well i had Purchase Pulsar 220 in March 2008 nd yet know my odometer reading is 7500 ..i had gone through 4 free service done by Bajaj Probikin -Kirti Nagar...

From the date of Delivery i am facing a problem with my bike hell a lot as m a software engineer so cant know technical things regarding vehicle bt what i thought that is m facing problem..i shuld want to tell each and everything in detail to you

1. on time of delivery i got my bike with having Black spot on silencer and i got my bike in with having dust .

2. From very first day rear Wheel disk brake are not working properly . I told them ..they told me it like this only .no problem at all

3. on my first free service i told technichians on service center that my front part of bike which we called wisor is shaking as if i'll reach my bike on 40KM/Hr. speed it start shaking a lot .

4. from delievery time i found Oil cap of rear brake is broken which is inside the rear seat.even i was ready to pay for that cup but idint found it

5. My Clip handle was making so much noise when i remove my bike from center stand .

6.i buy my bike before 5 months nd my odometer reading was 7500 KM .at this stage does my bike half engine shuld be open..i dont think so as it had been open for replacing Chain Timer i dont think so that at this stage Chain time shuld be Changed ... they had open parts to make the changes

7. At 4000 KM reading on my odometer .. i was told to changed the Disk Pad of rear wheel as they had finished completly so sir where is my fault if from delivery time i am founding oil cap to be broken as it is nt balanced so frm where it will work properly

8. can u beleive alloy wheel color shuld be peal off within the duration of 4 months ... i told this thing also at service center but what did they do ..took the photo and told me we will send the report to head office .. nd they had spray that part with the color maually ...again it is pealing off from other side on same wheel

9.at this stage my bike is maing so much noise as on starting the ignition it creating the noise as sometime incresing sometime decreasing . when i am trying to increase acceleration it is making noise

10.within 4 months rear wheel shockers air had been filled twice ..so do we have to see wheather shockers are working properly after every 2 months ..well i dont think so

sir i had Purchase Pulsar 220 cc nd it really at high cost i am From middle class..i am not able to tolerate all this problem with me as m facing lot of problem i agree whnever i found problem i have to go to service center to have cure for them bt i wont expect that within 4 months i have to face this kind of serious problem ..

    Iam owning bajaj discover 135, still from the first free service, iam not satisfied with service done by the dealer. iam getting 35km/l milege only.But your dealer has promised that bajaj bike will give 55km/l on average, rather than compared to other bikes. And also My vehicle gets short circuited frequently, Due to this, from my 1st service till now, iam unable to use horn, lights, and self starter.I had given a complaint on every service regarding this issue. Before bajaj discover i was using bajaj calibar, and i had given exchanged for a new .I was fully satisfied with bajaj calibar vehicle.so, accordingly i thought Bajaj will be the best branded vehicle. But now iam regreting for that .Please advise a Best dealer in chennai location to proceed further, Or else please take back of my vehicle / or exchange for new pulsar, Currently my fourth sevice is on due.     iam very unsatisfied with discover bike iam a computer engineer iam very disatisfied with the dealer he is not giving me RC last six months and i cant take any action for him and facing lots of problem with bike its doing very noise while i have done my all service in service center pls anybody can help me pls call me [protected]
    I too had a similar problem as mentioned above. I bought a bike on[protected]. Registration number KA-04-EQ-6570. This is a 125 CC discover Self Start. The bike was purchased and serviced by the same dealer Kalyani Bajaj Mekhri Circle, Bangalore. The Bike gave a mileage of 59-60 till the third service. But after that, when the fourth service was done, the mileage dropped to an alarming 42 KM per litre.

    Looking at the service chart of the bike in 4th service, I remember that the Tappets were adjusted. But some things that have been happening along with the mileage drop is Blackening of the engine oil (Castrol Active 4T) and overheating of the engine (The petrol tank gets heated too due to the heat from the bore). When I told this to Kalyani motors, they checked it and said that they have adjusted the tappets to make it better but to my bad luck, no improvement in mileage (They charged me for that as well). As the oil blackens very soon, the life of the oil is reduced to 1200 KMS. After 1200 KMS, the engine becomes rough, Gear changing becomes difficult... All these problems started only after the 4th service from Kalyani Motors Bangalore. I have always put the Castrol Active 4T engine oil (one litre bottle) as this is what is specified by Bajaj to be used. Please ask Bajaj company to take this bike Back. IF NEEDED, I am ready to bear the expenses of transporting the bike from Bangalore to Akurdi where Bajaj bikes are manufactured. If pains to spend Rs 240 every 1000 to 1200 KMS to change the oil. I do not want to show the bike to any mechanic road side as the bike is still in warranty. (I had paid about 500 rupees more during the time of purchase from Kalyani Bajaj for an extended warranty period).

