I given my bike to Service Center "Bombay Moters" Jodhpur, Rajasthan on 22April2009, Job No: 578.
I request to services engineer who make job card Mr. Farukh to services the bike and check the right side indicator where not working properly.
NOTE : left side indicator, head light, horn, indication light are working well before services
when I going back to take my bike the services engineer say the electric wearing are short circuit, and the head light, horn, indication light are continuously on without order, services engineer say to change the part (I Dont know the name of part) who cost is 1395 Rs. but I refuse to change the part and given my bike in before services condition.
But the supervisor say me why you request to check the indicator so you will pay the part cost otherwise take your bike in head light, horn, indication light are continuously condition or without electric supply condition, supervisor clearly say they will not responsible to given bike in before service left side indicator, head light, horn, indication light are working well conditions.
your services supervisor behavior are so rude.
please solve this issue on urgent base.

Hero honda, Sungam — Poor service
The Hero Honda showroom which is located in Sungam, Trichy Road, Coimbatore is not up to the mark. From the time I bought the vehicle (hero honda CBZ extreme), i find problems with vehicle and their service is very poor. The day I got the vehicle, they had changed the tyres (the front one in the back and the back one in the front). They did not even check before giving it to me, such as a poor service. And all the 4 services until now were very very poor. Everytime, there is some problem in the bike. Now, a day after the fourth service, the oil was oozing out from the engine frequently, and when I complained to them, they are not responding properly. Paying too much and getting a vehicle from Hero Honda, and having problems from the beginning is not fair.
