Respected Sir,

With due respect i hereby wanted to say that i have purchased a bajaj pulsar 180cc reg no AS01AE1894 from shree automobile guwahati (assam) but from the day i purchased my bike my fuel gauge & metre is not working properly .i have also given the complain in there workshop many times but they have not taken any certain measures . so sir i request you to take some necessary actions against my compalin.

maine bajaj pulsar 180cc. baggalink karol bagh se lethi, may-2008 maine lethi , or usmaine 2 service se he engine noise aane lage maine baggalink service centre maine leke gaya tab sound bandh ho gaya par 2 day after sound aane laga maine phir leke gaya phir unhone kuch kaam kiya bike maine sound thick ho gaya phir 8 days after sound aane laga .bagga link ka manager se baat hue uske baad bhi hamaine koi response nahi mila aaj tak sound aata hai or bike maine polluction bhi aane laga phir maine bike ko baggalink karol bagh leke gaya mere manager se baat hue .par thick nahi ho paya .is tara hone laga to kon lega bajaj pulsar .plz solve my bike problem

My self Amit Dabi .I have purchased a bajaj pulsar 180cc from menashree Automobile dewas. Just after 1st servicing my bike engine sound was not smooth.I have complain about these to the workshop they told me that crank was broken and they replaced it but still bike sound was very poor. Even Disc brake was also having some noise.

Please look after these issue .I am waiting for your response.

    Hi,

    I have Bajaj Caliber (2004) which is under servicing at Bajaj Service station since last four days.

    Everyday i enquire for my bike service manager gives me same answer about the unavilability of particuler spear part.as i am working in MArketing field travelling is integral part of my work so i am spending almost Rs.300/- just on auto.

    Bajaj Really have pathatic in spear parts avaliability and servicing.
    I woulsd not suggest anybody to go for Bajaj henceforth...

      I have purchased a Bajaj Pulsar 150cc on 28/06/2008 vide Invoice No. 02080907 from Rithvikaa Motors Hindupur, Anantapur (Dist). I have done 2 free services from Rithvikaa Motors, after somewhere I have misplaced my User manual Book including free service coupons & warrantee certificate provided by Bajaj Auto Ltd. Kindly suggest and help to go for 3rd service. And also tell me how to get the duplicate of the same.

      I am also attaching the Invoice copy and registration certificate for your reference. Please kindly do the needful.

      I have purchased a Bajaj Pulsar 150cc on 22.06.09 from jai bajaj in Chennai. when i left my bike for the first free service, they said that no labor charge for this service. when after finishing the service they put the bill for engine oil, petrol oil and service charge for labor charges. but they did not put labor charge. they add service charges extra to my bill.

        MANUFACTURING DEFECT/ POOR SERVICE
        I purchased 180 cc Pulsar from S.K. Auto - Vashi, in 2002
        From the first day of purchase of my bike, there was a gear shifting problem & a wiring issue in my bike, (MH 04 BJ 586)
        I complaint to the dealer regarding the issue, they replied its a manufacturing defect and it is in all bike of 180 CC pulsar. they reffered to as a general issue and didnt get the matter solved neither reffered by a tech.
        from that day i am following up with the dealer but no solution is given till date.
        I also called to the area service incharge of BAJAJ AUTO Mr. Sharad Chitale, (Akurdi ) plant, and Chakan Plant, but nothing happened except that problem worsened up day by day.
        Each time i give the bike for service, they just do some hotch potch stuff and get it back to me saying that everything is alright. they believe in replacing parts time and often, in fact the original issue is not at all reffered to and solved.
        there is no person from the Bajaj to resolve the issue and answer my query.
        Now a new issue has arisn, there is a dearth of spares @ the Sanpada shop where the auth. service center ( SK Auto is situated).
        I am ready to take the Bike to Pune to get it repaired and fixed forever. I love my bike and i am repenting it of having a BAJAJ logo.
        PLease Advice.

        BAJAJ PULSAR 180 CC — No more Spares Available

        I am having Pulasr 180cc purchased on 4th October 1996.

        From past 2 months there is some problem in my Bike regarding the Engine.

        I am continously following SUMAN AUTO, NOIDA for the repairing of my Bike.

        But, I am not getting any positive response from them.
        Also, from last 1 week my bike is there in their workshop and they people are continously saying that the part is not available.

        Now it becomes a major problem for me to commute without Bike.

        I think through this Forum I will definately get any help.

