I purchased Motorcycle CT- 100 on[protected] vide Bill no. 5181 dated[protected] from Jammu Bajaz, Jammu, since then defective clutch plates were repaired / changed by the company 2 times on payment of Rs. 1440/- in Sept 2016 and Rs. 500/- today and also not provided me Bill. I asked them that this is a new bike and repair or any service is free . But they don`t agree and charged money from me. therefore i request you to look into the matter and refund my money. Further customer care No. and HelpLine No. is not working on BajajMotor site .

    On 24sep my bike (discover 100m) suddenly started making weird noise. i took my bike to deccan automobile (official service center). they took 1 day and by just observing sound they said that bearing have gone and it would cost 5k-6k and i cant claim my warranty becoz i have used another engine oil though i got my all regular servicing check there. by a technician they would get to know the actual prob and contact me. i dint get any call yet (i have all the call recording when i have called them). i have visited the service center 5 times till now and they are only making diff story.in my pervious visit the said they have successfully opend the engine and will be letting me know the actual prob by the day end. again no contact. they are now saying it will surely cost more than 6k but still they are not sure of the prob. i am a middle class person and i never dreamt of this kind of situation for getting my bike regular checkup in the official service center. i still don’t understand the prob and why it will cost so much.

    I daily travel 100 Kms and i need my bike. Its stuck in the service center from past two week and yet nothing has been be worked on it.

      I bought pulsar rs 200 on 22/08/2016 from sai service shivaji nagar, it had some kind of defect in its front wheel. There was an loud audible noise coming from the front wheel at a certain speed range! I went to the showroom for 3 times having the same problem which is not solved yet!
      After that thinking my problem will be solved after my first servicing on 17/09/2016 i m still disappointed. The response that i am getting is nt pleasing enough for me. I guess the staff is nt qualified enough to encounter the problem in my bike! Very much disappointed!!

        Dear Sir/mam,
        I purchased a bajaj avenger 150 bike in april from your swadeshi, zakhira showroom. From staring i am facing the gear shifting issue at the time of first service at the same location swadeshi zakhira service center i tell the service engineer that the gear shifting is very poor he told me it will be ok after service but even after the first service the bike have same issue so i again visit the service center this time they tight the wire of the clutch and said now its working fine but after drive bike two to three km the gear again having shifting. I am a working man so i not enough time to visit again and again at your service center its difficult to manage time and visit the service center. So i drive the bike with the issue several months because i am to busy with my work lucky last month i have some time so i visited same service center third time this time the service engineer again do some work for two mints in bike and said now it will work fine again after getting the assurance from your engineer i drive the bike but also like all the times same issue occurred. Three times i visited your service center but all three times my issue is not resolved my them.
        So what is the purpose to spend a huge amount of money and buy your avenger bike my money will all waste i did not purchase any bajaj product in future and tell others also that not to purchase bajaj products. Its really very painful when a person spends all his savings and purchase a product but after he purchased the product he will suffer a lot.
        So its my request to look this matter very seriously othervise i have no other option to go consumer court. I hope you guys look this case carefully.

              Hi team,

              With great disappointment i have to inform that bajaj showrooms are playing with customer's emotion.

              I am really shocked the way bajaj as a team behaves with its customer.

              Although i have been loyal customer of bajaj but this experience has really has given me immense displeasure.

              I wanted to buy a new bike "avenger-150 cc", hence i went to my nearest bajaj distribution center rajiv automobiles, delhi to purchase the bike.

              I finalized the bike and was about to finalize my model but then the sales person told me that a new 'avenger -220 cc"model is also available with same price.

              Hence i went for billing after finalizing my color of avenger-220.

              Now when i went for billing i paid as per the invoice given to me, i. e rs 87, 350 /-

              My insurance paper was given to me and my invoice was given to me after all the accessories were installed on bike.

              After 4 days i got a call that i have to pay extra rs 10, 000 /- since that bike is around rs 97, 000/-

              My budget is not of rs 10, 000 to pay for so i asked the person to kindly replace the same with"avenger-150 cc" model but they don't agree on the same.

              Now i am being told from showroom that i will not be given my rc.

              Can anyone explain where is my fault.

              This is not the way to treat customers. the manner in which showroom people are behaving is really ridiculous.

              I had purchased pusler 150 cc and I have given the bike for servicing and they charged for fuel change and I paid money for that they didn't change and at the time of purchase I paid for Teflon coating they did only water servicing and they returned

                i hv purchased bajaj avenger 150 street form Namdhari bajaj lucknow . Now its having some problem with battery, the dealer is saying to stop the bike or push the bike for that time period til the battery will change and it will take 10 to 20 days.This bike is not having kick facility.so please let me know that how a office person can stop the bike for such a long period.Dealer is saying we are not bothered about what you do..sir please let me know that if the bike is not having kick facility isn't company's responsibility to provide him a battery for that time period OR the company already provide some spare batteries to dealers so that the battery can immediately change with out pushing the bike.

