    These companies should penalise with huge doing this practice.. mostily i have seen bajaj has indulge in most activities like this...


    if they really think what they are doing is not good ... then should come forward and assist us..

      Dear Sir/ Mam, As I have purchased Discover 125 ST from ARORA MOTORS. 21/4 Mathura Road, Ballabgarh, Haryana on 16 May 2013. Chasis No.- MD2A37CZ1DPA97539 and Engine no.- JEZPDA15815. from Date of Purchase we are facing the following problems: 1) Neutral problem 2) When I Raised speed above 40kmph engine starts making noise loudly and engine is not running smoothly. 3) Whole body is vibrating. 4) Dealer told us before servicing of my bike that after 2 or 3 service it works really fine but I didn't found any improvement. 5} Company was showing that this will run 110 Km speed but it is only 40 to 45 only. Will it run in the Air. 6) Gear box is also not smooth functioning. 7) Only washing and oil changing has done during the time of servicing. 8) Mono soccer also making noise after sitting 2 person.           i have discover 100T sep 2013 model it has a lot of manufacturing faults like as; 1. engine became off on long ride when i do accelarate the bike as 40 to 60 kms only 2. the tyres of bike is almost weak . i have change 2 tubes on 11500 kms in 11mnths 3. everage or milage is too low . company shows 84kmpl but my bike provides me only 42 to 48 kmpl 4. starting problem due to very bad service on agency . they are change only mobil oil and nothing do in service. they charged 600 rs. on each service from me but i am not satisfy with them service. infact i am not satisfy with bajaj. because already i had discover 100ES before discover 100T bike.

            Bajaj Electricals is a great cheater company. I bought a Bajaj FX10 Food Factory sr. no. 35187, batch 0412, GC sc. no./code 1024334(Pradip Mandal- [protected]), Before sale there own product they are promise we take a best service to you(2 years home service & 5 years motor warranty). After 1 year I don't get any service. I'm contract a long time, but they does not take any action with my favour If I don't get any service I obedient going to the Honourable Court aginst Bajaj Electricals Ltd. Other wise I get my back my money

              Dear Team Please note that this is the second time, I am cheated by your Authorized Service Centre at Dankuni, Dist: Hooghly; West Bengal. During my earlier service, I was given an estimate of Rs 170 for paid service and was billed Rs 1400/- even without my consent.When I had demanded to see my replaced parts, they refused to show and told me that they would take the parts off my bike if I insisted. I paid Rs 1400 and left that time, Today I went again for service and they told me to get the read brake changed.When I told them that in my previous billing, they had charged me for brake shoe change and my vehicle ran just 1000 Kms after that, they insisted on buying a new brake shoe! I had to purchase.It didnt end here! I was told that my both spark plugs got shot circuit and they changed the spark plugs with old items of another vehicle in their service centre even without my concent! They had changed both my spark plugs just on the previous service and I had no issue at all with my spark plugs! I really feel cheated and disgusted with this kind of cheating from an Authorized Service Centre of yours!

                I wanted to change my communication and Bank details so, I contacted to Kasturba road branch there someone told to go Bannergatta branch Its moved there, If go to Bannergatta branch they told me to call customer care and update the details than i contacted Bajaj Finance customer care Mumbai and updated my change of address and Acount no. its not been updated last three yrs back, Since i was so busy in my studies and doing jobs. so am not able to contacted to them again, than some of your executive calling and collecting Amount every month and giving the mobile attached machine bills, but that bills were erased within a day even with them also am updated my address but its not happened.Since i have already paid all the EMI'S as your executive collecting it, but last 1yr back contacted them in Bannergatta branch bangalore, Again they were telling to pay amount for that they were started negotiating for settlement.they not allow us to contact directly manager.so branch executive will going to manager coming with some negotiative amount and meantime they were asking 4000 or 5000 bribery to settle for negotiation.
                These things happened becuause to Improper documentation of communication address and Account no.

