Dear Sir,

I bought 150CC pulsar 2 yr back and servicing at proper time...... I am fed up of Bajaj servicing since it every time costs me minimum[protected] Rs.

I don't think any other bike give me such a high servicing cost and also service is not proper..... also servicing people have almost changes all my bikes parts .... telling it has problems.....

I have lost faith on Bajaj Product.....

bajaj / pulsar 150cc — service

rear side noise coming from my vehicle when i ride in small undulations also, but service engineers are not taking serious they are telling stories to me and also bike mileage is also not coming as per their conditions i am giving regular service in bajaj service centers only. so please do for to me for rectifying these problems on bike.

    Subject: Unsatisfied from the service in Siliguri Workshop for Pulsar 220.

    Sir,
    This is to inform you that I, Sri Rathinder Singh S/o Sri R.P.Singh of Sevoke Rd., Siliguri, owner of the vehicle bearing Registration No. WB-74/M-9128, which was purchased on[protected]. Since the date of purchase, I have already face lots of problem i.e., self starter problem, mileage problem, full body noise problem etc.

    Many times I had visited the workshop for servicing but getting servicing, the vehicle have same problem as before service. My free service has finished and now paid services are going on. In other company like Hero Honda, TVS, Suzuki and others, the services are safe and quick because I had Hero Honda and TVS earlier and I know the fact. If a bike is giving for service then what time it will take to delivery” maximum 12 hours means one full day but in your workshop at Siliguri it will take 3-4 days. I think customers are sitting on leave and when his bike will be delivery then he joins to the office. When I have got major problem in the bike and asked for the service urgently then your supervisor tells me “booking are full”, at first you have to book then we will give service. That time what I will do, wait for booking and getting service. It’s your workshop’s responsibility.

    Any new customer he doesn’t know about your system and he came from Hills area to get service then what he will do. Go back to home and day after tomorrow come again for service. It’s not possible. It’s not complain, it’s my suggestion to the company as a customer to please give the customer well and quick service. It’s your fault and hampering your business day by day. In Siliguri I think there are no one trained service engineer for Bajaj Pulsar 220. The workshop’s supervisor or mechanic doesn’t have good behavior and manner that how to talk with customer and how to serve better them.

    I have to get service my bike once in a month that means per month paid service because after getting delivery I have face same problem as before service. I don’t have lots of money to waste per month on my bike servicing. Your service engineer or mechanics in Siliguri Workshop are not well trained. It is not possible to get servise a bike per month.

    I purchased the bike for the price of Rs.92, 199/- (Rupees ninety two thousand one hundred ninety nine) only which is very big amount to me. I have been mentally depressed and suffering from mental agony looking into the poor condition of newly purchased bike. That you have rendered deficient service to me resulting which you will have to face the serious consequences.

    Therefore, I am fully unsatisfied with your service and the vehicle of the company. After this problem I would not like to advice my colleagues/relatives to purchase the vehicle from the Bajaj Company.

    I have every hope that you will take a prompt action and oblige on the above mentioned complaint.

      I am V.N .Kamble mob no [protected] working in anushaktinager my bike no MH-04-AZ-2351 given for total servicing to m/s Prem Auto vaibhav nager, waman tukaram patil marg Govandi ( E ) MUMBAI 400088 tel no. 2520 0968 on date 10/090/2010 under job card no 1616 . before Making job card and Estimate, Mechanic /supervisor named Kiran mob no[protected] checked everything with assured long ride drive with detail discussion servicing he estimated Rs. 4001 /- with sure bike delivery on Date 12/09/10 but he failed to do so . I visit service station on 12/09/10. I noticed that my bike was under repair and Mr. Kiran told me please come after 3or 4 days later for collect the bike that time he didn't told me extra charges for any parts.
      on date 18/9/10 one lady phone to me and asking more charges towards servicing Rs. 1800 to 1900 for changing one parts. I request her, i want to talk mechanic but she failed. i told her stop the work i come personally checked the things and she kept the phone. then I tried my best to contact mechanic n her but hes phone not reachable.

