It is highly disappointing that bajaj finserv is troubling me a lot by not reimbursing the surrender amount of my loan closed before a month or more.

They are just playing around with me by mails speaking that the amount has been transferred by neft and fooling me always by saying that the amount will be credited in 4-5 working days. No amount is credited in my account since last 1 month and they think as if we have never done any neft transfers and we do not know the procedure.

While debting the amout gets debited from my accout biut while crediting they are just harassing customers by not doing it.

I have been continuously following up with customer experience head and we care since last 2 months.

It is highly disgusting to beg fro my money only from them, they don't even realize that.

I never thought this would happen and have told them so many times that you cant keep troubling your customers like this.

I request this forum to take this matter ahead as they are lying with me till date.

On top of that they also close the service request number even before my surrender amount has been credited in my account.

Please do not reply on bajaj finserv for any amount to be credited to your account even if it your hard earned money.

They will not give you the required money and falsely tell you that the amount has been transferred through neft.

This gives a very bad image about bajaj finserv.

I have not received any update from Bajaj Finserv instead THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE HEAD IS GOING ON FOOLING ME BY SENDING SERVICE REQUEST NUMBER EVERY 5 DAYS AND TELLING ME THAT THE NEFT TRANSFER WILL HAPPEN IN 4-5 DAYS. THIS THING IS GOING ON SINCE LAST 1.5 MONTHS.

IS THIS WHAT THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE HEAD DOES ?? STRANGE IT SPOILS THE REPUTATION OF THE COMPANY TO THE CORE. I WAS TOLD THAT IT IS THE HIGHEST AUTHORITY IN BAJAJ AND THIS IS WHAT THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE HEAD DOES TO ITS CUSTOMERS.

PLEASE RESOLVE MY PROBLEM ASAP

    My personal loan emi got bounced for so on so reason, i used to repay all the emi at ontime time, due the current month emi may 2019 was missed, i requested bajaj finserv team to wait for 10 days to repay my outstanding emi.
    As per the bank norms lender must understand the customer problem and they have to give time. But the recovery agent name - bharat (Bangalore office) not listening my words and he ordered me to make the payment by the same day with in 5 hours and i requested for more time he was using very very local words and threatening me, if i not make the payment they will do want ever they want and he was using very abusing words and that manager was saying his gangster will come and hit me for pending emi, what non-sense his behavior, please don't play with customer life. That is my big mistake i taken loan from bajaj finserv, i wont come again and i can definitely escalate this issue to media and other public awareness. Please change this manager alt east.

      It is ridiculous that daily 4 to 5 times, i am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or sms me for loan requirement..

      Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else i will be forced to take action against bajaj finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers

          I have take the loan with Bajaj Finance on dated 29 June 2018.

          Now i have create a problem with Bajaj Finance.

          issue is coming that, I have pay EMI of Rs. 15565/- which is ROI 11.13% Flat.

          i agree every terms and condition of finance company but as per Bajaj charged EMI of Rs. 15565/- with ROI 19% reducing.

          as per customer point of view that is totally wrong due to i have not award for 19% ROI .

          I aware only 11.13% Flat EMI calculation.

          as per falt 11.13 ROI my EMI is Rs. 15565 paid by me that is correct but as per flat EMI Rs 10000/- Principle and renaming is Interest.

          We need help.

          Pl. check and resolved the issue.

            I am an old customer of bajaj emi card, i purchased some product from bajaj on emis due to some issue my linked bank account closed and emi bounced but i paid emi by paytm in the same month.

            I have sent the mail regarding this issue to bajaj 2 -3 times, how to change my bank account but didn't get any good reply, below i received the reply of mail.

            We would like to inform you that the ecs won't be removed it will be there in the account, request you to make the payment between the period of 14th to 25th every month.

            Every time they said do payment 14 -25 between, i did the payment also as per the last discussion they sending a link for the new bank account but i have not received the link and i did my payment on 2nd of may.

            Today i have received the mail from customer care regarding my emi card and we blocked your card permanently blocked due to an irregular payment pattern.

            If bajaj has all recording what i have discussed i suggest please check all recording and emails carefully.

            I am paying all my emails in the same month and bajaj finserv is a big company and they have not a good system for bank account updates so this is not my fault

            Why my card blocked anybody can give the answer if customer asking again and again about how to add the account

                  I have paid the emi on the due date, but again i got the message that there is insufficient funds and maintain account balance, and now in statement its showing overdue charges of rupees 450, and i have already paid the emi of 1341 with insurance manually and i have that transaction history, i have the proof but why are they forcing me to pay emi once more with over due charges?

