I have purchased one bajaj wave scooter in august 2005, after 3 free service I have complaint for every dealer in Jaipur. I need clutch shoe & spring alongwith Petrol tank cap which is not available with all the dealers in Jaipur. I have enquired it at following dealer of Bajaj, 1. Nidhi Kamal co., 2. PL Motors, 3. Rambagh service centre. All the three have asked me to give order and they will get it from company and can not give exact time. This I am asking for the last six months.

Is there any responsible person in company who can reply to my querries. The company has already closed the production of Bajaj Wave. I need the parts as soon as possible, other wise I have to look for some other option. I have suffered financial loss due to non availability of parts with bajaj dealer.

I want some action against the company people.

THERE IS NO PROVISION TO CHARGE BATTERY, RIGHT BRAKE WIRE IS NOT AVAILABLE, CHOKE IS NOT AVALIABLE, HORN BUTTON IS NOT AVALIABLE.THEN WHAT IS THE USE OF BAJAJ SERVIVE CENTRE.
NO ONE IS READY TO LISTEN TO THE COMPLAINT OF CONSUMER.

I fully agree with what is indicated above by Mr. Sandeep Soni. The company has shocked all it's customers by closing the line of production. Availibility of most essential spares is not assured. The authorized service people are not just bothered. I am Ravishankar, I lodged complaint about 25 dats back at Bangalore. No body is interested in solving the issues.

The company should take a decision to take back all WAVES and in exchange it at reasonable prices to all it's customers.

Will Mr. Rahul Bajaj take quick decision and compensate the loss incurred by the Wave Family or we should think of other options.

we have bajaj wave and it's no is GJ9AB 1328 .we cant get all the parts of wave from authorized dealer of sakal bajaj in our city himmatnagar which is in sabarkantha .we are suffering from 1 year to get the parts but still we are not able to get so we hope that u contact with them n solve our problem as soon as possible.

    Hi,

    I am one of your customers who purchased the Saffire within the first few weeks of its launch. I did this because I was very satisfied with the Caliber that I owned. I did not want to go for a two stroke scooter at that time because I am very concious of the emissions.

    Within months of purchasing the Saffire I realised that I have made a mistake by buying this. I however held on to it because of the sentimental value it had for me as it was the first big thing that I presented to my wife.

    For the past three years the vehicle is rarely used. I am not able to get it serviced as the dealer (Popular Bajaj) from whom I purchased the vehicle is now chasing me out and refusing to service it. I also approached other dealers in Bangalore like Amba Bajaj, Khivraj Motors etc. The same story everywhere. I understand that there are over 30 to 40 Saffire vehicles lying in the godowns of the dealers. These are vehicles that were sent for servicing by their owners but they refused to take it back after the service.

    I have spent hell a lot of money (way beyond the Rs.39 K I paid to buy this vehicle) to service this. You can find out details about the service history by looking at the records in Popular Bajaj's Bannerghatta road workshop. As it stands today the vehicle is in running condition except that there is huge amount of smoke from the exhaust. The bore is gone and nobody in the town is able to fix it as the spares are not available. The bore was already redone two times in the past and was changed once.

    All the dealers are refusing to do anything to this vehicle and ask me to sell it to the scrap dealer who is quoting a price of Rs.1000 for this vehicle.

    I am writing this email to find out what is your official stand on this matter. Can Bajaj help in making this scooter road worthy for light use by our family? If not can you buy back this vehicle and compensate me suitably?

    Well i also own this vechile though i did maintain it for long but i get this vechile has got onto my nerves..it's a god forsaken vechile and trust me i don't intend to buy any bajaj vechile. Becos of it's poor after sales.

    but bajaj company r not be able to provide the bikes i ve order pulser 180 in blue colour before 15 days
    but yet they do not have any surety about bike when it will avalable so its really fustrated
    i will pay u the all money at a single time cash
    i had payed 5000 rs in advance cash and they commit to me that they provide me the bike in bike 15 days

    so end of the day
    PULSAR ROCKS BUT THE BAJAJ DEALERS AND COMPANY SUCKS

    I WANT THE BIKE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE THATS WHY I NEVER GO TO faridabad dealer and i belonge to faridabad insted of fbd i 'll go to delhi dealer but he is sucker also

      I purchased 180 CC Bajaj Pulsar on 17th December 2008 from Krishna Auto, New Railway Road, Gurgaon. Its registration no is HR-26 AV 2246

      I met an accident and i took insurance claim in which they exchanged me FUEL TANK ( which in fact is a repaired dented and painted one).. and i was not even given slip for that and i gave Rs 200 for its exchange as Insurance charges.

