Sir this is the 2nd time i am complaining about my bajaj pulsar 150. The staff member is not Cooperative nd not checking my bike properly even after getting serviced i am not satified even when i am taking my complaint to them no one ready to listen or solve my problem.please look after i am really not satisfied with my service today.

    I have bought pulsar rs200 just about 2 months ago. But still i didn't get my registration certificate when i went swveral times to the showroom they handover me temporary registration after 2 mnths of purchase. And yesterday i found that there is oil coming out from gaskit under the fuel tank. Oil is leaking from gaskit in a flow. You can check the problem in the pic as the oil is coming outside. What the hell is going on man in the short period of 2 months its looking like a measure problem.

      I have purchased my Pulsar Rs 200 in 2015 & i was very happy because this is my bajaj 3rd bike but now after a year i am thinking that it would have been a lot better if I would have purchased Honda Splendor because now there is a problem in my bike engine as bajaj agency mechanic said that they will have to open up the engine & all know opening of engine is not a good sign for a vehicle . My 150000 Rs is completely wasted & previously I have also used Bajaj Pulsar 220 for 2 years and there was not a single problem in the engine of that bike . I sware i will not purchase any single bike from bajaj if my engine is not replaced . So please reply me as soon as possible with a proper resolution.

        Dear Sir, I have purchased a Bajaj Pulsar 150 ES Motorcycle via Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd ( Hire Purchase Finance Agreement dated 17/10/2005, Proposal No : 38099 ) during October 2005 from Suryabala Bajaj Dealership Coimbatore.

        I have paid in full the total Loan amount years back and I was assured that I will receive my Original RC Paper & NOC Copy. I went to the BAFL offices in person numerous times but still have not received my Original Documents . My RC is about to expire in 2020 & I cannot sell or get an FC from RTO, only because Bajaj Auto Finance have not returned my Original RC paper/book though I ve repaid my loan fully.

          I just got my Serviced today and and you know how much they charged me 13000. Why
          Let me tell you this
          ENGINE O/N actual rate is 2600 and the worst part is Labour charge is also 2600, that is way too high.

          and this is apart from paid service labour of 450 .
          For Crank Shaft resetting they charged me 1000 as labour charge...
          So around 5343 rupees i paid as Labour charge . Now Dont you this is a loot in the name of labour charge. It Spoils Bajaj name. Every time i go to service center i pay lot more.

          Now i saw infront of my eyes..they do OIL and greeching and then water wash the vehicle . This is not done at all.

          There have been so many complaints related to this not sure why are you not taking action.People are going away from Bajaj becasue of Bad and Expensive Servicing.

            I Grandhi. pavan kumar bought bajaj avenger bike at varun motors visakhapatnam on December 2015.

            Within 7 of purchase ther is head oil complaint, from engine side.
            they kept the vehicle for
            nearly 5 days that after serval times of going to them for service.
            They had opend the head without any information and with full of scratches
            they returned.
            After 2000 kms ther is jumping complaint, i said that engine oil is mixing
            with petrol, they done it and rerturned.
            Later again i got 2 to 3 times same problem every time when i go to the
            service centre in vizag near AU opp gate they used to adjust near
            carbonator and return..
            My vehicle has gone several times to servie centre but they have'nt
            indentified the problem.

            Again there is some trouble with my bike and given for service center.
            Again they did they job(did bore for new vehicle) on[protected] and i requestedly asked for what the job u have done, they said that they won't say anything and do what ever yoy want, bajaj was selling defected vehicles and doing the worst service that they bought the vehicle till bore condition . they cant identify the problem as iam giving every month for some problem.
            And after doing the same job i took the vehicle for 2 times.till now the vehicle is in worst condition

            I want full warranty claim for my bike as my vehicle is still in warranty. I wanted them to change my vehicle and provide me full compensation

              I bought a new CT 100B bike from HSR AMBA bajaj Bangalore dealer.From the delivery day itself battery is not working. When i ask about this their showroom manager said that it is like this CT 100 is a small bike so it does not have a power full battery.So after starting only you can make horn and other battery function(indicator sound etc).what an idiot he is ?
              problem is that one is a weak battery. But they will not accept and not willing to give new battery...
              The emi is taken twice in my account in current month . So refund our amount. Kindly refund our Amount . What is the procedure to refund our money . Authority should take action immediately to continue purchase in ur company

                I was given by bike to servicing, but they not done correctly, engine oil leakage at top after service, I am done paid service and service charges also given, but that Mach not good service, liner bolt was not correctly fixed, because of this accident was not done, when I was driving that time linar bolt was removed, God say my bike is speed is low, because that my accident will happened but that not happened so plz give correct service to customers, you are taking money than you have to provide good service,

                    I would like to bring to your notice the problem that I am facing problem in my new bike purchased from Bajaj Showroom 7 months back on 10th May2016.

