Good Morning,

Bajaj Pulsar : MH04-CX-2495

Thanks for the service you guys are been providing, i am very much happy with the service, its just some weeks back i met with an accident, and i thought to give my bike for insurance which i have taken from the bajaj dealer name YASH Motors in Kandivali (w),

Promised me that they will be give the vehical within a week which took almost two an half week.

Once i got my vehical i was told that the insurance amount will come thorugh a cheque within a week at your home address, and its been 3 weeks and i have not got any reply from Yash Motors, and its not even a small amount.

It would be a request, atlest answers are calls, i have tried so many times.

Plz help to get the insurance amount at the earliest.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I (Dharmender Kumar) am working with INDIA TODAY GROUP, I want to register the complaint in favor the SHIVA SCOOTER AGENCY
    I had purchased PULSAR 180 cc model from SHIVA SCOOTER AGENCY, E-18 ARYA NAGAR GHAZIABAD. The number of Byke is UP-14 AY 5889.
    I am facing lots of problem at that service centre.
    yeaterday i leave my motor cycle ( job card no. 43, Dated - 22th August,10) at Shiva Scooter Agency & they did not do the things which i complaint, & the estimate they give me & the bill they give me there is too much difference
    & when i go there to collect my bike as per their call i received, but i found the bike was not ready & i have to wait for a long time
    & the person who was there using very abusive language
    this is not only today story. everytime i have to face such kind of problems
    & I informed Mr.B.M SINGH at Shiva Scooter ( service manager ) but nothing has been done till now
    It is too sad i have to deal such kind of person at Shiva Scooter Ageny
    So i have a special request to please do some needful for the same

    hi, , , i m Ravi verma from near modinagar (Ghazibad) u.p., i m not satishfied by nakul moters near modinagar ghaziabad(u.p.) because i was buy the byke pulsar 150cc from nakul agency near modinagar bt agency owner is not gud person my byke is accident then i do claim insurence company but insurence company is clear the claim[protected].. i m deposite the byke in[protected] bt bjaj owner r not paid the service. i have gone many time and gave many request bt he is not accept he say that company r not ready the head of engen so nhi kr pa rha hu agr maine usse request kre ki mai other bajaj agency se saman la du to usne kha mai kisi bajaj company ko nhi janta hu so i have very disturbed that agency after that i send the mail if ab bhi muje koi responce nhi milta hai, i determined that aj ke bad mai bajaj ki byke nhi purchaid nhi kruga or nhi apni family or frnds mai kisi so advised duga kyoki mare family mai bjaj ki 11 byke hai jisme we were belive the bjaj company bike pr tha bt ab ut cuka hai because we r very disturbe the nakul moter modinagar ghaziabad they r not satisfied the customer that owner of byke they r not paid the gud service my byke no -up14 ap 2315 Ragistration date 5 mar-2008 my contect no [protected], [protected], , , pl, s request sir
    Sir I'm in Mutharasu from madurai in tamilnadu, I buy a Pulsar 180cc on 30.04.2011 at Balamuruga Automobile, Avaniapuram, Madurai, Tamilnadu. 3 times services no sastified, So my bike is no pickup & our service is very worst, my Pulsar bike is not 180cc. Ref: vehicle chess no MD2DHDJZZA99993, my vehicle No.TN-59, AR-9892 my contact no.[protected]. Plz, suggest me what can i do...i have already spend so much for its servicing and I m not satisfied.

      Myself Vaurn Kumar owner of Pulsar 150, m byke is at Royal Bajaj(Peeragarhi) since 29th Aug'10. I have already sent mail at [protected]@bajajauto.co.in but still i am waiting for the reponse nobody is replying on my mail. For more information please go through the below chain mail.

       

      This is bring in your notice that my byke is under the extended warranty, there is a person "Mr. Vinay" who prepared the Job sheet for me told me that there is engine issue and whole engine would be overhauled as he was not aware about that my byke is still in warranty. Now when i went there they do only the piston work and change the Cylinder block, it means they cheated and missguided me and they charged me over if it was on paid. I have intimated lots of time that there is a Integrated issue with Royal bajaj.

