I Nagender jha, have purchaesd a Bajaj Pulsar bike ( pulsar 135 c.c.)
from PARADISE AUTOMOBILE H-107 Hatiya Gachhi , Purab Bazar, Saharsa - 852201 Bihar on 19 may 2011 with named "Nagender Jha".
Till now i m not getting my bike Registration No., because of this i
am facing lot of problems in my job. So i am requesting you to
please provide me my Registration as soon as possible.
i had also emailed this issue to bajaj auto cutomer care but they provide me cr no.This is with reference to your request registered as Customer Reference Number ' CR- 81785 But till date none of action take.

    Hi,

    I bought a Bajaj Wonder Gear Scooter on 18th July 2004 from Shiva Bajaj, Sahibabad (Registration No. UP14V 9036) and used to service the vehicle regularly from there. After few months they declined to service my vehicle saying that as company stops manufacturing scooters, they also stop servicing scooters. Then I went to a Bajaj authorized service centre at Vasundhara and servicing my vehicle regularly from there till date.

    Although, now a days I am using the scooter very often and the condition of my vehicle is like brand new but now a days I am facing problems in Gear Box, e.g. today the gear wire got snapped and it took a mechanic for more than 1 hour to repair it, (he spent most of his time to understand the vehicle) and he told since the gear box is not available in the market, the black marketeers chage more tham Rs. 4,000/- for a mere Rs. 200.00 valued item. I wonder what will happen if I required to change the gear box some day actually, I also think no one will give a good price if I want to sell it in the 2nd hand market.

    My concern is the availbililty of a service centre with the people who knows about the engineering of this vehicle and the availabilty of spare parts in the market.

    My suggestion is that either company provides the spare parts in he market with reasonable price or recall this vehicle with immediate effect.

      I Have Bajaj Pulsar 150. I Gave My Pulsar In Bajaj Authorized Showroom For Chasis Replacement. I Gave Full Advanced To Replace Chasis. Dealer Is Telling Me Chasis Has Been Stopped Mfg By Company I Contacted Many Times To Bajaj Auto Ltd Customer Care Abt This Matter They Gave Me Complaint No As Cr81652 dt[protected]They Assured Me I Will B Informed Within 3 Days.But After Contacting Him Many Times Yet 2day[protected]days).They R Not Listening Or Giving Me Any Answer Regarding Chasis Replacement. I Contacted Service Engineer Of Mumbai Mr Santosh Also But No Satisfactory Reply From Them Also. I Have Given Advanced To The Saiservice Andheri Mumbai Via Receipt No 8462 Dt 10/08/2011 Now I Do Not Know Wht To Do Can U Suggest Me Wht To Do Now?

        Hi,
        I bought Bajaj Food Processor Platina last year in July 2010. Service guarantee for replacement of parts is 2 years. I logged a complain on 24-July-2011 that motor is rasing too much noise. Other then this, bowl and knob has cracked and due to which its leaking. I have been told that i will get the serive with in 72 hours. But service person had come after 5 days on 29-July and did motor adjustment. For bowl and knob change, he told me that he is raising purchase indent and material will come on monday 1-Aug-2011.
        As of now, i did not receive the parts even though with continuous follow up. Every time I have been told that indent is in process and you will get soon.

        I need to raise this concern in consumer cell, if the service provider will provide such a pathetic service there must be some action against them.

        Kindly raise this concern to bajaj home appliances for the service provide named SUDHARSHAN ENTERPRISES.

            Dear Sir,
            as per advertisement for Bajaj Discover 100cc Bike "100 KM per liter under test condition" Like others I fall prey of their gimmick and became proud owner of this bike on June 2010. since then it was giving me average of 60KM per liter, the dealer said it will increase gradually. But unfortunately, after having even 2nd paid service (July 2011)
            its giving me mileage of 47KM a liter. really hats off to BAJAJ.
            To justify this at service bay bajaj personnels says your riding style is not good, perhaps thats the reason for low mileage.

