Sir i am from patiala, , i am using bajaj platina, , there is a bajaj dealer d.p goyal, , their workshop opens at 8:30 am, on 16 august 2008 i went their at 8:30 for my first service as told by them but there was nobody out there for which i have to wait for one hour which was intolerable, , after that i left from there without any service, , , , , i came again on 19th at 9am and took my job card in which my departure time was mentioned 9:59, , but i got free at around 11:45, , after droving my bike for just half an km it started giving some problem which i intimated them again after coming back, then they rectified my problem., , all in all i felt it unsatisfactory on their part, committments, , and mismanagement. they gave poor impression, , before this i was having hero honda passion which was fairly good. kindly intimate them to behave in future .

    Sir,
    I have purchased platina on 10/12/2007, now some inherint problem have crope up with both the wheels, it some how more with the rear wheel & less with the front wheel. Due to which bike starts bubling
    for that i have approached your dealer Ekta Automobiles, G.T. Road, Karnal, but have have clearly denied that co has provide any warranty regarding that, which outwrightly against wtat is provided in the service book, So kindly do the needful and solve the problem

      i purchased bajaj pulsar 220 dtsfi on 30 may 2008 and the number is DL 6S AB 8046 .
      the company gives 5yrs warranty for the engine ...
      but i din't recieved anything and paid the amt of 14, 000 INR .just one months before. and the condition of my bike is again same...
      i very very disappointed with bajaj pulsar services and their commitments towards the customer..
      any body please suggest me some thing(s).

        Sir, I had purchased Bajaj Pulsar in the month of April 2007 vide Engine No.DHGBP A26958, CHASIS NO.MD2DHDHZZPCA88552 ON INSTALMENT BASIS OF SUM PART OF AMOUNT. AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE THE RAHUL AUTOMOBILES, BEGAMPET HYDERABAD STATED THAT IF I HAD PAID ALL THE INSTALMENTS IN TIME I WILL BE GIVEN 2% CONCESSION IN INTEREST. ACCORDINGLY I HAD PAID ALL THE INSTALMENTS TIMELY. WHEN I ENQUIRED ABOUT CONCESSION, THEY TOLD THAT I HAD NOT MAINTAINED MINIMUM BALANCE IN MY ACCOUNT HENCE I AM NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CONCESSION MORE OVER THEY HAVE RECOVERED A SUM OF RS.2500/- FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR NOT MAINTENANCE OF MINIMUM BALANCE IN THE MONTH OF JULY, 2008, WHEREAS THEY HAD TOLD THAT THE ACCOUNT WILL BE ZEERO BALANCE ACCOUNT WHILE OPENING THE ACCOUNT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASING FOR REMITTING INSTALMENTS OF MOTOR CYLE .           hi,
          i purchased a bajaj pulsar-200 bike from Bagga Link(the one says its the best dealer) in Nov'07. I used to get its service done at their Kirti Nagar "Pro-Bike" work shop. But their service levels were never up to the mark.Usually one or the other spare part is out of the stock( i've experienced it thrice out of my four visits) and more over that part along with its labour charges are charged in the bill. When i asked them to refund the price, i was told that they would adjust it in the next bill or as the bill can't be changed now. Pathetic.

          This is sunil kumar. I will pruchase bajaj bike 200cc 04/07/2007. This current month Augest I have not down a complaint for a bike. I used to get its service done at their Kirti Nagar "Pro-Bike" work shop. But I have not good response for a my bike. This is my last feedback...

            sir, I took a loan for purcheasing bajaj platina on 27/08/2006. the man who delt the loan is your employee biswajit biswas. at the time of loan I was told the interest rate is 8%. I kept faith on him and I didnot calculate. later i found that the interest rate is taken as 12.5%. i contacted to mr biswas so many times but he denied to take any action. i asked him for a copy of loan agreement paper but i didnot get it. now i have finished my loan instalments but i am not given any loan clearence paper. my complaint is that your agents forget the person after getting the post dated cheques and no querry is entertained. and also they are so careless that they are not interested to issue a loan payment clearence certificate.

