I ARVIND SINGODE is the owner of Discover 125cc Bike, bearing registration No. KA 38 J 6541. Recently my bike developed a problem. The engine of the bike stops after a run of 2 to 3 kilometer automatically. The authorised service centre mechanic has replace the CDI unit of my bike, with a new CDI unit having different CDI unit number. Now, the engine is not stopping where as it has developed another malfunction. The bike is unable to develop same thrust as it used to be with the original CDI unit. When cross checked with the original CDI unit.

The CDI unit cost 738 rupees. The authorised service centre is not taking responsiblity to rectify it.

Hi My name is Nitin Parwatkar I have A bike Bajaj XCD 135 .I have Repair A Bike Bajaj Showroom Sadar, Nagpur. The Problem of the CDI Unit & working on it Has been Change & Replace With a amount Of Rs.1400/- after One Month 1.5 the Bike become As Early Total the Bike is Dead, not starting. I have complaint To The Bajaj Office But Dnot Care About It.
Again the Same Problem Occur I purchase a CDI Unit from the Lakhotiya Bajaj Ghat Road, Nagpur.
He Give A CDI Unit without Bill& the unit Is Not Working & Pay a amount of 865.They doestnot take a responsibility.
The Total Amount is cost About 3000/- & Timeperiod is One Mouth.
I want To take The Action on the Bajaj Company For this Issue

    i set my journey on 18th Oct, 2011 and also i booked my Bajaj pulsar 150 cc bike(BLUE) along with me to the train Nagavali express to Rayagada, which starts at Nizamabad and destination is Sambhalpur Via Visakhapatnam...i booked at Secunderabad(Jn) to Rayagada Via Visakapatnam
    i havent got my bike till now.....

      Dear sir,
      I bought a pulsar 220 dtsfi before 3 years in oct 2008 from raja motors jodhpur and my bike reg no. is RJ19-SK9377. I want to inform you that there is no material available for this bike and they excuse that company stop manfuctaring of dtsfi model so there is no more material of it. At 27 oct 2011 i riding my pulsar and in the midway i stop engine and after that when i restart it it doesnt start so i load my pulsar and reached to raja bajaj motors on 28 oct 2011 they said that they tell me the problem the next day. And the problem was its fuel injector is deffective so i they told me that its available within 7 days bt its 14th day but no response from them atleast they excuse that which man give order he is in holiday of 15 days when he comes then they place the order. Atleast they dont gave me a job card also. I am a employee and i need the bike for travel i am in big trouble. Please do neeful help. Waiting for your response.

        I parceled my byke pulsar (BR-06Y-4973) , Parcel Way Bill no -374902 on 28.10.2011 from Ernakulam junction to Muzaffarpur junction via Raptisagar exp (train no-12522) in EC97706 .The train has reached Muzaffarpur on 31.10.2011 .but when I inquired about my parcel on 03.11.2011 at Muzaffarpur junction ,the parcel office is telling that it has not reached till yet and they don't know now where is this parcel and when it will reach here .
        I and my whole family is very tensed for my byke and response of Muzaffarpur junction parcel office . We are hopeless please help us.

          I am Dinesh, Purchase New bike- Pulsar 135 LSI- 12 Sept 2011 from OM SCOOTERS-SONIPAT-131001(Haryana) but living in Najafgarh-NEW DELHI-43.

          BIKE NAME- Pulsar 135Lsi
          Date of purchase- 12 Sept 2011
          Dealer- OM SCOOTERS -SONIPAT-131001
          Chassis No- MD2JDJDZZUCE19586
          Engine No- JEGBUE71330

          1) First service is done by ROYAL AUTOMOBILES -Najafgarh on 04OCT2011.
          From the same day bike giving problem
          - Vibration in Engine
          - Sound
          - Not good pickup as well before, I run the bike more than 500kms
          - Engine heating

          They charge me-
          - 600Rs for bike service and said - its will be best service if you purchase this 600 service pack. And I did.
          - After Service within 10days- my Speedometer is not working-DEAD CONDITION.
          And the above problems in Engine as well bike pickup.

          A) Name of (Person )- Vikram (Royal Automobiles- which handles all customers)
          (He talk with me good but not satisfied with customer handling.)
          B) Manager- LC SHARMA (ROYAL AUTOMOBILES) - Not ready to listen anything , even he said- "Only your bike giving problems but other bikes are not giving why -- we are doing our work, nothing ..etc etc.
          C) Rautela (Dont know exact name) - Store manager - Which he did arguments with me whenever I ask for some customer relationship and management work for my bike but he totally denied me to do anything. Even Said me- " Where from you purchase bike -then you should go there, We can not do anything. You must go to Sonipat where from you purchase the bike.

