Respected Sir,
in june 05, 2009, i bought bajaj platina 125cc from BAJAJ's authorised dealer AMIT MOTORS (KHARAGPUR CITY, WEST BENGAL ). A few days before first servicing i m facing troubles from my bike. THE MAJOR PROBLEM IS THE ENGINE NOKING AND MILEAGE.. MILEAGE IS JUST 50 km/lit.. i have taken it to service center but their serviceman does not solve my problems regarding engine noking and mileage . i m a student and i can not aford a byk which is so costly in driving... plz help me out of this problem.

Hi,

Solution for Knocking:

Please use good petrol and fill your petrol tank with good petrol. Change the petrol filling station and see if there is any difference.

Solution for Mileage:

All bikes in initial stage gives less mileage. After two or three services you can see the improvements in mileage.

    dear sir,

    i wont get any resonse regarding my query till now. is that something in process.my CRNno is- 7026.

    I am not happy with bajaj bike and bajaj's service my bike no. is DL 8s Nc 0764 within 1year my bike vibration like 10 years old Bike. very bad experience with J.S.bajaj narela

    I want to draw ur kind attention towards my prb of bike. i purchased a xcd-125 bike frm J.S.bajaj agency. just frm the first day of purshase i am facing lots prb. i am spending lots my preceius time resolving them in service station.At the time of resolving the problem I went to the agency, there i told them that it has a lot of noice . the mgr(service), and the mechnic suggesting me that they can't do anything and this is the company made problem in every bike. i'll not agree for that coz this is a manufacturing defect.
    plz look into the matter on urgent basis coz I'm doing my work mostly on my bike.

    I have again mail to you regarding for problem in bike, but nobody take action to till now, I gone to bajaj dealer from where i'm purchased the bike, but they are saying it's bike engine will open then it will be ok. I'm not want to open my bike engine.

    from last one year i m facing the prb for this I meet wth the rgional office delhi's manager Mr. J.K.Arora
    but nobody is giving me suitable answer that in how many days you can solve my problem. so kindly replace my bike. Otherwise I will go to consumer court.

    I am not satisfied to my bike XCD-125, & Bajaj Auto Company & his network (Authorized Dealer, Service Center Eg.) Last 15th year I am regular & satisfied customer when this time I used bajaj-boxer . But I purchase XCd-125 Motorcycle in Dec-2007. And introduction to interfacethe real bajaj auto compony & his Problemetic Products . This is very bad & harmful experience to me last 21 months my bike not working properly, starting problem, battery problem, self start problem, meter & wiring problem. You know definition of problem simple “ Bajaj Auto Limited” take a experience. Bajaj auto company very careless to customer services. Very poor service .
    Sir Pls send me the introdution of your product...

      I chosed this Bike because of Mileage, ( I Did wrong Decision/Selection ) I brought this Bike on 15th October 2008, From Popular Bajaj Jayanagar 7th Block, Bangalore. Initially it started giving 30 KM/Ltr, When i asked sales Person he said after each service mileage will improve, Then i agreed and given it for first servicing after one month, Then surpricingly getting started mileage of 85+ KM/Ltr, I was happy but it was for very short period, when again i got it serviced ( second service), Mileage come down to 40 KM/Ltr, complained the same to service centres & Sales Person but no use, 4th Service also done for my bike, still there is no improvement. Now i lost Hope...
      This is the bakwas/Worst Bike i used in my life ( Only for Mileage ). I don't know what is the problem, Bajaj must be having some temporary setting for mileage in Bike which works for less period. using this trick it is making us fools. or may be the Mechanics who are working for them in their service centre are not capable o[censored]nderstanding Bajaj Technology to serve us better ( I Tried 3 different bajaj service Centre But result is same )
      When i serched internet then i saw articles regarding the same problems and the users are facing the same mileage problem then i thought it is ok, what to do ?
      But My question is, Is it Bajaj who is cheating us or it is the Mechanics who works for Bajaj in their service centres are incapable ?

      Who can give the correct answer for this ? It might resolve so many customers problems and also it is about Prestige of Bajaj too.

      worst millage. third class mechinery parts. I have already changed chain spoket two times, battery one time and even tanky has to be weldded. Bajaj has cheated more than one lac customers.

