    Bajaj has been fitting substandard parts on its bike.
    Reading through the forums, one can easily identify the problem, i.e rusting and falling of the bike silencer.
    The most prone problem is that the silencer catches rust and falls apart and has a very small operational life.

    By writing to Consumer Complaints, I hope the complaint reaches the right people who could induce a change in the lazy attitude of bajaj and making them to recall the bikes with the fault and amending the issue like every mature auto producer.

      Dear Sir/madam.

      I am sending you the two scan copies of my vehicle details purchased in 2004 from MG Scooters, chandanagar, hyderabad, through BAFL. Last year I applied for NOC transfer to Bangalore. Against NOC you issued me loan clearance certificate. I received NOC from Sangareddy RTO. They issued me RC cum NOC both in one copy and taken back my original RC by Sangareddy RTO. After submitting the papers in bangalore RTO they are asking for original Tax Invoice. I en quired with MG Scooters they said since the invoice is prepared in manually the books have been shifted to godown. they said the original invoice is with BAFL.I request to you to please send me the original Tax Invoice immediately to my hyderabad address mentioned in Delivery challan. Hope kindly do the needful as the earliest, so that I go for further process.

      Bajaj Boxer-CT — Issue of NOC

      I had purchased a Bajaj Boxer CT in 2001 from BHUBANESWAR

      The loan has been paid in full long back. I have to sell it for which

        SIR, Presently i am using bajaj discover bike 125 cc Model 2006. Reg;No:RJ 14 SE 4019. I am using the same bike from year 2006 presently i am faciing problem with bike cyclencer. The bike cyclencer is fully leak
        from the botteom of the cyclencer automaticaly withought any accident. As per baja dealer comments in year
        2007/2008 company will change the cyclencer on company cost at bajaj dealers showroom/workshop. At that time i did not able to change it. Beacuse i am shifting jaipur to sitapur in UP. Now i request you please that please make arrangement of change the cyclencer in sitapur at comp cost.

          hi this vikram, i always had a dream to get a pulsur down my but wen i got it i came to know that my is down under pulsur the bike is going to kill my just because of the heavy maintaince i also have car thats swift.......the car dosent have that much maintaince............
          the pulsur 180 ug4 is such a huge load on my mind that i cant even send that bike back to bajaj infact i have to take care just bcoz i have payed for the bike........
          i bought this bike 1 year ago and till now i have changed the cluth plate 2 times in 1 year and i change the oil every month.......do the servicing every month the gears are so hard that i have to push the bike forward and back just get the gears down on the signal of the streets.........the wheel alinment is gone crazy wen i apply brakes the rear tyre starts dancing ...i cant control the bike at the speed of 70kmph .....wen shown all this to the bajaj sevice centre the are like amazing the head machanic dosent know the full form of DTS-i and they have hierd the mechanics from UP and Bihar i myself i am an automobile engg and cant get the answer of the problems.............i dont know what to do now the bajaj has done their hands upp now ...........

          CAN ANYBODY PLZ LET ME KNOW WERE SHOULD I GO WITH THIS STUPID ISSUES AND WHOS THE GREAT TEAM WHO CAN HELP ME OUT AFTER ALL WE HAVE PAYED FOR IT AND WE SHOULD GET THE RIGHT MACHINE BAJAJ HAS NOT DONE ANY DONATION ON US ............PLZ REPLY ME BACK THAT WILL BE HELFULL

            Sir, I have purchased a Bajaj XCD-125 motorbyke form Bajaj estimated Showroom at Bhiringi; Durgapur-13, since 2nd Jan 2008 . But recently I feel tremendous and continuous negligence on the subject of Product & Service from your end.

            From beginning I had servicing my motorbike from the above said service centre, but after 1.5 yrs from purchasing I found the silencer of my motor bike damage, hence the same is changed free of cost from service centre due under warranty. But again after 1.5 yrs the same problems arise.

            In this circumstance, I have fallen in great difficulty, when around in 3 yrs 2 times damage the silencer of my motorbike. I have every times service maintained of my bike as per schedule from your service centre also I have maintained bike fuel [extra premium] from authorized fuel station. I think it is very astonishing matter of an Indian reputed company’s product as well as service.

            Therefore; I cordially request you kindly look into the matter & give me your valuable suggestions of this regards.

            I hope you will understand my problems and making me highly obliged to you.

