I took the new bike around 2months back so soon it got batery issue the battery is fully dead and cant start my bike so i have taken the to service from wr i took the bike kalyani bajaj mekhri circle bangalore on monday (11/07/2016) service manager (Prabhakar/prashant) said he wil give the standard battery and for new one u have to wait for 2days i waited 2days and again wen i went he is saying he battery is not available come tomorrow so wen i went today on (15/07/2016) he is rudelty saying he dont have battery stock still want to wait 3days and saying can complaint anywr as i dont have stock so i dont know wat they wr doing from 4days and that manager is rudely saying go and complaint so i am doing this is the first bike i took from bajaj but completly unsatisfied with the service. So kindly take the action and resolve my issue.

    Respected sir / madam,
    I had purchased pulsar 180 before 10 months ago, but from the day i had purchased it i am facing many problems with it. i approched the bajaj showroom many times but i am not getting any satisfactory service. the answer given by the technician are also having no sense.

    Problems i am facing:
    1) tyres are slipping
    2) front wheel vobbling
    3) shock absorber are gone hard
    4) rear brack sounds when applied

    Please give a special attention towards my complain and try to solve it as soon as possible.

      Sir, i have a pulsar 150 dts i bike. No. Is kl 43h 1946. I am staying at kochi, kerala. On 8th july 16 i had given my bike at popular bajaj showroom near vytilla for servicing also for parts replacement of some old items.In addition to this i told for chain cleaning, new breakshoe change of rear wheel & change of bulb bearing. I received the bike on 14 july 2016 evening in same condition as before. Only they have done water wash. Chain is not cleaned. Breakshoe is not changed. Air filter is not cleaned but they are charging labour charge of 1150 rupees like chain clean (200+s. T), servicing (300+st), electrical work (200+st), suck oil change (300+st). When i complained they didn't hear. Also i contact to manager but he didn't respond. Only they are reducing 10% less in labour charge without doing any work in bike. So i request you to please verify my matter & respond me as soon as possible. My mobile no. Is [protected].

            Hi,

            I purchased a bajaj pulsar ns 200 bike on dated 08/09/2014 from bajaj authorized dealer rolta motors - vip road, narayantala west, baguihati, kolkata - 700059.

            Science last 6+ month i have been facing a major problem with my bike's wiring system due to damaged for which some of my bike's functionality like self start, indicator, horn etc. Not working properly. Day by day my bike's performance going dead due to wiring damage issue.

            In the mean time i have contacted visakam motors pvt ltd service center for the same issue. And service manager advised me to replacing with a complete new wiring. But later he informed me that currently wiring not available with them and they have already made an order to their respective bajaj auto ltd ofc in pune. But since then i have visited service center multiple time but every time they told me wiring not available with them also not with the bajaj auto ltd it self.

            It is really very awful to see the height of irresponsibility from such a renowned company like bajaj auto ltd. It's been a couple of months gone but my issue has not been addressed yet. I am not receiving any service from bajaj auto for my wiring replacement issue.

            Please take up the matter from your end immediately and resolve the same asap.

              This is punnam chander i brought bajaj avneger street 150 from
              Select bikes
              Hunter road
              Hanamkonda warangal..
              At the time of delivery there is problem with rear rim and rear tyre.. they said its a minor problem and they will reslove it.
              I complained and visted showroom service center for almost 12 times.. they kept my bike for some days and now they are saying its a company defect and its from before delivry..
              And they are saying its there mistake to identify it very late. and theough its there mistake they cant give warranty. and even bike is with them and they did not slove the problem.

              The mistake is from the company side and the show room service side.. and iam suffering for it daily..
              Please resolve the issue as early as possible.

                Have received a call a few minutes back from Hyderabad number to [protected], when I asked him that why we are receiving too many calls a day about 10 per day, he asked whether my name is so and so when I said that's my father he started behaving rude and was very bad at his attitude, is this the way you behave with customers? Below is the number that was received the call from[protected] at 7.40 PM on 1st July 2016
                Dear sir Jun 1 I was buying pulser 150, 28/06/2016 in this date I was going to first service thiruvarur, tamilnadu arasu bajaj showroom, free service they was asking money for engine oil and wd 40 I don't know what is the exactly information 1 free service I want to pay for engine oil, tell me truth which one is truth.

