Hi, Already complaint was logged and till now its the same story its repeated. Frustrated with your service & bike. Please find the CR No:151752 1)First service, (SHREE RAM MOTORS, Chimera ) they said they cannot do any thing for the back indicator which is coming out. 2)Avenger 220 gears are hard, and at standing newt al doesn't go. 3)while changing gear too noise and even it wont work smooth. 4)Back brake noise After my first service visited more then 10 times. Most of the Friday went to your service center, but nothing happen. Unfortunately i thought let me show my bike to a garage, even they said there is an issue with gear, may be clutch is gone or its out. but he will come to know about the issue when they will open gear. Then also i thought may be they will be wrong, then i visited to one your service centre (PARAS MOTORS, Chembur).I told him i want to give my bike for repairing and its not under warranty period. Service man took trail and gave me estimate near to 3000.00 rps, as they we have to open the gear and see. Same time i visited to SHREE RAM MOTOR, CHEMBUR and informed them, but then also they were not ready to accept. Looking to sheer negeliance i logged a complaint mention above. Next day itself i received calls from them and called me on on Friday. Even they came to know that only Friday i get off. Visited on Friday and they change some thing in gear.Please let me know as per them if there was no issue then why they change it, it was more then 10 times when i visted to the same service centre, they didnt do anything rather just ignoring things, as keep saying that i am wrong and they are right, then why they change parts in gear. One more things need to be shared. Mr.Vimal said for the back indicator that if i have informed them that back indicator is coming out at the start when i came for first service, they have replaced it. It was good that day i was having bill copy for the first service where it was mention they charge me for fewi kick. When i showed that billl, he was not having anything to say. When i told them you can replace it now, they said they cannot do, as it got damage from inside. Please let me know if you dont tajke right dessicion, so do you think its my mistake. let me know who the person can look behind and drive. While driving you cannot look back and drive, and if there was no issue with my gear when i was barking like dog and spoiling most of the friday in one of your service centre, then they change after making a complaint. If they were right and according to them its my assumption, so they should stick to it that there is no issue with the gear. Why they try to find the solution when complaint was logged, why you didnt took any action early when i was to your door and making request to you. After happening everything you people try to blame me, that its my mistake, when i informed about the problem and your people didn't took any appropriate decision or action, so its my mistake, or did mistake visiting to your service centre At the start of this month again i have to visit for the gear, but this time i kept bike with them and said please show this bike your engineer as you not ready to accept even i know, they said they will show the bike to the enginer who come for visit direct from the company. My bike was there for a week and i took my bike on 14 August. Before taking bike i asked the person name who has came from the company to check my bike. Intially they were not ready but after some time they disclose the information.It was Mr. Pravin from SHREE RAM MOTORS from Ghatkopar, where i was informed that engineer while come direct from the bajaj, who come on visit and see my bike While taking bike from chembur service centre, one more issue was raised that was the tank color, colour is coming out( not able to get that word) which i informed them and they advice me to visit to Ghatkopar and shown them. Visited to Ghatkopar, same thing even he said that your bike its ok, there is no issue with the gear. Told them it can be you may be right, let go to nearest service centre where i can prove them that i am right and you are wrong, When i told about the issue of petrol tank, he said they will do koating first and then only he will let me know. But still that dull paches was there Mr.Pravin said if its increase then send the pic, he will try to take an approval to change the petrol tank. Where your people have saw that there issue with the petrol tank one-side colour is getting dull, they are telling me to wait till the time it get increase. Please let me know why your service people deny the things where there is an problem.Same thing happen for the indicator where your people blame and refused. Its more then a week i am still waiting for the call, as Mr.Pravin said when the engineer comes for visit they will show to them. still now i am waiting or your are waiting for some thing else to issue invoice once i complete one year. I am ready to pay you now also, but please stop giving me trouble and try to resolve the issue Ready to bare all the cost now . Now started feeling my bike pick up and speed its not the same how its was before. I know that you wont aacept it, so i am ready to prove that what ever i said i its not wrong. Please come with me, Ill take you to bajaj service only, where you can listen what feed back i get for my bike. Request you, if you are coming you don't have disclose from where are and you work for the same company Please let me know what should i do, as i cannot take this pain any more. If tomorrow anything happen to my bike who will be responsible. Feeling like did a big mistake when i preferred for Bajaj. Sorry to say but your company have brand but no service.     Hi, I have Pulsar 150 which I purchased on 18th June' 2014. My Vehicle's registration number is UP - 78 DL 8797. I got its first service done from Society Motors Saket Nagar and Second Service from Society Motors Macrobert Ganj, Kanpur. I'm facing problem with Pick Up of my bike. I got the second service done on 18.08.2014. Once I got the bike back from the service, it did have poor pick up. I approached one of the service managers there but got poor response from that guy.       I bought pulsar 150 from suryoday bajaj at Mira road by 2.5 years back and after some time I was facing problem with front suspension I raised that problem with suryoday bajaj when I was giving my bike for 1st free service they told me its not problem we just need to do settings.the same problem I raised in my all free and paid services but same answer I was getting from them.again I raise the same problem now they are saying that I have to pay 2000/- for same.when I said that I am raising this problem from my 1st free service.they are not even ready to accept this and they are saying me why you bared this.in my all services technical adviser and service manager was saying we are not able to rectify the problem so we can not replace it we will do setting in suspension.now they are saying your bike is out of warranty you drive your bike nearly 31000 km.i am a loyal consumer for suryoday bajaj i bought 2 same bikes at a time pulsar 150.i am fad up with this.

