I have been charged of Rs. 450/- every time I miss my EMI payment, my due date is 2nd of every month & past two month I have been paying the same timely still on June 11th, I was charged Rs.350/-
Later on June 12th charged Rs.885/-
on 14th June again of Rs. 413/- & again on 20th June 354/- twice (Total Rs. 708).
The total amount deducted is of RS. 2356/-
I tired reaching customer care number several times but couldn't get thru it feels like we are just been used, as our bank accounts details are in your possession & the money in the bank can be deducted in easily without any prior consent, this is severe misuse, I have never been called or informed about any of this charges, at the time of purchase none of this information is been shared, that such charges will be applicable, & the consumer's trust to share the bank account detail is been misused. I have not checked my previous months statements I may have been falsely charged all the time.
This needs to be addressed properly
I want my refund of Rs. 2356 & initiate this process asap.

Updated by Ash Shine Is this consumer complaint forum going to take any action against the complaint I have registered or what ? As there is no revert from Bajaj Finserv yet.. It been 5 days now, I have been falsely charges & it needs to get addressed properly.
