sir,
im bhargav from guntur i own a pulsar 150cc.the servicing center is being run by vijayalakshmi bajaj and the servicing is worse.my bike used to give a very good milage of 56 per liter for the first 6months but after services my bike condition is getting worse now my milage is about 35-40 there is no change in the driving or usage. the customer service desk at the servicing point is worse.while giving the bike to service every part works suddenly in the afternoon they call me and says that the horns are not working the headlight is not working. when i questioned them about that they says we dont know anything regarding that "you might have spoiled that and gave the bike for service".these are the words used by them every one there is useless no one knows even what a bike is im very much dissatisfied by their service can i speak to any official regarding this issue.



the bike is actually very good one but the service spoiled the bike i dont blame the company but i blame the company for choosing the worse service provider. that effects the name of the company
I have received a service from the Shiva Bajaj GZB and I am very very upset about the service which I have received from them. My eng old seal was damaged. I have requested them to change it and after that I am getting more smoke from the sailencer with oil.

Do not join Wirkle Technologies situated in Gurgaon, Haryana. It is run by 3 fraud people who have malicious intention to corrupt the future of young people. They will take you as trainee and will change you for the offer letter and will tell that you have stolen company's property like laptop and mobile devices. They do not give the salary promised and then make excuses by saying that customer is not happy so why should company pay.

BEWARE!!! AND TELL YOUR FRIENDS ABOUT IT

    Hi,

    This is M.R.Sri.Venkateshwara, i purchased Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTSI on May 4, 2007 from SRI VINAYAKA MOBIKES PVT LTD.i had gave regularly bike servicing at SRI VINAYAKA MOBIKES service centre KACHIGUDA only.On November 13, 2009 there was some problem with my bike noise is comoing from the engine, when we went to "RAHUL AUTO BAJAJ" service centre they inform us that there is some problem with the engine.However, they are not revealing what is the exact problem.We requested then to proceseed further for the repair, Mr. Harish Goud who was the Service incharge at that time he took me outside the service centre and told me that it will cost around Rs. 6,000.00 to Rs. 7,000.00 for the repair with the bill, however, he insisted us to pay only Rs. 3,000.00, so that he will do with out bill and he will change complete engine.

    We suspect some thing phishy and we dont want to fall in his plan, we went to the cash counter and request them to produce complete bill for the repair.

    We went after bike is repaired, at that time we saw only upper part of the engine was changed, however, lower part of the engine was the old one.When we went to Mr. Harish Goud he is not ready to speak with us, he told us that lower part will not be changed, in hurrry he asked us to pay the complete amount of Rs. 1792.38 (LABOUR CHARGES) + Rs. 8608.00 (PARTS COST) when we asked them to surrender the old parts they informed us that they dispose the parts in the dust bin.We paid the complete amount beleiving that complete engine was changed.We tested the bike and found that some sound is coming from that engine which was not there when we gave the bike before repair, lot of smoke was ejecting from the silencer.There was no pick up in the bike after the engine was changed, we came imidiately to
    "RAHUL AUTO BAJAJ" service centre and complained abount the same, then they ask us to meet Mr. Harish Goud ( Service Incharge ), he informed us that the engine is new and it will take 3 to 4 services for the engine to be free, we dont have any knowledge about the bike at that time.I went again on the next day morning befor going to office, there i waited for 2 long hours, after that Mr. Harish Goud ( Service Incharge ) came, i told him that when statred the bike some sound is coming and there was no pick up at all, he again told me that there is no problem with the engine, he asked one of the mechanic to tightened the engine chamber.

    Again there was lot of problem with the engine as starting there was some busting sound inside the engine, i went once again to the RAHUL AUTO BAJAJ service centre begumpetagain they said that they cant do any thing, this smoke will come for some time and after 3 to 4 services every thing will be alright.

    We went from there and thought of not coming once again as there was no proper response from "RAHUL AUTO BAJAJ" service centre ( Begumpet ), even after changing the engine problem was doubled.After that we never visited "RAHUL AUTO BAJAJ" service centre and gave all our services at "SRI VINAYAKA" service centre Kachiguda, there also they told that there is problem with the engine.When we informed them that engine was replaced at "RAHUL AUTO BAJAJ" service centre they also not commenting on that.At last service supervisor Mr. Naveen from "SRI VINAYAKA" service centre Kachiguda told me to speak with the head of "RAHUL AUTO BAJAJ" service centre (Hyderabad).

