This is V V Satyanarayana Barla, am purchased PLATINA 125 DTS-SI (GRY COLOUR) in jan2009 at Bhimavaram Bajaj Show room. i can pay some downpayment and remaining amount can pay monthy wise. Every month must be paid though ING VYSYA bank though Cheques.my loan amount Cleared in May 2010. but am not received Clearence Certificate. lot of time i informed and asked to bajaj show room but your mangaer will not giving good responce to me, and he say the company had not release ur certificate. am loosing my pations.i have monthy bank statements please give my vehicle loan clearance certificate as soon as possible.

      I have taken a bajaj pulsar 220 on 29th Nov , 2010 from Sai Serice, Andheri , Mumbai at a price of Rs,86000 and one of my friend has taken the same bike just one week before my delivery date from Shreeram Motors, Ghatkopar another authorised dealer of bajaj Motorcycles at a price of Rs.84,500.In addition he has got the latest disk brakes and tryes with new technologies of grips which was not even offered to me by Sai Service nor they have spoken about it.

      I believe that Baja is not worried about the pricing but only of its sales and I am sure they do not action the dealers against this. I have enough proof to sue Bajaj and Sai Service for this. Hence, I appreciate a quick action from your end and justice to me.

        I had bought Pulsar220 F from Khivraj Motors,Bangalore on 19/07/2010 and my vehicle met with an accident on 05/12/2010 and went to Khivraj Motors for repair on 06/12/2010.My vehicle was inspected and the insurance company surverior came a gave a green signal on the same day.The next day i was informed that Khivraj Motors do not have cashless facility.I was shocked.Above this i was told that they do not accept even credit/debit cards for service payments(only cash).immedietly i lodged a complaint to the Bajaj tool free number and i have mailed them and till date i have not got any reply from Bajaj.SO PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY BAJAJ PRODUCT AS THE COMPANY PEOPLE SUPPORT ONLY THE DEALER NOT THE CUSTOMER and DO NOT BUY ANY BAJAJ PRODUCT FROM KHIVRAJ MOTORS THEY ARE THE BIGGEST FRAUDS AND CHEATERS.While delivering the vehicle they do not intimate the customers that they do not have cashless facility.My vehicle was ready on 13/12/2010 but till date i have not received my vehicle.

        Khiviraj Motors — Worst customer service

        Last week i booked swift vdi ABS with Khiviraj, adyar and they said it will take 2 months. But suddenly the salesman i was attended his saying that the waiting period is unpredictable and in some cases it is taking 9 months. This is the worst customer service i have ever seen. I have planned to cancel the booking. I don't know what problem they will create when i cancel. The people are not at all customer friendly.

        Bajaj Dealer — Khivraj Motors- Part Payment

        I have given 500Rs at Khivraj Motors, 100ft rd, HAL 2nd stage , Indiranagar, Bangalore ( Receipt No. IN-4202) towards the part payment of booking a Discover 125cc series bike. I did ask them for the refund rules and it was told that the cancellations payment would be by cheque.

        But due to financial crunch, i did not wanted to go for the bike.When i wanted the cash back, it was informed to me by that the cancellation charges alone would be 500 Rs which implies that i would get nothing.

        There was no mention of cancellation charges being mentioned to me as 500. The column for the same was left blank on their receipt.

        Please help to get the money refunded. And to stop injustice being done to other buyers who may face the same problem.

            I have purchase Bajaj Pulsar 135cc bike from Lovely Auto jalandhar Punjab as on[protected].After month my bike’s rear Left side shocker creates problem and they start leaking .Because of my busy schedule I could not go to workshop .On first service I go to lovley auto workshop .After checking my bike workshop Manager Mr Gopal told me that Shocker kit is not working properly because of this shocker is start leakage. The shocker kit is replace free of cost under warranty period but at this time shocker kit is not available in store. Store incharge Mr Mdaan Lal told me that we have already placed order for shocker kit and it has been already sent from Bajaj Company . Workshop Manager Mr Gopal told me that you come on after 15- 20 days your shocker kit is replace .But when I go to workshop after 20 days store incharge said me that shocker kit is still not in stock .When I asking him to give me my complaint no he is not giving any complaint no. When I talk with Workshop Manager Mr Gopal he register my complaint i give my bike for serviced in Lovely auto workshop. Workshop Manager said that shocker kit is available and he change this free of cost under warranty period take my bike from workshop but i still facing same problem. I have already launch complaint I Bajaj auto .please help me to solve this problem or advise me what i can do. I am waiting favorable response from your side.

              Hi,

              Hope the subject matter is clearly suggesting what i am going through.

