I have purchased M/C Bajaj Discover from Raja Motoers , Bathinda on finance from Bajaj Auto Finance. I have to pay installment of Rs 1835/- p.m. through bank and having suffuciant balance in bank on 08 of every month. In Jul and Aug 2013 , I have sufficient balance in my account No [protected] in State Bank of Patiala, Cantt Branch, Bathinda, Punjab but company has not produced the cheque in bank and asked me to deposit the installment in cash in Bathinda Bajaj Auto Finance Bathinda as company has unable to produce the cheque. I have deposited the same vide Receipt No AF22137873 of Book No 574789 dated 22 Jul 13 and Receipt No AF 22147310 dated 24 Aug 2013 Book No 575261. This causes harassment to me. Instead of having sufficient funds in my account I have to go to Bajaj Auto Finance for payment of installment. This time on 14 Sep 2013 I went to deposit the installment for the month of Sep 2013 the official said that you have to pay Rs 350/- as palenty for not having sufficient funds in your account. I Told them that from last 2 months your company is unable to produce the cheque in bank so that I have withdraw the money and came for cash payment. There staff did not cooperate me. However , I request them to take installment of Sep 2013 this time and in future I will keep sufficient balance in my account but responsibility of producing cheque will be of the Bajaj Auto Finance and will never come to pay the installment in cash. You are also requested to instruct the concerned company to do the need full. Thanks Amarjeet Singh Brar

    Dear sir, I am NAWFAL from trivandrum i bought pulser 220 at[protected] pioneer bajaj thiruvananthapuram. Unfortiunately same day night my bike headlight bulb broked. I inform bajaj service station they are change Only bulb. my new bike headlight compleate smoke and broking glass. They are told me very soon change Headlight but my first service left 2days before still day they didnt change my bike headlight. I am not Satisfaction in bajaj .       I have purchased my bike 2 years ago but in between I have sent it for repairing for only problem of battery discharge. It discharged every time, even service center has replaced it 2 times, but the same problem I am facing. Due to that my business work get stuck. Need a replacement of the bike. Its must otherwise it will frustrate me.

        Dear Sir, I Purchased Bajaj Discover 100cc Dts Bike From Bajaj Jigjampi belgaum . karnataka.in oct 2011 In the Beginning is ok. But not Good after 1st servicing a lot of problem started And i have ride only 18000km..
        1) Average only 54km
        2) chain sound Problem


        My Location Service People were not able to rectify this problem but nothing is positive, i even change the valve still it is same i even used to change the engine oil on every 1500km, i even hand over the bike to service agency to rectify the problem they did MTR & RTR and even did the trail test with 100ml bottle which they got 8.5km per 100ml i was un intention that i will get above 70kmpl but unfortunately i am getting 54kmpl to 56kmpl

        Sir Please Give me solution or advice what i have to do

        Dear sir,
        very sorry to inform you that I C.Arunkumar residing at no:74.mmg.nagar, karaikal-609602. purcheased a bike(discover) from your agent SRIRAM AUTO.KARAIKAL.PONDYCHERRY STATE.on loan purchease systom. all the EMI are already paid successfully and obtained RC book and spare key from your agaent at karaikal.further they should issue me the required NOC. unfortunate to inform you that these guys over here are cheating me with out issung NOC and they says that the above letter yet not received from pune office. I strongly belive that these guys are spoiling the name of your company.therefore I request you refer my loan account and send me the NOC letter directly to my address.my veichle registration is PY-02 D 9528.

        Bajaj Discover — Auto Loan Complaint

        I am Praveen Kumar from Delhi (najafgarh.). I have purchased a bike (Discover) from bajaj auto ltd on date 12 feb.2007. Regarding the payment in installment, dealer has agreed to collect installments from my mother’s account .My proposal number for loan is[protected].But due to your employee’s mistake they have send the check to the bank on my name and your company has got bounced cheque. After consulting with your responsible employee, they said it was their mistake and suggested me to write an application for collecting money from my home. I have sent the application to the concerned person, but nothing has done. Again the same problem continues and your staff has complained me for not getting the installment money. After reminding them about the written application, they said that the application has missed from their file. They have suggested me to write again another application which I have written and submited.But again nothing has done by your staff and after some time they have asked Rs13000 extra alongwith the installment. I have reminded them about the two applications and the loopholes in your working system. They again agreed that mistake has done from their side.

        Due to your mistakes and loopholes in your working system, I have wasted my lots of valuable time and money.Alongwith this, my whole family member became puzzled by your’s employee’s irresponsible behavior and attitude.

