    I have recently undergone the servicing of my bike(Pulsar 150, 20000km run) on 20th November, 2014 from GSM Bajaj, Islampur, Gurgaon. It was just a simple service the bike was needing.I had the following issues with the bike before servicing;1. Handle bubbling.2. Some sort of sound from rear and that's it.They serviced the bike and charged a total of around INR 1500.Now, after servicing i have still the old problems and additional new skewed-up problem. There was a lot of smoke coming out from the bike.I again went out there and they charged me INR 5000 for some engine parts which they have spoiled in the previous servicing.But again the problem is same. My bike has lost its power, switches off while driving.I have also raised a complaint in bajaj customer care, but there is no action from there side.Please help me.

      i bye a pulsar 180 Engine No:DJZCDD04825 Chassis No:MD2A12DZ6DCD04912 MFG Date:07/2013 one and half year before from SUPREME AUTO DEALERS (P) LTD. SAGAR, i am complaining about the engine problem after one month from the date delivery but this problem was not solved. They change engine head once but after 500KM it starts again then the cam shaft bearing was broken they change the bearing, but again after 500KM the sound starts. I give it for service in bangalore's bajaj showroom named SRINIVASA MOTORS Kempanayakanahalli, near vijaya Bank Bannerghatta Bangalore-560083. They replaces the cam shaft but after 300KM the same thing was happened. So what can i do now no one solving that problem so please register my complaint and give any solution for that.

        Respected Sir, My name is Gulfam S/O Amarjaan from Panipat, Haryana. I have purchased a Bajaj Discover Bike (100 cc) from Bajaj agency situated in Bapoli (Samalkha) in )1/2013. My vehicle registration no. is HR60 D 9138. I got a loan from Bajaj Finance Limited. I have cleared all dues. I have done all payments. But I did not get No Objection Certificate.I am awaiting for last 6 months for NOC. The owner of agency is not giving any responce regarding NOC. I would like to get NOC. Plz provide me NOC as soon as possible. Thanks and regards Gulfam

          I m consumer n taken my vehicle form BAJAJ DISCOVER from local dealer SHIVAM MOTORS but he give me all duplicate parts such oil seal, tyre & battery with JAN 2013 printed on it as I have taken on 13th October 2013.he also not given me service book back, no RC BOOK, no insurance paper.plz look over this complaint as his employee used BAD WORDS when asked about this papers & parts.

            i had purchased bajaj discover 100t from suman auto sector -2 noida, i am living in ghaziabad i had purchased from noida this was my 2nd bike. but i got accidented bike since i had purchase on 31 oct-2013.My front portion of my bke is damaged.i had talk to mr-tomar (service manager) about my bike many times but still my complaint is not solved .He said that i call bajaj people to come & see your bike. i was waiting 10 days but no response .pl help us.kindly change my whole assembly of my bike .It is very difficult to drive my bike.my bike no up-14 cc 0686. thanking you sumesh mahendra [protected]

            complaint had not been resolved as yet.
            They do not have any customer value. I can not understand, why Bajaj such a BIG NAME is not able to provide the required Spare parts? If they are not able to provide spare part then why they manufacture the bikes in different colors? Manufacture, only those colors which you are able to provide customers or supply the spare parts, like Honda or/& Hero. I can understand if the bike is very old or not in production. But in my case the bike which I purchased is of the latest model and is in production & still they are not able to supply spare part to me. It is complete Customer harassment. They broke my belief, Trust of (HAMARA BAJAJ, BULAND BHARAT KI BULAND TASVEER) on Bajaj.

