    I purchased my motorcycle in the month of april-2010, from shakti bajaj the dealer of Bajaj in Deoria only, since the period i taken the delivery i'm complaining that there is a Problem with pickup and fuel cusumption (Discover) but the service center takes my number by saying that the part which is required is out of stock this time we will call you but no solution given.

    I request please look into the matter and help.

      Hope the subject matter is clearly suggesting what i am going through.

      I had bought a Bajaj Pulsar 150 CC bike on 10th July 2009. Details are mentioned below for your reference. I have done three service from bajaj and my bike has run 9000 km. my bike digital meter is not working.and i have warranty of 2 years for change of meter.i visited ansh bajaj rohtak haryana for this.but they refused to change it by warranty and give reason that you did not have service from bajaj.but my bike has run only 9000km.

      All 3 services have ben done at ansh bajaj rohtak service station Haryana.

      Since last 17 days, i am following up for fixing up the issue. I have somehow managed this timeframe, but this is absolutely not tolerable.

      The conversation that i had today with the concerned person in the branch is that i need to pay for the work that needs to be done.

      I have a few questions on the entire episode of customer dissatisfaction:


      1. What is the service that Bajaj is offering as your customer is banging his head here and there for last 17 days.

      Just to sum up, i would like to inform you that this is the worst experience that i have ever faced in any new product. And in fact, this is not a small product !!! This is something for which every individual saves some penny or so that he can purchase it.

      I definately would not not suggest any of my known to get into this mess. I would ask him to prefer some other company who can offer better services to the customer post Sale.

      Just to inform you that i would have to go to the Consumer Court in case my issues are not resolved as this is a absolutely critical thing for me.

      I am giving my vehicle for repair to the branch already mentioned above today.

      Hope you will treat this as a feedback and get this issue resolved....

        I bought a bike on the 13th of May 2010

        Engine no : DJGBTA71364
        From Akash bajaj Hinjewadi Pune who is a Subsidary of Sai Service Fugewadi Pune.
        I paid Rs 23000 in cash as down payment and accepted to pay the remaining amount in installments of Rs3686 for 1.5 yrs.
        They installments are being paid regularly but i havent recieved any Contract copy. To my knowledge a borrower copy is given to the customer then why is this happening.

        please take some action.

        This service center is very poor when it comes to services. They don't know the term called "Customer Satisfaction" (or probably don't care to do so). Even after chargine very high amounts they happily deny to provide you satisfactory services. From my person (and very bad) experience, I advice everyone out there, "Don't ever go to this shop if you value your time and money."

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          This is Kiran owned a Motor Vehicle Bajaj Pulsar 150 cc DTSI at ABHINANDAN SHOW ROOM located at Tolichowki, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh on 06/01/11. The cost of the Vehicle is 71, 933, they have given me the manufacture defect vehicle. I identified the defect in the vehicle and visited the show room, they replaced the major problem item and returned the vehicle. At the time of purhcase of the vehicle they took Rs. 900 for vehicle registration and introduced an agent, who will take care of the registration process. Due to bad service and arogance of the agent i demanded the money back to me. But show room owner took Rs. 200 for registration documents and returned rest of Rs. 700 to me. After verifying the documents i found that the doceuments are free of cost. so, i donot know what to do please suggest what to do next.

              Bajaj is unable to provide after sale service to the customer. I am not getting parts for my avenger byke. You ask for any parts and the authorised dealers will say no.
              Now i understand why after making good byke the company is unable to catch Hero Honda.Hero Honda company simply believes in total solution for the customer. Where as the BajaAuto is driven by Motive of total money making solution for the company.
              Dear company wake up of you will never have customer buying second byke from your company as well as good mouth advertisement of your poor after sale service will increase the chance of degrowth.

                      I have purchased a Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS from your authorized distributor (Priya Motors, Agartala) on 23rd of Jan,2010. But the vehicle is having numerous problems which are listed below. I have shown the vehicle to the authorized Bajaj service center but they are also unable to find any solution. So I request you to kindly advice me about the problems and substitute the possible faulty parts if needed.

                      1. The vehicle doesnot start in cold conditions. It has auto chock so starting should not be a problem as assured by Bajaj Representative. What happens is the vehicle starts and go to a high race condition and then switch off. I have to start it 9 - 10 times untill it becomes stable.

                      2. Gear shifting is very problematic. The gears are very hard.

                      3. Suspensions are worst.


                      After repetitive call to the customer care center and sending mails after mails to [protected]@bajajauto.co.in still there is no solution of the problems.