       

      Today when i went there to receive my byke, it was not fully serviced and i intimated to Mr Rathi & Mr. Vinay. for cross chekcing purpose i asked for the performa invoice from Miss Meenakshi but she refused to give me the details of my byke service and told me if you want to details than firstly pay the bill than only you can get the details except warranty parts it means they can sign the warranty requisition from the customer with one part and later on filled the othere warranted part as well(Totally cheating). Actually me byke has the smoke issue, as it is under the warranty they raised the invoice for Rs. 3,841/- which is totally injustice. I raise this smoke issue not in this service but if you audit the job sheet than you would found that how many times i raised this issue and they never adressed this issue. Nobody can't come to know what they are doing with the byke, we are engaged with Bajaj only because of integrity that the customer will not be cheated but that kind of activity abolished the trust on company.

      Warranty Part: As per the warranty booklet Rear wheel break drum is under warranty and my byke is having the break drum issue and they told me that it is not under warranty.RH Control housing is not working properly and excellator is going back they still not changing the same. earlier it contains the same issue and i had a word with Mr Arora([protected]) Delhi Area Service Manager and they asked the Royal center that it is under the warranty and changed the same than they again cheated me and changed the repaired part, limit is crossed when they scratched my chasis no and charged the new part from Bajaj. If they changed reapired part than there is no need to charge this part from the Bajaj.

      Today i had a word with Mr Rathi and he was not ready to address me and he told me that you need to pay Rs. 3,841/-, i checked my byke before reaching to Mr Rathi my byke had lots of issue, like chain was sounding, indicator switch was not changed and request him to change that switch and i am sure nobodu cheked the RPM and Pollution. My Oil tank is damaged(Scartched from the Patch Cuss), if anyone see my byke than they come to know it is a new scratch, i use to be cheated from this service centre, i do have the photo of my byke before service and those photgraphs doesn't have these scratches.

      NOTE: This is my third mail i didn't receive even a single mail from customer service side reagrding my mail except the auto mail for the reference. I also approahed to[protected] & Coporate office no.[protected], 27476151 but nobody was picking my phone.

      Kindly take the action agains this issue, hope you will do the needfull to prevent me from the mental harrasment, cheatedness will be highly appreciateable.

      Yesterday, i got a call from "ROYAL BAJAJ" and after discussing everything she promised to revert me after giving the details to her manager, still i am waiting for her call. Please manage to resolve this issue at the earliest. It's my suggestion to availiable some training to the Bajaj service engineers how to build the customer relation otherwise it will impact your future market relation, you have best product but do not impact your market goodwill becuase of just a small thing.

      Myself Varun Kumar Owner of Pulsar 150 Reg no. DL4S-BK-1051, Engine No: DHGBPE14160, Ch. No. MD2DHDHZZPCE75590 residing at Sultan Puri New Delhi-86. I purchased this byke in Aug07 with extended warranty, following all the services guided by the Bajaj still i am getting the issue with my engine. I want to bring i your notice that Royal are not servicing Bykes even at par, usually in service they do only the engine oil change do break tight never chekc byke Spartk plug, Battery Pollution etc causes Engine Overhauling issue approx 40% of cases approaches the service center twice thrice after the service which indicate that how they service the Bajaj Product. As you know my byke is in under extended warranty, when a person ask for the aprt replacement under the warranty they use to say they are not under the warranty for eg in my case they told me about the LED back light and right side contril housing but when i approaches to Mr. Arora(Service Area Manager) Mob no. [protected] than they changed the parts after heavy debate and most important they changed the Control housing repaired not the new one & i also informed them regarding this to Royal Service Manager(Mr. Katyal)Mob. No.[protected]. I am Global accountant and i know the Law language that's why i can convince them but think for the prospect of Common mam, my whole familiy is technical bakcground i know very well the technical specification.