    I contacted Mr, Reddy on Mobile Number [protected], he asked to contac Mr. Lous ( Mechanic) and disconnected the phone. Mr. Lous with out asking about the problem, told me that there is no problem with the engine, when i told him that i need to change engine oil for every 15 days then he said that there is no problem. Then i connected the phone to Mr. Naveen service supervisor from " SRI VINAYAKA MOBIKES" service centre KACHIGUDA, then Mr. Naveen explain complete problem to Mr. Lous
    that there is problem with the engine as white smoke was ejecting from the engine and engine has to be replced,as he is doing services for my bike, then Mr. Lous shouted at Mr. naveen and started abusing Mr, Naveen that he have half knowledge and they are not perfect to run service centre.Then Mr. Naveen disconnceted the phone.

    I called Mr. reddy ( Head of RAHUL AUTO BAJAJ, begumpet) and explain him my problem, he informed me that "RAHUL AUTO BAJAJ" service centre was shut down, he sacked Mr. Harish Goud ( Service Incharge ) and others as there were many complaint against them. I requested Mr. Reddy to do the needful. Mr. Reddy from "RAHUL AUTO BAJAJ" service centre begumpet called me on my mobile number [protected] and statred shouting at me and he told me in very rough language that " I[censored] take the bike from service senter and if we ride the bike for 1k.m or 10K.M or 100K.M then compnany is not responsible for the engine performance.he told me in very rude language that " WHAT EVER YOU WANT YOU CAN DO ".After that i went to the "RAHUL AUTO BAJAJ" service centre to collect my bike there Mr. Reddy send four people,they cornered me and took my signature forcibly on a white paper. In that 4 people Mr. Lous who was service mechanic he told me that " saab aab kuch nahi hota, aa log ( Mr. Harish Goud and othere ) bahut paisa banaya kareeb 6 se 7 lakhs aur bank mein jama kardiys, abhi to Harish ko nikal diya". We cannot do any thing in your case, if you want you can come to us for the complete engine replacement which will be charged around Rs. 6,000.00.

    Respected Sir,

    My questions are:
    1. Is this the service providing for the innocent customers?
    2. As we dont have any idea regarding bike mechanism, is this the way Authorised service centre behave with the customers?
    3. If Authorised service centre is doing like this then wehere we can give our bikes for servicing?
    4. When my bike engine is totally changed then why there are charges collected for Lathe work, handle bar replacement, chain SPROCKET replacement.
    5. After changing 23 parts in my bikes engine which are wanted and unwanted, even then engine has to be replaced with in a year, is life of new engine is one year or 10,000.00 k.m.?
    6. Why they have changed other parts when i not requested? ( handle bar,chain SPROCKET, chain SPROCKET kit)
    7. Even after changing 23 engine parts why i need to replace the engine once again with in one year?
    8. How there was 2 different opinions of the same engine by same authorised service centres of BAJAJ {"SRI VINAYAKA MOBIKES" SERVICE CENTRE( KACHIGUDA) and "RAHUL AUTO BAJAJ" SERVICE CENTRE ( BEGUMPET)}.

    I need to talk to the headoffice of the bajaj service center in Hyderabad regarding begumpet branch .
    I have given my Avenger 150 to service and I have taken my bike on 8 Aug 17, some parts whr missing then I asked the manager. About that then he is replacing them with second handed parts by saying mechanic has forgotten itseems, soo what's the need for me to fit with second handed one as I used to have new one of my bike . I strongly complain on the service center for there least bothering n caring of customer vehicles.

            My Name is Binny Messey. I have purchased A Bike (Bajaj Pulsar 180) Deewan Bajaj, 630631, Chattarpur Hills 100 ft Road, New Delhi 110030, on11/09/2010. Since beginning, my bike is not taking load properly& regarding, Bike had lots of Problem since 1st day. This issue i have complaint many times to your Dealer but he is not taking interest to resolve my issue.