    Once the dealer mechanic had told that I may be using a wrong petrol so that could be causing the blackening. But my answer to that is I have always taken petrol from the same petrol bunk so do not believe that the petrol should be the reason for mileage drop. Had the petrol been the problem, I would have faced the same issue with my Maruti Car but that is intact with no mileage drop or heating. Hence it is not the problem with the petrol. Please direct me to the concerned person or please forward this complaint to the concerned. I will be happy to send this bike back to Bajaj company at my expense.

    i subrat has oned a bajaj discover 125cc dtsi, i am facing the problem of engine sounds, problem of rough sounds of timing chain, i have changed the timing chain 2 months ago, but still i am gacing the same problem of the sounds. i am also facing the problem of chin sounds. the most problem i face from the begining is of the engine sounds, my bikes crank is also changed within the warranty period. but still i am facing the same problem of the engine sounds. please help me to solve this problem.
    i have 3 year old discover 135 brought from jai autos Chennai, last month on 25 th oct i have left my bike in vishaka bajaj because of my bike with starting trouble, they haven't informed about the status of my bike, after 5 days i went and asked for the status, they said the starting trouble remains and we have to check, on 5 th nov i went to the service center they said there was a fork bend and we have to charge and do fork bend, yesterday on 6 th nov i went and asked they said both the fork was damaged we have to change the rod in the front fork and they committed it will be rectified today that is 7 th of nov, today nobody called till now i called them and asked for the status they said spares was not yet delivered we will be issuing the bike only on friday that is 9 th of nov, there is no serious care taken for the bike nor the customer with them, i wasted my time for 10-12 days running behind them and asking for the status of my bike, if i ask for the status they are saying another part to be replaced and making me to wait, i belong to a middle class i depend on vehicle as iam in marketing field, this was a horrible experience of mine, i do handled customers and i know the way how hard to convince the customers, today i fed up and requesting whomsoever concerned to please focus on the service feedbacks from south tamilnadu as we are facing lot of issues even though we are passionate about bajaj bikes in theses situations we are forced to hate the concern and the products,
    job card no 74957 from vishaka bajaj saligramam till now i havent recieved my bike or call from vishaka bajaj regarding the status of my bike, in ad they are mentioning discover will not run it will fly, pls help the customers to ride at least.

      sir,
      i was not payed my instolment (only one instalment). so my bike is taken back to bajaj finance last 5 month back. but stil letter will comming me from bajaj auto finance. i had gon to pay the due amount but they are not responsing me(i was gon last 3 month back) but bike is not submited to bajaj finance from bajaj employee but they taken from me 5 month back(i am from athani Dist: Belgaum mobil: [protected]) so i want my bike back but i am not want to pay any extra money. i will pay my regular instolment next.

        I am having bajaj kristal from Shiva scooter agency on 8 th april 2007- . Since starting it is having starting problem. And at every service we have complained the same to the service centre but it works only for few days and same problem occurs again. We have paid 40 k and the result is not at all satisfactory. Moreover the cylencer got tore within 8 months. I have asked the same to replace they said they will let me know and till date i have not recd any call from them.
        Kindly get the problem rectified and replace the cylencer as soon as possible.
        We have full faith on bajaj as it is the oldest and faithful co in india and same impression i want carry on .

          I have purchased bajaj Saffire scooter in year 2001 from Bajaj show room, Pune.
          I transfer to Bangalore 3 years back. My vehicle got repaired . Now it is unble to start. I approced popular bajaj show which is at Banergatta Road. Now they are not ready to take up services for this vehicle. kindly help me out in this regard.

          The worst bikes are manufactured here in INDIA, under name BAJAJ, they discontinue the bikes without any support for their bikes and scooters, i bought the saffire with lot of enthu, it still has a comparision on Susee a site that says Saffire is the best scooty than Honda Activa, , This should be a national debate whether it is fair for BAJAJ to claim it is the best??thought it has discontinued the vehicle, , the bogus remarks are still there on the net, , , ha ha ha, just enter www.suseegroup.com/bajajsaffire.htm and find out for yourself. THE MOST POPULAR JUGAAD COMPANY IS BAJAJ, IT IS ONLY GOOD WITH THELAS

          I have also purchased Bajaj Suffire during 2001 at Chennai, but I not in a position to get it repaired since the spares are not availble.I have purchased this scooter becoz of the trade name "Bajaj" but the bajaj peop[le not taking any care for this vehicle, their approach in this regard higly regretted

          I bought a Bajaj Ssffire Scooter in 2002. Since one year I was searching Clutch Plate for the same. But It was not at all available in whole Kerala market. This will affect the goodwill of Bajaj Company which is making a lot of successfull brands in the market. please not down day by day the vehicle markets are so copetative. So please "Bajaj" keep your eyes open and wakeup from the old dreams of your success.Kindly help on my matter like somany others and get a good reputation for your brands.