                      Bajaj — Faulty Parts on a new bike

                      Hi,

                      I have bought a new pulsar 200 Dtsi in the month of August'2007 from Varun Bajaj in Vizag. The very next day I saw that the front tyre got deflated. I took it to Bajaj and they in turn asked me to contact MRF. I went to MRF and they told me that its OK and filled the air. On the third day, the battery was not working and the tyre got deflated again. Since this bike does not come with a kick rod, I had to push hard and start it. I took the bike to Varun again and they told me that the battery was not charged properly. They gave me some "Floating Battery" and asked me to come back after a day to collect mine. I did so, but this was an ongoing issue. I took the bike with the same complaints 7 times. They finished all the free servicing within 7 times. But never did they bother to change the battery and the tyre. Finally I was allowed to speak with an Engineer who told me that I met with an accident on this bike and the front wheel got damaged. I told him this was a problem on the second day I tool the bike but was blindly denied. They asked me to go to the Insurance and speak with them. When I asked them about the Battery, they told me that I have changed the new battery with some thing else. I told them that they were the one to give me that floating battery. They again denied the fact, however they gave me another floating battery this time and told me to use this as they can’t get me a new battery as my battery is replaced by something else. I was left with no choice as I couldn’t speak with any one who is responsible. I came out with the same battery two days back. Yesterday, it stopped working. I was in the middle of a high way and narrowly missed an accident but humiliated by drivers around me as I couldn’t get my bike off the middle of the busy road as I don’t even have a kick rod to start. I really don’t know whom I have to report all this. I know that Varun wouldn’t care if I get back to them. Please tell me what can be done.

                      Today i had bought new Bajaj Diccover135CC bike at 7.30 Pm.I am starting my travelling from the show room with that new bike.After 15 mins i stopped the bike and again i started but self Start is not working and neutral light was not blinking and horn also not working.This is my very worst experience from BAJAJ DISCOVER.With in 15 mins the total problems will be affected.Pls take care this issue with in 1 Day.                       Even I'm having the same problem friend...I bought a new Bajaj 150 cc just recently...Same gear shifting problems and starting problems like u said...I too complained many times at the Bajaj Service Center, but they never rectified these problems...I dont know wat to do...

                      I feel like I could have bought Splendor or Passion Pro...at least a second hand bike...
                      I bought pulsar 135 LS on 23-Dec-2010. I also have the same problems as said -

                      1) Gear shifting is very hard sometimes does not work at all.

                      2) The vehicle does not start in cold condition inspite of having an auto chock, i have to accelerate while kicking and too hard kicking for it to start.

                      3) Pick up of the bike has dropped significantly, does not look like a pulsar at all.

                      4) The bike has become a very rough ride.

                      I get it serviced but within week the same problem continues.

                      I have the same problem with my new pulsar 135 ls bike. the bike will not start at cold conditions, i have to make a kick start for 9 to 10 times. The foolish thing i did in my life is that i purchased this bike. what to do now, even hero bycycle suspension is better compared to pulsar 135 ls. It will start vibrating when it reach 45 to 50.
                      My opinion is that please dont purchase bajaj bikes, its really worst. I lost my money by purchasing this worst bike.

                        I have purchased a Pulser 220 on January 2010 and the chain socket damaged with in 5000Klm and I complainted the fact to Bajaj Ltd, copy of mail as follows...


                        My name is Prasanth ,Iam working in Kerala Agriculture University College of Agriculture Vellayani and settled Thiruvananthapuram from January onwards . Iam using bajaj 2 wheeler more than 14 years , first I owned a 4S Champian then Pulser 150 then Pulsar180 and now using Pulsar 220 (Naked street fighter) (Engine Number of vehicle is GBSK 33065,and Registration Number is KL01 AX 2710)and Iam satisfied with Road grip and performance of the vehicle. In my office more than 50 Pulsar are using three person using Pulsar 220 the same colour of mine with my recommendation , and running smoothly with out any problem. But unfortunately my chain socket damaged even at 4000 klm. itself and now free services are over and I serviced one paid service last week at Neyyatinkara . I am well satisfied with the servicing of Mr. Rajesh automobile technician at Bajaj service station at Neyyatinkara ,now he says that it is better to replace the Chain socket .The exhaust sound of bike was changed. I think it is due to manufacturing defect of my bike. Being a Govt servant I use my bike only for to and fro journey to my office and house and I strongly says that it not due to my fault .

                        As a long time customer of Bajaj Bikes kindly note my suggestion for better performance and Production of Bajaj bikes in future. The load of decompression ratio of Bajaj Bikes(especially Pulsar) even if the vehicle is at 100kmph while accelerator releases the straining load comes to chain socket and chain more than any other bikes in India ,and I think the designing of socket is that to get quick acceleration which makes it fastest Indian bikes which the output power is uncomfortable on Indian Roads ,In my openian why cant design two or three kinds of sockets which suit for sports bike and other bikes separately and delivery on option .

                        We are all much trust with Bajaj Auto limited while considering safety and riding comfort , Please consider my problem genuinely and make necessary action in this regard and arrangement to replace the chain socket damaged not due to my fault.