              Your Proposal dt 15.08.08- I had purchased Laptop Model C783TU Compac from Sysmantech, Coimbatore. EMI 1917 for 15M from 15.08.08. I have given ICICI Ch.Nos.[protected]. I have ICICI Salary account. I am working in an MNC company. My first EMI as ECS came on 18th and cleared. To my surprise, I find an ECS return on 5th Sept. and ECS return charges debited to my account. When I checked with your personnel at Sysmantech, who had arranged for the loan, she told me that she would take up with your RS Puram office. To my surprise, I received call from your office in regard to payment pending. Again an amount of Rs.281 has been debited to my account for ECS return. When I contacted my bank, they told that after payment of first ECS on 18th, the same day again one more ECS for the same amount came to the bank when there was no money because it was cleared in the morning itself. Hence returned. Then the same ECS again came to my bank on 28th Aug.08 which is a duplicate clearance. Meantime, your collection people phoned my office for collecting the payment. When I told that ECS has been cleared in time, they have informed that still ECS are pending. After verification, I was told that they have made two proposals for the same amount for the same day which was subsequently cancelled. But before cancellation, it has come for clearance.

              I would like to bring to your kind attention to the fact that when your people were contacted by your employee, she was neither given a reply nor a letter which I had requested for because I have to submit the same to office as also to the bank because my office has corporate account with ICICI. I had given a written complaint along with Bank Statement received from ICICI which your people did not take it up seriously and rectified the problem created by them.

              I have applied for PL with Sakthi Finance against which I have submitted my ICICI statement where these ECS return charges are reflecting. I had explained the mistake done by Bajaj and they understood and requested me to submit the letter from you only then my application would be processed. Because of your mistake, my application is kept pending for no fault of mine and as also I have cleared my ECS in time. A total amount of Rs.562/- has been debited towards ECS return charges.

              I request you to take up the matter with your RS Puram office and set right my account and issue me a letter on the mistake made by you and issue me a cheque for RS.562/- I need this letter positively on 26th Sept. 2008 You instruct your RS Puram office to issue the letter and cheque immediately.

              hi! i m a sub-editor of a newspaper "Satyarth prahar" published from Mathura. I purchase a bajaj xcd motor cycle at december 27th 2007 finance by bajaj auto at the 0% intrest but unfoutunately or by the carelessness of bajaj auto I do not get any statement of my loan amout nor I know that what is the status of my loan amout. I have asked several times from the office and i hae make several call to the office bui there is no resonse. I have mentally tired and i want to pay all the amount in single premiun, tii now i do not get any call back when i talk him. he misbehave me and say for complaint to the office, the dealer of the Baldeo(mathura) is not behaving properly and said you can go to the higher authority . so please solve my problem.

                Sir,

                I bought new pulsar 180 CC and got 2 services till now. Today I noticed that this bike has 2 horns and one of the horns is missing. I asked the service station guy about this and he said that the place from where you got the first service done, they must have taken it out and when i talked to them they say that it must have not come along when you bought it. I got the service done from Bagga Link and Krishna auto in gurgaon. All in all, they are blaming each other. Though the horn is of 200/- but in the end the customer is the one who is suffering and moreover, these people doesnt even care to give a second thought about it. How should I claim for the same?

                Moreover, the service they do, it is really pathetic. It's just that they are just demanding money and doing nothing.

                Please suggest or do something about this as this is not only with me but most of the people who got the service done, they are complaining about it but they are not aware of compalint scenario. I take this opportunity to bring it out to you.

                  This is Vinay from Bangalore,
                  I am having a Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTSi 2006 model. I have completed Km35000 till now. I regularly service the vehicle at VST Service center, Bangalore.
                  I have replaced the
                  1st rear break shoes for 13000th Km, and
                  2nd shoes for 24500th Km.
                  3rd and 4th shoes have been replaced for every 5000km.
                  This shows the quality of the spare parts selling to the customer from Bajaj, and day by day the quality of the product is decreasing.
                  And the same case for front DISC pads whereas I replaced first PADS for
                  1st Km26000
                  2nd for Km32000
                  3rd is ready for replacement.
                  IF THIS PROBLEM CAN BE RECTIFIED BY BAJAJ I WILL BE VERY MUCH THANKFUL

                  i found many problems relating to rear shocks and front disk break .

                  Dear Sir ,
                  I am Mrs Poulomi Mukherjee, DOB[protected] has purchased one bike on[protected] through your finance facilities. Registration no. of my bike is AP 31 AY 4099, Chasis no. MD2DHDHZZRCG12718, ENGINE NO. DHGBRG14926.
                  NUMBER OF INSTALLATIONS : 10
                  Last and final installation paid by cheque is on 06-09-09.

                  I HAVE NOT RECEIVED NOC TILL DATE.

                  WHILE ENQUIRING ABOUT NOC AT LOCAL OFFICE AT VIZAG I AM INFORMED THAT ABOUT RS. 1350 IS DUE FOR PAYMENT AS A LATE FEE.

                  FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION I HAVE GIVEN ALL POST DATED CHEQUE AND ALL THE CHEQUES HAVE BEEN ENCASHED ON 06TH DAY OF EVERY MONTH.