              I had bought a Bajaj Pulsar 150 CC bike on 13th June 2010. Details are mentioned below for your reference. I have done timely services on 27/06/10 at 790 Km and on 18/07/10 at 1943 Km. After the second service i found out that the Engine is making some noice. After getting the same checked on the 3rd service dated 01/12/10 at 6747 Km (which is well within the timelime and Km reading specified by you), i came to know that the Engine needs to be redone as there are issues with the cylinder kit and other parts.

              All 3 services have ben done at Auto Link Service Centre, 109/115, New Palam Vihar, Bajghera Chowk, Gurgaon Haryana.

              Since last 17 days, i am following up for fixing up the issue but the status that is being given is that spares are not available and they need to be dispatched from Pune. I have somehow managed this timeframe, but this is absolutely not tolerable.

              The conversation that i had today with the concerned person in the branch is that i need to pay for the work that needs to be done (Just to elaborate - This is for the parts that are not under warranty).

              I have a few questions on the entire episode of customer dissatisfaction:

              1. How can the Engine go down witihin 4-5 months of purchase.
              2. If it has gone down, why i need to pay for the rectification work?
              3. What is the service that Bajaj is offering as your customer is banging his head here and there for last 17 days?
              4. What is the benefit of purchasing a new vehicle from a branded firm which has not even sustained for 4-5 months.
              5. Even if the vehicle is rectified, it has got a stamp that the engine has been rebuilt thereby reducing the value of the same.

              Just to sum up, i would like to inform you that this is the worst experience that i have ever faced in any new product. And in fact, this is not a small product !!! This is something for which every individual saves some penny or so that he can purchase it.

              I definately would not not suggest any of my known to get into this mess. I would ask him to prefer some other company who can offer better services to the customer post Sale.

              Just to inform you that i would have to go to the Consumer Court in case my issues are not resolved as this is a absolutely critical thing for me.

              I am giving my vehicle for repair to the branch already mentioned above today evening.

              Hope you will treat this as a feedback and get this issue resolved....

                This is regarding the complaint of BAJAJ _ PULSAR -150 DTSi DL -8S -AU-6652. I bought it on 18th June 2010. Earlier to this I was using same BAJAJ – PULSAR- 150 (old Model round Head Light) during 2003 to 18Th June 2010.

                Problem came after my Third free service (After running 9800 Kilometers). I went to BAGGA LINK (Rithala, New Delhi) Service Center and complaint about noise in Bike. I was told that timing chain is creating this noise, so either it would be replaced or it would be set right and roughly estimate of Rs 550 was told to me. I agreed for the same and handed over the bike to service center. As per the practice I was given time in evening to take back the bike. I went in the evening (Mean while no call was made to me for anything) and was advised to replace the timing chain in next service, I asked whether it would create any problem till that time, I was told no problem I may continue till next service. On faith of PULSAR I came back with my bike.

                After running roughly 500-600 Kilometers suddenly bike stopped with noise and didn’t worked again. The time was 7 PM in night and I had to catch I repair shop for this, because it was late evening and I was in a remote place. After checking it was found that timing chain (its supporting part) was broken, Piston valves got tilted and there was no way to move ahead. Mean I had to get it repair instantly. Finally after 3-4 hours it was set right and I was left with lost confidence in BAJAJ-PULSAR which I had for last 7 years.

                The conclusion is that :

                1. NEW BAJAJ PULSAR MODEL is inferior to the older version as no body could believe that timing chain may get non functioning / DAMAGE after 10,000 Km.

                OR

                2. Service centre people have not done their work properly. Had it been replaced in third service I would have not faced this problem. This may be due to the pressure of doing number of bikes in a day so they did not bother to replace this, what ever may be the problem to the customer. (The copy of third service attached for your kind reference where Timing chain replacement was advised. If they could have replaced it I was not having any objection , who would take risk to continue with defective timing chain to suffer?)

                Finally I know in advance that BAJAJ is not going to bother for one bike complaint, but If I am right , design of new BIKE and services of service centers are like this it may not be good sign for BAJAJ in coming future.

                    Sir, I booked my bike pulsar -150 cc from new delhi railway station . It was booked from New Delhi - Devlali on[protected]. It was booked at PW no.- A-0036381and on the ticket PNR no.[protected] . But it has not been delivered to me upto[protected].At the time of booking I was told that the bike will be delivered by[protected] by Punjab Mail which runs from Firozpur to Mumbai CST. Sir, I am very sad and requests you to take necessary action against the indian railways.

