Dear Sir,

I Had purchased bajaj pulsur 150 just one month before from indore rukmany auto. and from very begening i am facing bubling problem in front wheel.i had visited the showroom several time to rectify the problem but there is no any improvement in vehicle.it looks like the vehicle was defacted whish was sold to me without any QC check.kindly help me out asap.

    my bike from firrt day was giving out a scratching sound from the rear disc breaks which was tried to solve for 3 times by the service centres wherein the prolem gets rectified and starts doing the same thing in 4 to 5 days. And finally not the mono shockupser has gone faulty. The shockupser is non existent, all the liquid from the shock has leacked and all thishas happened within one year of purchacing the bike and problems are getting worse and worse and all this within one year of purchacing the vehicle (8000Km) . I understand that bike can go faulty if i damage it but this is a mechanical/part failure so please look into the matter or else ill have to register an official co mplaint about the same.

      All installment given to BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE. After that company had given to us RC Copy of bike. Already we have given all installment to the company. And legal receipts also we have. But company had not updated amount in account summary. And showing wrong status in company accounts report. Regarding this process we visited lots of time. But still solution not came out. And BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE Has a policy always they provide...

      I bought Discover 100 from Sri Autos Coimbatore.They are not giving me the Registration Copy of my bike. If i ask them they are not responding properly. They are dragging the days by telling will give in another week and another week and its going on till date. I lost the hope on both the dealer and the company. I cannot even take my bike out on road.

        Dear sir, This is to inform you that, i am having my new pulsar 200ns bike purchased in november 2013. But about 40 days back i have faced battery problem, so i given that bike to Kamat bajaj, Udupi. since 40 days bike is lying in service station only, now they are asking me that i have to pay 2, 000rs extra for that battery. Now am asking where is your 3 years warranty for battery, and why i have to pay for that battery. pls reply asap. regards, Manish [protected]
        Hello Sir/Madam, As i purchased pulsar 150cc black two wheeler on 17/05/2014 8.30pm at that time vehicle is not available in ambattur branch so the executive get one vehicle from anna nagar branch and hand over to me, within one week my bike registered RTO office in poonamalle branch at that time i noticed the invoice copy of engine no, chase no, of my bike manufactured in cocktail red color but i have black pulsar .I asked showroom executive this is totally different from manufacture color is it ok, he told it is normally done in our branch. that time i didn't realize. My bike battery also changed like that, last month onwards i got self-starting problem in my bike, i gone to exide battery service center today 11/02/2015, he checked and told battery is gone but i dint replace this battery, this is not a genuine or original battery, this is trade battery some one claim the battery and fix into my bike in delivery time itself. So you get the invoice copy of the claim battery then only i replace the battery. Every body purchase new product then how it happen, its simply irritating .someone used product install in bike and give warranty in original style(that also useless). Today again i asked the showroom manager but no response he told to check data of my bike it may take one week. But i have invoice copy of truck and battery warranty in manual book, and exide report .

          Today morning while driving my Discover 125 CC Bike I unable to neutral the gear and also unable to shift the gear I took my bike to Showroom where I purchased. After diagnosing the service engineer said that need to change the gear and it costs up to 2000 rupees. I dont know how it come like this. I think the engine components are not in good quality in Bajaj Auto. I need good resolution for my bike and me.             Dear Sir/Madam, Pulsar 150 black TN 42 J3393 I'm Bhagavathi, I have purchased before 4 months bajaj pulsar 150. I'm told in 1th, 2nd service the bike ENGINE is sounded very highly and also sometimes whenever i'm using 4th to 5th gear vibrated and make some sound but i'm not satisfaction service is very bad. In also free service including some extra billing amount.. In two free service i'm not satisfaction service is very bad and also no responding .

