Dear Sir,
I am rajnish from indore, i have purchase Bajaj Pulsar 150cc jan 2008(MP09, MM2159), last
week i observed some problem in dispay unit of my bike, suddenly display
became off even head light and indicators are also not working so i cant
drive in night.i complained to the service center of my area but the
mechanic said that regulator of the display unit has been failed so we
have to replace it which is of cost arnd Rs 1900.00.but my question is
that if in 1 year if i m facing such type of problems then how can i
recommand this bike to others.this is a very big problem.kindly give the
solution of this problem.

What is the problem? That you cannot recommend the bike to others or that the price is expensive?
For the first one I cannot give you any advice, for the second one you could buy the regulator your self on a spares part and install it. That would reduce the price to less than half.

    Sir,
    This is your kind information that i bought Bajaj Pulsar on june 2006 from pioneer motors, Kozhencherry, Pathanamthitta dist Kerala on 3 years installment basis.We almost completed 33 months payment on bajaj finance department in Pathanamthitta.But now they are not accepting to pay, they are telling to pay that one in Kollam brancch.Just we have only 2 months payment left.Kindly do the needful.

      hi all,

      i took vehicle loan 4 years back and paid it on time . still that amount is coming open in my personal banking history.bajaj finance has not provided any contact detail at their website and the number i got is also not working. someone picks the phone and hangs it down.
      i am pissed off as i have shifted to delhi few months back.

      i am planning to file a case against them in consumer court. can someone please suggest me a away out else i can go back to bangalore and knock off those errant service providers.

      Hi this is sailesh i have paid my EMI but my praposal no is[protected] by ecs date is on every month of 15th i had some probrel with my bank account so i cleared the tocal due amount with receipt no AP10905709 now i dont want to present check for ECS as i can not deposit the amount in that account so please help me in this issue. I wen to hyderabad Finance office but no one is reponding properly so please do the needful.

        Dear Sir,

        I Lingam Kripakaran, had booked Pulsar 180 UG4 Black (New Version) and took the delivery on 27/04/09 from authorised dealer GEMS Automobiles Pvt Ltd, Chinchwad.
        Within 4 days of the delivery the bike started giving starting problems and seizure of engine while on the run. I had reported this issue to the service team at GEMS Automobile Pvt Ltd, Chinchwad on Saturday 02/05/09. The service incharge there claimed that there was a minor issue in the cable supplying power to the battery and delivered the bike back stating there will not be any further issues.
        To inform you there were some engineers from Bajaj Auto Ltd as well who also said the same thing and assured that it was a minor issue and has been rectified.
        Today 03/05/09, I again faced the same problem due to which the bike did not start and I had to start it giving a push EVERYTIME. Also the bike stopped in between due to seizure of engine and I had to get the bike pushed physically till my home from Nigdi causing a great humiliation / embarassment to me and inconvenience to the pillion rider.
        I strongly feel that the product (bike) supplied to me is DEFECTIVE and therefore the bike needs to be replaced completely or either my total down payment amount be refunded.
        I have decided to surrender the bike to GEMS Automobiles Pvt Ltd by tomorrow morning and need a replacement of the complete bike or refund of my total downpayment money. This kind of service from you is disappointing and at the same time it is embarassing for us in front of people to have a DEFECTIVE bike bought 4 days ago.

        When we went to the dealer GEMS automobiles Pvt ltd, Chinhcwad on 4/05/09 the works manager Mr Ramakant Ghodke refused to replace the bike and also denied to refund the down payment stating new bikes always have problem.
        No response was recieved from the [protected]@bajajauto.co.in team also after sending the above matter to them through mail.

        I am very much sad from the above matter that new Bajaj Pulsar UG4 turned into a nightmare for L Kripakaran as he pushed his bike all the way to home as it failed to start on 4th day. I think he is facing hell lot of problems every day as the GEMS automobile shop manager refused to replace the bike nor refund the down payment. Well, Kripakaran I suggest you better give the bike to servicing. I better tell about this to my friends as they are eager to buy this nightmare.

        its normal problem. ask about it to expert mechanic in authorised workshop. check regulator assembly. don't take advice from any roadside mechanic.
        i agree with u because BAJAJ itself was a stupid company .the management & engineers in bajaj both were very worst; but u had gone wrong in buying a useless bike "PULSAR"; instead of that u can buy any brand of HERO HONDA & YAMAHA bikes which will be useful & gives a great value for ur money.the stupid bajaj was made up of poor korean parts including engine & carburettor and cheating people by bringing out as DTS-i engine.u can itself see many pulsars have so much faults in silencer n engine & makes a irritating noise in roads.from this i conclude that youngsters should not opt for bajaj & to put case against the MD of bajaj RAJIV BAJAJ (who was a fraud).and to close bajaj showrooms completely in INDIA .
        i also had the same prob wit the relay n stuff on my black 180 ug4 bt luckily i had the prob on the same day of purchase n sinse i had paid the full amount so they HAD TO replace it the next day :)...nw i guess i hav a better piece...bt wil only cum to no tht aftr the 1st servicing...that is after i test it on all basis!...
        Do one thing, if the Insurance is till going on, tell that bick is stolen and, sale out of maha, and take the replacement of new bick or money
        you get a bike and then its a problem... i booked mine and its already 2 weeks and no one knows when the bike is coming .

