    I am a bajaj autopmobiles' customer. I bought a bajaj Pulsar 200 motorcycle fromo Bajaj Probiking in Hyderabad. writing this to convey that Bajaj Probiking service is the worst service I have ever encounterred. The staff is un-trained to provide customer service, they absolutely just enjoy the monopoly of being the only service provider for 200 cc pulsar vehicles.

    They never do their job unless u sit and slog them to do so. The job card is just a fancy for them, you anyway have to tell them what to do after they finish their 'service'

    These utterly irresponsible people dont deserve to work as customer service

    I have escalated my issues at bajaj Auto's corporate level, however each one is useless,

    Please shut this crappy useless workshop, cancel their commercial licence.

    Yes I agree with this complaint there is no use of bajaj probiking service centre vijayawada also...there are all playing...no expert of mechanism for pulsor 200 bike...what was the use of it...this is the way where the customer of bajaj should face it...its tooo much. i have given my bike...for repair one month finished ..when ever we call them there is no parts.. you should wait..wats the hell is going on...

      I had bot Pulsar 135 LS 1 year ago i have completed all 3 servisings provided by Bajaj.After 2nd servicing a have observed gear shifting problem occurring in my bike,post adressing the same to service center it was resolved.The same problem erupted again after 3-4 months which again got resolved on 3rd free servicing.When approached to the service center personally i was adviced to opt for paid service since no free service is remaining, also was informed that this problem would be resolved only when if i opt for there paid servicing.

      Please advice me as what to do and how to proceed further on this.Do i have to pay Bajaj when this problem is occurring right from tenor when free servicing was available and was addressed .

        My loan proposal number with bajaj auto finance ltd. is 40286786 for bajaj caliber. I had allready complited my all loan amount in 2003.           Hi,

          I bought my Pulsar 220cc in month of Feb 2011 from Khivraj Motor ( near MG Road)- banaglore. For the First month bike was good to drive but suddenly after the first service in March 2011, i am facing alot problem with my bike. Now Bike is not that smooth as it was earlier, engine is making lot of noise , bike is regularly getting stop, if i'll slow down or put brave to slow down on turns/ Signals and this happens very often whether i am driving in day time or night time and because of this problem i am loosing my bike battery life too as bike doesn't have kick start and i am force to use self-start button again and again in traffic.

          I have given my bike for Serviceing on the same centre(Khivraj Motor) "thrice" but no improvements , after the service bike will run ok for 5-6 days and then again same problem will re-occur. I am tried of going back to service centre again and again and telling them the same story, I doubt whether they even check the bike or not. Its been hardly 3 months and my bike seems to in bad condition.

          I want someone from Bajaj-auto to respond, i bought the top model in bajaj bike and it seems i waste my money.

            I purchased a bajaj pulsar 220 DTS-i on 15 jan 2011. As bajaj told me this bike has 220 cc engine but I dont think they commeted me right, because before this bike I was using bajaj Pulsar 150 DTS-i, The performance of both bike is absolutely same.
            Pulsar 220 has lot of problems as I given below

            1. BIKE IS VIBRETING AT SPEED OF 40 KM/h I have done first 2 servicing with bajaj only 1 is with sai servicing center of shivaji nagar, that time they told me this problem will be solve after 1000 km of running, after running of 1000 km I went to Sai servicing center with the same problem, but they fail to solve problem, whatever they did with my bike after that I started feeling addition problems like the fork of bike started making noise, after my request they solve the problem of fork, but after that handling of bike been very hard,
            At that time engineer told me, "we can't solve the problem of vibration right now u come latter on". I accepted, and I keep going there 4 time but they avoid me, I understand they cant solve my problem.

            2. After the running of 3200 Km. still I facing the same problem, At the time of second servicing of bike I decided to change service center that why I went to sai servicing of Paud phata, I told them same problem of Vibration and hard handling, they were co-oprated with me well, they solve out handling problem, but they could not able to solve the problem of Vibration.
            After check and test of everything engineer told me this bike has problem with chain, and chain is defected, I told them to change the chain, but engineer denied, he said chain of bike is not comes in guaranty or warranty.
            As engineer told told me this bike has problem with chain I went to local mechanic to get check my bike, but that mechanic told me this bike has something major problem this vibration is not coming because of chain.
            I went again to bajaj servicing center and requested them to check for vibration and solve it, but they denied
            Now I don't have any other option to get solve my problem, I spent more than Rs. 95000/- but I not satisfied with my bike, because Bajaj has cheated with me.

            Bajaj Pulsar 220 DTS-i — Defecting "Structure"

            Sir,
            I Akhil Mahajan from Chandigarh, bought Pulsar 220 DTS-i this January. The bike has CHASSIS problem, which is slightly bent from back side. I have presented my bike for numerous time at Chandigarh Hind Motors Bajaj center "Plot No. 815 Industrial Area, Phase 2 Chandigarh,[protected]" but they are not ready to accept the problem in the bike.