              I have a bajaj chetak wonder gear scooter. This scooter has got problem in its gear shift. Which is due to its gear box. And the major problem is that its gear box & other sapare parts are not available at any bajaj auto agencies. I request to send all the spares of the scooter at all agencies.                 This is our first Bajaj bike and i researched a lot and bought the avenger 220 on nov-30th-2013. and it was running ok initially however after the FIRST SERVICE the engine condition has gone worse ...Feel like i pushing it to the complete limit in just 50 km/ph...You know when you have reached a maximun speed limit of the bike and you are still pushing the accelerator to go beyond limit ...this is exacty how it sound and runs when i am only at 40KM/PH ... And also there is so much vibration and it definetely does not sound or runs like a new bike . When i accelearate a little bit in any gear it feels like i am forcing the bike to hard . I thought the engine performance becomes smoother after teh first service but it got worse. I dont know if its my bike or the service center (mettuguda, Hyderabad) service center are not trained to handle a 220 avenger. But i am very dissappointed and frustrated if this issue is not resolved i am never in my life coming back to Bajaj ...My 3 year old honda UNicorn runs better than this 1 month old bike. i has already sent an complaint to to bajaj through their website and NO reponse ...Tried calling their customer care number on their website and been on hold for 30 minutes (waiting for next avilable agent ) and no answer. Any suggestion or advice from bajaj would be really appreaciated

                  To, bajaj auto bike avenger, 220 Here im going to complaint for my new bike avenger220 because of whenever im riding a my bike then the bike ENGINE is sounded very highly and also whenever im using gear them the gear is very like a vibrate u knw wht i mean then.                     Hi, I am sanjay wankhede, i have purchased a Bajaj Wave in the yr 2005, from the two year i have sufffering to repair this vevicle and near about above 25000/- i expence on this vehicle for repairing, it is very difficult to search the parts of this vehicle.my vehicle engine, carborator, oil tanks is in good condition its ok, but the other parts like the fibres parts, booshings, gear box, accelerator wires, break wires, etc. If i have inquired that the company has stopped the production of Bajaj Wave and now the parts are not available. This is really a bad situation for middle class man to purchase another vehicle for this day to day life. Even if the Company stopped the production, it should at least produce the parts which is really useful for people who own the same vehicle. the mechanics always telling me "this vehicle is send to Bhangaar Baazar" but why i should send? if the company does not producing the parts, at least make the exchange offers for purchasing other vehicle from bajaj. if you have any information send me on this mail- wankhede.[protected]@gmail.com

                          I had a problem in bike which made some unusual sound while riding and after 3 compaints and services the problem stii remains and after last service i have additional problems added to previous one. When called i recieved a very bad response from a manager there.

