I purchased new bajaj pulsar 220f last year on 10the April from HIND MOTORS, CHANDIGARH. and after 1 week i got theat theere was an old battery in my bike and theen i tell all theis to bajaj service centre. but theey refuse to change .. theen i bought new battery, i theought its matter for few rupees.. so i ignore theat.. and theen after 6 monthes gain theere is a problem while starting my bike.. and now i have replaced 3 batteries witheing 4 monthes but not a single battery worked over a week.... now i left my bike at hind motors .. and theey people suggest me to buy new amron dry cell battery..i don't know what is going on withe my bike..

I bought new branded pulsar 180 cc .

from the day when i bought my bike:

1). Self Problem.
2). Digital meter problem.

On other hand i have some other issues as well like when i give my bike for first service dey didnt try to fix this problem after telling , for the issues that i have mentioned above i went to service centre and leaved my bike for whole day but didnt change the parts making problem . Now they are saying you have to leave your bike here but i can't leave because i bought a new bike and a new bike never have this type of problems what benefit i got by purchasing a new bike.Now i never suggest anyone to buy a Bajaj Bike because a customer have to face soo much problem which i never expected.

now my question is that i purchased bike hardly 2 months ago and i droven it not more than 1000 kms and these issues i am facing now what happened after 1 year???


Now i planning to sue a file in consumer court , because i suffered a lot i waste my lots of expenditure and my time on it

now i ll tell how to play game with customers...

    I bought a Bajaj Suffire scooter of Rs. 34000.00. After 3-4 years company stopped the manufacturing of scooter and Spare Parts of scooter.
    Without spare parts my vehicle is useless (Garbage) since 2-3 years. I will try my level best to repair the scooter or purchase of spare parts in CG and Delhi also but my efforts are hopeless. I can use the scooter only 3-4 years in good condition after that it was very troublesome. Kindly help me, what have I done now.
    My query is - Is it lawful that any company can stop the manufacturing of spare parts of its products such a short period.

    Bajaj Auto Ltd. — Servicestation

    I am owner of Bajaj Pulsar 150.I am a great fan of bajaj bikes & products.I stay in dadar.Bajaj is selling lakhs of motorcycles in mumbai.But they have only limited no.of service station.As for my area there is no single professional bajaj service centre.Only one servicecentre in dadar near kabutarkhana & that to doesn't have it's own washing facility or any other professinal equipments.For any major problem they take the bike to some other garage which even we don't know whether it's Bajaj recommended or not.Is this the service bajaj auto is providing to it's customers????

          Dear Sir,
          Very sorry to say how how Bajaj finance is operating with Loan Clients.
          My last Cheque ( June 20090 was bounced due to un sufficient fund, which I came to know in September, reason no Intimation from Bajaj Finance.
          I personally called Bajaj finance office in the month of September to collect the payment,but no one turned up to collect it, neither any one called even for the cheque bounce information.after many intimation from my side for the payment on Dec 09/ Jan 2010 the person came on March 2010,
          He collected the Cash payment of Rs. 1445/- on 10.03.2010 saying final payment has been paid now and will get the NOC next month(april2010) by courier.
          Now New Story from Bajaj finance office NOC Will be given only if I will pay Rs. 1700/-, ( Number of month from june 2010)

            running from pillar to post nothing happen before sales these people bow down to the nee after sales they treat like a beggar if this continues

              Dear Sir , i have baught the bike in july 2012, and after that i am facing too much of problems related to bike but the service Center Guys are not able to repair them properly after that i have submitte a complainet to Bajaj but have recived no responce from Bajaj even after 1 month of complainets sonme of the problems are as follows:-

              1.) Whiser of the bike still vibrate badely when the RPM of the bike goes above 5000. (Servie Center Engineers said that this is a default in Bike Manufacturing)

              2.) During my bike Service the dealer don’t Replaced the bike filter and promised me to replace the same ASAP but even after a month of the last service the dealer didn’t get the same available to me (Dealer told me that the Spare parts are in short supply from Bajaj, if they dont have the Bike filter so how could they accept the bike for Service)

              3.) Rear Right side foot holder Parts not available with dealer as the code of the part is not mentioned in the Spare parts book , they are not able to avail that part to me reason being no one is able to properly sit on the back of my bike as there is no foot holder that may cause a serius injury on leg.

