Dear Sir/Madam on 21st November 2012, i bought a Bajaj Pulsar 135 Bike with Chassis No.MD2JDJDZZUCJ8737Z 7 Engine No. JEGBUJ39411 is name of Misses Nirmala Srivastava at resdence Village:-Jalalpur, Post:-Katauna, District:- Varanasi-221208, for 68226/-(Sixty Eight Thousands Two Hundred Twenty Six Rupees Only) on which first down payment Rs. 28000/-(Twenty Eight Thousand Rupees Only) paid on 21st November 2012 receipt no.144 & balancing amount finance by bajaj Auto Finance Rs. 54000/- (Fifty Four Thousand Rupees Only) against the Loan my EMI was 1968/- (One Hundred Sixty Eight Only) of 32months. Already, I have been paid 7 EMI (1968*7=13776/-) with forecloser amount Rs. 38000/- (Thirty Eight Thousand) on dated 22nd January 2013 receipt No.024 to Vishal Agency Pindar Sub Dealer o[censored]day Bajaj Manduadih & Behalf Of Atal Automobile Sindhora Sub Dealer o[censored]day Bajaj Manduadih & Rs. 3263/- (Three Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Three) on Dated 03rd May 2013 to Atal Automobile. I am disappointed that your authorized registered dealer Atal Automobile Sindhora sub dealer o[censored]day Bajaj manduadih has not paid my forecloser amount 41263/- (Forty One Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Three) to Bajaj Auto Finance Limited against my Loan Proposal No.L2WVAR02109793.

      I had a problem in bike which made some unusual sound while riding and after 3 compaints and services the problem stii remains and after last service i have additional problems added to previous one. When called i recieved a very bad response from a manager there.

        There is something that I would like to bring into your notice and hence acquire your help to guide me through/out with something. Complaint: Defective bike from Bajaj. I have purchased a Pulsar 200NS from Kalyani Bajaj located at Mekri Circle in Bangalore in the month of June 2013 on an EMI. I’ve picked up this bike on Loan and the loan is from ‘Bajaj Finance’. So, continuing the story! I paid an amount between Rs.50, 000-53, 000 as an Down payment and paying an amount Rs.5, 667 per month and the tenurity of this loan is of 10 months. I’ve covered up 6 months till now (Oct) and there is another 4 months left to this. Since the time I’ve picked up this bike I have been facing some or the other issues from the day 1. The problem are briefly described as below: My Carburetor had some kind of leakage for which I had to rush to Bajaj and was charged for the same even though my bike was or rather IS IN warranty. Then my bike started producing jarring (vibrations) from the front till the back and I visited them again, they did some kind-of alterations like adding up some additional rubber and fixing it here and there and accusing me of my wrong riding style. And now more than that looking fixed, looks really ugly! Then every week I had to visit them again as my Engine would leak oil often and then they would charge me again and again for that over and over again. There were and is issues with the fork and they just keep tightening up the screws and blah blah for temporary purpose and hand it over to me and again the next day same thing happens again. They (service-men) say this part, that part needs to be replaced and for one small part I need to wait for 12-15days as they never have any stocks available with them I recently got in touch with Mr. Kiran Naik “Service GM” and he said he would do the best he can. He asked me to drop my bike the last week for a day (that I did) and said the problem will be rectified for sure, which as usual never happened. I visited him again the next day and he requested me to leave my bike on the 7th Oct 2013 (today). I went to bajaj around 4 and had a check on my bike. What I see there was amazing!! My bike is lying down at one corner with nothing done (not even washed) and the technician said “Sir, It’s all done”. I could see break spring and other things just hanging out and all. Please there are lot many issues/incidents that I can describe you of these guys from my previous bike and my present bike. I need your help and support to get me out of this harassment from them and relieve me from this “defected bike” of theirs.           Dear Sir, I have purchased a new Bajaj pulsar 220 on 10 May 2013 Bike No ( MH-03-BM-2053) right from the day i have purchased i am facing many issues with the bike, in the second month itself my both the rear Shokers Absorbers failed because of which there was a continous noise from behind which the service center ( Shree Ram Bajaj Narayan Nagar Ghatkopar East ) said that we will replace it I accepted that time and after 12 days i got the shokers replaced but still the rear noise has not gone since the first service i had the handle noise and play problem which they said it will be resolved by making some settings in it this setting was done by them almost four time after every 10 days i use to literally leave my work and waste my entire day by leaving the bike there there is a continuous fearing vibration right from the day i have purchased the bike which is still not resolved and the most important problem which i am facing till now is the gear shifting and the gear box noise on continuous basis this problem was shared with them since the first service of the bike but they said we have made the necessary setting but still the problem is not resolved after telling them continuously, they have changed the gear shifter but after changing the gear shifter also the problem is still not resolved and top of that a new problem has raised, the engine sound has increased and the power of the bike has dipped and there is a continuous noise from the engine which can be easily recognized, by any one while riding from such a new bike and the fearing noise is still there which is literally irritating while riding the bike also when I go double seat this bike has a body balancing issue which i have been sharing with the service center since the first service there is a body imbalance and vibration problem when you take the bike at the speed of 60 and beyond that as i am a soft rider i have never driven this bike beyond a speed of 70. hence forth now i am really not at all satisfied with this bike because every now and then the bike has some or other issue which is never resolved till date and the bike is only 6500 km Driven that too locally this time i am not gonna accept this bike as I have completely lost the originality of the engine sound power pickup and the feel of riding because of all these repairing by the service center people again and again. I have not paid the amount for repairing this bike every now and then leaving my work and keep on wasting my time on this new bike. List of Problems. 1) Fearing Noise 2) T- Noise and Play 3) Gear Shifting problem and Gear noise 4) Rear Noise 5) Body Vibration 6) Body Viable when double seat 7) No Pickup when Double Seat Above are the list of issues, Thus I want the Entire Bike to be replaced or else i want my Money back immediately.and this this i am not gonna compromise on any thing and I want this to be done on extreme priority, or else i would go beyond a limit this time to get my money back, and sort it out Request you to do the needful immediately, Regards, Kiran Kumble ([protected])