                            There is something that I would like to bring into your notice and hence acquire your help to guide me through/out with something. Complaint: Defective bike from Bajaj. I have purchased a Pulsar 200NS from Kalyani Bajaj located at Mekri Circle in Bangalore in the month of June 2013 on an EMI. I’ve picked up this bike on Loan and the loan is from ‘Bajaj Finance’. So, continuing the story! I paid an amount between Rs.50, 000-53, 000 as an Down payment and paying an amount Rs.5, 667 per month and the tenurity of this loan is of 10 months. I’ve covered up 6 months till now (Oct) and there is another 4 months left to this. Since the time I’ve picked up this bike I have been facing some or the other issues from the day 1. The problem are briefly described as below: My Carburetor had some kind of leakage for which I had to rush to Bajaj and was charged for the same even though my bike was or rather IS IN warranty. Then my bike started producing jarring (vibrations) from the front till the back and I visited them again, they did some kind-of alterations like adding up some additional rubber and fixing it here and there and accusing me of my wrong riding style. And now more than that looking fixed, looks really ugly! Then every week I had to visit them again as my Engine would leak oil often and then they would charge me again and again for that over and over again. There were and is issues with the fork and they just keep tightening up the screws and blah blah for temporary purpose and hand it over to me and again the next day same thing happens again. They (service-men) say this part, that part needs to be replaced and for one small part I need to wait for 12-15days as they never have any stocks available with them I recently got in touch with Mr. Kiran Naik “Service GM” and he said he would do the best he can. He asked me to drop my bike the last week for a day (that I did) and said the problem will be rectified for sure, which as usual never happened. I visited him again the next day and he requested me to leave my bike on the 7th Oct 2013 (today). I went to bajaj around 4 and had a check on my bike. What I see there was amazing!! My bike is lying down at one corner with nothing done (not even washed) and the technician said “Sir, It’s all done”. I could see break spring and other things just hanging out and all. Please there are lot many issues/incidents that I can describe you of these guys from my previous bike and my present bike. I need your help and support to get me out of this harassment from them and relieve me from this “defected bike” of theirs.                               Dear Sir, I have purchased a new Bajaj pulsar 220 on 10 May 2013 Bike No ( MH-03-BM-2053) right from the day i have purchased i am facing many issues with the bike, in the second month itself my both the rear Shokers Absorbers failed because of which there was a continous noise from behind which the service center ( Shree Ram Bajaj Narayan Nagar Ghatkopar East ) said that we will replace it I accepted that time and after 12 days i got the shokers replaced but still the rear noise has not gone since the first service i had the handle noise and play problem which they said it will be resolved by making some settings in it this setting was done by them almost four time after every 10 days i use to literally leave my work and waste my entire day by leaving the bike there there is a continuous fearing vibration right from the day i have purchased the bike which is still not resolved and the most important problem which i am facing till now is the gear shifting and the gear box noise on continuous basis this problem was shared with them since the first service of the bike but they said we have made the necessary setting but still the problem is not resolved after telling them continuously, they have changed the gear shifter but after changing the gear shifter also the problem is still not resolved and top of that a new problem has raised, the engine sound has increased and the power of the bike has dipped and there is a continuous noise from the engine which can be easily recognized, by any one while riding from such a new bike and the fearing noise is still there which is literally irritating while riding the bike also when I go double seat this bike has a body balancing issue which i have been sharing with the service center since the first service there is a body imbalance and vibration problem when you take the bike at the speed of 60 and beyond that as i am a soft rider i have never driven this bike beyond a speed of 70. hence forth now i am really not at all satisfied with this bike because every now and then the bike has some or other issue which is never resolved till date and the bike is only 6500 km Driven that too locally this time i am not gonna accept this bike as I have completely lost the originality of the engine sound power pickup and the feel of riding because of all these repairing by the service center people again and again. I have not paid the amount for repairing this bike every now and then leaving my work and keep on wasting my time on this new bike. List of Problems. 1) Fearing Noise 2) T- Noise and Play 3) Gear Shifting problem and Gear noise 4) Rear Noise 5) Body Vibration 6) Body Viable when double seat 7) No Pickup when Double Seat Above are the list of issues, Thus I want the Entire Bike to be replaced or else i want my Money back immediately.and this this i am not gonna compromise on any thing and I want this to be done on extreme priority, or else i would go beyond a limit this time to get my money back, and sort it out Request you to do the needful immediately, Regards, Kiran Kumble ([protected])

                                Sir i have bought new bike bajaj pulsar 180 it hanst passed 2 months and engine is sounding very badly even i never drove it more that 70 to 80 kmpl speed and engine oil is leaks many time during standing position of my bike and its sounds very badly engine barrings are rubbing each other it has got first service on 725 km reading and second one is having time to do so sir i requested you too please do under come my problem as soon as you can i have trusted this bajaj pulsar so i have planned to buy it plz sir.                                   I had purchased bajaj pulsar 150 on 11/11/2012 from M/s roshan bajaj,udaipur.After sometimes i felt there is noise inside the engine.I told this problem to M/s roshan bajaj service centre but he said it's normal sound of bajaj pulsar.I told him again this problem in 3rd servicing but again he said me the same and didn't solve my engine related problem.After 3rd servicing this problem increased then i told my problem again to M/s roshan bajaj and M/s roshan bajaj technician checked my vehicle and found everything is ok but there is problem in engine.So i want to replace my vehicle engine because M/s roshan bajaj sold me defective engine and after my complaint he didn't solve my problem.I registered my complaint to bajaj auto customer court but they didn't give me positive response.Finally i insist to knock your door so please give justice with me.