                    On 8th of this month an amount of Rs 2518/- has been deducted from my account without my knowledge. When I enquired with the bank manager I noticed that the amount was deducted through ECS by Bajaj Auto finance. To Best of my knowledge I have not agreed with Bajaj Auto finance for any ECS. As per the bank manager’s information the amount was been deducted for Mr. L.Venkatesh Yadav.
                    **I do not know any person with name. Please consider this as serious case and resolve at the earliest.

                    ** For this same I tried to contact your hyd branch. But after making around 150 calls, we have received response from this branch.** And the Response was very very poor
                    Please do not trouble me anymore. Please Provide me your contact number.

                      i buy pulsar 200 cc on feb 2008 . i had complain about the service station of the suman autos noida.

                      i m not satisfy with their service.i again to again complaing about the radius of handle.but there is no response.i have this problem fom 2nd service and now its 5 service but there is no response always said " ho jayega" but yeh problem kabhi solve nahi hoti.i faces many problme now.there is no smoothing.and i always take care while riding on the hoghway
                      please help me out to solve this problem..

                        Dear Sir,
                        Myself is a Principal in Dharmaj Degree Pharmacy College, Dharmaj, Gujarat, I have Purchase Bajaj XCD Dts-si in the last year in the month of Octomber 2007, now only one installment is remain to pay but in the total of 11 installment, though there was balance in my Account, three times from your side the amount was not withdrawn and i have paid it in cash, and about the non withdrawl amont the intimation from your side was given after 6 months again on today they have given me intimation for one more instalment not withdrawn, I am not expecting such type of mental haresment form the company like you.
                        Now form your side, instead of your problem they are saying me to check and varyfy, they have given me receipt, instead of their duplicate receipt they are asking me to produce the oorignal receipt after the 7-8 month.
                        kindly do needful for same other wise I have to do something legally which I am not expecting from you.

                          I purchased My Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTSi on 12th September 2007 Within one year i have changed entire lights of my bike, battery, buttons (SelfStart, right left indicators and Horn)...in addition to that my speedometer and fuel indicators are also not working properly...eventhough i go to the service station they dont troubleshoot the problem correctly...the parts which they replace after checking the problem are of extremely bad quality...within a year i changed my liners 6 times...so now u can think how much money bajaj earns in a year on his spare parts..

                          I FEEL THAT I HAVE DONE A HUGE MISTAKE BY PURCHASING A BAJAJ PULSAR...Please take some action..against these hopeless companies...my friends too have gone through these problems...we all are from middle class family and cannot have enough power to fight against these evils...i hope u will definitely help us...

                          I AM COMPLETELY DISAGREE WITH ABOVE MENTIONED COMPLAINT(WEAK PARTS).I BOUGHT ONE OF MY BIKES IN AUGUST, 2007 AND SINCE THEN IT HAS CLOCKED MORE THAN 30000KMS.I DRUIVE THE BIKE AT A SPEED OF 65-70 KMPH AND TTHE BIKE HAS NEVER DEVELOPED ANY PROBLEM DESPITE OF THE FACT THAT THE ROADS I TRAVEL ON ARE THE WORST ROADS IN DELHI.IT STILL GIVES AROUND 50-52 KMPL.PULSAR IS A GREAT BIKE AND IT HAS NO EQUALS IN QUALITY AND COMFORT.NOW I HAVE TWO PULSARS AND I AM PLANNING TO BUY ONE MORE, PROBABALY A 200CC ONE.THE ABOVE MENTIONED COMPALINT MUST BE A RESULT OF POOR DRIVING AND CARE.

                          i ma facing many problems like engine noise, rear shocks week, front disk break week and now i found that engine oil is leaking all over the engine so request u to replace the engine as soon as possible before taking the critical step k thank u.
                          I have purchased Bajaj Pulsar 150DTSI on 16.01.2009 from Vedant Automobiles Ltd, Shibpur Road, Kolkata. Earlier I was using TVS Victor. During the first six month - the all parts (brake padels, gear, all bolts & nuts, horn box model, side & main stand) are got rust. The service centre has painted the parts as per requirement. Day before yesterday - the mailn stand was broken due to welding was done not so good. due to yesterday(1st may) was holiday, I go to them today and show them the main stand. They asked me to pay around Rs.250-300/- for the change of main stand. While in the guarantee period and the mian stand was broke due to bad quality of welding which was done at the time of making vehicle. Why I will pay the charges for that. I over all view of the running vehicle for more than 1 year I found that the vehciles Pulsar was not been made good as per the quality & service on road given by BAJAJ brand. I am getting mileage of around 35km/lt from the beginning till date. If the company not able to give good quality then why they have charged 20-25 thousand more than the 100 cc byke of the other which is more good than BAJAJ Pulsar. Kindly look into the matter and awating for your reply.