          Most unfotunate people on this earth are Bajaj Saffair Owners. If Bajaja has given birth to this model, why u people r running away from your commitments to people those who have pruchased it by paying hard earned money. This is not the way brand like Bajaj should behave. I own it bcoz that time only alternative was Activa. I thought that it is better to purchase 100% INDIAN product...r u listening Mr. Junior or Senior Bajaj?. Now I never advice any body abt any product named under Bajaj. I[censored] r real Indian, please call back all Bajaj Saffaire from Market. Pay peoples money back as per present value of the product. I do change the TV channel when yr stupid new products comes in market.
          i own a bajaj saffire in year 2003.we have a problem with it.when v approached the baljaj dealer they refused to service it saying v dont get spare parts.its giving us trouble since v purchased.now please inform us where can v get the spare parts and how to repair it .our vehicle is in the showroom where v bought sri vasta nagercoil
          I have purchased bajaj saffire in 01.11.2001 bearing Engine No CFGBHE30205 Chasis No CFVBHE30118. The Scooterette did not work properly due to faulty gear System.. The matter was taken up with the dealer Lovely Auto Phagwara. The sales Mnanger Sh Sunil Kumar salhotra told that the gear system shall be replaced free of cost. They might have changed it and delivered us after repairing it . But the problem was not solved . Then the matter was taken with Manager services Chandigarh Sh U.R.Singh at SCO 84-84 sector 8c Chandigarh. They vide their letter No SER/URS/RO/CHD /cc/12 dated 31.05.2005 adivised that the scotterette will be taken to nearest dealer At RAMA AUTO Nawanshehr. RAMPA Auto Nawanshehr took up the vehicle to Nawanshehr but later on they also refused to repair the vehicle saying that the they can not repair it as its gear system is the old one. They have left it at our residence on 19.01.2006. The slip written by their machanic Ranvir Singh and Surinder is lying with me and the vehicle is also lying at my residence. The scotter has run only almost 8500 k.m. I have not enjoyed value of payment of Rs[protected].Please do the needful for getting it repaired it free of cost or refund the money paid by me.I am from the very beginning contesting for either refund of value or exchange it with another vehicle.

          i purchased b. saffire on nov 2001. two years after purchasing it gave me serious problems which is continuing till now.purchasing this vehicle and relying on the brand name BAJJAJ was my mistake. i now suffer a lot coz am emotionally attached to it.i request BAJJAJ to just tell me where should i go to get a descent price for this emotional attachment.

          We also purchased Bajaj suffire in 2002 and in around 1 yr. it started problems like low milege, gear faults and also in self starting. If we wish to kickstart, its design is so worst that ladies are almost unable to handle it. Now we wish to sell it for a reasonable price where it won't go below a bicycle price. Bajaj dealers should give proper solution to this issue.
          I am also a Bajaj Saffire owner from Coimbatore. I got the vehicle in 2001 as a millenium vehicle due to its attractive looks and bright lamps when i test drove the scooter on a dark night and fallen in love at first sight. Right from the beginning the attitude of service dept was pathetic. But any how with great difficulty i followed the stipulations in manual and keep it in good running condition.Now it is still serviced at Coimbatore Alagu Indiran Auto service at a cost more than my Maruthi car.

          My observation with the vehicle are

          1) This is a well designed vehicle requiring cold idling for more than 2 minutes which most do not follow and put to trash now.
          2) The Bajaj company has not shown any interest to support the vehicle after some time and it is at the mercy of trained mechanics and Service centers to keep it on the road as on today.
          3) In the last 2 months, i have sent the scooter to workshop for more than 5 times with huge bills in turn. I have spent 25% of this amount on my Maruthi 800 in this period.
          4) Today i have again sent the vehicle to attend starting trouble problem, even though a battery is changed and just few days before it was fully charged.

          After this poor support from Bajaj, i have completely stopped buying any brands in the name of BAJAJ.
          my bike clutch plates are not working not giving much pick up when climbing the heights & sloppy roads.

          Bajaj Saffire Scooter — No service / No Spares Available

          I have purchased Bajaj Saphire Scooter No. PB 13/K 8333 on 26/08/2002 . Blue coloured Chassis No. CFV BJA 47691 And Engine No. CFG BJA 47801 . Its performance was not good since beginning . Upto Year 2007 , I was able to get it serviced . After that its spares are nor available , so no Bajaj Service Centre is ready to service it. I got it repaired from private spares dealer at much higher costs . That also could not work as spares have exhausted as Bajaj auto limited has discontinued its production . Since 2008 it clutch and gearbox had problems .In the Dec 2008 it just stopped moving . Engine is ok . But wheel is not moving . No Reapair agency or Mechanic is willing to take up its repairs . If Clutch leathers could be supplied from somewhere , it can work. Its gear box also making lot of noise . I do not know where to go , whom to approach . I purchased bajaj scooter relying on its brand name . But it has Betrayed our confidence . As I have limited resources and college going children , I could not afford purchasing other vehicle . My Bajaj Saphire scooter should be repaired by Bajaj service centre .
          I bought bajaj saffire at 2002. It has lot of problems. if i go to take repair this means nobody be there even the bajaj service centre also not taken this.
          And all the people says the only word no spare parts available, bajaj dropped this bike and spare parts also not produced.

          Bajaj said saffire is the best scoody than honda activa means why they dont want to support the saffire customers??
          Bajaj found this bike is failure model means why they not taken back this kind of bike??

          Consumer is the only victim of these kind of cheating.

          Hope that Bajaj will take appropriate action.!?!?

