I have buyed a new bajaj pulsar today, and at the time of delivery the engine is not started ..after some time it works with a big engine sound.we ask the dealer for a new bike and they replied that you can go by court . And the branch in charge talked to us very arregent.what should I do pls call me if you need any additional details
They also fraud us with a fake dealer address. The previous dealer of Barak in our region was vehicles India. And the present dealer is another one but they didint changed the name board. The board still remains vehicles india

I Syed, I had given my bike at (tower view colony, Anna nagar west, 17th street, 6th avenue.
I asked them to reduce the heat and they did general service And they charged 2132.00rs. By changing few things in bike.
Still now the bike s getting very heat. Will u plz help me

    My name is Vikas Rohilla. I am from Mohali (Punjab). I have purchased my Avenger 220 bike on 9th May 2016 ( Monday) from Hind Bajaj located in S.C.O. 48, Phase 2, Mohali, Punjab (pin code 160055). And there is a single color available in this 220 model i.e Matte black color and I was so glad to buy this color but hardly 4 months passed away from the date of purchase its matte color getting vanished day by day. I didn't apply any kind of lotion or spray on it to clean. I mean what kind of fake Matte color Bajaj introduced in the market. I don't have any kind of engine problem. It's a humble request to your team to solve this issue ASAP. One more thing I want to share with you guys that Chandigarh service center (Hind Motors Limited Plot no. 9 Industrial Area Phase 1) having a very poor hospitality. And please do something regarding this matte color. Do whatever possible way you find. Let me know if you need any kind of information from my side. Hope you enlighten on this matter.

      Ia m riding discover 100t bike tn 74 ad 8066. I had a problem with my bike, which i couldn't recognize. So i left the bike to a bajaj dealer named, chandra motors, kottaram, kanyakumari dstrict earlier aorund one year back. They couldn't rectify the prob;em. Twice i hande over my bike to them. But they are not able to rectify the problem even since i had paid an amoubt of rs.7000/- nearly. So after that gone through a local workshop, they are also not able to rectify.

      Finally, i got contacted to athens bajaj dealer, nagercoil, kanyakumari district. They asked me to change the valve, piston, cylinder head etc... And they billed me around rs.6000/-, where else the complaint was not cleared. This happened 4 months back.

      After that i contacted them about the complaint and they asked me to leave my vehicle in the company, they asked me to change the corbator. And they took 15 days for it. Still it's not rectified and the compliant remains the same, to say even more bad.

      In athens bajaj, they are giving good response, but they couldn't recognize or analyse the problem. And now are saying 100 cc bikes rides like this which is now the condtion of bike.

      My doubt is, for a complaint of blocking, i left my vehicle before 4 months. By that time they would have topld me that 100 cc bikes rids like this only. After billing rs.6000 and above, they are conveying message of 100cc bikes rides this way only.

      Kindly do help me to find out a solution for this.

          On my 2nd service I complain that my vehichle stop automatically while running, after making lots of effort bike start and I also complained the noise is coming out from the engine is very loud while self start like something stuck in gearbox or engine but it is very loud... Today I got so much trouble on highway.. My bike is stoped suddenly and when I start again noise in coming n not started... Around 1 hour i suffered from this problem
          I taken the video.
          Because last time i went to the service in 2nd service... Advisor said it is battery problem.. How can he said that just 4 month happened u saying battery prob...n btw noise was coming from engine.
          If not any action will taken from your side then i hv to take action

            Your bajaj service is very worst because, few months back i had serviced my avenger 220, vehicle no. is UP15BN5474 in the month of 2-07-16 what i found that no mobile-oil in oil container if they are not able to fill the oil box why they are charging for that just because of that my engien about to seized & i am facing this problem form[protected]. they are just making money for doing services what they are doing only collecting money none of your worker bothered about this & due to this customer will suffer. i want my money back and i put this into consumer fouram, your worker do only fake service. now bike got stuck and not able to move or not able to statr my bike engine has been seized and now they will definitely ask for the service charges again. it's not my fault. I had register one more complaint about my bike wire got burned & that particular time i suffered full of one & half month, i'll not suggest to take any bike from bajaj to anyone.

            i purchased form somewhere else that engines oil and put into my engine if but my bike not getting pickup now i am not able to move my bike bajaj services is worst they even don't think about customer point of view, how customer will suffer, if you provide such services i'll not come again on your counter for service the best way to go out side and take service whatever i want form local mechanic he'll do the service far batter form your service if your service center provide such kind of services, we left our vehicle on your service boy's behalf that they will do correct the problem but neither they are correcting nor providing good service how we left our vehicle on behalf of your service employee.
            Kindly look into it either i'll go to in grievance Residell...