        Regarding this problem why I should not take this issue to the consumer court? I want clarification and the information about the steps, which will be taken by you at your own top management level to resolve this problem as soon as possible. If this problem will not taken seriously by your management, then you people will have to reply to the court.

          Dear sir/Mam,

          My name is Mrs. Lavanyakrishna. Iam staying in Chennai... We bought an Bajaj Kristal in the year 2007 august in the name of G. Rukmani ( My mother)... My BIKE No. is TN 22 AW 6237, Black colour.

          I want to service my Bike, but no the dealer is not willing to do service for this particular model. Even in the most popular dealers like Kivraj (Mount road) is also not interested to do service for this particular model. If this continuous where i will do my service?

          I complained to their customer care cell. They asked me few details like this "We are in receipt of your mail and noted the contents. We would request you to provide few details mentioned below so that our Service/Sales Team would get in touch with you.Contact No. - Mobile Nos" i also replied their questions. after that mail i didn't receive any mail from them. Again i mailed them that " Hello Team, Whts up? i Didn't receive any call from your side... Where should I do my Bajaj Kristal Bike service..." They said that "Sorry for the inconvenience. We have already forwarded your concern to the concern authority for further course of action & update on same." that's all.. That was the last mail i received from them. This transaction was happened from june 3rd to june 6th. now it is july 26 (2013).

          Please i have to do service my bike. please give me a solution for this problem. further what i want to do... please guide me....

            hi i have got avenger 220 its only for last 4 months i got this bike it was running absolutly fine but after the first service my bike started making some kind of noise which i reported to the suryoday in mira road i visited the showroom atleast 3-4 times and each time the mechanic over their just use to give assurance but they are too lazy and seems that they don't want to work or don't want to do their job every time i went to tell my problem they just keep on telling it will be taken care and i have to wait for a mechanic to check my bike for around 1hr and when i went their on 17/07/2013 the mechanic just told me i will not check the bike as its raining they just don't know how to talk to the customer. so i want some one higher to look in to it

            pls.................................check your service center corretly .if they are going there job correctly or not.i have a bike (bajaj 220) after 5th service in emrakulam.i have somany compliant (starting trouble, bike will of in running etc.).so pls check your servicing center are going correctly or not.

                  My bike Pulsar 150cc (2208 model) got damaged and I have given it to Hind Motors, Industrial area Phase 1, Chandigarh for repairs. The bike was handed over to the Hind motors workshop on 16th June 2013.
                  Today after 22 days, the bike is still not repaired. According to the Hind motors workshop the parts are unavailable. How can the parts of a model which is in regular production be unavailable?? How can Bajaj Auto leave the consumers in despair for the replacement parts?
                  According to the Hind motors workshop the parts are in backlog production. They also turned down my request of replacing the parts with parts supplied for new models. They citied that the 2013 model parts do not fit into the 2008 model.

                  Bajaj Motors (pulsar) — engine parts

                  Hi,

                  This is girish here.I have Purchased a Bike, Pulsar 150 From Shreeram Bajaj, thane.Within 15 days i saw that its engline wa leaking oil. So i called the Service department. so they give me 6 days later Appointment.I got my Bike Serviced.But it was leaking More. And the bike was making lots of noise after service. Even though it was leaking first , it was very Smooth, but after SERVICING it was very noise. So i had complained the Manager over there.he has promised me to change the cap. But i think they have changed some pars of Engine.Because it looks like old engine and some numbers are written on them.and the bike was there in the service centre for more than one and half day. i dont think it takes more than 4-5 hour for service even if there is service by appointment.lets see if it is done that ok .if not what sholud i do ?

                      I have Bought a BAJAJ PULSAR 150 from showroom on 26/04/2013 Registration next day i realized that when a pot hole or speed breaker of 4-5 inch at the speed of 10-15 KM/Hr comes in the way then the bike hits the ground and when i ride a pillion ride the literally i have to stand on my feet so that bike don't hit the ground some original accessories are fixed with self Adhesive tape i have shown this problem to the showroom works manager he said we cannot help you in this problem you have to complaint for this to Bajaj Auto we cannot help you in this matter. Please Help me in this problem.

                        THEY TRIED TO CHEAT ME BY REPLACING THE SPARE PARTS, AND THEY GAVE ME A BIKE WHICH IS ALREADY USED UP TO 20 KM, AND THEY DIDN'T PROVIDED ANY TEMPORARY REGISTRATION NUMBER, DUE TO THIS I WAS FINED AND WARNED FOR BOOKING A CASE ON ME, BY TRAFFIC POLICE DEPARTMENT, AS I DIDN'T HAD TEMP REGISTRATION NUMBER. AND I WANT SERIOUS ACTION TO BE TAKEN ON BAJAJ AUTO LTD.



