I had purchased Bajaj Pulsar in 2006 from Bajaj dealer in ahmedabad called MANAN BAJAJ. They have taken money from me for RTO registration and assured me of registration. They have a rule that original paper will be given to the buyer only after completion of loan so after 4 years i finished the loan and taken the NOC from Bajaj Auto Finance but at that time i was told that my bike was not registered with the RTO and it has no number. I booked a bike (Avenger – 200 cc black) by doing full down payment (Rs. 75,000/- cash) on 28.06.10. They promised me to deliver the bike within 3-4 days.
