we have given an application for financing a bike at tripur bajaj bilaspur(C.G.) when we have went to them they have given me rate of bike(bajaj XCD) is 42567 Rs. in which Down payment is 13442 Rs. and estallment for 18 month is 1828 Rs. we have agrred for this and given all the document but they are saying to us i have my job only of 7 month(Reliance Communication) wheather company needs the job at least for 12 month all other investigation has been completed by the tripur bajaj but after two days they are not giving any answer wheather they are ready or not or there is any problem in financial term. they are saying that my case hase been sent to head office Pune but answer yet to be come after answer they can do any thing. Pls do needful and inform me so that i may confirm about the situation.

    I purchase BAJAJ XCD 125 CC from your authorized dealer in Feb 2008 having registration no. HR51AA9773 ( Engine No. JAMBPJ61872 and Chasis No. MD2DSJBZZPWJ68147 ) Uptill now my bike travel around 3700 KM and i utilised 2 free service from same dealer ( SHIV Automobile, Sarai Chowk, Faridabad )

    As bajaj are claiming 109 KM/ litre but from last 700 - 800 km i observe that my bike only give an average of in between 45 - 50 KM/L, After regular maintenance, applying control ride switch, always filling XTRA- Premium from the same petrol pump and whatever the best i can do .

    BAJAJ XCD-125 CC — AVERAGE

    Dear Sir,

    I bought Bajaj xcd-125cc as on 7-Aug.-2008 from fair deal Bajaj PATPERGANJ Delhi. Bike does give average only 45kms from the time of purchase. I Just complaint as before. The workshop attend my complaint and they satisfied me to run bike 7kms in 100gms as the speed of around 40 kms. and they told me i[censored] run fast like around 50 kms your average go down. I does not understand why my bike does not give average 55kms.

    I usedly fill up the petrol of RS.200 means 4.47 litres. but it goes on reserve around 180 kms.I Think it may be engine problem.

    So plz my problem to be sort out as soon as possible and give the reply as possible.

    i dont know why company make fool to customer saying that it has avarage 109kmpl. company is totaly responsible for this...

      I have taken a loan from BAFL, to buy a Bajaj Pulsar on 7th June'05 under the proposal no 12961, for the tanure of 24 months, which was over on 15th june'07.
      After paying all the Installment, At the time of collecting NOC I shocked to know that Rs 3, 748/- is still outstanding.

      This is to inform you, that all this outstanding payment is paid by me (receipts can be provided on demand) to one of your executive Mr.Ajay Sharma ([protected]), was never deposited by him.
      I bring the matter into the notice of your Collection Manager- Chandigarh, Mr. Dubey[protected] who suggest me to speak to Mr. Ajay Sharma, I had a word with Ajay Sharma, who agree on his fault and ready to bring the NOC, but after chaising him for 15 days he refused to pick up my phone calls.


      I regret to say that after all these episodes & a wait of 4 Months, I have left no option to take the matter in your notice. You are requested to kindly look in to the matter & take the appropriate action against the persons who are spoiling the Global image of Bajaj by their fraud.

      Thanking you and expecting a quick action from you for releasing NOC.

        Dear sir,
        I have purchased this bike in Mar06 from RAJARAJAN MOTORS, PONDICHERRY.I have been serivicing my bike in this authorised service centre.On 30th May08, while giving this bike for sevicing I have noticed that the silencer is cracked ie deep crack developed under silencer body.But the service personnels told that we will not replace the silencer, warranty ended on mar08.

        But my point is why they have not noticed this crack in previous service and also its not a DAMAGE, its 100% a failure in the silencer body, why shold i bare the cost of this component.

        I am Mechanical Engg, Graduate working in a MNC located in Pondicherry.I know about the automobiles and the life of the parts.

        PLS TAKE IT up.I need the replacement of the silencer.Otherwise I will go to Consumer court.

          I have taken loan from Bajaj Consumer Finance Nasik for my Lenovo Laptop on loan for tenure of 12 months .
          Till date I have not recieved any statement from the company stating my loan account or any update on the said account .
          For pending one months installment they are harrasing me lot and even talk in abusive language with my wife .
          I want you to take action against this as talking to third person other than client and that to in abusive language is crime.
          Hope you will help.

            Hi,

            I've bought Bajaj Pulsar DTSI 150 CC 2007 November model. Since the day one Fuel Indicator didn't worked properly. I ignored as if it's a small problem.. now exactly after 1 1/2 yrs the Speedo Meter is not at all working.. always its showing the speed as Zero and not even updating the kilometers travelled. Moreover the Speedo Meter was not exposed to rain.. I dont think the digital meters are suggestable in long run..

            Bajaj Pulsar DTSI — irresposible services and no help for customers

            I got my bike accident and make a insurance claim, Unfortunately I lost my service bill and the person at service centre said that there is no system to generate a duplicate bill.

            These are the service centres of Bajaj Auto Ltd where there is no facility of generating the duplicate bill.

            my bike is pulser my pulser is a 2006 last model pulser dtsi iam a electronics technician iam running to 30000km ihave to major complaints ons engine oil low the engine and valvu complait karnk complaint ones time iam service to bajaj autharised service centre sas autos changanassery i have to no change then iam service to lockel iam satisfied
            My bike has taken in the month of Oct'07 and nov'07 the bike first service has completed . the Bike has completed 1900km then the bike has strucked in the village and bike has a prblem of starting. I have check the plug pin but the power is not coming . Same information has given to Service station three days back . They are asking to come to the Service station with bike we will check the problem. But the Bike is not starting . No more transport is available at that place after 4 Kms only any vechicle available. My doubt is the service people can come to check the problem then it can known it can be major or minor.

            So, Please tell the bajaj service people to make user comfort.

            i have pulsar 150 2008 my problem is that digital meter is not working properly when i wash to head lamp near digital meter its working temporary but when its dry automatically dead I hope its some loose connection of sockets. anybody help me out of this issue.

                Dear Sir,

                i bought my bajaj Kristal dtsi from Amba bajaj, Bangalore where u will get worst Customer service. My vehicle had starting problem. both self starter and kick start will not work. i gave for service 5 times since 6 month only because of starting problem. they never corrected. Sometimes they will say battery leak and sometimes air lock. Recently i met with an accident. i gave for service again. they took nearly 2 months to correct it. but it was in the bad stage when i went to collect it. break was not working. handbar was loose. Nobody is responding properly. Can anybody from bajaj can look into this.

                I am having bajaj kristal from Shiva scooter agency on 8 th april 2007- . Since starting it is having starting problem. And at every service we have complained the same to the service centre but it works only for few days and same problem occurs again. We have paid 40 k and the result is not at all satisfactory. Moreover the cylencer got tore within 8 months. I have asked the same to replace they said they will let me know and till date i have not recd any call from them.
                Kindly get the problem rectified and replace the cylencer as soon as possible.
                We have full faith on bajaj as it is the oldest and faithful co in india and same impression i want carry on .

                I have the same starting problem with Bajaj Kristal.I purchased it one year back from Agrawal Motors Shaktinagar.But from begining it give problem during starting.Many time it fails to start either with switch or with kick.The dealer told different things every time.Sometime problem in fuel pump, sometime air lock, battery problem, petrol purity etc etc.Finally he accecepted that there is a problem in engine design and stop selling the Kristal.He told that company also accept the complain and is trying to overcome it in next models.But what will happen for those who already suffering from the poor engine design.

                i am a victim of bajaj finance herrasement, i trust the company becouse i thought its an well known copany they will have an atlest minimum standard of dealing, but it was a wrong idea to deal with.

                i purchase a bajaj cristal FROM KERALA, KASARAGOD DT, TRIKARIPUR with down payment of 24, 000, it was a cheating, first of all they told me 18, 000 down payment and balance will be direct finance by bajaj finance ltd they give me the dam unwanded by any one item to me, i give as A gift to some one. afther few days the company dealer called me saying loan was not up to given amount i must pay 6, 000 more, ok i pay that amount also(base amount for that toys was 34, 000) i stuck in this deal,

                i plan to come out of this trouble afther three month of hard work i found some (rajeev) from the company saying you can take a DD to close the account, i was given the DD same amount what he said, i requested for a chart and return my cheque, but they play by me saying -kannor, kasaragod, trikaripur, STILL MY ACCOUNT IS PAYING FOR THE SAME AMOUNT, I DONT KNOW WHAT I SHOULD DO, any body is there to advise me?????????????????

