The service rendered by Manickam Showroom which is Okkiayam Thuraipakkam, OMR road, Chennai is pathetic and there is no customer service. The vehicle was not cleaned properly - it was full of stains and grease, even the handle, seat, the petrol tank were not cleaned. I doubt whether the vehicle was washed. The responses were not proper though the bill amount came up to Rs 3000/- The mechanics were quite laid back and did not discharge their responsibilities properly. I have never seen an authorized bajaj service center like this in my 15 year relationship with Bajaj at various cities. Please have it checked and get it out of your service center list. The hopes that i had with Bajaj got shattered seeing such a shoddy servicing done. Regards, Vinay Rao =

      there is some issue regarding loos of gears and handle nut bolts
      but service not done properly gear loose problem remains and some noise generated from back tyre

              Dear sir,
              I have purchased a new bajaj pulsar 150 as on 01/04/2014. I have purchased it from anjar - Kutch who have given me invoice issued by GK Bajaj - Bhuj Kutch. Till now my bike has run only 410 km. Yesterday when i was coming with my family, there was a puncture in rear wheel, after toying my bike to 1.5 km when Tyre was opened by puncture maker, we have shocked. We found that there was an old tube fitted in the rear wheel having very bad conditions with 9 to 10 stickers. They had done big cheating with me. I have a doubt that they had replaced a tube of front wheel also and they had also replaced spare parts of the new bike as from the beginning, there is a some issue in its chain wheel as it shouting while driving. I have also made complain for it during the first service of the bike but it continue..

              When I have made complaint, they asked that they will repair issue of chain but they cant do anything for tyre tubes..!!!

              Why should i get repaired..? If they have changed original parts then it is a big cheating with customer..

              Its their responsibility to replace all the spare parts which have been changed by them in my new bike.. This is an open and pure cheating with customers which should be come to the eyes of public..

              This matter should be checked in detail and all the responsible person should be punished strongly.. I will go for legal matter...

                      Hello, This is Suhail Mujavar owner of Bajaj Kristal. My vehicle is been unused since 3 4 months since i was abroad. Since I came 2 months back I have been following up with Kanchan Bajaj, (Address: Kalyan - Badlapur Rd, Saibaba Nagar, Shanti Nagar, Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra 421003) for servicing of my vehicle but every time i get excuses. Its a breakdown & I cant take it to the service center. I have personally visited the service center twice but of no use. I don't understand how authorized service center doesn't have Technicians who can look after Customers. There is service center in Kalyan (where i live) also but they don't have Technician who can look after Kristal. Its extremely unacceptable behaviour & I am very disappointed.                         Before 4 months I took my pulsar200ns to service there which I go accident ed and they repaired it i paid they the bill of 7500rs and they gave me an handwritten bill for which i asked a computrised bill they said they have some system problems, so i paid and took my bike now for 4th sevice i took my bike to v.s.g bajaj where i initially bought my bike yesterday sudenly they jus called me nw and they are saying tht i didn pay the last service amount so my job card doesnt closed. i mean this is emabaressing to my image in my own town. iam seriously hurt by thier actions and i want to file a complaint against THEM..

                          I venkata siva harikrishna, as already spoke with you twice when you are in Kerala and day before yesterday regarding of your collection agents miss behaviour and unparliamentarian language.

                          simply he is night 10pm and 11pm with drinking and using language SEND YOUR WIFE TO MY BED FOR YOUR EMI WRITTEN OFF, I WILL [censored] YOUR MOTHER ETC..., ETC, ., this is type of language he is using along with his some friends also speaking like that way, so at last i filled complaint against them in vijayawada, , , this is your reference iam giving you the information and complaint,

                          4 months ago i was shifted to vijayawada from bangalore.., and there is some problem with my icici a/c which i have given you for ECS OF EMI RS. 2165/-.

                          so what iam asking if you will transfer my file from bangalore to vijayawada is also ok, otherwise if you want vehicle i will surrender you at vijayawada,
                          else please change my bank ECS CUTTING A/C FROM ICICI TO SBI .. OTHERWISE I WILL GO FULL SETTLEMENT AT VIJAYAWADA IF THEY GIVE MY NOC OF VEHICLE...

                          but before i want to see take some action against mr.venkat, other wise i will take personally.., and file a case against in the consumer court..,
                          so please tell what should i do...

                              Dear Bajaj Team,

                              I was having lot of faith and trust on Bajaj Automobiles from my childhood I was dreaming about the Bajaj Bikes but when my dream comes true I got to know that I was wrong now I am coming on my issue.
                              The issue is that I Purchased New Discover 125ST on 9th october 2013 in blue color (Chasis no-MD2A37CZXDPC60303) (Engine No - JEZPDC28595) from Arora Motors at ballabgarh, Faridabad-121004 and Vehicle no- HR29 AF2905 registered with the name of Rahul Sharma first of all it is Defected Model Agency gave to me the defect is( Headlight Adjustment).
                              Second issue is the average of the Bike. As per Bajaj the average of this bike is 65KMPL so at least this bike needs to give me the average of 50-55 KM but it is giving me the average of just 35-37KMPL.
                              Last Week I gave this bike for service on the same service center and I raised the same complain whichever I raised on the last services also that is Average. but after that service the average of the bike goes down from 35-37 to 30KMPL as I measured which is most unssafied factor for me.
                              The other Problems like whenever I am riding my bike at the average speed of 45-55 suddenly the gears are not working so it is very dangerous in between the road while you were riding it in the main lane.

                              These are the problems whose solution I havent got yet from the Authorised service center also.

                              Kindly look into this and interven because I dnot want to loose my trust and faith from Bajaj..

                                  i have purchased the bajaj discover100M from R V bajaj mysore road on 17th may 2014.When i was getting vehicle it was heavy rain and i dint notice any noise but evening when i was riding the bike with my daughter she noticed some metal hitting noise from back side. when i called the sales man he said their might be chain loose go to any nearest service center or if you are coming to this side we will do it. next day i did pooja for my brand new vehicle and left for office, when i am leaving office again their was problem with stater i was unable to start the vehicle through auto or kick start. i was fully sweating by kicking the vehicle at last it started. again I called Sarvesh the R V Bajaj show room manager he told me to go to kalyani bajaj service center next day since it was sunday which is at mechri circle. today i.e 19th may 2014 after two days from the date of purchase technician is opened the bike parts and shocked by noticing that chain was cut at four sides so it was giving sound. IT IS VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTING THAT WHEN YOU BUY NEW VEHICLE AND GO TO REPAIR FOR NEXT DAY AND WAITE FOR HOUR TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM. I NEED CASH REFUND FOR THIS VEHICLE OR I WILL GO TO CONSUMER COURT FOR YOUR NEGLIGENCE .WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPED TO MY FAMILY IF SOMETHING HAPPENED TO ME ? i LOST TRUST ON BAJAJ.                                       All installment given to BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE. After that company had given to us RC Copy of bike. Already we have given all installment to the company. And legal receipts also we have. But company had not updated amount in account summary. And showing wrong status in company accounts report. Regarding this process we visited lots of time. But still solution not came out. And BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE Has a policy always they provide RC original copy after paying all installment. But we required NOC CERTIFICATE ALSO. But this department always making excuses again and again. I have visited lots of time there and invested money also for my travelling to those department kota to Pune again again but they have no record. And I have all kind of proofs behalf of my bike NOC CERTIFICATE.
                                      I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST YOU KINDLY SOT OUT TIS PROBLEM ASAP. AND PROVIDE ME REMBUSMENT WITCH I INVEST BEHALF OF THIS PROCESS.