                        ..... after two days a Customer care officer contacted me and take a coaching class about chain socket says that it is due to customer's fault that periodical service with every 500 Klm was required for chain socket ( Cleaning and spraying of some chemical ) as the chain of Pulsar220 is new technology of Bajaj actually I dont know the same . The custemer was un aware of the new technology ,and they have not intimated for the same while at the time of delevery. I think to avoid free servicing every 500 Klm up to 7500 klm is the reason for hiding this matter.
                        I Serviced m bike at Autherisded service station Neyyatinkara But Now they says that The station was not trained for bikes greter than 180 cc which is un aware to the me. They wont give value of customers money and satisfaction. Any way in futureI will fear to purchase Bajaj bike from Trivandrum.

                        Bajaj Provides 30,000 klm guarantee for engine . But due to these reasons I think that they wont give guarantee for any customer and value for customers feedback and satisfaction.
                        Please consider my request and take necessary action in this regard for avoiding these kind cheating of customers in future

Every month must be paid though ING VYSYA bank though Cheques.my loan amount Cleared in May 2010. but am not received Clearence Certificate. lot of time i informed and asked to bajaj show room but your mangaer will not giving good responce to me, and he say the company had not release ur certificate. am loosing my pations.i have monthy bank statements please give my vehicle loan clearance certificate as soon as possible.

                              I have taken a bajaj pulsar 220 on 29th Nov , 2010 from Sai Serice, Andheri , Mumbai at a price of Rs,86000 and one of my friend has taken the same bike just one week before my delivery date from Shreeram Motors, Ghatkopar another authorised dealer of bajaj Motorcycles at a price of Rs.84,500.In addition he has got the latest disk brakes and tryes with new technologies of grips which was not even offered to me by Sai Service nor they have spoken about it.

                              I believe that Baja is not worried about the pricing but only of its sales and I am sure they do not action the dealers against this. I have enough proof to sue Bajaj and Sai Service for this. Hence, I appreciate a quick action from your end and justice to me.

                                I had bought Pulsar220 F from Khivraj Motors,Bangalore on 19/07/2010 and my vehicle met with an accident on 05/12/2010 and went to Khivraj Motors for repair on 06/12/2010.My vehicle was inspected and the insurance company surverior came a gave a green signal on the same day.The next day i was informed that Khivraj Motors do not have cashless facility.I was shocked.Above this i was told that they do not accept even credit/debit cards for service payments(only cash).immedietly i lodged a complaint to the Bajaj tool free number and i have mailed them and till date i have not got any reply from Bajaj.SO PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY BAJAJ PRODUCT AS THE COMPANY PEOPLE SUPPORT ONLY THE DEALER NOT THE CUSTOMER and DO NOT BUY ANY BAJAJ PRODUCT FROM KHIVRAJ MOTORS THEY ARE THE BIGGEST FRAUDS AND CHEATERS.While delivering the vehicle they do not intimate the customers that they do not have cashless facility.My vehicle was ready on 13/12/2010 but till date i have not received my vehicle.

                                Khiviraj Motors — Worst customer service

                                Last week i booked swift vdi ABS with Khiviraj, adyar and they said it will take 2 months. But suddenly the salesman i was attended his saying that the waiting period is unpredictable and in some cases it is taking 9 months. This is the worst customer service i have ever seen. I have planned to cancel the booking. I don't know what problem they will create when i cancel. The people are not at all customer friendly.

                                Bajaj Dealer — Khivraj Motors- Part Payment

                                I have given 500Rs at Khivraj Motors, 100ft rd, HAL 2nd stage , Indiranagar, Bangalore ( Receipt No. IN-4202) towards the part payment of booking a Discover 125cc series bike. I did ask them for the refund rules and it was told that the cancellations payment would be by cheque.

                                But due to financial crunch, i did not wanted to go for the bike.When i wanted the cash back, it was informed to me by that the cancellation charges alone would be 500 Rs which implies that i would get nothing.

                                There was no mention of cancellation charges being mentioned to me as 500. The column for the same was left blank on their receipt.

                                Please help to get the money refunded. And to stop injustice being done to other buyers who may face the same problem.

                                    I have purchase Bajaj Pulsar 135cc bike from Lovely Auto jalandhar Punjab as on[protected].After month my bike’s rear Left side shocker creates problem and they start leaking .Because of my busy schedule I could not go to workshop .On first service I go to lovley auto workshop .After checking my bike workshop Manager Mr Gopal told me that Shocker kit is not working properly because of this shocker is start leakage. The shocker kit is replace free of cost under warranty period but at this time shocker kit is not available in store. Store incharge Mr Mdaan Lal told me that we have already placed order for shocker kit and it has been already sent from Bajaj Company . Workshop Manager Mr Gopal told me that you come on after 15- 20 days your shocker kit is replace .But when I go to workshop after 20 days store incharge said me that shocker kit is still not in stock .When I asking him to give me my complaint no he is not giving any complaint no. When I talk with Workshop Manager Mr Gopal he register my complaint i give my bike for serviced in Lovely auto workshop. Workshop Manager said that shocker kit is available and he change this free of cost under warranty period take my bike from workshop but i still facing same problem. I have already launch complaint I Bajaj auto .please help me to solve this problem or advise me what i can do. I am waiting favorable response from your side.