                    There is a technical glitch in the Bike, it moves only after releasing full clutch also bike pick-up is pathetic, bike not able to move beyond 40 kmph even on 4th gear, I have taken my bike at your service centre at 93, Rajpur Road, Dehradun twice in past, they have repaired it and assured me that this problem will not arise again, but unfortunately it runs fine for few days but again same problem arises.

                    I am fed up of this problem and don't know why this is not getting resolved

                      My name is kumara. I have bought bajaj v15 bike (Ka-01, hx-28xx) in may 2016 from popular bajaj showroom in bannerghatta road, bengaluru-560029.

                      I have had one of the worst experience of life with this service centre. I regret taking my bike from this popular bajaj bannerghatta road. I feel like a fool who had

                      One of his biggest investment in life being turned into nighmare experience.

                      All the problems with the bike started after going for the first service to popular bajaj service centre.

                      They (Popular bajaj service center, bannerghatta road, bengaluru) have the worst attitude towards customer. They just want to get rid of customer who are going for the

                      Free service. They give one or the other reasons for not resolving the problem in the bike:
                      Eg. When washing is not done properly, executive says, everyone is busy so they might have missed to wash the bike properly and it will be done properly in next time

                      One executive even told me that they do not get anything out of servicing new bikes, so they will try to add other chargeable services to the free services and bill

                      The same to the customer.

                      I have been assigned 3 different executives during each one of the 3 free services i have taken my bike for in this service centre. Currently i have given for the 3rd

                      Ervice.
                      I was attended by a executive named lokesh during my first service. When i tried to contact the executive for my 2nd service, i was told that he has left the job. Same

                      Is the case while going for the 3rd service.

                      This time i was assigned with new executive named mr. Yogesh ([protected]). He is very new and young. But with lot of attitude issues. During 3rd service[protected] he said everyproblem will be solved. And billed me rs. 1133, even though it was 3rd free service. But the main chain sprocket problem still continued, oil leakge started. Later when i went with a complaint on[protected], he says he will ask the mechanic to check again and

                      Rectify. Secondly, he asked me write down the problem for him when i tried to explain the gear jamming problem because of which i had 2 minor accidents. He called one

                      More executive to support him that the problem is written by them as "gear shift hard" and he doesnt consider gear jamming as problem at all.

                      He doesn't listen to our issues but assumes what he thinks is the problem. When i tried to explain the oil leakage problem, he says its common in bikes and i should

                      Make much of an issue. I had to make my hands dirty by swiping my hands all over the chain cover and main stand to show him the extent of ol leakage problem. Only then

                      He reluctlantly wrote down the problem. He

                      Problems faced till now:
                      1. Gear gets jammed in between 3rd and 4th while riding, without any hint. I even had a 2 small accident due to this. But i can't prove this to service centre.
                      2. Regular oil leakage from engine. Recently oil was so spread that all of the parts below engine were added with a coat of it. Even the main stand and chain case were

                      Covered with oil.
                      3. Bad vibration and noicy sound in chain sprocket. One time it was so bad that whole bike was shaking with huge sound and i had to stop the bike immediately in heavy

                      Traffic. I was little scared at that moment while riding.
                      4. Auto start was not working for 10minutes or so in the afternoon (I travelled on the bike for 30km in the morning of that day). Happened thrice already.
                      5. Washing is done only on the dome and exterior parts. No cleaning of the dust under the engine, chain case etc. If i put my hand below the engine, i was able to find

                      And show enough dust to prove that washing was not done but water was sprayed over the bike for sake of making it look good.

                      Overall, i feel bad for myself and i made huge mistake in selecting this so called indian brand/vikrant metal made bike. My initial wish was that i somehow in small

                      Way should support and promote indian brand. But i got to know that this sentimental thing of mine is costing me my time, unnecessary hassle with service centre people

                      And big betrayal of indian brand. I conclude that people (Read bajaj) cheat/explit us by playing nationalist sentiment. I suggest all to dont go for this v15 bike and

                      Think with your head and not from heart.