        Hi myself Anil waman Apte,

        I hav taken Loan from bajaj finance in may07, of Rs 42000/-(including interest)
        as per the agreement it is agreed that after the repayment of loan bajaj will give us re 9000 back, (which we pay more at the time of loan taken)
        bt nw loan is coverd fully bt they not responding to any call .
        their given no. r fraud numbers. Also their office has been shifted.
        Their agent also told us non satisfactory answers.
        It very fraud dealing at the end...

          Dear Sir,
          I have purchased Bajaj Discover 112 in 2006 from Bajaj Showroom, Mettu Gadda, Beside Picnic Hotel, Mahabubnagar, Andhra Pradesh and completed all my instalments, i had 2 late payments for which we paid the fine and we have all the recipts, but the Bajaj Showroom manager says that we have to pay more
          Rs 12000 and then they will give the ORIGINAL RC BOOK, I really dont know whats going on why they ask more money after we finished all our instalments and fine dues also. And these people doing like this with many customers, please anyone can take action against these people, we really need help against these kind of people they want to eat our money. I again request someone please help me to get my ORIGINAL RC BOOK.

            recently the add for pulsar 220 is coming as fastest Indian...

            in a foreign country a bike rider raids the bank and flew with his pulsar 220.

            i would like to draw the attention of the add maker is he/she trying to pictures Indians as a robber in some country ..

            please look into the issue as the picture for all Indians showing is inappropriate..

I have some problem in my Bike his Handle is disbalance from some bubling in back tyre when i went to Showroom he says that its fault of company product he cant nothing for this.Please take some action for my problem.

                I Have Paid 36 Months E.M.I of Proposal No: 5527 but till date i have not received N.O.C from your Side.
                my EMI is 1147 but you debit A/c. of Rs. 1212/- ( 1147 EMI + 65 Bank Charges ) Per Months. I paid my Loan amount through Modasa Post Office. so there won't be Bank Charges. Now,

                Can i get the excess amount which i have paid.
                and could you please make arrangement to get my N.O.C.

                Bajaj CT 100 — Severe Harrasment

                I had bought a Bajaj Bike CT 100 around 5 - 6 yrs ago through a Bajaj dealer in Hyderabad through finance. Going through finance for the 1st time in life i did not know much abt the same. They asked me to take finace for 3 yrs and i did. The cost of the bike is just Rs.35000/- and ive paid more than Rs.80000/- and when i asked the collection executive wht is all this he said mam this is too much for the bike and that they had cheated us. I come from a poor family and since i had not the money to buy it i bought it through finance. But now im unable to pay for ive paid more than double the amount and ive all the receipts for the same. But the Bajaj co. still stresses to pay more so this means that when the bike is just Rs.35000/- do they expect us to shell out more than a lac for the same!!! this is heights of it. I request the Bajaj Co. to look into this and not to exploit the poor ppl.

                Bajaj CT 100 — harrash by the recovery chap

                Dear sir/madam

                I purchesed a Bajaj CT100 Motor cycle from Saluja Automobiles in burdwan Westbengal on 3/12/2005 through our finance company. In the month of Feb 2009 I confirmed from my bank that my last cheque was drawn by our company. After few month our recovery people start coming and telling that my three cheque was not cleared so I should pay the three cheque amount.In there demand when I ask them what is the cheque no they told me company didnot give the cheque no,you bring your bank details.I flatly refuse to show them my bank details.

                Agin after few month another chape came and told the same word.Them I told him if you bring the cheque no then I will talk with you other wise if you are coming to my house then I will lodge a complained agaist you .

                Now on 09/11/2009 when I was not in my house 04 boys came and toll the same thing to my family mebers and they take my mobile no .In mobile, one of those chape told me the same word which early two chapes told to me.Again I have told him the same word which I have told early.In reply he told me we don't have the cheque no you bring our bank details in our office tommorow othe wise you will face lot many problems.
                Now it is my question why your recovery man doesn't have proper information while they going for recovery and how they can told such type of threating language to costomer while I have already paid all EMI.However if I failed to pay any three EMI why they have not come before last EMI.