                    I, ashwani s/o sh. Om parkash, r/o b-56, nand ram park, uttam nagar, new delhi-110059, bought bajaj avenger 150 on 29th march, 2016 from your store at tilak nagar.
                    This concerns to the amazing experience i had with the bike i purchased from bajaj. The bike was quite a great the night i bought it and from the second day annoying sounds starts coming from the bike's front wheel and i went to the authorised service centre of bajaj few days after at najafgarh road to get a check as if what is the problem. The mechanic said the problem is in disk plate and it needs the replacement. When i got the bike from them they didn't changed it but repared it and said the bike is fine now and from the same day that annoying sound starts coming again. This time that sound was coming from not only front wheel but from back also.
                    The bike was again taken to them and they were saying that as the bike is new it will make these kind of noises and will be fine either in few days or after the first service. They advised me to get a first service done to get rid of these problems. Despite the service has been done the problem still subsists and these are not the only problems. Apart from these faults (As above mentioned) new problems got started such as the mileage is too low (Approx 25), fuel switch isn't working properly.
                    Within 12 days from the day i purchased the bike, 2 times the bike visited to the service centre and so many times thereafter. Within a month from the day i purchased it (25 days approx.) i had done the service and according to the manual used to provide by you, it specifies that the service needs to be done after the first month's completion or the bike ran for 1000 km., whichever is first.
                    After first service i went again to the service centre and they said the service neds to be done again. I don't have lot much money to spend all in the service of my bike every month.
                    Firstly your service centre is not a hill station or a tourist place that i should visit there every other day and the another thing i don't have a lot much money to spend on this faulty bike provided by you. I am not satisfied with the product because it has not performed as it should or it was faulty when purchased.
                    I think all you have are faulty bikes. Supporting this view i would like to refer you a same bike purchased by my freind from bajaj 5 months back (Approx.) with the registration number dl 9s aw9727. He communicated with you alot much times to resolve the issue but he do not get the resolution yet.
                    I request you to either refund this faulty bike or replace it with a fault free and acceptable bike of same model i. E. Avenger150 as soon as possible. Kindly contact me through mail or post as mentioned below.
                    Hoping for an immediate action!!!

                      deatil:-

                      i have purchased bajaj motecyscle- platina100es- on 23.02.2016.It was working good till 04.04.2016 after that it made trouble to me.I visited to your authorised service center -as motor talked to mr robin regarding vibration issue .They did some temporary soloution (they put two way gum ).And again when i gave my vehicle on second service on 14.06.2016 till the they had not given any soloution to me
                      again i talked to call center they did con call with other incahrge mr darpan .He suggested to change tyre and i paid of rs 435/-and again problem occured same on 19.06.2016.They have takne my motercycle on 20.06.2016, again they said the front side ring is bend i ask for replacement but they suggested me to go for insurance policyan and even we agree on that and i paid 150/- but sorry to write that problem was same .

                      Kindly give me permanent soloution or i have no option to go to consumer court

                        Myself palash p sarkar purchased rs200 from amin bajaj ellisbridge and my registered number +91 [protected] this january. Here is my detailed complaint below:

                        After my first service there is no follow up from this service center for the next service and when i called them up from my end they told me that will give me a call after sometime but now after a week they don't even bother giving me a call. Where should i go for the service. Is this fair after purchasing the most expensive bikes from bajaj.

                        Let me know soon as this is the next complaint i made for this center same happened during the time of purchase as well. Surely you will be losing customers if this is the kind of response we get from your dealers.

                          Hello sir,
                          I am deepak gangwar resident of 3, jai shree colony, dholkot, udaipur -313001 (Rajasthan) had bought an avenger street 220 a while ago! It was the new model bought by me and therefore it didnt have that back seat! I had been told i can order the seat separately! Following the same i placed an order for the seat separately almost a month ago and it finally arrived! Then i called your rajmandir bajaj service centre sector -11 paras chauraha udaipur - 313001 to get the seat done but i was being refused saying the respective people are not available at the moment! This went on for about 3 to 4 days! On the 23/06/16 day i was being informed by your supervisor mr bharat that i can come on 24/06/16 with 1 hour in hand! Following the same i again went the next day at around 3 pm and met mr bharat and asked him to get my work done! But again i was refused by saying there are no people available till ramzan and that ill have to wait as they are not taking in any vehicles for servicing! Though i could still request him get the work done if possible.
                          Still i just requested mr bharat to get it done. I had already visited the service centre 4-5 times! But to my surprise he started abusing me badly and went physical! He tool my specs n all n tried to break it! I still tried to keep my calm but i guess mr bharat was drunk and didnt know what he was up to! I noticed a cctv camera there and i am quite sure as a proof the footage can be checked!
                          After that i approached the supervisor mr. Lal singh ji of the showroom to help stop mr bharat for his unscrupulous behaviour but to my surprise he didnt stop him instead he told me to come tomorrow or day after tomorrow and meet the owner! Niether mr bharat nor the show room supervisors body language was acceptable to me at all! The words use by mr. Bharat was unbearable and very cheap abusing was done to me. He said that he will kill me and my full family. And ask me to give some extra money for drinking. He also tried to snatch money from my upper pocket but he cannot do that.