      Now question is arising !
      1) Whether they are "Authorized" Bajaj service center ?
      2) Are they depute authorized & skill mechanic supervisor staff ?
      3) They are really, taking actual charges of bajaj auto parts ? because we know the bajaj parts is cheaper than other company !
      4) It's any authorized body or office, specialist to identify the original parts, right charges of labour charges !
      5) If service center allotted by "Bajaj" to some one and service center run by another one ?
      6) Such service center cheat "Costumer" ?

      The reason of complaint is that, I am very fond of "Bajaj" bike & bajaj name should not be spoiled by such fake service center !

        dear sir/madam
        i abhishek owner of bajaj pulsar 135ls purchased on 25.01.2010 and my vehicle number is AP09 BX 0138.
        my vehicle stops when i slowdown in traffic and my battery indicator show "LOW" battery, and i have to start the bike again.whenever i take my bike to the showroom the mechanic does something and again same problem repeats after few days...waht to do...

        started in 30-35 kicks & PROBLEMATIC Self start
        I WILL NEVER RE PURCHASE BAJAJ BIKE IN MY LIFE.

        I hv purchased Pulsar 135LS in April2010 from Delhi Bagga Link(Bike Registration No. DL8S AU 5293 in the name of Vineet Bhatia)
        After first service was done it created a starting problem.
        I applied 25-30 kicks every morning to start the bike (Note Self also created a problem with a sudden increase in accelerator)

        On 3rd Dec2010 3rd sevice done but the problem is now worst.
        The bike is now taking 30-35 kicks to start.

        WORST BIKE EVER MADE BY BAJAJ.
        O SUJJEST EVERYONE NOT TO PURCHASE BAJAJ 135ls BIKE BECAUSE IT HAS LOT OF PROBLEMS WHICH HAS NO SOLUTION .

        I have a Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS. I brought it in year June 2010. A mysterious problem has come over. After the bike travels a distance of 15-20 KM in city traffic. It automatically stops when I change my gear to a lower gear and lower the accelearation.

        For instance you are in a traffic with say around 50 KM speed on 4th gear and then there is a lot of traffic so you shift to 3rd gear and lower the accelerator to reduce the speed, then suddenly the bike engine just turns off and I have to immediately start the bike


        The battery indicator always show Low Battery, even though I only run the Head Lights and the back light on it, nothing more than that

          I purchased a byke Bajaj XCD-125(DL3SBL5672) on 24/05/2009. From the Day one, there was a problem of missing the First Attempt of KICK (Free movement of Kick) due to the manufacturing defect. The bike starts only after attempting three-four times. I visited to your Service Centre (Shiv Auto, Faridabad, Haryana) & told the problem. They ignored & treated as common problem as like as in all bikes.
          At the time of first free service, I again mentioned the same problem in the job card & asked them, how it is possible that the lever of KICK got fully down but nothing revolved inside the engine. Then they tried three-four attempts to start the engine & got started. They convinced me to throw all doubts of mind.
          Later on in all periodical services, I mentioned the same problem of missing the First Attempt of KICK (No response from engine side). But in vain, they did not take this seriously.
          On 20/08/2010, I again visited to your service centre (Shiv Auto, Faridabad, Haryana) for periodical service & mentioned the same problem again in Job Card. Now they accept the problem is there inside the engine causing free movement of kick. But they refused to solve this manufacturing defect under warranty. They made a roughly estimate to be born by me. But I refused. So problem is still pending to rectify.
          Since then, all my efforts have ended on their deaf ears and I am continuously ignored by Bajaj Auto Customer Care even after many written complaints.

            The VAT percentage is also not deducted for the extra amount they charge.
            The extra amount they charge is with out VAT and is not mentioned as a separate line item on the invoice.