                        PAYED FINE AND WARNED BY TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT, ME AND MY FAMILY STOOD ON THE ROAD FOR 2 HOURS ,AND WE LOST OUR PRESTIGE IN PUBLIC, EVERY ONE IS LAUGHING AT OUR FAMILY ON THE ROAD. I WANT A SEVERE ACTION TO BE TAKEN ON BAJAJ AUTO LTD ORGANIZATION.

                          I have avenger 220 black colur bike and i have very much like it but your technical support and services and also your all cables are not safe and your speedo meter cable worrest, why because i buy bike last year november , your speedo meter wire two times cut it.

                            Dear sir,

                            Nost respectfully I beg to say that,myself purchesed a Bajaj Discover,100cc bike from Bajaj and financed by bajaj auto finance also, in the mon. of Dec.5th,2012 last year.MY Loan amout stands Rs.38,000/-only,which must be payable within 16 emi monthwise.But at the begning of jan.2013 co's collections staff came inside my house and threat me bruthely, as- you have to pay monthly emi payments on dated 7th of each month,since 7th jan.2013,and us emi payments p.m will be Rs. 3100/- p.m.I tell him already that my emi amout is just Rs.2,451/-p.m and rue on 12th of each month,since jan.2013.They said what I tell u hear seriously,and don't use u's head,otherwise some mishappnings occoured with u, and no one either co. or anybody can assist u, because it's a co rules,and I am a very old staff[collection] departt. of the co.The rules of deductions of emi amout from u's account has been banned by R.B.I.
                            I already paid total 5 emi amount of Rs. 3100/- p.m,Total- Rs. 15,500/- for 5emi dues, and he had give me fake emi receipts,of last 5emi payments.I don't able to pay june emi.Rs. 3100////- on account of my mother's health probleams,being very serious,and huge amount of cash had been invested in her treatment to hospitals.COmpany's collections staff's threating me always,and they came in my home with group of 5-10peoples,after taklin drink,and creates unhumens beheviour.They come anytime,since 1st june upto 15th june.2013, they came around 30 to 35 times for cash recovery.
                            The name of that gunda's staff is Prabhat Singh[collection departtment,Dhanbad]
                            At last I requested u ,pls. kindly understand my situation and short out this probleams as soon as possible,For this I will EVER GRATEFUL TO U.

                              I have called to customer care no to Bajaj Finanace for my NOC & Form 35 not received after paid my all dues of Pulsar 150 Loan no.[protected]motorcycle). Customer care executive give me a complaint ID no '[protected] one weak ago. He said that i will received my NOC & Form 35 by speed post within 5 working days. Dated 10.06.2013 i received a msg. by Bajaj Finance my NOC & form 35 despatched to me by speed post vide EA[protected]IN. Still i have not recevied my NOC & Form 35. Pls let me know, how much time will take for this process and when i get my NOC & Form 35.

                                faulty service of brakes

                                Hi i am Rahul. I serviced my 2009 model Pulsar 180 in Jai Autos West Mambalam. I asked them to replace the Chain Sprocket assembly. i also asked them to replace the front and rear brake pads on their request. (the brakes were fine except for making a screeching noise when used. this happened for 4-5 days and they recomended me to replace the pads).

                                When I took delivery of my bike after the service, the front break got locked...

                                I had purchased my Bajaj Saffire in July 2003 in Gorakhpur and it was running quite ok.

                                I relocated to Lucknow in January 2007. However when it broke down recently in Lucknow and the BAJAJ service centre in Lucknow (Near Niralanagar)informed me that there are no spare parts available for the bike and they are no longer supplied by the company.

                                I checked with all the other service centres and got the same answer. I am having to junk my bike and buy a new one – this after just 4 yrs after buying the bike. They said that no spare parts has been available for Bajaj Saffire for the last 2 years.

                                1. Please advice if I should junk my scooter – just because spare parts are not being supplied for Bajaj Saffire?
                                2. This makes me wonder if I should buy the new scooter from Bajaj or not?
                                3. If junking is the only option – will Bajaj buy the scooter back from me?

                                I have been writing to you with the hope that you will forward this complaint to the relevant department or atleast respond to me. As you can see.

                                No one from Bajaj Auto has bothered to communicate with me to understand what the problem is and Why I am repeatedly sending emails.