            I even showed them the other bikes which were perfect and asked them to compare with the one I have, but they avoided the fact and asked me to leave. I even showed them some other bikes which had the same problem, but they are not admitting the manufacturing error.
            Sir I have tried over 5-6 times to make sure they check out the problem in the Bike, but they don't seem to Care about the Customer's Problem.
            I asked them to kindly help me Contact the high official of the center so that I could get some remedy against this, but they don't even help me with this also.

            this is not only my problem but their are many Customers who have same problem and who were disappointed by the fact which the bajaj dealers did not admit.

            Sir I hope you will look into the grievances and help us get the remedy against the loss.

            This is the worst experience, this company has made me REGRET the fact that I'm a Pulsar User.

            Starter of my bike is not working properly from the very beginning itself. I have already replaced it 5 or 6 times. But after every 8000 km , it gets damaged. I suffered a lot. I need proper clearance from your side.

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              I have purchased Bajaj Pulsar 150 CC bike on 26 July 2009. It has covered around 11000 Kms and serviced 5 or 6 times. The purchasing of the bike and all the services done from Khivraj Motors, Kasturba road, Bangalore. My Bike number is 3289.

              During all these services, the Mechanics at the Khivraj Motors have changed the Break Shoe of the rear wheel 3 times. Few days back, I met with my old friend who is working with Bajaj in Rajasthan. He told me that one break shoe will serve you for 18000 Kms to 20000 Kms atleast.
              I am very much dissappointed for being cheated by Khivraj motors people.

                My self Ajay Yeolekar given My pulsar for servicing to ARUN AUTOMOBILES RING ROAD PATNI PLAZA, KHAMLA SQUARE,

                CASH MEMO NO L-180 but at the time of Delivary they taken 1568.00 amount of servicing and in it Labour Labour Charges taken to much instead of given any information taken charges of tank clean electrical work , Break Attended inspite of Labour Charges Also.

                This is how increased a bill of My Vechical servising It is very bad experience and also bajaj work .

                  Dear Sir,

                  I have Purchase new Platina bike from Amin automobiles laldarwaja ahmedabad.From the day of purchase I am facing so many problems with my bike. Below is the defect in the bike I faced after the purchase.

                  1) I faced the problem of meter not working due to some manufacturing defect which is told by your company engineer. Repairing was done and bike was working ok for three days.

                  2) Again that again problem face with the battery it was totally discharge & within a purchase of 3 days need to recharge the battery also.

                  3) Then it again got the problem of puncture in the backside tyre. During the repairing it was found that the problem with the tube and it was told by puncture master it was the manufacturing defect in the tube.

                  4) After 150 km only faced the problem of oil droping some oil drop on the engine head so I contacted the svc center and it was told that we will repair the same. But after repairing also still the problem is continue.



                  For the same problem I have again contacted Mr.Mihir (Manager) & Mr.Ashok(Engineer) they told

                  need to open engine and repairing require to be done.



                  But now I am not ready to open the machine as I had given three to four times for the repairing in a purchase of first week and now not ready to do any repairing. All problems are detecting that there is some manufacturing defect in my bike and due to that reason I had to give for repairing of bike again and again.



                  And major thing is that Service center has not made any job card for these all repairing done. Which is not acceptable as even of my demand they have refuse to give job card for the single time also.



                  So as a proof I have attached photographs of gate pass & oil defect in bike which is still continue.



                  Further to that I would request you to replace my bike. If any action not taken against the same I need to go for further steps as your Assistant manager Mr.R.B.Patel has refuse my request of replacement of bike.

                    I brought 2 engine oil seal looking at the originality of the product on the packet with Bajaj name. But just day passed by the seal proved to be faulty and the leakage starts again. I again went to my mechanic brought the original bajaj oil seal and the same problem again started. I am experiencing this with many other small spare parts with bajaj motors. The price as compared are quiet high but the quality is too bad and the parts dont last their expected time.

                    Is it so that bajaj delibrately keep their parts quality low. While even selling it on high prices.

                          Bajaj has been fitting substandard parts on its bike.
                          Reading through the forums, one can easily identify the problem, i.e rusting and falling of the bike silencer.
                          The most prone problem is that the silencer catches rust and falls apart and has a very small operational life.

                          By writing to Consumer Complaints, I hope the complaint reaches the right people who could induce a change in the lazy attitude of bajaj and making them to recall the bikes with the fault and amending the issue like every mature auto producer.

                            I am sending you the two scan copies of my vehicle details purchased in 2004 from MG Scooters, chandanagar, hyderabad, through BAFL. Last year I applied for NOC transfer to Bangalore. Against NOC you issued me loan clearance certificate. I received NOC from Sangareddy RTO. They issued me RC cum NOC both in one copy and taken back my original RC by Sangareddy RTO. After submitting the papers in bangalore RTO they are asking for original Tax Invoice. I en quired with MG Scooters they said since the invoice is prepared in manually the books have been shifted to godown. they said the original invoice is with BAFL.I request to you to please send me the original Tax Invoice immediately to my hyderabad address mentioned in Delivery challan. Hope kindly do the needful as the earliest, so that I go for further process.