        i dont think so guys...i got my pulsar ug4 a month ago and i have never got a single problem in it...and Mr. Karthick is saying non sense... Today Bajaj Bikes are liked by most of people... Hero Honda is also a very good company...but sales chart of Bajaj are higher... In north india bajaj is a bit ahead.i dont know about the rest...
        Mere pas khud he aur bahut mast chalti he aur abhi to pehli service bhi nahi hui aur me 120 km/ph chal chuka hu aur wo bhi pillion rider ke sath and i am sure after first it must goeing 130 or above
        apni gadi ki problem ko ek baar last company ko dikha lo, agar thik kar diya to thik warna company se written me le lo ke there is no problem in ur bike & go to c.court & take some action to the company & involving showroom.
        i hav bot a plsr 180cc on 1-01-10 n i dont no it is by extreme cold or by any problem ...bt bike nevr start easily in morning ..aaj to 30 min lag gaye start krne me...bada dimag chata hai isne...plz tell me is it a serious prob..
        @shivam tyagi... i got my pulsar 150 2 yrs back.. talking about ur prob u did not mention if you try to start your bike using self start or kick... when i got my P 150 2yrs back it had the same prob(did not start using kick) so i used to self start it considering the battery is new ...it shudnt be a prob... eventually after the engine was "set" kick start also works fine... even now after 2 yrs my P150 start after a week of being idle on a single kick(cold start). so just give ur baby some time and dont ride above 40 kmph for atleast 1800 kms if you want a decent avg...

        hi..i too own a pulsar 180 ug4 bought just 3 months ago...its gears are too hard to shift...and sometimes it gets automatically shifted down say from 5th to 4th gear...why is it lyk tht???..it has nt done second service yet...wht should i do???plz help..

        Hi, This is Niranjan From Noida, got Bajaj Pulsar 180 CC UG4 last week, on 4th of November the supporting rod which is present below the break is broken and unable to fix it(the nut is Slipped). Suspected that the nut is Faulty.the show room guy replaced the full kit. But there is no problem with the Bike. The Engine is pretty cool and the pick up is excellent. The Bike is some what inconfortable due to new Parts. I guess, after first service every thing will become alright..

        Coming to Service centers and Show room guys, they are stupids and rascals, they treat this bikes are also like 100CC/125 CC platina/ discover bikes, you can never find the good mechanic engineer for pulsar when compared to Hero honda.

        The problems that u are facing are may be minor.. or may be the bike is also faulty peace, Please kick the show room guy/ tell clearly that the I can make legal complaint about your show room, tried to replace your bike and try it.. The Bike Rocks... !!!
        i also purchased pulsar-150 just 1 month before .it is also giving many problems. so never buy bajaj bike
        i total agreed the statment you all mantion above, for me it was a wrong thought to buy bajaj pulsare 180 ug4. it is not bike it is a pitra of problames .
        hi this is sunny ... i got pulsar 180cc ug4 before 1 and a half year back ... and the bike is good .. i have went 600km in a day and there is no problem.while riding the bike . my bike is perfect may be 1 or two bikes may create problem. go to the proper mechanic...
        there are some procedure to ride a bike. while buying a bike... upto 4000 km u should in 40 kmph... u should not exceed more than 40 to 45... because the newer piston can damage and in feature u dont get the performance... not only for this bike for all bikes..
        guys i bought the bajaj pulsur 180 ug4 1 year ago and now i am irritated by the noies that my bike generates from silencer and engin timing chain and piston, i dont have problem while starting the bike...wen i ride at the speed of 100kmph the bike starts getting bad jerrks on the higway and the wheel alinment is also not good inuf to controll the bike quickly i am feedup with changing the oil and do servicing every month i think buy pulsur is like buying an elephant really cant afford the maintaince...the bajaj mechanics are hiered from up or bihar and they dont even know wats the full form of DTS-i really pissed off now

        This will happen to one in a crore. Ultimately, Bajaj Pulsar 180 UG4 is superb machine. Pulsar group is very effective when compare to other competitors. I also owned this machine but Orange - Adrenaline colour. No problem till. I am pretty confident because previously I owned Bajaj Pulsar 150 (when alloy wheel introduced) for 6 years. When compare to any competitors Pulsar is the best.

        Hope you will be solved through some expert mechanic and enjoy ride on Pulsar.
        You are right this will happen to one in a crore. My first bike is BAJAJ PULSAR 150Dtsi after 6 years it was stolen, now I have BAJAJ PULSAR 180Dtsi UG4, I am happy with this machine & it giving me superb millage 45-50Kmpl. Also the good pickup and performance. Aur market se koi bhi gadi utha lo Kuch problems to hote hi hai, chahe wo Hero Honda ho Yamaha ho TVS.

        i am purchasing Pulsar 180 DTSi and all the formalities have been done, just waiting for my new cheque book to complete the loan process..., and just to make sure i Googled Bajaj Pulsar 180 Complaints and reviews and found this page...Seriously i have been forced now to re-think..it was also my dream to buy the bike Pulsar 180 or 200NS, ...but now i am totally confused...