        Bike Number : DL3SCE 7838 My name is Amit Sharma, I am the owner of a Bajaj discover 125 disk bike (Reg No.) since 01.11.2013(date of purchase) By Ambe Bajaj molerband ext. Badarpur . I would like to raise some serious concern about my bike that i am facing since the time of purchase. There is some gear issue since then and for the same reason i went to the workshop 100 of times but yet the problem remain the same. Would like to highlight the dates and the time in the hope that you will think about the degree of customer satisfaction from my side and the level of services the customers are getting so that there shall be further improvement in the same and also i shall get the solution to the problem that i am facing. As stated earlier that I was facing the issue (with the gear) since starting and i went to the first scheduled service at Suman Bajaj Auto ( b/78 sec-2 gautam budh nagar noida ) on 700 to 800 km approx and told the same issue to the one who attended me there, don’t know why he didn’t mentioned the issue in the job card and i got the usual bike service from the workshop with the bill amount Rs. 650 (appxox). The issue remains the same, i was adjusting with the same anyhow. I went for the second scheduled service at 3000 to 3500 km approx to the same workshop and i got to the same treatment with my bike and as usual the problem remains the same as the was not been noticed. I went for the third scheduled service at 8000 to 9000 km approx but this time i made the issue to be noticed into the job sheet and by the other staffs (Mr. mukesh /sabi / subhas tomer (manager ) /Mr. vijay /Mr rajoeiya and many more technicians) at suman bajaj, all accept that bike have a issue but too late. I have 7 visits at the workshop since 17 days (08.07.2014 to 24.07.2014) my bike is into the observation at the workshop to get the ride to make it sure the problems is solved but i went with empty hand with loads of frustration and mentally and physically disturbance. I have personally requested manager to please replace the gear box as i think that was the main cause of the problem but he didn’t bothered my words. I am at my home with the bike having gear issue with lots of frustration and harassment. This main is my last hope to get the solution Thanks and Regards Amit Sharma / Phone Number : [protected]

          CR- 153836 regarding this complaint no. my problem not even attended and got msg of thankyou. and you are satisfied. in my avenger 200 due to damaged plastic inside silver plating of long cap on top of fuel tank which is not visible when it is new but now silver plating starts peeling off the reason is quality issue during manufacturing. i have paid the huge amount for defect proof good quality parts bike. but parts in my bike is defected from initial. i want new cap changed free of cost. my bike looks like crap now. looking for your support. take necessary action thanks pankaj panwar sr. engineer r&d mb. no.               hi, I VISHWAS PATEL(Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India), owner of the pulsar 150, i have very worst experience with your service centers.on last year (probably 8-9 mounts ago)brought my new pulsar and it starts sounding now from back wheel's bearing, from disc break also and also from the jumpers (springs) and apart of this i driven my bike only 3200 km ONLY . so this is not acceptable that bike that just driven 3200 km and having this kind of problem .I have complained a lot for this, every time when i put in that 2 free service, but they just wash it return to me. so if possible that i want to clam and wants new one or i wants to update it with bajaj Avenger with some extra amount. if possible pls contact me on +[protected] my email id is : jannat.[protected]@gmail.com

                To whom so ever it may concern...!! I have bought Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS, just been a week hardly. On the day of buying we told them that while riding the gear gets stuck while lowering it down and the response we got was such that its a new bike and will get smooth after getting a bit used, its been 8 days and now they are telling us that it is a gear shaft problem and need to change it. I want a bike replacement rather then opening my new bike. I don't care how its done but it should be and must be done if the company cares about its reputation. Manan Bajaj Maninagar branch.

                    Its very disppointing tht the service which are providedd by bajaj service centre in amritsar (punjab) is suck I gave my bike 4 times within the purchase of 1 year nd problem is my pulsar 220 visor is vibrating vry drasticaly Nd somethng like some parts r not properly fitted in visorwhile riding it Smethng Shakes inside the visor nd this complaint is not soughted out evn after sending my bike 4 times in service centre If someone can sought my prblem by ur company thn its good unless i ll send compaint abt ur serivce nd irresopnsible responce nd send complaint to consumer court

                      i have complaint of pulsar 150 pickup regarding. pick up of my pulsar 150 bike was not good from starting but bajaj dealer told me that ur pick up will be good after some use. Now its third service have been done and they change my clutcth plates too and make bill of 1987 rs but still pick of my bike is not good. place of service centre - nagpal bajaj Haldwani.

