Sir, I had purches a new bike on 20Aprl2009. My all service done at right time but bike problem not end . Bike give black smoke,bike pickup low .
My bike service is

service center maneger says bike engin oil become low so engin want work but bike is not under warranty. but my bike is under warranty singh enterprice says (mie kuch nahi kar sakat) bike head repair 6 time , one time piston change, one time clutch plate change ,one time carburettor change with new pulsar 180 but my bike is150 service center (singh enterprises bhaniyawala (doiwala) dehradun (UA) )

    I (Pankaj Kaushik) had purchased a bike from M/s DEWAN MOTORS, F-1/1, MAHAVEER ENCLAVE, PALAM DABRI ROAD, DWARKA, NEW DELHI-110045, on dated 19.07.09. Since begining, my bike is not taking load properly& regarding this issue i have complane many times to your Dealer but he is not taking intrest to resolve my issue. Beside this there is also problem with Chain and Socker.
    So you are requested to either resolve my issue or replace my Bike on urgent basis

      I had extend my services with society motors after paying Rs.900. They assure me that they will be same as they were in warranty period but it was fake. I went to service centre on 24th of may 2010 for servicining. After the service my bike battery stops charging next day I complain it to society but they would not entertain me an without checking they said it is the problem of battery and you have to go to exide battery service centre. Next day I visited exide battery service centre they checked my battery and said it is OK. BAJAJ technician make you fool, to get out of this matter. I again went to society motors for the same, at this time after requesting many people they decided to check the fault and then they found cable break connecting with the charger to the battery. Inspite of chaning the cable they connected it by cutting it & make it direct. I told them that pls change the cable and don't do this temporary arrangement, they said it is ok.On this process the body of my pulsar is damaged. My question is why this things are happened ? who will be responsible for that and who will pay for this ? Kindly confirm.

      By giving this kind of service they are making slur on the name of BAJAJ.

      Kindly pls revert on my cell and resolve my problem asap. I will be waiting. If I don't get any responce then I have to think in different way.

        My complaint number is 24910.i get your service center 28/05/2010.but your technetion and service manager told to me,this bike is complaint model, and he promise to me ,the shock kit will arange maximum one week.so iam came back the service center,but today i received a message from bajaj to me,this contants is ....."DEAR CUSTOMER REF CR NO IS-24910.WE TRUST YOUR ISSUE IS RESOLVED AND HOPE YOU ARE HAPPY WITH OUR SERVICE."

        But my bike not checked your service center,and my problems not solved,then what we do?,,,,,,,,,,your service manager and service teams are foolish to me???
        am still waiting your reply,,,.I want a proper repair/replacement this bike.otherwise am through/return the bike your sales counter KVR VEHICLES,and am going to the consumer court,,,,,,,,,,because you and your service teams not providing service to me.

        Bajaj/Bike — Service not good

        Dear sir, My name is Raja. I am living in Palavakkam. I have Bajaj/Pulsar DTS-i. My bike no is TN07BA3135. I am only a Bajaj customer from 01/04/2008 to till date. I am not satisfied with your bike. Because of there is too much of noice come from engine eventhough i serviced (4 free service) my bike in ABS Auto Service Center at Palavakkam. if i ask bajaj service center, they told the same ans again and again that this is normal noice. But i know this is not normal noice.Ask Service center to service my bike good. My mobile no is [protected] and [protected]..

        Same happened with me.. I was facing problem with Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS in Gear Box. I purchased in midnight black color, but they couldnt fix it.

          I purchase Pulsar 180 cc on 14th-May-2010 from Sangam autosales Palampur (Thakurdhawara).Himachal Pradesh. After 6 Days my bike engine goes seeze on the road. There is posibilty of any accident.
          The reason of engine seeze is a bolt and iron pin in the engine. Its company fault. There is Extra bolt & iron pin Left in the engine. I complaint in Bajaj customer care on dated 24th-may-2010. My complaint no. 43554. After 48 hours there no solution provided to for my complaint. The Dealer can't replace the bike.
          He say's that I repair the bike. but why i took repaired bike. i don't registred the bike. so i request him to replace the bike.