              My Two wheeler bajaj boxer CT Reg No KL 10 S 224.Was taken from bajaj finance.I had closed my all dues which was not my mistake of collection from my bank account, but I had been paid all of my dues at calicut office, soon after my knowledge that time they told me everything clear get document from perinthalmanna .But now I Came back to use my bike so I need to get my RC from finance but they are demanding money, how can I give ? Once it was cleared, at the time of clearance they told me collect document from the seller perinthalmanna but they were sent me again calicut.Now I would like to get my key and R C book. Shall I go any further complaint? How can I pay now without any notice.clear it is a cheating by you or your staff. How will I get my document without any payment again.                 Dear Concern, Please Fine attached complaint Letter, As per our telephonic on 6th Dec-2014 I have come to work-shop today at 2:50PM & meet to Service Adviser Nileshbhai this time nobody check my bike although direct give me quotation of Rs.1970/- paid for further parts replacement like Clutch Pashing, Oil, Gear Shafting for suit-out my problem. But before some days I had meet your service adviser 2 times & he said me no problem in your bike so why Nileshbhai gives me this Quotation today without check my bike????????? This same problem happened at 750km after purchase this bike at that time I had visit 2-3 time at the work shop and give my bike for solved this problem of Gear Box but none give proper response me than I had complaint in customer care after complaint I had given my bike to workshop for 2 days and solved my problem free of charge but now same problem happen at 20000km in this time service adviser gives me quotation of Rs.1970/-. This is manufacturing defect so why should I responsible for this payment????? I had very bed experience of Rajshree Bajaj Work-shop & their Adviser from first service to till yet, I had face much more difficulties at Rajshree Bajaj Dealer as given under, 1) First time I had given my bike at 750km for Oil change & free checkup at that time technician forgotten fitting bolt of Oil chamber so that much more oil wasted than I called to work shop and their adviser advise me come on tomorrow for proper fitting bolt of Oil chamber. 2) Not proper washing done in every free or paid service. 3) In every service when I gone to work-shop after confirmation call of bike is ready for delivery although I had wait for minimum 1 hour at work shop due to not done proper job work. 4) Gear box problem happened at 750km and I had given my bike to Rajshree Bajaj Work shop for 2-3 time but none solved my problem till I had complaint at customer care after complaint I had given my bike to workshop for 2 days so much waste of fuel & my valuable time.. 5) After free or paid service Every time I had go back to work shop for repeated work and for problem which noted by service adviser but not done work on this. 6) None work-shop staff of Rajshree Bajaj gives me proper response & not solved my problem in one time. I had faced many more problem like above mentioned but not possible to write all history in this mail so request to you check in your data base & online software. Now I am very disappointed from all this thing if dealer or Bajaj company not gives me proper response and solved my problem within 2 days than I will goes to take legal action against Bajaj Company & Rajshree Bajaj Dealer. I will goes to consumer court & also this all matter shared on social media like Whats app, Face Book & twitter etc… I am really very dissatisfied with Bike of Bajaj Brand, after sales service & very expensive maintenance so that I will never refer or suggest Bajaj Bike to my Relatives & friends.                   Respected Sir, With great dishonor I would like to say that no serious actions are being taken on my complain with complain no CR-158091. From two days I m just having a round of the showroom. But the employees were unable to convey me the status of my bike. Accidentally I found parts of my bike on another avenger which had come for servicing. I identified my parts bcoz I had decorated my bike in my style. On further query I found that some of my parts were missing from my bike. For example the rear mirror of my bike. They kept me sitted in their workshop for nearly 4 hours but at the end they were not able to produce the asked parts. Today also I went but the same situation prevailed. I asked the employees to give the above said in writing but they started shouting at me and said"TUMHE TO NAYI PARTS MIL HI JAYEGI, JAB AVENGER BANAKE DENGE TO NAYA PARTS LE LENA, PURANE KE LIYE KYU MAR RAHE HO." after some heated conversations Employees of Birsa Super Bajaj namely RAMESH, RAJEEV and Service Manager which they called PATHAK JI along with 2 other mechanics started misbehaving with me. I also threatened to complain to the company but in reply they said, "JISKO COMPLAIN KARNA HAI KARO, HUM NAHI DARTE, JAB COMPANY KHUD PARTS NAHI BHEJ RAHI TO HUM KYA KARE."I AM VERY DISHEARTENED BY THIS INHUMANE BEHAVIOUR OF COMPANY'S EMPLOYEES. I THINK ITS HIGH TIME TO MOVE TO THE DOORS OF JUSTICE. I WOULD LIKE TO CLEAR IT VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD BCOZ I HAVE RECORDED EACH AND EVERY INCIDENT IN MY MOBILE. IT IS VERY CLEAR BY THIS INCIDENT THAT PARTS ARE OPENLY CHANGED FROM ONE TO THE OTHER. AND FOR SURE IF I HAD KNOWLEDGE OF THE NAMES OF OTHER PARTS THEY WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO PRODUCE IT INFRONT OF ME. DO THE NEEDFUL IN CONCERN OTHERWISE I FEAR THAT I WOULD NOT PREFER BAJAJ AUTOMOBILES FOR ANY FURTHER PURCHASE OF VEHICLES NOR I WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST THEM TO ANYONE BECAUSE THE COMPANY WHICH CANNOT DELIVER CUSTOMER SATISFACTION NEED NOT BE CONSIDERED.A VERY DISSAPOINTED CUSTOMER, ASHISH KUMAR, RANCHI, JHARKHAND, MOB- [protected].