      But after some time, I noticed that its color is fading, I took it to Krishna Auto and had words with the concerned person, He blamed me that i put something on the fuel tank which made color fade

      he didn't listened to me and that time he just put some coating on it so that color fade won't b visible for some time only...

      i had words 2 times, but i was given same reply... that i put something on fuel tank which made its color to fade... which in-fact is not truth.

      Please help me in this concern... hope i will get solution for my problem soon..

      i am puchased pulser150dtsi in RK bajaj dealer in balamuruga motors .madurai avaniyapuram. my vechicle, no TN 58 U 3341<black> I am purhased in april2009, I noticed that its color is fading, in fuel tank double side if will growth in white colour dots. i tell to balamuruga motors. if they goes to rk bajaj. rk managers said not properly answer he is only sales not service told to me. in which person /service he will contact?

        I kept my bajaj pulsar byke to rectify small problem (engine was stopping at low speed- idling set up and valve timing set up) at Chhani (Vadodara0 service station. There was no other probelm with my byke. But they took 4 days to rectify probelm and charge me Rs. 2200/- instead of Estimate of Rs. 700/-. My expericne with this service station is they always insist to change spare parts instead of repairing it to get more money from customers which is sometime not necessary. Apart from this because of carelessness of service station people they broke one side indicator and kick lever and they are charging these damages to me. The reponse of the staff is also very rude. This is horrible experice with service station, not once but this happened number of times. Can anybody suggest me where and whom to complian for this issue.

        my byke was throughing oil from sylensor . i went at star bajaj show room at kishan marg, durgapura tonk road. after cheking my byck . work shop supervisor told me that your bykes valve is dameged so need to head overall .
        after this service oil is not control and about 350 ml in 1000 km oil is through out by engine sylensor .

        now they says that byke need maintenance Rs. 7000.00 and engine will open.

        he told me that he can not identify actual problam and will tell after openning engine.

        I want to know that what is actual problam with my byck?

          Since the date of purchase I have paid all the dues promptly for the past three years, and now the due has been completed before 6 months ... I have not received any intimation or documents after completion of my due, and when I personally went to the dealers and asked for the RC Book and They are not responding me properly. still I have not get my RC book from my dealer i.e., sakthi finance, purasawalkam, chennai...

          After that, I have approached many dealers in chennai, ie., in TTK Road and in Annasalai, No bodyelse answering properly for all the customers like me...

          I was there for 2 hours, and during that time I have seen many customers facing the same probelm like me, they are not giving proper response to us, it affects not only us, even the goodwill of bajaj .

          I paid the all the amount. but till date no response

            loan repayment complition letter (noc)

            respected sir/madam,

            my loan proposal no. is 122493. i had complited the full repayment of loan on 10-may-2009. yet i have not reciveced noc letter from the company. this is requier by as to stop ecs service in our bank.

            i have try to contant at lower parel branch in mumbai, but no one recived my call. And there is no call center no. is given on web and in application form.

            please do the need...

            We tried getting spares for Bajaj Wave and where ever we try we get a routine answer that no longer spares are manufactured as the Vehicle model was a failure. I have spent hard earned 40, 000 Rs on this vehicle and it is not fair that they stop supporting it. There should be some solution for this or bajaj should take back the vehicle and pay us the value after deducting depreciation.