              On 25th July 2011 ( Invoice No.T01254)

              When I went for 1st service (Free) they charged me Rs.330 (For Oil Change)
              Meanwhile it is no where mentioned that 1st service requires additional Rs330 for Oil change

              However when it is only 700Km in the initial run, what is the need of changing oil

              The service department said if I don’t change oil they will withdraw my warranty
              Also they confirmed that Bajaj DTSi Oil last for 10,000Km

              When I asked which oil was there in the bike initially when I received from the Showroom…..? Obviously it might be Bajaj DTSi Oil …….then what’s the need of change ?
              The service dept persons argued with me with misbehavior

              Kindly do the needful, as given in the service book , 1st service should be absolutely free of cost

                I got my bike repaired from Shiny Motors (Authorized Service Center) on[protected]. It was an engine related complain where they changed block piston & other major parts of the bike. But after a week it again started creating the same problem, which was brought to the knowledge of the service center staff & they replied that it will be sorted out automatically within few weeks.It didn't happened so I again went back to the service center but due to heavy rush they informed to come back after a week so on[protected] I finally handover the bike to the service center for repair.

                After that period I was out of station for almost 15 days. So when I returned back & contacted them, the service center staff replied that your bike's block piston & other major parts need to changed as there is no guarantee as well as warranty for the parts Bajaj Genuine Parts.

                Kindly look into the matter very seriously as I had already spent a huge amount on this & can not bear any further.I am also facing problem in traveling as my bike is still in the service center.

                  I purchased a new vehicle MH02CG6533 from Sai Services, Andheri West, Mumbai. After one month, i got it serviced (first servicing) in their workshop situated in Hussaini Auto Mart, Andheri west Near Amboli on 24.07.2011. After getting my bike, i faced a lot of problem, first, the bike is getting off automatically, second, there is no smoothness in driving even after oil change. I went again on the very next day, and told Mr. Dayanand and Kalpesh regarding this problem. They did something and told that now it is ok. Still i am facing the same problem. I had a very bad experience in that service centre, as they have not touched my bike at all.

                  even after paying for first servicing almost Rs.275/- for oil change, they have not attended it.

                  Hence, i request you to please initiate proper action.

                  Even I purchased a new vehicle HP 20 D 1858 from Krishna automobiles, Nangal Road Una, h.p.in Nov., 2010. After one month, i got it serviced (first servicing) in their workshop situated in Una. After getting my bike, i faced a lot of problem, first, the self start was not working, second, there was no smoothness in driving even after oil change. I went again on the very next day, and told works manager regarding this problem. They did something and told that now it is ok. Still i am facing the same problem. I had a very bad experience in that service centre, as they have not touched my bike at all. Later I found out that they were planting chalu batteries in some of the bikes.After three services and nine months passed, my bike sounds like a very old bike and engine has malfunctioned too.Even it is under warranty period but they don't care and demand more money.

                  It looks like Bajaj is looting people bcoz even after getting money they do'nt work. I am feeling cheated by them.

                    We tried getting spares for Bajaj Wave and where ever we try we get a routine answer that no longer spares are manufactured as the Vehicle model was a failure. I have spent hard earned 40, 000 Rs on this vehicle and it is not fair that they stop supporting it. There should be some solution for this or bajaj should take back the vehicle and pay us the value after deducting depreciation.

                      Dear Pulsar Representative,
                      Myself Pankaj Mahajan i had purchase Bajaj pulsar 150 date on 19/11/2010 from Shiel, Agra. From the very 1st day there was leakage of petrol from carburetor, it was repaired two times but at last I forced them and they changed the carburetor. On same time there was problem in speedometer also after many tries it was not repaired and finally meter was changed. After 1 service the bike has new trouble of air sucking, due to that problem that stopped on the way anywhere. During my 3rd service I companied about the same to the technician. He repaired it and said now this is fine and further you will not get this problem. Unfortunately I am facing the same problem again. And in Sri ved service station nobody is ready to gave me company complaint book. And even service station manager is not bother to take this matter seriously. Now I don’t know too whom I have to ask further. BAJAJ is such a big company and I purchased my bike with lots of trust, at last I have to say that, if BAJAJ Company is manufacturing this kind of bikes, that start giving trouble from the 1 day of purchasing, BAJAJ should look in to their product quality of stop manufacturing.                         Respected Sir/Mam,

                        My name is Amit, which means Spontaneous. I ve baught my second motorcycle Bajaj Pulsar LS - means Loose Screws???? Am i right.

