I purchased 2 smart phone vivo v11 22000 and samsung 5000/- through bajaj finance. Samsung mobile emi gets closed by end of last month..
Today (18/5/2019) from my registered bank account they charged rs.258/-. For ecs rejection charges, i got a baja smart credit card for prompt payment.. When i purchased they charged rs 600 as card charge now didected 258 as ecs.. You people are telling that you zero percent interest then what is the benefit if you debit certain sum of money in the different name...?
Kindly do the needful.

    I purchased an air conditioner with bajaj fineserv emi. They randomly added some cpp asset care and charged extra 3000 without asking me. This is extreme fraud, by your sales guys to meet the deadlines. I see this is happening very frequently these days. Some legal action has to be taken to put an end to this.

      I tried to deactivate online but did not find any option/link to do so.

      And, i also tried to call to your toll free number but there was no option to deactivate and only option available was to block the card and not to deactivate it.

        My actual emi date is 02-05-19. And check clearance date is 02-05-19. I have maintain emi amount for purticuler date. But bajaj finserv company is over chck bounce charges. How is it possible???? This company employees not resbonding for my complaint. And not clarifie of my doughts..

              Hi concerned,

              I got a call from bajaj customer care that i have a offer of elite emi card from bajaj finserv where i get the limit enhancement from my existing limit and also get a digital counchers for 26k i have done the transaction and paid the money 4999/- thru bajaj wallet mobikwik app on april 20th 2019 transaction id qmbk[protected].

              Till date i have not received any limit enhancement ot any vouchers as committed by bajaj finserv customer care personnel.

              I have done lots of mail and query and try to contact the bajaj customer care but no one picked up my phone and not able to resolve my issue.

              I request that please take my matter on priority and resolved the same urgently.

              Looking forward for the help from bajaj finserv personnels.

                I am mr gourav kumar from amritsar. I am taking consumer loans last 6 month (Product: retail emi card). Every starting month they charge me rs. 295, now may month they deduct 2 time same amount like: 1 may, 2019 rs. 295 and 14 may, 2019, its too much i already pay my late fee charges rs. 450 and they again deduct money last three months, when i pay late charges customer care asked me pay late charges and your ecs deduction will not process but now they charge foe ecs payment, today i am suffering a lot. Please solve this problem as early as possible. I am facing lot of problem.

                  I got a call from bajaj finance on 3-5-2019, he said my credit score is very good, they are offering elite card services to me, for that they will charge one time charge i.e 4999rs. I told him that i dnt have money, then he asked me to download mobikwik app, and give 5000 rs, and he said to do payment frm that, he told that i can use elite card for hospitals bills, education fees, etc etc... He told lot of lucrative thing.. so he guided me to take the payment... Now i have to pay the amount in emi's... he told that card will be available after 1 week, but still no card and gift vouchers of 27000.. i fetl scammed by bajaj finance, i have whole call recording of that madharchod scammer, and screenshots of payments, i will upload on facebook publicaly.. tried to call on elite toll free, they have blocked my registered mobile number, and i called frm other numbers they put the call on hold for 10 mins and disconnect the call.. did 4-5 times the same. Want justice and will file a complaint against bajaj.. and spread awareness in social media.. i m paid influencer on social media and have more then 30k followers.                     I have got approved mail from bajaj finserv that congratulations your loan has been approved and got emi breakdown. Their representatives confirmed on call that amount will be disbursed tomorrow. But after approved they are saying that your loan is rejected. Why they are making fool to customers.? I have taken many loans before with bajaj but now i will never approach bajaj finserv in future.

They are saying that my claim is rejected as i have not submitted the related document in time, but its not soo i handed over all the related documents to local representative within time period. Also when i asked for my claim rejection related document they are not responding i also mention that i will not pay my dues they are not serious at all.

                      I have an emi of 1341, which is due on 2nd of each month, they didnt deduct the EMI so i manually paid the EMI, now they are texting me saying there are no sufficient funds, forcing cheque bouncing charges, they are torturing ! please take a look after it !
                      The company is fraud. I have foreclosed my loan account still i am getting messages for outstanding.

                      A pert from this now i am getting messages for bounce payment and penalty.

                      Requesting to other people that don't take any loan from Bajaj.

                        Dear sir, i have got loan on month of april, the executive has come to my house for verification, he said the interest rate is 17.5% and i agreed and he gave the T & C for signature, i have mentioned that is it any complication in T & C he said there won't be any complication you can sign, i signed the same, ( bajaj knows that no body will read the terms and condition in this world ) after the next day i received the loan amount of Rs 2.47 L and at the same time, bajaj site was not working and i wrote so many emails to the concern, but no proper response from there end, and coming to the loan part, i received the welcome letter, the moment i open the welcome letter it was mentioned ROI 17.5% and IRR 29.00% and i call the executive who came to my house and informed the it was mentioned 29% and you said 17.5% he replied me that is IRR it won;t applicable for you and your interest rate is 17.5%, and month gone, the deducted from my account Rs 9424, i asked for the statement bcoz i don't have access to site they have blocked the site, this case i received statement thru mail, i was shocked that they deducted the interest rate about 29% and i wrote to them that by mistake they deducted 29% with the working, after the next day they called me and said that it was flat rate interest is 17.5% and for you it was 29% and replied him the conversation between myself and executive, he said can you sent me the welcome letter, i said okay the moment i open the welcome letter only the letter i can see no number or there, then i realized that i was cheated by bajaj, ( As per there calculation 29% 48 month principle will be less deduction, and interest will be more, ) if it is 17% per the interest will be less and principle deduction will be more, i got Rs 2, 66 lakhs loan for 48 month i suppose to give interest Rs 1.87 Lakhs, and i again i raised the question the can i repay the loan amount they said no bcoz once i repay the loan amount they won't get interest rate, and i again i asked that can pay part payment mean shall i pay Rs 1 lakh, they replied that you can pay but you need to pay 2.46% on one lakh that mean at any cost they need to get back the interest rate. Kindly think about this how they cheating public in name of loan and interest, ( NOTE for PUBLICS, people who else read this kindly don't go for loan from these private sector, better go to the govt banks or else can ask help from the nearest relation, atleast they won't cheat you in case of interest.