            Since last 6 month I will not get the WAVE DTSI parts

            I HAVE PURCHASE BAJAJ WAVE DTS-I LAST 5YEAR BACK ,NOW IN MY SCOOTER THE SILENCER IS BROKEN . I SEARCH SO MANY DEALERS ,THEY TOLD NO STOCK ,BY ORDER ONLY. IT WILL TAKE MORE THEN 3 WEEKS TIME.
            NOW I AM GOING OFFICE BY BUS OR AUTO. I SPENT PER DAY RS. 80/-
            TRY TO MAKE ARRANGEMENT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

              I Have availed loan for my Bajaj CT 100 vehicle and the dues were paid till the end of the contract upto Feb 09. My proposal number is 13273. There is no branch in tirunelveli and no responsible person to reply. i contacted through toll free number [protected] and with sachin sri vastava. he asked me that they need bank stmt for EMI clearance proof for the month of Oct 08. i have produced the same by scanned copy through E mail on Apr 13th 09. Till now i am sending the reminder mails. But till now i am getting no response from any body. I got vexed and consulted with my advocate for this issue. As per the request of my advocate, this is my last attempt and requsition with you. whether i get my vehicle's NOC?.

              I took a personal loan from Bajaj Finance and I am paying 2, 250/- monthly towards EMI i wanted to know how many months are still remaining to get the loan cleared.

              I baught a bajaj discover 100T in July 2013. I have a problem with mileage of bike. Its giving 45kmpl only from past 1 year . M not satisfied with this. Plz do something or exchange my bike .

                I purchased Pulsar 180cc UG-III Regn. No.DL4SBK7276, a product manufactured by M/s Bajaj Auto Limited on 04.05.2008 from M/s Royal Bajaj, a reseller of M/s Bajaj Auto Limited.

                I have got all services, free and paid, done as per schedule and from the authorised service centres of M/s Bajaj Auto Limited without any lapse. I have a daily commuter and I have never used the vehicle for any competition or race.

                The problems have been as follows:
                1. The clutch plates along with friction disks have been changed two times, i.e. on 05.12.2008 (at 13, 500 kms.) and 12.05.2009 (at 23, 500 kms.).
                2. The engine has been opened three times, including first time when the piston was changed at 15, 000 kms. on 29.12.2008.
                3. The front shockers have been changed once after 3 months of the purchase of vehicle, i.e. in Aug.'08 and again require replacement, as they could not be repaired properly by M/s Bajaj Auto Limited's authorised service centre.
                4. Performance also not upto the mark, since 1st service. But no one is caring about it.

                I have already spend approx. Rs.5000/- since 05.12.2008 for repairs of the vehicle because of the manufacturing defects, other than the regular services/maintenance.

                All this is happening within warranty period and that also in a short span of one year. I don't know how much more time and money I have to spend in the second and what will after one year when the 2 year warranty of the vehicle is over.

                How will I bear all such expenses after the warranty period.

                Want the vehicle to be replaced.

                  I have purchased on Bajaj Pulsar 150 CC UG - Black, from Authorised Service Centre for BAJAJ Auto Ltd.Its full address is
                  New Country Motors
                  61/A, Ghoshpara Road, Ghushipara, Barrackpore
                  (N) 24 Pgs., Kolkata - 700120

                  and its Proprietor is Dinesh Agarwal.

                  On purchase i asked him to provide me the Temporary number for the vehicle . but he is refusing to give me, rather he keep on saying me that there is no temporary numberr for two vehicle.

                  Keeping this in mind i searched on google and find that there is something called temporary number which is issued As soon as a vehicle is purchased, the dealer of the vehicle issues a temporary licence sticker known colloquially as a TR (To Register) number. This is valid for one month.

                  Please suggest what shoould i do???

                  when purchase your bike is it mentioned/agreed on a bill/receipt that dealer will provide you the registration number? If yes, they he should provide you both temporary (T/R) registration number valid for one month and after that permanent (P/R) registration number.