          I purchase new bike of 7th march and after 10 days in bike some major problem so i given my bike in service center HET AUTO BAJAJ Delar code is 11282 Gujarat Ahmedabad But he is not giving proper answers and not replace my bike or from 7 days in my bike there service center but no any positive response please as soon as possible give me positive response from your site

            I have one bajaj platina bike.It was only once when I got 70+ average.After that average decreased day by day.Now a days its only close to 40-45. It's no where close to what company offers.I think they just want to sell bike giving wrong information.I beleave that customer of this bike is mainly middle class people and company has cheated them very well.
            They deserve clap for that.

            i am feeling same as my 2 yrs old bike just 10000 km runs so far has 20-25 mileage. worst.
            worse platina 100c bike giving average onle 35 + mileage. run only 9800 km. is there any solution.

              IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO PURCHASE PULSAR 220 CC, THEN DON'T....ITS THE WORST BIKE I HAVE EVER SEEN. DON'T PURCHASE BAJAJ BIKES EVEN. THEIR SERVICE IS THE POOREST. I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH PULSAR 220cc AND I GOT SOME OTHER BIKERS WITH THE SAME PROBLEM AS ME WITH PULSAR 220CC. SO, DON'T GO FOR IT. I RECOMMEND NOT TO PURCHASE EVEN BAJAJ BIKES. THEIR SERVICE IS POOR OVERALL, VERY VERY POOR. MY BIKE IS WITH THE SHOWROOM DUE TO CARBURETOR PROBLEM FOR THE PAST TWO WEEKS AND THEY ARE UNABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM STILL NOW, EVEN AFTER TWO WEEKS. REALLY WORSE!!. AND HOW DARE THEY SELL DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS TO THEIR CUSTOMER. I THINK CONSUMER FORUM SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS AND PROVIDE JUSTICE TO CUSTOMERS. BAJAJ COMPANY HAS NO RIGHT TO MANUFACTURE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. IT MAY BE A MISTAKE BUT THEY SHOULDN'T SELL DEFECTIVE PRODUCT TO CUSTOMERS.

              PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AS I AM HARASSED BADLY BY THE PROBLEM AND THE CUSTOMER CARE POOR SERVICE

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I would like to bring to your notice some real problems faced by me due to delay in providing me with faulty part replacement by the Bajaj showroom (Shree Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., G.S. Road, Paltan Bazar, Guwahati, Assam). I bought a Bajaj Pulsar 220 cc motorcycle on 10/04/2010. The very first day when I rode the bike to my residence, I found out that the bike engine shuts down automatically while riding particularly with slowing down where I lower the throttle and put on brake. I thought at that time that maybe the fuel carburetor is not properly tuned, and as I am riding the first time, it may be due to that. Unfortunately, I found the same problem everyday and finally decided to go to the showroom service center where fix the problem. I went there before my first service was due and brought the problem to a showroom's mechanic notice. He checked for some time but was unable to diagnose the problem. The problem was so severe that slight jerk to the bike will make the engine shut down. So, I thought to bear with the problem until the first service was due. I went for first servicing (free) on 17/05/2010, 10 am (kilometers run at that time was 326 km). They looked and tried to solve the problem that day but could not. I was kept on wait the whole day and informed in the evening by the mechanic to leave and come the next day as he is unable to solve the problem and will check again and solve the problem. I got a call from them the next day that there is some carburetor issues with the bike and it will be replaced free of cost and it will take around 3 days. I agreed and told them that it is fine and I will wait for those days. I also went to the service center to confirm the report and the mechanic told me that it is true that the carburetor is not functioning well and the problem will be solved if the carburetor is replaced. After 3 days, when I got no calls from the service center, I called them and asked them about it but got no solid answer from them. I waited for some more days and finally on 24/05/10, after one week, I went inquiring about the bike. They informed me that they are yet to receive the faulty part (carburetor) from the company and told me to wait for 3-4 days more. I disagreed to that offer and told them that I didn't purchase the bike to keep it in the service center. I purchased that for some purpose and I facing a great deal of problem due to nonavailability of the bike. Finally, I informed them that I am going to take the bike for now and told them to inform me when the part arrives so that I can come and have it replaced. I was about to leave with the bike when the Service Section Manager requested me to not to take the bike as it is not in a condition to ride due to that problem and continued self-start may damage the self also. This is true. He also informed me that the General Manager of Shree Automobiles is going to Kolkata and along with him another person of the Company is going and told me that that person will bring the faulty part along with him who is supposed to come that day itself by evening. I went to GM along with the Service Manager to confirm the information. I had a chat with the GM and he even showed me his Air Ticket. I thought this time they are not going to delay the delivery of the bike and I thought of getting the bike by 26/05/10 evening. Unfortunately, I did receive any call from them till now, 27/05/10, 8:30 am. I also booked a complaint with the Bajaj Customer Care. The complaint number is CR-43585 on 24/05/10. The customer service representative told me that within 48 hours they will get in touch with me and solve the problem, but till now I got no response from Bajaj Customer Care as well.