                  I had done second free service of my bajaj pulsar 150. I told them many problems about the bike during the sevice. But they did not care to rectify the issues and gave me the bike just washed. They charged me Rs.420/- for oil change. But even they did not change the oil. So i had complained to bajaj customer care and they had told the dealer (Supreme Bajaj, Mangalore) to see the issue. And the dealer contacted me and asked to bring the bike. And then they repaired, and the bike was fine. Now, Today i contacted the dealer regarding the third service and i told him the problem which i faced during the second service. And i asked him i[censored] repair the problems what i have only then i will be giving the bike for third service. He said he cannot. He rejected to make the third service.

                      Hi, I had booked bajaj pulsar 135 ls bike on 2nd September 2014 and still the bike has not been delivered to me. I had booked the bike in amba bajaj, btm layout bangalore. I have doubt in the down payment amount also.i have paid rs 26, 667 as down payment.i got receipt only for rs 24, 447.the bajaj executive didnt give me receipt for rs 2000 stating that it was processing charge. The bike has still not delivered to me and also I have doubt on the receipt not given for 2000rs. Please do the needful. Regards, Dharmendra Tarun

                                Dear Sir, I would like to state that on 12th October 2013 I purchased my Avenger bike from Vishal nagar bajaj Showroom Pune Maharastra . And on May 24th my shock absorber of avenger got bent. So I went to Vishal nagar showroom for its replacement and for my servicing. They say that we don't have any shock absorber right now . So I asked them how long it will take they intimated me 1 week so I asked them theni will do my servicing at that time. But after a week I went they say spare didn't came it will take more 10 days I asked keep the advance for the same and give me the tentative date but they refuse to take advance and ask come after 10 days we will do the same.the days goes like that and now its september 2014. The boss who sit in the showroom misbehaved and shouted that we can do your work you submit the advance and come after 1 month or see some other showroom. I was highly disappointed. The same happened during the purchase of the bike they took Rs. 2000/- extra for bike registration and all but didn;t coordinate with me and I get the Registration card of the bike after 6months as because they didn't pay the registration amount in the counter for the proceeding . I have to run 7-8 times for the same and they all the time have different excuse. Kindly do help me in getting the shock absorber as quickly as possible

                                    I purchased my P220F from Sai Service, Lower Parel on the 1st of August 2014. My bike's registration number is MH01 BV5752. Since the first day the bike's petrol tank lock was defective, the left fairing was also touching the petrol tank. These were corrected by the dealer. Within a week, the rider seat foam became too soft to sit comfortably on; the rear shock absorbers provided a very uncomfortable ride. Both seat and rear shock absorbers were replaced by the service center. However, issues still haunt the bike. The body panels on the left side of the bike have substantial gaps between them; same is the case with the windshield and the fairing. There is a lot of buzzing sound due to this at the gaps. Rider seat alignment is defective, seat is bent to the right. Also there are major vibrations on the tank, seat and left foot-pegs; this causes a lot of discomfort when riding. Kindly note that these vibrations arise even at speeds of 60 kmph. The bike heats up a lot, especially in traffic and on highways. Post heating up, the vibrations tend to increase. I am not happy with the product that has been delivered to me by the dealer. This is a clear case of manufacturing defects that have come as a part and parcel of the motorcycle. I request Bajaj Auto to replace my bike with a new/fresh P220F or return my money at the earliest. Having been a Bajaj customer since 5 years, didn't expect such a low quality product from the company.

                                    Bajaj Auto customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Bajaj Auto engineer refuses to acknowledge the defects in the bike. As per him, the bike is just fine. There are many complaints of the Pulsar 220F, none solved by Bajaj Auto. Owners silently suffer at the hands of a company selling sub-par quality products. Even hiring a lawyer and fighting it out in Consumer Court is difficult as the lawyer charges a hefty fee. Hope the company shuts down someday and people like Mr. Santosh Ayachit (Service Engineer, Bajaj, Pune) lose their job for cheating customers.

