Hello.. I have a Bajaj Platina bike which purchased on finance from Bajaj Auto finance on 24/12/2012. Loan # L2WBAN02166509. Due to some personal problems i didn't made the installment payment for the month of May 2013. Collection office Rajesh from Bajaj auto finance had call me on 24th of this month and started abusing. I told him that i cant make the payment for this month, and ready to pay with penalty on next month first week. But he still abusing. Because his bad behavior i even told him to come and recover the bike from my home. I called customer care to escalate this issue. But they ware telling that "we dont know anything about collection department"Please take an necessary action regarding this. Contact detail of the recovery person is Rajesh [protected]. Dear sir, I have loan for Bajaj Discover 125 cc bike and I have tried twice for ECS system but it failed due to system error from Bajaj Finance Ltd. So Iam paying to Bajaj Executive who comes every month after 15.Now they are charging late fee every month . But this is not my fault and they are calling me to Goregaon office for clearance .For that purpose I have to take special leave from my office as Iam staying in Airoli Navi Mumbai . Due to this pending late charge I cannot take personnel loan from any bank which I am reqd. urgently. So please help me to solve this problem.

I recently replaced an seat cowl assy for my pulsar 180 blue 2012 dec model from hamara bajaj.and it was replaced in my bike by swarnambigai bajaj service.the seat cowl painting was too dull and it is looking like brown color and very less blue glitterings in it and it looks different in my bike.i need my bike to be new so i replaced the whole part else i would have painted the old one in local shops for 300rs.also the 180 blue sticker is not available in any of the shops in my city.please give an good solution as soon as possible.

I have purchased a Bajaj Pulsar 200 Ns Bike in January 2013,
noticed mechanical problem and reported and went many times to the workshop even showed to senior engineer,
no body willing to do anything, they just say this is ok and normal.
also wrote to the customer care thrice but still no action taken to resolve the issue.

need guideline on how to file a complaint against the company for defective unit and improper service / response.

I have Bajaj Pulsar 150, purchased on 22 May 2012 from Rhythm Auto Jagtap dairy pimple Nilakh, which is providing me the service since then.
I have been facing a problem of engine oil leakage from the engine chamber on the left side of the bike for last almost 5-6 months.

I have registered the complaint countless times on bajaj's customer cell, called customer care, visited service centre numerous times but still no action & I am suffering. My bike is still in guarantee period.

I have pointed this problem at the time of bike service also and have been visiting the service centre very frequently for the same but they are not able to resolve the problem. Engine oil is still leaking constantly.

Last time they referred my bike to company also but still the problem persists. According to him he has taken all possible measures to sort the problem but no positives have been seen yet. They have tried changing all the oil seals, changed the neutral circuits, have used some adhesive to stick the neutral circuit e many times.

Every time they follow the same process. They have opened up the bike engine as well but no solution yet. I have been paying for the parts and extra engine oil.

Seems its a manufacturing defect which is not resolved even after taking all the measures. My guarantee period completes within 1.5 months & service centre & Bajaj people has been ignoring & not able to solve this issue.

If this is the manufacturing defect then why should the customer suffer because of this. Please guide me what to do because I am not able to identify what to do, to get my bike in good condition.

myself dr.swati anvekar.i gt a mes frm the company bajaj finance tht i was eligible for loan of 56000 rupes.so i mes on the no 56070 i gt cl frm customer care service he gave me all the information abt loan.i told him i wl decide abt it later.aftr 4 days i tried callng on the no frm which i receivd the cl.but it didnt get through.so i mes on same no again. I gt cl and i told thm im intrested in taking the loan the concernd person asked me all my details and was supposed to send a person to collect the documents needed onthe same day bt nobody turnedup.so i tried clng on the no frm which i received cl bt couldnt get through.so i have mes onthe above no 4 times each mes cost me 3.00 rs.they send reply of mes bt yet no cl received frm them.

I Purchased a new Pulsar 150 UG4 from VST Bajaj show room. After I ride it for 500 km I had a major problem in gear shifting and the engine sound problem. I informed the same problems during my first service. Till now the service people are not providing me the proper solution for the problem. Since the bike speedometer reading is 9000 kms.
The service peoples are not providing me the proper service.

They charged me 500for the packing charges. Since i had free service.