                      I HAVE DONE MY 1ST SERVICE IN SERVICE CENTRE AT GUPTA AUTO SERVICE KANDIVALI WEST MUMBAI. 1ST COUPON INCLUDE OIL CHANGE, GRESSING FULL VEHICAL, WASHING, CHECK OTHER FAULT IF THERE, INSTEAD OF THAT THEY REPLY ME ONLY OIL CHANGE WILL BE DONE AND TORNE THE COUPON FROM COUPON BOOKLET AND CHARGE ME 100/- RUPEES AS A SERVICE CHARGE. THERE IS A MAJOR PROBLEM IN MY AUTO RICKHAW FROM BEGINING FIRST WHEN I HAVE TAKEN FROM THE DEALER BALAJI AUTO KANDIVLI WEST, 1ST WE HAVE RUN ON PETROL FOR FEW KMS.ATLEAST 1000 KMS. AFTER THAT ON CNG GAS AFTER PASSING FROM R.T.O WE HAVE TO RUN ON CNG GAS BUT FROM PETROL IT WAS A FAULT IN MY AUTO BECAUSE, 1ST I WENT TO BALAJI DEALER AND TOLD THEM THAT I HAVE CHANGE MY AUTO ON 1ST DAY BUT THEY IGNORE AND DINIED ME AND DONE SOME CARBORATORE FAULT THAT WIRE SPRING WAS HANG STUCK AND NOT RETURNING BACK. BUT NOW IT MY THINK THAT IS A CRUCIAL PROBLEM IT MAY BE CURRENT OF C.D.I. OR IT MAY BE KIT PROBLEM THAT DISCONNET OF GAS OR CURRENT. I TOLD TO GUPTA AUTO SERVICE CENTRE BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT WE HAVE DONE IF THERE IS A SAME PROBLEM THAN COME AGAIN. IS THE THEY CHECK MY AUTO INSTEAD OF TELLING THEM PLEASE GO THROUGH THAT I HAVE TOLD THEM. THERE MECHANIC GUIDE ME THAT IF THERE IS APROBLEM I WILL CHECK OR CHANGE THE PARTS OF YOUR AUTO. BECAUSE IT IS ON WARRANTY PERIOD 180 DAYS. I HAVE PURCHASE AUTO ON 06/09/2014.                         Dear sir i have purchased avenger 220 in namakkal sriram bajaj show room on 14/08/2014 registration completed on november1st week 2014 they have not call me for first free service and second free service my bike i had done my fist free service after a long argument with the showroom after two months now having problem with trip meter it is not working, petrol is leaking from the petrol tank i am trying to reach the manager eswaran he is not picking my phone without rc book how can i use my bike i want replacement for the fuel leakage totallty there srvice is not satisfied kindly tell me where i need to give my bike for free service this is only the showroom available in my area if i need to go for another bajaj service station means i need to travel nearly 60kms is it right suggestion you arre giving me for completing service for my bike .Do the needful and please reply me my bike details are given below chasis no- MD2A22EZ7ECD95136 ENGINE NO - PDZCED91009 VEHICLE NO - TN 28 AR 6259 by gowrishankar [protected]

                            Loan agreement number[protected] Dated:[protected]. 33 checks issued, 7 cheques directly paid. There is no cause from the company that any other cheques has been returned dishonoured. no notice has been served on me on dishonour or handed over to me through the agent. Among the above said 7 cheques paid directly 3 cheques has been paid ahead of the due dates through the agent to close the above said loan. At the time of clouser your agent assured me that no other dues are pending and the Rc book and the original key will be send to me by post. On account the nature of my profession did not get sufficient time to go behind your Trivandrum office.Whenever i went to your Trivandrum office they only said that the book and key has to be returned from our head office at pune and asked me to wait. Since a long time has been lapsed i send an advocate notice asking them the details of my loan account. A reply notice has been send to my lawyer stating that there is an arrear of Rs. 10, 605 as Rs. 1200 towards EMI arrears plus Rs.9405 towards other dues and unless i pay the above said dues the RC book and second key will not be returned and also asked to send documentary proofs. Again i went to your trivandrum office and asked them to give me the details of my liability against the amount viz., the number of the cheque dishonoured against EMI Rs 1500 and the details of over dues. Then the Trivandrum office told me that they have to get the details from head office and send to me by post. But so far nothing has been done. Your office may please to notice the fact that in good faith there is no dues to be paid from my part. If any one of the cheques has been dishonoured i should be given notrice or your agents can present it personally to me like all other cheques. Under such an event i should pay it. It is evident from the reply notice to my advocate from your office that 7 EMI has been paid directlly on return of the cheques. Hence you may take notice of the fact that your company has no case that on dishonour of cheque either on persentation of the cheque by your agent personnaly to me or under notice of dishonour i did not pay the EMI. Your office may also take notice of the fact that the original Rc book has to be handed over to the owner along with the motor bike.That was also not done. I'm a practicing lawyer and it is not my habit to deny a just demand if there is a genuine cause. Hence now i request your office that i may not be harassed any further for the latches commited by your Trivandrum office. Hence you are requested to return the Rc book and the second key taking appropriate steps verifying the faults and be remedied.