          Am buying Bajaj Saffire .. Am getting small problam now .. Not possible to ready .. Showroom also am going .. Spare parts not available .. I want my amount return
          I was the first Bajaj saffire buyer in the town of Visakhapatnam in the year 2001 a red beautiful looking scooter. The marketing team from Pune n the dealer had a photo session n event on my delivery. A glossy magazine on automobiles wrote glorifying full book aritcles about it's Japanese origin and modern plant in Pune. I fell prey to it n the brand image of hamara Bajaj my first scooter to my college. It had a very soft n super vibrating head light cowl n kept annoyy sounds n shaking while driving. I avoided rough roads n tried to stick to smooth roads, after few months the automatic gear ### stopped functioning n its just became slippery from them all of the sudden it would stall while take off from 1st to 2nd on speed of 25-30kmph this became worst as the traffic coming from behind started bumping me in busy roads. This became a big issue when new riders took it on busy roads as the gear sys failed n the scooter used to stall n stop in the middle of the roads. My friend took it out n met with a serious accident as the approching traffic thought he would pass them but he couldn't n had hit him on his knee by a tempo three wheeler made by Bajaj. This lead to a serious deep cut to his knee n his knee joint. Till today I feel guilty about it when I talk to him. The Varun motors dealer siripuram n Bajaj auto r big companies in India. But the agony and misery they caused to my family n friends is not worth their growth they acheived. Bad bad people they are. Sold it back to the same delear in huge financial loss. I just avoid them as thugs, I don't have the time to fight but I advocate not to buy their products.

            Since beginning, i am facing problems from my bike's performance and from the service provided by authorised service centre(PRJ BAJAJ, Patparganj New Delhi).I regularly visit authorised service centre on predefined times from bajaj.

            My last service has been done on 08/05/2008 at 19375 km.As usual quality of service was not good and very next day i have to take it to the service centre for again resolving the issues.second time some problems did not taken care of and i have to quit due to my tight schedule..

            In last job service centre replace engine oil, change the kit, worked on timing chain, changed clitch plates.

            On 12/07/2008 i take my bike to the PRJ Bajaj for regulaer service and register the same complains i did in my last service.PRJ Executive called me up and said "there is no engine oil remains in my Bike" and they have a doubt that there is some problems with its engine(Piston and all) and it needs to be open and need some repair.

            Could any body please explain me how engine oil can be wiped of in 2 months.If there was no such kind of issue with the machinery 2 month back.Its really terrifying situation and i doubt that during last service engine oil has not been top upped or i have got a bad piece of machinery.

            I am feeling harassed;you are requested to please look into this matter.

            Dear Sir,
            I procured a Bajaj Pulsar from PRJ Enterprises Limited, 28, Gagan Vihar, Near Jagat Puri, New Delhi - 110092 on 27th of August 2006.
            I am forced to write to you as I am not satisfied with the motorcycle procured by myself. It is just over 2 months since the procurement and I have been made to visit the authorised service centre for at least six times as far as I remember the count. However the bike has not been set right to its specified performance level. In the first place, do you think is it justified?
            After first free service (within 20 days) the ignition system started having problems. Only after four visits the problem could be resolved by the technician. Moreover the technician informed that the problem was due to excess deposition of carbon in the ignition switch. If this was a regular feature then a hapeless consumer would require to get the same services every fortnight.
            While the above problem was persisting, there was another setback. The gear shifting from fourth gear to fifth gear became erratic. Whenever I raised the gear from fourth to fifth the shift could accomlish only after a certain period of time accompanied with a jerk. This matter was reported to the service technicains but till now they could not find the source of the problem. They are not ready to accept any complaints from myself. As per your manual, usually, the gear shifting from fourth to fifth is recommended between speed limit of 65 -75 kmph. Now if at such high speed a minor jerk happens then a person is bound to loose control of the bike leading to accidents.
            Other probems observed with the bike (headlight beam shifting, tail lamp not glowing, etc) could not be set right.
            Now there could be two cause of the problems mentioned by me above
            First, bad workmanship due to which a sub standard bike sample was given to me
            Second, the Service Technicians of M/s PRJ Enterprises Limited are not skilled enough to do their work.
            I, would therefore request you kindly attend to the problems persisting with my bike without further delay else I will have to look for other options.

            We purchase a pulsar 150cc bike from Jaan Motors, Baghpat on

            10th Feb, 08. We avail All services on time to time from authorize

            dealer of Bajaj Motors Ltd. Now we Have a problem is in my

            bike that smokig problem. I go for solve the above problem to

            Vikrant Bajaj, Meerut Authorize dealer of Bajaj Motors Ltd..But

            they not solve my problem & my problem as it is & my bike

            have smoking problem & spark plug short in two or three days

            but your dealer not solve my problem & not

            cooperate with me to solve my problem.we purchase the

              Getting straight to the point, I purchased a pulsar 200 from hind motors chandigarh 0n 30 october-2007 . only after a month or so the bike started to give me hassles regarding handle noise and engine noise. So when i visited the dealer for my first service i told them regarding these problems and they didn't pay attention to my complaints and said that d bike was ok . you won't belive that i have visited them for at least 30-40times in less a years span for d same problems but no action taken up to date. until 2 months back when they actually took my complaint about the handle seriously but no action taken to correct it . what's really shocking to see that how they try to prove the customer wrong when they try to put there point across regarding the problem . all i can say is if you continue giving dealership to dealer like hind i am sorry to say that the image of your company will fall in the eyes of the public. This was the last option that i had to give you a chance to lok upon the matter or else i have to knock on the door of consumer courts to find justice . Hope to see some solid action taken from your side .