                Now if you have any information about my non payment of EMI kindly tell the cheque no and month in which it supposed to be drawn.

                Another complain from my side that when I purchase M/C your lone officer told me you submit one additonal cheque for second year Insurence but when I contect in second year, he toled me I don't know why company didn't send second year Insurence.When I fell it is not possible to get then I gone to the other Insurence company and do my Insurence. Why this thing happed I don't but you company already taken one extra EMI. Kindly look in to this matter and tell me how I get rid off it and how I will get my final clearence from your company.

SINGH THE SERVICE MANAGER SHIVA BAJAJ SCOOTER AGENCY GHAZIABAD UTTAR PARDESH, WHICH, AFTER FEW HOURS, TURNED INTO MY UTTERED DISGUISE ABOUT THE AVALILBILITY OF WONDER GEAR 4 STROKE SCOOTER " GEAR DIBBY & RELATED ASSEMBLY".BUT, THE FACT REMAINS THAT THE COMMUNICATION AT THEIR END (SHIVA SCCOTER) OR BAJAJ PUNE HAS'NT BEEN CORRECT AND THE MAIL RECIEVED BY THEM DID'NT MENTION MY SCOOTER BEING A 4 STROKE WONDER GEAR, INSTEAD, THE MAIL READ AS CONTRADICTORY OF BEING A 2 STROKE ENGINE, WHEREAS, IN MY PREVIOUS AND PAST MAILS I HAD GIVEN THE MODEL NAME, ENGINE AND CHASIS NUMBERS WHICH DEFINES THE ENTIRE NATURE AND DETAILS OF MINE, BEING A 4 STROKE WONDER GEAR SCOOTER.

                  THE "HAMARA BAJAJ" IS LOOSING ITS REPUTATION VERY FAST BY NOT MAKING THE PARTS FREELY AVAILABLE INTO THE OPEN MARKET, WHEN THE COMPANY MUST BE AWARE, THAT, THIS PARTICULAR SCOOTER IS HAVING A BASIC MANUFACTURING DEFECT AND THE ENTIRE LOT OF PURCHASERS OF THIS MODEL ARE SEVERLY SUFFERING AND MENTALLY TORTURED.

                      I purchased a motorbike Bajaj XCD 125 DTS-SI of frame number "MD2DSJBZZPWH62323" and engine number "JAMBPH45051" on 05/12/07 from SOCIETY MOTORS Ltd., City Center, Kanpur. It has run 11, 453 kms and is 19 months old and the engine as well as the crank shaft have ceased working. On going to the dealer they said that you must have filled adulterated petrol. So, the guarantee is void. Whereas in the guarantee card this clause is not mentioned and moreover who knows what type of petrol the petrol pumps are supplying.

                      bajaj automobiles/ xcd 125 — i am charged during my free service

                      dear sir, i bought bajaj xcd 125 on 20th june 2008 on first day itself i noticed the oil leakage from the nut hole which is a space for self start fitting. i brought it to the notice of incharge there. they said wait untill first service.
                      when i done my first service i again told them about oil leakage, they opened the packing and the problem was not solved (i recognised when i went home). and during the second service they did the same and charged me for gasket ring also charged me for top up engine oil. though they are unable to solve the problem the head over here at (sarbani motors nagpur road chandrapur)mr sherpure said they wont replace bike nor engine. they will repair it there itself at showroom but why they charged 121rupees me is a question. and how many times should i allow them to open the engine .its a matter of time and patience.
                      if the company wont replace the new damaged bike why they exchange the bike for new one if we buy paying extra. my vehicle registration no is mh34 x6049
                      sir i want my money back now i am tensed and wont buy or replace the bik with bajaj.

                      i purchased a motorbike bajaj dts-i 135 of frame number MD2DSJNZZRCD71927 and engine number JNGBRD08131 on 8 august 2008 from RC Automobile, Station Road, Bareilly. Total kilometers travelled by the bike is 25212 as on date.

                      When the bike was sent for servicing the mechanic told us that the bike engine is throwing smoke and told us for engine overhauling and when the engine was opened they service engineer told us Out of Rs.7000/- he asked us to pay sum of rupees Thirty five hundred against the parts which are not covered under warranty .

                      kindly tell me if the bike was fully in warranty than for which money was i being asked to pay ?