                          The purpose behind me writing all this is to bring to to your notice that we as customers expect nothing but a kind behaviour and that our work should be done on time! Little delay is acceptable everywhere but this was the text of my patience and on top of that i am being badly abused by service worker for what? For asking to get the seat fixed for which i am paying! Is this the behaviour and service that you as brand provide to your customers! I had some faith in bajaj for which i went for this bike otherwise i could have gone for any bike or scooty! I have bought the bike gor almost a lakh! I am the person paying for it and in return i just expect a good behaviour and on time service!
                          I have already logged and fir at the goverdhan vilas police station, udaipur and they are taking there action! But i am writing this mail to bring to your notice this kind of an amiss! And also expect a quick and strong action to be against mr bharat! And with the concerning showroom persons also. After all this incident they are expecting from me to compromise and take f. I. R back which is not at all possible.
                          After that i came to know by other persons that he drinks at regular intervals.
                          This case has taken place at raj mandir bajaj sector 11, udaipur, rajasthan!

                          Sorry to say but this behaviour has not only cause me mental stress and agony but has also compelled me to loose all faith in bajaj!
                          So i request you to please take necessary strict action against them.

                            My bike pulsar 220f is just 4 months old and still under the warranty; bike was taken to popular bajaj after the bike accident for which i had claimed oriental insurance for the accident. After the survey by insurance person, surveyor had told to check the chassis and fork, if it is necessary to replace with new one; but after the repair, i got the bike back, the alignment of the bike was improper. I gave the bike back since it was not safety for me to ride the bike without the proper alignment. Now bajaj service person telling me, it can't be done anything. I want this to be solved asap. Second thing is ; bajaj service center has charged 5000 as labour charge, but insurance team reimbursing 2800 out of 5000 [ mine is zero depression insurance]. When i questioned insurance team for reimbursing less amount; they told me to ask bajaj service center personnel since it is not worth of charging 5000. When i approached bajaj service center asking for the same, they negligently told me that we bill the labour charge based on the amount which insurance reimburse, we will put extra 50% labour charge for customer and we want customer to pay the half labour charge.

                              I purchased a bike of yours named avenger 220 street who's registration number is PB-09-AA-5292 as I am your loyal costumer and really have faith in your products but your showrooms owners are really not good as they disrespectfully talks rubbish about us in front of my well known friend. previously I have a avenger 220 who's registration number is PB-09-M-1973 they are talking about us in front of their other customers that I am very capricious so what I almost spend 1lakh which is my five months salary and they are saying and I am capricious and said many more things please take a strict action against them. My bike which they gave me still have a defect in it's handle please take my complaint properly otherwise I will file a suit on Bajaj company for giving me a defeated product and disrespecting me. Please solve this problem as they make many lame excuse regarding my bike and its defeat they are saying that its not a defect it's good but it's a defect please take some action towards them as now it's getting on my self prestige please solve this issue.

                                    I have purchased this bike on 29th feb 2016 from gsm bazaz auto from gurgaon, and today approx 4 months passed and in 4 months bike gave too much of issues like battery issue and fuze issues, every time the service center changed some part or change fuze but after some days the problem was as it is and now bike is not start bcz of bettry issue, i have checked with service center on 19th june 2016 they charged battery and said now it is ok, but on 20th june 2016 the same problem occures again and now bike could not start.

                                    Defenately it is a defective piece so rather than changes parts again and again plz give the proper solution.

                                    I have purchased bike for my convenyance not for repairing it again and again.

                                    My humble request is please provide quick and proper solution of all and get rid of me from the same.

                                      I am krishna r, i bought a pulsar 150 bike from bajaj auto finance co., i get a message that your emi was not paid due to check bounce
                                      But at the time of reliesing that check my bank balance was 14193/-. So how can it possible?
                                      On this account the company added
                                      Penalty why?

                                      I atteched bank statements pass book, and sent to customers care but no response please follow it and see at markings.

                                        Myself sumit singh i bought a bajaj ct 100 from AMBA AUTO SALES AND SERVICE PVT LTD, Hsr, Bangalore few days ago the the bike was giving me the milage of 40 i complaint to showroom then they said it ll increase after first service. I said ok after that when i went for my first free service they charged me unwanted charges and handed me the bill of rs 900 in which 360 was for engine oil rs 80 for chain lubrication 100 for washing and another 360 they did not mentioned for what they are taking when i asked them to explain they refused and forcefully took money from me and when i complained at bajaj auto coustomer care they simply refused to take complaints of me saying that sir you talk ti the showroom they ll handle when i asked them to transfer my call to your senior they simply refused that no we cant and disconnected my call. First time i bought bajaj bike and its my last i ll suggest every to be aware of this bajaj they are bloody cheaters.