            Many Problems of Biks, they said to me that i
            should make the bike repair one time then bike will get well,i gat it
            repair, but i dint get any kind of profit when i complained again
            then mr.gaurav from chattar pur told me to go to okhla showroom to
            talk there either they will are repair it or replace it their work
            was only sale again i went to okhla on 26sep2010 where my bike was
            repaired by mr.sonu. but there is still problem in the bike.i am not
            saitisfied. i dont like this bike when there is a problem in the new
            bike after that what will happen.you can understnd.this is my
            laborious money.so i want to replac my bike other wise i will not pay
            any more.and i will go to consumercort.i will stop any bank cheque,
            problem of bike , bike be comes very hot and runs very tight as well
            as its handle and gear also become very tight.but after some time bike
            becomes very smooth like a bicycle and its race starts gaowing some
            time bikes so smooth it is running like the fifth gesr in the first
            gear and it starts jumping on the road i ts break becomes loose and
            bike starts vibrating .it appears as bike is running on the stones
            .becanse of this problem once i use disbreak but wheel became very
            sam and i fell down so bike got scatch es and i also got enjured
            .sometime if i start bike in the gear with pushing the clutch the self
            doesnt work becanse of it my job is donger becanse i am unable to
            reach the office in time .i am unable to do the office work also so
            are request ted to concern the matter and try to solve the matter

            i have a bought bajaj pulsar 180cc 2 months before and my bike has not starts.
            i was complaint to the dealer of muktsar but he doesnt listen me. so plz take a hard action against him. i m very thankful to u

              I had purchased Bajaj Pulsar 150CC bike on 30th, December 2009 vide BAFL from Delhi. My loan proposal no .was L2WDEL00315667. I was informed by your executive to pay 32 EMIs of Rupees 1806 at the time of purchasing. I agreed and filled up all the formalites. I have also taken the ESI facility against my loan.

              So, after 7-8 months when I placed a request for my loan account statement. They send me the statement which having a tenue of 36 installments. So let me please clarify on this that your executive was not have the complete information or he had given me fake commitment against this just to complete his targets.

              Kindly clarify on this because I am not ready to pay any extra amount which has not been committed at the time of purchasing.

              i m a loan holder and my loan no is L2WFAR00636917 and my EMI is Rs1999/- for 12 months. i have clear two EMI Rs 1999/- but i have got sms from bajaj finance limited that to arrange Rs 3657/- in my account for EMI in the month of december. .

              Bajaj Auto — Wrong Commitment

              I believe that Bajaj Auto always ready to fulfill their commitment at least to their customer. And also believe, the same is applicable stating from Companies own outlet to franchise level also. Have logged complaint that I have booked Pulsur 150 black with full amount of money in advance on 3rd September after a thin line discussion with the concern person that they will delivered the item within 7 days of time line. But unfortunately till today I have not got any positive response from their end. Even now days they are not able to give the proper time line also.


              Here my another concern is that if the franchise are not able to do the healthy business than what the meaning of launching the products? They are not able to fulfill those customers minimum requirements also. Every time customers need to book the product by paying that advance amount.

                the ECS of September month of my bike lone proposal no. L2WSON00239836 is presented in my account on 06 sep 10. Due to insufficient balance my cheque is bounce . Bank charges 276 RS from my account of penalty. On 22 september i deposite ECS by cash . But again ECS is presented in my account on 28 sep 10 and again bank panelty on me of 276 Rs .i want arrange my amount and i want to why ECS is presented again my account after depositing cash .

                  My name is Anwar alam i had purchased one pulsar 135 cc bike in 27 june 2010 after 15 days this bike purchased i was face many problem for example enginee not work proper colour was rusted in side guard foot rest etc. after 6000km run this bike clucth plate was damage so i had changed its clucth plate from your service center royal bajaj auto and paid 2400/-rs when i asked your engineer why was this clucth plate damage so he said water problem.after repaired at your work shop its had same problem face disk brake chain set is not working properly.
                  so just tell me how can possible water available in enginee & clucth plate i thought in this model of pulsar bike enginee is not suceesfully in pulsar bike.
                  now i am not satisfied of this bike so i want replacement of this bike if you dont give me replacement then i will do case in consumer court.

                    my name is veera babu padala s/o venkat rao padala. sir this year August last weak i buyed new pulsar 180cc in Varun motors at Nad Kotha Road. after a weak i faced problem with my back brake,head light and handle. i showed my bike in that show room, they serviced my back brake and they left remaining, again same problem with my brake .again i showed them again they serviced my bike instead of changing brake shoe... last weak i met with an accident bcoz failure of brake and no proper focus light. so please consider as my complant serious.

                      I want to lodge a compliant against one auto rickshaw driver (Rick shaw No:MH12 F6505) who refused me to take because I wanted to travel to nearby location.
                      According to him if he take me there, he will not earn much money. Since the Auto rickshaw was in a queue, he should have come but he refused.
                      There are many places where the same thing happens. Please guide me to take appropriate action against all the auto rickshaw drivers who refuses the passengers just because they want to travel to nearer location.