              TO Whom so ever it may concern,

              This is regarding Negligence and Cheating in quantity and Quality by Kalyani Bajaj Mekhri circle.
              I have left my vehice for servicing in kalyani on 4/01/2011.servicing bill amt was 2163.00 RS, Including annual maintaince for vechicle KA02-HA 5144.

              on 6/04/2011 vehicle engine is seized on tumkur road.
              The reasons according to Mr Dinesh s Achrya and Suresh reddy B is
              1. The oil in the engine is very very less. and
              2.The vechile engine should decarbonize from 25000kms to 30000kms.according staff of kalyani their name is mentioned above.
              My vehicle when the last service is done the reading was 26140kms why you have not highlighted on the same day to decarbonize.?

              How could the oil is less in engine without any leakage?

              This is due to negligence and cheating in the quantyties by kalyani bajaj team in mekhri circle it costing my pocket 8000 to 10000rs.

              Please take necessary action immediately and now the vechicle is with kalyani bajaj mekhri circle .

                I am purchase one pulsar 150cc bike I am paying monthly EMI without fail, Once complete all my emi I calld Bajaj finance customer ledy told to me your all emi completed you can come and collect clearance certificate she told last three months back. Again I got call from one of the lady from bajaj finance three days back she told to me still one EMI pending . How come this again I paid all the emi y should I keep balance one emi this one of bad service

                  Sir/Madam,
                  My dad bought a Bajaj Pulsar 135 CC for my brother in Pondicherry. First 3 months everything went fine, after that often we face starting trouble with the bike. We tried both self start and kick start, nothing worked. Then we informed the dealer, he came to our house and then took the bike with him with the help of another bike. After a week he gave it back saying the problem is resolved. But we faced the problem after couple of months, and the same procedure followed.

                  Now its been almost a year, we face the same problem again, for the past 3 days the bike is with the dealer for repair. I believe its manufacturing defect in bike.

                  Please suggest me how to proceed.

                    Bajaj — Do not repair bike

                    Dear sir,
                    I purchased a new baja pulsar 150cc from Royal bajaj on 24-09-09. From the very first day of delivery I am facing missing problems in the bike. When contacted with the customer care/workshop owner they were not able to rectify my problem (even after taking the car to their workshop for more than 10 times) and when asked to replace the product they simply refused to do so. Now the manager (Mr. Sharma ) of that serive centre demand for money to repair the bike.
                    I am hereby looking for your advice on how to get my problem resolved either by getting my bike repaired or replaced.

                    Bajaj Discover 100 — not repairing bike delaying it

                    I Have purchased bike from dewan motors ( c-6 kiran garden , main najafgarh road ,nawada uttam nagar new delhi 110059 ) on 26 apr 2010 . unfortunately I met with an accident on 15 may 2010 and bike got some damage and I handed over bike to showroom people to repair the bike . It is been 30 days today .my bike was insured . they did not repair my bike and every time they make excuse due to them Iam suffering lot . it seems that they r bunch of crooks and making me fool by saying wait wait and wait . they r not so organised in terms of business and they do not care abt customers . I hope u will do something .

                    I am N Mohamed also a victim of faulty bajaj discover 100, i bought it 2 year before. since beginning lots of problem and parts worn outs. I have changed gear lever for 3 times. Even genuine gear lever worn after 3 to 4 months. Now it is chain to make trouble within 13000 kms of ride, it producing severe noise, service dealers keep on telling something on that and they fix and grab huge money as charges, but after two days of service the problem again started.
                    Still problem persists when we asked service center [Viji AutoMobiles, Perambur, Chennai]about this, they told us chain link lock broken need to change entire chain set (would cost around Rs.900).
                    But I felt cheated by bajaj with cheap low quality motor cycle with weak parts.

                    Not only me, also lot of people have this bike reported same issue one mechanic said

                    I want answer from bajaj and rectifiy this issue.

                      My Bajaj pulsar 220's Fuel Pump is not working efficiently... I have gone to bajaj service centre(chandigarh).
                      I have already ordered them to bring Fuel pump....but they always refused me...now one month had gone.. my bike is standing. NO fuel Pump they have installed. I'm having big problems without my bike. Please help me. My contact no. is ([protected]).