Please find the CR No:151752 1)First service, (SHREE RAM MOTORS, Chimera ) they said they cannot do any thing for the back indicator which is coming out. 2)Avenger 220 gears are hard, and at standing newt al doesn't go. 3)while changing gear too noise and even it wont work smooth. 4)Back brake noise After my first service visited more then 10 times. Most of the Friday went to your service center, but nothing happen. Unfortunately i thought let me show my bike to a garage, even they said there is an issue with gear, may be clutch is gone or its out. but he will come to know about the issue when they will open gear. Then also i thought may be they will be wrong, then i visited to one your service centre (PARAS MOTORS, Chembur).I told him i want to give my bike for repairing and its not under warranty period. Service man took trail and gave me estimate near to 3000.00 rps, as they we have to open the gear and see. Same time i visited to SHREE RAM MOTOR, CHEMBUR and informed them, but then also they were not ready to accept. Looking to sheer negeliance i logged a complaint mention above. Next day itself i received calls from them and called me on on Friday. Even they came to know that only Friday i get off. Visited on Friday and they change some thing in gear.Please let me know as per them if there was no issue then why they change it, it was more then 10 times when i visted to the same service centre, they didnt do anything rather just ignoring things, as keep saying that i am wrong and they are right, then why they change parts in gear. One more things need to be shared. Mr.Vimal said for the back indicator that if i have informed them that back indicator is coming out at the start when i came for first service, they have replaced it. It was good that day i was having bill copy for the first service where it was mention they charge me for fewi kick. When i showed that billl, he was not having anything to say. When i told them you can replace it now, they said they cannot do, as it got damage from inside. Please let me know if you dont tajke right dessicion, so do you think its my mistake. let me know who the person can look behind and drive. While driving you cannot look back and drive, and if there was no issue with my gear when i was barking like dog and spoiling most of the friday in one of your service centre, then they change after making a complaint. If they were right and according to them its my assumption, so they should stick to it that there is no issue with the gear. Why they try to find the solution when complaint was logged, why you didnt took any action early when i was to your door and making request to you. After happening everything you people try to blame me, that its my mistake, when i informed about the problem and your people didn't took any appropriate decision or action, so its my mistake, or did mistake visiting to your service centre At the start of this month again i have to visit for the gear, but this time i kept bike with them and said please show this bike your engineer as you not ready to accept even i know, they said they will show the bike to the enginer who come for visit direct from the company. My bike was there for a week and i took my bike on 14 August. Before taking bike i asked the person name who has came from the company to check my bike. Intially they were not ready but after some time they disclose the information.It was Mr. Pravin from SHREE RAM MOTORS from Ghatkopar, where i was informed that engineer while come direct from the bajaj, who come on visit and see my bike While taking bike from chembur service centre, one more issue was raised that was the tank color, colour is coming out( not able to get that word) which i informed them and they advice me to visit to Ghatkopar and shown them. Visited to Ghatkopar, same thing even he said that your bike its ok, there is no issue with the gear. Told them it can be you may be right, let go to nearest service centre where i can prove them that i am right and you are wrong, When i told about the issue of petrol tank, he said they will do koating first and then only he will let me know. But still that dull paches was there Mr.Pravin said if its increase then send the pic, he will try to take an approval to change the petrol tank. Where your people have saw that there issue with the petrol tank one-side colour is getting dull, they are telling me to wait till the time it get increase. Please let me know why your service people deny the things where there is an problem.Same thing happen for the indicator where your people blame and refused. Its more then a week i am still waiting for the call, as Mr.Pravin said when the engineer comes for visit they will show to them. still now i am waiting or your are waiting for some thing else to issue invoice once i complete one year. I am ready to pay you now also, but please stop giving me trouble and try to resolve the issue Ready to bare all the cost now . Now started feeling my bike pick up and speed its not the same how its was before. I know that you wont aacept it, so i am ready to prove that what ever i said i its not wrong. Please come with me, Ill take you to bajaj service only, where you can listen what feed back i get for my bike. Request you, if you are coming you don't have disclose from where are and you work for the same company Please let me know what should i do, as i cannot take this pain any more. If tomorrow anything happen to my bike who will be responsible. Feeling like did a big mistake when i preferred for Bajaj. Sorry to say but your company have brand but no service.