                        Its the worst service centre I have ever seen. I used to regularly give my discover vehicle for service there. Last 2 times I had complained that the chain might have gone loose since i can hear the sound .. I paid them to fix the problem twice and those culprits used to say everything is fine. Last week I was driving in MG road the chain broke, I was lucky because of traffic i was driving slow otherwise i don't know what would have Happened. IF VST doesn't know how to service the vehicles Its better they shut down .

                          I HAVe pulsar 220 And im a big fan of pulsar 220 Every pulsar have mrf tires But my bike have eurogrip tire It is so bad in grIpping.in rainy days I can't go faster in road the tires skids Pls ReplAce my tirE inTo Mrf tire Regards PRITAM

                            Dear Sir, I need your support. I purchased Pulsar 220 Bike from Bajaj after paying Rs.90, 000+. Bajaj Auto (Krishna Bajaj) Mr. Anand Wardhan and Mr. Mishra suggested to change the bike parts due to frequent faults from last 1 -2 year. After changing parts by Krishna Bajaj Gurgaon on suggestion from Service Manager and spending Rs.7000 from my pocket, my bike caught fire/smoke during running condition..Also, there was petrol leakage observed and huge smoke was coming from Bike.. My brother and myself was sitting on bike during that incident and we suffered injury due to this. I have called more than 20 times to Mr. Mishra (BajajService manager) and Mr. Anand Wardhan but they have refused to attend this andnot picking my phone call. During call, Mr. Wardhan/Mishra used slang and improperlanguage with me earlier and misbehaved with me and my father. Such behaviour was never expected from Bajaj. Can you pleasehelp for action.. -- Best Regards

                              My name is Akshay Patil. I have Bajaj Avenger 220 which I purchased on 13/08/2013. On 19/07/2014 I did my 3rd (Free) servicing from Guru Gobind Auto service center which is located at panvel. I paid the bill for that servicing Rs. 1668. I checked the bill and I found there is calculation mistake in Bajaj DTSI OIL, plus there are also other mistake in 3M Engine Flush and 3M Engine Oil Additive. And one more thing that please don't mention on your service book that Three servicings are free because just check my all bills and please let me know the meaning of free service. I haven't seen any discount charges in my all bill, I paid all charges from first servicing so please stop fooling customers. Just check my bil and let me know that how you can do these type of silly mistake. As per my knowledge free servicing means no labour charges or some discount in labour charges but I haven't seen any kind of discount in my bill. Sorry to say but Bajaj have a good image in the market but just to make a profit Bajaj is loosing that image. I want clarification on my bill charges and I hope at least for this mail I will get positive reply otherwise I will resolve this issue with my way. Also one request that please inform your service center department that don't give any type of call for servicing from next time. Thank You.                                 Yesterday when i removed the side cover, i saw a big crack on the chasis exactly near the air filter.Very bad quality chasis.From bajaj.I am really disappointed, after buying this bike(Almost (90000rs).I have decided to file a case in consumer court regarding this if this is not rectified by bajaj.

                                then this is the condition.


                                Poor quality chasis.It broke into 2 pieces


                                I WANT MY CHASIS TO BE REPLACED or else I will not opt a Bajaj bike hereafter...


                                Bad luck for me...
                                No action has been take yet...Never go for Bajaj...worst quality

                                  I want to say that I purchased a motor bike from your showroom (bagga link) it's registered no is Dl 6sa k1606. It's body parts cracked itself . Like petrol tank tank flap mudguard bettry cover seat inner part etc. I went in bagga link to complaint that my bike parts cracked but no one rgisterd my complaint and say to me you will repair yourself than I reply this bike in guarantee so company will responsible and repaired by company he did not any argument and do misbehave to me when one of them engineer told me this is a fault of plastic the company will repair it.but senior engineer can't registerd my complained i have been complaint for last one half month and say me come next day and do misbehave also I will annexed please solve my problem and registerd my complaint as soon as possible my mobile no is [protected].

                                    In my bank a/c Ecs amount was debited for every month in the name of Tp Bajaj Auto i need to know which loan transcation is this because we missed our all financial details and Loan IDs. we taken 5 loans in bajan finance so, we need to know which loan tenure is still going.                                       I bought a pulsar 180 bike which does not have kick but only self to start the bike.Bike was purchased on 30th April 2014 in Bangalore (S.L.N Bajaj, Ramgondanhalli Gate). i had to go out of station for 10 days and when i returned back the bike did not start, so i had to push the bike to start it..even after using the vehicle for quite some time that day the issue remained the same.I also took it to service centre but they said that the terminal bolt was loose so the issue happened. even after tightening the bolt the issue remained so again called up the service centre and they sent a tech to pickup the bike that too upon making several phone calls. even after three days i still am unable to know what exactly is wrong with the bike. the service center is unable to provide resolution until now...please take action to either fix the issue ASAP or replace it. my contact # is[protected]

                                        I have discover 100 cc bike . there is some problem in the wiring . service centre told me to change wiring . i deposited advance for the order of wiring . after one month they said that wiring is not available . i m suffering with the problems of bike . now i want that some action should be taken against the service centre . many other custmers also not happy with the services of centre . services are very poor . so please do sufficient . reply me on my id [protected]@gmail.com
