask our money back. my brother wrote a letter to branch manager. still we are not got that refund amount. they are treating us very worst. please kindly help us in this case.
            I am facing lot of problem. 1st when I apply the clutch that time is automatically engine is off. I can't change the gear properly. Self is not working. I bring the new battery.                 I have taken bike in finance with Bajaj Auto Finance, already payed six installments.

                EMI deduction date is 6th of every month, last month(January) I have withdrawn money on 5th and credited back into my account on 6th for EMI deduction. EMI deduction didn't happen so, sent a mail to BAJAJ Auto Finance for deduction but with no response and later called representative and he said it will be deducted by next month. Post this I have used money in my account, thanks to demonetization

                Before me saying what happened after this, I want some one from Bajaj to reply how you people deal this scenario

                Forgot to mention my number which is registered with Bajaj Auto not working and my account where EMI deduction happens is salaried and I have not left my job, experience 5 1/2 years

                  Sir my due date is 6th day of every month somehow I haven't deposits my loan amount that is 2067 on 6th sept .
                  I have deposited 2100 rs on 7 th sept for any other purpose and I found that there are 4 times charge deducted of rs 287.50. The question is that why you debited my account for unknown reasons if it is for loan amount than the amount was sufficient rs 2100 and ur charging loan amount is 2067. why it is debited I have also complaint to your regional office but there is no action. I have called to your customer care also they said that there is no fine deducted from your loan account so what is this you r cheating your valuable customer I want my money refund to my account instantly .

                          this is to inform you that today - 2/02/2017 i went for 4TH PAID SERVICE of my BAJAJ AVENJER 220 -MH04, GV-7448 at authorised SURVODAY MOTORS MIRA ROAD-E THANE and i got called that by evening around -5pm you can pick your bike.
                          i reached there and i picked my bike after paying money.

                          Now i took bike and start moving to my place i was just ride 1km bike then suddenly i saw that smoke is coming out my bike which was very much then some people came to me and said that your bike is going to catch fire stop Engine i did the same then taking my bike road side i called service center and give all the information and said kindly come and help me but really feeling shame that service center guy said he cant come you came in the morning still i told him that iam alone here kindly help me because of your service fault iam getting this and it is difficult to go by bike at your station as smoking is coming out anything can happen so please come by Rickshaw i will pay for your fare but nobody came and cut the phone.

                          Dear sir morover when i did my third free service that time also this service center create issue and took extra money after saying that after service they found this part is necessary so they add in the bill even they didnot call me. sir todays incident was real cruel...and this service station people are behaving like goons...sir kindly solve my problem as i believe in BAJAJ and ALREADY possensing 3 bikes from Bajaj only but this type of incidents after sells service no body will prefer to go with bjaja. Kindly took strict action towards this cruelity...from Ms.SURVODAY MOTORS MIRA ROAD-E THANE.Looking for your cooperation asap as this service station has destroyed my new bike kindly took action otherwise i will go for Human Right commision for help or made police complaint tomorrow. kindly look seriously.

                            Kindly mail me costomer care nos. of bajaj auto so that I can contact them regarding any details of the account. Your company should send us every detail regarding the loan, but we have not received any detail regarding the loan. But I am paying my EMI promptly. It is your duty to respond to the customers request. Your person at the showroom is not in a position to give any details. The customer care nos which he gave is not in service.
                            I have been since long to get my loan details.

                            Kindly do the needful.

                              I got my bike registration no.BR32A8208(caliber 115) serviced at Torrent industry Pvt Ltd.(10928), kishoreganj chowk, harmu road, ranchi, vide invoice no. CINV[protected] dated:30/1/17, bill amount Rs8170. While at the time of payment Mr. Mukesh, cashier, demanded 1.5% extra of bill amount for card payment, when I refused to pay extra amount of 1.5% he referred me to Mr. Vikas, workmanager, but Mr. Vikas also refused to take actual amount of bill and he also demanded 1.5% extra. Finally vexed by unethical behavior of Mr. Mukesh nd Mr. Vikas, I went 1 km away from service centre to withdraw cash from Atm and paid the bill in cash. This caused mental igony nd harassment to me.                                 Please note that my bike lock is original lock of bajaj company & it is not changed. Hence forth i am sending complaint to you that, how it is opened from other bike key.

                                  Recently I met with an accident on 18.01.17 in hosur on my new pulsar 220sf 2017 BS4 model. Front fairings and lights are broken. Then i visited bajaj showroom whom i bought the bike named Tarun motors Y.E.S of Akash bajaj hosur and they told me there is no parts available for new model, i suddenly get shocked due to i bought before 2months and how the dealer should not maintain the minimum inventory standards. After 8days the parts ordered which came to showroom but it was old 220 model, how fun it was...still now i not get my bike, here after i will never buy bajaj bikes, this is my first bajaj bike and even last too...

                                      I have purchased pulsar 150cc black colour bike on aug-16 (Chassis number - md2a11cz1gwd13788) from mandya bajaj showroom. Problem is bike front wheel and back wheel both are bend same side, without accident without rash drive how new bike both wheel bend without accident, this is manufacturing defects, service center supervisor checked the bike properly at the time of 2nd service he told this is manufacture defects. So please replace both wheels otherwise exchange bike.

                                      Please rectify my complaints, no reply this complaints i complaints register consumer court.

                                      I have not taken any loan from Bajaj auto still my ICICI bank savings account ending with xxxxxxxx0185 was debited by CMS *[protected]*Bajaj_Auto_.for INR 8247.00 on20/jan2017. Kindly looking the matter ASAP and credit my account. Pls inform me about who has taken this loan and why my account is debited. Is it by mister or is it fraud.
                                      My bike meter light is working in day also and gets off automatically and gets on . Sometimes my meter light is not working in night also.please help me is there any wiring problem or relay problem help me please

                                        I purchased recently (3 months before ) bajaj v15 after 1st service having problem pick up and oil leak
                                        i contact again service center they said clutch plates damaged need to replace
                                        but they or not in under warrenty, please provide the best solution for this and your openion.
                                        even if we bought 4th mobile they also give warrenty for spare parts for 6 months

                                        v15 Launching is grate but reviews is very bad and service also
                                        for my old bike hero honda i replaced clutch plates after 5 years,