              With due respect, my name is suman chadr, my dae f birth-11.07.1986 my mobile no-[protected] my byke registration no - wb42v 3976, engine no - dkgbvb22537, i have teken two wheeler (Pulser 220) loan from bajaj auto finance limited, vide loan account no :- l2wbur01742078, i hav competed my all payble amount, but after completed my all loan amount they did not give me my noc copy they also tell me, my byke no and phone no not registered in your account. My registration date - 26.06.2012. So please please please send my noc copy i feel very harassment.

                This is tamal dutta, using bajaj pulsar since last 6 years having an issue with my new bike rs 200 (Wb 24af 6631). I have used pulsar 220 for past 5 years, and now upgraded to rs 200 in last year's. I haven't faced such ridiculous kind of service from bajaj. I have taken my bike and taking services from my nearest dealer rolta bajaj raghunathpur, vip.
                In the beginning i was getting almost 33km/l approximately, by getting last 2 service it got reduced to now 18-20, where as company claimed 35-40 km/l. I have been a satisfied customer always, but now i am getting really frustrated with such kind of servicing from rolta bajaj.
                Just because of worst quality of servicing my fuel service get reducing day by day.
                If this continues please replace my bike (For any manufacturing defects) with this faulty products. Ask your retailer to co-operate your customer, if this kind of things will continue every bajaj users will loose his trust : (
                For next inconvenience i will surely log a complaint to consumer court.

                  Hi.. I bought a BAJAJ INS VIKRANT V15 ( DL6S AT 6231 ) bike on 12/05/2016. I am facing many problems in my bike like vibrations, average, missing and wire. I am getting bike service from BAGGA LINK G.T KARNAL ROAD WORKSHOP. I like to describe the problems and here are the description:-
                  1. VIBRATION: From the beginning I am facing a Vibration problem when Bike runs more than 20-25 kilometres continues, back seated person face vibration problem bcoz of that he feels he don't have lower part, To drive more kilometres I need to stop bike for rest.
                  2. AVERAGE : The company is claiming 50-55 kmpl but unfortunately its giving 37 kmpl. This is pathetic, it seems I bought a Elephant. I did SECOND SERVICE as well but the problem is still same. I drive on highways more and speed 50-70.
                  3. MISSING : Bike is getting missing, I complaint at workshop too but didn't solved.
                  4. WIRE : Wire is burnt which is plugged with engine. I told to the workshop manager many times but he doesn't able to solve that. Always recommend for taping on wire but that is not a solution

                    Dear Sir,

                    As per my complaint and mail ISR- 009943 Ms. Nargis ([protected]) from Amin Bajaj contacted me and tell me to come to Service station.
                    I went there on 08.09.2016 (09:30 am) and they told me that I have to give bottle test of my Bike. Before conducting bottle test they done Tuning of engine for better mileage.
                    After doing bottle test they told me that bike is giving mileage of 80 kms/ltr ( After Tuning of Engine).

                    My actual situation without tuning was not considered but that was not my issue as my bike is tuned now.
                    My Second Problem is of Battery was drained so they told me that battery need to be charged and it will take 6 hours to charge the battery so I have to keep battery and go without battery.
                    I went from there without battery and waited for their call till evening. In evening they didn't call me so I called Ms. Nargis ([protected]) asking her about my battery status.
                    She told me that battery is still showing low so they have to keep overnight charging. I accepted their proposal and told them to call me after completion of process so that I can take my battery back.

                    I waited for Friday but they didn't call me, Saturday they didn't call me. Sunday is holiday. I called them yesterday but nobody picked up call in morning ( [protected], [protected]) 09:31 am.
                    I called them in evening and after several ring they picked up call and when I asked about my battery they told me that they will check and revert me back but nobody called me.

                    Today I went there physically but nobody was present as today is holiday so I called mr. Mihir ([protected]) but he didn't picked up call five times.

                    So there is total Mental and physical harassment from your dealer for minor problem in my bike.
                    SIR/ MADAM.