                I have purchased a Kristal bajaj for my daughter on 17/05/2007From M/S Surjeet auto Agency Harda (M P) Vehicle is very good, but silencer of the vehicale is not good, silencer is giving trouble after one Year. I have made verbal complaint about the matter to the dealer at the time of sevising of the vehicale but, I have not received proper reseponse.Pl look into the matter and arrange to compansate.

                Dear Sir,

                I am really depressed and angry and very frustrated about dealer named amba, at BTM bus stop .

                The incidence happens when I went for servicing of my pulser(2006 KA 51 743 ) bike The day I went was 13/03/10 Saturday, I was told the problem and lump sum amount also nearly 1200 including vat, rest of problem/amount for the bike has to be told later on inspection and that was told Saturday itself nearly 900 rs,

                Now when I reached there at Sunday I was told the batteries are gone so they have to replaced so I asked price they said some of 1647 rs(not sure of as of now but I have receipt of price list ) including VAT and this is on MRP, then I said ok, but when I checked receipt list, I was shocked the price of batteries was 1400 some thing(not having exact price now) and also they added engine oil (225rs)+ one more oil 100 rs bill which I have not taken.

                And bill goes to 4800, while I have told it would be some 3k nearly, any way I asked them to remove batteries so that I can purchase from out side so that I can save 2 time VAT(they are taking batteries from out side and putting on VAT and said to me this is there profit ) amount they refused to do that and the manager(AMBA) said to me the extra VAT is there profit and if have problem go to government or consumer court and threatened me not to talk much there and said do whatever you can do, I felt so embarrassed by his behavior that I cant tell you, and surprisely they also admit for adding oil price extra when I said then they remove from list and not VAT on oil price, when I said to remove then they removed some of 40 rs for VAT of removed oil prices, which I was not taken .

                and I found some there are cheating is going to the customers on

                1: price list

                2: spheres parts price

                3 :third party parts prices also

                4: maddest behavior I have ever seen in bajaj

                pls look into the matter because it cost customer a heavy price

                Another worst service centers of BAJAJ, with exhorbitant charages.. and since evrything is internal parts.. there is no way you can very them..

                The estimate at the time of giving the bike was 1500. When I went to take the bike.. the amount just doubles... coz they have replaced additional parts which was never requred while taking the bike.

                Another thing, in a bill ok 3k, the total labour charges itself is around 1500. so for replacing a part of cost 200 they charge almost 200 rs.

                I still have to drive the bike and verify it... but overall charges are exhorbitant.
                this vehicle is completly flop, same problem with me also, i told to many people never take any bajaj two wheelar, want to give them gaaliyas but we r good citizen, so we can not abused them

                I agree with you, bcoz their service is too worst comparing to another brands,

                I have a discover 150CC bike and i have the starting problem in that since day 1, but they are not able to rectify that and instead of that they are convincing me that there is no problem in the bike.

                So, i never suggest anyone to purchase BAJAJ anymore.

                I want to file complaint against bajaj company. Because after 2 years only thay stopped bajaj kristal making and spare part availability is also worse in PUNE. i had kept the vehicle dump for 1 and half month just because of accelarator wire was not available in market.
                I thought Bajaj made injustice and cheated us who made faith on them bying this KRISTAL bike. Rahul/Rajeev Bajaj who decided to stop this production is fool person. I thought the performance of KRISTAL is more better than ACTIVA and pleasure. I want to made a complaint for this if anyone have idea than please mail me on [protected]@gmail.com

                  Engine problem and High reparing cost

                  We have Avenger with my brother. We had purchased this bike last year . Due to lack of time we are using this bike very occassionaly. Two weeks back When we took it out for the ride, its piston got blocked suddenly. I had took it to the nearest showroom at Dombivli (E) to repair it but to my worst fate when it happened to see the quotation given by the showroom manager, it's around Rs. 8500 /- just for replacing the...

                  Hi, To whoever it may concern. I bought mu Pulsar on 24th Jan 2007 and have completed 10300 KM till date. I have no complaints with the Bike as such but I had a very diappointting and sour service from one of the service centre. This is the Sarvodaya Bajaj Service Centre on Mira-Bhyandar road opp silver park, Thane, Maharashtra. My bike's fule gauge was not reading correctly and hence i went in for a check up. They said the fuel gauge (Tank Unit) needs to be changed, and they said they do not have it in stock and will call me once they get it, it should 3-4 days to get the fresh stock. This was way back in October 2007 and after repeated reminders and several visits to the centre they were not able to get the tank unit till date. Fedup of the responce and wait i went in to another service centre - United Automobiles, near Toll Plasa, Dahisar (E), Western Express highway and asked for the tank unit if they have it. Even they did not had it in stock and said will get it for me. They call me after two days saying my fuel gauge has arrived. Today I took my bike to this service station at Dahisar and they got the fuel gauge changed, at the same time the fellow took and extra effort to check what is the problem and discovered that the tank unit was fine and there is sone problem in the Digital display unit. He showed me both (new and old) tank units and the readings were the same. At full tank the reading is showing about 30%. He suggested that i speak with Sarvodaya Bajaj a they did not check the problem in the first place and have given incorrect resolution. In the mean while waiting for the Tank Unit i have passed my one year mark and the bike is out of warrant. The service station at Mira-Bhayandar road is closed not for renovation. This was their fault that they have not checked for the problem and unnecessarly made me wait for a Tank Unit which was not required and pass my Gaurentee period. Iam feeling beeing cheated, as any Gaurantee stuff i have to go to Sarvodaya Bajaj and they donot even know to check the problem correctly. I would like to Add Bajaj Have created one of the finest Engine a two weeler can have but services like the mentioned above is spoling that reputition. I would also like to Add that the service station -United Automobiles at Dahisar, maharastra (full address mentioned above) has give me the best service till date, the people there are friendly and they go the extra mile to satisfy a customer. Please look into the above matter for Sarvodaya Bajaj service station and provide a resolution.

                  Sir this is my fifth complaint regarding my bike(pulsar 150cc, dtsi).I bought my bike by september 2007 and i rode upto 30, 000kms.Iam facing seroius trouble in my timing chain noise, improper gear sink, insufficient braking and rough engine sound. My native is vellore, vellore district, Tamilnadu.You just check out your authourised centers about my expenditure, I spent more than 10, 000 rupees but the result is same.My bike no.TN-23 -6045.Sir whats happening...why don't you worry about your customer, is this my fate to deserve . please answer to my complaint.

                  hi my name is senthil kumar.b and i took my pulsar 150cc bike in madurai susee motors and i had completed about 8000kms and frm starting i had some electricla compliants in my bike and i gave to service my bike but one after another four services had finished and the last service i have pledged to them about the shaking and wobbling of my front and back wheel they ask to change the hand bar ballress mechanism they again charged me of rs250 and till i having some wobbling problem and i spent a large amount of money and iam not satisfied with my byke and iam going to lodge a compliant to a consumer court in order to replace my byke or my compliants and all of my free service are over, then my electric sockets in my byke are just been scattered and find me a quick result of my satisfaction ...regards ..senthil kumar.b

                  Hi, This is Jaggit a consumer of Bajaj Platina. I have bought it 1.5 month before. My first serving date is 23 Aug at Fairdeal Bajaj at 256, Patparganj, Delhi. I have submitted my bike with around 4 litre of petrol. After servicing, when I got my bike it became in reserve state after 2-3 km. Actually they Fairdeal Bajaj people have extracted the oils from the bike. I don't know how this type of action can be prevented, but this type o[censored]nprofessional behavior shoul be warned.

                  The Patni service in Nagpur is pathetic. I have two services and discovered so many parts are malfunctioning My Tappet setting is all wrong, Clutch plate doesnt work, Cyclinder had gone bad,

                  I have replaced total of 6 parts in two services and still the bike is not working properly.

