Hi, I'm Sameer Nazeer Shaikh.
I work in a domestic call-center (ANDROMEDA) In KanjurMarg, On 13th May Thursday after my shift Me & My Wife went to Huma Adlabs (Big Cinema) to watch movie to celebrate her birthday. At 9:10 pm we entered the cinema hall & when we came out at 11:30 pm, my bike was not there. it was lost! there were more 2 bikes already standing and this is the 1st time what happened from out side Huma.

That very same night i went to Police station to complain about it, in Vikhroli, SURYA NAGAR POLICE STATION. Inspector Suryavanshee was on duty, he refused to take my complain, he said bring all original papers of bike then he will take complain. i said him, sir I've recently shifted to Kanjurmarg on rent for my office and all the papers are in MIRA ROAD. Inspector said no problem you can come after 24hrs also and come with your papers but, i said OK and asked him sir you will be there at same time tomorrow. He said no I'm going to meet Kasaab, he is was fooling me. One more thing he said come day after tomorrow at day time and register your complain to other officer lying him that bike got lost on Friday night. Then i went home.

Next day was Friday, I searched entire nearby RTO's of Vikhroli, Ghatkhopar & Kurla, My bike was not there. Bike was financed by ICICI bank, i also went Andheri to check did recovery people took it because my 2 EMI's were bounced, i was hoping my bike will be here. when i inquired they said they sends the recovery guys after 3rd month, they don't pick bikes within 3 months. Now it was confirmed that my bike was stolen. I was confused and helpless, i just wanted my bike again. my luck was so bad, i couldn't find the original papers. then suddenly after 15 days my mom called me from Mira Road and told me she found papers, i collected papers and went same Police station again same time thinking that now i can complain to that Inspector (Suryavanshee). Unfortunately his shifts was changed to day time and other were refusing to take complain. Next day i came some Havaldaar said Inspector Suryavanshee is hospitalized, he is admitted. This was my 3rd round to this Police station and again i asked the other inspector or officers to register my complain the refused, they said meet to inspector Suryavanshee only. i asked that Havaldaar when i expect him to come on his duty, he said, he don't know.

MY REQUEST IS TO PLEASE FIND MY BIKE, THIS IS THE DESCRIPTIONS

    Dear sir/madam

    I had purchesed pulsar 220, 3 months before from the probiking showroom at kothrud.I"m facing lots of problems due to it. In these 3 months they have changed bearing of my bike two times due to some sound from the engine,1st time before the 1st servicing and 2nd time after it. Now i'm having the same problem with my bike again.
    The authorised person at the kothrud showroom is not taking any responsibility of this thing. As i'm engg student i came to my home kirloskarwadi(dist.Sangli), 200km away from the pune. Bike has so much problem that i can't take it to the pune.the person from kothrud showroom is telling me excuses like probiking showroom concept is no more and bajaj is shutting of all these kind of showrooms.and if i"ll go to any other BAJAJ showroom it may not be treated in warranty period.
    so please tell me what should I do??

        Hello All,

        I stay in Bhayander E, New Golden nest, Phase # 10. yesterday that is on 17th June'10 somone stolen my bike from my building parking lot, i notice this when i came home after my shift end at 4:00am morning, I went to police station at 4:50 am but they told to come in morning after 10 am as they all were sleeping in the police station.

        When i went to log an FIR at 11am they told me to go and find the bike first by myself everywhere in bhayander and then come to use for logging an FIR.( by the time thief must have crossed the W E Highway). i dont know what to do i already search few areas in Mira Rd and Bhayander but i cant locate it. I am very much depress.

        Please help me as it still have more than 15,500/- loan which i have to pay to bank.