                                      Hi,

                                      Hope the subject matter is clearly suggesting what i am going through.

                                      I had bought a Bajaj Pulsar 150 CC bike on 13th June 2010. Details are mentioned below for your reference. I have done timely services on 27/06/10 at 790 Km and on 18/07/10 at 1943 Km. After the second service i found out that the Engine is making some noice. After getting the same checked on the 3rd service dated 01/12/10 at 6747 Km (which is well within the timelime and Km reading specified by you), i came to know that the Engine needs to be redone as there are issues with the cylinder kit and other parts.

                                      All 3 services have ben done at Auto Link Service Centre, 109/115, New Palam Vihar, Bajghera Chowk, Gurgaon Haryana.

                                      Since last 17 days, i am following up for fixing up the issue but the status that is being given is that spares are not available and they need to be dispatched from Pune. I have somehow managed this timeframe, but this is absolutely not tolerable.

                                      The conversation that i had today with the concerned person in the branch is that i need to pay for the work that needs to be done (Just to elaborate - This is for the parts that are not under warranty).

                                      I have a few questions on the entire episode of customer dissatisfaction:

                                      1. How can the Engine go down witihin 4-5 months of purchase.
                                      2. If it has gone down, why i need to pay for the rectification work?
                                      3. What is the service that Bajaj is offering as your customer is banging his head here and there for last 17 days?
                                      4. What is the benefit of purchasing a new vehicle from a branded firm which has not even sustained for 4-5 months.
                                      5. Even if the vehicle is rectified, it has got a stamp that the engine has been rebuilt thereby reducing the value of the same.

                                      Just to sum up, i would like to inform you that this is the worst experience that i have ever faced in any new product. And in fact, this is not a small product !!! This is something for which every individual saves some penny or so that he can purchase it.

                                      I definately would not not suggest any of my known to get into this mess. I would ask him to prefer some other company who can offer better services to the customer post Sale.

                                      Just to inform you that i would have to go to the Consumer Court in case my issues are not resolved as this is a absolutely critical thing for me.

                                      I am giving my vehicle for repair to the branch already mentioned above today evening.

                                      Hope you will treat this as a feedback and get this issue resolved....

                                        This is regarding the complaint of BAJAJ _ PULSAR -150 DTSi DL -8S -AU-6652. I bought it on 18th June 2010. Earlier to this I was using same BAJAJ – PULSAR- 150 (old Model round Head Light) during 2003 to 18Th June 2010.

                                        Problem came after my Third free service (After running 9800 Kilometers). I went to BAGGA LINK (Rithala, New Delhi) Service Center and complaint about noise in Bike. I was told that timing chain is creating this noise, so either it would be replaced or it would be set right and roughly estimate of Rs 550 was told to me. I agreed for the same and handed over the bike to service center. As per the practice I was given time in evening to take back the bike. I went in the evening (Mean while no call was made to me for anything) and was advised to replace the timing chain in next service, I asked whether it would create any problem till that time, I was told no problem I may continue till next service. On faith of PULSAR I came back with my bike.

                                        After running roughly 500-600 Kilometers suddenly bike stopped with noise and didn’t worked again. The time was 7 PM in night and I had to catch I repair shop for this, because it was late evening and I was in a remote place. After checking it was found that timing chain (its supporting part) was broken, Piston valves got tilted and there was no way to move ahead. Mean I had to get it repair instantly. Finally after 3-4 hours it was set right and I was left with lost confidence in BAJAJ-PULSAR which I had for last 7 years.

                                        The conclusion is that :

                                        1. NEW BAJAJ PULSAR MODEL is inferior to the older version as no body could believe that timing chain may get non functioning / DAMAGE after 10,000 Km.

                                        OR

                                        2. Service centre people have not done their work properly. Had it been replaced in third service I would have not faced this problem. This may be due to the pressure of doing number of bikes in a day so they did not bother to replace this, what ever may be the problem to the customer. (The copy of third service attached for your kind reference where Timing chain replacement was advised. If they could have replaced it I was not having any objection , who would take risk to continue with defective timing chain to suffer?)

                                        Finally I know in advance that BAJAJ is not going to bother for one bike complaint, but If I am right , design of new BIKE and services of service centers are like this it may not be good sign for BAJAJ in coming future.