        Hi all,

        I'm Srinivas from Chennai, T.Nagar. I had 2007 model Pulsar 150CC. Purchased in Jai Autos, Gandhi Nagar - Chennai. My bike having gear box and engine problem from the day 1 purchased. Gears are not shifting well, due to this engine not running. I'm able recognize engine shake with my left leg while driving.
        At signals I have to very care while shifting gears. It's completed all the free services at JAI Autos, Kasturibai nagar - Chennai. I' have complained each time. But they didn't do well and Supervisor (Head of service centre) tried to convince my self. I'm waiting for 4 months to give my vehicle in a good servicing centre. Now also I'm having same engine, gear box problems. It's getting screwed. This is the right time go for a service. Due to bad roads now, both the wheels got bended little bit. Please... please... advice me whom (authorized servicing centre or local mechanics). If an authorized servicing centre can be trusted means, where can I give? Otherwise I have to find a good local guy...

        i have indulged a problem with ma bike is that there is some sound when i shift the gear and some times the there is chain complaint.also indulged the problem in pick up and sound of the bike.i had buyed the bike in 2008 dec 26. the service they are proceding is unefficient.
        i am rahul verma.i purchse a new bike pulsar180cc. but it had not a kick baydewaye he has not start. what i do. please send me trick to start him on my email id.

        i have purchase bajaj pulsar 180cc in my home town BHAGERIA AUTO bajaj showroom, chakradhrpur, jharkhand.it is not proper authorized bajaj dealer its tie-up with feardel bajaj showroom ,jamshedpur.now i have problem is my 2nd service time has been completed but from last 1 week the person of oner of showroom he say me daily TOMORROW,TOMORROW.

          I want to know is it the right bill. As the MRP is given on the packet should one be charged more than MRP.

            I require a new manual book against my bajaj xcd bike -135 purchased on 17.09.2009 from Vishwakarma auto ( dealer of bajaj bikes) at 3 no. charai, chirkunda Dhanbad ( Jharkhand ) because my present manual book isbeen damaged by water during servicing. Due to which I am not able to take my free servicing service from the dealer because all the pages of the manual book are stick together due to water.

              i buy a bajaj xcd bike but there was oil lakage from the engine bolt hole . within 4 days i told this to sarbani motors chandrapur (from whom i buyed my bike). i did the servicing two times but they did not solved the problem and opened the gasket ring of engine and charged me some rupees to me which should be free . i told them before if this time they cannot repair it they should change the engine they said no so i have to launch a complaint. fed up of this bike and sour service. i thought to exchange the bike with tvs flame bike but when the tvs dealer asked on mobile about the exchange price for the bike the head at bajaj asked what is the no, the tvs dealer said no is difficult to read then he asked, what is the colour, and how many days is the bike old, then he said just 30 thousand i got shocked. then i thought they are not going to replace engine neither can they repair it because they also said that we will fit bolt over that hole with rubber grip
              sir
              but question is there could be a crack or unwanted hole on the inside of engine so this should be replaced .
              also my bike was returning low mileage of 65 i said to increase the average they charged 56 Rs for average setting now the bike i think returns the same 65-70 so in this way i m suffering ...
              please approve my proposal sir

                my name is raju sharma. i have purchased wagon r thru finance sheme from lovely autos on 28/03/11.about bank formality sale executive told me to purchase affidavit rs 450 and six cheques only . they even took money for affidavit. but after two days he told me to do the bank work at your own. however when i visited the bank bank official told first you ve to open up an account at our bank . iam so much harassed. as i was not told clearly in the beginning it self. pl take such a strict action against the sales executive so that other custmers ane not suffered.

                  I had purchased a Bajaj Pulsar Bike(150 cc) in the month of May, 2008(RC No./Bike No :DL6sZ7222 ) from Bagga Link, Karol Bagh Delhi.Its been financed by Bajaj Auto Finance.

                  The loan has been paid in full long back.
                  I have to sell my bike for which the NOC certificate is needed urgently.

                  I have talked to Bagga Link officials so many times but nobody is taking interest. One of the person gave me Bajaj auto finance Contact No : 32413312. I have tried this number 100 of times but either this number is switched off or no body picks up.

                  I had completed my installments, and now when i reached to the gurgaon auto finance office to ask for NOC, they said that i need to goto the same barnch from where I purchased. and then he said boss please leave

                  He is the worst man or account officer i have ever met in my entire life.