              Bajaj puser 200cc — having bike problem

              Hello sir
              i am vinit raj. i am working as a clinical research professional in Delhi region.i have a bajaj pulsar 200cc bike.i love my bike too much but whenever i went with my bike for servicing ,instead of doing good things they are doing something wrong.
              now i am just sick of that workshop.in my bike there is problem with engine or any thing(dont know adjectely) but workshop peoples are saying that it is ok every thing.i can feel the lots of problem while driving but no 1 listening.so i wanna make this issue in front of bajaj management that if possible then please solve my typical problem immediately other wise i will never bought any bajaj product and also will never suggest to others .

              (I THINK NO 1 WILL TAKE ANY STEP WITH MY COMPLAINT THEN I WILL TAKE NEXT STEP.)

I have no complaints with the Bike as such but I had a very diappointting and sour service from YOUR service centre. This is the SINGH AUTO Service Centre IN BULANDSHAHR NEAR COURT.FEW DAYS AGO MY BIKE WAS HAVING SOME PROBLEM(IT WAS NOT STARTING PROPERLY).THIS HAPPENED AFTER THE DAY MY BIKE GOT SERVICED AND WHEN I COMPLAINT REGARDING IT THE TECHNICIAN AND MANAGER WERE VERY RUDE.THEIR BEHAVIOUR WAS NOT GOOD AND THE MAIN THING IS THEY ARE ABLE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM.IT WAS A SMALL FAULT AND THEY MADE A ESTIMATE OF HUGE AMOUNT AROUND RS 5000 AND A LOCAL TECHNICIAN JUST CHARGED RS 10 FOR MAKING IT IN WORKING CONDITION BUT STILL I HAVE SOME PROBLEM SO I HOPE YOU WILL UNDERSTAND AND HELP ME OUT AS EARLIER AS POSSIBLE

                  i took a new pulsar 150 cc in chennai...almost 10 months back, its registered in tamilnadu. now i have got a transfer to bangalore so i have to do pay roadtax, noc etc...

                  while processing my documents in bangalore RTO we noticed that my name spelling is wrongly mentioned as "Maseer a kubsad" the correct spelling is "Naseer a kubsad" and also chassis no is wrolgly mentioned in my RC book. my bike registration is all done my Manekam motors in chennai( Bajaj dealer) its all the mistake done by him... now i dont know what to do. i am in bangalore with my bike.
                  Please suggest me the process or let me know can i ask the Manekam motors in chennai( Bajaj dealer) to do the correction and provide me the correct document.

                    I purchased a new Bajaj Discover M/cycle 112 cc on[protected]not[protected] as mentioned in my earlier complaint) from the local dealer of Bajaj Auto Ltd., i.e. M/s Om Scooter. At the time of making payment through pay order of Corporation Bank, Sonipat, those people demanded me an amount of Rs. 200/- extra for Temp. regn.No. for which I resisted and argued with the Manager(Sales) that the temp, regn. No. is required only when the veh. purchased from a city and registered from any other city, but they did not agree with me and forced me to pay Rs. 200/- extra. In order to avoid unncessary tension, I made a payment of Rs. 200/- and I was handed over temp, regn.no. unncessarily which was of no use for me. Since other dealer of another two wheelers at Sonipat do not charge such type of amount to the customers. I also made a complaint to M/s Bajaj Auto Ltd., pune, but to no avail till now. Kindly liase with the concerned dealer and get me refunded Rs. 200/-. You would be glad to know the facts I am apprising you that if the consumer get his vehicle registered through the dealer, they easily earn Rs. 400-600 per vehicle and in my case, they did not earn any amount in lieu of registration of my vehicle, which I my self got through my own efforts.

                      I bought a Bajaj Pulser 150 CC Bike on 14th August 2007 from Diwan Bajaj Shop no: F 1/1, Mahavir Enclave, Palam Dabri road, New Delhi 45, with regn no: DL9SV 1097. CH NO: MD2DHDHZZPCA00110. E NO. DHGBPA37874. COLOR : BLACK. Within a year it was perform worst. i went several time to fix it from where i bought it. But they charge for every time and yet it is not fixed completely. the problem is with the engine according to them.
                      I am frustrated with their services. So i want to replace it. As it is within warranty period. please help me to guide how can do it.

                        To whom so ever may it concern .

                        I really don't know whether this action will serve my purpose or not?? but as a consumer i have to register my complain about the dissatifactory of service and treatment from whole staff from BAC SUBHANPURA VADODARA CENTER given to me. It was my third free service and my 4th visit complaing about the same problem of my bike's digital speed meter. I have presented 4 time same problem and every time concern officer was treating badly and everytime my bike was tested by the different persons for the same problem eventhough they were very well aware about the problem but the solution is still pendig..