        I have another option for Hero CBZ xtreme double disc...but in compare of looking it doesnt feet infront of the Pulsar...please suggest me..my Budget is arround 80 K to 85 K...

        My buying date of bike was 29/Sept/2011. IE. Bajaj Pulsore-180.
        From the date I have facing two problems like- 1- Watr ingreses inside the fuel tank at the time of rain or washing. It creats corosone, which may leak the tank.
        2- Front wheel not keeping pressure. In every two/three days I have to fill it. I had checked it three/four times but it has no any leakage.

        I m very unsatisfied.

          I have purchased a Bajaj pulsar 150 cc through BAFL Proposal # 56925 Dt 12/05/2003, Reg # KA03EJ2652.
          This is to bring to your notice that i have completly paid all the installments and also paid all the due pertaining to the loan to the BAFL office @ Bangalore Melleswaram on 27th dec 2008. i was informed by the office staff that i will be recieving the NOC certificate to my residential address by 45 working days, but i have not recieved any information.
          I noticed in the local news(TV9 channel), about BAFL not providing NOC certificates for the loans that been completed.

          I would you like to please send me the NOC certificate ASAP.

            Dear Sir,

            Greetings…My self Pawan Mahajan and I am a customer of BAFL. I got financed two things from your company. One is Washing Machine which I got financed form your company in 2004 and a Camera in 2007. I paid all my installments regularly and both the cases are over now. In 2008 I got a Refrigerator financed by your company via Proposal No: 055167. I gave ICICI bank cheques for the same . As at that time some
            Disputes of ICICI bank were going on and there was rumor in the market that this bank will closedown so I withdrawal all my money from there. My cheques were due to your side at that time. I contacted your local office and told them that I will pay all the installments by cash and I did the same. I used to pay monthly payment to your local representative 15 days before due date .He deposited 3 installments on time but there was
            Delay in depositing some installments from his side. Now I have to get R.O financed from your company but they are refusing the same by saying that I have to pay penalty on delay deposit for which I am not responsible. Delay happened because of your local rep. Now I request you to kindly go through my previous records and instruct your local office to Okay my case. I have contacted your office to do the needful but they are not doing the same. Kindly instruct your local office to waive off this penalty and approve the case for R.O

            One of My EMI installment cheque of dated 20.09.2009 returned (bounced) and cash payment made vide receipt # AF 12096233 DATED 09.10.2009.

            Your HUBLI branch is hassing us for giving NOC & Now they are asked to us pay Rs.1, 500/- to take NOC. Please let me know Why should I penalised and harrsed like this?

              This is in regards to state that my father(Shri Bhagwan Swaroop Mishra) sent me my bike= Bajaj Pulsar DTSi RJ-01 SB-2391
              from Ajmer through Train no.201 on 11th april, 09
              Receipt No. 278343
              Train No.201/11-04-09/AJ-SC-R/SLR-13569 II
              which was ought to be sent to Secunderabad.
              It was sent to Secunderabad through train no.2976 JP MYSORE Express on 15th april, 09 in coach no. 05708
              receipt says JP/NGP/SC/SBC/MYS
              Total 82 items were loaded in this coach.
              Jaipur station officers confirm that the bike has been sent but Secunderabad officers says they have not recieved it.
              There is nobody who can tell where the bike is. It has been 17 days I have no information about my bike. I stay in Secunderabad so I have been visiting the railway station of that area every alternate day. I doubt that the bike may have been delivered at a wrong station.
              Please Help!!

                My name is Manoj Gupta My father told me for purchasing a bike he told me that you should be buy Hero Honda bikes. because my father is also using hero honda from last six years his experience with Hero Honda very good and excellent.
                But I refuse to my father for purchasing Hero Honda I trust on Bajaj but Bajaj broken my trust my father is right.

                I purchased a Bajaj Pulsar 150cc from Bagga link Karol Bagh on Sep 2009.
                I am facing problems with bajaj bike with first service my all services from bajaj from three and fourth free service my bikes is vibreting and the shoker in not working properly . on 23.04.09 I service from Bajaj Auto ltd. Plot no.82, Fie, Patparganj, Delhi-110092 ph.22145831, 22145842.

                I service my bike on 23.04.09 for service and problem of shoker and disk break's voice they replaced shoe break and pad disc set, but there is no improment after service I feeling very bad after paying amount my bike's vibering and disk break's voice continue till now.

                I told him for replace shoker but he refused me I want to ask Mr. Rahul Bajaj and Bajaj Auto is Bajaj Pulsar's life only 6 or 7 month. I asked to service center's engineer that if you are unable to repair my bike can i repair on local auto workshop then they told me if you go outside your warraty was dead.


                I am suffering from 23-04.09 but they refuse me to change my bikes part within warranty. But there is (Bajaj Auto ltd. Plot no.82, Fie, Patparganj, Delhi-110092 ph.22145831, 22145842.) Mr. Rakesh Dutt he told me that we will repair your bikes shocker. Why I will repair Just within 6 Month Is the bajaj's bike's life only 6 month.
                I will never sugges to any one to purchase bajaj product they r not authrised to giving customer service.