I HAVE PURCHASED A NEW DISCOVER 100T ON 20TH FEB 2013 AT KUMHARI OM SAI BAJAJ SHOWROOM. FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASING I AM FACING LOTS OF PROBLEMS LIKE BIKE STARTING PROBLEM, ENGINE OIL LICK PROBLEM.. ETC.
WHEN I COMPLAINED TO SHOWROOM, THEIR SERVICE ENGINEER CAME AND REPAIR THAT. AFTER NEXT I FACED SAME PROBLEM. I TOLD TO SHOWROOM MANAGER FOR CHANGING THAT BIKE.
BUT HE GAVE ME 3 DAYS TIME AND SAID THAT IF YOUR BIKE WONT BE REPAIRED THEN I’LL GIVE YOU NEW ONE.
AFTER 3 DAYS HE HAS GIVEN ME BIKE BUT I STILL FACING ENGINE OIL LICKING PROLEM WITH LOTS OF SCRACHES ON BIKE DURING REPAIRING.

I have bought Bajaj Avenger 220CC bike on 17th September 2010. The Engine case, Gears and Gear Shaft for my bike suddenly got broken when i was driving on the main road. I have given my bike for servicing in Jai Bajaj Automobiles, Tambaram, Chennai, 2months back and changed the Engine oil and they said that everything is fine. I have complained to them twice regarding the Engine oil leakage and they said that they fixed it. Now because of that reason, the gears & engine case got broken. Because it is a authorised service center, everytime i went to the Jai Bajaj Automobiles but never satisfied with their servicing.

I have gon to purchase a vehicle inbajaj showroom and at the first time all salesmen in the showroom aare very good and nice. When we booked vehicle their quality of treating us is different and they have spoken rashly. Then in the adress and details they have mistaken my fathers name and then for that i have to claim for that and i need to struggle for that. But the bajaj service is worst that i have seen.

there is starting problem in my bike from last 4 months and even i replaced 3 battries. still bajaj people didn't solve my problen now they said me to buy new amron battery.. but my bike is in under warraty i bought it last yr on 10th april.
and i don't know why they are not ready to solve it.. they left this upto me after saying that u jast replace your old exide battery with amron drycell battery.. so tell me yr what does the meaning of warranty... ?

I purchased new bajaj pulsar 220f last year on 10the April from HIND MOTORS, CHANDIGARH. and after 1 week i got theat theere was an old battery in my bike and theen i tell all theis to bajaj service centre. but theey refuse to change .. theen i bought new battery, i theought its matter for few rupees.. so i ignore theat.. and theen after 6 monthes gain theere is a problem while starting my bike.. and now i have replaced 3 batteries witheing 4 monthes but not a single battery worked over a week.... now i left my bike at hind motors .. and theey people suggest me to buy new amron dry cell battery..i don't know what is going on withe my bike..

I bought a Bajaj Suffire scooter of Rs. 34000.00. After 3-4 years company stopped the manufacturing of scooter and Spare Parts of scooter.
Without spare parts my vehicle is useless (Garbage) since 2-3 years. I will try my level best to repair the scooter or purchase of spare parts in CG and Delhi also but my efforts are hopeless. I can use the scooter only 3-4 years in good condition after that it was very troublesome. Kindly help me, what have I done now.
My query is - Is it lawful that any company can stop the manufacturing of spare parts of its products such a short period.

Dear Sir , i have baught the bike in july 2012, and after that i am facing too much of problems related to bike but the service Center Guys are not able to repair them properly after that i have submitte a complainet to Bajaj but have recived no responce from Bajaj even after 1 month of complainets sonme of the problems are as follows:-

1.) Whiser of the bike still vibrate badely when the RPM of the bike goes above 5000. (Servie Center Engineers said that this is a default in Bike Manufacturing)

2.) During my bike Service the dealer don’t Replaced the bike filter and promised me to replace the same ASAP but even after a month of the last service the dealer didn’t get the same available to me (Dealer told me that the Spare parts are in short supply from Bajaj, if they dont have the Bike filter so how could they accept the bike for Service)

3.) Rear Right side foot holder Parts not available with dealer as the code of the part is not mentioned in the Spare parts book , they are not able to avail that part to me reason being no one is able to properly sit on the back of my bike as there is no foot holder that may cause a serius injury on leg.

4.) Bike is not serviced properly only after a run of 150 Kilometer after service the old problems which is being resolved is come back like clitch stop working, Self Start is not working properly, Bike giving bad sound etc.

Dear sir please get the same resolved as i am facing too much problems related to bike from last many months.