                        it will be a great favour to me if anybody can help me out.

                        Bajaj Pulsar — worst service centres

                        service centres of bajaj in hyderabad are the worst centres i ever saw.
                        they dont know how to solve the problems. neglecting the customers. not listening the problems what they r saying.

                        i purchased bajaj pulsar 150cc in november , lots of complains , i have gone all the service centres in hyderabad , no one had solved the problem, bajaj mechanics are the worst mechanics.

                          I bought a bajaj pulsar from kalyani bajaj, mekhri circle in 2006. Being heard about the performance & reading reviews of bajaj pulsar, i bought the vehicle with a great enthu, which also was proven after using the vehicle.

                          But the problem has raised, when it comes to servicing of the bikes. I fear of getting the bike serviced from unauthorized centers, thinking that they might spoil the performance of the bike. But this was also the fact with the kalyani bajaj service station, where i have been servicing my bike from the date of purchase according to the schedule. The bike performance have considerably reduced where in i have been reporting the problem to them at every servicing time which fails to get rectified & the same problem continues, but the bill what they charge stating they have rectified the complaint is increasing every time they service my bike. I am being billed @ 1000 odd rupees every time for the same problem from past one year..!!!

                          I request the concerned authorities to take necessary action regarding the same & if the same problem continues i guess it would be direct reason which may cause the poor sales of bajaj products as there is no other alternative for the customers residing near northern part of bangalore.

                          Bajaj — Do not do good service but charging very high

                          my name is akhilesh kumar sachan living in Delhi, India in Nangloi Area. i purchase bajaj platina bike in one year ago. and i have also three bikes similar platina, caliber, and now plan to purchase XCD 125 in dipawali, i also suggest to other they buy bajaj bikes because they do well service but after free service they r charges only charges nothing else.

                          Bajaj service centres r only charging they hurt me, they do third class service in bike i m realy upset nothing else i m very faithfull to bajaj comp. but ...............

                          bajaj - popular service station — not accepted the vehicle

                          I went to give my scooter bajaj chetak for servicing to an authorised bajaj company servicing center run by popular, but to my surprise they said they wont accept it .
                          I would like to ask is this the kind of service they provide to their customers

                          I have strongly recomended my friends not to buy any vehicle from bajaj since this is the kijnd of service they provide. On the contarary myself too was above to exchange the scooter for bajaj bike but now i m into second thoughts

                          It is a OMNI LPG Van, we have problem in starting the car in the morning, it takes a very long time. We have got it checked with your deler at Mandovi Motors Double Rd Bangalore and the mechanic name is Mr.Reddy. Even after 4 attempt's it has not been solved.                           i have bought Bajaj platina from Kalyani Bajaj, mekri circle.According to free service schedule i m servicing regularly. every time i m paying charge for engine oil change.But they are not changing engine oil which is visible outside.I do not know about inside change for what they have also charged.I am kindly requesting to higher autority, please take care of custemer properly.Some senior persion who did service for my vechile(Service Advisor-Ananth, Technician name-Devraj) are there who simply take bike inside and not doing anything properly.If you want to see proof, you can send mail, so that i will clear about your senior service engineer.
                          I bought one pulser from Popular Bajaj banneghatta road in 2007 and did all free services there. The services went well. But last 2 paid services i have given my vehicle in Kalyani Bajaj Mekhri circle. They charged me @1000 for each, but now riding comfort of the bike came low. I was always doubt about the working of front wheel shock-absorbes of pulser, the same i have service twice from there. but i don't see any difference in the same. the bike becoming harder and harder to ride.

                          It has been 24 days of my booking i have not got my bike till now, and when ever i am calling them getting a new reason(escape) for not giving the bike.
                          One of the reason that Your serial number is at 18 and the company cant dispatch that many bikes at a time.
                          Is it really true that Bajaj auto sends 2/3 bike to Bangalore every month.
                          I have called them 13 time, each time they are saying that within next 2 days we will give the bike,
                          I tried to reach the manager of the showroom, but each time the sales executive are telling some lie like the manager is not in office or he is in meeting from morning 9 o clock toEvening 6 O clock.
                          That bloody showroom is the worst one i've ever been to.I gave my bike for repair about a month ago and the insurance inspection took place 3 days later.till now i'm not sure when ill get my bike back.they keep saying "tomorrow you'll definitely get your bike back" and that tomorrow never comes.Im advising everybody who's reading this, DO NOT GIVE YOUR BIKE THERE, whatever may be the problem.
                          I am servicing my vehicle Pulsar 150 CC regurarly. But, this time i noticed that they have replace my silincer with a faulty one and when i asked the same they are dening it. I request all not to service their vehicle in Kalyani Bajaj showroom near mekhri circle as they charge very high and replace the good items with faulty ones.

