I HAVe pulsar 220 And im a big fan of pulsar 220 Every pulsar have mrf tires But my bike have eurogrip tire It is so bad in grIpping.in rainy days I can't go faster in road the tires skids Pls ReplAce my tirE inTo Mrf tire Regards PRITAM

    Dear Sir, I need your support. I purchased Pulsar 220 Bike from Bajaj after paying Rs.90, 000+. Bajaj Auto (Krishna Bajaj) Mr. Anand Wardhan and Mr. Mishra suggested to change the bike parts due to frequent faults from last 1 -2 year. After changing parts by Krishna Bajaj Gurgaon on suggestion from Service Manager and spending Rs.7000 from my pocket, my bike caught fire/smoke during running condition..Also, there was petrol leakage observed and huge smoke was coming from Bike.. My brother and myself was sitting on bike during that incident and we suffered injury due to this. I have called more than 20 times to Mr. Mishra (BajajService manager) and Mr. Anand Wardhan but they have refused to attend this andnot picking my phone call. During call, Mr. Wardhan/Mishra used slang and improperlanguage with me earlier and misbehaved with me and my father. Such behaviour was never expected from Bajaj. Can you pleasehelp for action.. -- Best Regards

      My name is Akshay Patil. I have Bajaj Avenger 220 which I purchased on 13/08/2013. On 19/07/2014 I did my 3rd (Free) servicing from Guru Gobind Auto service center which is located at panvel. I paid the bill for that servicing Rs. 1668. I checked the bill and I found there is calculation mistake in Bajaj DTSI OIL, plus there are also other mistake in 3M Engine Flush and 3M Engine Oil Additive. And one more thing that please don't mention on your service book that Three servicings are free because just check my all bills and please let me know the meaning of free service. I haven't seen any discount charges in my all bill, I paid all charges from first servicing so please stop fooling customers. Just check my bil and let me know that how you can do these type of silly mistake. As per my knowledge free servicing means no labour charges or some discount in labour charges but I haven't seen any kind of discount in my bill. Sorry to say but Bajaj have a good image in the market but just to make a profit Bajaj is loosing that image. I want clarification on my bill charges and I hope at least for this mail I will get positive reply otherwise I will resolve this issue with my way. Also one request that please inform your service center department that don't give any type of call for servicing from next time. Thank You.         Colour- long beach blue
        Kms--20000 only

        Yesterday when i removed the side cover, i saw a big crack on the chasis exactly near the air filter.Very bad quality chasis.From bajaj.I am really disappointed, after buying this bike(Almost (90000rs).I have decided to file a case in consumer court regarding this if this is not rectified by bajaj.

        The bike was used with great care and has not met with any major
        accident.The bike has covered only 20000kms as it was kept idle.Even
        then this is the condition.


        Poor quality chasis.It broke into 2 pieces


        I WANT MY CHASIS TO BE REPLACED or else I will not opt a Bajaj bike hereafter...


        Bad luck for me...
        No action has been take yet...Never go for Bajaj...worst quality
        Let me see if i can do something

          I want to say that I purchased a motor bike from your showroom (bagga link) it's registered no is Dl 6sa k1606. It's body parts cracked itself . Like petrol tank tank flap mudguard bettry cover seat inner part etc. I went in bagga link to complaint that my bike parts cracked but no one rgisterd my complaint and say to me you will repair yourself than I reply this bike in guarantee so company will responsible and repaired by company he did not any argument and do misbehave to me when one of them engineer told me this is a fault of plastic the company will repair it.but senior engineer can't registerd my complained i have been complaint for last one half month and say me come next day and do misbehave also I will annexed please solve my problem and registerd my complaint as soon as possible my mobile no is [protected].