                      This is to inform you that, I gave my v-15 bike for engine repair to service centre on 1st Jan 2022 at alwal, Secunderabad, ..they told that it will take time for 2-3 working days for repairing with new parts...but still they told parts are not available need time for one week like that...why I don't know one engine repair more than 10 days...is it qualified person maintain service centre?...I never seen service centre like this..most of my colleague and friends very good opinion on Bajaj company bikes and services...but services like very disappoint to customers..we never suggest buy bikes from Bajaj company in future...

                        I have buyer an pulser 180 past 8 months ago in 3 months it's battery and cut outer complaint they changed cut outer of 450 rupee they changed and bike wait in service center for 3 day they it battery charger and gave me the bike and it's running for 10 days again the battery complaint then they put charged and give me bike wait in service center for 4 days in 8 months of bike devilry 5 times I send for service for battery complaint and now bike is in showroom only for battery and they told battery checking and coil checking for past 10 days 14.12.2016 to 24 .12.1.2016 now they are telling coil failures battery failure they not at all tell for reasons in service center 21 days of battery complaint I buy an archive form murugan Bajaj periyanacikenpalayam . Coimbatore 641020 ...and my vehicle numbers is TN 40 L 9702 and my name is Mehandran and now they told 1400 rupee for coil but it also not ready I told make fool for your showroom dealer and also I recommend my friends to takes buy form these showroom they buyed 8 bikes like 180, 150 they not at all serving properly not an properly mechanics for serving wast of serving in Bajaj serving and the show room owner is Subaramani I am the 10 years of Bajaj coustermer

                          Sir,
                          I have given my bike for 2nd free service @ 2144kms in khivraj - ss bikes - mahadevapura branch, bangalore on[protected] @ 10.00am, i was informed that my bike will be ready by[protected], but surprisingly i received call from service station informing that there is no engine oil in my bike, when i spoke to them they have confirmed that there is no leakage also but there is no engine oil.
                          Fail to understand how there is no engine oil when it is sealed and we suspect that in 1st service they have not filled the engine oil but they have charged for the same.
                          Due to no engine oil there is noise in engine and the engine is in spoiled condition now.
                          The service center told us that they will change the piston & bore immediately if we pay 10k and they are not ready to give any further details. Either they wanted us to pay or to take the vehicle immediately.
                          The service center person is totally non co-operative and not ready to respond to us further.
                          Is this how bajaj treat customers?
                          I trusted bajaj and bought this bike, but for blunders from your service centers we should not suffer.
                          I also understand that my engine performance will be lacking if i change the piston and bore.
                          With lots of expectation i bought this bike trusting bajaj but such blunders by your service center has spoiled your reputation.
                          So request you to kindly take necessary action against the service center and arrange brand new replacement for my bike as i bought it couple of months back.

                            As every peoples knows about bajaj product has an own reputation in high quality services results good name & firm. Eventually, i personally felt bajaj products has the best exports high quality in service to customers. But after choosing bajaj v15 bike from dealership kalyani bajaj mekri circle bangalore, it was my bad experience felt for choosing the bajaj company.

                            From the day of vehicle delivery on 14/04/2016, next day not even 24hr within 34kms battery was down mid of the road on way to my office, dealer it accepted the battery issue but refused to replace the new one.

                            Coming to exact unresolved problem.

                            1. There was continuous hard sound in engine, 6times was brought into notice to dealer, i was made fool & convinced by dealers its common thing in all bikes, yet problem was not solved.

                            2. There is huge fuess problem offen bike stop while moving, i faced massive problems when ever fuess gets burned, by this time i changes 4 fuess, even this was brought notice to dealer, servicemen confirm this is wiring problem bcoz of this fuess are burnt.

                            3. Past 3 months bike gets off in 50 - 60 km speed maintained, again it was brought into notice, no use, instead i'm shocked bike is getting off in 35 - 40 km speed.

                            4. Coming to mileage part its totally hopeless result, till now 7th time serviced by dealer mileage issue is not solve, the time i get back my bike mileage keeps decreasing to 57, 52, 45, 38. A/s again 50
                            Present mileage is 32kms per ltr.

                            5. Mainly i was humiliated in front of other customers by dealer servicemen for taking the issues to them offen & repeated & was not respected,
                            It time for me to regret and pay the fine for choosing bajaj.

                            6. This time i already returned my bike to showroom for massive repeat problem, very much particular this time to replace the whole bike neither then resolving the problem.