Rana auto mobile near babu lal fatak gajner road Bikaner Rajsthan are not good working because i am vist at shop many time this reson my home are near this servies center and main dealar are distane are 12 k.m than i go this branch but is owaner and maka nick all staff are self fees i a say plz tight my chain than he ask i am busy i am say ok he said next morning comeing than iam go to morningi am request same than he ask me plz leave tha bike and you will go i am ask why he told bike total servies oil change iam said to owaner sir i have allrady change oil and servies last 10 days r u plz only tight chain than he said iam sorry im not any work without servies i am say plz i am pay 20 rupees 4 this work than he ask me plz go my show room i am not servent of company my order is final order because my name is rana than i am start my bike and goes 4 showroom.... sir plz enouary this matter r u send a bouges custmor in rana s showroom than same problam custmor than you understand all matter plz return u r delarship

                        Few months back, my father has purchased bajaj platia from Raj motors,kallam. At the time of purchase he has given only the reciept of payment & not othe papers of the bike (like invoice,insurance,RC book). He told he will give those documents after somedays because he had to get those papers from main dealer Rajyog motors,Latur.
                        we were just following him up for the same for 2 months. Bike remained unregistered. Being in a small town, we didnt face any problem of driving such a bike in the town.
                        After 2 months he asked if we want bajaj discover by replacing platina.
                        We thought he will give papers of discover at least so we paid extra amount & replaced platina by discover.
                        Again we followed with him for getting the papers, but he has not given. My father was under impression that the dealer will register the bike & produce the papers.
                        After again 4 months, when i went to kallam,i came to know that the showroom raj mtors is closed now & he is no more the dealer of bajaj.
                        I visited the main dealer at latur, but they said raj motors person now is not a company person now. Again he even told that none the bikes was registered with my fathers name.

                        Now we want the vehicle to be registered & want all the papers.
                        Or else we want the money back since no any vehicle was registered with our name.

                        Whom shall i contact'??
                        Or how shall i move ahead

                            I WILL NEVER RE PURCHASE BAJAJ BIKE IN MY LIFE.

                            I hv purchased Pulsar 135LS in April2010 from Delhi Bagga Link(Bike Registration No. DL8S AU 5293 in the name of Vineet Bhatia)
                            After first service was done it created a starting problem.
                            I applied 25-30 kicks every morning to start the bike (Note Self also created a problem with a sudden increase in accelerator)

                            On 3rd Dec2010 3rd sevice done but the problem is now worst.
                            The bike is now taking 30-35 kicks to start.

                            WORST BIKE EVER MADE BY BAJAJ.
                            O SUJJEST EVERYONE NOT TO PURCHASE BAJAJ 135ls BIKE BECAUSE IT HAS LOT OF PROBLEMS WHICH HAS NO SOLUTION .

                            BAJAJ PULSAR 135CC — SELF START IS NOT ABLE TO START THE VEHICLE

                            After first service was done it created a starting problem.
                            I applied 25-30 kicks every morning to start the bike (Note Self also created a problem with a sudden increase in accelerator)

                            On 3rd Dec2010 3rd sevice done but the problem is now worst.
                            The bike is now taking 30-35 kicks to start
                            and Self start option is also not working in morning time or after every stoppage of 3 hours rest.

                            WORST BIKE EVER MADE BY BAJAJ.
                            I SUGEST EVERYONE NOT TO PURCHASE BAJAJ 135ls BIKE BECAUSE IT HAS LOT OF PROBLEMS WHICH HAS NO SOLUTION .

                            I agree with you as the bike(PULSAR 135LS) is PROBLEMATIC BIKE EVER MADE BY BAJAJ
                            Problem1--- Self start not working in morning time
                            Problem[protected] kicks to be applied evrytime to start the bike.
                            Problem3---- Bajaj service centre is not able to rectify the problem
                            Problem4--- Rain water entered into petrol tank and created problem
                            Problem5--- Customer care provided the complaint No. and never call back to know the status or to provide resolution.
                            Problem6--- Accelerator goes on increasing whenever i started the bike and the bike gets stopped thereafter.
                            Problem7--- bike gets stopped in a busy traffic road and create problem for others also as the same is NOT ABLE TO START AGAIN EASILY.


                            I am facing all the above problems in my Pulsar135LS bike No. DL8S AU 5293
                            and anyone can confirm the above mentioned problems faced by me on my Phone: [protected].
                            I am also facing the same problem. since i purchased the bike on 16 April 2010.
                            The indication light shows neutral position but actually the bike remains in gear position.