                        Technically; people who have designed Pulsar 135 LS knows very well that the Material; especially screws which are used are all from a very sick material may be a third grade quality. There is china material which is of very low grade as well as the poor quality in the market, like the same is the material used in Pulsar 135 LS.

                        Not to be harsh but i am totally satisfied with the earlier product Pulsar 150 which i had earlier. But you guys broke that TRUST. Seriously its not been a year, issues which i am facing is terrible. The parts which made me write all these is the screws and the bolts used in my Pulsar 135 LS - "Loose Screw" i believe. Twice the screws (Two screws and bolts which fit in the head engine block at the silensor's mouth) were broken one by one. Secondly The Nut and bolt which supports the silensor tail & the leg stand was broken after that. Thirdly the bolt which joins the handle bar was broken. Fourthly the battery was gone completely useless in the 8th month, And freshly again one of the Head block screw which connects the silensor is broken. Phew.... now can u understand my problem with the problemetic 135 LS model??????

                        Please, now if you can HELP ! me on this.......Coz there is no use speaking with the service guys at the service point at Sai Service Andheri west. Its like banging your head on the wall which is never going to break !!!!!

                                Hi my name is gagan , i have purchased bajaj pulsar 180cc in 2010 from rajiv bajaj durgapuri shahdra, since than i am facing problem . The headlamp is not powerful enough so i can ride in night time. I went to bajaj people they always say just go to workshop and show them , when i go to bajaj workshop they say nothing can be done about it. Then after that on 1st service they said you have to buy oil supplement which i denied for but they said u have to take it as it is mandatory, now when i went for 3rd free service bajaj people said that it expired in 240 days from the date of purchase, however @ the time of second free service the service manager commited whenever you complete 10,000 km come for the free service , i asked twice and confirmed @ the time of 2nd free service and he said no worries, whenever you will complete 10,000 kms come to us for the third free service.This is not the service which we expect from bajaj atleast . Please do the needful so it can be sorted out.

                                Bajaj Pulsar 180 UG4 — Poor customer satisfaction-

                                I purchased pulsar 180 UG4 on 17 Aug 09, from Bagga Link Pitampura, Delhi. Within a month bike started giving problems.I even contacted Mr J.K. Arora (Area Manager Bajaj Auto, Delhi) he agrees that bike is having some manufacturing defect, but says he is helpless.Plz help me i dont no what to do now.

                                BAJAJ PULSAR 180UG4 — NO SERVICE WAS DONE

                                I HAVE A OWN PULSAR 180 UG4, AFTER 5000 K.M. I FACE MY HANDEL BAR IS SHAKING IN SPEED BETWEEN 65 TO 80 K.M/H.

                                I've completed 3 services in same service center. The service is very bad. I asked them to
                                service good everytime but its not satisfied. After complete the 3rd sercvice paid the bill. the very next the nuts and bolts are not fitted well in handle and some other parts I'm my bike and tat day itself I've complained to the manager . But they asked me to pay for that. And I don't what to do with this . I need my bike to be serviced well.

                                  Hi Concerned,

                                  I have purchased a new bike "Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTSI" on[protected], Bike Number "KA41 S 4312. Chassis Number MD2-DHD-H22UCA19199.

                                  I have purchased bike from R.V.Bajaj ,#237, Mysore Road , Bangalore 560039

                                  I have a complaint of bike getting off in running condition(In trafic while riding). this happend at least 25 times. I have complained the same and given the bike for 5 times now, problem is not resolved,So this bike has manufacturing defect. Now the bike is with Show room.

                                  I have given complaint to custmer care and the complaint # is CR-78691

                                  As the bike has manufacturing defect I have asked for new bike. But R.V Bajaj representative is telling that he will repair the bike and give the same.

                                  Pls do the needful at the earliest.

                                      i replaced speedometre due to cable was cut automatically but new cable also cut within 4 months 2nd time again i replaced cable but ..faced same problem. how many time i replace cable.
                                      you must supply quality product as it cosy me over 125 rs.now i have to drive bike without speedometre.
                                      please show me the solution .