                  I had got this bike in Hyderabad for 2 years the service was great and now due to cheating mechanics, whom I suspect to replace bike parts, have made my bike go from wow to .

                  hi its javeed hear, in the starting my bike pulsar150cc was giving 60km/1lit, now after 4th service cadi puri baigan ma milgay show roow wala gadi ka jet marliya(he changed the jet of the carbator) so dont give for 4th free service (show room wala gadi ka parts marlara)
                  my bike (p150)the top speed is just giving me 95-100kmhr and wht is his top speed on highway..
                  Trust me Bajaj Service Sucks. I have a 2003 October model byke and I have been servicing it only in Bajaj servise centers and the average bill amount would be[protected]Rs. I really do not know what the hell they do. I am servising my car for the same price. After all the services the problems will remain for ever. They will try to fix one problem and end up creating anothet. I have already payed more than 4 times for changing the clutch plates. Is that so delicated part? Once after servising it from the Kormangala station the engine started making a screatchy noice and when reported about it, they said that its normal. When I have reported it again in my next service, thet said I have to change the engine parts, piston, …..and it will cost 2500. Thet will never speak less than 2500.

                  Thereafter the service they will make some to call and ask for the service feedback after listening all the complaints they will laugh at and hungs up the call.

                  I have an platina 100. I bought it last year. I have an AMC with the SURYODAYA BAJAJ service station situated at Mira-Bhayander. Every time I go there they give me a list of maintenance jobs required to be done. Last time he (Mr. Vijay) gave me an estimate of Rs. 1500 for the maintenance work required to be done. I found it pretty strange because everytime I take my bike I do Engine flushing, Chain greasing, Oil regularly changed, other jobs as told to me. Last time I found it to be fishy and I declined. Yesterday (i.e. 11th June 2009) I took my bike for the service and I was shocked when Mr. Amit told me that My bike had problems and again estimated around Rs. 1500!! I declined and told them to do the AMC service only. The Result: MY BIKE WAS TO BE GIVEN TO ME AT 6:30 PM ON 11/06/2009, WHEN I CALLED THE SERVICE STATION AT AROUND 6:45 PM. I WAS TOLD THAT MY BIKE WAS READY BUT THEY DID NOT GET THE TIME TO CALL ME BECAUSE THEY WERE BUSY IN THE 'FREE CAMP'. I asked the receptionist "Me ata yeu ka bike ghyayla?" She bluntly replied "Office band jhala ahe, tumhi udya ya." I requested her again and the curt reply was "Me kahihi karu shakat nahi" and disconnected the phone.

                  The best part of the story is: whenever they tell me that there are serious problems in my bike, I take my bike to the other service station and they tell me there is nothing wrong in my bike!

                  I wish if I could take them to court.
                  Sir this is my complaint regarding my bike(pulsar 150cc, dtsi).I bought my bike by jan 2009 and i rode upto 7000 km.Iam facing big trouble in engine My native rayya district, amritsar.frm punjab my bike number is pb 17a 7539 sir bike not start correctly service centre not treat well my number is [protected] call me
                  My complaint is regarding the recent service at the "authorised" Bajaj service centre at Udupi - Kamath motors. My bike had a problem of misfiring in my discover DTsi when I gave for a service. After the service the misfiring disappeared but I started to have the timing chain noise.

                  On delivery after the service I did a checking and found this new sound in the engine and on asking it seems they were not able to hear it. Had to convince them by asking them to start another Discover bike. Even though they were convinced by that, they were just not ready to correct it. Had a talk over phone with somebody whom they called is the head of the service station and found him talking about something they try to achieve known as the "customer satisfaction".

                  This is my second experience of receiving the bike with a new problem after service at the same service station.

                  My bike has clocked 23000 and I have been regular in servicing my bike. I was satisfied with Bajaj service in Cochin, where I was before, until this happened to me.
                  Sir this is my complaint regarding my bike(pulsar 150cc, dtsi).I bought my bike on 1/1/2011 from kalyani bajaj at mekhri circle sadashiva nagar in bangalore and i had my both 1st and 2nd serves there.before giving to 1st serves i am geting the mileage up to 50, but it droped to 45 after 1st serves and agian it droped to 35 after 2nd serves if i went there and ask to solve my problem the will not respond me propley so please help me.
                  I am one of the victim of Bajaj auto, as i have purchased Bajaj Discover 150cc bike in the month of February 2011 from SURYODAYA BAJAJ, S.V. ROAD NEAR CINEMAX THEATRE, GOREGAON, MUMBAI and let me tell you that THE DAY i picked up the bike my nightmares started as there are series of problems i am facing one after another and still the problems are same, first problem solved, second start, second problem solved third start, fourth start and when third or fourth problem solved again first or second problem start, its like i have been given the bike in the charity or in donation. I have been into transaction with your service center located at RAM MANDIR ROAD, GOREGAON WEST, The most probable problems which i am facing are,


                  1. Giving jerks in the middle of running...no. of visit for this - 4-5

                  Initially this problem had irritated me a lot, bike jerks in the middle of the running and it cannot be predicted that when will it jerk, its the same kind of the jerks you get normally while your main petrol is over and need to switch to reserve petrol, i filled sufficient petrol and checked but again the problem was there, i contacted and drove the bike to the service center, they solved the problem but again it started then again i went to service center then they changed some parts but still i feel the same problem sometime

                  2. Engine is terribly inconsistent...no. of visit - 4-5

                  This is the most irritating problem i am facing, Even i am unable to understand the nature of engine, it is sometime so slow that bike goes off again and again irrespective running or standing and sometime so fast that it raises like hell, just because of this problem i am saved many times from dodging by other vehicle from backside.


                  3. Mileage between 40 to 45 only

                  I am checking mileage again and again but never exceeded beyond 45 irrespective of the clear highway road and even consistent on any speed, while i do believe that company claims of around 55kmpl.

                  4. Colour plucking out

                  Now the paint of the fuel tank is also got deemed and started plucking out from front side, i also informed and shown this to the service center, those people even took the photo of it and asked me to wait for two days till revert back but it has been almost 20days and i did not get any revert

                  5. Starting problem...no of visit - many-time...even i don't know...almost every weekend for three months

                  This problem gave hurt me a lot, this is like i am trying to start a second hand bike which is around 10years old irrespective of morning afternoon evening, it is like Once you have to press the self-start the bike will start raise a bit and then quiet, but after slow down if the engine is still on then the further driving will be smooth but if the engine goes off and if i had to again press self start then my driving will become hell, bike will goes off again and again, the engine will be too slow, the bike will give jerks at anytime in running and etc etc.

                  6. Auto Pilot... no. of visit 2-3

                  In this case while driving the bike suddenly engine raises and even after leaving the accelerator bike keeps running...i have just saved from an accident because of this.


                  Dear Higher Authority, i am really upset by the machine that i have and feel like i have been delivered an out dated stock, i was in an urgent need of the bike therefore in a hospitalized condition having bandages all over the face i went to showroom to book the bike, and i am like a fool giving my bike to service center every weekend for around two months, believe me that every weekend you would find me in your service center taking the same old problems, and all above complaints can be verified by your engineers in above said service center. I think that they should be awarded a Doctorate degree of my bike, they might have tried their best but MY SUFFERINGS ARE STILL THERE. If i would have lacs of money in my pocket i would have really sell this bike to scrape as the second hand used bike is in much better condition than my " so called" new bike.

                  Being a genuine customer of your product I think i deserve the proper solutions of all my problems, I am really repenting by purchasing the bajaj product even after my friends and known were warning me to avoid Bajaj Bikes and if the problems are not solved then i have to either sell it to someone else or dump it somewhere but i cannot continue any more with this bike otherwise anytime i can meet an accident that may cost me more than the cost of bike.
                  Hi My name is Sayed Iqbal Ahmed, I had took my bike bajaj discover 125cc. Reg. no. Mh 04 cy1869, to bajaj service center in mira road (SURYODDAY MOTOR PVT LTD) I have problem in my bike that after running 20-25 km engine get warm very badly and bike stop running, for this problem I have gone above mentioned service center, first of all they told me that they can't repair it after that when i told them to give me in writing that u can't repair it. they started misbehaving and harassing me. they charge me 2300 rupees invoice no 04022315 and kept my bike for a day, after that they told me that the problem has been solved but it wasn't solved next day same problem engine get warm and bike stop. when i complaint it to service center about the bike they told that they can't repair it and to go else where to repair i saw there were many people who were harassed by them. If my complaint is not solved i wil lodge a complaint to consumer court in order to replace my bike or to solve my complaint and also find me quick result of my satisfaction regards Sayed Iqbal Ahmed

                    i bought bajaj xcd 125 in end of dec.in first month i got avrg about 90km/l.after first service i got avrg below 60km/l from service centre amin auto agency, anand.in a one day i have to pay more then two times for fuel.why company making fool to customer that this bike has an avrge of 109km/l.and i also want to know that how i can know that bike is in reserve or in auto chowk.one more thing when i went to check avrg of my bike from service centre that time they didnt have petrol for checking avrg.what a service centre and customer service company given to customer.

                    i m also riding my bike from 2 and half year, i didnt get any problem in this.
                    Even i didnt get the average below 65 kmpl...i m running my bike at constatnt speed of 45-50 km/hr.
                    I m shifting gear very nicely and not accelerating too much, not using brake to much and not using clutch frequently.
                    Now a days i hav to go on highway, i m getting the average of 80-85 kmpl.
                    For that u also hav to maintain ur vehicle very nicely, i m servicing my bike every 2 month and every 4 month i m changing the engine oil and also tuning the carburettor.
                    being human with vehicle, u will also get gud performance, for that u hav to love ur vehicle...ha haha
                    i purchace xcd 125 in 2009, after first service it gives avarage of 40-45 kmpl, i asked to delar also he told that all xcd 125 bikes gives real milege around 50 kmpl, i purchaced it for go to school which is 34 km from home, now i am going collage by bus, I don't know why company makes foolish to customer, it's very incredible.