                Hero honda, Sungam — Poor service

                The Hero Honda showroom which is located in Sungam, Trichy Road, Coimbatore is not up to the mark. From the time I bought the vehicle (hero honda CBZ extreme), i find problems with vehicle and their service is very poor. The day I got the vehicle, they had changed the tyres (the front one in the back and the back one in the front). They did not even check before giving it to me, such as a poor service. And all the 4 services until now were very very poor. Everytime, there is some problem in the bike. Now, a day after the fourth service, the oil was oozing out from the engine frequently, and when I complained to them, they are not responding properly. Paying too much and getting a vehicle from Hero Honda, and having problems from the beginning is not fair.

                pulser-150 — bad service

                i have done 3 services of my bike from suman bajaj, noida and not setisfied any time, on my last service i told them that my bike tail lite is vibrationg and creating sound as i speed up the bike. but they handover without rectifying but on again complaining they checked that one screw was missing but they have not the one screw to tite, they call me after three days but when i reached they simply say they still dont have the screw... IS this the service we expected by BAJAJ AUTO??????

                The Brand image gets damaged somewere after such bad customer experience.
                I agree with the complainer, BAJAJ have to take strict action on SUMAN BAJAJ, NOIDA. for such bad service.

                I have purchased Bajaj Pulsar 150 from VST Bajaj, Prakash Nagar, Bangalore on 20.05.2009. Pulsar has made impression on me to buy so.

                But recently I am facing one or other problems in my bike. Firstly, the sound of bike was rough, Mileage down, Handle Vibration and severe electric problem.

                I have done all free services at the same showroom. But still i coulldn't find any improvement in the performance of Bike. Now recently I cant switch off my bike. Not even from Engine Switch or from Ignition Key. And finally bike gets off only when battery becomes dead.

                So, last week, I shown bike to the same service centre where I bought. I made the complaint of such problems. But still I am facing the same problem even after I was charged for Rs 1400/-. Today, 19.05.2009, my bike is still in ur service centre. I am scared for which items u provides guarantee/warranty. I didn't find any kind of Free Guarantee/Warrantee in that bill.

                I would be greatefull to you i[censored] intimate the concerned service centre so that other customers will get better service in future at least.

                I have purchased Bajaj Pulsar 180 from Devika Bajaj, Udhampur, J&K on 17.03.2009. But recently after 4 days I am facing one or other problems in my bike. Firstly, the sound of bike was rough and my gear are very hard then i reached your service center and your mechanic told me that u r problem will be sorted when u run your bike . After three week when my problem is not sorted i again reached u r service center then u r mechanic told me you have to wait for some more time and again in the end he told me your clutch plate r faulted it gave me a big shocked because ur company are not doing a good job because firstly they told me it will be all right after one or two week and after that told me it is damaged i know u r not giving me guarantee for clutch plate bt it was faulted from the launch period and one more thing my friend had buy a karizma bike from Sangam Automobile udhampur (J&K) and after four month (8, 000 km) company replace his clutch plate on good faith or u call customer faith my parents told me to buy Hero Honda bike because Bajaz not given good service to there customer but i told i have buy bajaz bike my all friends have hero Honda bike even Sangam Automobiles Hero Honda is my friend showroom . I m dejected with the behaviour of your manager who told me that we are not responsible but i know you can replace it .
                At last i know u will sort out my problem asap.

                hi, its sagar thapa from bhaktapur nepal.i brought new pulsar 150 cc reloadaed from S&S ENTERPISE BAJAJ show room.i brought itbefore 2 month.with in 15 dayz i brought my disk brake doesnot work.it jus act as a drum brake.i said to service center thy said u should change it cost rs.7, 000.they said we cant change.
                i said i[censored] cant change then repair it.they repair and it work bt again now it doesnt work.i complain they said u must change, theh how can i change for new one.i said its on warrenty bt they dont care.what shall i do???i sud change my self or not.
                i trust bajaj bt bajaj broke my trust.
                i had up to now change change many knots, brake shoe and digital tooo.
                i think every one its bajaj what givs u trouble.so i dont trust bajaj.its too pooor.

                I have purchased Bajaj Pulsar 220 cc (on 19/09/09 and now k.m. is 1800 only) from nice bajaj, Paras, Udaipur, Rajasthan.

                1.Oil leakage from gear side (till 4 time) but it is not solve.

                I have not problam with staff thay are very cooperative with local services. Mr.Digpal singh and one person in service department.

                Plz. do something other wise who are by this bike.

                hi i am Kapil From JALANDHAR, PUNJAB, i have tvs sports bike (16nov2009), from the first day i m facing the jurking problem. when ever i put first gear the bike jurk so badly, even sometime the jurk is to much, i cant control it. when i complaint to the service center the said they cant do anything. WHTS THIS MAN??????????????
                i am not satisfied with this bike, and CANNOT RECOMMEND TO BUY THIS BIKE. SUCH WAISTAG OF MONEY. its a headache bike

                Pulsar 150 cc given for service on 07.09.10 by 18.30 hrs with committed date of giving back on 09.09.10.with R.K. Bajaj By pass Road Maduri.
                Till now I have not got the bike and I am sorry to say this is not the first time.In Madurai every time I am facing this issue. Request to confirm what is control mechanisam you have with your dealer for sales and service after sale. Is there any audit you are doing regularly. I Feel Bad why I have purchased Pulsar when lot of other bikes like Appachie from TVS and Honda with Different model viz:Shine unicorn etc and Suzuki.