                  I am looking to get my NOC and now they say that i have a balance of 472 when i asked for what, then they said they they renewed my insurance policy, and i even didn't get any phone call that they did so, however i have one more insurance policy with same bajaj allianz and they allianz never told me that there is already a insurance poliy already running on this chasis number. I don't when asking for NOC why they are coming up with diffrent,

                  Is this the way BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE works, and this is how it earns profit.

                  This is not fair.

                  If they renewed my insurance policy then why they even not bothered to call me once.
                  when I called baja auto suman from where i purchased the bike they asked me to get the policy renewed from allianz.

                  who's fault is this and then why i am suffering. I know why I am suffering becasue I am consumer of bajaj

                  believe me i was the person to encorage my 6 room partners to get the bajaj bike as i was in a intention that bajaj has a really good service. however this is the worst where a company can fall.

                  Why Mr. jain who sit in sector-14 branch is ruining the name of bajaj. please get that man out if you want to increase your work in this crisis of economy.

                    i have two main issues with bajaj service. my issue is quit long. but take patience to read it. i initially has made my mind to buy Honda unicorn. but only because the name of good service from bajaj i had opted to buy bajaj discover. but only after buying i regret for my wrong decision.
                    i initially went and inquired about the discover features their service was overwhelming and great. after making my mind to buy discover i again went once to recheck the features of new model. that time the sales executive insisted me to pay a 1000rupees advance so that i get my bike soon. and all this was to just fix me in their store and make sure they wont let this fish escape.

                    while buying we spoke to manager and he spoke very nicely and when we asked for some free gifts he assured me a gift of a extended warranty for my bike. and i was very happy to know it.

                    after all this i went and paid the cash as said by the branch manager and we went home. after this disaster stuck.
                    only after the purchase of bike they started dodging me. after the purchase when we returned home and checked the invoice with the cash receipt i found that he has charged me 51rupees extra from the invoice rate. and when i asked about this they dodged me for about 10days and finally agreed to pay me 51 rupees by check. funny right? check for 51 rupees. the manager said that he will send me in courier. but all that was a lie.

                    initially he promised me a free gift of a extended warranty book. and later i found even that was also a lie just to fool the customers? what do they think of their customers?are we from remote village buying his bike without knowing anything?

                    while he was speaking with us about the extended warranty book we believed him and so we dint think of insisting him to write it down in the file. being such a large management who will expect such cheaters to be in such responsible position. after buying the bike when i asked about the extended warranty book he just plainly denied saying that it has not been mentioned in the file and he cant give it. when he was speaking to us we had one of our friend from our side and one of the sales executive of his branch near us.

                    when he has no idea if giving it he must not have made such a promise. my point here is i am not arguing for the warranty book. why do they cheat us and try to fool us? are they trying to prove that they are more intelligent than us? and we are fools?
                    why does bajaj keeps such cheap people to do business with people? its a shame.
                    my very first point of expecting a good customer service has went meaning less. i feel cheated now.

                    they have not given me my 51rupees and extended warranty book they promised. worst of the cheats i have ever seen of this kind. that too a person in a responsible position of a manager.

                      I bought a bajaj xcd 125 cc, self start on 1 si week of may 2008.But from the begining itself i am getting problem in battery, mileage, head light...after so many req they tried to solve that problem but they never done it correctly and till i am getting the same problem...and as an employee it is not possible for me to go the service station on week days but whenever i went to the service room they used to refuse it to do on saturday as it is not weekdays and they clearly told that it is not possible for them to do it on saturday...as per their comment i took leave from my office on 7/10/08 and i went ot the show room and checked it and told me that they have solve all the problem but when i started riding after sometime i got to know that nothing has been done...they are playing with me and i am wasting my time...last night because of this problem i met an accident and could be serious but god saved me ...now i am totally frustrated and i planned to stop my emi which has been fixed with Bajaj finance..and if they want to take my bike from me i wiil not stop them also as it is be with me or not it will not affect me as i cant use this bike wih so many problem.service station name is-khivraj motors, banaswadi, bangalore-43.my vechile no is-KA-03, HC-1177