            Sir i have bought new bike bajaj pulsar 180 it hanst passed 2 months and engine is sounding very badly even i never drove it more that 70 to 80 kmpl speed and engine oil is leaks many time during standing position of my bike and its sounds very badly engine barrings are rubbing each other it has got first service on 725 km reading and second one is having time to do so sir i requested you too please do under come my problem as soon as you can i have trusted this bajaj pulsar so i have planned to buy it plz sir.               I had purchased bajaj pulsar 150 on 11/11/2012 from M/s roshan bajaj,udaipur.After sometimes i felt there is noise inside the engine.I told this problem to M/s roshan bajaj service centre but he said it's normal sound of bajaj pulsar.I told him again this problem in 3rd servicing but again he said me the same and didn't solve my engine related problem.After 3rd servicing this problem increased then i told my problem again to M/s roshan bajaj and M/s roshan bajaj technician checked my vehicle and found everything is ok but there is problem in engine.So i want to replace my vehicle engine because M/s roshan bajaj sold me defective engine and after my complaint he didn't solve my problem.I registered my complaint to bajaj auto customer court but they didn't give me positive response.Finally i insist to knock your door so please give justice with me.

              My name is santosh singh from udaipur, rajasthan.I had purchased bajaj pulsar 150 on date 13/11/2012 from the dealer M/S Roshan Bajaj, Udaipur(Rajasthan) which has the registeration no.RJ 27 SY 6507.Presently its running km is 8000 KM.Initially bike gave nice performance but very soonI got some fault from bike.I heard a noise from the engine it's like knocking of the engine.I got all the service time to time from roshan bajaj service centre, udaipur(Rajasthan).During the time of second service I told to service advisor for that sound but then he refused the complain and told that it's a natural noise of the engine and he didn't register my complain on job card.After second service I heard that sound continously from the engine.During third service again I complaint that probleto service advisor and this time he registered my complain on job card and did some kind of repairing which i don't know and bike handedover to me.After 2 das of third service noise from the engine suddenly increased then i went to same dealer and asked about the problem.Now that time he told me that we have to overhaul the engine after that we will find the fault so i left bike on service centre and tole him to wait for my instruction.After few days bajaj auto ltd service engineer called me and explained me about warranty terms and condition then I had agreed to work on engine but I offered him all jobs on engine will performed in front of me and he agreed with my request but he disassembled the engine and after inspecting again assembled the engine without discussing me and after they have inspected and checked the engine then called me to take my bike to home.When i inspected from outside it's looks like the engine was inspected without discussing me so i refused to take bike and left at bajaj service centre.Then I did complain to bajaj auto customer care but they didn't give me responsible answer then after facing this problem from last month i did complain to you against bajaj auto ltd. on 23/09/2013 and you have forwarded my message to bajaj auto ltd and gave instruction to me to wait some time for bajaj auto ltd call.After that bajaj auto ltd service engineer called me and said I am going to repair your bike and you take your bike after repairing then I said to him you have already inspected the engine without discussing me, I will not accept that engine.I want to engine replacement then he said we have not performed any job on engine then i said i already inspected my vehicle and found you have inspected the engine without discussing me then he said you can go to consumer court I will never replace your vehicle engine.So here I am attaching the job cards which i have got from roshan bajaj and i request you to solve my problem as soon as possible and take necessary action against bajaj auto ltd.I request to you to give justice with me.