            When i ask about the issue , they is no proper response from the dealer and it seems they are charging this non-accountable amount from all the purchasers.

            Giri from khivraj motors is misbehaving when i asked for clarification.They are not intimating for RC book collection and i myself went and collected.

            HOW SHOULD I PROCEED FOR FILING COMPLIANT AGAINST KHIVRAJ.Kindly suggest.

              i purchased a pulsar 180 cc in jan2010. the bike came with a faulty gear mechanism. i have complained to service center people about 4-5 times, but they say the bike is fine when actually it is giving me problems since the purchase. i got it checked outside the service center and the mechanic told me that a spring in the gear mechanism is broken and also the clutch plate is damaged. since this fault has been there since the beginning i feel its the company's responsibility to get it corrected free of cost. but every time i go there they charge me labour charges and returned the bike to me in the same faulty condition. the address of the service center is T C SALUJA & SONS P.                 I joginder singh r/o # 2708C urban Estate ph-ii patiala punjab purchased a motor cycle pulsor 135. after the second service the veh his hitted up and stop again and again . I met with dealer of Bajaj fince Patiala, but there is not good mechnic solve the problem. in this condition please help me . so that I can use it easy. and instr to dealer good and fair deal with customer for better performance.

                  Sub: TOTALLY FRUSTRATED AND DISGUSTED WITH MY NEW P220 WITH MULTIPLE NEVER ENDING PROBLEMS.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                  With reference to the above subject I would regretfully inform you that your PRO Biking service personnels have tried their level best and majority of my problems still exist on my bike and new problems have surfaced after my 1St Free Service. The said problems are categorically mentioned below:
                   Noisy fork: My New bike had a clicking sound in the front fork which was finally resolved after two visits and opening the entier set twice.
                   Loose Handle bar: Dangerously, the handle bar of the new bike was loosely fitted and felt coming off at every bump. This too was tightened at my second visit.
                   Faring/visor loose: This has been addressed thrice, still no relief from vibrations and noise.
                   High & Low beam: The High and Low beam are dissorted every time the visor is opened and I have to insist for the adjustment.
                   Scratched Leg Guard & swing arm: The crash/Leg Guard & swing arm was scratched at the time of delivery.
                   Leaked Exhaust Pipe: This is still not rectified after three attempts. First time I was fitted with another leaked pipe this was brought to notice by me after assurances from the service manager that it was a brand new one without any leakage, second time I was given an exhaust pipe of an accidental bike!!! Third one did not even last a month and I am still using it.
                   Seat Cowl Replaced: Majority of the parts of my new bike have been replaced.
                   PULSAR LOGO Broken: The right PULSAR logo of my tank was chipped during first service.
                   Front Mud Guard Scratched: This was done during the first service when my visor was opened.
                   Engine Tuning: This Major problem has never been solved by the authorised service center my bike shuts down every 3-4 minutes regardless of the gear.
                   Mileage: My very thirsty bike gives me 18 Km/l under standard riding conditions.
                   Side Pannel Lock: The lock of the side pannel which covers my battery roatates a full 360 degrees.
                   Pollution: last but not the least, my bike failed its FIRST EVER pollution test!!!!! With norms not meeting government standards by a huge margin. The emmission reports match an eight year old bike, as told to me by the testing center.

                  I request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange for a replacement as nothing at all is satisfactory the engine too is not reliable or expected to last long. I have made several visits to the service center and now I am totally frustrated and disgusted. I still have not posted these problems on any blog sites on which I am active because I do not wish to defame which was once my dream bike.

                    I have purchased Bajaj pulsar 150 CC from your esteemed dealership at Karol Bagh Bagga Link.
                    Few days back bike’s engine start giving noise, and I reported the same to Bagga Link Karol Bagh service station. The concerned engineer suggested me that there is some problem in the piston, and it will have to be replaced. Bike is still under warrenty terms.