                So, the issue here is that I am having a great deal of problem due to bike and I do not think that it is justified from both the Showroom and the actual company (Bajaj Automobiles) sides for delay in replacing the faulty part. I have every right to get it fixed without delay. I got reassurances from almost every personnel including the General Manager of the company (Shree Automobiles Pvt. Ltd.) but they failed to solve my problem.

                Therefore, I think the delay is not justified at all and the showroom is harassing me because of. I therefore claim remedy to my problem as soon as possible.

                I have registered the complaint in bajaj auto regarding my bike problem in piston and horn and complaint no 17283 but there is no response from there side and service manager Mr B.M singh of shiva bajaj denies me to giving me services.
                so please sort out the problem as immediately as possible.

                  I purchased Bajaj xcd 135 dts-si disk model on June 2009. deuring the service warrenty period of the six service i done only 1 free service before compeny of the free service i notice a problem in the silencer i approached the sai service at kandivali (e) they inform the seens fullservice was not availed by me warrenty is not applicable. ur requested to me a what shoud i do whom should i aproche to solve my prob.

                  I am a service man and I have no time for daily come in ur service center for repairing my bike last time I left my bike for three days but that was worth less for me. Now this time I only want to change my silencer and and other neutral problems on it, that’s solution.

                  For doing these things you should stop to me take any legal action to Bajaj.

                    This letter is written in reference of wrong CIBIL report forwarded by Bajaj Finance regarding my Consumer loan ( Loan A/C no[protected] taken against Air Conditioner. Sir I have purchased an Air Conditioner from Ratan Refrigeration Faridabad in June 2006 & financed it from your Bank whose Repayment schedule comprises of 9 EMIs and against which 9 Cheques of Rs 1600 were given to you. Now as per EMI repayment schedule 8 cheques have been cleared on time from my bank. But unfortunately 7th cheque of Rs 1600 got dishonored because of insufficient funds.
                    Now after few days of this cheque bounce i.e. on Jan 14th, 2007 I got a call from Bajaj Finance that my cheque is dishonored. Firstly I was very much astonished on listening this but still to know the actual cause I made a call to Customer care of my Bank & found that cheque was dishonored. Then I told your executive that I am ready to pay the this installment in cash to you and he agreed to receive the actual amount of Rs 1600 from me & said they will send their executive on Jan 19thth 2007 to collect the EMI amount. Now on Jan, 19th 2007 executive came to my residence & collect the EMI amount of 1600 in cash from me and against which a receipt of that amount from Bajaj Finance was given to me.
                    All the rest of the EMIs were cleared from my account on time and after that I supposed the concerned loan has been closed. Now the problem is from last five months i.e. from Jan, 2010 I am getting calls from your bank that you have not received 7th Emi of that loan. I explained several times to your executive that I already paid that amount in cash to you on Jan, 19th, 2007 & also have the receipt for the same with me.
                    Now a new problem arises by Bajaj finance on last week when I applied for a Home Loan in Syndicate Bank Faridabad. As per the process Branch Manager of Syndicate Bank have retrieved my CIBIL report & found very much negative & unethical report flashed against me by Bajaj Finance that you have not received the 7th Emi of that loan & on seeing this Syndicate Bank has denied to sanctioned the home loan.
                    I am also in contact with Mr. Rajeev Sharma/ [protected] of your bank from last 15 days regarding this matter but not getting satisfactory response from him.