          TO BAJAJ STAFF

          - I M TOTALLY FED UP WITH THE BEHAVIOUR OF This SERVICE CENTER people.
          Please check all things clearly

          a) The Manager making fool and saying there is no wire in store whenever its will come then, I will call you and later he said- Go to the place where you purchase the bike, Even he also said that- "Only your bike is giving problem, there are many bikes comes here and we doing the same work"
          BAJAJ STAFF- GO TO service center and check all registers if you can then you can get- how many complaints they have , In my such experience and the same day there was more than 5 complaints and most of customers fed up with these staff.
          After that- these staff did not ready to listen anything like-RAUTELA(Store person) saying me foolish thing.
          The service is done on 04 OCT 2011 and the next day bike giving problem, Again I went there and ask for these issue , VIKRAM (A person which handling all service customers)respond me good but later after the Manager and store person did not responding me anything

          b) Today on 31Oct 2011, I give again complaint of Speedometer-Vikram suggest me to talk with Manager but again manager making fool and wasting my time- Clear said- we can not do anything?

          Same with Store person - RAUTELA - Denied me to give any reply and saying the same- Go to Sonipat agency where from you purchase this bike. STUPID making foool me.

          - I give complaint there , but they did not give me any slip, any bill or any proof where, I can show that- I came there and give complaint. Even whenever I ask to manager or Rautela, they said there is nothing to give in this complaint.

          What is this- why they are making fool - Why company appoint that such type Managers and Store person which they do not have sense to talk with customers and to handle the customers.
          # According to them , I need to go Sonipat for this small issue and even they said- there are no warranty for speedometer.
          # According to them, they did best service in 600Rs which was not done properly.

          Please check this and get back to me.
          I went there 5 times and all time- no response and these stupid things.

          if you need any thing from me - then I can scanned all billings, documents and can attach again with this complaint.

              Pulsar 150 cc - Bought around 2006 from Khivraj Motors that manages the service as well.
              Past 5 years -12 regular services
              Average Service bill- 1750 rs
              Highest - 11000K(Non accident)

              Substandard Parts and over charging- The service center in a bid to maximize profits uses substandard parts: for example i had my battery replaced 2nd time 1.6 months and then it stopped working. The substandard battery was "minda" brand and i was charged 1500k for it. Recently, the battery stopped working and i was told the warranty is only for 1.5yrs. Anyway, they would put any part that would only last for its warranty period.

              The Khivraj Motor Mechanic would call you to tell you that a certain part needs to be replaced. However, be sure the original part that needs to be replaced will have little or no problem with it. The mechanic's get a commission of the work and the spare parts sales. If you ask the mechanic if it can be salvaged they will tell you it is critical.

              Fake Service: I spoke about the battery problem above. When the bike is given in for service the person incharge makes an initial assesment. I informed him the battery was dead. But i saw a charge for "battery maintainence" when the bill was prepared. When the battery is dead and they have not replaced it. What sort of maintainence? they removed this once i pointed this out.

              There were other fake charges like "polishing" which was subsequently removed.

              Swindling Schemes: Like AMC and Teflon Coating. AMC promises you 1 free service after 6 services but these 6 services have to be done in a year!! after which the scheme you paid for is invalid same with Teflon.

              The fact they siphon off you fuel is pretty well know by all customers, but they seem to not mind it writing it off as an "Service hazard".

              The fact it is not really the mechanic but the managers of the station that are unscrupulous. In a bid to increase profits they charge for parts that have no problem or can last and replace them with substandard parts. They have these performance related goals they want mechanics to meet and have sales targets. They ask the mechanics to work with the philosophy "DON'T FIX IT, REPLACE IT". This you would not expect from a brand showroom but a fact nevertheless.

              They don't care if you complain because they have a monopoly in the area. You are just one of the 100 bikes serviced everyday. little difference!!!