                        On 12th Sep. 2008 I visited your service centre in Meerut that is Vikrant Automobiles, Garh Road Meerut at about 09:40hrs, where during job sheet preparation I came in contact with a person who is involves in chatting with the employee of your Service Station and claims me that he is also a Employee of your Service Station and ask me the problem to check during Service of my bike, here I also wish to tell you that none of your service station staff is in their Service Station Dress Code, that so called employee ask me the keys of bike to have a test ride to know problem but after few minutes I was told that that was some outsider not Service Station employee, the person named Arun Yadav is the employee preparing my job sheet reacts very badly to me and also not ready to provide me the Job sheet and Daily Response time Sheet details but after few pressure I got all the details and my JOB SHEET No: is 53660 and my bike registration number is UP15-AF 7711 by the name of Piyush Singhal R/o 490, Sadar Dal Mandi, Meerut Cantt.
                        Now I wish to tell you that it is not the first incident happen in that place this is the 4th case in about 4months and when none of the Service Center owner and their staff helps us in finding out the right solution of my issue as after the preparation of my job sheet and BIKE is their responsibility I seek right help from your side.
                        I have also launched a Police Complaint against Service Center Owner and Staff for their misleading and carelessness, and now the purpose of my mail is to inform you people to look into the matter as this somehow affecting the image of Bajaj Automobiles, I also want to tell you that I have the full support of Local and National Media over the issue but my intentions are not to hurt anybody and this is the main purpose of my mail to you people to provide me the right solution.
                        Your Service Center owner and their Staff also pressuring me that they have a good approach Politically which can be a problem for them and Bajaj Automobiles because my Bike is their responsibility and now they cannot deny from it, they have to accept their fault and give me the Best Solution of my problem, I also wish that you people also understand it.
                        I am attaching the details of Job Sheet and Time Sheet with this mail which give you an idea that all that I have said is true and I am not misguiding anybody.
                        This is a request you to please look into the matter seriously otherwise it can lead to a very adverse affect not just on the Service Station but also to Bajaj Automobile Image which they think is very trustworthy around the country.
                        After this I was given a complaint number 2426 from Bajaj Automobile on 13th of Sep08 and also told me that they will revert me in next 24hrs but it’s very hard to say that after many mails and calls from my side I haven’t heard anything from them, their behavior is very bad and dealer is threatening me that he will stop my insurance claim if I didn’t take my Police Complaint back.
                        I need your help to get the solution of my problem company cannot do this with me, it’s their responsibility, they cannot deny from it.

                        hi i am sontu mondal purchase a bajaj discover(135) bike from Kamal auto mobile at Haridebur center( dealer of Bajaj bike) and free service done by other bajaj service center but they are not given the proper services. They had told me that the all bajaj discover have one or more problem and thats why they can do nothing for that.


                        So please check it as soon as possible, , i will glad for that

                          Sir i am from patiala, , i am using bajaj platina, , there is a bajaj dealer d.p goyal, , their workshop opens at 8:30 am, on 16 august 2008 i went their at 8:30 for my first service as told by them but there was nobody out there for which i have to wait for one hour which was intolerable, , after that i left from there without any service, , , , , i came again on 19th at 9am and took my job card in which my departure time was mentioned 9:59, , but i got free at around 11:45, , after droving my bike for just half an km it started giving some problem which i intimated them again after coming back, then they rectified my problem., , all in all i felt it unsatisfactory on their part, committments, , and mismanagement. they gave poor impression, , before this i was having hero honda passion which was fairly good. kindly intimate them to behave in future .

                              the company gives 5yrs warranty for the engine ...

AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE THE RAHUL AUTOMOBILES, BEGAMPET HYDERABAD STATED THAT IF I HAD PAID ALL THE INSTALMENTS IN TIME I WILL BE GIVEN 2% CONCESSION IN INTEREST. ACCORDINGLY I HAD PAID ALL THE INSTALMENTS TIMELY. WHEN I ENQUIRED ABOUT CONCESSION, THEY TOLD THAT I HAD NOT MAINTAINED MINIMUM BALANCE IN MY ACCOUNT HENCE I AM NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CONCESSION MORE OVER THEY HAVE RECOVERED A SUM OF RS.2500/- FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR NOT MAINTENANCE OF MINIMUM BALANCE IN THE MONTH OF JULY, 2008, WHEREAS THEY HAD TOLD THAT THE ACCOUNT WILL BE ZEERO BALANCE ACCOUNT WHILE OPENING THE ACCOUNT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASING FOR REMITTING INSTALMENTS OF MOTOR CYLE .                                   i purchased a bajaj pulsar-200 bike from Bagga Link(the one says its the best dealer) in Nov'07. I used to get its service done at their Kirti Nagar "Pro-Bike" work shop. But their service levels were never up to the mark.Usually one or the other spare part is out of the stock( i've experienced it thrice out of my four visits) and more over that part along with its labour charges are charged in the bill. When i asked them to refund the price, i was told that they would adjust it in the next bill or as the bill can't be changed now. Pathetic.