                      I have bougth bajaj xcd on[protected] from popular wheeler from ahmedabad (s.g.highway) my front right side light gone in just three days I have said them your bike is faulty with electrical wirring but I was totaly ignored I had paid to 32 rs. for new one .It was hapens aftr every three or four day then that bludy engineer has chek my bike and repair the electricaly faulty bike from manufacturing I had paid 96rs side ligth + transportation for it but they have no mean it I am totaly unsatisfy with them.

                      I have baught bajaj xcd from bajaj populer wheler ahmedabad s.g. high way on[protected]. You all know according to bajaj auto ltd. xcd is giviging 109* avrage .I was told from populer it will give you minimum 80+ avrage. BUT my bike bike giving me still just 50+-2 avrage.                       I puchased the bike on 9th Dec. 2007. Yes the same situation I also faced. I told them that any wire is damaged. But they ignored me.
                      In my case my meter system was damaged. Being in warranty period I didn't got the replaced or repaired meter. Till now I am wating for the replacement of my meter after approx 2years and I was sure that they will not give the replacement. Finally I buyed a new meter. Its real cost was about Rs1200 but they charged me Rs2000 for that meter. After one month that new meter was also damaged. All the worker and manager of "Laxmi Automobile, Dehri on Sone, Rohats, Bihar" are mother . There behavior is worst.
                      I don't know why the Bajaj Auto Company I giving authorization to such service centers where there is no any skilled person.
                      I hereby request Bajaj Auto Company to inspect such service centers specially "Laxmi Automobile, Dehri on Sone, Rohats, Bihar"

                        I have purchased bajaj pulsar bike from Manan Bajaj Dealer of Bajaj Auto at Ahmedabad Paldi area of the city.
                        The purchase date is 24/04/2007, and still today at 29/04/2008 I haven't received R.T.O. Registration Book from dealer.After complaining three times in last one year through direct walk in and phone they are giving me the time of still fifteen days to check where is the book.No body knows that wher is the book and they are giveigeach others name.The person from whome I have purchased my bike has resigned last month and now nobody is ansiring properly.

                        Pl help me in this metter because my bikes Insurance is going to finish on this 01/05/2008.and Insurance company is asking for the R.T.O. Book is renuing it in new Company so that they can check on which date my Bike has been registered in R.T.O.

                        I have purchased pulsar 200 DTSI from Bajaj Probiking Pune on 20/2/08, bike was delivered from Bajaj Probiking-Delivery and service Service SHIRODE AUTO PUNE, Anusagar Commercial complex, Opp. Ashish garden, 1ooFt. D.PO. Road, Kothrud, Pune 411038, kothrud, Pune 411038. I am facing issues with the battery starter of the bike and this particular service station is not doing anything about the same, its has been submitted to them 4times now and they just charge the battery and give back after a few days the same issue happens and this particular bike cannot be started without the self starter as it does not have a Kick Start option in it, they have not provided any service for the bike which is under warranty and have left me without the vehicle for multiple number of days when this bike is an important factor of my livelyhood, extremely frustrated with their service I have refused to submit the bike for another 5days as they are just giving different excuses and has refused to put a temporary battery till the time the issue is fixed, i am really frustrated with the service from this authorised Bajaj Delar in Pune itself and want to put a case against them through consumer court.

                        I would be greatful if you check and get this issue resolved as soon as possible otherwise I have to proceed as per court of consumer law helding Bajaj Auto responsible for the same.

                        Myself is vipan Shoor and i bought Pulsar 200 from Jammu Baja on 31st Oct 08(Sr.no 777461 Engine No 44155.This bike is on my brother's name Mr. Vinod Kumar Shoor). After 250 Kms i noticed that from front fork oil is coming out then i went to your service station Ahmedabad . There i meet with Mr. Ajay(Service Engineer)told me that jumper pipes and oils seals are damaged.Mr.. Ajay has placed the Order for the said Parts but till now I haven not received any confirmation. whenever I call I get the reply that order has been released.Since then it is pending.

                        Secondly today morning I have given my bike for First Free service. But I really shocked when the Supervisor Mr.. Ronak told gave me Estimate cost of Rs.1000. I just want to know that what does the Free service means. Apart from Oil if anything found damage not working properly then it comes under warranty and it must be replaced on company's cost.But they are asking me to pay for it.I just want to know if any parts gets damaged with meeting with any mishaps then who should bear the cost if it is under warranty. This is not the first bike i have bought. First three Free services covers everything. Pls help me.

                        his is in reference to my interview held on 22 June 2013. The venue was Hotel Taj, Mumbai. The management called me for final Face to Face interview. In this round all management including MD, CEO, Director and HR manager Ms. Chetna Sharma and Mr. Ramesh selected me and eventually negotiated the salary. Initially Chetna said that she will reimburse the travel expenses.

                        Since i booked Air Ticket from Delhi to Mumbai and back from Mumbai to Delhi on the same day. Around Rs. 20000 expenses incurred on same day.
                        When i emailed the air tickets and invoices for reimbursement, she told me that we reimburse the amount with first salary after joining.

                        They were hiring for Kenya location.

                        Neither i received offer letter nor Rs. 20000.

                        Please help me getting my amount back. This company is fraud.
                        Please dont go with this company in future.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I had purchased PULSAR UG-3 model from Ambe Bajaj Khanpur Delhi. The number of Byke is DL-3X As 3484.
                          I am facing lots of problem at that service centre.
                          Last Sunday I got my Byke serviced and the service technician changed Disc pads of Disc brakes.After some time my byke front wheel got jammed while i was driving and i got narrow escape from getting collided with a bus.I do not know who may be the responsible person if I had died in that instant.
                          When I went to Ambe Bajaj no body was ready to listen anything and they were asked me to come after two-three days but i requested them that i may met accident if i drive with same problem then work manager Mr. Joshi told that it is not my problem and when i speak to the owner Mr. Babbar they temporarily did it working.Due to jamming of the wheel the Disc plate got badly affected and the technicians told me that we cant do anything to it.

                          So, Kindly provide me some proper solution on priority as i am mently very upset due to this and my working is also getting affected as my byke is still not working properly.This all went wrong due to the negligence in servicing as all are in hurry while servicing the bykes.
                          Kindly reply me on this context as I have a perception in mind that a huge company like Bajaj knows how customer satisfaction matters for any company.

                          I have Bajaj Pulsar 180 DTSi.
                          I have faced alot problems also with bike servicing mechanics and Bajaj's dealer workshop.
                          In the first service, there was no complaint from my side. It was perfectly ok. but after service in Shiva Bajaj, Ghaziabad (the same agency I bought the bike) I found that disc brake is not working at all. The handle is not in centre and no polishing was done. It was looking like a . I complaint to the supervisor there. I dont know for what he was supervisor there. He was not been able to speak properly in manner to me. Did not say any sorry and asked me to come next day. I went there next day then the problem they found that there is oil in disc pads thats why the brakes were not effective. Regarding the handle problem they told me to replace it with new one. I asked to replace the reply was that is chargable to you and we have no wear n tear guarranty. I said it was fine when I brought this bike for servicing here. But nothing was achieved. I managed with the handle. The problem started with 1st service and till the 7 paid service what I have found that this is the way they work. There is no concern about service quality. I have closely observed what they do in servicing of a bike. They start with wash and after that do greecing and oiling in chain and brakes. They tighten the rear brake.Change the mobile oil.Polish it and give back it to you. I remember one more incident, I complaint about the noise in rear brakes, the supervisor told me that you need to replace brake shoe. I got it changed from them only but brakes were in same condition, neither they were effective nor the noise disappeared and I got charged for that too. There are several incidents when I complaint about something I found the problem as it was. And I was being charged everytime.
                          Nobody listen to you noboday take your complaint seriously in Bajaj's Service centres.
                          They are sick. Everytime they are in hurry and do not give proper attention to the service and I claim this because I have observed. and the attitude they have is "Sab chalta hai".