                          Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTSi — Theft of Petrol

                          Hi, This is Naser Shaik, today I have given my bike for regular servicing, when i took back and left to office for night shift, i found petrol is over, exactly 24 hours before i poured 100rs petrol. With great difficulty i reached petrol pump and half an hour late for office as well. I din not even drive my byche for 40KM, how is this possible ?

                          Its because of the theft, i can simply say.
                          i too got a pulsar 150 dts-i on 13th april 2009, i have visited service centre 6 times in 2 months, i m facing various problems, my bike gives an average mileage of 29km/l, where as at showroom they said it will give 55kmpl (average highway milage), bike gears also stuck, n make noise...i want help from BAJAJ, at paris bajaj, munivar, sgr, Kashmir.

                          Pulsar 150 DTSi — head light wire prob

                          i have a one your comopney product is bike(pulser). i facing some problem with that his head light wiring are cut .i compaint ur service center krishna bajaj its in sec 14 old dlf colony they never give any feed back to me so plz help me.
                          I am having Bajaj Pulsor DTSi 2007 June Model with digital meter.The first 3-4 years were fine but after then it becomes very expansive in terms of maintenance. The head light and other parts are of very bad quality they got into trouble each 5-6 months. The parts including sensonr comes around[protected] and I have already changed it 3 times.Still the light sometimes work then it goes off. During Mansoon it was in worst phase, it works in day and does not work in night.I have replaced from bateery, corrected wiring and everything as the mechanic knows, but still I am in big pain and it is just un-usable.I am using Active, the other two wheeler that I have and I am not sure what I should do with the "PULSOR" bike.Can we send it back to bajaj company for donations?

                            Hi. I am Arun .I live in Bijnor . i have bought a bajaj pulser 220
                            The performance of bike is a disaster to me since i have.
                            engine make sounds like drizzling like something broken in engine
                            i went to service center Vikrant Auto in Meerut at delhi road
                            they treat like dog ( Kitna hi Bhoonko vo kuch nahi sunte)
                            Engine malfunction light is on with bike running .as they told me before that if this happened there is something serious with engine
                            i have take my bike to them they charge Rs.5150.00 for the problem. but they problem is still there. so they told that there is nothing to worry about. this is just a censer not working . means that they charged me five thousand Rs. for the advice that ' just a censer not working ' My bike is in warranty period .
                            i still have a free service coupon. I dont know where to go? Who will listen to me?

                            I've purchased a Bajaj Pulsar-150 dtsi vehicle on 13th of july 2004.After six months i've been facing a lot of problems in my bike due to the inconvenience of the Bajaj Authorized service centre kannur Kerala.I've been in contact with your company person Mr Sampath.Every time i have to call him before giving the bike for the service because o[censored]nwelcoming nature of the authorized service people.My current and old & recurring problem is SHOCKERS which every time gives shocks on replacing puncture tyre.Authorized service center has no other answer other than changing the shockers which are already been changed once.My second complaint is the vehicle gets off on stand by.

                            I deeply regret to inform you about poor service & unwelcoming nature of the authorized people, Hence request you to to look into matter & take action immediately.

                            Suggestion:Requesting to change the management.

                            Looking forward for your immediate action.

                            my name is narendra kumar l from chennai .I have brought pulser 150 in the shakthi motors{poonamallee high rd} from the days one i am facing several problem from the bike i brought the bike on 5 jun 2008 as on date i whoude have gone to the serive station more than 15 times for the problem to be solver were as the problem is been solved for only few days the problem occures once again right on the 1st day itself i hade the fuel gage problem were the indicator is not working one again and the service people tpld me to get the bike on the sunday {19 oct 2008} were as after going to the serive station the people says that they dont have any person to look now so come tomarow for the problem to be rectified the service which is been provied is very pathetic and the person how attended me is mr vijay mobile num {[protected]} they service and the care that they taking towards the cust makes me to feel in such a ways that i have did a great blender by taking the bike from the above mention authorised dealer i also have the attacment to be attached .And also send any email id were i can send the attachment also please take neccary action against the dealer and the service persons
                            indecater in fuel tank, is not working.we have search in vearious agency but we have not found.ples. give us some advice, the details as follows.

                            This comment is just being posted to all the people who are just thinking to take a BAJAJ bike(Pulsar) because the story goes on...