      NOTE: I am sure they changed the repair part and demand from you the new part as they filled the requsition note for the warranty part. Its my suggestion to you that please control your service check specially on weekend becuase they prefer the quantity instead of quality i hope you have a guidline to sevice any Bajaj product.

      In recent secenario my byke is with them since last 8 days for engine issue and they are not giving the proper reponse regarding my query i.e. as they replaces the repaired part i am facing the same issue apart from Engine.Its my request you to please guide them to deal with customer in a proper way because every byke rider is not able to understand the technical language but in my case i will Sue if they told me that this is not coming under Warranty. My simple funda is i am facing the Engine issue i won't pay anything for any part. Simple thing if the base is faulty than the building can't be in good shape. As my byke is in warrant i need my byke ok.

        Myself Abhishek Chakraborty from Bhilai. Last month that is on July 7, 2010, I bought a new Bajaj Pulsar 135LS. From, the very first day, it is giving me a lot of troubles. The troubles started with a noise making rear chain sprocket. I consulted the showroom to rectify the trouble but they were unable to do that. Now a new problem added, this time one of the two bolts on the silencer head failed and broke down. No accident happened, but it failed automatically. The bike is giving me trouble from the beginning. I need help so that in future other problems are avoided. It has covered 3254 kms as on dated 17th august 2010. Its registration number is CG 07 LU 8365, Chassis no. MD2JDJDZZTCD00668.

        started in 30-35 kicks & PROBLEMATIC Self start
        I WILL NEVER RE PURCHASE BAJAJ BIKE IN MY LIFE.

        I hv purchased Pulsar 135LS in April2010 from Delhi Bagga Link(Bike Registration No. DL8S AU 5293 in the name of Vineet Bhatia)
        After first service was done it created a starting problem.
        I applied 25-30 kicks every morning to start the bike (Note Self also created a problem with a sudden increase in accelerator)

        On 3rd Dec2010 3rd sevice done but the problem is now worst.
        The bike is now taking 30-35 kicks to start.

        WORST BIKE EVER MADE BY BAJAJ.
        O SUJJEST EVERYONE NOT TO PURCHASE BAJAJ 135ls BIKE BECAUSE IT HAS LOT OF PROBLEMS WHICH HAS NO SOLUTION .

          Dear Sir,

          Since i purchsed my Pulsur 150 CC on 27.07.2010 from Espee Motors , Roorkee it was a nightmare for me, as everytime i took the bike out i need to drag it for Kms. Since i purchased it the total kms i have dragged the bike is around 70kms..It was really a nightmare to me as when ever i start a bike i pray to god "ki aaj nahi drag karna pade".i talked to showroom also & they informed me that it will be ok after 1st service.Yesterday i got my service done at the showroom , but today morning again when i was going to my office i have to drag my bike for around 16 kms, which is really very embarassing.If the new bike gives such problem i can make out what would be the condition after 6 months.
          Altogether i have a very bad experience with my Bike Bajaj Pulsur 150 CC.
          Please look into it.

            I bought the bike from rohtak (haryana) on 02/03/2010 , its been hardly 3-4 months it started giving itchy noise from rear shock-absorbers. it has its Oil-seal leaked and Front shock-absorbers also giving thud sound. I contacted the customer care and then a mistry from sikar (JM enterprises) reapired only rear shockers it and assured me of fine working, but form the very next it again started making the same noise. And hence all my problems are still unresolved despite of repeated calls to bajaj customer care, all what i get from there is 'assurance' but no solution. Please help.

            Good evening. I am Alok Manish from Pondicherry. I have booked Bajaj Pulsar-220 CC, on September 27, 2010. The executive told me that time that you will get your bike within 20 days. But still now I have not get my bike. Again they are telling me to wait for 30 days. I have already passed 1 months. What will I do now. So I am requesting you to resolve the matter as soon as possible. (Akash Showroom, Pondicherry).