                      Sir,

                      I had put my motorcycle Bajaj Caliber 155 for servicing into Pagariya Bajaj showroom.
                      He claimed that he had changed the oil but I had found that oil had not been changed. I came to know about the fact when I found that my vehicle was not giving desired average.
                      My bike, s carburetor is not working properly. I have purchased my bike in 12/2/2108. My bike, s warranty has yet to be done and my bike has just run for only 500 kilometres. But the service centre is refusing to change the part in the warranty. They are demanding RS 2800 for changing the carburetor.

                        I also own a Bajaj XCD 125 since 2008 and I am facing continous problem. The ELECTRONIC SYSTEM OF BIKE IS FEEBLE, there is always a battery problem. I had claimed the battery which is under warrenty wich did'nt lasted for less then 6 months. here is the list of problems I faced during the course of time.

                        1. 2 time starter rellay changed.
                        2. 2 battery changes
                        3. braking system is poor.

                        Thanks to the pathetic after sales service provided by bajaj SERVICE CENTERS, I this will go on.

                          This is to request you that I have taken loan on 08.07.07(Loan A/c No.11407) through Bajaj Finance to purchase the Discover 125 CC. I have given all required documents including 17 Signed Bank checks for the payment of installment for Rs.2222/-Each.this deduction was started from Aug'2008 and completed on 11Dec'08.Now on asking about my NOC the concerned person Mr. Kuldeep At Agra Siting In Shiel Auto (Authorised Dealer Of Bajaj) saying that your One cheque has reversed so the NOC can't be issued, On asking of the cheque no. they are not giving satisfy answer though I have provided the Bank Statement and showed the Cheque no. cleared from bank to whom they were showing doubt.

                          Kindly Look into this matter neither the person is giving the chq.no reveresed and of which month nor they are providing the NOC or please suggest what should I do...?

                            Extra EMI deduction twice.

                            I bought a HP laptop through Bajaj Finance and I had to pay 6 instalments of Rs. 4459 per month. They deducted the EMI twice in a month which i got only aftre running behind them for some 5 months. This happened in 2007. Now again in 2009, they have deducted an EMI now in May 2009, which was taken and paid off in 2007. I do not know why do tey have the habit of deducting extra emis

                            I have been harassed for 3 years now .

                            Can it be helped. Please help me .

                            I have bought a Fridge on Instalment one year Bck and taken a EMI option from Bajaj Finance. On 31/01/2009 stating my Loan has been Cleared but on 05/02/2009 EMI amount has been deducted from my account. I have not recievd my documents and the Cheques which i submitted while taking the loan. But I have already foreclosed my loan and paid all due EMI I also received the ALL DUE CLEAR CERTIFICATE & the TAX INVOICE above said Laptop. My Loan A/C No.[protected].
                            And your bank recovery extra amount as a Penalty. I have paid all instalments in time.
                            I have been harassed for 2 months now. Please refund my above amount and extry penalty charges. If your bank no reply & return my extra amount I will complaint in District Consumer Court.

                                Hi,

                                I bought Bajaj pulsar 150CC in Oct 07. But recently i noticed that my rear wheel is getting worn out faster. If check both the sides (right and left of rear tyre) comparatively right side is getting worn out.

                                I consulted the nearest service center they said I will have to keep my bike so that they can identify the prob. This is not the case with my bike only if we check all the bikes with Mag wheels launched few years back. You will observe the same thing.

                                I have checked around 15-20 bikes in my office paking for the same make (bajaj) all the bikes are having the same issue but i guess nobody might have noticed it.

                                I just want, who is at fault Bajaj or MRF.

                                This is serious issue as it may be fatal due to improper surface of tyre.

                                i had purchased new pulsar 150 cc 2 weeks back it is giving trouble during shifting gears ...if i shift to second gear it will move to 1st gear and even handle is not comfortable while turning.so i have shown my byke to the garrages but they again dissatisfyed me they told why dint you buy unicorn or other vehicals insted of pulsar
                                i bought pulsar 150 cc 10 month back. Am the average speed driver. from the begining my bike had lot of problems like rear shock absorbors are in low strength. In first service am asking about shockabsorberes but no response from dealers. In bajaj service catelogue tells can replace shock absorbers within warranty period. AM ASKING ABOUT THAT AND ARGUE WITH THEM TO REPLACE MY SHOCK ABSORBER, But dealer ignore about that. And they will not hear about that problem.
                                For this reason chain sprockets are replaced in every 5000 km's.

