Bajaj finserv debited 118rs on 14th Jun from my account in the name of bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_April19. When i asked they emailed and told that it was ecs charges by bank. When i contacted with bank they told that it is deducted by bajaj finserv and not ecs. I told bajaj to refund the amount because the amount they charged also did not reflect in my bajaj loan account. But they did not respond on it. They are unnecessarily charging. Please register my complaint and help to resolve it asap.

Even after asking several times, I get calls everyday atleast 5 to 6 times from new numbers...when i block the regular ones. Please stop calling on [protected]. Its extremely irritating.     At the time of sanctioning said loan I have informed bajaj to quote or updated my GST TIN, I refer to my mail dated 27.02.2019, in last para I requested bajaj to quote and update my GST TIN in all your future invoices, I enclosed said mail for your reference

    I again wrote mail on dt. 28.03.2.019 requesting you to update my GST TIN on all invoice generates by you. I mentioned in my mail that I have updated my GST TIN in my online bajaj login account. I hereby attached screen shot of my GST TIN updated on website

    I am surprised that in spite of my repeated request your good self has not quoted my GST TIN on invoice generated and paid by me, which means that I will not going to get GST credit in my GST Return. I hereby attaching the three invoice generated from your website wherein my GST TIN is not reflected

    I am fed up with the kind of service offered by bajaj finserve and feels cheated.

    In view of above, I request you kindly compel them to re-issue the invoice incorporating my GST TIN or tell me where I can escalate my complain further to get justice and GST credit and penalized action on bajaj finserve

      Hello
      I purchased a A.C through the Bajaj finance EMI, at the time of purchase billing we strictly said no to the extended warranty, after 2 days of purchasing they constantly called us through telecalling and told us to take extended warranty at that time also we said no to extended warranty.
      But after we said no also they activated the loan of extended warranty for RS 7641
      How can they activated or grant a loan without our consent or approval and after that matter came to our notice we went to cancel the loan but they said it takes 15 days to complete the process and they are saying we have to pay the extended warranty EMI also for that month and after cancellation the EMI amount we paid will be reverted to our bank account.
      After I cancelled one loan account they have activated the another one with telecalling.
      The same issue is also happens with my relative and many others.
      Without acceptance they are giving us loan and we have to pay them. if our bank accounts didn't have that much money it will be a cheque bounce case. The bank will collect cheque bounce charges and Bajaj finance also collects the charges of rs450.
      Just once think the business scale of Bajaj finance and the scam or fraud it can do.

        Hi,

        I have noticed that rs.117/ has been debited without any authorization from my Dena Bank saving account.

        I am shocked to see this, please reverse and credit it back to my bank account.

        Please let me know why and by whose authorization have you debited this amount.

        I have nothing pending with bajaj finserv. I don't have any loans with you.

        I expect the amount to be credited to my Dena Bank account immediately with proper explanation from your end.

            As my loan application no. 5770CD48875998 is approved & SMS received but till date I had not received loan amount in my account. Instead of this SMS came for Insurance premium from 3 different company without informing you.

            I will not pay any premium on 2nd of July untill & till you call me & short out my issue.

            Dont blaim that I had not informed you as I had already mailed you may times.

              Now I am sharing here the story of this Fraud, I have received a call on 27th May 2019.
              A call received from sai finance on 27th may around 02:22 pm, then talked me for required load details. Now after this I have provide him my details & documents. & after all verification, they have provide the Welcome letter of loan approved on 3rd June 2019. same has been attached in the mail thread. In this mail thread they have mentioned some negative point, & also told me how to take this loan, As per these fraud team, they have provide me SAI finance application form & same I am filled & submitted. required First me Processing fees /- 2150/-rs same I am paid on 31.05.2019, after they provide me Welcome letter on 3rd June & confirmed me your amount credit at the end of the day, But again tomorrow i am received call from bajaj Team (Name - Sameer). they have told me kindly paid the 2 EMI as per your welcome letter in Advance for your DSA account (Sai Finance), Now same amount i have arranged from my friend & paid him on 4th June, after received amount they told me you have received the fund at the end of the day. But again tomorrow i am called him, amount not received, they told me Please take the signature proof of your bank & submitted, Now this requirement also filled my me on same day (6th June 2019). but today again amount not received, & on morning 7th june 2019, I am regular trying these guys numbers but they didn't pick & no response from SMS & Whatup number. Now this happen incident all call records also available with me, If required please call me if any issue, I purpose of this mail, need to stop these types of fraud cases stopped permanent, Because due to this so many peoples are die. Now i am also attached here the proof of banks transfer & account details, need to stop these account permanent & freezed him. Also request to Delhi police or Cyber Cells for check account & arrest him for fraud case of Bajaj Finserv. Now they have collected amount from me = 2150+7741+7741 = 17632/- rs, if they don't stop, they have fraud the peoples so much. Now after this I am also received the advance EMI paid msg on my cell. screen shot attached.