                If you take customer survey you will agree with me most of Madurai customer feel the same, may be they are not able to communicate, either they are busy or they dont know where to log the complaint.

                My name is Rohan Shrestha..I am from Nepal.I had recently bought Bajaj Pulsar 150 because I need mileage and good looking bike..I am a BCA scholar..
                I am very much hurt by The Costumer Service Center's Front Staff of 'SINHAL BROTHERS' which is in BIRATNAGAR, Nepal . Ph. Number:+[protected].Their behave very rude to us (me and my friend) and does not care about the problems of my bike..
                Within a week, when i purchased my bike.. its front mud guard screw was lost..But I can't got it in service center neither buy it(from 4 month)...I had searched it in market too but i can't find it.My gear shifting and clutching have a problem, my parnts ude to scold me for that but what can I do when Service Center does not care abot it..

                I would be greatefull to you if you intimate the concerned service centre so that me and other customers will get better service in future at least.

                  I have too the same problem with my bike.
                  The very second day, they opened the gear box. but no use.
                  I complained Bajaj main office too but no reply from them.
                  And the showroom people not cared about this. Ofcourse they wont care because they sold it out.

                  MGB Bajaj showroom at Hydernagar, Hyderabad is a worst dealer. My humble request to all is not to purchase any vehicles from the showroom and from Bajaj because of producing and releasing poor quality vehicles without any tests.

                    I have bought a pulsar 150 dts-i from kvr bajaj, calicut, kerala . recently the PCU of my bike has been damaged..even though after my repeated visits to the spares; parts have not yet been ordered.it has been now more than a month.pls provide neccessary steps for me to do.

                    i have your Pulsur Dts-i, this bike have a manufacturing defect in thier shockers part and electronic indicators due to this i am very fed up, your saharanpur delear "devender auto" is not able to rectify it from 2007 till now, every time during the service i told to the "ankit gupta" he is service man there. But he behaved very rudly and some times he also misbehaved with me. due to this i am very much fed up with this process now i am going to consumercourt for the full n final settelment for the same please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                        Dear Sir / Madam

                        I was a proud owner of Bajaj Pulsar 200 (DL 9961) and 220-Fi (DL 1361) until and unless I had encountered your pathetic after sale service. Let me explain you the situation with two incidents:

                        1) Bagga link-Karol Bagh: Once I submited my Puslar 220 for some insurance claim + other fault.
                        Insurance survey was done on the same day by Bajaj Alliance insurance eventhough Mr. Shrivastav(Insurance advisor-Bagga link) gave me time of about 07 to 08 days.
                        I clearly told him to rectify everything that is wrong with the bike whether it's covered in insurance or not. I am ready to pay for the same and he gave me assurance that all will be taken care.

                        After 08 days he called me to collect my bike. when I reached there. My bike was lying in such a pathetic condition with engine oil leakage. When I complained they requested to leave the bike for another 03 or 04 days.

                        After 03 days I checked but it was not fixed up on which Mr. Durgesh(Supervisor- Baggalink-Karol Bagh) promised me to keep the bike for 02 more days under his supervision.

                        After 02 days I went to collect my bike and it was promised by Mr. Durgesh and staff that everything has been fixed up with my bike and it is now perfect condition.
                        I told them that I had to drive Dehradun next morning so if there is anything they want to recheck but they were quite confident and gave me assurance for the same.

                        Next day my whole journey till Dehradun was bloody pain. Engine oil was continiously leaking. I tried to get it fixed up from some road side mechanics but they clearly denied saying it’s not there cup of tea. I bought a can of engine oil and kept it refilling through out my journey.

                        When I reached Dehradun I consulted to a private bike service centre. He fixed up everything so well that the problem was completelty solved. This took him just 01 hr.
                        He told me that the engine packing was not done in a proper manner.

                        2) Bagga link-Okhla: It's been about 2 years to my Pulsar 200. It was working well untill this winter when it started giving me starting problem specially in the morning. I got it checked it at Bagga link-Okhla and they advised me to change the battrey.
                        I did the same and got a new Exide battery from an authorized dealer but the problem still remained unsolved.
                        I went to Exide thinking that there must be problem in battery( As I use to have blind faith in Bajaj at least much more than Exide). Even though the battery was fine they changed it just for my satisfaction and also advise to visit the service provider if the problem still exist.
                        When the problem did not solved. I again visited Okhla. When I explained the situation one of the supervisor told me that it's a major problem and I will have to leave my bike there, they will thoroughly check this and get it rectify if not today then by next day. I left my bike there from 10 am to 0530pm and went there only after checking with them if it is done. I collected by bike at about 0545pm.
                        They gave me assurance that they have done there job well.
                        Next morning the same problem was there and it is still there.