                                    i had brought a bike in 18 nov. 2004 Bajaj kawasaki Wind 125 after six month its average come down 25km/litre so my local Agency onner is chenge bikes head in free of cost . than average is good condition and after one year same position . so he ( onner of Agency ) chenge corboreter in free of cost . than after six month same problem so check by Bajaj Engineers than risult is pistion ring problem and block set has chenged its time my expences . but bike is not a good condition . i had wrote a complain letter to the Bajaj Auto Limited that you are give me a foult bike & its only froud i am not a big money men . 50000 rs is a big amount in my life . my bike is standing last one year and its does't makes a feu of money if i sale them pl. some suggesion give me for my problem.

                                    bajaj wind 125cc bike no partes availbal in gwalior city center . any discus you contect in my mobile no.[protected]
                                    I am also an owner of this machine. Its fuel efficiency is very low not to speak of regular compalints. local mechanics refuse to service the machine for its spares are not available, not even with the authorised service centre since they had stopped its production.
                                    Mechanical problems is not a new thing with the bajaj bimes, I think. They come regularly with new models with with some fancy names. and abandon them on their way to the next. Of couse, the bajaj bikes are generally of better riding comfort, but gets old much faster than other brands.
                                    For the ordinary public it is better not to go for bajaj unless they can afford to dispose it off at throw away price, after initial thrill.

                                      1 -I PURCHASED A BIKE FROM SUMAN AUTOS B-78, SECTOR-2 NOIDA(GAUTAM BUDDHA NAGAR) U.P. BAJAJ XCD-125 ON[protected], CHASIS NO MD203JB22RWC17734., ENGINE NO.06090.

                                      2 - BIKE IS NOT GIVING 109KILOMETER PER LITRE MILAGE AS CLAIMED BY BAJAJ COMPANY.IT IS GIVING ONLY55 TO 60KMPL.

                                      3 - SINCE 585KM, VEHICLE IS NOT GETTING STARTED WITH KICK IN THE MORNING DURING FIRST START OF THE DAY.MATTER WAS REPORTED TO SUMAN AUTOS MANY TIMES TILL NOW BUT IN VAIN .FINALLY, THEY REPLACED THE CLUTH PLATE AND ASSOCIATED ACCESSORIES FOR RS.1073/- ON[protected] VIDE JOB CARD NO.04179543&INVOICE NO.04231122 WHICH WAS DUE TO MNUFACTURING DEFECT.ON[protected], SERVICE KIT WAS REPLACED FOR RS.150/-, KIT10K KMXCD WAS ALSO REPLACED FORRS.249=78, WAS AWASTEFUL EXPENDITURE FOR ME VIDE INVOICE NO.04247551 AT10000 KM OF METER READING, BY SUMAN AUTOS NOIDA AND ENGINE OIL WAS ALSO FOUND NILL DURING SERVICING BUT NO REMEDIAL ACTION WAS TAKEN .

                                      4 - COMBINATION SWITCH IS REPLACED AFTER REPEATED REQUESTS FOR HEADLIGHT INTERMITTENT OPERATION VIDE GATE PASS NO.0015351DATED[protected] FREE OF COST. ON,[protected], DURING SERVICING VIDEJOB CARD NO.04108132, INVOICE NO.0430852 DATED[protected] AT 14969KM TIMING CHAIN, BRAKE SHOE REAR&FRONT, GASKET, KIT VALVE KIT XCD, SEAL OIL PLATE FRICTION, ENGINE FLUSHING (BG) 2, GASKET CYLINDER HEAD CAM CHAIN LINKS, GASKET MAGNETO COVER, GASKET CLUTH COVER, WHEEL CLUTTH, HUB CLUTCH, PLATE CLUTCH, etc.WERE REPLACED FOR RS.2963/-AS ENGINE WAS GIVING SMOKE&ENGINE WAS FOUND FAULTY.NOW CLUTCH IS REPLACED SECOND TIME, WHITCH IS DUE TO MANUFACTURING DEFECT IN ENGINE.