        Bike Pulsar — Bike Stolen

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        My Bike Pulsor was
        My Bike (Pulsor) was stolen from old bus station in Jan 08, ... but the I could not get my FIR done ...the bike was later cought in Meerut...now it is lying in Meerut Civil Line Police station ... i have been there several times ... but they did not give me my bike as they ask for the FIR ... which was not done (denied ). Anyone linstening? ... Hell with Police ... I have no faith in it. ...Just take care of youself and your things ... Police is just for harassment

          I had bought bajaj avenger from pune on 10/06/10 and 3 days later i had starting problem
          it has only selfstart and no kickstart i tried for almost half an hour bt all efforts in vain
          its been 3 days and the bike wont start and the service center people tell me that battery may be down so get it charged from someone nearby mechanic or push start and then bring it to their workshop. now my bike is not starting and instead of coming to my home for helping they are telling me to take my bike to their place which is 10-12 km from my home i am pissed off and dont know what to do

          same happened to me.. the problem is with the wiring as i have replaced 3 batteries till date but each battery lasted only 2 months.. it apparently shows that there is a failure in charging the battery while running which leads to battery failure. as everyone knows, bajaj service center is nothing but a waterwash center.. they only do a waterwash and charge 1000 bucks for every service. from my end, i atleast cautioned my pals not to buy bajaj products.

            I have purchase Bajaj Discover 100cc bike from Lovely Auto jalandhar punjab as on[protected].From first day my bike black air is coming from silencer.Because of my busy shedule i could not go to workshop .On 02/06/2010 i go to lovley auto workshop .After checking my bike workshop Manager Mr Gopal told me that piston kit is not working properly because of this black air is coming from silencer. The piston kit is replace free of cost under warranty period but at this time piston kit is not available is store.Store incharge Mr mohan Lal told me that we have allready placed order for piston kit and it has been allready sent from Pune as on[protected].Workshop Manager Mr Gopal told me that you come on 7-6-2010 your piston kit replace .But when i go to workshop on 7-6-2010 store incharge said me that piston kit is still not in stock .When i asking him to give me my complaint no he is not giving any complaint no.When i talk with Workshop Mangaer Mr Gopal he register my complaint as on 7-6-2010.On[protected] i give my bike for serviced in Lovely auto workshop.Workshop Manager said that piston kit is avilable and he change this free of cosst under warranty period.On[protected] i take my bike from workshop but i still facing same problem.I have allready launch complaint i Baajaj auto .please help me to solve this problem or advise me burt i can do.I am waiting favorable response from your side.thanks

              I had bought a new Avenger from Sai Service on 28th May 2010, and found my fuel gauge defective. I wrote a mail to Bajaj on 30th May 2010 but still haven’t received any reply . It was certainly disappointing to know that the a new bike comes with a defective fuel gauge and to be honest the main incentive to me for purchasing the new bike was i get good and quality product but Bajaj failed to fulfil my expectation.
              It is quite unprofessional to see no revert with a call for so long. I fail to understand why it is taking so long to call me in spite of me calling them thrice and every time the call centre executive promising that I will receive call in 48 hours. Am wondering whether the Bajaj team believes in the principles of after sales support to retain customers and realises the importance of word of mouth!

              Please beware before you buy any Bajaj Product

                Bajaj - Platina — LATE RESPONSE FROM BAJAJ SERVICE

                Dear Sir,
                On 04/10/2008 I had given my motor cycle (Plantina, Chasis No:-MD2DDDZZZNWA45093) to your authorise service dealer M/s Utkal Motor, Panposh, Rourkela for repairing the Bike. They opend the engine and informed me that Piston got Seized and they commited that bike will get ready by 06/10/08 at 17.00pm.Again i visited your dealer point for pick up the bike but found bike was not ready and commited to come on 07/10/2008 at 10.00AM. I again went to collect bike on 07/10/08 at sharp 10.00AM But this time also found bike was not ready, again they informed to come at 13.00PM. I went their at 13.00pm But problem remain same. I am waiting in their workshop to collect my bike. Really i harrashed lot due to wrong commentments and unsatisfy service. I never expected this type of service from a gloabal reputed company like Bajaj.

                Please resolve the case at earliest.
                Really iam not happy with Bajaj.

                I have done great mistake after purchae the bike from you. Iam not getting satisfaction service from Bajaj in Orissa.

                There is no word in my heart to give Thanks.