                    Its 6 days I am following up with the service engineer he kept on saying we don’t have bike parts, and it will take time.
                    Please understand it is very difficult for me to travel 50 kms daily on bus.
                    It is not acceptable a big company like Bajaj doesn’t have parts of the most popular bike Pulsar.
                    Request to do needful at earliest.

                      I had purchased a bajaj pulsar(135cc). around six months ago. My First service was done in the month of june and since then i am facing a problem of the bike picking up acceleration on starting even when it is not in gear.The same was conveyed during my second service. But when i received my bike it still pertained the same problem.I had to ride back to the service station and informed the person sitting on the manager's desk.To my surprise he behaved as if once the bike is out of the service station, it is of no more responsibility of them.And on repeatedly asking him, that why the problem was not rectified though i had registered my complain prior of the servicing, he justed ended by saying that bring your bike tomorrow and if the problem still exists we'll see what to do.
                      The service station's name is BAGGA LINK (NEW DELHI)
                      A poor sense of service was provided to me and i am higly upset for the same.

                        My Pulsar 150 cc purchased in December 24th,2010 has developed a cracked engine block and the engine oil is leaking.Since it's under warranty,and 3000km running,they assured me of replacing it,but even after 15 days of filing my complaint,the matter couldn't be resolved citing unavailavility of Black Cylinder engine block and offered me a white one.Would you any of you prefer your bike to look like a clown? My question is if they would have taken every complaint seriously,the spare part could have been dispatched from the manufacturer within 15days by special courier to any places within india,Isn't?.

                          I have purchase bajaj platina motor cycle in bajaj.my loan finance is bajaj auto.my monthly EMI is 1050 rupees.i have paid 23 check from icici bank to bajaj auto.but 4 check is clear from icici bank but after some time, my icici bank account is closed.than I paid advanced EMI to bajaj auto in saket nagar kanpur.
                          i have paid all EMI to bajaj auto.at last bajaj auto send me notice that your 1 EMI is not paid and your check bouncing charge and interest is 7200 rupees.

                              I purchased a Bajaj Pulsar 150cc in October 2005 bearing number AP11Q9195 on loan from Bajaj Auto Finance. The loan duration was for 18 months. I gave them Post dated cheques and all my cheques have been cleared but i have not got any intimation about the further process on how to get the original RC and keys of my bike. Tried reaching several numbers but all is in vain. Even went to the show room and enquired about the process but the representatives of the Bajaj Auto Finance are not interested in clarifying or giving any customer service. Its been very long that i have cleared the amount but still in 2010 i dont have any originals and still the status shows as i am hypothecated to Bajaj which is unfair. I request to kindly reach me on the below mentioned details so that i can get everything cleared. My duplicate RC has got torn and presently i donot have any papers. My bike is standing in the parking lot. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                              Bajaj Finance Pulsar Loan — Return my Original Keys

                              Last time, I registered a complaint on Bajaj Finance to return my original RC, NOC and Keys on Septemer 2, 2010. I got my clearance of RC and NOC but again they started creating trouble to return my original keys. The executives Ramesh and Ravindar spoke vulgar in this regard by stating that where should we search your keys, did you give it tome personally that you are asking us. They are asking me to visit the showroom for my keys and when i said that the showroom responded that they have no link to the keys on loan, the next moment they say not the showroom go to the main dealer. When i asked him how is it related to showrooms and why do i need to take all this headache, he says i didnot receive any keys from the showroom and started asking me whether i handedover the keys personally to him. Then i asked him how can it be that without proper credentials the company released loan to me and asked him about the process. Then he started telling "You didnot give me the keys and i cannot search your keys. Why should i search your keys and if you want your keys go and contact the toll free number". To my dismay he also used vulgar and foul words in between and that made the discussion heated. He hanged the phone in between. I tried reaching him continuously but continuously they lifted and without speaking hanged the phone. Later on when i called from a different number, the phone was lifted and when asked about Ramesh, they told that he went for a tea break. When i asked who is on the line, then he said Ramesh the phone is for you but Ramesh didnot turn up but in the background he stated he needs the bike keys and now who will search for his keys, he is a mental asking for keys just hangoff the phone. He used the words which is not appreciable. He also stated whatever you want to do come to office and i will see you.