                          From past 2 months there is some problem in my Bike regarding the Engine.
                          I am continously following Suman Auto, Noida for the repairing of my Bike.
                          But, I am not getting any positive response from them.
                          Also, from last 1 week my bike is there in their workshop and they people are continously saying that the part is not

                          available.
                          Now it becomes a major problem for me to commute without Bike.
                          Please look into this issue, I would be really thankful.

                          I am residing in Bangalore and I have a Pulsar150 DTSI. Thre main problem in my bike is with the Disk break. First time I Replaced the pads after 26000 KM. The second pads have been Replaced after 8000 Kms. I enquired regarding this at VST AUOT Agency, Cotton pet Bangalore. I got a reply that they cant give assurance for this. there was a noise when the disc breaks were applied. and the second time when the pads were replaced I am facing the same problem and noise but the service Engineer will say that the noise will come because of the cold climate. But accoring to me the disc will get heated up after appplying the break for couple of times.So the climate doesn't matter for the disc sound when break is applied.

                          BAJAJ PULSAR 150CC — Servicing is bad in authorised Service centres

                          I purchased my vehicle in last 29 Jan 2008. I've completed 6800 Kms. Last week i went to Bajaj Authorised Service centre (Pupular Bajaj, Koramangale, Bangalore) to service.This is my sixth and second paid service. I got Fourcomplaints. Rear Break is not working properly, Vehicle automatically turns off, rear wheel's air automatically go off within a hour or two, self start is not working. But after servicing they had changed my break drum, water washed my vechicle, oil changed, etc. Still I've problem. Still Vehicle automatically turns off, rear wheel with same problem.
                          This website CONSUMERCOMPLAINTS.IN sucks. Please dont wate your time in posting complaints. Juz for buisness they using it... No action nothing taken... IT CAN BE SCOLDED IN XYZ WORDS
                          Iam using pulsar 150cc dtsi with alloy and digital meter. first one year not come any problem from my bike. after one year my bike have biggest problem that's mean iam while driving on the bike the front and back wheel is very shecking and i spent fitteen thousand rupees between two months for this problem. But not clear that problem then what can i do? if any idea for clearing my problem send it comment to me.
                          i have pulsar 150cc. i bought that bike 1 year back, till now i gave for around 7-8 times in bajaj showroom for servicing. those buggers didn't at all give good response. i said that i will wait and see what you people are doing to my bike, they said in front of the customer they don't service the bike.

                          when i ride my bike, it gives very bad engine sound, and i said them to check the mileage, and some annoying sound is coming in chain box. i said them for 4-5 times regarding the same complaint, but they said that they are getting any sounds when they drive.

                          I own a Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTSi 2006 model purchased from M/S. AUTO CENTRE Kolkata. The Service provided by the company/dealers of Bajaj vehicles in Kolkata is deplorable, most of the service facilities are franchisee outlets with inexperienced and untrained technicians/mechanics, who are unable to meet the basic service standards that such a modern vehicle demands. Most of the servicing dealers want to fleece you by making you replace parts that do not require immediate replacement and when replaced the quality of spares provided by them are questionable ! WAKE UP BAJAJ DO SOMETHING TO IMPROVE YOUR AFTER SALES SERVICE !!!

                          Bajaj/Pulsar motorcycle — Wromg servicing of my motorcycle.

                          Dear Sir,

                          Myself Sugat Kumar Gohe, working as a Telecom Engineeer, in India's no. 1 telecom giant BSNL.
                          Last week, I went to a Bajaj Auto Service center named Sethi Automobiles, Near Pakiza, A.B. Road, for servicing of my motorcycle, Bajaj Pulsar. I met with a small accident, the day itself, and got the front wheel slightly bent. Due to this I felt little problem in driving. When I went to Sethi Automobiles and told them about this and some more small works in the bike, they gave me a heavy estimate of aroung Rs. 3000/-. On hearing which I dropped some non-urgent works in the bike and went for urgent and important tasks. But to my surprise, they said that as your front wheel is bent, we will have to change the handle also, which had no link with the damaged wheel. This change of handle cost me 300 Rs. more.
                          But even after paying Rs. 1300/- for the servicing, I got cheated by them due to following reasons:
                          1. The milometer cord was little loose, so I told them to tighten the milometer cord, but after servicing, my milometer has stopped working completely.
                          2. My petrol tank was also little loose, I told them to tighten it, but now it produces such a irritating sound while driving, that I could not concentrate on my driving due to that sound.
                          3. They changed the handle, but the front wheel is still bent.
                          When asking about these things, their servicemen says that these things will get resolved automatically.

                          Now I dont enjoy driving, which i previously used to and feel like my bike still needs servicing.

                          I request you to cancel such a fraud person's servicing license and reimbursemenr whole my money.

                          This is my 3rd free Servicing for my vehicle.

                          When i purchased the bike in that i got 5 free service coupons but Khivrajmotors charged me for labor

                          In the bill it has clearly written the labor charge.

                          When i asked them they said free servicing is for only two coupons

                          I Just want to know how much true it is ?

                          I told them what i am facing the problem with my bike but still they didnt fixed

                          Currently riding my Bajaj Pulsar 150 cc but am afraid of doing that hereafter as it would cut short my life. The reason being WORST service and poor response in all the service centers in and around Chennai.
                          The problem currently am facing is with the disc brakes. I dont feel like applying disc brakes as the wheel gets jammed as soon as i apply. Should the air lock be the reason for this?? I asked this in the service centre and they coolly responded saying that nothing can be done from our side. Is this the way they should behave? But this post is not to complaint about a person/ur staff.Rather i would appreciate urself if i get my vehicle repaired as a result of this complaint log.

                          I had purchased your make model Pulsar 150 on January 31, 2007 from Rolta Motors, Kolkata under Reg. No. WB01Z 8836.
                          Since then my motorcycle is regularly under your servicing with M/s Rolta regularly without any fail.
                          I had made all the replacement of spares when and whatever is required to be change in this duration as suggested by your service engineers.

                          Few months back, I was suggested to replace the clutch plate for replacement for smooth functioning of my motorcycle. But now I am finding very much trouble while riding the bike as it stops automatically even the clutch is pressed.
                          I cannot understand the problem, which I had reported several times at your workshop.

                          For your information from the last six months, I am finding that your Rolta workshop had not done the servicing properly. I think your Rolta workshop just wash and handover my motorcycle back. You can also verify my statement as per your record at Rolta service station.

                          We request your people to survey with other customers, which now I find it true.

                          I had continued servicing my motorcycle regularly for 2.5 years. In the conclusion I am totally at a loss by paying your service people so much amount of money. Now I think that it must be better to get all the servicing done by my local service station, which was more convenient and trust worthy.

                          So in future I am not going to send my motorcycle to M/s Rolta or any Bajaj service station for servicing any more. Your M/s Rolta had dampened my motorcycle. I had proudly owned Bajaj Pulsar and now I found a very bad result after regular servicing with authorized Rolta service station. I accept that your make model is good enough but you should work for after sales service, otherwise you will have to face the reverse impact very soon.

                          Hope you will take up this matter and rectify yourselves, as my loss cannot be recover.

                          Wel My name is kumaran from chennai i had purchase Pulsar 180CC Dtsi modle at the month of March'09 from Khivaraj motor anna salai at the time of purchase iam facing gear shifting a huge irretating noise in the engine and also woobling problem i had already given the vechicle three time for warranty service at first they had informed me that they have changed some parts based on warranty and assured me that the woobling problem and gear shifting problem will be arrested but within two day of delivery taken the same problems continous.And then i continously taken two times to the service station eventhey are not willing to here my problems. due this types of problems iam unable to drive my vechicle for a long trip since i was narrowally escaped from accident two times.