                          BAJAJ AUTO/GENIUN PARTS OF NEW PULSAR 180 — my spares parts of my new bike is not functioning well

                          MY NEW BIKES PULSAR 180 CLUCTH WIRE IS BROKEN N THEY R NOT REPAIRING MY BIKE I HAVE BUYED MY NEW WIRE WITH MY OWN
                          Yes same here... Even I had a bad experience at this showroom at Mekri Circle. People working there really do not know how to talk to clients. I serviced my bike Bajaj Avenger on 03/07/2010, the service guy called me at 7:00 PM and told that the disk brake plate has been replaced and they charged me Rs 1300 for this service. But I see no difference in the front braking.
                          Today (09/07/2010) after one week of service my battery is completely down and I am not able to start my vehicle. This has never happened before in the last two years.
                          My bike was perfectly alright before second service. There was a slight oil leakage from bore before and at the time of second service they resolved that issue. But after second service the AUTO CHOKE was not working and faced starting trouble issue. My bike will not start at morning and also at cold conditions. I have to apply more that 10 or 15 times kicker to start my bike. Due to these serious issues next month itself (i.e. on 15/05/2012) I went to service centre for third service. They told me to collect bike at 6:00 PM I went to the service centre but the bike was not ready. They again told me that we will finish the work by tomorrow. So, next day i called and confirmed with KALYANI BAJAJ MEKRI CIRCLE whether my bike is ready or not. They told me that the bike is ready and you can come and collect. So i went there to collect my bike at 2:00PM. The bike was not ready. Several times I tried to meet the manager MR Sarvesh of that service centre to explain these issues. But, they told the Manager is in urgent meeting. I don’t know what is that meeting from 2 ‘O’ clock to evening 6 ‘O’ clock evening. Anyway at 6:20 they did something and they polished my bike and returned to me. BUT STILL THE ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED. Now the problem is that auto choke started working (before was not working)but THIS AUTO CHOKE WILL NOT STOP AT ALL it will keep on working continuously in every start. Each and every start, the auto choke will work and bike acceleration raises to 400 and after 45 seconds auto choke will stop and bike engine will also stop.
                          SO FINALLY STARTING TROUBLE ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED AND AUTO CHOKE KEEPS ON WORKING AT EVERY START.
                          The main thing is that the service centre guys don't know to service this new model pulsar 135 bike which comes with auto choke. They tried everything but failed. Now i don't know what to do. The bike is only 8 months old. Can anyone please suggest any good service centre at least to resolve this issues. If there is no resolution for this issue means it is proved that the Bajaj is manufacturing worst bikes.
                          Hi Folks, I m also a victim of this incident. I m having pulsar 135LS when i went for servicing last time on 21 may they charged for unnecessary parts changes of Rs 1500/- and not solved the problem. after four visit in 15 days still my bike is not working well... Third time within a week he charged me Rs 1500/-. They change spare parts unnecessary for commission. They talk very rude to customers. Pls, Don't go to that service station as they r just looting customers. They ruined my bike and charged me for that...
                          I gave my bike Pulsar 150CC for servicing on 23/05/2013. Jobcard No. is KLH04084050 and Inv No. is KLH04302650. I am quite unhappy with the quality of the servicing done. None of the problems I complained is resolved and moreover you gifted me new problems with the bike. It was better before I gave for servicing. Surprisingly, the accelerator was raising automatically whenever I turn the handle causing big head ache. So, I had to come back on 25/05/2013 for the rectification of the problem and the servicing guy was not interested to accept the problem. After my insistence, he took the bike and did some cable adjustment near the batter after which the problem was resolved. But the surprising thing is that the guy was not accepting the problem and giving a damn care to customer's safety. Before giving the bike for servicing, I complained that it has starting problem with button start and the engine is stopping automatically when I slow down. I also told him that I was facing this problem only in the mornings. Now, after servicing, I am facing this problem always. The rear brake shoe was changed in the servicing. Now, whenever I apply brake, the pedal doesn't come up automatically. I am not sure whether this is the quality of servicing they provide after charging 2200 and changing so many spare parts. I decided not to give servicing there forever.
                          Service complaint- Misguiding on Information about service delivery time: Kalyani Bajaj, Mekhri Circle Service station:

                          On Dt-27/2/2016 Saturday, i got very bad experience in your showroom regarding service delivery information. I reached service centre in morning 8.50AM, so that service adviser can take vehicle details in early. But there were 22 two wheelers waiting for service adviser.My waiting token number was 23. Only 2 persons of service advisers were there.
                          I can understand the situation of Saturday service crowd & only 2 service adviser unable to take service details in time. So i spoke to my office boss & took 1 hour late permission since i need to reach office atleast 10.15AM for Saturday meeting purpose.
                          When my service token number called by service adviser there was time 10.05AM. And he was saying that" vehicle Service delivery will be on Monday". I shocked & told him that' I was waiting more than one hour, he would have inform me at least 10-15 Minutes after reaching service station, so that i can leave & come another my convenient day'. He did'nt response me properly & told me to speak Service manager. I spoke to Service manager & he told me to go Mattikere branch for immediate service. But my question was not for service & They would have inform me service delivery date before or after giving waiting token number. Simply my time waste. Service Manager ( I think his name Mr.Rao) & Show room manager told me that"we are sorry" & did'nt give proper reply. I dissapointed & left from Service station & i could'nt reach office meeting in time.

                            sir, with humble submission I Ramotar state the following few line for your kindly consideration.