              Dear Mr. Rahul Bajaj,
              I have seen you on TV shows about lots of wrong policy of indian Govt and some times of foreign countery also. Have you checked up with your company?
              A middle class faimly buy two wheeler by any how because of trust of indian company and we are watching from our childhood that one good company is providing services. But i would like to bring in your notice that you are cheating with INdian customer. There is no such strong law india so you people introduce third class product and not even bother about the customer . Do you know that spares of your
              scooter name saffair is not at all available there is no service in your authorised service center within a span of 2-3 year. You are sittin in AC big bunglow just wants to do BLA-BLA about compititor but not looking inn your area of service.
              Mr. Bajaj just because of this atitude your compnay buisness is going down day by day. You have tasted monopoly buisness and now other brand are providing good product with service so they are growing like any thing.
              Mr. Bajaj if at all your company sence some responsiblity for customer then kindly respond other wise. I will wish to god that your compnay situation become just like my scooter. HAMARA BAJAJ ( )

                so I requested for invoice many times to bajaj guys. they are saying,they do not have 2007 record.

                Kindly provide me invoice for re-registration.

                  I bought new pulsar 135 cc with lots of expectations... but after 3-4 days i realized that it has some serious problems as bike get overheated even in very short distance. I aproached swadeshi bajaj service centre.But accrding to them bike is perfeclly fine.. they ruled out any problem in bike. it is very difficult to ride on this bike in rush hours.I approached them again & again but did not find any satisfactory solution... Please help me out...

                    I bought my scooter Bajaj Kristal on[protected] from the day one i am facing many problems like petrol line problem (which they told that it is new technology) , No Battery back-up. I had forced to give my vehicle every month for service , each time service cost minimum Rs.4000/- and takes atleast 10 days of time due to non-availability of spares. Whenever i give my vehicle for service, the service people often recommends us to exchange the vehicle which means there are many manufacturing mistake.
                    I had given my vehicle last month for service they billed us for around Rs.5000/- at (Khivraj Service station). I got my vehicle saying that all done again a week back i and my wife were gone for some festival while returning on the highway road my scooter stuck on a sudden as somewhat i managed to escape from accident. what would have happen if i had fail to manage? Now when i again gave service (Job No:123025 dt :[protected] Ph:[protected] to those people they say that there is problem with the petrol link problem and told that they dont have spare stock and they replied that they will tell only after they receive spare they didnt mention any time (poor responsiblity).I bought my vehicle from Khivraj Motors only because of their 40 years Goodwill but after the date purchase i have faced many problems.

                    I'm another owner of a Kristal in Hyderabad. I own it since 2007, though it hasn't given me many problems, the battery backup is really bad. The kickstarter needs you demonstrate your physical fitness to start the scooter using it. Above all, in entire Hyderabad there is only 1 dealer new who services Kristal. Even Bajaj customer care agrees to it. I believe this is not only a problem with the dealer, there is problem in Bajaj itself. It has kind of disowned the product, then why the bloody hell they launched it. This is the reason I'm not going to buy any Bajaj product in my life time and I always advise my friends the same. You talk about any bajaj scooter except the old 2 stroke geared ones and you'll find that it dealt with the product very much in a similar way, e.g. Spirit, ..., Wave, Kristal. It is an irresponsible company and please don't buy any of there products.

                    Bajaj Kristal — no proper service

                    Sir,

                    I handed over my bajaj kristel to rajarajan bajaj, in pondicherry 5 on 20.1.2011 vide their systemk job card no. 2703 my vehicle no. PY-01-AM 6333 with a written promise of delivery date is 27.1.2011.

                    but till yesterday nothing happen. when ever we visit the shop they says the spare materials is out of stock. I fed up with this people.