            In my bank a/c Ecs amount was debited for every month in the name of Tp Bajaj Auto i need to know which loan transcation is this because we missed our all financial details and Loan IDs. we taken 5 loans in bajan finance so, we need to know which loan tenure is still going.               I bought a pulsar 180 bike which does not have kick but only self to start the bike.Bike was purchased on 30th April 2014 in Bangalore (S.L.N Bajaj, Ramgondanhalli Gate). i had to go out of station for 10 days and when i returned back the bike did not start, so i had to push the bike to start it..even after using the vehicle for quite some time that day the issue remained the same.I also took it to service centre but they said that the terminal bolt was loose so the issue happened. even after tightening the bolt the issue remained so again called up the service centre and they sent a tech to pickup the bike that too upon making several phone calls. even after three days i still am unable to know what exactly is wrong with the bike. the service center is unable to provide resolution until now...please take action to either fix the issue ASAP or replace it. my contact # is[protected]

                I have discover 100 cc bike . there is some problem in the wiring . service centre told me to change wiring . i deposited advance for the order of wiring . after one month they said that wiring is not available . i m suffering with the problems of bike . now i want that some action should be taken against the service centre . many other custmers also not happy with the services of centre . services are very poor . so please do sufficient . reply me on my id [protected]@gmail.com

                  I (Vijay Mishra) was purchasing Discover 100 T From Progresive Motors Rajkot on 28.05.2014 but my bike is not going on smoothly. i was show my bike is Progresive Motors 6to 8 times but not satisfy. Between one month new bike is lot of complain and face lot of problum.                     The service rendered by Manickam Showroom which is Okkiayam Thuraipakkam, OMR road, Chennai is pathetic and there is no customer service. The vehicle was not cleaned properly - it was full of stains and grease, even the handle, seat, the petrol tank were not cleaned. I doubt whether the vehicle was washed. The responses were not proper though the bill amount came up to Rs 3000/- The mechanics were quite laid back and did not discharge their responsibilities properly. I have never seen an authorized bajaj service center like this in my 15 year relationship with Bajaj at various cities. Please have it checked and get it out of your service center list. The hopes that i had with Bajaj got shattered seeing such a shoddy servicing done. Regards, Vinay Rao =

                      I taken a two wheeler loan from bajaj auto finance in 2008.loan account no.[protected] I have settled all payment in 07/13 but the finance company did no give me loan closer letter/ settlement letter.                                 Dear sir,
                                I have purchased a new bajaj pulsar 150 as on 01/04/2014. I have purchased it from anjar - Kutch who have given me invoice issued by GK Bajaj - Bhuj Kutch. Till now my bike has run only 410 km. Yesterday when i was coming with my family, there was a puncture in rear wheel, after toying my bike to 1.5 km when Tyre was opened by puncture maker, we have shocked. We found that there was an old tube fitted in the rear wheel having very bad conditions with 9 to 10 stickers. They had done big cheating with me. I have a doubt that they had replaced a tube of front wheel also and they had also replaced spare parts of the new bike as from the beginning, there is a some issue in its chain wheel as it shouting while driving. I have also made complain for it during the first service of the bike but it continue..

                                When I have made complaint, they asked that they will repair issue of chain but they cant do anything for tyre tubes..!!!

                                Why should i get repaired..? If they have changed original parts then it is a big cheating with customer..

                                Its their responsibility to replace all the spare parts which have been changed by them in my new bike.. This is an open and pure cheating with customers which should be come to the eyes of public..

                                This matter should be checked in detail and all the responsible person should be punished strongly.. I will go for legal matter...

                                        Hello, This is Suhail Mujavar owner of Bajaj Kristal. My vehicle is been unused since 3 4 months since i was abroad. Since I came 2 months back I have been following up with Kanchan Bajaj, (Address: Kalyan - Badlapur Rd, Saibaba Nagar, Shanti Nagar, Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra 421003) for servicing of my vehicle but every time i get excuses. Its a breakdown & I cant take it to the service center. I have personally visited the service center twice but of no use. I don't understand how authorized service center doesn't have Technicians who can look after Customers. There is service center in Kalyan (where i live) also but they don't have Technician who can look after Kristal. Its extremely unacceptable behaviour & I am very disappointed.