                            It is highly disappointing that bajaj finserv is troubling me a lot by not reimbursing the surrender amount of my loan closed before a month or more.

                            They are just playing around with me by mails speaking that the amount has been transferred by neft and fooling me always by saying that the amount will be credited in 4-5 working days. No amount is credited in my account since last 1 month and they think as if we have never done any neft transfers and we do not know the procedure.

                            While debting the amout gets debited from my accout biut while crediting they are just harassing customers by not doing it.

                            I have been continuously following up with customer experience head and we care since last 2 months.

                            It is highly disgusting to beg fro my money only from them, they don't even realize that.

                            I never thought this would happen and have told them so many times that you cant keep troubling your customers like this.

                            I request this forum to take this matter ahead as they are lying with me till date.

                            On top of that they also close the service request number even before my surrender amount has been credited in my account.

                            Please do not reply on bajaj finserv for any amount to be credited to your account even if it your hard earned money.

                            They will not give you the required money and falsely tell you that the amount has been transferred through neft.

                            This gives a very bad image about bajaj finserv.

                            I have not received any update from Bajaj Finserv instead THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE HEAD IS GOING ON FOOLING ME BY SENDING SERVICE REQUEST NUMBER EVERY 5 DAYS AND TELLING ME THAT THE NEFT TRANSFER WILL HAPPEN IN 4-5 DAYS. THIS THING IS GOING ON SINCE LAST 1.5 MONTHS.

                            IS THIS WHAT THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE HEAD DOES ?? STRANGE IT SPOILS THE REPUTATION OF THE COMPANY TO THE CORE. I WAS TOLD THAT IT IS THE HIGHEST AUTHORITY IN BAJAJ AND THIS IS WHAT THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE HEAD DOES TO ITS CUSTOMERS.

                              My personal loan emi got bounced for so on so reason, i used to repay all the emi at ontime time, due the current month emi may 2019 was missed, i requested bajaj finserv team to wait for 10 days to repay my outstanding emi.
                              As per the bank norms lender must understand the customer problem and they have to give time. But the recovery agent name - bharat (Bangalore office) not listening my words and he ordered me to make the payment by the same day with in 5 hours and i requested for more time he was using very very local words and threatening me, if i not make the payment they will do want ever they want and he was using very abusing words and that manager was saying his gangster will come and hit me for pending emi, what non-sense his behavior, please don't play with customer life. That is my big mistake i taken loan from bajaj finserv, i wont come again and i can definitely escalate this issue to media and other public awareness. Please change this manager alt east.

                                It is ridiculous that daily 4 to 5 times, i am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or sms me for loan requirement..

                                Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else i will be forced to take action against bajaj finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers

                                    I have take the loan with Bajaj Finance on dated 29 June 2018.

                                    Now i have create a problem with Bajaj Finance.

                                    issue is coming that, I have pay EMI of Rs. 15565/- which is ROI 11.13% Flat.

                                    i agree every terms and condition of finance company but as per Bajaj charged EMI of Rs. 15565/- with ROI 19% reducing.

                                    as per customer point of view that is totally wrong due to i have not award for 19% ROI .

                                    I aware only 11.13% Flat EMI calculation.

                                    as per falt 11.13 ROI my EMI is Rs. 15565 paid by me that is correct but as per flat EMI Rs 10000/- Principle and renaming is Interest.

                                    We need help.

                                    Pl. check and resolved the issue.

                                      I am an old customer of bajaj emi card, i purchased some product from bajaj on emis due to some issue my linked bank account closed and emi bounced but i paid emi by paytm in the same month.

                                      I have sent the mail regarding this issue to bajaj 2 -3 times, how to change my bank account but didn't get any good reply, below i received the reply of mail.

                                      Every time they said do payment 14 -25 between, i did the payment also as per the last discussion they sending a link for the new bank account but i have not received the link and i did my payment on 2nd of may.

                                      Today i have received the mail from customer care regarding my emi card and we blocked your card permanently blocked due to an irregular payment pattern.

                                      If bajaj has all recording what i have discussed i suggest please check all recording and emails carefully.

                                      I am paying all my emails in the same month and bajaj finserv is a big company and they have not a good system for bank account updates so this is not my fault

                                      Why my card blocked anybody can give the answer if customer asking again and again about how to add the account

                                        Please deactivate this card as soon as possible.