                              SIR, Presently i am using bajaj discover bike 125 cc Model 2006. Reg;No:RJ 14 SE 4019. I am using the same bike from year 2006 presently i am faciing problem with bike cyclencer. The bike cyclencer is fully leak
                              from the botteom of the cyclencer automaticaly withought any accident. As per baja dealer comments in year
                              2007/2008 company will change the cyclencer on company cost at bajaj dealers showroom/workshop. At that time i did not able to change it. Beacuse i am shifting jaipur to sitapur in UP. Now i request you please that please make arrangement of change the cyclencer in sitapur at comp cost.

                                hi this vikram, i always had a dream to get a pulsur down my but wen i got it i came to know that my is down under pulsur the bike is going to kill my just because of the heavy maintaince i also have car thats swift.......the car dosent have that much maintaince............
                                the pulsur 180 ug4 is such a huge load on my mind that i cant even send that bike back to bajaj infact i have to take care just bcoz i have payed for the bike........
                                i bought this bike 1 year ago and till now i have changed the cluth plate 2 times in 1 year and i change the oil every month.......do the servicing every month the gears are so hard that i have to push the bike forward and back just get the gears down on the signal of the streets.........the wheel alinment is gone crazy wen i apply brakes the rear tyre starts dancing ...i cant control the bike at the speed of 70kmph .....wen shown all this to the bajaj sevice centre the are like amazing the head machanic dosent know the full form of DTS-i and they have hierd the mechanics from UP and Bihar i myself i am an automobile engg and cant get the answer of the problems.............i dont know what to do now the bajaj has done their hands upp now ...........

                                CAN ANYBODY PLZ LET ME KNOW WERE SHOULD I GO WITH THIS STUPID ISSUES AND WHOS THE GREAT TEAM WHO CAN HELP ME OUT AFTER ALL WE HAVE PAYED FOR IT AND WE SHOULD GET THE RIGHT MACHINE BAJAJ HAS NOT DONE ANY DONATION ON US ............PLZ REPLY ME BACK THAT WILL BE HELFULL

                                  Sir, I have purchased a Bajaj XCD-125 motorbyke form Bajaj estimated Showroom at Bhiringi; Durgapur-13, since 2nd Jan 2008 . But recently I feel tremendous and continuous negligence on the subject of Product & Service from your end.

                                  From beginning I had servicing my motorbike from the above said service centre, but after 1.5 yrs from purchasing I found the silencer of my motor bike damage, hence the same is changed free of cost from service centre due under warranty. But again after 1.5 yrs the same problems arise.

                                  In this circumstance, I have fallen in great difficulty, when around in 3 yrs 2 times damage the silencer of my motorbike. I have every times service maintained of my bike as per schedule from your service centre also I have maintained bike fuel [extra premium] from authorized fuel station. I think it is very astonishing matter of an Indian reputed company’s product as well as service.

                                  Therefore; I cordially request you kindly look into the matter & give me your valuable suggestions of this regards.

                                    TO Whom so ever it may concern,

                                    This is regarding Negligence and Cheating in quantity and Quality by Kalyani Bajaj Mekhri circle.
                                    I have left my vehice for servicing in kalyani on 4/01/2011.servicing bill amt was 2163.00 RS, Including annual maintaince for vechicle KA02-HA 5144.

                                    on 6/04/2011 vehicle engine is seized on tumkur road.
                                    The reasons according to Mr Dinesh s Achrya and Suresh reddy B is
                                    1. The oil in the engine is very very less. and
                                    2.The vechile engine should decarbonize from 25000kms to 30000kms.according staff of kalyani their name is mentioned above.
                                    My vehicle when the last service is done the reading was 26140kms why you have not highlighted on the same day to decarbonize.?

                                    How could the oil is less in engine without any leakage?

                                    This is due to negligence and cheating in the quantyties by kalyani bajaj team in mekhri circle it costing my pocket 8000 to 10000rs.

                                    Please take necessary action immediately and now the vechicle is with kalyani bajaj mekhri circle .

                                      I am purchase one pulsar 150cc bike I am paying monthly EMI without fail, Once complete all my emi I calld Bajaj finance customer ledy told to me your all emi completed you can come and collect clearance certificate she told last three months back. Again I got call from one of the lady from bajaj finance three days back she told to me still one EMI pending . How come this again I paid all the emi y should I keep balance one emi this one of bad service

                                        Sir/Madam,
                                        My dad bought a Bajaj Pulsar 135 CC for my brother in Pondicherry. First 3 months everything went fine, after that often we face starting trouble with the bike. We tried both self start and kick start, nothing worked. Then we informed the dealer, he came to our house and then took the bike with him with the help of another bike. After a week he gave it back saying the problem is resolved. But we faced the problem after couple of months, and the same procedure followed.

                                        Now its been almost a year, we face the same problem again, for the past 3 days the bike is with the dealer for repair. I believe its manufacturing defect in bike.

                                        Please suggest me how to proceed.