                          I have visited to D.P.Goel service baja atuo ltd many time.But there headof eng had one
                          of the other excuse every time. after two month there saying that shocker are damaged in
                          the accitent that they refused to replace the shocker despite the gurantaa of two year
                          It is requested to look in the matter as early as bossible be cause i am going
                          though mental stress and having back pain also

                            I am a new Customer of Bajaj Auto Bike. I purchased Pulsar 135LS(Black) on 23/10/2010 from
                            Swadeshi Auto Pvt. Ltd., 13-14, Raja Garden, New Delhi - 110015. I have attached all soft copy as proof. After proper maintenance and Servicing it self there is some problem in my bike. When I purchase this bike and get back to home same day it’s prevents some problem (Engine don’t Start) I immediately go to authorized service Centre of Swadeshi Auto Pvt. Ltd. situated at 41, Rama Road, Najafgarh Road Industrial Area, New Delhi – 110015 . When IInd times I feel some problem in bike I immediately report it to service workshop supervisor to rectify the issue. I get four times problem in my bike (in a short period of approximate six month) but service center never full satisfy me at a single time and regular interval I have prevents some problem as on first day I purchase. As by Bajaj Auto policy there is Warranty of one years but when it’s over they charge from me for every time when I’m go to service center for any kind of problem. So i want to get my bike replace.
                            Please take immediate action to get my bike replace with warranty as well.

                              I own 6 twowheelers in my family & purchased another one for me which is a cool looking Bajaj Avenger on 03/12/09.

                              Unfortunately i have to mentioned that Bajaj auto is charging a sum of Rs 78000/- approx for a vehicle & the final product we received as customer is not justifiable my Vehicle No RJ 06 SL 1515.

                              Problem on very 1st day:- Battery & Gear Shifting problems (Rigid, not smooth ). many times i have to kick gears to shift.

                              It had been updated to your dealer Sandeep Bajaj, Bhilwara. Service stated that its new motorcycle & will be fine tune after first service

                              But even after all three services, the problems remains the same. Service people say "Nothing can be done with this problem. It has no solution."

                              After 1st service i got clutch plates, silencer problems, recurring battery problems through out the year. Now battery is out of warranty & they dont want to talk about it.

                              They have problem o[censored]navailability of spares also. whenever i needed spares, i had to wait 1-2 months to get it. Just imagine how poor your dealers are, they cant keep stock of necessary parts also.

                              As being owner of 2 bikes from past 6 years of Hero Honda Motors (Splendor ) with no such complaints about its product, I feel being cheated by Bajaj Auto ltd & want to raise this to the bajaj Auto management to give me justice on this front.

                              I dont want to visit your service center also at Bhilwara as feel insulted.

                              Please take note & guide for further process.

                                DUE TO SOME FINANCIAL PROBLEM I WAS UNABLE TO PAY EMI THIS LOAN THEREFORE BAJAJ FINANCE RECOVERY AGENT HARASSED ME AND DISPUTING WITH ME .I HAVE MET AN ACCIDENT AND A LONG PERIOD OUT O[censored]NEMPLOYMENT.AND TOTAL NINE EMI DUE FOR THAT.I AM NOT IN THE POSITION TO GIVE THE AMOUNT AT PRESENT BUT I SHOULD ARRANGE IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.I WANT TO CLEAR THE AMOUNT BY SETTLEMENT.HERE I PAID THE EMI TO DIFFERENT AGENCIES BUT NOW I WANT TO SETTLE IT THROUGH THE BAJAJ COMPANY DIRECT.AND I DO WANT TO HARRASH THROUGH YOUR RECRUITED AGENCIES.THEY ARE THREADED ME AND CEASE MY BIKE.IF IT SHOULD HAPPEN THEN I GO FOR SOME ACTION LEGALY.SO HOW TO POSSIBLE FOR SETTLEMENT OPTION.

                                    i get fully repaired my bike bajaj pulsar 150cc reg no dl8saq 8262 from virmani automobile( ph [protected]) in rani bagh (DELHI) in January 2011. In repairing among various parts i purchased and replaced rear shockers from virmani automobile in the bike. At that time they assured me that shockers is genuine and with warranty of two years of leakage.
                                    now after two months only one of the shocker start leakage. and when i asked to virmani automobile he refused to change it and said to talk to company (bajaj auto ltd.) regarding this. i contacted to Bajaj auto Ltd regarding this and they given c r no69269 and replied that on spare parts no warrenty is there.
                                    now i request you to see the matter.

                                      My self Samarjit Banerjee had purchased a new Bajaj Pulsar150cc (Black) on 19th Feb'11 from AUTO AQUARIUM- Dankuni Branch which is under dealership of AUTO AQUARIUM - Chinsurah Office. But still now i didn't receive my vehicle no, blue book, insurance papers & rod tax etc details in this One month. They are not communicating with me in acorrect process where as i alrady downpayment full amount (Rs.71000/-) on that very day i.e, 19/2/11.
