I had bought a Bajaj Pulsar 150 CC bike on 13th June 2010. Details are mentioned below for your reference. I have done timely services on 27/06/10 at 790 Km and on 18/07/10 at 1943 Km. This is regarding the complaint of BAJAJ _ PULSAR -150 DTSi DL -8S -AU-6652. I bought it on 18th June 2010. Earlier to this I was using same BAJAJ – PULSAR- 150 (old Model round Head Light) during 2003 to 18Th June 2010.

I WILL NEVER RE PURCHASE BAJAJ BIKE IN MY LIFE.

I own a pulsar 200. Bajaj has to seriously do something about their after sales service to get back into the business otherwise the day is not too far when they will loose the market share. Other bike manufacturers are providing very gud after sales service.

I am not happy with the service provide. From the first service I had noticed that the customer service is poor . Its been 1 year the problem is not been fixed, every service I bring this issue to their notice , at recent today i went to make a service but the manager asked me to bring the bike on monday because of demand in service engineers in the show room i m very much dipresed due to this activity...

Hi, I have Financed Bajaj Platina Bike in April 2008, my installments are is for 36 months and in august-september-october-november 2010 my cheque was bounce and Mr Inder from Bajaj Recovery, Amritsar came to collect the due payment i gave him 3680 (4 months) as my due installment and he tel me that i dont have receipt book right now i will give you receipt in the evening and i said ok no prob give me in the evening but in november 2010 one...

I have already send the following E-mails to Bajaj service customer care for which no action has been taken so far.
Plz note i have not recived even a single call from the Bajaj company regarding the same for the last 21 days after registation of complaint with call centre.
