Dear sir mam

I have purchased bajaj v 15 in a very excited note on 28th march 2016.
My bike's number is pb08 4250,
Now i have faced a issue that engine making a unusual noise disturbance.

Hence i immediately took the bike to service center dada motors jalandhar bmc chownk punjab with vehicle acknowledgment job card no 7648
I have given my bike to service station yesterday 3 august 2016 10.30 am

Now my concern is i m not able to get any idea that when my problem ll be resolved & as per it's just 4 months and 4000 km running this is very disappointing.

I would like to get immediate assistance regarding my issue that this problem causing big inconvenience.

Kindly rectify the issue as i have came to know this issue is occurring to many v 15 across india. So it is malfunction from company end and appropriate salution is expected from your end.

Note : i have attached the registration copy of vehicle and receipt from service center with this mail.

      Hi,

      I purchased bike bajaj cruise 220 black on 29/05/2016 from Dewan bajaj, Lajpat Nagar, Delhi. At the time of purchase they gave me one pair of keys which were duplicate.

      I did not knew that the keys were duplicate and of poor quality and took them, but after some time one of the keys got bend and was about to break when i put it in the handle lock The same happened with the other key. i keys which i got are not original avenger keys and I'm getting a lot of problems due to that. I talked to the dealer but they said that they got these keys with the bike which is not true.

      Please help me in this and provide me the original keys.

        Dear Bajaj Team,

        All i heard good about Bajaj. Turns to nightmare when my own bike Avenger 150 started giving me now and then technical problems which are listed below.

        1.When bike was purchased on same day the speedometer was not working we asked Suryoday Motor to check it. They checked and mechanic did some work on it for 5 mins then it started working.

        2.After 2-3 weeks the nut bolt of Gear got missing while riding bike. I was on my mid of my way and suddenly the gear was hanging. It was like nightmare and i had to reach my destination with lot of pain. when i said this to Suryoday staff they just ignore and said to get it done from local mechanic. Totally disappointing feedback. their only purpose to sale and forget customer.

        3. On 5th week the front tyre got puncher which was again a pain. i took to mechanic and while repairing puncher there was no nail or pin or any sharp object found in tyre.

        4.On 7th week the rubber cap on speedometer went missing. I thought while i will give in service they will do it. So on 23.07.16 i gave my bike for service and told about bold replacement (point 1) and speedometer rubber cap (point 4) to do the needful. Very disappoint to that they haven't done any of it and gave me bill of 890/-. when i took my bike they gave me tape to cover the speedometer hole, it was like so cheap activity. A Bajaj Product worth Rs 1 lac and service is just unsatisfactory. They suggesting me to replace Speedometer.

        5.After servicing the bike was OK but the light of speedometer was onn all time even if the engine is gone off or keys are removed. Till 01.07.2016 i had drive my bike with tape on speedometer and i can see water bits inside it. i havnt drive bike for 2 days and on 04.07.2016 when i was trying to go out for some urgent work the bike wasn't starting. Its battery drain out.

        6. Now i can see that water bits are inside side lights and it will also damage in future.


        I don't think that the Avenger range is bad because same bike are in my area with friend which are new and few older then my bike. Those are working fine. Its seems that there a Production flaw and i got the bad product.Even though taking care of bike alot. Not run more then 1000 KM. Never meet accident not even minor. Also the service centre is non helpful which keep us waiting too long and service is also not proper.

        Within 2 month i had face lots of problem with Avenger 150. Now i am not ready to get it repaired because its production flaw and similar problem is going to come with this bike ahead in future. which i am not ready to bear. If possible kindly replace the bike or give me my full refund.

        Suryoday guys call me frequently when payment was to be made for purchase but when we need help there is no one to listen there.

          Hi my name is Ambrish...i bought your pulsar 150 two months ago...after buying this bike really I m facingtoo many problems bajaj people are cheated me ...by sending an old bike to me ..and it's giving too much sound I went with the complaint there three times but it's same nothing change and many engineers told me it's manufacturing defect...vehicle number ka53en2408 k r PuramBangalore...only 6000 thousund kms driven I don't want such...now what i want do ?

            Battery charging issue

            I have face this problem since i purchased my pulsar 220f as bikes battery was not charging while i drive at night. after complaining they kept my bike for 2days at showroom that time my problem was gone but once again same problem occoured as i told to showroom manager instead of helping me he told not again your bike is now more than 9months old. so as i research many thing about this issue finnally i found the problem which showroom people...

            Dear Team,
            I have purcjased the bike pulsar 220 on September 2015 by paying full cash. After 4 months my engine gone and faced oil leakage and vast sound... Then I went to showroom to get ready my bike they done by taking cash and I paid it too... After 2 months once again faced same problem but they did my bike ready bt not 100%... Now also facing same problem if I run my vehicle for 20 km continuously I will get bad smell from engine and mileage dropped to 30 km per letre.. So plz am asking you people to give a exchange my bike...within 8 months I went more than 10 times to get ready my bike engine problem... I have a record for that...otherwise I am warninh you I will go for consumer court...my contact number - [protected]

              I serviced my bajaj pulsar 150 dtsi before 2 months but after 2 or 3 days its makes sound from the lifter n giving smoke too. But I hv time prblm so I the my bike to service again on 29 july 2016. But again the prblm is same. They said ki an koi prblm nhi hoga. But from the next day the issue again comes. I suggest my frnds not to purchase bajaj bikes. They can't give good service.

                I have purchased pulsar200ns on 27jan2015. On the very 3rd day it start to give me issues like acceleration hiccups. Since i have been visited to service centers the problem is not rectified till date. Since past two months it start to give me oil leakage issue from starter plate side panel. Now it is giving me the issue of slipping of second gear. I guess a major fault was in the engine. I need a serious action to rectify all the issues i have been suffering with my bike since purchase. There was no engineer visit to service centers to call customer and check the product having plenty of issues.

