My Name is THIRUGNANAM N, I'm the existing customer of bajaj finserv.

I have salaried Personal Flex Loan with LAN :421SPF40175385.In that, I have raised withdrawn request for Rs.50000 dated on 24/06/2019. got the message from bajaj stated that "request is processed" but amount is not credited to my bank account.
so same day, raise complaint to customer support and got the response from them:
"Dear Thirugnanam, Greetings and thank you for writing to Bajaj Finance Ltd. This is with reference to your email regarding draw down against your loan account number 421SPF40175385. As per the telephonic conversation on mobile number XXXXXX7802, at 05:15 pm, we discussed regarding the draw-down. We would like to inform you that as you had initiated the draw-down request at 10:30 am, and the same will be credited into your bank account by the end of the day. We would to inform you that any draw down request raised before 02:00 pm, will be processed by the end of the day. And any request raised after 02:00 pm, will be processed by the next working day. We have forwarded the Statement of Account for your reference on registered mail id. It is our constant endeavor to ensure that you have our attention always. Warm regards, Milka Dongare, Bajaj Finance Ltd."
I checked on the next day (25/06/2019), Still now amount was not credited to my bank account. for that, Raised multiple complaints to customer care, no response from bajaj finserv.
but i got the email from bajaj finserv stated as:
Dear Customer,
Your drawdown request for Rs. 50000 towards Loan Account Number ending with XXX75385 on[protected] has been processed successfully.
Your current loan details are as mentioned below:
Loan Account Number: 421SPF40175385
Dropline Amount: 265000
Utilised Amount: 245000
Available Amount: 20000
but still now, amount not credited to my bank account.
Today third day, still now this issue is not resolved from bajaj finserv.
I need to this issue resolve to today otherwise amount revered to my loan account otherwise will raise complaint in consumer portal and court if needed,
waiting for your response. very urgent!!!