                        regret to mention that Bajaj Auto which boast about 'DISTINCTLY AHEAD' that's why i purchased Bajaj spirit thinking that this is a good company but all my faith shattered into pieces when they made me to feel really that they are 'DISTINCTLY AHEAD' - in terms of torturing their customers.
                        right now i' suffereing from mental agony as all Bajaj officials closed their hands & i hope they are incapable of giving solution to my vehicle UP32AE - 3840, KMS RUN Only - 51490; which is lying in the Bajaj workshop for almost 10 months. they are not giving any concrete answers, all the time they kept on mentioning that they have uploaded on their site & as soon as they will get the parts they will replace it.
                        and i'm the fool who is following them for last 10 months.
                        is it BAJAJ AUTO?

                              With reference to the registered vehicle no-PY 01 AQ-8703 & registered owner name K.Anbarasu.
                              This is Anbarasu from musca working as a service enginner in GMCt,my vehicle is using by my uncle in pondicheery and is taking care of my bussines in india,one month before there was a staring problem in my vehicle and he reported the complaint in pondicherry rajarajan dealer ,and ther told we willl check the vehicle and call u back but they not called back ,so after 3 days my uncle went to the dealer and enquired about the vehicle, that time they told need to overhaul the engine and it will take 3 ,4 days more,but till now vehicle is not ready and no proper reply and we don't know anything about my vehicle.now its going to be complete 30 days.he is using rent a bike for day to day work.

                              we don't know this problem with bajaj or with dealer,
                              anyhow ,please enquire this case and we need the feedback as soon as possible.
                              if any problem with the parts ,for that we not to suffer,i[censored] want more time provide us the curtesy bike or you have bear the rent of bike.
                              if there is no further reply we are readyto proceed further as legal.


                              This makes the bad feeling to bajaj brand.

                              please consider as the special case and do the things as soon as posible to avoid wasting your time and my time.

                                I had bought my Avenger 200 CC bike in Feb 2009. It has hardly given me any trouble since. My usage was roughly 80 Kms daily except for weekends. But now as the METRO service has started, my usage has gone down to hardly 20 Kms a week. So my battery is down every time I want to use it and end up pushing it to start. Sometimes I reach the destination, while pushing. So I want to get a kick installed on my bike so as to use it in case the battery does not have the charge to support the self start. This a common problem and the Bajaj engineers should have thought of a solution by now. Its high time they provide this option in the existing as well as the new models as a factory fitted option. Otherwise its lunacy to buy Avenger if you as a minimal user. And this can damage the market share as well as the image of Bajaj, Avenger in particular. If they are planning to phase out its fine, but at least put the existing customers out of misery.........!!

                                    I am Raju i have purchased a new bike from Deccan Automobiles Limited, Secunderbad AP, on finance on 31 Jan, 2010.But bike has got a major manufacturing defect i.e. bike engine will stop in running if its rains or water fell over the bike. During the raining season i had very tough time that I struck in the traffic so many times and i need to restart the engine and rise the bike for many times or I need to move my bike aside .Sincerely speaking i am afraid to take my bike in a rainy day.                                       I am having a bike Pulser 135 LS,DL9SAA9971,ch no-MD2-JDJ-DZZSCJ04569,Engine no-JEGBSJ04764 ,I have a problem in my bike is not working at properly so i had gone in Dewan Motors at Kiran garden (Nawada matro station) New Delhi on Saturday[protected] at 3:00 pm according to his executive he said to me they will be return my bike after the work evening 5:;30 pm to 6:00 pm after 6:00 pm he said that bike is not ready they said to me that sunday we will return bike, on sunday bike was not given me because some part not available in the the sarvice station so bike will be ready after 2,3 days , if it is possibale we will do on urgent bais ,now on Monday he called me two times ' pls collect your bike your bike is ready ' after the telefonic confirmation call he siad that bike not ready

                                      Pls resolve this case what is the main issue he what wants, can he resolve this case or not .This is possible if in the sarvice station ( BAJAJ AUTO ) some part not available he will not adjustments any other service station for part.

                                      This is Samiran Patra from Singur,

                                      I have a pulsar 135 . i am using it for one and half year. I am really frustrated with my motor bike.
                                      First it vibrates extremely . I use my bike daily basis and it is not possible to drive it on highway because the speed doesn't exceed 50km/hr.If i try to increase more its vibrates extremely. Also the fuel consumption getting lower. Now i get only 40km/lt. So, is their any solution of my problem otherwise i am going to sell it and advised everybody do not buy pulsar 135ls