                    if you are able to do any thing. I am age of 56 that too a handicap. (Met with accident not able to travel in a bus or in auto too. because my leg is straighten I am not above to fold my leg more than 30%

                    i am the owner of bajaj kristal (and bajaj sunny zip) from salem, tamilnadu. really for me it is a very good scooter. but only thing is that the spares are neither available nor the showroom here is least bothered to supply the spares as they are really interested to sell only the bikes-which may give them a good profit. so owners of kristal are forced to exchange their vehicle for a bike. but what is to be truly told is that no ladies vehicles are supplied regularly by bajaj. first came sunny, then came sunny zip, then another model of zip, then came wave (which was really masculine) and then lastly came kristal which is a real combat to scooters like tvs scooty brands and other companies' ladies scooters.but all the brands were shortlived and owners of all these vehicles are facing short supply of spares and hence service problems. whereas my sunny zip i bought 14 years back is still used by my daughter (thanks to my mechanic- he manages to buy from old scooters-scraps- or with his own knowledge makes a new spare in lathe). but for kristal all the spares are very sophisticated and ultra modern and hence he requests me to better sell this vehicle and buy any other brand like tvs scooty pep plus or mahindra or other brands. but i could not for i really enjoy riding in my kristal. it is equally enjoyable to ride upon it in small streets with all the bumps as well as the neat highway where i fly only in 60 kms. hence hereby my humble request to bajaj manufacturers is that they should help the poor customers by regular supply of spares as well as boost a ladies scooter like kristal with good spares availability and regular supply of vehicles.

                      My bike no. is PB 10 BM 9800 Pulsar 180. Today (5.8.10) I visited Dada Motor showroom (G.T road, Ludhiana). My job no. is 67 A. I went there for service of my bike but their behavior to deal with the customer is worst I ever have. Without examining the bike they are advising to change the chain set whether it is required or not they are just trying to make the bill. Their way of talking is so arrogant and they said me If you have problem with us you can go somewhere else for the service of your bike. When I told them that I will Complain to customer care they least bothers. From three years their service is not satisfactory , I was very adjustable to them But they are not with me.

                        I bought my Pulsar during the month of November 2009 and I went for the first service. I was never informed about when all i have to bring the vehicle for servicing. Two months after my first service i had some problems with the vehicle and i approached the above service center for servicing the vehicle, the mechanic checked the vehicle and told me its fine and that ill have to bring the vehicle for servicing only at the time that is mentioned in the booklet. The booklet iven to me says clearly that the second service is due for 240 days from the day of purchase or 2000to 2500 kmts,so i went on the 28th of July 2010 and to my shock i was told that it will be considered as the fourth and final free service, I was also told that the date that is mentioned in the booklet is wrong. The mechanic gave me a handwritten paper with the due dates for all the four services. What is the point in giving it to me now when its all over. It is very sad on the part of the service center to do such injustice. When i wanted to purchase the vehicle they were very kind and showed good hospitality but now when i protested they didn't even bother to give a reply. What am i supposed to do. It is required to service on time to avail the warranty. Hope i will get a reply for this and I haven't paid 70,000 to receive such kind or treatment.

                            starting problem

                            I purchased 135 cc pulsar on 2nd may 2010 , the number of my bike DL3SBT5402 . I have found from the first day that the engine of my bike 135 cc pulsar gets heat up very soon in comparision to 150 cc pulsar & other bikes . After driving 5-6 Kilometers which is a very short distance engine gets heat up so much . In others bikes I have found that engine even after driving 50 - 60 kilometers does not gets heat up so much . I thought that problem will get resolved after first servicing but it does not happen so At the speed higher than 40 km/h , the strange kind of sound comes from the bike . if the rpm setting is below than 1000rpm , then after starting , when we give race , the bike gets switch off . when the road is not smooth , the sound comes from the bike . the problem is of over heating of engine at a very short distance which must be resolved . because if we will drive at longer distances then what will happen .THE SERVICING WAS DONE AT TCS BAJAJ FARIDABAD & BIKE WAS PURCHASED FROM DEWAN BAJAJ LAJPAT NAGAR DELHI .

                              I had availed loan from Bajaj Auto Finance for purchase of Bajaj Plantina two wheeler in 2006. My vehicle no. is OR-22A-8148. I have paid the loan in stipulated period of 3 years. It is almost more than 1 year I am following up with company representative at BHADRAK. But till date I have not received the NOC from the company.

