Dear Team,
I have bought Bajaj Discover 100M Bike in May 2014 last year.
I have had two free servicings done at Dewan Motors, Nawada Uttam Nagar Delhi -59.
I am not satisfied with the service that they are offering to customers,
1) Bike is not properly washed, not properly checked the ECG systems, e.g engine, clutch and gear.
2) Am not sure whether they put Genuine Engine Oil or leaving it the same Old oil in the engine, am telling just because when I went to workshop, it was written authorized personnel only, the supervisor did not allow me to see whats happening with my Bike, telling some rude words and attitude like anything as if he was the owner or dealer of the firm.
3) I could not see any automated tools and or any other machinery equipments that could clean and fix engines, alignment, gear systems etc in the workshop, it merely looks like a garage...
So question is how come Bajaj being a reputed auto company can give their business to such a dealer who does not know how to handle customers .. first thing... 2) who does not have an advanced automated workshop, 3) properly driven work culture people.
Please look into this, before I could give my bike to a better servicing centre and I can see how my Bike was being serviced, because I have paid the price...and I need a better service.. if not the best.