                          i took a new pulsar 150 cc in chennai...almost 10 months back, its registered in tamilnadu. now i have got a transfer to bangalore so i have to do pay roadtax, noc etc...

                          while processing my documents in bangalore RTO we noticed that my name spelling is wrongly mentioned as "Maseer a kubsad" the correct spelling is "Naseer a kubsad" and also chassis no is wrolgly mentioned in my RC book. my bike registration is all done my Manekam motors in chennai( Bajaj dealer) its all the mistake done by him... now i dont know what to do. i am in bangalore with my bike.

                          The service problem for bajaj vechiles is a common issue, i tried almost all the service bajaj authorised stations for my pulsar 150 DTSi, everytime when i go to pick my bike from the service station my BP suites up on hearing the reasons they say for their mistakes, a month back i changes my brake shoes when i did a test drive, the brake was worse that with the old shoes, i complained them they said after 5 KM of drive it will be fine, i tried the whole day (almost 25 Kms) it wasnt fine, next day i went to them for the same issue again they changed a new brake shoe saying some stupid reasons, even after that the problem was not solved the chief mechanis said the brake shoes will work proberly 1ly after 60 KMs of drive ( a funny & stupid answer). this is the 1st time in my career ( i am driving for past 14 years & almost 3-4 brands of vechiles) i am hearing that even after changing the brake shoes we have to drive 60 KMs to get it work
                          I have Bajaj Avenger bike. For proper maintenance of the bike i have opted for AMC from Rukmani Bajaj, Indore. After second servicing, i found that the front disc breaks are not working. Before the servicing it was working perfectly. When i saw the break fluid level it shows empty. How this is possible !!! Since it was a regular servicing and dose't require any change of part or repair, and it was under AMC. This is how they do. I don't know whether Bajaj has any control or not?? Every time i go service center a new problem i find in the bike.

                          Hi I am vinod sharma, my loan no. is - L2WKOT00245351 and my cheque is dishonoured in the month of july 2010, there is a panalty of rs. 50 in my bank a/c & i have asked for rs. 500 as a panalty & cheque bounce charges from ur recovery agent. In the month of july cheque reprsention date is 7th july and closing balance on 3rd of july was rs. 4331 and openig balance on 7th july was same. Installment amount is- Rs. 1983/- if there was sufficient fund in my bank a/c then why cheque is returned, what was the reason & why should i bear these panalties & charges. And why i have been made defaulter by you.

It was perfectly ok. but after 2nd service in VST Bajaj, GOODSHED ROAD, COTTONPET BANGALORE (the same agency I bought the bike) aftr tat i got msg sayin tat ur bike is ready... it was almost 5.45pm in evenin i couldn check out whether he has done properly or not...in the 2nd service he has taken my new saree guard and replaced some old saree guard tat too it was not proper...nextday mornin i went there he said we didn do it... bloody those guys had taken and blamin on me only...then SERVICE ADVISOR CHETAN AND TECHNICIAN SETTU if i ask them they said we didn do it ... i was talkin with them i was seriously pissed off coz tiz ppl...then myself and my dad .. waited for sometime then SENIOR SUPERVISIOR MR. ABHIJIT CAME then i tld him clearly tat this is the mistake ... he told some stories...then my dad and myself told him clearly tat this is the mistake with u guys ... i told him while givin the vehicle to service ...u ppl written in job sheet take out and check it out... which all parts is gone and where al dent or sctraches is there its wriiten on jobsheet...finally SENIOR SUPERVISIOR MR. ABHIJIT agreed wit us and HE REPLACED THE NEW ONE... THANKS TO HIM ...PLEASE DONT REPEAT THIS IN FUTURE ... if this type service they wil do ... wats the use...

                          Bajaj Pulsar — mileage

                          I Purchased Bajaj pulsar 150 dts-i 2 months back and i am facing problem in mileage as per company it is 60 to 65 in highways and in city traffic it will give 45-50 but when i checked it is giving only 25 kmpl in city traffic and in highways 32 kmpl.
                          really u r unluck...pulsar 150 min 40 max 50 in city...just try again...
                          This is regarding the complaint of BAJAJ _ PULSAR -150 DTSi DL -8S -AU-6652. I bought it on 18th June 2010. Earlier to this I was using same BAJAJ – PULSAR- 150 (old Model round Head Light) during 2003 to 18Th June 2010.

                          Problem came after my Third free service (After running 9800 Kilometers). I went to BAGGA LINK (Rithala, New Delhi) Service Center and complaint about noise in Bike. I was told that timing chain is creating this noise, so either it would be replaced or it would be set right and roughly estimate of Rs 550 was told to me. I agreed for the same and handed over the bike to service center. As per the practice I was given time in evening to take back the bike. I went in the evening (Mean while no call was made to me for anything) and was advised to replace the timing chain in next service, I asked whether it would create any problem till that time, I was told no problem I may continue till next service. On faith of PULSAR I came back with my bike.

                          After running roughly 500-600 Kilometers suddenly bike stopped with noise and didn’t worked again. The time was 7 PM in night and I had to catch I repair shop for this, because it was late evening and I was in a remote place. After checking it was found that timing chain (its supporting part) was broken, Piston valves got tilted and there was no way to move ahead. Mean I had to get it repair instantly. Finally after 3-4 hours it was set right and I was left with lost confidence in BAJAJ-PULSAR which I had for last 7 years.

                          The conclusion is that :

                          1. NEW BAJAJ PULSAR MODEL is inferior to the older version as no body could believe that timing chain may get non functioning / DAMAGE after 10, 000 Km.

                          OR

                          2. Service centre people have not done their work properly. Had it been replaced in third service I would have not faced this problem. This may be due to the pressure of doing number of bikes in a day so they did not bother to replace this, what ever may be the problem to the customer. (The copy of third service attached for your kind reference where Timing chain replacement was advised. If they could have replaced it I was not having any objection, who would take risk to continue with defective timing chain to suffer?)

                          Finally I know in advance that BAJAJ is not going to bother for one bike complaint, but If I am right, design of new BIKE and services of service centers are like this it may not be good sign for BAJAJ in coming future.

                          I left my pulsar 150 bike for service in V S T service centre goodshed road bangalore, only for service, they change the clutch plate of my new bike at 5000 kms without my permission and the guy was telling me by phone that my clutch plate was gone, I even didn'tcomplaint about clutch, and I paid Rs 2500/- for that .how can it possible a new bike ran 5000 kms has clutch problem, either company clutch plate is bad OR the service manager is telling lie please change the [censored] service manager...
                          I have purchased bajaj pulsar 150 dtsi ug 4.5 on 30th Sept 2010, am writing this on 10th June 2011, within 8 months silencer started rusting from Exhaustec and expanding. I dont know what type of quality they are providing at around 70, 000/-.
                          I had purchased PULSAR 150 from Swadeshi rampura Delhi. The number of Byke is 9096.
                          I am facing lots of problem at that Swadeshi service centre Ramaroad.
                          On 30th may I got my Byke serviced and the service technician replace any part and rectify the problem of disc brakes. After two days the problem came back to its initial stage. When I went to Swadeshi Service centre @ Ramaroad again no body was ready to listen anything and they were just passing the problem to one another. After 30 to 40 minutes I requested them to come forward then one of the very rude staff work on my bike and After 2- 3 hours i got my byke front wheel got jammed due to disc brake while i was driving and it was very close to an accident.

                          It is not the first time when i faced problem in Bajaj Service Centre. They people always left a problem pending (agli bar kra lena) though every time i got a new problem from service centre only. They said there is some problem in time chain you need to change it (i was not feeling any problem from time chain) although i agreed. from that day i am getting problem from chain set or self start watever it is i dont know. One technician said that part will change cost is 600 to 700 another says that ho jaega apni bike chod jao yha pe.

                          I dont know what to do now. Should i go to service centre or change the bike. Because they people think that we are free to come service centre and pay for expenses we dont have any other work to do. Even they dont have manners to talk.


                          Kindly provide me proper solution on priority as i am very upset due to this and my working is also getting affected as my byke is still not working properly.This all went wrong due to the negligence in servicing as all are in hurry while servicing the bykes even they can not wash bike properly
                          Kindly reply me on this context as I have a perception in mind that a huge company like Bajaj knows how customer satisfaction matters for any company.