                Executive from BAJAJ fin serv called, explained aboute elite mebership in Rs. 4999 with vouchers worth 30k. I paid the amount by using insta credit of 5k through Mobikwik Bajaj Fin wallet on 15.05.2019 at 07.11 pm with transaction id QMBK[protected]. My digital card is visble in the App with the mark Elite written on it... but my vouchers are missing... no helpline is working... no way to resolve this issue... help me out pl.

                  I have received a fraud call from[protected] asking OTP for my customer care portal (that I received as sms) of Bajaj finserv rbl card. I felt it to be some scam and denied to provide. I wanted to complaint the fraud to the customer care number provided with the msg i e. [protected], but no one responded. I called twice but wasn't connected to anybody.

                      My 295 ₹ cut from previous two months two times without give me any information by Bajaj finserv. When I went sbi bank they said these 295 ₹ amount cut by Bajaj finserv company. And when I went Bajaj finserv company they said these charges not cut by company. What's going on. Where is my money?? Please give me my money as soon as possible.                         In looking period I had a complaint for this issue to bajaj but they told me that call again after 13 th of next month but on this date already looking period is over so now they are providing me resolution like it can not be cancelled and now customer have to compulsory purchase insurance.

                        I am requesting for cancel my insurance against AC as it was start without my knowledge...

                          I paid 10200 for loan including penalty charges in morning ( 459SCE[protected] and even received message for the payment but after that evening I received message your account had insufficient balance so issued penalty 295 thrice total of 885 I did notice later.its never appreciated. Having paid I can't bear the fine so I wanna payment immediately refunded

                              Dears,
                              I have taken 6 loans from Bajaj Finserv wih EMI date is 2nd of every month. I never been a defaulter. But on 2nd may 2019, I could not clear the EMI, because, from 30th April 2019 to 10th May 2019, due to Cyclone (FANI) at Bhubaneswar, I stayed away from Bhubaneswar. When, I got a call on 8th may 2019 from Bajaj to clear EMI by 13th May 2019, I cleared on that day. After that 100 s of calls from Bajaj Finserv to pay bouncing charges. When I cited the reason, they didn't hear to it and finally auto deducted 6 x Rs 295 = Rs 1, 770 through ECS on 10th June 2019.

                              Therefore, I request to refund of Rs 1, 770 asap.

                                Hello sir,
                                Please note customer experience head : the same mail has been marked a copy to consumer forum due to the harassment caused due to unethical card blockage by bajaj finserv.


                                Please refer to loan account no : (#############)vijay gohel

                                1. I had taken this loan of -₹ 8990.00 with a tenure of 3 months / instalments starting from 7th may 2019.

                                2. A mail was written to bajaj finserv well before not to autodebit the amount from bank of baroda as my account in that is dormant.

                                3. Bajaj finserv did not make a note of it and it was auto debited from my bank of baroda account and I had to bear the bounce charges.

                                4. My CIBIL score went down from 860 to 811 because of bajaj finserv. On top of that I made double payment of my installment because there was no acknowledgement of any payment. Even today the Experia dashboard shows as only 1 EMI is paid and not 2.
                                Now Bajaj has two payments to which I suggested
                                A. Transfer the money back to the Paytm wallet as that was a source of payments.
                                Or
                                B. Consider this as my second and advance payment.

                                C. Or transfer it to any bank where I hold accounts. ( before 2-3 year I had taken a loan via HDFC route. Transfer it to HDFC OR AXIS. They did exactly the opposite of what I had warned them before making the payments- well in advance.
                                The 2nd payment was again foolishly credited to bob account which is dormant. Now bfs is asking for bank account statement, how on earth can I get the statement of my dormant account in bob.