                        After above Mr. Sachin Jain(AM Northern –Region Bajaj Auto Ltd.) came into picture.
                        He spoke to me and told me to take the bike to Krishna Bajaj –Gurgaon as I my office is also in Gurgaon. I did the same and droped my bike there for the whole day.
                        This time as per my Sachin they had changed a starting relay kit (free of cost) which was the real cause of this problem. Although on suggestion of the centre supervisor I got a servicing too(on cost of course).

                        It worked for about 01 week and then again back to the square one. I reached to Mr. Jain again and he requested me to bring the bike to their Kirti Nagar service station so that he can look into it personally.
                        I droped my bike there and it took them another 03 days(working days) get to the problem. At the end of 03rd day Mr. Surya Prakash(Supervisor kirti Nagar) droped by bike at my residence at about 09 pm.

                        It again worked well for couple of day but then again on a very fine morning it started behaving in the same manner. I called at Baggalink, Kirti Nagar and Mr. Sachin) so many people like Mr. Tomar, Mr. Dilip etc came into picture and advise me to to this and that so that the bike can be started. I tried my best and kept it pulling it here and there but all vain. At last I went to a local mechanic did something or other and then we both pushed it hard and it got started.

                        02 -03 days were fine. Again the same problem araised. I got it rectify again from the local mechanic as I did not have enough time to visit your so called service centre.

                        The finally I went to Kirti Nagar last week for servicing there I met Mr. Durgesh and Mr. Surya Prakash ji. Both acknowledge me very well empathizing me. (I am not there for making any personal liaison with them).

                        Now my bike is working ok but I don’t know for how long because everytime it starts it shows batter indication especially in the morning or in cold whether.

                        I am now really frustrated and have only two options left:

                        1) I should got consumer court with this.
                        2) I should sell this by bike at whatever price I can get.

                        Believe me this all frustration has not come only because of the above two incidents but there are small-small things in between which has busted me like this.

                        I would highly appreciate if you can look into the matter.

                        my friend told me to buy pulsar 200cc instead of buying TVS Appachi 160cc. which is the best make, model, millage, stylish with best price.
                        I have purchased pulsar 200 bike, I am not happy with this bike, everytime it have problems some times starting problem, average problem lots of problem i''ll not discribe you and the biggest problem in Delhi is we have only 3 options for service from okhla, kirti nagar, karol bagh every time there is too rush. and i have not satisfy with his service also. I would like to request u will purchase pulsar 200 bike. if you have any query please reply me on my email id.

                        @ Hi Harish...I too own a Bajaj Pulsar 200, which I bought abt 18 mnths back. Even I am facing the same problem. I have not been able to start my bike for over 1 month now. Even last winters I faced the same problem, though it wasnt so severe. Earlier it used to start after some effort of dragging it for a while and stuff. Butu nothing seems to be working as of now. I can't even take it to Kirti Nagar Service station in this condition. After getting my bike's last to last service the self start stopped working. I took it again to Kiri Nagar center where they found the Self start kit to be defective. They themselves replaced the kit and said its a better one. I guess this one is worse. If Bajaj is not confident with its Self Start Kits, why did they have to remove the kick. It feels so embarrasing to tell anyone that I cannot ride my bike as its Self Start isnt working and it doesnt even have a kick start. I have mailed them my issue though. Waiting for their response.
                        Bajaj ha ha bull ...even bad than that... For example I own Avenger ...Bajaj have starting problem ... everybody knows...even with Kick then who the hell is person in the hell Bajaj who suggested to remove kick ha ha...obviously out of nuts :) I own avenger but i never felt its having 200 CC its giving feeling that it of 100 cc and thats also too high... I had splender for 5 year.. its never stops in between any run. but this the moment i reduces the race ...engine stops ... you must be remember lala driving scooters contineously giving race on read light. so irritating. in fact that better for bajaj.

                        more than that service center are so poor in service... bull BIKE OF YEAR All bajaj bike.. you must have watch in newspaper how lie it is ...

                        this is in regard to insurance company which have started to refuse doing insurance for bajaj pulsar bikes, i have 150 CC PULSAR first insurance was done through sale branch at guwhati, assam at sri bajaj autombile on 6/12/2007of sales, next year the insurance co. stopped making insurance, then after burning few litter of petrol to go to sales branch, i was directed to New India Insurance Company, and they did the insurance for me, and now again, this time new India insurance co. has stopped the insurance of bajaj pulsar bike, and they gave me circular that has been provided from there head office and asked me to talk to them.
                        The reason they have given is that it can be easily stolen as the theft has to brake only hand lock and cut two nos of cable and bike is to move and lastly its engine are used in boat. So i would like to ask bajaj co. where to get my bike insured where as i already have alarm system fitted from the date of purchase in my bike and also they must do something that there bike are not easily stolen and the Insurance co. had nothing to fear.

                          I given my bike to Service Center "Bombay Moters" Jodhpur, Rajasthan on 22April2009, Job No: 578.