                                    sir, I took a loan for purcheasing bajaj platina on 27/08/2006. the man who delt the loan is your employee biswajit biswas. at the time of loan I was told the interest rate is 8%. I kept faith on him and I didnot calculate. later i found that the interest rate is taken as 12.5%. i contacted to mr biswas so many times but he denied to take any action. i asked him for a copy of loan agreement paper but i didnot get it. now i have finished my loan instalments but i am not given any loan clearence paper. my complaint is that your agents forget the person after getting the post dated cheques and no querry is entertained. and also they are so careless that they are not interested to issue a loan payment clearence certificate.

                                      Your Proposal dt 15.08.08- I had purchased Laptop Model C783TU Compac from Sysmantech, Coimbatore. EMI 1917 for 15M from 15.08.08. I have given ICICI Ch.Nos.[protected]. I have ICICI Salary account. I am working in an MNC company. My first EMI as ECS came on 18th and cleared. To my surprise, I find an ECS return on 5th Sept. and ECS return charges debited to my account. When I checked with your personnel at Sysmantech, who had arranged for the loan, she told me that she would take up with your RS Puram office. To my surprise, I received call from your office in regard to payment pending. Again an amount of Rs.281 has been debited to my account for ECS return. When I contacted my bank, they told that after payment of first ECS on 18th, the same day again one more ECS for the same amount came to the bank when there was no money because it was cleared in the morning itself. Hence returned. Then the same ECS again came to my bank on 28th Aug.08 which is a duplicate clearance. Meantime, your collection people phoned my office for collecting the payment. When I told that ECS has been cleared in time, they have informed that still ECS are pending. After verification, I was told that they have made two proposals for the same amount for the same day which was subsequently cancelled. But before cancellation, it has come for clearance.

                                      I would like to bring to your kind attention to the fact that when your people were contacted by your employee, she was neither given a reply nor a letter which I had requested for because I have to submit the same to office as also to the bank because my office has corporate account with ICICI. I had given a written complaint along with Bank Statement received from ICICI which your people did not take it up seriously and rectified the problem created by them.

                                      I have applied for PL with Sakthi Finance against which I have submitted my ICICI statement where these ECS return charges are reflecting. I had explained the mistake done by Bajaj and they understood and requested me to submit the letter from you only then my application would be processed. Because of your mistake, my application is kept pending for no fault of mine and as also I have cleared my ECS in time. A total amount of Rs.562/- has been debited towards ECS return charges.

                                      I request you to take up the matter with your RS Puram office and set right my account and issue me a letter on the mistake made by you and issue me a cheque for RS.562/- I need this letter positively on 26th Sept. 2008 You instruct your RS Puram office to issue the letter and cheque immediately.

                                      hi! i m a sub-editor of a newspaper "Satyarth prahar" published from Mathura. I purchase a bajaj xcd motor cycle at december 27th 2007 finance by bajaj auto at the 0% intrest but unfoutunately or by the carelessness of bajaj auto I do not get any statement of my loan amout nor I know that what is the status of my loan amout. I have asked several times from the office and i hae make several call to the office bui there is no resonse. I have mentally tired and i want to pay all the amount in single premiun, tii now i do not get any call back when i talk him. he misbehave me and say for complaint to the office, the dealer of the Baldeo(mathura) is not behaving properly and said you can go to the higher authority . so please solve my problem.

                                      what is the reason I do not know.

                                        Sir,

                                        I bought new pulsar 180 CC and got 2 services till now. Today I noticed that this bike has 2 horns and one of the horns is missing. I asked the service station guy about this and he said that the place from where you got the first service done, they must have taken it out and when i talked to them they say that it must have not come along when you bought it. I got the service done from Bagga Link and Krishna auto in gurgaon. All in all, they are blaming each other. Though the horn is of 200/- but in the end the customer is the one who is suffering and moreover, these people doesnt even care to give a second thought about it. How should I claim for the same?

                                        Moreover, the service they do, it is really pathetic. It's just that they are just demanding money and doing nothing.

                                        Please suggest or do something about this as this is not only with me but most of the people who got the service done, they are complaining about it but they are not aware of compalint scenario. I take this opportunity to bring it out to you.