                            I had taken a consumer loan for buying a laptop from Panipat, Haryana branch. Against this I had issued post dated cheques . I have noticed that one cheque had not been debited to my account. Regarding this one Mr. Krishna and Mr. Manoj Tyagi (mobile no. [protected]) from Panipat office had called up a couple of times in Feb and Mar, 2008.
                            They initially informed us that they had lost this cheque by mistake and requested us to issue a new cheque in lieu of the lost cheque. I asked them to put this on my email id .I told them to advise where I can drop the new cheque in New Mumbai.
                            After about 10 days they called up again and changed there stance about lost cheque. Now they informed me that this cheque was presented and cheque had bounced due to insufficient funds in my account.
                            I cross checked with bank and found out that funds were always sufficient in my account and the said cheque was never presented for clearance.
                            I received a call from Panipat office again and informed them about above. In hearing above both of them started name calling over phone.
                            I got a call again from them on March 16, 2008 and requested them to kindly advise on following:
                            -The fate of the cheque,
                            -In whose favour the new cheque should be issued.
                            But till date I am yet to receive any intimation from branch office. Inspite of repeated emails to their customer service, panipat, delhi and mumbai office no response is recieved.

                            ang auto ltd. — clearance of cheques

                            sir/md.,
                            as i had deposited two cheques as on 14 th march 2008 till now it had not been credited in my account. i had put complaint having no. SR 64913653dated 03 rd of may 08. another complaint on 24 th may 08 verbally. on 26th may 08 i had to RAVI SINGH ( MANAGER) regarding this having complaint no. sr 67382727 in order either to get cheque credited in my account on 04th june 08 or clearance should be given to my ECS of 1888 which will hit my account on 05 th june.

                            u can keep my cheque 70 days for clearance & why not ecs should get cleared.if fund is not sufficient in my account than ecs will get bounce & u take charges for that . why not you pay charges for the cheques which you had kept for 70 days & mental harassment which i am facing .

                            if that cheque is not get credited in my account on 04th of june 08, which is 21st working day from 10th of may. 2008, why should not i go to consumer forum for the above.

                            I have exactly same experience from Bajaj auto finance here at Bangalore for a laptop loan. Loan is arranged by acer dealer in the month of july 2007 and i gave 10 emi cheques. For first 6 months they did not post the cheques into my account. I repeatedly called the vendor and finally he stated shouting at me saying "Why bother me, Call the Bajaj guys!!" and he gave me a couple of numbers. After my repeated complaints they posted 7 cheques altogether in january and 1 cheque in February 2008. I was expecting this and the cheques got debited properly. Now for the rest of the two cheques, they called me and told that they have lost them and promised to send a person with the apology letter and asked me to send the replacement cheques. I agreed. Later their helpdesk called me and asked me to immediately pay the "bounced cheques". I asked them to send me the proof of the "bounced cheques" as i know that the cheques were lost and never submitted. There was no reply till june 2009 and now i received a legal notice accusing me as evader and calls for a settlement. I owe two emi worth 3755 which totals to Rs. 7510/- but the legal notice demands Rs. 9010/- which could be the outstanding plus interest. I called them and made it clear that i will pay only what i actually owe them. If their collection department is callous and complacent, I cannot take the punishment for that. I am ready for a legal battle if they demand more than 7510. Also i will not pay unless i get the appology letter or the unused cheques which i had submitted to them.

                            I have purchased Bajaj Platina dated 28 Oct 2007, Vehicle Reg. No. HR26AN7256, from the showroom Sri Ram Bajaj Auto Service, Badshahpur, Kaderpur, Gurgaon, Haryana – 122101.
                            As per my information and also mentioned on the warranty card that the bike is under warranty period for 2 years or 30000km, whichever occurs earlier from the date of sale.
                            Currently my bike has covered only 12500km and 1yr 9 months old, so my bike is under warranty period in both the conditions.
                            On 22nd July 09, I went Krishna Auto Sales, M-33, Old DLF, Sector 14, Gurgaon, Haryana – 122001, for the regular servicing of my bike. There while servicing I came to know from the service provider that my bike’s front shock absorber in not in a good condition and needs to be changed.
                            After that I have requested from Krishna Auto Sales (Mr. Pankaj (Technician)) to change the same but they have ignored my request and given me the reply that yes your shock absorber is in warranty period but we can’t change your shock absorber because we are not getting any supply from their vertical that’s why they will not change.
                            Now kindly let me know that where is I am faulty that I should suffer for the reason.
                            If you people could not provide the service as and when required by the customer then why it is mentioned by the dealers as well as also mentioned in the documents that so and so facility the customer will get if he is purchasing the BAJAJ product.
                            It was my perception that Bajaj Auto is providing better service in comparison of other Auto service providers in this nation but now I am thinking that I was wrong.
                            Kindly let me know that whether my perception regarding Bajaj Auto is correct or wrong.
                            Because it is matter of trust and relationship which me and my family is having with Bajaj Auto, so kindly revert so that we should be able to correct ourselves.

                            For your information:

                            I walked into the Bajaj auto finance at GuttaHalli, Bangalore. Talked to their legal advisor as well as the person working in the process. (See earlier posting by Sudhish above for the full story.) They admitted that it is their mistake that the cheques are lost during their process, so they waived all the interest slapped on me as per the legal notice. The accountant looked apologetic and explained that all these happened because the entire process moved from local branch to Pune for centralization. They agreed to take only the pending EMI amount without any interest on them. As i asked them, immediately gave me NOC right there. Looking from their side, by legally threatning the customer, he walked in and solved their problem arised from their own callous loan collection process. From my side, i feel relieved and will never turn towards Bajaj or never will trust that company. Actually, i got a couple of calls inviting investments and insurance. Do you think i will trust them? Another thing i realized is that visiting their branch might solve our problem if it is not solved over telephone/mail. It is so, because professionalism to serve the customer (for their own survival) and commitment to the customer is the last priority for these kind of officers. Hope things will improve.

                              Hi,

                              I am really surprised to see that Bajaj Finance started deducting extra amount from my account.

                              I had purchased a Sony Vaio laptop from Digitus Electronics, Gurgaon. I have paid the amount of INR 18008 as the down payment and remaining amount was financed by Bajaj Auto Finance which I was to pay in Nine EMI's of INR 5416/month. The amount started deducting from July-07 month and has been paid with the last EMI being 5th of March, 08.

                              But this month again I see that they have deducted the EMI amount INR 5416 from my account. I don't understand how they have deducted this amount as I have given only 9 ECS cheques to their executive Mr. Sunil Gupta. I am trying to call him on his cell number [protected], but this number is not in service.

                              I have sent a mail to Gurgaon office on the mail id: [protected]@bajajfinance.co.in and then Pune office on the mail id: [protected]@bajajfinance.in. Still I didn't receive any reply from them.

                              I am trying to call on the Gurgaon number 5088364, 5088365 as they have posted on their site but not able to reach them.

                              Would appreciate if you help to revert my extra deducted amount to my account and to stop this transaction next onwards.

                              I seek your assistance to help me and several others who are undergoing severe mental harassment due to this service of Bajaj Auto Finance.

                              Hi,

                              I have been harassed by the staff of Bajaj Finance for the last three months over an EMI finance scheme that i had taken from the company.

                              I had purchased a laptop which was financed by Bajaj Auto Finance for 50% of the amount which was to be paid in six EMI's. The amount has been paid with the last EMI being 6th of December, 07.

                              However Bajaj Finance claims that the EMI's are for 8 months which is due to erroneous calculation from their side and continue to deduct the EMI's through ECS from my bank account. After following it up with calls and emails they finally provided me a letter saying that the agreed EMI's have been collected and the extra deductions from my account will be refunded to my account. It has not happened till this date and the staff are harassing me by calling me about non payment of EMI's.

                              I seek your assistance to help me and several others who are undergoing severe mental harassment due to unprofessional and unqualified staff with companies like Bajaj.

                              This is Anand Sharma from Bhopal. I have purchased the compaq Laptop which was financed by Bajaj for two years with an EMI of Rs 1510. Due to some urgencies I could not the required amount in the Bank so the cheques were bounced and I paid them in cash. The bajaj people were chasing me like anything for such small amount. But now the loan is over but I am really surprise to see that they have presented the 3 cheques before the bank and withdrawn the amount from my account.

                              Now I am asking them to return my amount byt these Bajaj people are continuously bluffing me and there is no reply from Pune office also.

                              I am planning to take this matter before the court/consumer forum as this is not simple mistake but a fraudulent activity as no one can present and encash the cheque, which is already bounced. I AM NOT AT ALL SATISFIED WITH BAJAJ.

