    My Pulsar 150 DTSi Oct, 2012 model has been serviced by D.P.Goyal, Patiala. it Was paid service. the technician forcefully tightened the drain bolt and crack the chamber of my bike. Company repaired and charge me 60/- and 157/-. the weld the chamber from inside. during this procedure my bike was in agency for 3 days. after the repair of chamber, my bike does not exceeding the speed of 80 kmph and engine sounding too noisy. when i consult to Mr. Satish Sharma (service head, +91-[protected]) he said me its clutch plates are damaged. he installed new clutch plates but sound issue was not resolved. now he is telling me that the CRANK of your bike is damaged. if we installed new Crank than it will sound normal. Before the paid service my bike was not have any problem, sound was normal. now my bike is in the agency from past 15 days and didn''t receive suitable answer from the Agency. his service head is accepting that the all problems were caused by their staff and during the chamber repair process. I have a Doubt that Company has changed my bike''s engine Parts but they are declining it. Please give me suitable advise and strict actions which could be taken against the Agency. thank you

      Respected sir I buy a purlsar 220, manufacture by bajaj auto. when ever i go to the bajaj work shop for services they charge good amount but they always make me dissatisfaction regarding services i told to his manager again and again but they dont take any action against this.Now i want to complaint here to give me services good quality..like always problem in chain pocket, oil leakage and break shoe...So i am hoping now to get the good services from there..my bike.no.MP04.VM6111...AND MY MOBILE NO.[protected].         I taken consumer durables loan at bajaj auto finance ltd at 04/05/2007 sony colur tv i paid initial payment rs 7048 total value of 18500 rs 1542*8 month emi document charge 695 rs and dealer buy down 185 rs at mode of pdc i pass through 2 emi via a/c pay after 3 months collection of bajaj finance staff mr RAMAKRISHNAN told to pay directly to me the company cancelled pdc system nothing to worry i will manage it hence i pay all of the dew directly to him i gave a payment at 3rd day of the month but he give bill to me at month end 28 th day he done a rotation after i need noc i apply then only i know this details even though i paid penalty charges at[protected] via online payment through city union bank the transaction number is ACUB[protected] RS 6296 FOR THE LOAN ACCOUMENT NUMBER[protected] AT I ASK THE BRANCH THE TOLD WAIT it will comes what is the process to get noc

            Bajaj auto, these people use to sell there bikes at any how, they don't even look after sale service, bought a bajaj crap in the year 2013 and I think I have wasted my money, atleast people do take a look at after sale services, want to sell my bike a any how, its a humble request take it as an advice never never buy any bajaj's bike...its a waste...bike is well but none of a bike can sustain long without proper service...               I bought my bike 1 month back and its producing engine knocking sound from the day of purchase its self, from that day onwards am going to servicing center for every week. Initially they use to say it will produce some sound as it is new bike, after they said it will be solved in first servicing but problem still exists even after completing first servicing. When I went again they are saying its normal sound only don’t worry about that noise and all but when I ride I am getting very huge knowing sound and now they are saying some bikes come with that problem and it will produce that sound for a life long and advising me that I can still drive my bike though the engine giving a terrible noise. I am not bought a second hand vehicle to hear such nonsense. Am not at riding at more than 50km speed as it producing huge sound. I am not satisfied with this bike and with their worst servicing. I want to replace or repair my bike engine.

                    SIR I purchased my bike bujaj pulsar 220 my bike no is WB 01AD 6696 1yr before sound of my bike was loud and it was knocking all the time i complained many times in workshop and showroom too but they haven't sort out my problems.Even i gave them my bike to change my bike firing they put scrathed firing and servicing was not done for which i have paid them please sir solve my problems

                      Company claims mileage of 72 or more but what the vehicle is giving is less then 50km and gear broke while riding, and sometimes it turns off while riding. Service is done as per norms, Please help. P.S the vehicle is Bajaj Discover 100T.