                  If there is no valid written proof available with you from the dealer that he will provide T/R or P/R for your vehicle, then you can't do anything. You can't take actions/complaints against him. Better get it done yourself at a nearest RTA office (Road and Transport Authority). Take your vehicle to this RTA office and apply for a T/R, they will issue one. After one month, again go this RTA office and apply for a P/R, they will courier it to your residential address.

                    as company shows 108 km /litre but it never give 80km/l in any condition there is some procedure to check product mileage that sold in standard condition i don"t think it gave that promised mileage in any condition and second company gave bill or rs 37484 and take by check 38000 and said remaing 514 rs consist 160 ott slip that was not given to me and rest was commision to prepare rc from rto although the rto given the number series to dealer dealer is sanjeev bajaj bhilwara rajasthan

                      I have taken bajaj XCD in September 2008. Now after 3rd service bike is giving very poor mileage. Mileage is around 55KM per litre. This is the worst experience I have ever got from a two wheeler company. This bike is good for nothing. The company claims that its mileage would be around 109 KM/L but actually it is nothing like that. On normal road conditions it is expected that it should atleast give mileage of around 80..but ...

                      Now I would request that there should be some legal action again Bajaj Auto for misguiding customers for giving wrong data about there PATHETIC bike...
                      Is it possible to have a check up of my bike from some good engineer?/

                        I have taken my vehicle from (suryabala coimbatore[INDIA]). it has been 2 years since i have taken my vehicke and it has driven for 17 thousand km. from the time i have taken th vehicle there has been alot of problems with the shock absorbers and mainly with the mileage but when ever i complained they have not bothered to take any interest in changing the parts or even reparing it.

                        and when ever i told them they dint bother and now ther is lot of smoke coming and the silencer is cracking and when i went to them they are sayin that there is fault in the vehicle(one of the piston is gone) and i told them that this is what i hav been telling from the begining but they are saying that " WE CANT DO ANY THING SINCE IT HAS CROSSED 2 YEARS and I REPLIED THAT YOU HAD TOLD THAT THERE 4 YEARS GURANTEE but they replied that they hav CLOSED DOWN THE SHOWROOM and WE CANT CHANGE IT.
                        When i told them from the begining they dint bother but now they are saying the warranty or guranty is over by which there is still 2 YEARS LEFT . And IT IS SHOCKING how can there be SMOKE AND ENGINE PROBLEM in a new vehicle which has just been used 17000 km.

                        so i plz request you to take action on this cheating behaviour by which they have pulled about not less than Rs.500 for each service and changing the parts of my vehicle.

                        plz take an immediate action on this case by which they are neglecting me.

                            Dear Sir/Mam,
                            I have purchased on BIKE BAJAJ PLATINA on 20th Jun 2008 from M/S Ansh Bajaj Rohtak Haryana and now I am using this bike in Delhi, when I have done servicing from SPICK SALES PVT. LTD main Marble Market Mangolpur Kalan (Auth Dealer) he has servicing so worst that every parts which he has touched is noising after servicing the bike, OIL Nut is so loosed that complete engine oil comes out side and spread on the road, since the servicing done by them Brack Shoes are not working properly I think that he has used duplicate mtrl in servicing and this is happening due to untrend staff deployed by the dealer they donot know how to deal with customers, so pls tell me on given mail id that where can I check by Bike from where I get satisfied and take appropriate action please

                              Engine Oil capacity

                              I have 150cc Pulsar DTS-i. In its Owner's manual, engine oil capacity is written as 1000ml. I used to take my bike to nearby Service Station for servicing. They replaces the engine oil alongwith other checkings and charges for 1200ml. Upon questioning, they replied that engine oil capacity of 150cc Pulsar DTS-i is 1200ml. I'm really confused.                               I had purchased CT100 motor bike from Dewan Motors on 20th nov 2005 bearing registration no "DL9SQ8361"under Hire Purchase Finance Agreement No "2948280".I had cleared the same within in time but till date whenever I go for any Loan the other Finace company aren't ready to give me loan stating that you have to pay around INR 2300 approx to Bajaj Finance for above said Loan.

                              I am fail to understand why Bajaj Finance people aren't updating "CIBL" or RBI

                              I request to higher authority to kindly look into the matter and reply back me with favourable answer.

                                  i have booked my Bajaj Xcd BIKE number CG15/8697 dated 25/4/09 from annupur (M.P) to Hazratnizamuddin . My receipt number is 363759 . when i went to enquire at nizamuddin station for enquiry then they told that untill today they have not received, but annupur station parcel inchare told me that he has already despatched this bike from the Uttakal train. Now what can i do kindly suggest me if any possible way is there. how can i get my bike and how can i know where is my bike?