                              I dont understand why am i getting such a excellent service from Bajaj Finance. I just felt like going to the office and slapping this guy for creating all the trouble. I am seriously pissed off this time and would like to understand whether we have to take strong steps hereon with Bajaj Finance as the cordial request are being dealt very rudely by Bajaj Finance.

                              I would like to have a proper response and get my keys back failing which a serious action will be recommended. Ramesh and Ravindar, executives of Bajaj Finance think that the customers are fools and cock bull stories from them is appreciated. Remove such employees who hinder the image of the company.

                              If you check the complaints column, the most number of complaints and concerns are from Bajaj Finance and i request all not to be another victim of this bad behaviour.

IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO PURCHASE PULSAR 220 CC, THEN DON'T....ITS THE WORST BIKE I HAVE EVER SEEN. DON'T PURCHASE BAJAJ BIKES EVEN. THEIR SERVICE IS THE POOREST. I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH PULSAR 220cc AND I GOT SOME OTHER BIKERS WITH THE SAME PROBLEM AS ME WITH PULSAR 220CC. SO, DON'T GO FOR IT. I RECOMMEND NOT TO PURCHASE EVEN BAJAJ BIKES. THEIR SERVICE IS POOR OVERALL, VERY VERY POOR. I COMPLAIN SEVERAL TIME TO MANAGER EVEN AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE BUT NOTHING HAPPEN AS SUCH AND THEY TALK TO ME VERY RUDELY AS I HAS NOT BUY IT FOR FREE. THEY MOBALIZE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE AND AFTER THEY MISS BEHAVE WITH CUSTOMER . REALLY WORSE!!. AND HOW DARE THEY SELL DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS TO THEIR CUSTOMER. I THINK CONSUMER FORUM SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS AND PROVIDE JUSTICE TO CUSTOMERS. BAJAJ COMPANY HAS NO RIGHT TO MANUFACTURE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT & PLAY WITH ANY ONCE LIFE. IT MAY BE A MISTAKE BUT THEY SHOULDN'T SELL DEFECTIVE PRODUCT TO CUSTOMERS.
                                SERVICE CENTER IS NOT GIVING ANY SERVICE & MISS BEHAVING WITH CUSTOMERS SO THAT CUSTOMER SHOULD NOT PAY VISIT TO SERVICE CENTER AGAIN.
                                MY BIKE IS IN WARRANTY PERIOD THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDE US SERVICE BOOK & INVOICE TILL NOW AFTER 7 MONTH.

                                PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AS I AM HARASSED BADLY BY THE PROBLEM AND THE CUSTOMER CARE POOR SERVICE.

                                myself purchased a bajaj discover 125cc on 2006, from the day one engine showing mal fungtioning, reported to the customer service but always they did (act) something on the engine, till i am suffering the same problem, milage also very poor, so i also suggest to dont go for a bajaj bike,
                                they dont have proper customer service or maintanance team.
                                Dear friends, i am in blore. Working for toyota group. Former auto cross racer. I own red p220. This bike bike design is very much like any of the sports bike like ninja, busa, r6. Regular tiny bike riders will have this problem when they ride a real bike. See a disk break will have point contacts b/w braking elements. Where in drums will have surface contact. If you try to push and hold it wont stop. It needs fatigue loads i mean aplly leave, lower gear, apply brake leave. I cn stop my sweety during rain from 80-0 in 5 secs. And sec thing is bike has huge torque and mass... No brakes in the world cn make it. Even ceramic discs. So learn to ride.. Ita not a plastic bike like r15 or karizma. It, has huge monocock chasis. If cn modify it in a right way u cn reach up to168 km/hr. You have problem with the service provider. Push a mail to bajaj surely they will help u. I've wonderfull mechanic. He has made my bike wonderfull. Every gal on the road will certainly have look on my sweetie... Every time... I am pretty famous now a days... When it comes to poor quality i do agree, no manufacturer in india maintains quality except yamaha and toyota...have fun.. Belive me i am a body and break, clutch expert...                                   Hi,
                                  My vehicle registration number is HR 07 G 3789, Its Pulsar 150 DTSI, Purchased on 21/03/2004.
                                  Its been serviced by authorized bajaj service stations only. From the Past 6 years, it was been serviced at my home town, Kurukshetra(pin 136118), Haryana, by Shri Krishna Bajaj.
                                  There was not any problem.
                                  But from the day i moved to Bangalore, I have been going to Khivraj Bajaj, Indiranagar (Bangalore-38). The pas 5 months are like a HELL for me. A big nightmare.
                                  The Khivraj Bajaj is just good for Changing Oils everytime you go there, and make you pay for it.