                    Sir Now I request you to kindly take appropriate action against this & clarify the CIBIL report of mine as recently I purchased a house in sec 49 Faridabad & already a token money of Rs 10 lacs has been paid to the owner of that house. Now for the remaining money I am looking for a home loan which I cannot get until this CIBIL report is clear. I am sending herewith scanned copy of the receipt of Rs 1600 to you which were paid by me in Jan, 2007.


                    However I will wait for next 3 days for your response & if the above mentioned words will not cleared from CIBIL Report in this interval I will stop further EMIS Repayment & will file the case with Consumer Court & RBI Banking ombudsman towards Bajaj finance. If you want any clarification from my side you can talk to me any time at below mentioned number.

                    This letter is written in reference of wrong CIBIL report forwarded by Bajaj Finance regarding my vehicle loan ( PROPOSAL NO L2WTPR[protected] taken against BAJAJ PULSAR 150CC. Sir I have purchased an VEHICLE from KRR BAJAJ AUTO Tirupur in may 2009 & financed it from your Bank whose Repayment schedule comprises of 24 EMIs and against which 3 Cheques of Rs 2000 were given to you. Now as per EMI repayment schedule 3 cheques have been cleared on time from my bank. But unfortunately march 2010 cheque of Rs 2000 got dishonored because of insufficient funds.
                    Now after few days of this cheque bounce i.e. on April 4th, 2010 I got a call from Bajaj Finance that my cheque is dishonored. Firstly I was very much astonished on listening this but still to know the actual cause I made a call to Customer care of my Bank & found that cheque was dishonored. Then I told your executive that I am ready to pay the this installment in cash to you and he agreed to receive the actual amount of Rs 2000 from me & said they will send their executive on April 10th 2010 to collect the EMI amount. Now on April, 4th 2010 executive came to my office & collect the EMI amount of 2000 in cash from me and against which a receipt of that amount from Bajaj Finance was given to me.
                    All the rest of the EMIs were cleared from my account on time and after that I supposed the concerned loan has been closed. Now the problem is from last five months i.e. from Jan, 2010 I am getting calls from your bank that you have not received 7th Emi of that loan. I explained several times to your executive that I already paid that amount in cash to you on Jan, 19th, 2007 & also have the receipt for the same with me.
                    Now a new problem arises by Bajaj finance on last two month not received the march2010 Emi .
                    I am also in contact with Mr. Rajmohan [protected] and pulraj [protected]and tollfree no [protected] complaint no. A0407621 of your bank from last 2 months regarding this matter but not getting satisfactory response from him.


                    Sir Now I request you to kindly take appropriate action against this clear. I am sending herewith scanned copy of the receipt of Rs 2000 to you which were paid by me in April, 2010.

                        Dear sir/madam,
                        After almost 1 and half months, i ahve still not received the bike form the service center at Barmer. The owner says he has tried but has not found the sapers for pulsar-220 DTSi. i am very much in pain due to this. Please let me know why company has launched such a costly bike without enough spares. Being a owner of such a costly bike i feel bad and i am recommending my frnds not to purchase bajaj auto products.

                          I am complaining about cheating by the service centre of bajajauto ltd at pratapgarh.I had complained earlier but the company is not intrested to attend my complaint.I am very tense because I bought the new bike bajaj discover 100cc before one month.I want to complaint it in the consumer forum for the best treatment.

                          Hi sir my self Anil Prajapati want to inform you that i have informed my problem of motorcycle to the company bajaj ,as my problem was that my bike silecencer is creating lot of problelem in my bike due to which i m also facing lot of problem. As I informed company regarding this problem but there is nobody is willing to hear me and solve my problem. Due to lot of frustation and lot of problem, Im helpless now and thats why im not requesting consumer court to take serious action regarding this matter. If you will help me and solve my problem then I will be very obliged to you.