                I have purchased Motor Cycle Bajaj Discover from Raja Motors, Bathinda, financing with Bajaj Auto Mobiles. My Installment is Rs 1835/- this amount I have to keep in my bank account No [protected], even I had sufficient funds in my account and company makes a phone call to deposit the installment in cash in their Bathinda Office. However, in the month of Sep 2013 I, withdraw Rs 1835/- from bank and went to Bajaj Auto Finance for depositing of installment of Rs 1835/- Instead of depositing the amount the said you have to pay a palanty of Rs 350/- stating that you have not sufficient funds in your account of 08 of Sep 2013. In view of the above you are requested to waive off the amount of Rs 350/- and in future company may please be instructed to withdraw the amount from my bank account only and I will not ask to pay the installment cash. If I have to pay the installment of Rs 1835/- by cash I may not be asked to pay the palanty in future. Please confirm before due date i.e. 08 Oct 2013 Regards Amarjeet Singh Brar

                  i was puchress new bike discover 100 T on 10/06/13 have more problem i have get 58 lit/km on highway ,morning self start & kik start was not working, in running position engine was stop also vibrate this bike on highway
                  i have complaint more time on service centre but they was not solve my problem last 45 days i m goning evrytime on service centre but they was say bike is ok

                    I have purchased M/C Bajaj Discover from Raja Motoers , Bathinda on finance from Bajaj Auto Finance. I have to pay installment of Rs 1835/- p.m. through bank and having suffuciant balance in bank on 08 of every month. In Jul and Aug 2013 , I have sufficient balance in my account No [protected] in State Bank of Patiala, Cantt Branch, Bathinda, Punjab but company has not produced the cheque in bank and asked me to deposit the installment in cash in Bathinda Bajaj Auto Finance Bathinda as company has unable to produce the cheque. I have deposited the same vide Receipt No AF22137873 of Book No 574789 dated 22 Jul 13 and Receipt No AF 22147310 dated 24 Aug 2013 Book No 575261. This causes harassment to me. Instead of having sufficient funds in my account I have to go to Bajaj Auto Finance for payment of installment. This time on 14 Sep 2013 I went to deposit the installment for the month of Sep 2013 the official said that you have to pay Rs 350/- as palenty for not having sufficient funds in your account. I Told them that from last 2 months your company is unable to produce the cheque in bank so that I have withdraw the money and came for cash payment. There staff did not cooperate me. However , I request them to take installment of Sep 2013 this time and in future I will keep sufficient balance in my account but responsibility of producing cheque will be of the Bajaj Auto Finance and will never come to pay the installment in cash. You are also requested to instruct the concerned company to do the need full. Thanks Amarjeet Singh Brar

I inform bajaj service station they are change Only bulb. my new bike headlight compleate smoke and broking glass. They are told me very soon change Headlight but my first service left 2days before still day they didnt change my bike headlight. I am not Satisfaction in bajaj . It discharged every time, even service center has replaced it 2 times, but the same problem I am facing. Due to that my business work get stuck. Need a replacement of the bike.                           Dear Sir, I Purchased Bajaj Discover 100cc Dts Bike From Bajaj Jigjampi belgaum . karnataka.in oct 2011 In the Beginning is ok. But not Good after 1st servicing a lot of problem started And i have ride only 18000km..
                          1) Average only 54km
                          2) chain sound Problem


                          My Location Service People were not able to rectify this problem but nothing is positive, i even change the valve still it is same i even used to change the engine oil on every 1500km, i even hand over the bike to service agency to rectify the problem they did MTR & RTR and even did the trail test with 100ml bottle which they got 8.5km per 100ml i was un intention that i will get above 70kmpl but unfortunately i am getting 54kmpl to 56kmpl

                          Dear sir,
                          very sorry to inform you that I C.Arunkumar residing at no:74.mmg.nagar, karaikal-609602. purcheased a bike(discover) from your agent SRIRAM AUTO.KARAIKAL.PONDYCHERRY STATE.on loan purchease systom. all the EMI are already paid successfully and obtained RC book and spare key from your agaent at karaikal.further they should issue me the required NOC. unfortunate to inform you that these guys over here are cheating me with out issung NOC and they says that the above letter yet not received from pune office. I strongly belive that these guys are spoiling the name of your company.therefore I request you refer my loan account and send me the NOC letter directly to my address.my veichle registration is PY-02 D 9528.