                                  There are 3 major troubles I am facing.

                                  1. Shocker Replaced (April or May): The changed my bike shockers, coz my mud guard was touching the rear tyre, whenever bike pass through some bump or speed breaker.
                                  Guess What, after changing the shockers, the problem is still there, when pillion rider sits with me. The refuse to change the shocks again, because, they said, the warranty covers for leaking of shockers only. And i am still struggling with that problem. (Spent around[protected]/- Rs, including Service at that time)

                                  2. Chain noise: There was some chain noise, they did nothing, but greased the chain, and chain still produces noise. Finally keeping bike for a day with them, they change the oil & battery, but chain problem is still there.

                                  3. Bike getting off(No power, Engine stucks @ 0 RPM): After every 2-3 Kms my bike was getting off, they keep the bike, said service also required, Change the damn oil again. This time Change my CHAIN SPROCKET TOO. Keep the bike for 2 days, returned me, saying they have done all test drives, its fine now.
                                  Bill costing 1600/- + this time.

                                  I took my bike, guess what, when i saw the meter reading, it was moved just 100 mtrs(and the petrol in reserve, though i filled the petrol for 200/- that morning only). I drove the bike, and the same problem. My bike lost all the power after 3-4 Kms again.
                                  Dragged the bike, but by that time the service station was closed. And In that 2-3 Kms, the CHAIN NOISE IS STILL THERE, Even after changing the whole chain sprocket kit.


                                  I am not a fool, spending my time in getting the bike services,and that too twice every time. Its been real pain now.

                                  They refused to give a complaint register, instead gave me a feedback form, which was not having any Name of service center. I am sure, that is going to be torn away and thrown.

                                  The Khivraj Bajaj is a mere disappointment, and if i did not get response to my complaints, I am definitely going to court this time.

                                  Sorry to say, but bajaj is just loosing the race, getting probiking to india will be a waste, as the mechanics are not even trained to service a 150 CC bike, i wonder what they are going to do with 250 CC ninja.

                                  This is not only the problem with bajaj, In bangalore I think almost all dealers are same. I am facing same problem with TVS from past 4 years.
                                  bangalore sucks in terms of biking.
                                  Khivaraj Bajaj - I have finally decided to give up and change my service station. These guyz are least bothered about customer service and satisfaction. Every time they will give a large bill of many spare parts replaced(We can't validate that), and you don't get a feel of a well serviced bike when kick off from their service station.
                                  This time, I had to pay 2100/- for the service + spares. The bike was in normal condition before the service. After the service, my bike had troubles with auto start and also it started switching off as soon as I slow down while riding. I have to keep accelerating to make sure, it doesn't turn off.
                                  When you go to them with the complaint of faulty service ..they don't bother at all. Instead they say leave your bike, we will give tomorrow(I was there at 10 AM in the morning).
                                  Pathetic..pathetic..pathetic..