                Look into the matter seriously and provide me a appropriate solution over a problem. If needed i want a full engine replacement.

                    I purchase a bajaj pulsar 150 on cash on date.30.7.2016 from vandana bajaj g. E. Road raipur. The dealer took rs.900/- extra from me. I brought notice to them about it but they behaved with me very arrogantly. The staff and manager who was in the desk were not friendly and using offensive words. During my visit to the dealer on that day nobody offer me even a single glass of water. The courtesy was quite absent. Why the dealer took rs.900/- extra without any money receipt was very ironical. Pls take action and give justice. My customer id is 11170126. Thanks.

                      I had availed a loan from bajaj auto finance and i paid my first emi 5 days before my loan date, and it was not updated into my loan account. and they deposited the cheque that i had given to them and the cheque got bounced and i was asked to pay 350 rs as penalty. what sort of service are these people providing to their customers. they are least bothered about the mistakes from their end and put it on the customers head. when i try to contact them these people never attend the phone call.

                        I have purchased a avenger 150 cc bike from mirtunjay bajaj akbarpur amedkarnagar up on varanasi highway under fianance. After 10 days I got message that I have been fianance a loan of rs 74593/. whereas the total on road price of the bike is 89500/. Thus loan should be of 65500/. because already I have deposited 24000/ as margin. After asking from dealer I did not give data of margin money and amount fianance. then I desided to close the account. so dealer asked for 66000/ cash for closer of loan. I have deposited rs 66000/ on 22 July 2016. but till date loan ac is not closed.
                        Kindly do the need ful and take fraud action against the dealer earliest or I will go to court for justice. details are as follow

                          Respected sir,

                          1. With due respect for the bajaj company, i would like to draw your kind attention to the certain important aspect with regards to my newly purchased bike avenger 150 bearing number hr-26 cx-8250, from gsm automobile gurgaon.

                          2. With utmost well deserved faith and past exerience, i purchased my bike on 22 june 2016 from my hard earned money. This may be one odd incident happened with me and i faced few basic problems while using the bike. From the very first day, i could not use the bike even bare minimum satisfation and the response of the the team in the rectifications required made me feel depressed quite a number of times. The problems faced and at present are as follows:-
                          (A) the petrol leakage was observed on 24 june.. Where the carburetor was changed.
                          (B) the bike had indicator problem which was rectified after facing so much of discomfort.
                          (C) the bike doesn't start while being used during rain. Same is the condition at present.
                          (D) the bike is not started from yesterday and i pull it to home after approx 5 km walk.

                          3. I have been facing lot of discomfort from the starting and it pains me a lot. I approached the representative of the company at showroom quite a number of times but i am sorry to say that i always reurned unsatisfied and my intensified rather than getting any amicable solution or decision.
                          I am resorting to this last option of writing to you after having been failed in all other alternatives.

                          4. In view of the above i humbly request and recommend the following :-
                          (A) replace my bike with new one to enable me in my smooth daily conveyancing to office.
                          (B) recheck the bike for basic manufacturing defects, if any, before it is selled to other customer to maintain the well deserved faith o[censored]ser at various on the prestigious company.
                          (C) direct the representatives of the company placed at various showrooms gsm bajaj, to put there best efforts in insuring the costumer's satisfaction.

                          5. I request and awaits for the positive response of the bajaj team. My contact details are below-

                                I have purchased pulsar 150 under hypothecation of bajaj finance service in preethi bajaj salem on 1/5/2015 and june to december. I regularly pay my due amount of rs. 5337/-. On 9/12/2015 i foreclosure the loan amount of rs.22, 669/- to a. Karthi bajaj finance executive salem. He gave cash receipt. But in january i received call from bajaj finance executive to pay the due. This issue totally 4 peoples in salem. 4 peoples meet salem bajaj finance manager he asking 15 days time to solve this issue. But now totally six months gone still now cannot solve this issue we have more worry and disappointed time loss job loss about this issue but bajaj finance ask more time. We need our noc we are closed all payment. These problems faced salem, tamilnadu. These problems had totally four peoples. Four peoples complaint this issue to bajaj finance but still now we cant receive any other update. So please solve this issue.

                                  Since last few weeks i constantly facing issue with bike battery.

                                  Initially they told battery is not working i replaced it.

                                  Then it again started discharging then they said charger is not working i got it replaced too.

                                  It just worked for a day then again the battery is discharged.

                                  Ervice center does not respond to the queried properly.

                                    I had purchased bajaj avenger 150 street, chassis no. md2a85cz8gcl39533, engine no. pdzcgl29607, purchase date 09/02.2016. vehical no. mh12 mt-2515,
                                    During first servicing clutch was excess tight done by sai service, pune and due to this clutch plate and other parts got damage, but when show to bajaj person mr. sandeep wagh who is setting as customer care in sai service denied to replace within warranty, after that i had taken the vehicle to other service station (i. e. sai automobiles who is authorized service station) and he told due to excess tight of clutch plate this problem was happen, on first report mention the problem which is attached in the complain, but to some discussion he also refused to give such comment. kindly look into this matter and help me to get my warranty cost from bajaj auto & sai servise.

                                      Dear sir/madam, i am trying to buy a new rs 200 pulsar bike from authorized bajaj dealers from chennai using my credit card. But the the bajaj dealers from chennai are asking for 2.5% extra. I believe this is against rbi regulations. Rbi regulations are clearly says this extra charges should not be passed on to the consumers. Please look into the same and protect the buyers from these kind of extra charge collected illegally.