                    I would like to post a complaint against bajaj finserv loan and their customer care team. I had taken a bajaj finserv loan few years back loan no. 4150cd00095771. Due to job loads i have missed to pay some emis but i closed the loan with settlement and i got the noc from bajaj finserv team. But after that when i am taking my cibil report this above bajaj finserv loan pop up there with outstanding balance of 27k and loan status shows as open. This is the clear way of cheating. When i contacted customer care about this issue they are saying to pay rs.27k to avoid cibil dispute. Then why did they given noc to me after settlement of loan. Kindly do the needful to resolve the issue by removing outstanding balance showned in the settled loan.

                        As per my cibil records, i found a loan amounting rs. 25, 000 had been sanctioned in my name - consumer loan a/c 410dpf20660159, which bajaj finserv had reflected in my cibil and damaged my records.

                        I have visited the local office, wherein they had given me the records on which the loan was given, - after inspection had found that the name and pan number is same but father name is different. Even the bank statement submitted to bajaj are not correct, address proof is fake. It seems bank had not cross verified the documents properly resulting which i am the suffer.

                        Bajaj finserv must immediately cross verify the same and rectify my cibil records so that i can avail loans from the bank.

                          I was directed to bajaj finserv by paisa bazar where i was told by baja finserv they would provide me with a flexi loan/overdraft. My requirement was very simple - i was going to pay off my loan with hdfc bank by taking up a flexi loan from baja finserv which would help me reduce the emi i was paying to hdfc to the most possible extent. The emi i paid to hdfc was 24000 rs inr.
                          I was told by multiple employees across bajaj finserv that flexi loan is the most suited product - i will only pay the interest and no principle amount will be deducted thus making monthly deduction almost half - 12/13k a month. I have constantly re-verified this and constantly been assured that this is how it will work.
                          Across various points of processing this loan i found information that was different in the written material and when asked, i was asked to ignore it as they need to present the documents this way but the arrangement is that they will only debit me for the interest value. Now i am being debited for 25300 rs for the first month - may 2019.
                          I have called the employees and their customer care and the lack of response/ mis information and lack of consistency is appalling. I need to report this institution which is clearing not in alignment with legal practices and is misleading innocent consumers.

                              In spite of several mails, massages and tweets your team is unable to resolve my issue. Well if you are unable to send the hard copy of health insurance bearing loan a/c no 4c7gipee743285 to my address as shared earlier. If you are unable to send, please refund the amount of rs.1255/- which has been deducted on 06.05.2019 from my bank of india bank account ending with 2001 immediately. I had requested you to before deducting please send the hard copy but you betrayed me. I had also talked with customer care but no such satisfactory action initiated yet. Still if you are not resolving within 5 days, i will lodge an fir against your company very soon. Its enough...

                                    This is to inform ur recovery agent from bajaj finserv by number +[protected] is harresment to my father in-laws and friends as i already mention email i m a jobless as of now this first emi fail to pay but ill clear this soon but this agent is able to understand and he reach to father in-laws house which is not a registered address.

                                    I already spoke with agent inform everything they start using abuse language with me and my society and i m jobless as well i will pay soon wen ever my family problem resolve. Clearly mention everything but your agent is using abuse language with a father in-law and mother in-laws and started to visit my brother in-law office to attempt of his kidnapping for trace me or contact me, as per rbi guidelines they cannot harresment third person which not inculde / related into this loans.

                                    Rbi guidelines:
                                    Banks cannot wash their hands off incase an agent or agency misbehaves. The bank must accept full responsibility of the actions of the agents hired by the bank

                                    I request u take serious action for the same person or else i already mark rbi also in this to log complaint into rbi for the same.

                                    Also if i m not able to pay as of now due to jobless & homeless any many more crunches happen in my life. I ll pay all balance soon.

I availed loan of Rs 28000 with 8 EMI's and Extra 4600 Rs as Insurance and paying Rs 4075 as EMI of every month 2nd. I paid on time from the past 3 months and this time I got a message from Bajaj Finserv saying "Attention EMI of Rs 4075 for Loan a/c 4000CD99250262 has bounced on 02 May 2019. EMI will be represented again on 5th May 2019. To avoid charges, keep your bank a/c sufficiently funded". I maintained the sufficient balance in my account everytime. But they sent me It was bounced on 2nd May 2019 where the sufficient amount was already there in the account. In this regards I request you to please dont send any bounce statement and charges and debit the EMi as soon as possible from my account.