                                I will wait for a response from your side for a few more days. After that I will junk my Bajaj Saffire bike.

                                Please rest assured that I will NEVER buy another BAJAJ bike/scooter and will have horror stories to say about your customer service to one and all.

                                hi, , , i m Ravi verma from near modinagar (Ghazibad), i m not satishfied by nakul moters service & behavior near modinagar ghaziabad u.p. because i was buy the bike pulsar 150cc from nakul agency near modinagar bt agency owner is not gud person my bike is accident then i do claim insurence company but insurence company is clear the claim (head of the engen[protected].. i m deposite the bike in[protected] bt bjaj owner r not paid the service. i have gone many time and gave many request bt he is not accept he say that company r not ready the head of engen so nhi kr pa rha hu agr maine usse request kre ki mai other bajaj agency se saman la du to usne kha mai kisi bajaj company ko nhi janta hu so i have very disturbed that agency after that i send the mail if ab bhi muje koi responce nhi milta hai, i determined that aj ke bad mai bajaj ki bike nhi purchaid nhi kruga or nhi apni family or frnds mai kisi so advised duga kyoki mare family mai bjaj ki 11 bikes hai jisme we were belive the bjaj company bike pr tha bt ab ut cuka hai because we r very disturbe the nakul moter services, , we r not satishfied by yhe nakul moters service modinagar ghaziabad u.p. they r not satisfied to the customer that owner of agency ke they r not paid the gud service my bike no -up14 ap 2315 Ragistration date 5 mar-2008 my contect no [protected], [protected], , , pl, s request sir

                                  My name is Rakesh Reddiwar. I have pulsar 220 purchased 8 months back. My bike have the issue with front disk. It gets heated so much that it gives burning smell. I have shown it to several bajaj service centres for the same issue, they never told me the problem. everytime they just cleaned and said now it is ok.

                                  Some parts are also changed by them and the still the issue is not resolved. I am facing this issue since 3 months. I have opened the ticket with bajaj, even then my issue is not addresed. Case # 127629. They keep giving rubbish answers, like it is given to area manager or regional manager. However there is no contact from there side. Service centre people called me after the complaint but they were not able to resolve my issue.

                                    Myself debendra kumbhar.I purchased a pulsar 150cc bike of black color having chassis no. MD2-A11-CZ2CCJ49363 & Engine no. DHZ-CCJ-45161 from LAXMI AUTO Bargarh on 22nd Jan.2013.The engine oil is leaking from engine continuously.Three times repair has been done.But it hasn't been check out.I want to replace the engine but the dealer is not listening.please look into the matter and solve the problem.Thank U.

                                    Bajaj Automobiles — faulty engine

                                    Hi,

                                    No one is keeping their phones 24hrs with them, only once I received your call and I missed that call. I made call back and had a talk with Mr.Gopal and he said Mr.Ajay Kulkarni will get back to me on mail, thereafter no calls or mails. How can youu close a case without attending or solving the issue? My complaint was registered on 4th of this month no action has taken from your end. I am not able use my vehicle since u provided me a faulty one. Earlier I sent a mail seeking Explanation for the same. I[censored] can't solve or rectify your problem u may provide with reason. or else you may please replace my vehicle. Its very dangerous to ride since the engine gets off during ride on High ways, If anything happens to me you will be responsible. From the beginning you people used to drag this issue, but it never comes to an end. I don't believe in visiting your service center again & again, will you compensate me for the time and the leaves taken by me?.
                                    Next time please don't say customer was not picking up the phone and close the case. You may clarify with Mr.Gopal whether I called him back or not.

                                    Please let me know the status of Reference Number is ' CR- 94109 '.
                                    1* because;not providing good service to the customer.

                                      Hello.. I have a Bajaj Platina bike which purchased on finance from Bajaj Auto finance on 24/12/2012. Loan # L2WBAN02166509. Due to some personal problems i didn't made the installment payment for the month of May 2013. Collection office Rajesh from Bajaj auto finance had call me on 24th of this month and started abusing. I told him that i cant make the payment for this month, and ready to pay with penalty on next month first week. But he still abusing. Because his bad behavior i even told him to come and recover the bike from my home. I called customer care to escalate this issue.                                       Bajaj Platina byke — Loan recovery completed

                                      I took Platina in Sep.2006 with Bajaj finance. Vehicle No.AP15S 9792. Purchased at Mhi Bajaj, Godavarikhani. I repaid all the monthly instalments(EMI) till Sep.2008. But till now I did not receive registration card, key and necessary documents. Please do the needful.