                      I would like to inform you that we purchase a scooter from your registered dealer of bajaj auto Samana in 1991 and at time of purchase they given us a Cheque of Rs 25 thousand (Bearing Chq no 286221 ) dated 1st jan 2016 in scheme signed by Okara Agro Industries Ltd Corp office. 803, Vikram tower, Rajindera Place, New Delhi 110008 (Copy attached). few months ago we deposited the same in our icici bank for clearance it will come back with the reason (no such account) . After this I tried to contact on Telephone number printed on Cheque or through internet found that this company is closed long back . know please suggest to whom should we contact to get this amount . or we should contact Consumer court to get this amount

                        I had given my pulsar as200 for repair and it just two months and suddenly the clutch problem occured and when i went to repair they took two days and still they dont even touch my bike after that they took more two days and i was waiting from morning till evening and still it is not repair.. what the BS they are doing in service center if the customers have to wait so much time to repair. and still not told me the timing when to come.

                          I have purchased a new 150 as and it has some carburator problem and i have told the service man about it from starting but still today the problem is not rectifyied and the manager to not even responding properly the chases of the bike is to bend and i left the bike for service for half the month but they took the bike and made gear liver damaged and got many scratches too really i am upset about the bike they r getting only money but not doing work manager response is worst

                            I done my pulsar 4th service in Hosur service center, from the 1st service I am complaining that the chain getting heavy noise but still they have not resolved it, whatever I given the complaints in my bike nothing been resolved so far, and I am not getting proper response about my quires.

                            Need advice to where I can get the resolution ASAP.

                            I didnt apply for any loan or i have not taken any loan from bajaj finance instead of that unauthorisedly they have deduct the Rs 99/- from my SBI account on 26 Aug 2016.
                            Last month I was service my bajaj discover 125st at nayapally bhubaneswar service centre . It was a paid service for which I was paid 6600 arround and the problem was nt yet solved . The took 2 days for service my bike due not available of parts. And they charge 1500 rupee labour charge. Not wash my vehicle . Totally time waste .

                              Bajaj centre in vaishali don't have the attitude how to treat customer. They don't look for small complaints properly and not give the satisfactory response. Today, I came back without servicing my bike bcoz they were in the attitude that we can't give bike today asking to take on 7. Even 2 days before I recieve call plz come ur service is due.

                                Ref: loan no:l2wche04176122 with monthly emi of rs.5883.
                                Mobile no.: [protected].

                                I have taken avenger 150 cc bike through bajaj finance on april month. On may month i received a letter from bajaj finance regarding "drawer sign differs" so i went to the branch directly and submit all necessary documents.

                                But then i again i got a call still the problem is sustaining so as per the branch manager (Chennai branch mr. Satya) instruction i did my emi through online till the problem get resolved. This month also i did my payment through online before the due date on july 30th 2016, it 5 days before the due date.

                                But without any prior information (I. E. The problem is resolved) the cheque is put into my account for 2 times for clearance so the bank charges me for rs.920 as bouncing charge and also bajaj finance is charged for penalty of rs.350.

                                Kindly do the necessary steps to get back my amount and also letter of no due.

                                  My bike caused an accident and i gave the bike in vinayaka bajaj at lb nagar near whitehouse and the parts are worrstly fixed and they were not setting damn servicing points and no experienced persons were working and i have went to show run 3tyms and more they said it will not fix lyk dat... What is this and my bike was new and not at all two months and they were telling lyk dat what the hell is ur servicing going...

                                    I am residing in dehradun. I gave my bike(pulsar 150) to mayur bajaj service center. Before service, my head light is filled with water and light bulb is fuse. I asked them to change them.

                                    After service, no bulb change. A bill of 465 rs. in front of me. I don't know what they did for. Even i not asked for wash my bike.

                                    I get nothing just [censored] of bill.

                                      I have purchased bajaj discover 125cc from priya motors pvt. Ltd, agartala, on 12/07/2016, and paid rs: 4200/- only for registration.
                                      They issued temp. No. Valid up to: 12/08/2016 which is already expired, i have requested them several times but they don't respond and not co-operating.

                                      I fear that they did not submitted my application properly or misplaced, even they couldn't show me the money receipt of submission of application to rto office. For registration only 1 week time is required but it is almost 2 months is completing.

                                      I am facing lot of trouble and harassment due to non-registered bike as traffic police already made challan on me and warned me of police case.

                                      Therefore, it is requested to kindly take necessary action so that i may get my bike registration without further delay.

                                      2- battery is out of warranty from date of sale. the vehicle/ equipment was s 17.06.2015
                                      3- the vehicle has already covered the requisite mileage for which the battery [protected]