                  I have purchased a pulser as150 in year 2015... After 10 monts the ingen sound increases too much and the clutch bell is broken... A single spair part is also not available in any of the near by showroom.. Its a serious issue my bike is not in use since from 2 month... Bcos its clutch bell, packing kit, timing chain, chain sprocket, etc are not not availabel in any near by showroom
                  Bajaj had told that the Platina 100es bije is givin mileage of 96.4kmpl but it is just giving 58-60 kmpl.
                  bike has done 5500km.
                  please help...

                    I had recently purchased my first two wheeler Bajaj Avenger Street 150. As I am very new to two wheeler segment, I had never checked what are the accessories provided to me as per Owner's Manual. Today when I went for 1st free servicing, Bajaj authorised service centre (Ghosh Automobile) ask for digitized free service coupon which I was received on my registered mobile through SMS. After entering all the details in their system Ghosh Automobile denied free servicing for now and mentioned that as due in my owner manual book. As per Ghosh Automobile, they are not providing free servicing from 17/09/2016 to 17/10/2016, but they will provide paid servicing in that period. Then I asked them to show my bike's Tool Kit / First Aid Kit area. Firstly they had denied on showing the kits placements & when I insisted on they open the right side cover. Tool Kit / First Aid Kit was not there in the kit placing compartment. When I asked them why d'not they provide me the kits, they simply replied that you might have taken it out or need another one that is why I came to them. Sir tell me one thing, Is that kit is a kind of ornament that I kept in my house and ask for another one???? I never expect this kind of people mentality from India largest two wheeler manufacturer - Bajaj authorised service centre. Two months back when I was planing to buy a two wheeler honestly my 1st preference was not Bajaj. But when I reviewed some of the websites, forum & blogs I suddenly changed my mind and went for Bajaj Avenger Street 150. But now I regret why had I changed my mind? If a very simple consumer like me received this kind of harsh behavior on their 1st servicing, then it's better to have paid servicing from outside Auto Care stores. My request to you is please take it seriously as it hurts a brand and ask them to have some manners for their consumers. And also reply to me on whether I will receive any Tool Kit / First Aid Kit or I need to purchase from outside stores.

                      11- back break har din loos ho jati hai

                      I found that an amount of 99/- was debited from my SBI account on 19.09.2016. I do not have any relation with Bajaj auto. Can you explain how it is debited. When I contacted my local bank, they say that similar complaints are received. It is debited in the name of DDR Bajaj Auto.

                      Please make arrangements to refund my amount.

                        I bought the pulsar RS200 nonabs in december 2015 (not even a year back), since then, it is failing now and then. every one or two months, i have to visit service center to get major issues fixed, and keep it every time for a week or 10days at the service centre.
                        “I could have published a book of cash receipts that i paid to service centre till now.”

                        Last time also i had raised a concern of engine failure (happened multiple times till now) on an email to the customer service team. Then the service centre fixed it assuring that it will work good.

                        But again i don’t think it has been a month that yesterday again the engine started some kind of stacking loud noise whenever it is accelerated, no matter the bike is standing or moving. A nearby local technician told that something called ‘crank’ has gone bad and don’t use the bike or it will block the piston at anytime.

                        What i mean to say is that time also i asked for either a WUR(whole unit replacement) or refund. But they just repaired something and the matter was taken away.
                        Have i paid such a high price for a zero-value bike?

                        In a couple of months if i use the bike more, i would be spending more than half of the bike's price only in repairing.
                        So i don’t want to spend a single buck more, i don’t even want WUR but a full refund. Or I'll have to get to consumer court too.

                        This motorcycle is a total failure. I wont utter this company's name in front of any prospective buyer. Thats a promise. Rather my friends have cbr, yzfr3, etc which are far better, may be less in mileage but almost zero in maintenance cost. I am not directly blaming any service centre(Thats why i did not spot the name here) because it is not their fault, it is a complete failure release from the “Famous” Bajaj Auto company. So i want to deal directly with you guys now.

                        The mail might be long but it is a red flag from me and i don’t want any other settlements in this matter.

                          I have buyed a new bajaj pulsar today, and at the time of delivery the engine is not started ..after some time it works with a big engine sound.we ask the dealer for a new bike and they replied that you can go by court . And the branch in charge talked to us very arregent.what should I do pls call me if you need any additional details
                          They also fraud us with a fake dealer address. The previous dealer of Barak in our region was vehicles India. And the present dealer is another one but they didint changed the name board. The board still remains vehicles india

                          I Syed, I had given my bike at (tower view colony, Anna nagar west, 17th street, 6th avenue.
                          I asked them to reduce the heat and they did general service And they charged 2132.00rs. By changing few things in bike.
                          Still now the bike s getting very heat. Will u plz help me

                            My name is Vikas Rohilla. I am from Mohali (Punjab). I have purchased my Avenger 220 bike on 9th May 2016 ( Monday) from Hind Bajaj located in S.C.O. 48, Phase 2, Mohali, Punjab (pin code 160055). And there is a single color available in this 220 model i.e Matte black color and I was so glad to buy this color but hardly 4 months passed away from the date of purchase its matte color getting vanished day by day. I didn't apply any kind of lotion or spray on it to clean. I mean what kind of fake Matte color Bajaj introduced in the market. I don't have any kind of engine problem. It's a humble request to your team to solve this issue ASAP. One more thing I want to share with you guys that Chandigarh service center (Hind Motors Limited Plot no. 9 Industrial Area Phase 1) having a very poor hospitality. And please do something regarding this matte color. Do whatever possible way you find. Let me know if you need any kind of information from my side. Hope you enlighten on this matter.