                        My Name is Virendra Tiwari. My Bajaj Discover 100 M's Chassis no. is MD2A57AZ6ERB61593 and Engine No. is PAZREB53876. I have bought my BAJAJ DISCOVER 100M on 23/07/2015. I am not getting satisfactory mileage I am getting only 56kmpl mileage. I have also complained to Bajaj service centre from where I have bought it, but I didn't got any satisfactory answer from them.I have also done "100 ml bottle test" 2-3 times to check mileage but I got only 54kmpl in result. My bike's fuel Cork is also damaged.

                            Myself Vijay Raman Purchased a motorcycle Make Bajaj Model Discover 150 F Engine no. JEZREG43529 on 28.12.2014. Total Amount as under tax invoice value :60273/- Registration Fee :4680/- Insurance Fee :-1849/- But in a month both tubeless tyre has been checked for Air and reported that there are problem in Alloy wheel has damaged. what is the material used by Bajaj for Manufacturing of Alloy Wheel which have Motorcycle. We made a complaint telephonically and Physically but they are want to chase Insurance But when Alloy Wheel Material problem incurred substandard so we not hand over our insurance to dealer in that Case. By us there is no Accident incurred in motorcycle and not others. Bike purchased from M/s Khandelwal authorised dealer of Bajaj Auto in Mathura.                                 Dear Team, I have bought Bajaj Discover 100M Bike in May 2014 last year. I have had two free servicings done at Dewan Motors, Nawada Uttam Nagar Delhi -59. I am not satisfied with the service that they are offering to customers, 1) Bike is not properly washed, not properly checked the ECG systems, e.g engine, clutch and gear. 2) Am not sure whether they put Genuine Engine Oil or leaving it the same Old oil in the engine, am telling just because when I went to workshop, it was written authorized personnel only, the supervisor did not allow me to see whats happening with my Bike, telling some rude words and attitude like anything as if he was the owner or dealer of the firm. 3) I could not see any automated tools and or any other machinery equipments that could clean and fix engines, alignment, gear systems etc in the workshop, it merely looks like a garage... So question is how come Bajaj being a reputed auto company can give their business to such a dealer who does not know how to handle customers .. first thing... 2) who does not have an advanced automated workshop, 3) properly driven work culture people. Please look into this, before I could give my bike to a better servicing centre and I can see how my Bike was being serviced, because I have paid the price...and I need a better service.. if not the best.                                   Dear sir, Recently I have purchased a pulsar NS 200 dated 11Jan 2015 from Suman Bajaj Sec-2 Noida and since purchasing I am facing several function problem in bikes such as :- 1:- By default my left hand side mirror was not fitted properly. 2:- On the second day of purchase bike fuse went off and when I took my bike to mechanic I came to know that main fuse of the bike was already fused and when called to suman bajaj they didn't respond to me. 3:- Today I got another problem regarding chain. And because of these problem I spent lot of money and time on newly purchased bike.                                       I had maintenance for my bike Bajaj Pulser180 from Auto India Sangli.on 3/12/14 replacing Head, Block assembly, Clutch assembly. Problem faced. 1) Clutches wears. 2) Head leakage. Bajaj is not taking any responsibility of their genuine parts. As Head block assembly new still i ride bike at 50km/hr.Problem noticed at less than 1500km. Bajaj asking to re-pay the amount of clutches ie 1400rs.+other parts. I LOST MY FAITH ON BAJAJ. pl help me.

                                        I am using Bajaj pulsar 150cc, When i speed up more than 45 or 50 front wheel gets wobbling... Regularly am doing service.. Last time service was done in power bajaj, nandhanam, Op: Hyundai show room, Anna Salai, Chennai. Before service was done in jai Bajaj Service, Adyar, Chennai. Jai bajaj is totally worst. Wobbling problem they never solved. Continuously am facing the problem.. Each and every 2500km i am doing service. Facing too many expense and problem in pulsar 150cc. I think there is no quality in bajaj bikes. No one can't solving wobbling and sound issues. Bajaj auto has to take responsibilities for customer. If it goes same every one has to choose there bike (other brand).