              Anyway you would be better of if you could find a trustworthy local mechanic or another service station in the neighborhood with good reviews

                I am Ravi Purohit brother o[censored]day purohit who is owner of Bajaj wave scooter. Uday gave me his scooter but not RC book. We have talk to Pune-Wakdi wadi show room regarding RC book collection. Acually my brother was out of India, hence he could not collect his RC book at show room. Hence we have talk regarding this matter with Mr. Soumya Das of BAFL - Bajaj Auto Finance Limited, Wakdi wadi show room. He confirmed me my e-mailing that I, Ravi Purohit can collect RC book of my brother Uday Purohit by just submitting e-mail print mentioning that "Ravi Purohit is authorised person to collect Uday Purohit's RC book" sent by Uday Purohit to Ravi Purohit. We have do so but then Mr. Soumya Das of BAFL told that, "ok we have proceed and sent you a RC book." He gave me courier DOCKET number. Courier Party was Professional courier of Baroda- sayaji gunj branch. I went to courier office for collecting RC book as it was too long to receive it at home. The courier party said that the document of docket number given by Mr. soumya das has already sent and receive by receiver at some south india location. I were discussed this matter with Mr. Soumya Das of BAFL. Finally, he confirms that courier party accepted that he had lost your RC book and you have to fill the form of issuing new RC book. He had also sent me the form of issuing new RC book, I have sent it to owner of vehicle i.e. my brother Uday Purohit, Uday had filled and signed the form properly and submitted to Mr. soumya das. Then from that day Mr. Soumya Das was not contacted me even if I tried to contact him but he didn't reply.

                The whole matter went on since approx. 2 years.

                Please help me regarding this matter.

                Dear Sir,
                This is sriramu, i had brought the bajaj xcd 125 two wheeler by using your bajaj loan only now the thing is i had done the full payment with in your requested date and i got the NOC also then we went to the show room(ANBU Bajaj Rasipuram) for RC book purpose where we purchase the bike but the peoples are saying we don't know and you go to salem bajaj finance office they will clear it like that and we went to there and i have told them total details along with your NOC.But they said RC book will come from chennai and you wait till it comes like that but till date we didn't get RC book and we called again to the same guys mobile number who is working in bajaj auto finance but he is not picking the call .And i am telling very seriously i need the solution with RC book otherwise i will take this issues as legally.

                  Balance while riding is good but i fell 3 times that too on slow speed.at breaking i dont know why its getting disbalanced. plz note i have riding experience of 4 years > 60, 000 kms on intercity highway.
                  Bike's handle became loose in fitting. Also gear shifitng is not that smooth.
                  petrol tank mounting is having play. I am taking it too servies center again. Lets c what solution they have to my problem.

                  But one thing i must say ...Bajaj is not following their Quality standard properly.

                    I am facing lots of problem that bike i never suggest any one for this bike after one and half year i will change the piston kit or slender kit n chain set timing chain cloutch plate busss etc etc. How can be possible without a any accident or single hand bike this kind of problem know shoker is damges...If possible u guys are change my bike without a paid any amount...its better for me...n you,, i cant drive this kind of bike...other wise i m doing majer step about your product.n all..like law...n media..... this the frist n last mail for my side...?????

                      dear sir,

                      complaint number in bajaj=(CR-79990 and CR-80019)
                      i had purchased discover 100cc bike in November 2010 from VIP bajaj showroom,Surat.at that time company launched this bike with dull black color.then after one month company found a color feeding problem in dull black color.finally company launched all bikes in shiny black color.so my first problem is color feeding.
                      after purchasing of this bike i got average of 84 to 85km/ltr.after completing of my all 3 free services at Hindustan bajaj show room at Bardoli(surat) i got only 71 to 73 km/ltr average due to bad services of company mechanics.when i complaint this problem to manager to that showroom but they are given me proper reply and services.so my second problem is bad service of bajaj showroom.
                      now this both of problems are registered on website of bajaj and also registered on toll free number of bajaj which are given below (CR-79990 and CR-80019)these are my proof of registered complaints on my name.this both problems explained in these complaint number.
                      when i registered this requests they told me that your solution regarding to complain will be solved in next 72 working hours.and then i followed up to my complaints up to 10 times and also waste my time.but at that time customer care executive said that we only just forward your request to executive every time.so till now after 3 month there will be no any action is taken by company executive engineer and also not by a showroom manager(retailer)these request's status is pending and i am not getting satisfactory answer or solution regarding to my complaints.

                      platina125 — colour damage

                      Dear Sir,

                      This is to inform you that i have purchase a 2 wheeler bike with gear ( platinum 125 ) on 25th july 2010 from Borivali shajanand motor,

                      but now it started colour removing from the body.
                      secound ly during morning time it found heavy jurking to engaging the gear.