                            Its almost 45 days gone still my bike is in dealership & till now i haven't got any responses from them, this indicates the complete irresponsibility and shows pro-active services.

                            7. I'm very much fed up of the service given by kalyani bajaj mekri circle bangalore, internally customers never choose bajaj product bcoz of pro-active dealership services.

                            Henceforth, i'm holding job card copies issued 7times by kalyani bajaj servicemen which helps has documentary proof thinking to escalate this issue to higher level & publicize through nationalized media with where my problems are justify..

                            Kindly requesting the respected bajaj head to intervene & reslove the issue asap.

                              As every peoples knows about Bajaj product has an own reputation in high quality services results good name & firm. Eventually, I personally felt Bajaj products has the best exports high quality in service to customers. But after choosing Bajaj V15 bike from dealership Kalyani Bajaj Mekri circle Bangalore, it was my bad experience felt for choosing the Bajaj company.

                              From the day of vehicle delivery on 14/04/2016, next day not even 24hr within 34kms Battery was down mid of the road on way to my office, dealer it accepted the battery issue but refused to replace the new one.

                                My bike is not starting just after 1 month of service and thus I'm very sure that its a fault from the end of the bajaj technician - now they are asking me to take the bike at the service station - I would not be able to do that because it can damage the bike if I'll tow it to the service station and they are not ready to send the technician although it clealry seems to be theri fault ---I'm ready to pay extra if a bajaj technician can come to my home to check the bike and then if he want he can take my bike to the service station so that i can be sure that the bike is in safe hands and there wont be any warranty issues.

                                  I am very frustrated with the service Bajaj auto is providing to their customer on their prime product. I had purchased Bajaj Avenger 220 CC in Jul-2015. Till the last free service, bike was working fine. But after that I am regular with the service center PLOT NO- 5, SECTOR-17-18, ROAD, OPP. PASCO BODY SHOP, GURGAON-122001 (HR), But my problem is not resolved. They are only making bill in every visit after 1 week same problem occurred.

                                  Now I don't have other choice to resale this. Please help me to resolve my problem. Today this is 2nd service in this week.

                                    Greetings of the day!

                                    My name is ankit raina my bike number is up16av6421.

                                    I had given my bike to the service center to shree krishna automobiles private limitedaddress:
                                    D-106, i-area, lohia road, a block, sector 63, noida, uttar pradesh 201301. On 9/08/2016 and in evening my bike engine got seized or engine breakdown.

                                    Then i give my bike to repair the engine to the same service center on 12/08/2016and i paid 10000rs advance, but the till date i didn't receive my bike, every time they told me that they don't have the parts to repair the bikes, sometime showroom or service center was closed, some they told me that had got some miss happening in their home so they are not able to repair my bike.

                                    Today i went to the service center they told me that they don't have the parts to repair my bike so they i told them please return my advance money and return my bike, but then strictly told me they will not give my bike until the bike got repaired from them.

                                    Kindly look into this matter and resolved this issue asap

                                      I have purchased an Avenger 150 CC bike (Chassis Number - MD2A85CY7GCG86281) on October 13, 2016 from your Sri Vinayaka Mobikes Pvt. Ltd (10382)., Kachiguda, Hyderabad.
                                      I have taken my bike for servicing on November 02, 2016 to the same showroom's servicing centre, wherein I was informed by a mechanic that two things Trip Meter Knob Cap (rubber cap) and Avenger Logo in the middle of the Handle bar were missing.
                                      I am sure that the show room did not provide me with these items at the time of purchase. I have informed the same to the servicing centre, where they said it is the customers responsibility to check all the accessories of the bike while taking delivery. I questioned them that, how can I question this as I am not provided with any checklist to ensure the presence of all the accessories? The servicing people are mum on this issue and they guided me to the sales section from where I booked the bike.
                                      The person in sales bike made me sit for half an hour to advise me to meet the Works Manager. I met him in the ground floor of the building, to my surprise, he was so adamant and arrogant even in listening to what I was saying. The only sentence he was telling on requesting the CC TV footage of the day I bought the bike to verify whether these accessories were there or not is, "I do not have responsibility. I dont provide you CC TV footage. You meet sales manager."
                                      I was so discouraged and came out of his cabin calmly since I did not want to argue with a person who did not care even to listen what I am saying. I proceeded to the bike and spoke to a mechanic, where he said that, you cant get the knob elsewhere, if possible, you steal it from others bike when you find one.
                                      So many doubts raised in my mind, why the works manager is not providing CCTV footage.