                                I have a Bajaj avenger 220 this is the third time i'm facing the starting problem in my bike 2 times i take this bike to service centre in a ape auto because it is not able to start 2 times i did service for this in Ernakulam sa road popular service centre they said maybe have some electrical problem that's why it is happening but they not able to detect the actual complaint, third time last day 04/11/2014 the same problem happened. Now i feel i took the wrong decision to buy this bike how can i trust this bean and bike. Bike parked in Cochin Marinedrive road side from last night because it is not able to start Renjith [protected]

                                  Dear Sir, as I have given complaint about poor servicing and irresponsible on my bike pulsor 150 cc yesterday i.e I have given complaint on " Sree Lakshmi Balaji Automolies, Racha Konda Tower, Alwal(PO). Secunderabad-500010. Phone number of the dealer[protected], 27963777 Please refer the invoice number 849, Job number 3503 dated[protected] for an amount 2060/- I asked to replace the chain kit, 01 Nos.x left side front indicator, single cover for shock absorber and servicing. The dealer did not perform proper servicing i.e poor washing, he removed 4.5 litre of petrol from fuel tank and efficiency after servicing became very low.                                     Dear Sir, I handed over my Bajaj Pulsor 150 cc bike vide Job No. 3503 invoice No. 849 dated[protected] for an amount of 2060/- for periodical servicing and changing of chain, indicator etc. to Sree Lakshmi Bajaj Automobiles, Racha konda Tower, Alwal, Secunderabad-10, Ph.[protected] . I found the following discrepancies / wrongs when I received back after servicing from the Dealer : 1. Complete petrol, i.e. 4.5 litre removed from fuel taqnk and returned back in empty condition of fuel tank ( I have shown the petrol level in fuel tank / petrol level indicator to the dealer before servicing. 2. Engine oil refilled with out the specified quantity. 3. Disc brake was not adjusted. 4. Tail lamp / brake lamp connections were loose contact. 5. Poor cleaning ( I asked for good cleaning but he refused) 6. Finally the dealer misbehaved with customer when I shown the incomplete works. In view of the above how ever I took the bike to near by local mechanic for fitness for use. In view of the above I request an early/ needful action against the dealer, as it is the 2' nd time mistake by the dealer with in one year. Thank you, With warm regards..                                       in-spite of again and again going with the same complaint, i still am not getting proper service for bike. bike just came from service a few days back and its as bad as anything. all the problems that were there before are still there and some additional problems are also added as a Diwali gift i suppose. the chain is making noise more than that it did before service. and many more. the people there take customers for granted. was a huge mistake buying bajaj 100T. experiencing problem from day 1. have contacted them numerous times and yet problem still persists. bike- bajaj discover 100T center - P.L. Motors LTD. (Jaipur) unhappy from day 1 due to bad service and very bad bike.

                                        Sir, I want to file a complaint in consumer forum against bajaj automobile. I purchased a top end model bike worth rupees 94, 000. From they very 3rd day, the bike started showing faults. Every now and then I have to be at service centre but of no use. They just wash the bike and give me back and the faults still persists. On the 11th day of purchase, the rear head lamp went off on its own! I again went to the service centre, I was shocked when they asked me to pay for a new head lamp! I mean its just disgusting! They said it doesn't comes under warranty, I accepted that (what else could I do?) Counless faults surfaced later like uncommon vibration of the fearing, suddenly the engine wents off and the bike won't start for Atleast 15 minutes. (Still my pulsar haven't even completed 1000 Kms!) And the list is long... Just in mere distance of 2 Kms, the engine heats like hell fire! And it smells as if someone is burning rubber tyres! Again I contacted service centre and after keeping bike for a day they returned me back WITH THE SAME FAULT STILL THERE! The sensors wont work and the auto choke doesnt work either. I have to accelerate atleast for 10 minutes every morning in neautral mode. The gears won't shift down and I had to literally slow down and press the gears downwards with all my power.. Even the odometer fitting is not proper and the service centre guys told me that they can't help it as it was manufacturer fault! So whom am I supposed to contact? What should I do? At last as a extreme step I want to file a complaint. Kindly guide me for the same. I would be so glad if you please show me a way out of this mess. Its my hard earned money. Regards.
