I was making my payments on time and never missed any.

I got a msg on my no. [protected] that my Bajaj finance emi card ending with 5782 has been blocked permanently with our in line policy...this is not any kind of reason for blocking any card suddenly...

I was making my payments on time and never missed any payments, and this blocking of card is unacceptable...

Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My loan no.415DPF93729083 as been ending this month 5th july I had payed Rs.2180 one day prior and closed the loan. But again on 5th july amount has been deducted from my account automatically. And amoujtbis not yet credited in my account yet. It was the last emi for the loan
Please kindly repay the amount back

I bought one oppo phone on 21/05/2019. on my first emi i surprised that rs 349 extra deducting from my account. when quired i came to know that its for digital phone safe. i contacted many time with bajaj finserv. they told me to contact cpp. and cpp people told me to conract bajaj. i am confused.

    I have applied for elite emi card as the customer executive told. I paid the amount through mobikwik app the amount got successfully debited 3 months ago but i didn't got the card yet. And whenever i call on customer service they give a new number every time but never solved the issue

      I was paid my emi for before due date.
      But, my emi card shown blocked now because of the reason for i have a outstanding amount.

      Last month also i paid extra amount for (Outstanding amountrs.450) and also (Bank deducted money ecs mandate charges rs.295 for 3 times) the reason of bajaj finane and this month also having same issue.

      Please kindly support to resolve this problem...

        I bought a tv and washing machine. I was asked whether i want 1 yr extended warranty. Refused but when my 1st emi deducted that amount of extended warranty was added with tv emi. After complaining to that person who was representing the store and was in touch with bajaj he told me that they never ask from bajaj to start that. How can someone charge me for the item which i never purchased. Please sort my issue, cancel the warranty and take action against these kind of people who are doing fraud just to get their points.

          I am getting so many phone calls from Bajai Finserv to get personal loan, credit card and other products. They are insisting me to buy other hose hold items also. However I have informed to them as I am not interest, but still they are calling me daily. I am unable to reply to them frequently.

          Pls. arrange to stop such unwanted calls to my registered mobile number with my Bajai Finserv card.

            We have taken a bajaj finserv loan and kindly paying every emi on the time. But for some reason my mom who's the owner of loan got hospitalised and far as she's a government employee and government has held their salaries so i was late at funding the emi of this month and though my mother is hospitalised the agent calling us and using a bery bad tone of language like "tu bharega ki nhi tujhe bharna padega etc. Etc.."
            She also abused my mother on the phone call and telling her to do anything she was terrible at speaking to us. I also got a recorded audio of hers. That can prove her guilty

              Dear sir/madam,
              I dyaga sharath chandra holding a loan account with 4000cd81537869, availed for taking a samsung fridge at bajaj electronics, dr. A. S. Raonagar, secunderabad.in the month of july 2018, 12.

              At the time of purchase as the existing savings account was linked up with axis bank a/c (Which was closed very earlier one year back). When was swiped started presenting from august, 2018. Immediately i have reached nearest purchased outlet and given a cancelled cheque of existing bank a/c of andhra bank. But answer form your executive was it takes 3 months time. But as per your company condition presentation in the closed a/c bank has been in progress, despite a clean prior intimation was given regarding change in bank a/c. On the other hand i was paying the cash by hand of 2500/- through the same executive at your outlet.
              My sincere request is despite paying by hand trying to clear my loan amount, now they have charged for cheque bounce case for every month and showing 2500/- in total.in the month of may 8, 2019, deducted 500/-, and in the month of june 10, 2019 deducted 700, and july 10, 2019 got deducted 400/- when i was clear about change in bank a/c and sincere updating to your people to kindly update immediately, they have delayed in carrying out the process to move the file or generate the file. Since the delay is totally from your end and have charged everything on to me, my request is kindly revert all the charged charges to my savings a/c updated. As i have given twice information one at outlet giving cancelled check of andhra bank and another at begumpet office a cancelled check of andhra bank to manager mr. Ravi. Kindly, revert back to me being an genuine customer of yours i once more request you to revert the charges collected by you to my existing savings a/c. Thanking you, yours sincerely, dyaga sharath chandra.

                  Very pathetic service from bajaj finserv i have been recently issues a bajaj emi card however whenever i try to place an order it asks me to complete ecs mandate which never gets completed and then i call them to send someone to my house so that i can submit my nach however the customer service has been no help... I need a justification from bajaj finserv if i was supposed to do it like this then why you took my bank passbook copy and details stating this is being taken for nach mandate...