                                  If anybody knows and has experienced a good Bajaj Service Station, please let me know.
                                  hai buddy go to RV Bajaj if you want the bajaj or go to Castrol Bike Zone ... thatz really good place to get good servicin ... I am telling by my experience .. I am going to these places ... from last 7-8 yrs its really good place ... RV is in Good Shed Road near Majestic and you can go to any Castrol bike zone service centers which is really good.

                                    My complaint for poor service by Ambe Bajaj Service Centre in Devli Mode, Khanpur, New Delhi - 110062.

                                    The following problems are facing after Service :-

                                    1. What are things are telling to service, they are not doing proprely.

                                    2. In all the Service done by Ambe Bajaj ie timely.

                                    3. My last service done on 8th August 2010 but today i.e. 28th August 2010 i found the lube Oil has short, means the lube oil only 100 grms available balance has gone or thay are provide the short of oil. I asked the service center goy they told me the piston has problem so piston to be replaced then the problem will be solved.

                                    4. I change the Clauch Plate on 28th June 2010 but today i.e. 28th August 2010 i found the Clauch Plate gone damege what is the reason i don't know.

                                    My quaries is at the time of service the service men can be alert the customer your bike has so many problem. You resolved these problem. They are not alerting and not give any suggetion but next service onece they are telling so many problem. Please tell me how these problems are taken care.

                                      I broughtPULSAR 135CC in the month of Feb-2010. But there a gap on the petrol tank due to which the water gets into the tank. I gave it to the servicing , he cleaned the tank and gave it. But i facing same problem.

                                      I am also facing the same problem of rain water entering into petrol tank from the tank lock which is problematic.


                                      I WILL NEVER RE PURCHASE BAJAJ BIKE IN MY LIFE.

                                      I hv purchased Pulsar 135LS in April2010 from Delhi Bagga Link(Bike Registration No. DL8S AU 5293 in the name of Vineet Bhatia)
                                      After first service was done it created a starting problem.
                                      I applied 25-30 kicks every morning to start the bike (Note Self also created a problem with a sudden increase in accelerator)

                                      On 3rd Dec2010 3rd sevice done but the problem is now worst.
                                      The bike is now taking 30-35 kicks to start.

                                      WORST BIKE EVER MADE BY BAJAJ.
                                      O SUJJEST EVERYONE NOT TO PURCHASE BAJAJ 135ls BIKE BECAUSE IT HAS LOT OF PROBLEMS WHICH HAS NO SOLUTION .

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        I had purcharsed a Bajaj Pulsar 150 UG 4 on 08 March 2010 from OSL Auto Pvt Ltd Kolkata, dealers in Bajaj Bikes, Bike Registration Number being WB 07 D 1347.

                                        Even after the 2 free servicing, the handle bar is still not in alignment despite replacing it twice at the service centre and the front wheel is shaking which is causing disbalance of the bike. It seems like the shock absorbers are not in a straight line. It has become very uncomfortable to ride and unsafe as well. Even the headlight was damaged by the staff washing my bike at the service centre but it was replaced by the service centre. As such the low beam is not appearing on the road but rather the light shines like in high beam and the high beam is shining up in the air.

                                        Bajaj Pulsar 150 was my dream bike to possess but now its a nightmare to ride.

                                        My 3rd Free Service is due on 08 September 2010. Would greatly appreciate if the service centre is advised to assist me in this case and make my bike perform and operate as new.

                                        alignment of bike is simply pathetic ... bike stops when fuel tank become hot in summer...both are major problems, one gives physical pain and other gives mental ...bike is just 5 months old and dealer dont care about that..

                                        this is the same problem i face with my new pulsar(2010) and the service center in coimbatore(alguindran is now called as JKS) in not treating my bike properly and just complaining me saying that the bike is perfectly alright and it is my driving that is creating the problem...

                                        SO. what to do now
                                        by sitting on my bike you can feel its improperly balanced and the right part goes lower
                                        during driving this creates immense pain and discomfort during driving and finally loss of control...