                            I purchaged a bajaj Discover 135cc in september 2007 from PANDIT G MOTOR BALLABGARH FARIDABAD. Sir i have completed all my service according to your service book manual, but after running 17500 kms i have faced a big problem of engine oil leakage. Engine oil finished after 15 days only .It is due to leaking engine oil .Please tell me what option in my hand. I purchged bajaj due to bajaj reputation .
                            R/Sir what is your warrenty for engine life because it is hardly run 17500 kms.only. Iam also a design engineer in design deptt. Kindly solved my problem for further customer relationship.Please guide me What i do.
                            Please solve my problem i shall be thankfull to you. I am waiting your possitive answer.

                              I have taken bike from sah & sanghi on 21feb2008 (prabhadevi) with loan from bajaj allianz insurance of 2years.But as per i have given 24pdt checks o f 2500Rs instead of deducting the amount from my account directly they are asking in cash i have adjusted 1 to 2 times but they become habit to ask in cash only instead of finding what is the problem.

                              Please go through the problem & provide me any right solution to me in forward.

                              BAJAJ PULSAR 150CC — Motorcycle missing

                              My Bajaj Pulsar 150cc motorcycle has been booked at Allahabad Station on 06/05/2011 but till now it has not reached Bhopal Junction. The authorities are unable to track the current location of motorcycle. Kindly help me how can i proceed through in this situation.

I WILL DO ALL MY service at rithlla service station tiemlly. last week i give my bike to service at rithlla service station . when i give my bike to your dilear the metar is working . but after servicing MY BIKE DIGITAL METAR IS NOT WORKING.                                 Myself Vijay Raman Purchased a motorcycle Make Bajaj Model Discover 150 F Engine no. JEZREG43529 on 28.12.2014. Total Amount as under tax invoice value :60273/- Registration Fee :4680/- Insurance Fee :-1849/- But in a month both tubeless tyre has been checked for Air and reported that there are problem in Alloy wheel has damaged. what is the material used by Bajaj for Manufacturing of Alloy Wheel which have Motorcycle. We made a complaint telephonically and Physically but they are want to chase Insurance But when Alloy Wheel Material problem incurred substandard so we not hand over our insurance to dealer in that Case. By us there is no Accident incurred in motorcycle and not others. Bike purchased from M/s Khandelwal authorised dealer of Bajaj Auto in Mathura.                                   I bought Bajaj XCD125 after company claims 109 kmpl, as I bajaj is well known brand I already have two more bajaj vehicles.
                                  But My bike's average never crossed 50kmpl ... 109kmpl is far away. I think company should not mislead the customers by such claims.I am very much dipressed after buying this bike.
                                  Moreover this is spoiling the trust of customers on bajaj.

                                  I have purchased xcd125 motor cycle[protected]. but I am not setisfy its milage (Long drive 60 Km/Lt. and Local 50 Km./Lt.). I serviced of my motorcycle from an autorised service centre M/s Devender bajaj, Link road, saharanpur. But they are not setisfy till date. Please suggest me that what I do now.

                                  i have bought bajaj xcd 125 and its problem is that my bike does not give good average and its brakes are complety poor so my advice to all is that not to buy this poor bike
                                  my bajaj XCD 125 is giving mileage of 25 kmpl only despite the tall claim of 109 kmpl by the company.I am very much depressed by its poor manufacturing quality. I feel i am been cheated.
                                  I m also owner of XCD 125 bike. i also get an milege of 50 kmpl only and performance of that bike is very poor. I have replace clutch base set after 7000 km on chargable basis. I belive that the company is cheating the cusomers.                                     I have given my pulsar 150CC vehical to service and have been having issue from it.vehical tail lamp is not working for 6 months now and every time i get a reply saying that no stock and will call you one the stock is avialbe and i dont get that call at all and my vehical milage is droped drastically, never my problem has been adressed kindly look on to it.

                                    Hi Friends,

                                    These similar things happens to most of the people who went on for their 2 wheeler service in Popular Bajaj Service centre, Bannerghatta Road.

                                    I went so many times for paid service those stupids charged me Rupees 1200 / - and the Bike is in very bad condition.

                                    There is a guy, who is Stupid and F&%¤#"! who dosent know what the service is and I think they have stolen or not filled the water on battery and now its not woking in between i went for check up but they were telling that u have to rplace the battery and converter for battery charging.

                                      I have purchased my pulsar in 2007 in Sree sakthi bajaj, Erode.After closing of my dues they have given back my RC book, in that RC book the inspector sign is missing.They told me "We will get you the sign in 15 days".And they took my book before 5 months and now they are not responding properly.I have endoresed their show room address please take action on my complaint.

                                        Noise and air pollution machines

                                        Some tiem back, the three big auto companies Bajaj, Piaggio and Mahindar has launched their 3 wheeler diesel vehicles. because of the inferior quality designs, these are nothing but pollution monsters on Indian roads. Their noise levels are so high that you can talk or hear nothing while such a vehicle is passing by. Also if you are stuck behind this kind of vehicle in a traffic jam, the smoke and noise can make you dizzy and give headache....