                  I am not going to give any further information please get my nach done within 5 days as i have already given you all the documents if you cant do this then please cancel my card and refund me my money..

                  Your customer service reps are very rude this is the last chance i am giving to you guys if my nach doesnt get completed in 5 days as i have already submitted all the proofs required then please refund my money i dont want to hear anything else

                    Hi i am manoj kp from thrissur, kerala. I bought a godrej ac from fridge house, thrissur. The emi that was supposed to be deducted from my bank account was rs 2, 527/-. However, i recently i notice that every month addition amount of rs 1, 489/- is getting deducted from my account on name of "balic premium cd loan", which i never opted. Earlier i was not aware of this. But when i logged into my account i found that every month an extra amount of rs 1, 489/- was getting deducted on name of "balic premium cd loan" from my bank account. I don't know why this is being deducted. I want the issue to be resolved. My consumer durable loan account no is : 4360cd00016559. And my balic premium cd loan account no is : 436bal00016588. Thanks.

                      I am suresh kumar. I have taken 1.2 lacs personal loan from you & i have paid continuously. 6 months back i lost my job but i have paid every month emi along with the interest, because it bounced. Your agents called me & shouting that you should not do continuously like this. I spoke with their manager mr. Mahesh from tirupati branch, he shouted on me & said if your not going to pay this month emi with in 10 days, i am going to send people to your home. He is scaring me for 4, 567/- & threatening with the words. I am out of money now, i cant pay for next two months. If your people going to send a rowdies to my home i will get the injunction suite or i want to make suicide myself. Because i cant live after loosing my social respect. Try to stop threatening calls & resolve it asap.

                        I want to deactivate my bajaj finserv emi card which is registered on my mobile number [protected]. I had used it once in agra up for the purchase of refrigerator. I had already completed my finance on refrigerator. Now in future i do not want bajaj finserv emi card to use it again for any finance. So please deactivate my bajaj finserv card that will be your most kindness.

                            Earlier i took 2 loans from bajaj finance and my loans have completed in february'2019 and emi due date was 2nd of every month, only my last emi + bounce charges i pay on 8th february by online to bajaj finance.
                            But from your side you deduct 295 + 295 money from my account, one time in february month and twice in march month, i have complained so many times in branch but there is no response.
                            Sir / madam i request you to take immediate action on this matter and stop deduction and refund my money asap.

I had purchased a item of refrigerator for me in the month of jan-2019 as emi-1470.00 per month. Upto 8 months i have to pay such amount.. But on 05.07.2019 rs.590.00 and on 6.07.2019 rs.590.00 deducted 13 times in a day totally 14 times rs 590.00 deducted total amount deducted 8260.00 such amount deducted once in a day how can in lead life.. Without my pre-intimation concerned company has deducted i thinking to complaint before the court of law..

                                Without any prior notice or mail bajaj finserv has deducted 413 rs from my saving account. I don't have any emi running nor i am using their any service. It's a fraud business they are running.

                                Please do something about bajaj finserv. I even tried contacting their helpline number but they don't have any provision to talk to the customer.

                                  Why are you sending bulk spam emails from a different email address, I have requested many times for not sending me emails on official email id but still from multiple addresses I am getting emails for Bajaj Finserve loan.
                                  I don't need any loan and even in future also if I need I will never take from Bajaj.
                                  If you guys don't stop sending these emails, I will put a case against your firm.

                                  Sir I am applying for education loan 100000 and he said me that you pya procecing fee and loan amount in your account 30 Minut but some time hi call me and told me GST 12800 when I pay then hi told me 13000or rupee pay I am not pay for money I told him that you rpend my many hi said refund fees 2500 I pay refund fees Hi said other fees sir plz help me refund my money

                                    My bajaj finserve card was issued in march 2019 and had limit of 1.13lakhs.
                                    I utilised 78000/-.

                                    No default on emi's till today and no low cibil (789).

                                    Still my card was blocked. When i went to their office, the executive had no idea why card was blocked. He said he will ensure card will be activated within 7 days. Then i receive a msg on registered number that due to internal policies, card is blocked and will be activated post 60 days from date of blocking the card.

                                    What are the policies that allows you to harrase the people who are not defaulters. And this will effect my cibil unnecessarily.