                          Bajaj Discover — Auto Loan Complaint

                          I am Praveen Kumar from Delhi (najafgarh.). I have purchased a bike (Discover) from bajaj auto ltd on date 12 feb.2007. Regarding the payment in installment, dealer has agreed to collect installments from my mother’s account .My proposal number for loan is[protected].But due to your employee’s mistake they have send the check to the bank on my name and your company has got bounced cheque. After consulting with your responsible employee, they said it was their mistake and suggested me to write an application for collecting money from my home. I have sent the application to the concerned person, but nothing has done. Again the same problem continues and your staff has complained me for not getting the installment money. After reminding them about the written application, they said that the application has missed from their file. They have suggested me to write again another application which I have written and submited.But again nothing has done by your staff and after some time they have asked Rs13000 extra alongwith the installment. I have reminded them about the two applications and the loopholes in your working system. They again agreed that mistake has done from their side.

                          Due to your mistakes and loopholes in your working system, I have wasted my lots of valuable time and money.Alongwith this, my whole family member became puzzled by your’s employee’s irresponsible behavior and attitude.

                          Regarding this problem why I should not take this issue to the consumer court? I want clarification and the information about the steps, which will be taken by you at your own top management level to resolve this problem as soon as possible. If this problem will not taken seriously by your management, then you people will have to reply to the court.

                            My name is Mrs. Lavanyakrishna. Iam staying in Chennai... We bought an Bajaj Kristal in the year 2007 august in the name of G. Rukmani ( My mother)... My BIKE No. is TN 22 AW 6237, Black colour.

                            I want to service my Bike, but no the dealer is not willing to do service for this particular model. Even in the most popular dealers like Kivraj (Mount road) is also not interested to do service for this particular model. If this continuous where i will do my service?

                            I complained to their customer care cell. They asked me few details like this "We are in receipt of your mail and noted the contents. We would request you to provide few details mentioned below so that our Service/Sales Team would get in touch with you.Contact No. - Mobile Nos" i also replied their questions. after that mail i didn't receive any mail from them. Again i mailed them that " Hello Team, Whts up? i Didn't receive any call from your side... Where should I do my Bajaj Kristal Bike service..." They said that "Sorry for the inconvenience. We have already forwarded your concern to the concern authority for further course of action & update on same." that's all.. That was the last mail i received from them.                               hi i have got avenger 220 its only for last 4 months i got this bike it was running absolutly fine but after the first service my bike started making some kind of noise which i reported to the suryoday in mira road i visited the showroom atleast 3-4 times and each time the mechanic over their just use to give assurance but they are too lazy and seems that they don't want to work or don't want to do their job every time i went to tell my problem they just keep on telling it will be taken care and i have to wait for a mechanic to check my bike for around 1hr and when i went their on 17/07/2013 the mechanic just told me i will not check the bike as its raining they just don't know how to talk to the customer. so i want some one higher to look in to it

                              pls.................................check your service center corretly .if they are going there job correctly or not.i have a bike (bajaj 220) after 5th service in emrakulam.i have somany compliant (starting trouble, bike will of in running etc.).so pls check your servicing center are going correctly or not.

                                    My bike Pulsar 150cc (2208 model) got damaged and I have given it to Hind Motors, Industrial area Phase 1, Chandigarh for repairs. The bike was handed over to the Hind motors workshop on 16th June 2013.
                                    Today after 22 days, the bike is still not repaired. According to the Hind motors workshop the parts are unavailable. How can the parts of a model which is in regular production be unavailable?? How can Bajaj Auto leave the consumers in despair for the replacement parts?
                                    According to the Hind motors workshop the parts are in backlog production. They also turned down my request of replacing the parts with parts supplied for new models. They citied that the 2013 model parts do not fit into the 2008 model.

                                    Bajaj Motors (pulsar) — engine parts

                                    Hi,

                                    This is girish here.I have Purchased a Bike, Pulsar 150 From Shreeram Bajaj, thane.Within 15 days i saw that its engline wa leaking oil. So i called the Service department. so they give me 6 days later Appointment.I got my Bike Serviced.But it was leaking More. And the bike was making lots of noise after service. Even though it was leaking first , it was very Smooth, but after SERVICING it was very noise. So i had complained the Manager over there.he has promised me to change the cap. But i think they have changed some pars of Engine.Because it looks like old engine and some numbers are written on them.and the bike was there in the service centre for more than one and half day. i dont think it takes more than 4-5 hour for service even if there is service by appointment.lets see if it is done that ok .if not what sholud i do ?

                                        I have Bought a BAJAJ PULSAR 150 from showroom on 26/04/2013 Registration next day i realized that when a pot hole or speed breaker of 4-5 inch at the speed of 10-15 KM/Hr comes in the way then the bike hits the ground and when i ride a pillion ride the literally i have to stand on my feet so that bike don't hit the ground some original accessories are fixed with self Adhesive tape i have shown this problem to the showroom works manager he said we cannot help you in this problem you have to complaint for this to Bajaj Auto we cannot help you in this matter. Please Help me in this problem.