                      I purchase a bajaj indution cooker. After using it feeling headache.In 2-3 months falling hair also.this type problem facing all my family member who is usig it.when compaint service center.then say that no any part is defected so what can i do. you go to bajaj office near mauriya lok.i went there so they replace the same cooker.but this problem is also with this cooker.company warranty is one year.now i am not using cooker.can i return this cooker.what can i do. Please help me.

                        I have purchase a new Platina 125 bike (Chassis no.MD2DDJKZZPL00966, Engine no.64556) before few months (Purchase dt.28/03/2011) from your showroom Impact Bajaj Agency, Dada Motors, Savetri complex, Sherpur Chowk, G.T. Road, Ludhiana. First five months, the bike was fantastic but after that it’s getting me troubling again & again.
                        1stproblem the horn not working. I repaired it from outside.
                        2nd problem the self start not working, I repaired it on dt.12/09/2011 from agencies workshop, but on dt.27/09/2011, again not working till date.
                        3rd problem (I am shocked) on dt.02/10/2011, the chain lock was broken/open in running time.
                        So, you say, what is my fault, why I am facing these problems.
                        You are requested to please solve my problems.

                              On 24.07.2011 I have taken loan of Rs. 36,000/- (Rupees Thirty Eight Thousand Only) towards auto loan. Mr. Krishore, executive of Bajaj Auto Finance told me that the EMI/loan sanction copy will be sent to you or you can collect the same from our office at visakhapatnam town office. I have signed all the blanck documents and taken delivery of the vehicle.Till date I have not received any of the documents. Due to some busy at home, I could not go to the Bajaj Auto Finance office.To day I have confirmed from Mr. Ravi Kumar ([protected]) that Rs. 38,000/- have been released a auto loan on my account. Furhter Mr. Srinivasa Rao ([protected]) incharge of BC Road, Bajaj Auto showroom confirms that the difference amount of Rs. 2,000/- is an additional document charges to Rs. 1,000/-, which is collected at the time of documention of loan by Mr. Kishore. Let me confirm that Rs. 3,000/- is can be collected as processing and documention charges for Rs. 38,000/- loan amount or not.

                                I purchased Bajaj pulsar 150cc bike in 2009. I have never met with a accident. Speedometer is not showing the speed and Neutral indicator is blinking and not working properly. I gave the bike for servicing at bajaj servicing centre. They told it can not be repaired and to be entire digital speedometer has to be changed. All other indicators in speedometer is working well. What should I do now?

                                  Sir,
                                  I bought my pulsar on 30 AUGUST 2011 & on 2nd day itself it started leaking due to float-pin problem. At service center even after changing the pin the leakage continued. They then did minute adjustments to the float-pin holder/hook (infront of my eyes) & that doesnt sound good for me, as it was just adjustment and not detail study of the problem. Then within 1 week i got the chain problem which i fixed at service center and now my bike is JUST 15 days old & While shifting to 5th gear the bike takes time. Even after changing to 5th gear & releasing full clutch it doesnt shift to 5th gear and then after 1-2seconds it suddenly shifts to 5th gear thus making a wheeli like situation.
                                  Please help me as how to aproach the company authority and get the problems fixed.

                                  As my bike is new and not even a singal servicing is done hope i can claim for part replacement or even can claim for bike replacement as its a manufacturers side (MAJOR)defect.
                                  Please help me in this to contact the higher level authorities of Bajaj.

                                      dear sir i have taken pulser 180 on date[protected] financed by bafl.i have given the full payment to BAFL aligarh.but they r not issuing my noc.all the staff member of aligarh branch is rude and arrogant .they have some people like dada tipe.they r demanding more money to issue my noc.i request to all people of india that never take finance from BAFL.litterly they r thief.in my matter i teels u another fraud by BAFLthat they had taken 18 month advance cheque for insurance and after one year being asked by me abt insurance they told me that my bike is insured but still my bike is not insured.if my bike would stolen who wil responsible for this.my bike reg. no isUP81X-9197. PLS. HELP ME

                                        I purchase a moter bike pulser 150 last year in september. After second service I got a very serious problem that was the more heat up Engine and very low average. I complained it to neelam bata road service center faridabad. But after 10 days I met again this problem. I complained it there 4 times. Every times they see the prblem and after 10 to 20 days the problem remain same. I request you to please oblige me as soon as possible.