                                      5 - AS BOTH THE BRAKE SHOES ARE REPLACED NEW, STILL BOTH THE BRAKES ARE NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY IN SPITE OF CHECKING THRICE SINCE[protected].

                                      6 - SO, I AM LOOSER FOR LOT OF MONEY UNWANTEDLY DUE TO ABOVEMENTIONED POINTS ATLEAST RS.3OOOO/-

                                        Dealer is not able to resolve the problems, I gave my vehicle for servicing to your Indore dealer M/S Rukmani Automobiles on 23/05/09 they returned my vehicle back in 06 days but problems was not resolved & they charged 295/- Rs. for spares & 140/- Rs. as servicing charges. In last service they charged Rs. 510/- for spars. All services done by your authorized dealers. As per my earlier mail I am facing all these problems from last one year & I am not satisfied with vehicle performance. Is this my mistake I was purchased Bajaj auto’s vehicle please look onto the matter otherwise I will take necessary action.

                                        On dated 30.01.08 I have purchased Pulser-150cc. from your Indore dealer MS Rolta automobiles vehicle details are as follows-



                                        Engine No.- DHG-BPK-15452

                                        Frame No.- MD2-DHD-HZZPCK-15403

                                        Vehicle running- 2837 Km.



                                        I am facing following major problems from the second day of purchase-

                                        1.Front wheel disc break jam. (Corrected by dealer in first service but some noise is there in break.)

                                        2.Problem in carburetor reported in first & second service but not resolved.

                                        3.Gear shifting hard & noise from gear box while running, vehicle comes automatically in neutral gear while running in 1st or 2nd gear( not every time it is happening some time, reported in both services but not resolved).

                                        4.less pick up.



                                        First service done by Rolta automobiles Indore & second service done by Sojatia automobiles Indore.

                                        Rolta automobiles closed his dealership from last 02 or 03 months.



                                        I am facing all these problems for the initial kilometers of vehicle, please resolve the problems as earlier as possible or give the contact details of your service engineer.

                                        Bajaj Automobiles — problems with my bajaj pulsar 150 cc

                                        i own a bajaj pulsar 150 cc dtsi bike . i purchased it from suman autos noida on 14 feb 2007. i got an engine work done on my bike last november from suman autos. i'm very dissatisfied by their work. i've been telling them to solve my problem but in vain. i even complained to their GM but "birds of a feather flock together" so no outcome...
                                        so plz help me by taking my voice to higher authorities of bajaj automobiles.

                                        Pulsar service center people doesnt know how to service or rectify there own product, we being there customer feel very bad.

                                        i buyed pusar in VST,

                                        customers may alter there bikes and get failed but they being trained by bajaj or vst should be an idea of there product to fix it back.

                                        technically they are zero, i should have not buyed there product...

                                        I think a BAJAJ Auto company and there Dealers take a softly your complaints, I have a new Pulsar 150 cc bike from PRINCE BAJAJ, Port Blair this July 2009, but I also not satisfied with there warranty period free servicing. They not follows their mentioned repairing / parts maintenance description.

                                        I told you sir that Pulsar is one of the best bike in India, every younger like to purchase this Bike but Bajaj not controlled his servicing policy with Dealers and not take a seriously action against a minor/ major problem with their manufacturing or Dealers behavior with their customers problems. it's really lack of good management of BAJAJ Auto Ltd.

                                        My name is Mukesh Sandil from himachal pradesh.I had purchased bajaj pulsar 150 dtsi in nov 2007 with its number HP 19 4009 and completed 42000 kms. untill now but the main problem is bikes engine is not in a good position and this is the 3rd time iam changing my piston kit in 3 years.First time when i changed at that time my meter reading was just 19000 kms.The main thing in a motor bike is its engine but from starting only i am suffering from huge loss against its maintainance.after 3 months i am changing its timing chain. Iam fully fed up with ur bajaj pulsar technology.
                                        Please give the solutions as soon as possible.