                            Subject :- Poor Product & spares provided by Bajaj Auto Ltd.(Avenger 200 DTSI

                            Myself, Pramod Surve is owner of 2 motor cycles in today's date & have purchased another one for my brother which is a cool looking Bajaj Avenger on 10/04/10.
                            Unfortunately i have to mentioned that Bajaj auto is charging a sum of Rs 78000/- approx for a vehicle & the final product we received as customer is not justifiable my Vehicle No MH 02 BS 38.

                            Problem on very 1st day:-
                            Gear operation :- Rigid, not smooth enough to feel like new motorcycle.
                            Neutral Gear:- uneasy to reach neutral as operation is 1 down 4 up.

                            same has been updated to the sub dealer Jayna Motors - Borivali west & he had shown 2 more new avengers for test drive where in found the same problem. Dealer stated that its new motorcycle & will be fine tune after first service

                            Service Dealer Issues
                            Motor Cycle is schedule for 1st service on 15/05/10 at approx 800 kms.of run to Mumbai - Borivali East Bajaj Service Dealer.

                            Neutral & fine tuning problem shown to service engineer to which he has noted that Bajaj Avenger 200 DTSI will only give Neutral while on running, not on halt/ stop position.
                            After which he has noted service issue in his service card & asked for a day for servicing.
                            On 16/05/10 motor cycle 1st service done & while checking same neutral gear point raised by me to service engineer which was not rectified on which he had asked 1 more day to check the motorcycle
                            On 16/05/10 at 11.45 am we have been shocked by statement of engineer that there may be need of replacement for clutch plate of new motorcycle which will cost me near by Rs 3000/- additional expense for individual like me its unexpected expense product of such price does not cover components like clutch plate etc.& Brand Bajaj does not have any complaint register for products.

                            As being owner of 2 bikes from past 6 years of Hero Honda Motors (Splendor & Ambition) with no such complaints about its product, I feel being cheated by Bajaj Auto ltd & want to raise this to the bajaj Auto management to give me justice on this front.

                            Please take note & guide for further process.

                            I am sure they (Bajaj) wouldnt have replied you.

                            I am also getting the same problems even after many services. But no solutions were given by them. THIS BIKE ISNT OF WORTH BUYING AT ALL. Bikes at lower prices like Splendor are even better than it. This bikes they produced just to cheat people by lure them with its looks.

                            Contacted dealer & company people many times but no response from their side. SEEMS THAT THEY ARE DEEF & DUMB. Dont want to listen at all.

                            Thats why i have set my mind to sell this 6 month old bike and buy Hero Karizma ZMR. I will never buy Bujaj Vehicles again. A Deef, Dumb & Cheat company.

                              I had purchsed Baja Platina from gondal bajaj dealer. From last six months i got problem in starting and in runnig also. So i had given it to that Bajaj dealer but it can not solved finally i written mail to bajaj customer care once they answred and give me refrence number as CR- 23886. My bike is still in warranty but they are asking for Rs. 10,000 for reparing charge how can i give him this amount ?, As per my financial position i purchased lpg bike for save money but i found that my if i run any petrol bike than it will cheaper than lpg ....so company is cheating me on this issue....so please do needfully.... thanks

                                TWO MONTHS AGO I ASKED HIM TO BRING ME A NUT OF GEAR LEVER WITHOUT NUT MY BIKE IS NOT WORKING MY PULSAR DTSI 180CC
                                .WHICH I PURCHASED IN DECEMBER 2009.
                                BUT DUE TO THEIR EXTREME IGNORANCE AND IN EFFICIENT MANAGEMENT THEY HAVE NOT GOT JUST A SMALL BOLT TILL TODAYS DATE. AND NOT BEHAVE POLITELY
                                THEY DO NOT PROVIDE EFFICIENT SERVICE.
                                AND NW BEING A CUSTOMER I KINDLY REQUEST U TO TAKE A SERIOUS AND QUICK ACTION .
                                HOPE U WILL TAKE AN ACTION AGAINST THE DEALER.