                                5. On top of all this my card was blocked due to your error and it is still blocked.

                                For the month of june2019 I made an advance payment on 21st may and my card still is blocked.It was told to me that it will be unblocked on 7th june and till now it is blocked .The ivr on the phone says that it will be unblocked on 7th july.What rubbish is this ??????? Don't you guys update your experia account it is never updated.This is the treatment you give to customers who have done advance payment???????

                                6.I would like to ask this to the customer experience head that are you playing around with your valued customers by blocking their cards unethically like this.

                                7. I will take strict course of action in the consumer forum and I have already posted this on their dashboard so that millions of people know how bajaj finserv harasses customers. Mr Saket Pawar tried to help me by suggesting that I should approach the pune branch to activate the dormant ac. But people in bob are saying that please goto your home branch to make the dormant account active, which is indore. It was a salary account of a company called gate6 where I used work.

                                8. As the extra amount of Rs. 2997 was transferred by you to my dormant account it is a loss to us we cannot even withdraw that amount. We asked the Pune BOB branch to which they said that you have to go to your home branch is indore, where I used to work before 7-8 yrs. Do you expect us to do all this, you want me wash your dirt for your mistake? You are liable to return me that amount or adjust the same with my third installment pending. Your executives are asking for Bank statement, but they are not aware that Bank statement is given to ONLY ACTIVE ACCOUNTS, and for making the account Active I need to go to Indore which is the Home Branch. Do you think I am a fool, I understand each and every thing. How on earth do you expect me to get the bank statement, I have received this as the only answer to my queries, even a kid can understand all this. This is what Mr Sanket Pawar suggests. I had been to pune branch and we have argued a lot. Treat that Money as my last EMI. Simple! I had offered the same solution before too, that since I have paid through PayTM, return back the money in the same way, but Bajaj people deposited the cheque back to the account which they knew is Dormant.

                                9. Please sort out this issue asap and unblock my card .I also gave a call to the customer care yesterday to Mr Nand Kishore to which no action was taken.

                                  Customer executive Soni Yele • soni.[protected]@bizsupportc.com called me and I applied for bajaj elite card on 18-5-19.Rs.5000 was deducted from my account but I have neither received my elite 4999 card nor have I received any gift vouchers as promised.I even mailed her several times but there was no reply.Please help.
                                  I am getting the same answer over & over again like a robot but the problem is not getting solved.

                                    My loan no 414remei994754 is due on 02/06/19 from my sbt a/c, but it is not deducted and i have paid the amount on 07/06/19. Is next month will deducted from my account. Their is no message or email to me about payment. I have sufficiet balance inmy account . Then why not deducted.                                       I have purchased a Vivo V15 mobile phone through Bajaj Fin service.Now they have charged CPP Telebining without my permission .I have requested them may a times to remove the same .But now they are saying that 15 days cooling off period is over and therefore it cannot be surrendered.
                                      I request you to cancel it as soon as possible as I have not bought it and I have also not signed any policy document to buy this CCP.It is a fraudulent Practise and you cannot forcibly give this to me.

                                        Without giving me proper information regarding policy and without taking my permission these bajaj peoples activated Life Insurance Phone Binding Policy in my Bajaj finserv account and on 6th June 2019 Rs. 1089/- deducted from my Bank account For this Policy.

                                        I even don't have documents and information regarding the above mentioned policy. Which means I dont know for which purpose they are deducting amount from my Bank Account.

                                        I think this is the regular cheating behaviour of these Bajaj Peoples and even thre is no any direct number to contact to executive to sort out the issue. All ther Toll Free IVR Numbers gives automated answers.

                                        I sent them mail several times on "[protected]@bajajfinserv.in" mail From May 20 2019 and they have never taken this matter seriously.
                                        They told me solve the matter in within 5 days but after that no reply from them.I have all the mail proofs.

                                        I also submitted written complaint and they unnecesarily rejected my application. Saying that re submit written complaint.

                                        I Am very much disappointed with this foolish behaviour & service from these Scrap Bajaj Peoples and I am going to take serious action these peoples if the problem is not sorted out ASAP.

                                        Because similar type of cases happening with other peoples also. That means they are doing intentionally.