                                  My name is santosh singh from udaipur, rajasthan.I had purchased bajaj pulsar 150 on date 13/11/2012 from the dealer M/S Roshan Bajaj, Udaipur(Rajasthan) which has the registeration no.RJ 27 SY 6507.Presently its running km is 8000 KM.Initially bike gave nice performance but very soonI got some fault from bike.I heard a noise from the engine it's like knocking of the engine.I got all the service time to time from roshan bajaj service centre, udaipur(Rajasthan).During the time of second service I told to service advisor for that sound but then he refused the complain and told that it's a natural noise of the engine and he didn't register my complain on job card.After second service I heard that sound continously from the engine.During third service again I complaint that probleto service advisor and this time he registered my complain on job card and did some kind of repairing which i don't know and bike handedover to me.After 2 das of third service noise from the engine suddenly increased then i went to same dealer and asked about the problem.Now that time he told me that we have to overhaul the engine after that we will find the fault so i left bike on service centre and tole him to wait for my instruction.After few days bajaj auto ltd service engineer called me and explained me about warranty terms and condition then I had agreed to work on engine but I offered him all jobs on engine will performed in front of me and he agreed with my request but he disassembled the engine and after inspecting again assembled the engine without discussing me and after they have inspected and checked the engine then called me to take my bike to home.When i inspected from outside it's looks like the engine was inspected without discussing me so i refused to take bike and left at bajaj service centre.Then I did complain to bajaj auto customer care but they didn't give me responsible answer then after facing this problem from last month i did complain to you against bajaj auto ltd. on 23/09/2013 and you have forwarded my message to bajaj auto ltd and gave instruction to me to wait some time for bajaj auto ltd call.After that bajaj auto ltd service engineer called me and said I am going to repair your bike and you take your bike after repairing then I said to him you have already inspected the engine without discussing me, I will not accept that engine.I want to engine replacement then he said we have not performed any job on engine then i said i already inspected my vehicle and found you have inspected the engine without discussing me then he said you can go to consumer court I will never replace your vehicle engine.So here I am attaching the job cards which i have got from roshan bajaj and i request you to solve my problem as soon as possible and take necessary action against bajaj auto ltd.I request to you to give justice with me.

                                    I have purchased Motor Cycle Bajaj Discover from Raja Motors, Bathinda, financing with Bajaj Auto Mobiles. My Installment is Rs 1835/- this amount I have to keep in my bank account No [protected], even I had sufficient funds in my account and company makes a phone call to deposit the installment in cash in their Bathinda Office. However, in the month of Sep 2013 I, withdraw Rs 1835/- from bank and went to Bajaj Auto Finance for depositing of installment of Rs 1835/- Instead of depositing the amount the said you have to pay a palanty of Rs 350/- stating that you have not sufficient funds in your account of 08 of Sep 2013. In view of the above you are requested to waive off the amount of Rs 350/- and in future company may please be instructed to withdraw the amount from my bank account only and I will not ask to pay the installment cash. If I have to pay the installment of Rs 1835/- by cash I may not be asked to pay the palanty in future. Please confirm before due date i.e. 08 Oct 2013 Regards Amarjeet Singh Brar

                                      i was puchress new bike discover 100 T on 10/06/13 have more problem i have get 58 lit/km on highway ,morning self start & kik start was not working, in running position engine was stop also vibrate this bike on highway
                                      i have complaint more time on service centre but they was not solve my problem last 45 days i m goning evrytime on service centre but they was say bike is ok
                                      so i want money or replace my bike plz do something