                              Is this the way to treat the customers? When 1 instalment is not paid on due date, the company sends its representative for recovery. But when the entire loan is repaid but last deposited date 30/06/2009 receipt no-AF11076557 BOOK NO-53063 BY SARAT KU DEY MAA TARINEE AGENCY BHADRAK,orissa, is it not the responsibilty of the company to send the NOC to customers address?

                                Had an accident in MAY,2010. For the same, claim is still pending. After n number of follow ups, phones, we are being told that the claim reimbursed (by CHEQUE) will be done in a day or two. Almost a 2-months now. But till date no action taken by Insurance company.

                                Claim bill (Amount Rs 10420/) already sent by courier no.[protected] at address -- Sunil Kr, 801, sakuntala Building, Building No. 59, New Delhi, which was received by concern person.


                                I have many times call to insurance office.detail with phone no.

                                Insurance inspector visit after accident - Sunil Kumar - [protected] (I have called 30 times)

                                Claim officer - Gautam - [protected] ( I have called 10 times)

                                claim officer Rohit - [protected] (I have try to call many times, but phone not picked by officer)


                                I think this type of bad service not provided by any other company.

                                  wrong cibil report forwarded towards my vehicle loan report forwarded by Bajaj Finance regarding my vehicle loan ( PROPOSAL NO L2WTPR[protected] taken against BAJAJ PULSAR 150CC. Sir I have purchased an VEHICLE from KRR BAJAJ AUTO Tirupur in may 2009 & financed it from your Bank whose Repayment schedule comprises of 24 EMIs and against which 3 Cheques of Rs 2000 were given to you. Now as per EMI repayment schedule 3 cheques have been cleared on time from my bank. But unfortunately march 2010 cheque of Rs 2000 got dishonored because of insufficient funds.
                                  Now after few days of this cheque bounce i.e. on April 4th, 2010 I got a call from Bajaj Finance that my cheque is dishonored. Firstly I was very much astonished on listening this but still to know the actual cause I made a call to Customer care of my Bank & found that cheque was dishonored. Then I told your executive that I am ready to pay the this installment in cash to you and he agreed to receive the actual amount of Rs 2000 from me & said they will send their executive on April 10th 2010 to collect the EMI amount. Now on April, 4th 2010 executive came to my office & collect the EMI amount of 2000 in cash from me and against which a receipt of that amount from Bajaj Finance was given to me.
                                  All the rest of the EMIs were cleared from my account on time and after that I supposed the concerned loan has been closed. Now the problem is from last five months i.e. from Jan, 2010 I am getting calls from your bank that you have not received 7th Emi of that loan. I explained several times to your executive that I already paid that amount in cash to you on Jan, 19th, 2007 & also have the receipt for the same with me.
                                  Now a new problem arises by Bajaj finance on last two month not received the march2010 Emi .
                                  I am also in contact with Mr. Rajmohan [protected] and pulraj [protected]and tollfree no [protected] complaint no. A0407621 of your bank from last 2 months regarding this matter but not getting satisfactory response from him.


                                  Sir Now I request you to kindly take appropriate action against this clear. I am sending herewith scanned copy of the receipt of Rs 2000 to you which were paid by me in April, 2010.


                                  However I will wait for next 3 days for your response & if the above mentioned words will not cleared from Report in this interval I will stop further EMIS Repayment & will file the case with Consumer Court & RBI Banking ombudsman towards Bajaj finance. If you want any clarification from my side you can talk to me any time at below mentioned number.

                                    I am having a Bajaj Puslsar 180 UP 16V-0173,that i bought from Suman Auto(Noida) in 2008.
                                    Recently I see a service station at Suman auto as it was leaning towards left side may b some handle allignment issue, but the service center people said its okay and they have done what maximum they can do.
                                    But still i m facing this problem in my bike and its quite dangerous to drive with, but bajaj people are playing with life of consumers.