                  Why Bajaj Kawasaki Elminiator parts are not that able level in the market. i bought the eliminator year 2003. may be that time it was first time in india were the eliminator bike was launched. but now i m facing a lots of probblem with the electronic spare parts of my bike. as our city is border to west bengal state under jalpaiguri district. there are so many small bajaj delar and the show room but the parts for my bike are not that able level in the market. even in silguri which is one of the city of the West Bengal were there is Bajaj showroom & also SJ traders one of the Dealers of Bajaj company, there also same probblem. Specially parts like ST Coil, Relay switch,pickup coil etc.

                  I bought my bike (Bajaj Kawasaki Elminiator) from Druk Tshongkhag which is one of the Delar of our country. its 2003 model, Engine no. 00008, Chassis no. 00014

                  I will to know why it is so or is there any soloution were i can get above mention parts so i can run my bike from off road.

                        I had extend my services with society motors after paying Rs.900. They assure me that they will be same as they were in warranty period but it was fake. I went to service centre on 24th of may 2010 for servicining. After the service my bike battery stops charging next day I complain it to society but they would not entertain me an without checking they said it is the problem of battery and you have to go to exide battery service centre. Next day I visited exide battery service centre they checked my battery and said it is OK. BAJAJ technician make you fool, to get out of this matter. I again went to society motors for the same, at this time after requesting many people they decided to check the fault and then they found cable break connecting with the charger to the battery. Inspite of chaning the cable they connected it by cutting it & make it direct. I told them that pls change the cable and don't do this temporary arrangement, they said it is ok.On this process the body of my pulsar is damaged. My question is why this things are happened ? who will be responsible for that and who will pay for this ? Kindly confirm.

                        By giving this kind of service they are making slur on the name of BAJAJ.

                        Kindly pls revert on my cell and resolve my problem asap. I will be waiting. If I don't get any responce then I have to think in different way.

                          Dear sir, My name is Raja. I am living in Palavakkam. I have Bajaj/Pulsar DTS-i. My bike no is TN07BA3135. I am only a Bajaj customer from 01/04/2008 to till date. I am not satisfied with your bike. Because of there is too much of noice come from engine eventhough i serviced (4 free service) my bike in ABS Auto Service Center at Palavakkam. if i ask bajaj service center, they told the same ans again and again that this is normal noice. But i know this is not normal noice.Ask Service center to service my bike good. My mobile no is [protected] and [protected]..

                          Same happened with me.. I was facing problem with Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS in Gear Box. I purchased in midnight black color, but they couldnt fix it.

                            I purchase Pulsar 180 cc on 14th-May-2010 from Sangam autosales Palampur (Thakurdhawara).Himachal Pradesh. After 6 Days my bike engine goes seeze on the road. There is posibilty of any accident.
                            The reason of engine seeze is a bolt and iron pin in the engine. Its company fault. There is Extra bolt & iron pin Left in the engine. I complaint in Bajaj customer care on dated 24th-may-2010. My complaint no. 43554. After 48 hours there no solution provided to for my complaint. The Dealer can't replace the bike.
                            He say's that I repair the bike. but why i took repaired bike. i don't registred the bike. so i request him to replace the bike.

                            I purchase new bike of 7th march and after 10 days in bike some major problem so i given my bike in service center HET AUTO BAJAJ Delar code is 11282 Gujarat Ahmedabad But he is not giving proper answers and not replace my bike or from 7 days in my bike there service center but no any positive response please as soon as possible give me positive response from your site

                              I have one bajaj platina bike.It was only once when I got 70+ average.After that average decreased day by day.Now a days its only close to 40-45. It's no where close to what company offers.I think they just want to sell bike giving wrong information.I beleave that customer of this bike is mainly middle class people and company has cheated them very well.
                              They deserve clap for that.

                              i am feeling same as my 2 yrs old bike just 10000 km runs so far has 20-25 mileage. worst.
                              worse platina 100c bike giving average onle 35 + mileage. run only 9800 km. is there any solution.