                          I request to services engineer who make job card Mr. Farukh to services the bike and check the right side indicator where not working properly.
                          NOTE : left side indicator, head light, horn, indication light are working well before services
                          when I going back to take my bike the services engineer say the electric wearing are short circuit, and the head light, horn, indication light are continuously on without order, services engineer say to change the part (I Dont know the name of part) who cost is 1395 Rs. but I refuse to change the part and given my bike in before services condition.
                          But the supervisor say me why you request to check the indicator so you will pay the part cost otherwise take your bike in head light, horn, indication light are continuously condition or without electric supply condition, supervisor clearly say they will not responsible to given bike in before service left side indicator, head light, horn, indication light are working well conditions.
                          your services supervisor behavior are so rude.
                          please solve this issue on urgent base.

                              Wel My name is kumaran from chennai i had purchase Pulsar 180CC Dtsi modle at the month of March'09 from Khivaraj motor anna salai at the time of purchase iam facing gear shifting a huge irretating noise in the engine and also woobling problem i had already given the vechicle three time for warranty service at first they had informed me that they have changed some parts based on warranty and assured me that the woobling problem and gear shifting problem will be arrested but within two day of delivery taken the same problems continous.And then i continously taken two times to the service station eventhey are not willing to here my problems. due this types of problems iam unable to drive my vechicle for a long trip since i was narrowally escaped from accident two times.

                              I directly called the service manager Mr.Raja (+91 [protected]) and informed my problems but they are not willing to here my problems.

                                I have purchased a bike from your Coimbatore office through auction sale by paying Rs.27, 500 on 02.03.2005. The no objection certificate for the bike was not received from you even after a lapse of two years I filed a complainant against your Branch Manager in the consumenr court in C.C.No.258 of 2008 seeking a direction from the court to issue the NOC and compensation for the mental agony. The consumer court in it.s order dated 14.11.2008 directed your Coimbatore office to issue the NOC and pay a compensation of 25, 000/- and a cost of Rs.1000/-. Since your Coimbatore office has not compled with the order of the court, I filed an execution application before the same forum and the consumer forum has issued a non-bailable warrant against your branch Manager on 30.03.2009. As such I have come forward with this complainat to look into the matter immediately and settle the issue failing which your branch Manager may be subjected to unusual unpleasantness. Report complainace by reply mail.

                                  i hereby complaining about the security which the company has provided for the production of bajaj company, my mattere is some thief has tried to stole my bike and he has opened the main part of the lock which is located down the handle. the locks are soo much visible that thief do not have struggle a lot to open that. the same case has been happened to my bike today. my question is wat is bajaj company doing when these automobile engineers are designed the lock in such a manner that one can easily open the lock. so, i hereby asking the company to look after this security less bike product. i want response asap from the bajaj company. orelse im going to lodge a case on the company about the security system which you people have designed for the bikes.

                                  on 06.11.09 Night My Pulser of Bajaj Company has been threft. i come to know in morning when i have leave to my office. the number of my byke is DL 5S AA5521. it was only two months old & it was insured by orential insurance.

                                  Ok its fine dude. Your question is good. But at the same time it is your response to keep ur byke at a secure palce with all arrangements. But at the same time the company holds responce not the manufacture such low secured lock system they are adviced to fix the lock system internally which cannot be accessed by the theif's to open. Earning profits is not the sole object of the company but also should satisfy the custamers by providing good product.
                                  I am totally agree with Vidyasagar. One of my friend lost his Bajaj Pulsar 150cc today which has stolen from a market Area thoungh it was locked. He bought his bike just three months before. Dear Engineers kindly look into the matter ASAP. Otherwise it will be a great Negative point of India's Best selling Bike "Bajaj Pulsar".

                                    I bought a pulsar 150 Dtsi from ROYAL bajaj vaikom.One year back i got an alignment problem, Bike has a wavy movement. The Royal bajaj's service personals charged me for changing CONE SET, SWING ARM BUSH, and lot for three times with in one year.They were not able to even identify what was the cause of the problem.Now i got SEVERE BACK PAIN And my left hand and leg is getting numb and am under treatment.I need help

                                    Pulsar DTSI 150 — Poor service

                                    Sir,

                                    I have purchased pular dtsi-150cc from Ravi Auto Finance at vijay nagar ghaziabad before 3 months.At your authorised service center (Shiva Agency) there is noany person ready to listen anybody.This was my third free service date 09.07.2008 and all my bike's serviced have been done at your agency but i had not got fully satisfaction from your service engineers and your service staff. Today i gave my bike for service at 11.30am and as per your commitment service should be done at 5pm.But when i called to him he said dervice is pending and we will call you when your service will be done with in 10-15 minutes.After witing time i have called agin and this time he told me again Sir, we will call you when ur service will be done.At 6.20 he had called me and informed that yur bike's serivice has been done you can take your bike.After 15 minutes i had reached at agency and seen my bike standing without police and dirty.He did not done their work which was mentione in their jobcards.When i told the same to Mr.B.M.shastri(Sr.Man) then he respond me and ordered to engineer to take care my bike and resolve what's issues but engineer dod not wanted to do something ieven i have requested him but there is no any impression on that person.He said to me that police had been finished and i have need to go and i do not anthing then i told same to mr.B.M.shastri he ordered same to next engineers.But he also not interested to do something and babbling also.I feeled very upset take about your service.