              4.) Bike is not serviced properly only after a run of 150 Kilometer after service the old problems which is being resolved is come back like clitch stop working, Self Start is not working properly, Bike giving bad sound etc.

              Dear sir please get the same resolved as i am facing too much problems related to bike from last many months.

              Bajaj Pulsar 200cc — poor service by dealer

              A)service book got drenched inrain, services are denied, book is available.
              B)after a minor accidedent, vehicle was given for repairs, , both horns were ok condition but got damaged/replaced and now told to replace, posing safety hazards.harassment by dealer is unexpected of Bajaj repute.

              BAJAJ/pulsar 200cc — POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

              My 200cc pulsar has not even crossed the free service and am facing problem with the TUBELESS TYRES. Kms covered is just 4500 and the steps taken so far by the dealer has not solved the problem. I am one among less than 20 pulsar 200cc customers in our city. It makes me inconvienent in telling the performance of this bike to others with these problems.kindly take necessary steps.

              bajaj / bike pulsar 200 — unavailability of parts

              My name is Rishi Kant. I have a bike bajaj pulsar 200. My bike was not working properly so I took my bike to Bagga link service center in Karol Bagh for servicing. The workers of service center told me that the cylinder kit of my bike has broken so I told them to replace that. But its been a month that my bike is still in the service center and they are telling me that they dont have cylinder kit of this bike. I call them every day but no response from there side they only says that they will do something thats it. I am an Indian railway employee, I do night shifts and my bike is my only convince.                 I had purchased new bajaj pulsar 200ns on 15 Feb 2013 Bagga Link Service Ltd, Link Road Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005, authorized dealer in Delhi. from the first day i was saying there some problem in engine noise and the said it will go out after few days but when i felt that it's not going then i go back to showroom and they said get this bike for 1st servicing and noise will goes out. after 1st servicing again i found that noise is still coming i raised complain in bajaj customer care (complaint number: 122660) regarding this they said you will get resolution for the same as soon as possible then i got a call from bagga link and they told me to come for again and there is some other engineer will see this. he checked the bike and said yes there's is some problem and instruct to their workers regarding this they open the bike and do something but noise is still there. they were forcing me to left the bike for two days but i told then i am not gonna do this because if you guys are going to open engine of the bike i am not ready for this if there is any critical problem then replace my bike and give this back to bajaj and again made complain (just after coming back to service center on 4 march 2013) for the same but after this i stop getting response from them i am very tensed. today (5 march 2013) i call to customer care three times and they were saying we got response that your problem has been resolved i said there is no resolution on my problem even they were saying if you not sign on the satisfaction form you will not get the gate pass for going out for this under pressure i had to sign on the form but i written there that i am not satisfied yet and noise is still coming. Please help me for this and tell me what further action i should take.
                They are saying leave the bike for 2 days at service center not even telling me the problem and my demand is if you want to fix the bike do it front of me and if there some critical problem in brand new bike then replace it and give me the other one and send this one to bajaj back. why should i suffer after paying 1 lack Rs,

                Today (7 march) i tacked with the GM Technical and showed the the bike to him finally he accepted that 'yes there is engine issue and i have to open this, i said how can you open 15-20 days purchased new bike, please replace this but he was not ready for that and forcing me for leaving the bike for two days. Please help me i am so disappointed.

                    I brought a black bajaj pulsar 150cc in Feb 2008 from varun motors in visakhapatnam. From the day 1 on wards I am facing fork complaint,same forwarded to workshop,showroom and even in every regular service I do from authorised bajaj showrooms but till now it is not resolved.
                    The mechanics are unable to troubleshoot the complaint and becoming inefficient to resolve same.
                    No one is their to hear our complaints,suggestions or feedback.
                    Very poor service,inefficent workers and zero quality,no customer satisfaction.