                                IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO PURCHASE PULSAR 220 CC, THEN DON'T....ITS THE WORST BIKE I HAVE EVER SEEN. DON'T PURCHASE BAJAJ BIKES EVEN. THEIR SERVICE IS THE POOREST. I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH PULSAR 220cc AND I GOT SOME OTHER BIKERS WITH THE SAME PROBLEM AS ME WITH PULSAR 220CC. SO, DON'T GO FOR IT. I RECOMMEND NOT TO PURCHASE EVEN BAJAJ BIKES. THEIR SERVICE IS POOR OVERALL, VERY VERY POOR. MY BIKE IS WITH THE SHOWROOM DUE TO CARBURETOR PROBLEM FOR THE PAST TWO WEEKS AND THEY ARE UNABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM STILL NOW, EVEN AFTER TWO WEEKS. REALLY WORSE!!. AND HOW DARE THEY SELL DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS TO THEIR CUSTOMER. I THINK CONSUMER FORUM SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS AND PROVIDE JUSTICE TO CUSTOMERS. BAJAJ COMPANY HAS NO RIGHT TO MANUFACTURE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. IT MAY BE A MISTAKE BUT THEY SHOULDN'T SELL DEFECTIVE PRODUCT TO CUSTOMERS.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  I would like to bring to your notice some real problems faced by me due to delay in providing me with faulty part replacement by the Bajaj showroom (Shree Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., G.S. Road, Paltan Bazar, Guwahati, Assam). I bought a Bajaj Pulsar 220 cc motorcycle on 10/04/2010. The very first day when I rode the bike to my residence, I found out that the bike engine shuts down automatically while riding particularly with slowing down where I lower the throttle and put on brake. I thought at that time that maybe the fuel carburetor is not properly tuned, and as I am riding the first time, it may be due to that. Unfortunately, I found the same problem everyday and finally decided to go to the showroom service center where fix the problem. I went there before my first service was due and brought the problem to a showroom's mechanic notice. He checked for some time but was unable to diagnose the problem. The problem was so severe that slight jerk to the bike will make the engine shut down. So, I thought to bear with the problem until the first service was due. I went for first servicing (free) on 17/05/2010, 10 am (kilometers run at that time was 326 km). They looked and tried to solve the problem that day but could not. I was kept on wait the whole day and informed in the evening by the mechanic to leave and come the next day as he is unable to solve the problem and will check again and solve the problem. I got a call from them the next day that there is some carburetor issues with the bike and it will be replaced free of cost and it will take around 3 days. I agreed and told them that it is fine and I will wait for those days. I also went to the service center to confirm the report and the mechanic told me that it is true that the carburetor is not functioning well and the problem will be solved if the carburetor is replaced. After 3 days, when I got no calls from the service center, I called them and asked them about it but got no solid answer from them. I waited for some more days and finally on 24/05/10, after one week, I went inquiring about the bike. They informed me that they are yet to receive the faulty part (carburetor) from the company and told me to wait for 3-4 days more. I disagreed to that offer and told them that I didn't purchase the bike to keep it in the service center. I purchased that for some purpose and I facing a great deal of problem due to nonavailability of the bike. Finally, I informed them that I am going to take the bike for now and told them to inform me when the part arrives so that I can come and have it replaced. I was about to leave with the bike when the Service Section Manager requested me to not to take the bike as it is not in a condition to ride due to that problem and continued self-start may damage the self also. This is true. He also informed me that the General Manager of Shree Automobiles is going to Kolkata and along with him another person of the Company is going and told me that that person will bring the faulty part along with him who is supposed to come that day itself by evening. I went to GM along with the Service Manager to confirm the information. I had a chat with the GM and he even showed me his Air Ticket. I thought this time they are not going to delay the delivery of the bike and I thought of getting the bike by 26/05/10 evening. Unfortunately, I did receive any call from them till now, 27/05/10, 8:30 am. I also booked a complaint with the Bajaj Customer Care. The complaint number is CR-43585 on 24/05/10. The customer service representative told me that within 48 hours they will get in touch with me and solve the problem, but till now I got no response from Bajaj Customer Care as well.

                                  So, the issue here is that I am having a great deal of problem due to bike and I do not think that it is justified from both the Showroom and the actual company (Bajaj Automobiles) sides for delay in replacing the faulty part. I have every right to get it fixed without delay. I got reassurances from almost every personnel including the General Manager of the company (Shree Automobiles Pvt. Ltd.) but they failed to solve my problem.

