I am abhinav bhagotra from jammu having registered mobile no. [protected]. i was called for upgrading my present emi card to elite emi card by paying rs. 4999. i paid the amount and i god my digital emi card on the app but with same limit and no gift vouchers as promised. now i ma trying to call them on toll free no. and they say that the elite emi card department is different and the toll free nos. they give are not working. u r therefore requested to kindly increase my limit from existing 145000 to 300000 and give my vouchers or reimburse my payment of rs 4999.00

    Dear Sir!

    This is very serious issue. Even after paying the bajaj EMI properly and already had the discussion with grievance redressal team the bajaj finance people are still calling for the payment to which the waiver is already made. Many times i have updated the recovery department but in a very pathetic way the executive talks and disconnects the calls.

    During call disconnecting they use some slang and humiliating words which actually provoke the other person to get angry and behave ridiculous.

    Kindly look into the matter for the following loans and waiver details attached

      I have been charged of Rs. 450/- every time I miss my EMI payment, my due date is 2nd of every month & past two month I have been paying the same timely still on June 11th, I was charged Rs.350/-
      Later on June 12th charged Rs.885/-
      on 14th June again of Rs. 413/- & again on 20th June 354/- twice (Total Rs. 708).

      The total amount deducted is of RS. 2356/-

      I tired reaching customer care number several times but couldn't get thru it feels like we are just been used, as our bank accounts details are in your possession & the money in the bank can be deducted in easily without any prior consent, this is severe misuse, I have never been called or informed about any of this charges, at the time of purchase none of this information is been shared, that such charges will be applicable, & the consumer's trust to share the bank account detail is been misused. I have not checked my previous months statements I may have been falsely charged all the time.

      This needs to be addressed properly

      I want my refund of Rs. 2356 & initiate this process asap.

      Is this consumer complaint forum going to take any action against the complaint I have registered or what ? As there is no revert from Bajaj Finserv yet.. It been 5 days now, I have been falsely charges & it needs to get addressed properly.

        Since I did not have any EMI due from my side. Also, I did not requested for any EMI card, moreover Rs 117/- were deducted from my account without any intimation with reason of deactivation of card. Try to contact customer care executive but there is no option in IVR to talk to anyone in person, however i have raised request to deactivate my EMI card on 20/06/2019.Please deactivate my EMI card.

        This is unauthorized deduction. Please refund my money to my bank account.

          But now they are charging annual inactive fee of rs. 117/-.

            I availed a loan taken for the purchase of two Refrigerators through Bajaj Finserv vide loan Account No.1) 5U10CD71333975, 2) 5U10CD7133614
            on 13/04/2018 at DAS AGENCIES PALAKKAD KERALA . I have completed all the dues to the company on 05/12/2018 and no EMIs are pending against me to this issue. But I regret to inform you that while I purchasing the above products the agent never issue any such cards and I am not purchasing any thing else using through this card.Now I got message from Bajaj Finserve on my mobile that you will charge Rs.117 as against EMI Card inactive FEES and this may be waived and the issue may be resolved at the earliest.
            So I do not need this card or any service in future.Hence I request that please do the needful in this regard.

                While at the time of process to issuance the card said for one time charge which is already taken and no hidden charges was there as per relationship manager of Bajaj Finserv.

                So, this type of massage creating unwanted pressure on customer.

                Requested to please resolve or if this type of any consent given by me pls keep me documented on mail and also share manded of deduction from account.

                This is the very cheapest way of fraudlance to deduct amount from customer a/c.

                Tele calling for ask only yes or no question only.mobile insurance i have not activate in my known language. Directly debited my bank amount more than EMI amount, always customer care not support direct and phone call.
                My customer id:85089064 Bajaj finserv debited 118rs on 14th june from my account in the name of bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_Apirl. With out any intimation they have debited.worst customer service

                  You have not issued me an emi card nor I have received it. So I dont have an emi card. I have mot received such a card. Then how can you take an inactive fee from me for an inexisting card. You had provided me with a RBL credit card which is in use. Do clarify about such a card in my name and inform me about it in detail. Please do reply by sending a message to this email. Awaiting your favourable response at the earliest for this mail.

                    I have purchased electronic item such as ac and washing machine on bajaj fin serv emi based and i have paid all due on time and now i have not any amount due. Recently you deducted 117 rupee from my account without prior information. If i have paid every penny dues then why you deducted. this is unfair practice. Now i have not used emi card. i had paid extra money to increase warranty of my ac but till now i have not received any document to show ac company. Your company is based of lie. i dont want to continue your service. i request you to kindly deactivate my emi card and return my 117 rupee.