                    i was purchased a bajaj pulsor in 2005. the maintanance is very bad when ever i am giving to servicing i am spending 2500 to 3000 rs poor maintanance

                    i gave my bike for service to shree automobiles sector 63 noida
                    they made a fool out of me by giving me a bill of 4500 just for service and since the day i got my bike serviced my bike is not working.
                    i have been calling them since 3 days to help me but mr nagar service manager is making a fool out of me...yesterday also i asked him to pls collect my bike he said come downstairs i am sending a guy.....i was downstairs for 4 hours and nobody came and today he said he will send someone at 9 am but its 1:05 nobody came...
                    so please guys make them suffer dont use that service centre as they are only fooling u

                    This complaint is not to just post please look into issue and resolve the same on priority.Earlier same complaint raised but no response...

                      I purchased Bajaj pulsar 150cc on 29/12/2006. After 2 year i changed my bike silencer. Now the silencer have been damaged and all other parts are not up to the standard. I regularly doing the services from Elamkulam, cochin center. The services and behavior is too poor and i complaint many times to the management But still things are happening in the same.                         I have a complaint to lodge. I am very disappointed by your serivice. And i am expecting a response and a strict action against my complaint. I have pulsar 135. I had put my bike for third servicing. I gave my bike in the serivce center on 18/02/13, but when i got it back on d same evening i was taken aback to see what they did. I have petrol lock in my bike and they removed all the petrol(3litre) and even they damaged my petrol lock. And when i went back to tell them,dey gave me some futile excuse and took their hands off. It was BAJAJ SURYODAYA(VIRAR WEST). I am really dissapointed with the service. BAJAJ being a brand in d market,i wonder how come they do this.                             I have a complaint to lodge. I am very disappointed by your serivice. And i am expecting a response and a strict action against my complaint. I have pulsar 135. I had put my bike for third servicing. I gave my bike in the serivce center on 18/02/13, but when i got it back on d same evening i was taken aback to see what they did. I have petrol lock in my bike and they removed all the petrol(3litre) and even they damaged my petrol lock. And when i went back to tell them,dey gave me some futile excuse and took their hands off. It was BAJAJ SURYODAYA(VIRAR WEST). I am really dissapointed with the service. BAJAJ being a brand in d market,i wonder how come they do this. Luking forward with hopes to take my complaint in consideration. Thank u.[protected]

                              Respected sir,
                              before 3 years only the spare parts are closed by company. but still now some of the parts were getting in thane by spending more money as compared to the real cost. I have no shame that i am middle class category student. i drive BAJAJ SAFFIRE to my college sinc 3 years but know i am not getting one spare namely CLUTCH CENTER (assembly) due to which my vehicle is not getting repaired. i want to ask why company has stop supplying spare parts. even a bajaj cheetak which is older brand we get spare poarts then why the company had stopped supplying saffire spare parts not only in thane but also in mumbai....

                              Dear Sir,
                              I'm Amit Maity.I lived in Durgapur.I would send you a mail of complain in 27/12/10.But it would not solve yet.I want my scooter's spear parts.It have some problem in it's gear box.Plz send my spear parts as soon as possible.I have paced a lot of problems for that.If possible then send the parts in Banerjee Auto.

                                  Hi,

                                  I have financed a two wheeler from Bajaj Finance Ltd on[protected] for INR 29, 000.Agreement No.[protected]

                                  The repayment mode for 12 installment was ECS.The installment amount was INR 2623 per month.

                                  Amount deducted through ECS was INR 2622 per month.

                                  Question 1: Why INR 2622 was deducted and not INR 2623 as repayment?(Whose fault is this?)

                                  This resulted in INR 1 balance overdue.

                                  As per my current statement its showing INR 1800 as penalty charges (INR 150 p.m.) and INR 12 as amount overdue.


                                  On[protected] I visited the Sector 14 gurgaon branch for cash deposit of one installment, i inquired about the same discrepancy and i was informed that this (INR 12) is a nominal amount and it will be waived off on closure.

                                  This shows a big question mark on company commitment towards its customer.

                                  I was not intimated on time that i have to pay INR 12 as overdue.


                                  This matter came out when i required NOC from the company against the loan.