                              I had purchased a TV which was financed by Bajaj Auto Finance, the amount was to be paid in 8 EMI's.
                              First EMI starts from July 08. Electronic cheque given to Bajaj Auto Finance for that.
                              In july 08 one EMI withdrown from my account and 2nd EMI in Aug 08, but problem started from Sep, Bajaj Auto Finance withdrown two EMI in Sep, again 2 EMIs in Oct and two EMIs in Nov from my salary.

                              It totaly wrong and employees not responding on this irragularities
                              I seek your assistance to help me, how can i control this wrong withdrowal.

                              I had taken a loan two and half year back from jaipur for purchasing a Toshiba laptop through Bajaj Finance, for which i had signed ECS form on saving account to clear 20 checks, as per my records those 20 checks completed in March 2009, but amount of Rs 2301 still continued to be deducted from my account, when i contacted bank staff they say that you have to ask bajaj finance to stop it because we get it through RBI, so cannot stop it.already i two extra EMI deducted from my account.

                              Kindly look into the matter and resolve it early and credit my amount.

                              Refer my complaint dated 18/09/2009 on the same subject I would like to inform you again that I have finance a P.C. from Bajaj auto Finance ltd. and my Customer-Id is 102724, As per agreement I was suppose to pay 16 EMIs of Rs.1665. My EMI had started on 15/11/2007 and I have paid all EMI's without fail till 15/02/2008 (as per my bank statement). After completion of all my EMI I have not Received any N.O.C and PDC cheques. After completion of my full payment i started receiving calls from your Executives that one of my EMI dated 11/03/2008 is Bounced. Whenever your Executive came for Recovery I have handed over my Bank Statements.This is a social and mental Harassment to me and my family. After a gap of 8 months suddenly the company has withdrawal an amount of Rs 1665 from my Bank Account without informing me. This act of the company is a financial loss to me as well as a fraud.

                              Further I want to state that my address in your record is the old one, and my new address is E-42, 3rd floor Jhilmil colony, Delhi -95.

                                I purchsed Bajaj XCD 125 in dec 2007. Company is asssuring milege of 109 km/l, but It is not giving more than 40km/l even after second service (about 2500 km). I complained it to the nearest dealer, they checked it, but still it is not giving more than 40km/l.

                                And from starting it is making noise like something is looose inside the engin, I complained it too but probllem persist.

                                Overall I am not statishfywith this Bajaj product.

                                BAJAJ XCD — The bike stops functioning in the middle of Run

                                I have purchased the BAJAJ XCD and not even the total run is 200km it has give the problem of stopping in the middle of the Run thrice.
                                I gave it to the service center but they were unable to solve the problem which i noticed when i got the bike returned from the Service Center and the issue remained unresolved. On Ocasions while driving the bike starts giving some jerks and stops later i come to know the battery showing the battery low indicator. I have to wait with the bike for 10-20 minutes and then using the kick starts it starts functioning. Getting a new bike of 50K in Mumbai and facing problems at the initial Phases is just frustrating me.
                                I would really like the XCD bajaj Bike replaced or the money bike as i belive there is some problem with my bike that the service people are not able to detect.

                                hi all,

                                I am one of the who has bought bajaj xcd..my friend already told that bajaj bikes wont be good for long time..but i dont know that the long time is 3 months...i got new xcd in dec 2007...they said mileage is 109kmpl and on road it will be 70kmpl..first few dyas it has given 68...and then dropped to 65 and now its just 60..also brake is the worst thing in xcd...its 125 cc, and pick up is good but u cant control it even when u go 60kmph..i asked thrice to the dealer he said we need to clean the brake paltes..they did, but again same problem...at last he said this is the brake for all xcd..since its very less weighed we cant put disc brake also..so i[censored] have xcd dont go fast...wosrt bike in my opinion...
                                i m also riding my bike from 2 and half year, i didnt get any problem in this.
                                Even i didnt get the average below 65 kmpl...i m running my bike at constatnt speed of 45-50 km/hr.
                                I m shifting gear very nicely and not accelerating too much, not using brake to much and not using clutch frequently.
                                Now a days i hav to go on highway, i m getting the average of 80-85 kmpl.
                                For that u also hav to maintain ur vehicle very nicely, i m servicing my bike every 2 month and every 4 month i m changing the engine oil and also tuning the carburettor.
                                being human with vehicle, u will also get gud performance, for that u hav to love ur vehicle...ha haha

                                  i asked this to their engeinour they told thats a desigion i said ok when i take bike
                                  from the first day bike takeing missing but i ignored it is very littel but the same i have told
                                  at the time of first servevice which is done by J.S AUTOMOBILE NERALA DELHI I CONCERN THIS WITH THE
                                  mechanic their and metere regarding they said stock not available for speedometre
                                  and also missing prob not solved seceond service done by shiv automobile sarai faridabad because it is neariest to me

                                  two services and even whgile serving they broke the right fender the sitch on button not working properley but the

                                  will change switches along with metere at the time of delivery the when i checkd the metere and switch are as same as it
                                  before and i said i will complain for the same the changed the bck
                                  thing from an old spedometre and for switches they said no wranty and after that the missing prob also not solved
                                  and this prob is very serious prob to me
                                  since then i have lost my faith towards ur company.They forced me to visit
                                  5 times and did nothing, I asked them to replace my bike dificted pices, they didnt replaced they replaced one thing metere part
                                  but the quality or condition poor as compare with original
                                  i was charged full amount although bike was in guarantee period.
                                  at the delivered the bike is defected in first service only i need to change the brake shoo also
                                  I want that company should take posible actiion regarding my greivnance.

                                  I bought a pulsar220 dts fi before 6 months.i had a trouble with the handle after i rode it for sometime.The problem is the handle is becoming loose.I took it to the service centre and he told he had rectified the compliant.but after sometime it became loose again.now the compliant is often occurring.i am so afraid that i think if i go at a moderate speed, accident will happen to me.also the fuelgauge digital meter does not work sometimes.and so is the ignition unit.i would like u to look into my matter and take necessary actions.sir please.its very important.

                                  I have purchased Bajaj Pulsar Bike 150 cc last year in April 2008.Problems which i observed is with the quality of metal material used as these material catches rust at various places.Secondly authorised service centres are not doing servicing properly they are just washing the bike and no other work .I always tell them the problems like gear stucking, etc but the same thing happens after every service
                                  even after several reminders.
                                  A company like bajaj cannot loose such a huge market due to sheer negligence on its part .i would some at the customer care would attain to the list of problems registered.

                                  Before few days optra car cut me due to this I m facing problem with bike handling.
                                  I shown to Sai service borivali and told them whatever u want to change u can change also gave freedom to take there own time but I want positive result i.e. I want my bike handling proper ..
                                  My bike was there in sai service for 2 days .but still problem is not solved. I also asked to manager about this but I got irresponsible answers from him. He said take ride for 2 days .and then come to us if there is any problem .but I m finding problem is still there,
                                  Just after servicing from borivali .I shown my bike to bajaj center @ charkop and thane they said there is fork out for my bike.but borivali sai service adviser and technician are not expert to find same problem shown by other service centers...
                                  Sai service @ borivali east is worst service center …where no one to attend while delivering the bike...and no care for bikes at all.

                                  I am so afraid that I think if I go at a moderate speed, accident will happen to me
                                  Who will be responsible for this...as u know Mumbai traffic and road condition...?

                                  My name is zoheb shahid, I bought pulsor 220 fi, on 15 oct 09 from society motor, city centre, kanpur.i had two problem in my new bike such as deeper head light is not straight, it is bend towards left side, however upper head light is correct. and second is tht my handle is quite bend to right.i complained to showroom, they had suggested me to go to workshop at society motors, chunniganj, kanpur.i visited there for 1st servicing and told them about this, they took my complaint but for light and handle they said my was falllen therfore this problem occered, but its not true.and they did not rectified this problem.i visted twice ther but no result, lastly they said all 220 bike having same problem.Sir is it the way of providing service from bajaj company..?please do some thing for my complaints.i am waiting for for your reply..my contact no is [protected], [protected].

                                    sir i have purchased a Bajaj platinum bike.from the day one i have been complaining about the tap it nocie, in a span of three months the shock absorbers were also gone when ever i go to bajaj authorized dealer sai service they say all is alright the bike is manufactured in the same manner.pls advice.