                                    You are requested to pls.do not harras any customer and don't make any commitment when you are not able to fulfill that.

                                    im using bajaj pulsar 150 dtsi . i bought it on 15 th jan 2007.
                                    i bought it in citi bikes vellore and i did all my service in susee motors vellore.
                                    they closed the shop before 6 months. at the time my silencer is faulty . so i took it to sayar motors. they said some reasons and said they cant replace the silencer with warranty and asked me to pay for it.
                                    i called customer complaints and i said the same . and i got a good response with in a day . they reverted my call and replaced the silencer.
                                    i have extended warranty for my bike for 2 years which will end in jan 2011. or in 50, 000km.
                                    last saturday(14th feb 2009) i left my bike for service.they saidengine piston gone faulty.
                                    i left extended warranty book to them and they said i will get my bike on wednesday(18th feb 2009)
                                    but today i went to take my bike but still they say they dont have parts to change after 6 days time.
                                    i asked about the warranty replacement. they said they will let me know only when they bill .
                                    what will i do if they said at last moment.
                                    why its called as bajaj service center if a spare is not available for 6 days.
                                    please help me in this.

                                    I HAVE BROUGHT NEW PULSAR 150-DTSI IN KASHMIR FROM PARIS AUTOMOBILES HAVING PROBLEM IN ITS DIGTAL METER SOMETIMES THE DIGITS OF METER SHOWS HALF NUMBERS AND I HAVE NOTICED THE PROBLEM TO SERVICING MANAGER BUT HE NEGLECT ME BY SAYNG THAT I CANT DO ANYTHING FOR THIS PROBLEM AS ITS DIGITS ARE NOT ALWAYS HALF.

                                      sir i am facing many problems like week both shocks(front & rear), week disk break, engine oil keaking and i found some noise from tap pit and my present location is bangarpet kolar dist and for above reasons i have been went bangalore kalyani bajaj for 4 times and they checked & solved the shocks problem but still iam facing engine oil leaking & tap pit problem and again i contacted sagar bajaj kolar they checked & for 3-4 days oil was not leaking after oil was leaking so i am not ready to face dis kind of problems in future and i am not ready to take my bike to bangalore becouse the distance from bangarpet to bamgalore is nearly 96 so i am requesting you to send some experts to bangarpet itself ok i[censored] take this matter lightly than it will become very serious k

                                        i have purchased pulsar 150 cc bike in aug 2008 from anand bajaj, Bhagalpur, Bihar . after one and half month bikes inlet valve get damaged which was repaired after 20 days regular visit to showroom'worksho, after that mileage of bike get reduced by 10-12 km/ltr for which i visited showroom several time but it is not come to actual level. now bikes having pick up problem and after 15 mintus running self not working for which i visted show room ten times but it was closed .yesterday i went showroom than they told there is conflict between agency and company hence we couldnot help you any more and you write complain to company.
                                        hence i am asking where customer has to go and why not shoul i have claim for replacement of my bike with new one because bike has continuous problem since purchase. is company is not resposible for customer satisfaction because i have purchased new bike for trouble free service atleast one year but here i have problem with bike since very first day of purchase.

                                        Hi i got bajaj pulsar 150cc in march 2009, all are good up to first service after first service iam getting a problem that iam getting vibration from bike havily when i am in 55kmph. i visited service center for this problem but they have not solved this problem

                                        i have purchased bajaj 150 dtsi ug3 2008 registration no. cg 10 ee 8201. my loan period is 17 month . I have gave 17 checques 10 of central bank and 7 of icici bank. but unfortunately my icici bank account getting me some trouble so i was replace my balance 7 checques of icici bank to central bank by checque swapping and i have also paid penalty of rupees 550 at their local collection center at bilaspur (c.g)
                                        but recently i got a call from their representatives for some checque bouncing .then i concern them n found they remain using my icici bank checques and also central bank checques for their loan amount. hence i want to get back my icici banks 7 checques because i have already replace them with my 7 central bank checques .If they won't do that i'll go to consumer forum for harrashment and illegal operation of that fault by Bajaj auto finance........plz do need full

                                        i have purchase a bikeBajaj 150 cc pulsar black on 25.01.2011from Pushpa motors AlambaghLuknow.after purchas I saw a big spot left side of petrol tank. I go bake to dealor in regarding spot problem on my bike. He suggest me to contact me to puspa service centre Alambagh Lucknow. Theres manager Mr.Dixit I went to meet him for my bike problem. Mr Dixit saw thos spot on my petrol tank and use all possible method to remove thos spot but he faild to remove those spot after this He told me thate this petrol tank should be replace .& he got email to bike company and assure me. It may replace with in 2to 3 days. After 3 dayI contact to service centre.Thay has said it may take anathor 3to 4 day .Hare I face lots of problem becouseI have no own transport mean or I cant ride my bike which I got big spot on bike petrole tant because service managre Mr Dixit adviced me that if your bike petrol tank got any other scratch it may not possible to replace bike petrol tank .