                            THIS BIKE HAS STARTING PROBLEM .(DL8S AU 5293) PUCHASED FROM bAGGA lINK, pITAMPURA, dELHI.
                            WHENEVER I TRIED TO START THIS BIKE IT TAKE A LOT OF EFFORT TO START.
                            FIRST THE ACCELERATION KEEP ON INCREASING AND WHEN IT COMES DOWN THE ENGINE GET STOPPED.
                            I AM FACING THIS PROBLEM FOR THE LAST 8 MONTHS.
                            I HAVE CHANGED THE SERVICE CENTRE BUT STILL THE PROBLEM AS SAME AS PREVIOUS.

                            I HAVE COMPLAINED TO CUSTOMER CARE OF BAJAJ SERVICES BUT NEVER GET A CAKK BACK FROM THEM


                            I AM IN A FIX BECAUSE OF VERY-POOR AFTER-SALE-SERVICE OF BAJAJ.

                              My name is jatin srivastava. I live in Sector 47 of chandigarh. I had purchased bajaj pulsar 150 dts-i on 27 july 2009, and by the day 2 december 2010, it has only run 32910 Kms. Today when I was going to my office on my bike, on the way I heard a sound from engine. I stopped the bike there as it was not able to start. Then I took it to the service center. They told me that the engine needs complete work and it will cost about 7500/-. I just want to know one thing that I always get my bike serviced after 2500 Kms and also change its engine oil at the time of service. So why it happened. Is this what bajaj pulsar tends to be?

                              Bajaj Pulsar 150DTS-i — sound in chain near engine

                              i done first free service at 30.06.2010 and ater 30 KM there is sound in chain near engine , so beacause of big distance there is very inconvenient to come again , so please make some sources to to solve this problem.
                              pulsar best for first 30, 000km only better u sale it...and buy new one...or buy some other..bike...

                                  Dear Concerned,

                                  I own a pulsar 200. Bajaj has to seriously do something about their after sales service to get back into the business otherwise the day is not too far when they will loose the market share. Other bike manufacturers are providing very gud after sales service.

                                  Sai service which is the authorised service center for bajaj in Mumbai is pathetic especially the one situated in Borivali (e). The staff is lazy, when i went there to get my bike serviced the advisors were just passing on to their colleagues as no one wanted to invest some time in understanding the problem.

                                  Even the workshop manager is the same. The problem never gets solved even after frequent visits and escalations. The staff is only concerned about upselling their additional services.

                                  Moreover Bajaj doesnt have enough service station tie ups in Mumbai so everytime we have to take prior appointments before getting our bike serviced. They dont even entertain critical issues like braking and engine problems.

                                  My advice to all those who are planning to buy Bajaj bikes..Buy at your own risk, buy it only if you are a trained bike mechanic and can service your bike on your own.

                                  Dont expect any after sales service.

                                  Hi Everybody, I own a pulsar 200 NS. I frequently get it serviced from Khivraj motors MG road, bangalore. Over the last 1 year i have had a pathetic time trying to get my bike repaired. Its already been the 4th time in the last 8 months that i gave my bike for service and complained about the same problem to which I was told everytime that it will be checked and rectified. But to worst of my fear, after all the services the problems remain the same. I have complained them a lot of times to which they reply the bike has just been serviced, it will take a day or two for the fit to set and there wont be any. But such a thing never happened. On complaining of the same, i am told to bring the bike to the service center for checkup again to which they just dont find any. Over the period, my bike has become extremely rough, mileage reduced to 25 or less, recently replaced chain set which again has gone bad. i am really fed up with this bloody BS Indian crap. Seriously Bajaj -- U need to look seriously into your products and services. I have pledged not to ever buy an bajaj motorbike or neither recommend anyone.

                                    The loan was paid in 2008,

                                        You are very true, Lajpat nagar showroom peoples are very careless and much irresponsible to short out any of consumer complaint. Same with me, I have purchased a Pulsar 150cc last November 2009. they have taken 300/- INR extra for RC, when I went to collect my RC in March 2010, they people asked me your RC has not been approved because you do not have any address and photo proof of Delhi, I got my Voter I card in the month of Feb'10 from election commission, I gave to the showroom manager Mr. kapil and asked about my 300/- then they said transport department people did not give the amount. Anyways I got my RC after 6 months from the date of purchasing.

                                        Secondly, I went there in October'10 month for my insurance papers and other duplicate papers at Lajpat Nagar babaj office, because I have lost my all original papers in last year heavy rains. 3-4 months have passed they people are roaming around their showroom. they are very much negligent and careless about their responsibility.

                                        There is no any difference between government office and private now a days in Delhi.