                                  I have contacted many time through phone and emaill to customer care on [protected]@bajajauto.co.in and customer care no.[protected].but all time they all unable to give apropriate reponse (i.e. whose fault it ,bank and cheque no ,ecs ammount etc).only they demand 1800rs penality +12 rs overdue.

                                  I am highly dissatisfied with the weird explanation provided by them. One of them is "Its due to cheque bounce."


                                  Kindly help me out in this matter and advise me what should i do to get a NOC for my two wheeler.

                                    i am murthy b.v.v bought my pulsar 150 at DJM MOTORS, rajahmundry, andhrapradesh . i was facing problem with my bike service every time i give it, from first sevrice i was unsatisfied with their service. recently i gave my bike for my 2nd paid service to check my bike and do service for the required in which i was charged rs.693(six hundred and ninty three) for complaints for the below mentioned. paid service-250 rs engine oil-260rs polish-20rs swing arm greasing-100rs spring switch break-3rs seal oil-19rs non tax-22rs misc charges 40rs i paid the cash of amount 693.rs to DJM MOTOR, RAJAHMUNDRY. for their service under job no.008118 and issue no.015261on[protected] later again i faced the problem with my bike, the whole petrol was leaked out and i was stooped in my way 5KMs from my town. i was helpless and was made to push my bike all the way. next day i took my bike to the DJM MOTORS where i got my service on 013. they did a quick repair and gave my bike . but i was unsatisfied with them. again my bike started to trouble meby stopping and making different sounds i gave my bike again on[protected] and recieved it on[protected]today) my bike was kept for more than 6 long days with them and i was billed amount for new complaints and spares like cone kit, fork bend, chain kit, holder fork, coupling rubber, lever for cl-swit and others and billed me rs.2500 under job no.008451. when i went to service manager i got a very irrespective behaviour from him. i asked him why i was not done a genuine srevice when i gave for my 2nd paid service 20 days ago? why these complaints were not resolved before when i gave for 2nd paid service. why my bike was kept for more than 6days in showroom? i also asked for the complaint book to write my complaint but the staff was no responsible with me. so i was complaining in grahak seva. as i face loss of time without my bike, loss of my peace of mind due to the unsatisfactory service. i need to get my genuine serevice free of cost immediatly, claim my money back of 3000rs for torture and lack of peace. i want a desired punishment for the staff toward their behaviour.

                                    Bajaj auto motors — Bike service

                                    I had a sound coming from my Pulsar 150 cc bike. When I approached the Bajaj authorised service station regarding the problem, I was advised that there was a major problem with my engine…funny thing they informed that I had not changed the enginer oil on time. It was hardly 2480 kilometers since I changed the engine oil at the same service station.

                                    When I contacted Bajaj customer service through their helpline, I was confirmed that it is enough that the engine oil is changed once in 5000 kms and if it is Bajaj oil then it can be changed once in 10000 kms. When I raised a complaint to Bajaj, the complaint was directed to the same service station who informed me that it was normal wear and tear problem. Some other person stated that the engine oil could have been consumed due to the heavey traffic in Bangalore (I have been riding her for the last three years and never had any complaint !!!!!!). Some other person said that you should have changed the piston after 33 thousand kms.

                                    All I can imagine is that the service station is trying to close the complaint by providing some stupid reasons. Can anyone help me to pursue this complaint further. You can email me on [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                                      Irresponsible service also delay in service .I had given the bike for a periodic maintenance and service. Usually I got it in time without delay in a foretold time with perfect service but nowadays they are going quite opposite way not only they are unnecessary delaying but also not even doing the very basics of service issues normally like my back shock absorber was filled with heavy psi amount on one side and unfilled in another as a result those who rode it developed a back pain and thought it was due to the bad shock whick was purchased just 7 months ago .So i went to the nearby bajaj service center and they after some initial checkup told me what he trouble rally was and as they have recently opened they had no gas filling device with them and so told to go to the same place where this was previously filled .They once I asked about the issue the sarcastically denied the claim and as I refereed the person in the local shop they just told the deal .and still they did repeat the same MISTAKES IN GAS FILLING ,and as I asked some customers they even told similar experiences .I have no option but to complain as the are the only one with the above mentioned facility .