                            I have bought a Bajaj pulsar in Oct-06 right from the day i have brought the vehicle the engine oil was leaking from the gear lever the workshop people are having utter knowledge of the vehicle or they dont wnat to solve the problem at once it took them 3services/ almost 3months and i have to visit to the worshop for more than 10times only to lodge the complaint. Atlast it was solved after 3months and i was happy. But... But... This happiness not lasted long as then the problem started coming Lowpick and excessive noise from engine the workshop people told me that the valves were loose and they adjusted them but the problem did not close. Atlast my bike has run 24500kms till date now there is a knocking noise coming from the engine the showroom people are saying that the head needs to be O/H.

                              I have purchased Bajaj Pulsar 150 in February 2008.
                              As Per company (James Bajaj satara Road Pune) they need to provide my RC card after 3 months.
                              But My RC (smart card)was lost by company Showroom . NOw nobody is cooperating with me.
                              I dont know what action to take against them to get my RC card back

                                Dear Sir,
                                I have purchesed one BAJAJ XCD-125 in the month of may 2008 OF 20 th bearing Eng. No. JAM-BRB-96359, FRAME No. MD-2-DSJ-BZZRWB-10942, from your authorised dealer VANDNA AUTO G.E. Road Raipur (Chhattisgarh), as the company claimed 109 Km/L about the average of the said vehicle, but even after two servicing of my vehicle the average lmiit is fixed only up to 40 Km/L which is more un-economical for me. at the time of second servicing of the said vehicle, the deale has promised me about enhancement of the minimum average up to 80-90 Km/L. but still result is hopeless.
                                therefore you are requested to please do needfull as per your claim, about the average of the said vehicle.otherwise I will go to consumer forum for claiming refund the entire amount whatever I have expended for driving encluding the cost of vehicle and other expindeture.

                                1. Why BAJAJ is launching so many bike models in the 100cc to 135cc range?
                                e.g. discover 125 to discover 135 to discover 100
                                xcd-125 (which is now obsolate) to xcd-135
                                platinna-100 to platinna-125

                                2. Why BAJAJ is advertising wrong millage to the public?
                                e.g. xcd-125 demanding 109km/l, whereas it is showing mostly 50 - 55 km/l on road
                                and BAJAJ servicing centers (like Puri, Orissa) have chart showing 60 - 80 km/l (under normal test condition ).

                                3. Bajaj servicing centers like (Puri, Orissa) are claiming that it is not a 125cc bike.

                                  its abt the bajaj sai service @ andheri east amboli they r not a good serice station, the workers i.e femals sitting @ the help desk is always on her cel phone does not shoe intrest in speaking, i had given my pulsar for service it realy sucks they did not service it properly, did not top up d brake oil even after reminding them, they charged for a new signal light when they did not change any signal light . the manager sadanand i[censored] go to him wit a complain he try's to ignore ' they alwasys call customers early when d bike is not ready & make customers wait, not only me many of my frinds have felt d same, customers who dont have much knoweledge of bikes machs fool them to get rid of them . i have send a mail to bajaj abt his but no reply

                                    Hello sir,
                                    I have a Pulsar DTS I 150 CC, have been using last 3 years.My vehichle registeration no is TN 07 1185.

                                    Recentely i have noticed that the petrol tank is fully rusted and petrol is leaking . now i need to spend 4000 to replace my tank.

                                    I think it is a manufacture defect of the tank, i haven't seen anything in the brochure saying that don't ride ur vehicle when raining. water is always going inside and it is mixing with petrol and almost it got spoiled my vehicle .

                                      Dear Sir/mamdam,

                                      This is regarding an complaint on your servicing center located at secunderabad ther was no proper service provided by the concerned people and to rectify 1 problem with the bike we need to roam 2 to 3 thimes around the servicing center and ther will be no proper guidence given to the customer and no one use to take care on us we need to wait hours and hours to solve one problem .

                                      And Mr.Arif who is the incharge of the specific center is really bad service provider.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I have puchased Bajaj XCD in December. It was promised that it would give a fuel efficiency of 80-95 kmpl. But i am getting only 40-50 kmpl (After 3rd servicing, Odometer reading-5200). On complainig regularly to the delaer he says that they have done the adjustment required. But there has been no improvement. Please help me so that company listens to my complaint and does the needful.

                                        i have bajaj xcd 125 bike purchase june 2008 and the average of this bike just 65kmh/l in beetween speed of 35 to 45. i have done my all services and the performence of bike is not so good. there is much more problem

                                        I get 80 KMPL first time, but, after first servicing millage reduced to 55 KMPL. What is the company settings of the Carburetor. First serving time air settings may be changed. please help me how can set the correct setting.