                              Ia m riding discover 100t bike tn 74 ad 8066. I had a problem with my bike, which i couldn't recognize. So i left the bike to a bajaj dealer named, chandra motors, kottaram, kanyakumari dstrict earlier aorund one year back. They couldn't rectify the prob;em. Twice i hande over my bike to them. But they are not able to rectify the problem even since i had paid an amoubt of rs.7000/- nearly. So after that gone through a local workshop, they are also not able to rectify.

                              Finally, i got contacted to athens bajaj dealer, nagercoil, kanyakumari district. They asked me to change the valve, piston, cylinder head etc... And they billed me around rs.6000/-, where else the complaint was not cleared. This happened 4 months back.

                              After that i contacted them about the complaint and they asked me to leave my vehicle in the company, they asked me to change the corbator. And they took 15 days for it. Still it's not rectified and the compliant remains the same, to say even more bad.

                              In athens bajaj, they are giving good response, but they couldn't recognize or analyse the problem. And now are saying 100 cc bikes rides like this which is now the condtion of bike.

                              My doubt is, for a complaint of blocking, i left my vehicle before 4 months. By that time they would have topld me that 100 cc bikes rids like this only. After billing rs.6000 and above, they are conveying message of 100cc bikes rides this way only.

                              Kindly do help me to find out a solution for this.

                                  On my 2nd service I complain that my vehichle stop automatically while running, after making lots of effort bike start and I also complained the noise is coming out from the engine is very loud while self start like something stuck in gearbox or engine but it is very loud... Today I got so much trouble on highway.. My bike is stoped suddenly and when I start again noise in coming n not started... Around 1 hour i suffered from this problem
                                  I taken the video.
                                  Because last time i went to the service in 2nd service... Advisor said it is battery problem.. How can he said that just 4 month happened u saying battery prob...n btw noise was coming from engine.
                                  If not any action will taken from your side then i hv to take action

                                    Your bajaj service is very worst because, few months back i had serviced my avenger 220, vehicle no. is UP15BN5474 in the month of 2-07-16 what i found that no mobile-oil in oil container if they are not able to fill the oil box why they are charging for that just because of that my engien about to seized & i am facing this problem form[protected]. they are just making money for doing services what they are doing only collecting money none of your worker bothered about this & due to this customer will suffer. i want my money back and i put this into consumer fouram, your worker do only fake service. now bike got stuck and not able to move or not able to statr my bike engine has been seized and now they will definitely ask for the service charges again. it's not my fault. I had register one more complaint about my bike wire got burned & that particular time i suffered full of one & half month, i'll not suggest to take any bike from bajaj to anyone.

                                    i purchased form somewhere else that engines oil and put into my engine if but my bike not getting pickup now i am not able to move my bike bajaj services is worst they even don't think about customer point of view, how customer will suffer, if you provide such services i'll not come again on your counter for service the best way to go out side and take service whatever i want form local mechanic he'll do the service far batter form your service if your service center provide such kind of services, we left our vehicle on your service boy's behalf that they will do correct the problem but neither they are correcting nor providing good service how we left our vehicle on behalf of your service employee.
                                    Kindly look into it either i'll go to in grievance Residell...

                                      With due respect, my name is suman chadr, my dae f birth-11.07.1986 my mobile no-[protected] my byke registration no - wb42v 3976, engine no - dkgbvb22537, i have teken two wheeler (Pulser 220) loan from bajaj auto finance limited, vide loan account no :- l2wbur01742078, i hav competed my all payble amount, but after completed my all loan amount they did not give me my noc copy they also tell me, my byke no and phone no not registered in your account. My registration date - 26.06.2012. So please please please send my noc copy i feel very harassment.

                                        This is tamal dutta, using bajaj pulsar since last 6 years having an issue with my new bike rs 200 (Wb 24af 6631). I have used pulsar 220 for past 5 years, and now upgraded to rs 200 in last year's. I haven't faced such ridiculous kind of service from bajaj. I have taken my bike and taking services from my nearest dealer rolta bajaj raghunathpur, vip.
                                        In the beginning i was getting almost 33km/l approximately, by getting last 2 service it got reduced to now 18-20, where as company claimed 35-40 km/l. I have been a satisfied customer always, but now i am getting really frustrated with such kind of servicing from rolta bajaj.
                                        Just because of worst quality of servicing my fuel service get reducing day by day.
                                        If this continues please replace my bike (For any manufacturing defects) with this faulty products. Ask your retailer to co-operate your customer, if this kind of things will continue every bajaj users will loose his trust : (
                                        For next inconvenience i will surely log a complaint to consumer court.