                                  Therefore, I think the delay is not justified at all and the showroom is harassing me because of. I therefore claim remedy to my problem as soon as possible.

                                  I have registered the complaint in bajaj auto regarding my bike problem in piston and horn and complaint no 17283 but there is no response from there side and service manager Mr B.M singh of shiva bajaj denies me to giving me services.
                                  so please sort out the problem as immediately as possible.

                                    I purchased Bajaj xcd 135 dts-si disk model on June 2009. deuring the service warrenty period of the six service i done only 1 free service before compeny of the free service i notice a problem in the silencer i approached the sai service at kandivali (e) they inform the seens fullservice was not availed by me warrenty is not applicable. ur requested to me a what shoud i do whom should i aproche to solve my prob.

                                    I am a service man and I have no time for daily come in ur service center for repairing my bike last time I left my bike for three days but that was worth less for me. Now this time I only want to change my silencer and and other neutral problems on it, that’s solution.

                                    For doing these things you should stop to me take any legal action to Bajaj.

                                      This letter is written in reference of wrong CIBIL report forwarded by Bajaj Finance regarding my Consumer loan ( Loan A/C no[protected] taken against Air Conditioner. Sir I have purchased an Air Conditioner from Ratan Refrigeration Faridabad in June 2006 & financed it from your Bank whose Repayment schedule comprises of 9 EMIs and against which 9 Cheques of Rs 1600 were given to you. Now as per EMI repayment schedule 8 cheques have been cleared on time from my bank. But unfortunately 7th cheque of Rs 1600 got dishonored because of insufficient funds.
                                      Now after few days of this cheque bounce i.e. on Jan 14th, 2007 I got a call from Bajaj Finance that my cheque is dishonored. Firstly I was very much astonished on listening this but still to know the actual cause I made a call to Customer care of my Bank & found that cheque was dishonored. Then I told your executive that I am ready to pay the this installment in cash to you and he agreed to receive the actual amount of Rs 1600 from me & said they will send their executive on Jan 19thth 2007 to collect the EMI amount. Now on Jan, 19th 2007 executive came to my residence & collect the EMI amount of 1600 in cash from me and against which a receipt of that amount from Bajaj Finance was given to me.
                                      All the rest of the EMIs were cleared from my account on time and after that I supposed the concerned loan has been closed. Now the problem is from last five months i.e. from Jan, 2010 I am getting calls from your bank that you have not received 7th Emi of that loan. I explained several times to your executive that I already paid that amount in cash to you on Jan, 19th, 2007 & also have the receipt for the same with me.
                                      Now a new problem arises by Bajaj finance on last week when I applied for a Home Loan in Syndicate Bank Faridabad. As per the process Branch Manager of Syndicate Bank have retrieved my CIBIL report & found very much negative & unethical report flashed against me by Bajaj Finance that you have not received the 7th Emi of that loan & on seeing this Syndicate Bank has denied to sanctioned the home loan.
                                      I am also in contact with Mr. Rajeev Sharma/ [protected] of your bank from last 15 days regarding this matter but not getting satisfactory response from him.


                                      Sir Now I request you to kindly take appropriate action against this & clarify the CIBIL report of mine as recently I purchased a house in sec 49 Faridabad & already a token money of Rs 10 lacs has been paid to the owner of that house. Now for the remaining money I am looking for a home loan which I cannot get until this CIBIL report is clear. I am sending herewith scanned copy of the receipt of Rs 1600 to you which were paid by me in Jan, 2007.


                                      However I will wait for next 3 days for your response & if the above mentioned words will not cleared from CIBIL Report in this interval I will stop further EMIS Repayment & will file the case with Consumer Court & RBI Banking ombudsman towards Bajaj finance. Sir I have purchased an VEHICLE from KRR BAJAJ AUTO Tirupur in may 2009 & financed it from your Bank whose Repayment schedule comprises of 24 EMIs and against which 3 Cheques of Rs 2000 were given to you. Now as per EMI repayment schedule 3 cheques have been cleared on time from my bank. But unfortunately march 2010 cheque of Rs 2000 got dishonored because of insufficient funds.

                                      All the rest of the EMIs were cleared from my account on time and after that I supposed the concerned loan has been closed.