                                  I Mr. Avinash Anant Chorghe had purchased above said motorcycle in June- 2005 by loan fro BAFL Documents of all above said motorcycle was misplaced by me. but i was paying your EMI Rs. 1094/- Regularly (if you have any doubts about this see my track record ) As per your record I am suppose to give you 2 EMI's and as per my knowledge I already paid 2 advance EMI while purchasing the bike.

                                  Only Problem from my side was i was not paying your EMI by cheques due to some disputes with my bank. But I was paying all of your EMI by cash to your representatives their Mobile Nos are [protected] & [protected]. Most of the cash EMI Paid where i called your representatives. I asked them to send me the statement of my account on my mail because I wanted to clear the fact that if i paid all EMI or not, but your representative never responding to this.

                                  Now on 2nd feb 2010 your recovery agency (Goga Supekar - Shraddha Agency Mob. [protected]) took my vehilcle from my employee who didn't know any fact without giving any receipt.

                                  I have some questions in my mind as follows

                                  1) Is it permitted by you to took vehicle from road and other person( My employee) than Owner without giving any receipts?
                                  2) The person who paid 46 EMI why not paying 2 EMIS ? do you give him any notice ?
                                  3) Do you keep customer records or not?
                                  4) Weather my case is case of Intention to not pay or what?
                                  5) Weather I go to the consumer court ?
                                  6) Weather I file the FIR of missing my Bike?

                                  Above questions are more important for me than my vehicle for which i already pay all EMIS with Interest to your company.

                                  Please reply them.

                                  a) Any Legal Notice sent to me by your company.
                                  b) Agreement copy between me and BAFL at the time of disbursement of Loan.
                                  c) My vehicle already sold out without my consent and without any legal information given to me as a customer.
                                  d) Letter of closing my account & causes for the same.

                                  I have purchased a Samsung refrigerator on 1.11.2010 from great eastern trading co. Barrackpore(west bangal) through bajaj auto finance.from the month of Dec rs 1275 instalment started cutting every month for08 months.but in Aug 10 also instalment were cut that is one month extra .please reply how to get rs 1275 back in my account.my account no of axis bank is [protected] . bank axis ecs no 4009117

                                    I PURCHASED A BIKE FROM BAJAJ AUTO LTD THROUGH THEIR AUTHORISED DEALER GAUTAM BAJAJ AUTO LTD , TILAK NAGAR , DELHI VIDE BIKE REGN NO DL 4S BC 8403 IN THE NAME OF POOJA JARAUT DATED ON 22.11.2009 . THIS BIKE IS CREATING PROBLEMS WITH INA WEEK OF PURCHASE. I HAVE INTEEMATED TO THE DEALER FROM WHERE I PURCHASED. SO FAR I HAVE REPAIRED & SERVICED WITH THEIR AUTHORISED SERVICE STATION ONLY BUT THEY ARE UNABLE TO DETECT THE FAULT & THEY HAVE OPENED ITS ENGINE & CHANGED ITS PISTON WITH IN THREE MONTHS BUT THE RESULT IS NOTHING. nOW THE BIKE LYING AT BAJAJ SERVICE STATION, MAYAPURI FROM 19.04.2010. I HAVE ALREADY LODGED A COMPLAINT IN THEIR CUSTOMER CARE VIDE NO 23432 DATED ON 19.04.2010 & REGULARLY REMIND THEM ABOUT ITS STATUS . ALL TIME THEY JUST REPLY THAT THEIR ESECUTIVE WILL SHORTLY TOUCH ME BUT ONLY . THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY. NO BODY TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY TO SORT IT OUT.                                     Bajaj — replacement of the bike

                                    when the bike was delivered on the 1st day,the meter was not working they told us that it is for r.t.o checking but when i took the bike to connect the meter they told me that it's a default meter,the meter is dead...they repaired it and gave it but then the problem started again and again...then whenever we start our bike a huge crackling sound occurs......and the average of the bike is not more than 20...its better to take a car...then after the 2 services of the bike the problem was solved only for some days but now it has started again.now my bike is totally dead its not getting started.....since we are using the bajaj scooter from 30yrs....we have not got such a bad service what we are getting for this bike....we are totally unsatisfied with this bike....we need a total replacement.......or else i have to talk to the more senior person......
