I dyaga sharath chandra holding a loan account with 4000cd81537869, availed for taking a samsung fridge at bajaj electronics, dr. A. S. Raonagar, secunderabad.in the month of july 2018, 12.
At the time of purchase as the existing savings account was linked up with axis bank a/c (Which was closed very earlier one year back). When was swiped started presenting from august, 2018. Immediately i have reached nearest purchased outlet and given a cancelled cheque of existing bank a/c of andhra bank. But answer form your executive was it takes 3 months time. But as per your company condition presentation in the closed a/c bank has been in progress, despite a clean prior intimation was given regarding change in bank a/c. On the other hand i was paying the cash by hand of 2500/- through the same executive at your outlet.
My sincere request is despite paying by hand trying to clear my loan amount, now they have charged for cheque bounce case for every month and showing 2500/- in total.in the month of may 8, 2019, deducted 500/-, and in the month of june 10, 2019 deducted 700, and july 10, 2019 got deducted 400/- when i was clear about change in bank a/c and sincere updating to your people to kindly update immediately, they have delayed in carrying out the process to move the file or generate the file. Since the delay is totally from your end and have charged everything on to me, my request is kindly revert all the charged charges to my savings a/c updated. As i have given twice information one at outlet giving cancelled check of andhra bank and another at begumpet office a cancelled check of andhra bank to manager mr. Ravi. Kindly, revert back to me being an genuine customer of yours i once more request you to revert the charges collected by you to my existing savings a/c.