I have taken 3 loan from card.. and on continuesly basis I paid all the EMI regularly on time..today I got msg from Bjaja inserv that your card is temporary block due to in line with credit policy.. now what is the issue at this time.. if I am using your card continuously and paying all the EMI on time... Please get in touch with me..please unblock my card soon

It has been years, the Bajaj EMI was availed last time and the entire loan was repaid and have no dues from my part. I need immediate refund of the amount and also need immediate discontinuation of the EMI card as well as disconnect the link with my savings account.                           I had purchased OPP F11 PRO mobile phone on 13 Jun 2019 through Bajaj finance from MAMOOTH CELL POINT-Padi chennai. Now i find that another product naming "digital fone safe 403DVSES222852 is tagged to my loan account. Without my permission without my knowledge how and why this loan is activated. This is totally unwanted product for me beside this i am astonished for such action of this reputed company.

                          Now, i request to you please raise the complain to this company and resolve the matter so that i don't lose any money. I shall remain thankful to you. And till now how much amount is deducted from my account in the name of digital fone safe must be refunded to me. This is complete fraud process without taking any prior confirmation from customer these mobile fone safe insurance schemes are activated.

                            I am customer of bajaj finance and I have taken loan paying the emi regularly.
                            This month one of my emi amount was not clear to me and it got bounced this month. I actually went to coimbatore bajaj finance office in race course near taj hotel coimbatore. There Mr dinesh bajaj employee given me the required details and I was not still clear and I told him that I will pay the emi tomorrow. But he suddenly talked to me rudly and with no respect stating that I should pay right now. But after few seconds other employee starting showting and using bad words. Which I never expected and really not happpy with their behaviour and also u found they are treating all other customers like this

                            I am going to move this issue through my advocate until proper response taken by the bajaj finance

                                Bajaj executive told me about issuing supercard via call and asked me to submit documents for verification. I said I do not want the same and I wish to return the EMI card which I already have, as it is no longer use. But without any document verification, they have sent me the card through courier today. I did not apply for such a card. But I received a mail that "Your application is successful and your card has been sent". I don't want both the cards and want to relink my account details from that card. (They have deducted fees for not using the card without my knowledge).

                                  Arree bheekh mange lag jao katora leke. jo bina kisi information ke account se paisa kat rahe ho sahi hai wo log jo tumhre jaise tuchiiii company ko pay nhi karte every Emi on time di. fir bhi bheekh chahiye tumhe mere Acoount se agr ab paise deduct kiye main direct @RBI ko compliant karugi last time bhi complaint ki but koi answer nhi kiya abhi check my last compliant at 27/4/2019. na koi customer care number hai.

                                    On 17 June in my account 117 rs has been deducted due to ecs what is this i have completed my emi successfully after that why Bajaj people charges me some unnecessary charges aftet the emi completion ?
                                    I want my money to be back this is the second time first time i have neglected ...this time i wont leave can anybody answer why this amount is deducted with out any prior information how they can cut my amount from my bank
                                    Present i am not in any emi related plans with Bajaj ...this kind of action makes me weird and unsecure to shop with Bajaj in future
                                    Please resolve this issue Asap ...this is the second time my amount has been deducted
                                    Please ensure and follow through i have attached a file regarding transaction

                                      my loan number 577pst41323795 my eim 4399/ - rs is two month bounses . sir meri 6 month se salary nahi aa rahi hai to mera two eim balance hai . aap ki companise muze bar bar call aa raha aur gandi galiya bak rahe . main aap ka payment karane wali hu jaise hi payment aaye aap ka maine kar dungi .lekin aap ke staff ko boliye bat tamij se karane ke liye meri family ko bhi pareshan kar rahe hai agar aisa chalata raha to mera payment aane ke bad bhi mai payment nahi karungi mera abhi jada balence nahi hai payment.

                                        I have an existing personal loan from Bajaj Finserv. In the loan document Loan Account Number (LAN) and Customer ID is mentioned. But Virtual Account Number(VAN) is not mentioned. Asked for it through email twice but they are not replying.
                                        VAN can be used to transfer money via NEFT to that account for part payment.
                                        Without VAN it is not possible to do part payment via NEFT.

                                        Totally disappointed and feel being cheated.
